"This is a story Blake masters in Arizona, the senatorial campaign, who's currently running for senator in Arizona. He released that story that basically there are gangs that are going down to the border finding young men who are crossing the border illegally, and then recruiting them into the drug trade. No investigation from Javier Salazar on that. No investigation on the 53 illegal immigrants who died in the back of a truck in his county, not all that long ago. But he is full scale on the case of the illegal immigrants who are put on charter airplanes to Martha's Vineyard and given snack bags and water bottles. Here's how your salads are announcing this yesterday. We are opening up a case with an investigation with regard to the suspected activities involving the 48 migrants from Venezuela. As we understand it, 48 migrants were lured. I will use the word lured under false pretenses into staying at a hotel for a couple of days. They were taken by airplane at a certain point. They were shuttled to an airplane. Where they were flown to Florida, and then eventually flown to Martha's vineyard. Again, under false pretenses, the information that we have. When you're playing with human lives of people that are already in a desperate situation, people that, again, had every right to be where they were, but were lured under false pretenses. That does tend to bother me quite a bit. And so we are absolutely opening up an investigation into this. And then not a political move. By the way, he is an elected Democrat official. Also, he was, he said, in the middle of the same press conference, that he can not actually point to any law that was broken. Which by the way, that's how you're supposed to do law enforcement. You find a thing that you don't like, and then you try to hang a crime on it. It's like letitia James, the attorney general, of New York, when she was elected, she's like, I hate Trump, and I will find a crime. So basically, you now have the sheriff. He's like, yeah, I don't see a crime here. State local no crime here, but Ron is a big meanie who humiliated Democrats. So I'm going to investigate him. And this, by the way, made all the headlines, of course. You saw The New York Times cover it. You saw The Washington Post cover it. Wow, Ron DeSantis under investigation. They all still have the Mueller fantasy in their head that everybody, I don't like will end up behind bars. It will be, you'll see they're frog marching to Santa's memes coming out any second from the left. Here's the sheriff admitting I have no criminal case here, but I'm going to investigate anyway and waste taxpayer dollars on it. At this point, I'm not able to definitively say here's the statute that they broke, either federal state or local, but what I can tell you is it's wrong, just from a human rights perspective, what was done to these folks is wrong. The allegations that we've heard is absolutely distasteful. It's disgusting. It's an abuse of human rights, but I would like to find out sooner rather than later what charges if any are going to apply and to whom. What wouldn't you investigate that before you announce an investigation, like what the possible statutes that were broken are? That's how you do law enforcement. This is a joke. Everybody knows it's a joke. Meaning they're covering it like it's not a joke, because again, they're fantasy is, apparently, everybody we don't like who humiliates us publicly, must be thrown in jail. That's an amazing statement. I'm not able to definitively say here's the statute they broke, but I don't like it very much. It's bad, apparently by the way, the brochures that were given to the illegal immigrants had information from the Massachusetts state website about what you get when you obtain refugee status, which you get after you are granted asylum. If in fact, your granted asylum, also apparently, according to Ron DeSantis and the Florida government, apparently the illegal immigrants were given multiple opportunities to get off the plane to not go to Martha's Vineyard. They said no one was promised a job. Everyone was given multiple opportunities to leave. Some decided not to go on the flight. Those who did make the flight were provided bags with snacks and water and information. An administration official said, many who made the trip were homeless and hungry and prior to the plane ride, they were put in accommodations for one or two days, but so basically they're giving a free hotel for a couple of days, put on a charter flight to Martha's Vineyard. That sounds like a nice vacation, to be honest with you. I think a lot of Americans would like this deal. Salazar said the investigation doesn't have anything to do with the political affiliation. Oh, yeah, I'm sure. Yeah, I'm sure that nothing. It's not politics at all that you are playing here. It's more on this than just one second. Well, folks, the time is upon us for another backstage happening tonight, 6 p.m. central, 7 p.m. eastern. It's about time because there's more news than ever to discuss. "Well, there's been a widespread feeling among people on the right in the United States. They're being excluded from all of the major institutions of American life, that if people allow them to be part of big events, for example. People allow them part of a marketplace. That is just because they're doing it at their own sufferings. The basic idea here is that you are so bad that you can maybe maybe be allowed to participate in a sort of common space. But in reality, under the surface, people don't want you to be part of that common space. They want you out. And there are people on the left here. This is paranoid. No, no, no. We want you to be part of the common space. We may not like your opinions. We may disagree with you. But the reality is that we want you to be part of this big, broad conversation. And that has been the pitch of the so called free speech lab for a very long time. And the left is now dividing itself between liberals, people who believe in that concept and the hardcore radical left, which is increasingly taking over institution after institution and then saying that people who disagree with us must be excluded entirely from those institutions. As you may know, this right here is the biggest political podcast in America, which means on Planet Earth. This political podcast. Thank God, thanks to you, the listeners. We have millions of people who engage with the show every single day. And our podcast network at daily wire is the 6th biggest podcast network on Planet Earth. And so when we decided that we were going to take a booth at a conference that, frankly, I'd never heard of called podcast movement. This was sort of a sign that we were just going to be part of the community of nations, so to speak. We were part of the podcasting community, we're reaching out to advertisers reaching out to other podcasting networks trying to find maybe new employees. It's just like any other professional conference. So you spend a little bit of money, you got a podcast booth. And that was pretty much it. The event went on over the course of the weekend. There's this big podcast movement event in Dallas. It happens every year. It's been growing every year because of the podcasting industry has been growing every single year. Well, I got a call from my business partner Jeremy boring a few days ago. And he said, do you mind flying into Dallas for an event that is not really attached to podcast movement? Somebody's having a retirement party. Do you mind actually coming in for that to celebrate this person's retirement? I said, sure, no problem. So I flew in. And we happened to be at the podcast movement booth that we had paid for at podcast movement. And he said, you know, let's just take a walk around the floor. Okay, that's literally all that happened. I came to this podcast movement event this conference, and I walked around the floor. And this prompted such spasms of apoplexy. It beggars the mind. It really is an amazing thing. So I want to begin this story by showing you exactly what it was like when I was walking around podcast movement because in order for you to understand the reaction from the left to my mere physical presence in this space, you have to understand just how intimidating I am. According to the left, I'm one of the most intimidating people on Planet Earth. I'm absolutely terrifying. I am scary. I am threatening. I'm Darth Vader, right? I am just, if I walk into a room, you don't know if I'm going to force choke you. You don't know that I'm going to strike you down with my lightsaber. You just don't know. I am a dangerous human being, according to the left. And you can see it on the video. Okay, this is video of me at podcast movement. Again, this is sort of a spontaneous drop by because we paid for a booth. And you know, you want to check out the events, you just sort of walk around. This is all that happened in podcast movement. And then wait until you hear the reaction because it's astonishing. So here's the actual video.

What Time Is It in the Conservative Movement?

"What time is it? In the conservative movement. I believe that is the most operative question we can ask, what time is it? Tell me unpack this is a very wise man, someone I've known for quite a while, and I check his Twitter feed often for how he is analyzing things. Mike zerner, Mike, welcome to the Charlie Kirk show. My pleasure, man. How are you? Good. It's been a while, so let me ask the question, what time is it? And how should we, how should we respond to our leaders unable to answer that question? Well, I mean, what time it is is the surprise, you know, Ben Shapiro did a thing with Jeremy boring with their event, the night where they said, nobody thought roe versus wade would ever be overturned. I would have bet anything. Anything that it never would have been overturned. And I don't mean that in a negative way, just predictably. Nobody ever thought this would happen with the law school 20 years ago. The idea that roe versus the way was going to be overturned was always always a pipe dream. So I think when you think about these things, you always want to think about the spiritual lesson. More so than the current event you always want to contextualize it and it just shows the power of people never giving up, right? That really is the lesson that I took from this is because if you'd asked me, hey, lead the charge against roe versus wade, I would say, well, but she's not going to happen. I got other things to do with my day. She's not going to happen. No offense. You know, all love for you. But just it is what it is. And that's why you just you can just never give up. When you have the left certainly not giving up. But I think that's the lesson here is you have to keep the pressure on people. You have to be unrelenting. You have to keep demanding that the judges, the judicial appointments matter, the that really is a lesson that you can't ever give up on anything

Sebastian Welcomes The Daily Wire's Michael Knowles to the Show

"He is one of the daily wires superstar. He is the author of a fabulous book called speechless. Michael Knowles, welcome back to America first. Excellent to be with you, sir. Thanks for having me. Well, it is delight. Your book has now just been released in paperback, which is a very, very good sign. We have so much to discuss, in addition to your colleague, Matt Walsh is a new movie, what is a woman, which I'll get to see as soon as somebody at the daily wire sends me a screener. We've been a little derelict on the screeners, but I have to tell you, especially because I do not get any cut of the subscription business. I really think they should just release this movie for free. If I got a cut, it would be different, but since they should be well, we know what the daily wise about. We know Jeremy boring just sucks in talent from around the planet and then builds this subscription empire. This empire. But you are one of the originals. For those who aren't familiar with his work, shame on you, but let's have a little introduction here at the beginning. Who is Michael Knowles and how did you get to do what you do today? I may be the only guy in the history of podcasting and show business who got his own show for not writing a book. It was very kind of you to plug my book speech less controlling words controlling minds. That book took a very long time to write because it had words in it. My first foray into the national political media was with a book called reasons to vote for Democrats, a comprehensive guide, 260 blank pages, endorsed by our favorite president Donald Trump endorsed by a number of other people as being really, really thorough. And that book, which was just a joke that I put out there. Did become a number one bestseller. New York Times didn't want to acknowledge that one either. And then somehow for not writing a book, I ended up getting my own show out of it. And I think, by the way, my book is proven more and more correct every single

Jesse Watters: Hate Speech Is Just Stuff the Left Disagrees With

"Waters over Fox News channel had a really, really great monologue about this whole Elon Musk Twitter episode. Check this out. Hate speech is this stuff that liberals disagree with. Let's take a look at who they censored and why. Remember, Charlie Kirk, and the Babylon B, they got suspended for calling a biological man a man. Then Tucker Carlson was suspended after coming to their defense. They suspended a Chinese virologist who claimed COVID was made in the Wuhan lab. Doctor Robert Malone and mRNA scientist was permanently nuked for questioning the vaccine. And daily wire, cofounder Jeremy boring made a joke about Brussels sprouts and was knocked off. Libs of TikTok. Remember those guys? They were suspended for a hateful conduct. After bringing attention to videos made by these radical loons, all lives of TikTok was was a mirror. They just held up a mirror to libs of TikTok

"Swing. But how do you do it? You do it one step at a time. And the main thing, if I could leave anybody with just one message, it would make me richer and buy my razors. I hate Harry dot com. But if I could leave you with two message, it would be by my razors that I hate Harry dot com and enjoy the fight. We should be privileged. This is the time that God gave us. We're not supposed to spend our lives lamenting a past that. By the way, it's not as though the past was perfect. 1950 was great and all, unless you were black and couldn't drink at a water fountain, we can build a better future by looking to the values that worked in the past using them as a foundation to build something constructive in the future. If we aren't doing that, Charlie, we deserve to lose because what we're essentially saying is that where the former heavyweight champ, who got lazy and success, stopped competing and doesn't deserve to win fights anymore. I don't think that's who we are. I think we still have the best ideas. I think we still have the best values. I think we just have to get back in fighting shape and get out there and throw some punches. It's well said, I hate Harry's dot com from the wonderful daily wire dot com. They are phenomenal and they are changing the way conservative media is published and spreads online despite all this nonsense happening on Twitter and stuff. It's really promising to see this. Everyone, go buy the founders kit I have, I hate Harry's dot com. And Jeremy, so now I'm going to expect all sorts of stuff out of you. I'm going to expect all sorts of different types of products, not just razors. You got to have a whole, we got to have soft drinks. You're already doing the Disney thing. You got to be all over the place. So razors is just the first. Thanks so much, Jeremy. We got to run. Hey, Charlie. I hate Harry's dot com. Okay, everyone, email us your thoughts is always freedom at Charlie Kirk dot com. I just love that story because it's not about complaining. It's not negative. It is inherently positive. It's hard to build things. It's hard to start new products. And it's by definition what makes us American. We look for solutions. Not just the negative energy, so I was really pleased to see that and I just could just see the woke people at Harry's razors, whatever company that is. I've never heard of him getting pretty upset. Okay, thanks so much for listening, everybody, email me directly, freedom at Charlie Kirk dot com. Thank you so much for listening. God bless. "Future. Again, not a short term project. I think this is a 40 year undertaking that we're talking about to reorient the country. But I think that you're not going to accomplish that if we don't actually put some economic might behind it. Well, and also Jeremy, you articulated this well, which is actually having a positive competitor, that really is a tangible way to hurt their bottom line, right? So where with Harry's, I can say for myself, when I do a boycott, I forget all the stuff on boycotting. I can't keep track of all of it, right? So it's like, you know, I have the coffee boycott. I have the airline boycott, but then I got to get to Cleveland, so I got to put that one on the side and then I got the NBA boycott, but I kind of want to watch the finals. You get what I'm saying where it's like, but now all of a sudden you'll be able to be like, you know what, Harry's actually we did $15 million in sales and none of that went to you. Like that's a real cost to them. That's measurable. Talk about how you think this will reunify us in the end. I found that to be really interesting. Yeah, well, again, I don't think it's going to reunify anybody tomorrow. I think a lot of the things that we're talking, I'm specifically calling for us to further bifurcate the economy as a response to the left bifurcating the culture. In some ways, rip it asunder, but while that is a destructive act, it's also constructive, right? We're building something. We're building and what we're building ultimately is economic incentive. Do I think that I can beat all the razor companies in the world? I mean, maybe we beat Harry's, maybe we take a lot of points off the board for them. But you know, there's dollar shave. There's Gillette. They're sick. There's a lot of razor companies, but most of them are pretty woke as well. The left owns all of the institutions. That's really where I'm going. Right now today, they've infiltrated the family. They've infiltrated the church. They have infiltrated all the corporations, all the media companies. They've infiltrated the deep state, the government, we know all of this. By creating alternatives, the first thing that you do is further divide us, but over time, if those alternatives are successful, you have created incentive for reunification because, again, they can no longer simply take for granted that they can mistreat us and still cash our checks. I want I will think it's very funny. If two years from now, I come on here and tell you that I'm now a razor magnate and I have 2 million razor subscribers. We'll both have a good laugh about that. I'll laugh harder because I will be much richer. Yes. But that's only one, but that's only one step on a journey. The real journey isn't the day that Harry's realizes that we beat them at something, the real victory comes on the day that Harry says, maybe we shouldn't put out this woke garbage. Maybe we actually need to compete for the business of those people that we've formerly been besmirching. That's what I want. I want them to actually have to come back. And try to get our business again. Yes. I want the government to have to come back and try to get our business again. Try to get our trust again. I want the media. This is what the daily wire does with news. It's what we do with entertainment. It's what we're doing with razors. I hate Harry's dot com. I just purchased their $60 founders kit proudly to deprive the beast and make Jeremy rich. We want reunification. I want to live in the country where a two follower Twitter account can't derail an ad contract for a conservative media company for something that's non controversial, right? I don't want to live in that country and you shouldn't either, right? And by the way, it's always something uncontroversial. I mean, you're dealing with it on Twitter right now. You're not banned for saying something that only 5% of Nazis believe. Your band on Twitter right now for saying something that the vast majority of Americans currently believe. And the overwhelming majority of all human beings in all of human history have believed. That's what is suddenly defined as hate speech. That's what, by the way, the people who are banning you all believed the exact same thing 15 years ago. That's right. Because no one believed anything else, 15 years ago, other than that men are men and that women are women. So it's not just that these are our beliefs. It's not even just that they're true. It's that they are substantially definitionally mainstream beliefs. We're being penalized for believing what everyone actually thinks. Even if we were to posit that it's possible that we're wrong on the issue of transgender as the man I don't see how we possibly could be. But politics, it's not my obviously I think that I'm right about everything that I think. But I'm also certain that I'm wrong about some of the things that I think. But who gets to make this decision that things that are beliefs that are held by the vast majority of everyone are suddenly no longer fit for public discourse. How can you redefine gender? How can you redefine marriage? How can you change the actual definitions of reality and not subject that to public debate? It's absolute insanity that we're living correct. So in closing here, Jeremy, some of our audience is cynical and you can't blame them because they're up against huge forces. You mentioned Disney and all this. How do we slay Leviathan? I mean, this is part of it, right? But what's the attitude? What does success look like? I mean, you say 40 years, I agree. I say that to some of our supporters and some of our donors and our listeners, they don't like to hear that because some people know they might not see us get to the promised land. Well, I think two things. One, you have to change your outlook. When I say 40 years, I don't mean 40 years to get some victories. I just mean 40 years for the pendulum to swing..

"jeremy boring" Discussed on The Charlie Kirk Show

"Everyone. So tell us about it. I mean, it would have been very, this is not easy, right? You probably had to learn more about the razor margins of production than you probably ever thought you would, right? Yeah, look, today we're kind of the dog who caught the car, right? We launched it. We were serious from the beginning. We sourced razors. We came up with a mix for shaving cream and post shaving bomb, you know, we created all the packaging. I mean, it's a lengthy process. It's why it took us a year to actually get to the launch stage. Even so, as with any new venture, you're not sure it's going to work. So what was the most important to us was this commercial that we released, the Jeremy's race or commercial. Because that was going to make a statement about the daily wire. And the statement was important to me, a, that we're doing something constructive that we're doing something entrepreneurial that we believe in the future that we want to be a part of building the future that we're not afraid to fight and that we're having fun while we're doing it. Because again, I think that's a place where conservatives sometimes miss out. I feel very privileged to be in the fight that we're in. I know things seem bad all around us. It's a fallen world. Things don't typically go our way. But what a privilege that we get to actually fight for our values every day that we get to do the work that you and I and Ben and many of our colleagues get to do. I have fun doing it. And I wanted that to come across in this commercial too. And what I told my team is, if we accidentally sell some razors, that will just make the joke even funnier. And we sold a bunch of razors yesterday. So to your point, we now, we now have a razor company and we're rapidly moving to make sure that it's here to stay. We're looking for great people who have logistics and fulfillment backgrounds. And trying to figure out how to make this a competitive product going forward. But again, for me, the statement yesterday, or before yesterday, the statement was more important to me than selling razors. Today suddenly I'm very concerned with selling razors. And what I love again is like now Harry's has to have like a crisis meeting of like how much business are we losing to the side project and then I could just hear like the woke HR person that went to Brown like don't worry like it won't cut into our margins, but like this could actually be really big, I want to play a cut of the commercial. I watched it twice. I mean, it was just like kind of hard to process. It was like visual overlord overload. And by the way, you were kind of like, you know, God king on the throne, the whole thing was kind of overwhelming. I want to play just the short snippet of it here for our audience. Play cut 87. And I want to be clear that shaving with the Jeremy's razor won't actually make you look more like me. Could make it look more like this guy though. And that's the most homoerotic moment you'll ever get from a Jeremy's razor commercial. Right now, you're probably wondering if this whole thing is a joke. Sure it is. That doesn't mean it isn't real, or that it won't be the best shave of your life. Harry's razors doesn't want your business. I do. They seem to hate you. And I, well, I can't say that I love you, but I don't mean you any specific harm. I mean, it just goes on from there flamethrowers, the whole thing, the Game of Thrones throne. I mean, what I love though is the self deprecation of it, and also you could just see the Harry's marketing team screaming at their computer while the video is playing. Yeah, good luck, guys. And the point of the commercial is don't give your money to well corporations would hate you. Give it to me. I don't hate you. And this is, you know, it is part of an actual strategy. I know it seems very goofy. You watch the commercial. It's so over the top. It's so absurd. Of course, to your point, it is self deprecating in the sense that I'm playing the worst version of myself, right? I'm aware of the fact that I'm doing that, but it is part of a strategy, and the strategy is this, that I think that the left believes that they can bifurcate the culture with no economic consequences. And I believe that what conservatives need to be doing is bifurcating the economy as well, creating market incentives for the left in the attempt to change their behavior market incentives are the strongest incentives that there are. I want them I want a day to come where these corporations have to actually compete for our business again. Instead of taking for granted that they can treat us like second class citizens and still depend on us to fund them because we still need their goods and services. We shouldn't have to depend on them for goods and services. I actually believe this isn't a short term unity project, right? This is a very divisive thing that I'm doing. But I actually do believe that it has more chances of succeeding at giving us a future reunification as a country than many of the other things that we've tried because I really do believe that only making them compete for our business. Listen, I think the institutions between us and the state, corporate America being perhaps second only to the states, the most important one in terms of how people's actual day to today lives function. You have to create consequences for them for becoming the mouthpieces of the state and you have to create incentive for them to treat us better in the future..

"jeremy boring" Discussed on The Charlie Kirk Show

"Dot com. I have been waiting for this interview. All day. And so it's going to be exciting. I've known Jeremy boring for a while. In fact, Jeremy offered me a job way back when I can say that about very few guests actually, Jeremy is the God king behind daily wire at daily wire dot com and their phenomenal Ben Candace Matt Michael Knowles and many others to a wonderful job at daily wire dot com. And I just love this story because this is the ultimate way to push back against kind of the petty corporate garbage that we are seeing. I'm going to let Jeremy explain it for us. Jeremy, welcome to Charlie Kirk show. Thanks for having me on. It is true. I offered you a job and you turned me down. It's also true that I spent the next 5 years telling everyone, one day we'll all work for Charlie Kirk. So, well, I can see how far you've come, brother. Well, thank you. And we're not there yet, I guess. But I will buy your razor. That's for sure. So tell us about this. I think the whole thing's hilarious and brilliant and exactly how we need to respond to these weak corporations. Yeah, well, it all started exactly one year ago when a Twitter account with two followers, two, tweeted at Harry's razors and pointed out to them that the conservative hosts at the daily wire have conservative points of view. And that was shocking to Harry's razors. It never once occurred to them that the people they were paying to reach a conservative audience may actually say conservative things. And so they pulled their money off of our shows. They had spent about $80,000 with a sub until that point. They canceled an additional $80,000 worth of advertising. Now, that didn't bother me. It's a market guy, I believe that businesses have the right to make decisions about how they want to spend their money. I think our advertisers within the balance of a contract, of course, can pull their money for any reason. Maybe they're not making as much money as they thought. The ads aren't as effective as they thought. Maybe they're going through a bad economic time internally. Maybe they don't like the cut of our jib. Maybe they don't like our politics. All of that is just fine. But here's the part that I do have a problem with. And that's when they feel like they have to virtue signal publicly and attack us, their partners in that project, and our audience, the people they were paying us to tell that they should buy their product. And Harry's razors did exactly that. They went on Twitter and said that our views, in this case, that gender dysphoria is historically a mental illness that that is hate speech. Their exact term on Twitter was that it was inexcusable and represented values misalignment. And look, that's an attack on my business, right? Because by making that statement, they're essentially telling other advertisers that the only excusable thing to do would be to also pull their advertising from our network. So again, if you want to take your ad money, that's your business. If you want to now attack us, your former partners, if you want to attack our audience, I'm just not going to stand for it. We don't have to. It's not like the old days where we're all beholden to linear networks. We have large audiences on a sort of pay per view type of scheme with podcasting and the shows that we produce at the daily wire. So I thought, you know, I'm going to have the exact same number of people listening to me tell them that Harry's doesn't want their business as I had yesterday telling them that Harriet's is a great product. And Harry's is a great project. They're just assholes as all. So I knew on that day, we have to start our own razor company. It's not enough to lead a boycott, which is temporary and ineffectual. Because it's temporary and ineffectual because we still need razors. Boycotting Nike over Colin Kaepernick doesn't do anything because we still need shoes. Boycotting Disney over their leftist sucker punches in their programming doesn't do anything because we still need good entertainment. This is the problem conservatism in my lifetime has spent a lot of energy complaining. A lot of energy criticizing the culture, but very little energy constructively building in culture. And I think that's what we're trying to do daily wire that's a little bit different. So I thought this is a great opportunity. Let's just launch a razor company. And who better to name it after than a guy who hasn't shaved in 17 years? Well, what I find so funny about this whole thing, which is Harry's, it's not like they're a sunglass company or like fedoras. You'd think that they would acknowledge that men are men. I mean, it's kind of their main constituency, right? It's their constituency. Yeah, that's right. I mean, that's what's so shocking about it. And they accuse you guys of hating all this. And so what I love about this though is the entrepreneurial angle, right? Because you're right, boycotts are easy. We do them all the time. I tell people to try to buy products that they align with. But I mean, without getting too deep into the weeds, like, you're now starting a new business, right? So you do podcasts, you guys do feature length films and you do razors. So you guys, you guys are standing this whole thing up. So it's at a principle, but I think you're going to do very well in the business side of it. And by the way, it's I hate Harry's dot com just for everyone..

Daily Wire's Jeremy Boreing on the Problem With Virtue Signalling

"I have been waiting for this interview. Because by making that statement, they're essentially telling other advertisers that the only excusable thing to do would be to also pull their advertising from our

"Like a unicorn threw me up. If I can't do that, what's the point? You know, it's so funny. I was gonna describe for our broadcast listeners that this individual looks like unicorn vomit, but they did it for me. So that was really helpful. Okay, cut 44, fourth grade teacher comes out as trans to her students. Be careful when you send your kid to public school, be careful parents, please play cut 44. Kids coming out as trans. That's kind of not a guy and not a girl, like somewhere in between. Kinda, yeah, yeah. Okay, right on. You know what? You know, you have a choices in this world to be all sorts of different things. But that's why it's MX. So mix Chavez. That's where that comes from. I know some of you were a little confused. Some of you came and talked to me about it. Some people do identify that way. I'm actually trans, so I'm not a tomboy, I'm trans. But some people do, and I'm sure if they wanted to, they could also go by mix in their classroom. Okay, so let's just take a step back. Okay, so first of all, there's a bunch of fourth grade students. Of a teacher who is coming out to her class as trans, the kids are kind of confused, and then one kid is like, oh, maybe I want to be trans. So don't give me this nonsense. Like, oh yeah, all of them already believe in trends. No, this is a recruitment strategy. Kids that age, they follow the crowd, they follow leaders, so their teacher is going through all this, and then cat is point out the most obvious point, why is this teacher filming this? That's like really weird. So it's like one thing to go do it and to go tell the kids and then it's like I'm gonna film it and I know some people say well because she's proud and she wants to be TikTok famous but it's like, okay, that's such like a insanely like bizarre complex. And someone said to me, they said, well, they live in a bubble where they think this is beautiful. I mean, I think it's so degenerate and I think it's ugly. I really do. I think it's the opposite of beauty to try to convince young people and glamorize the fourth graders where she's like, oh, I can answer questions about this. I'm kind of in between. I'm not a tomboy. What parents are okay with this? And then TikTok props up this nonsense to weaken American institutions, which of course is a Chinese military propaganda operation. So we get some feedback every so often at freedom at Charlie Kirk dot com. About the trans issue. I'd say 95% of the feedback is very positive, 5% is not. Now part of the 5% of the feedback that isn't so positive are people that say Charlie, can you just move on from this topic? Like, it's not that big of a deal. And I get that temptation. I mean, I don't want to talk about the trans issue every single day. But I'm also a little bit more, let's say, battle hardened to know better. That this is the fight that we have to wage right now. There is no moving on from it. They're doing this to fourth graders. Remember, it started with Jenner on Vanity Fair. Started with Jenner on Vanity Fair that we had to accept that with kind of thought it was weird, whatever. Now it goes to force pronouns. Then it goes to propagandizing young children. So there was a poll that was done. Typical Politico, where they say Americans are split over Florida's controversial bills on gender identity and race. And I thought to myself, so there's no way they're actually split, and I said, that's not the country I live in. And so I decided to actually look at the poll itself. It's a very long poll. Lots of pages here. And so it shows that 51% of Americans are in support of the bill and 32% are against. That's not split. That's a blowout. 51% to 32%? That's an overwhelming margin of people that want the don't say gay Bill, which is actually an anti predatory transgender grooming Bill. What does that say for the type of people that were graduating from our educational institutions as well? Here's the takeaway parents, if you do not have control, not just input, but control over your beautiful child's education, they might be preyed upon by all these malevolent forces. Look, did you get hit with a big tax bill you were not expecting with rates still being very low and home equity being high, it's perfect time to refinance and get some cash out of your home. "Make whatever lifestyle choice you want. I can just say this. One of the things that Tucker Carlson and I have in common is we do not drink. Not to say that I've never drank. That's a completely different thing. Tucker drank in his life as well, but it's very hard to perform at the highest level in anything you do when you intentionally make decisions that actually might make you more prone to error. Maybe people can do that and they're just maybe better at it than I am, but when you go 18 or 20 hours a day and you have to travel the country and speak and do radio programs and raise money and manage people, you want to try to control the variables, if you will. And so I can guarantee you this, that if you just take alcohol to your life for a short period of time, your life will improve in at least a couple ways. I can guarantee you'll lose weight. I guarantee that you'll be a happier person, and if not, then there might be other things that you might have to address. That the study is so incredibly stunning, more American 65 and under died from alcohol related causes than COVID-19. I never heard anyone saying that we had to confiscate alcohol that we had to lock down the liquor stores and all this. I'm not even saying we should ban alcohol, there's people that say this. I mean, we can go into actually the truth about prohibition, which is actually a mis told part of American history, but I'm not even recommending it. It might suggesting it. I'm simply saying, challenge yourself to become a better version of yourself. Try to flourish. And alcohol might be getting in the way. How many years have I been telling you about really factor producer Andrews right here doing an Iron Man? Thanks to relief factor. And truth is, I know there are millions of people. You rarely see this kind of focus and commitment. They recently shared with me that they are doubling down and want to literally double their total number of happy customers in the next year. And I believe they'll do it. So here's the deal. "So let's dive deeper. Alcohol related deaths increased 25% from 2019 to 2020, with alcohol related deaths among adults younger than 65 outnumbering deaths from COVID-19 in the same age group in 2020, a new study finds. Alcohol related deaths including from liver disease and accidents increase to 99,017 in 2020, up from 78,927 a year prior. So let's just say this again, that alcohol related deaths, including liver disease and accidents, nearly a 100,000 people a year die from that, not to mention a 100,000 from drug overdoses. Now, why did alcohol related deaths go up from 78,927 to 99,000? It went up by over 20,000 because you locked down all of society. People are gonna try to find something to do with their time and unfortunately drinking culture prevailed. While 74,408 Americans ages 16 to 64 died of alcohol related causes, 74,075 individuals under 65 diet of COVID-19 to study found. The rate of increase of alcohol related deaths in 2020, 25% was greater than the rate of increase of deaths from all causes. The study shows just another unintended consequence of COVID-19 lockdowns and mitigation measures. And so I just want to kind of introduce a little bit of a contrarian take here, which is those of you that are adults that were super into lockdowns and vaccines and masks, did you tell young people in your life to stop drinking? Because if you didn't, you weren't being consistent. The data shows that actually. The data shows that a student in your life under 65, a 45 year old, a 55 year old, was more likely to die of something related to alcohol than related to the Chinese coronavirus. Now, of course, alcohol kind of gets a pass. It's kind of baked into our culture, isn't it? People over drink as kind of part of kind of a societal norm. It's a release for a lot of people, but the biochemistry of alcohol is really bad for you in more ways than one. It's a depressant. It's one of the few drugs out there that is widely available that requires constant intake to actually have you continue the buzz. It tapers off after 15 minutes, if you will. And so if you are not consistently having an intake of the drug alcohol, then you're going to lose the feeling you're going to get to actually a more depressed state. That's why people have to keep on drinking to keep that state going. The lockdowns were actually locked down on virtuous activities. So not only were the lockdowns bad, the lockdowns were the worst mistake we've done in modern history. We argued against it. Of course, we weren't taking seriously because we don't we're not senators or congressmen or whatever our leaders were too busy wearing masks are doing whatever they do. But so we lock down churches, we locked down gymnasiums, we lock down businesses, we lock down schools, yet we kept open strip clubs, liquor stores, we dispensaries, video games, and online pornography. So we lock down things that would allow people to become better versions of themselves, we lock down things that allow people to go on a journey of self improvement, we lock down things that allow people to have the liberty to flourish, but we open up things that by definition do not create better human beings. I had that trans porn person here and we had a discussion with that individual. And basically the trans porn person, buck angel, and that debate will come out soon. We had this debate back and forth. Basically said that there's nothing wrong with strip clubs liquor stores weed dispensaries or any of these things if you just kind of do it in moderation. It's no different than if you work out too much at the gym. Which of course we find that to be preposterous, we know these things are chemically addictive. We also think they are deteriorating for an individual and a society. In fact, it's the business model to try to have you get hooked on them and try to destroy the soul of the human being. They numb us. They do not heighten our state of awareness. They do not sharpen you as a person. Again, you can.

"That's why we are here. Brought to you by Andrew and Todd a Sierra Pacific mortgage for personalized loan services you can count on, go to Andrew and Todd dot com, the wonderful Andrew and Todd dot com. With the Russian invasion of Ukraine and with the not very smart person who wants to be on the U.S. Supreme Court, it's very easy to kind of keep your eyes off of what we just lived through the last couple of years. But we have to continue to demand justice and with that trying to find out what exactly happened the last couple of years with the vaccines. With lockdowns, what is the data actually show? Now we've been through this many different times, but there's more and more data that's kind of trickling out that is exposing the vaccine, exposing everything we've lived through the last couple of years. National review dot com more than more Americans, 65 and under, died from alcohol related causes than COVID-19. Alcohol related deaths increased 25% from 2019 to 2020, with alcohol related deaths among adults younger than 65 outnumbering deaths from COVID-19 in the same age group. So let me just first say this. Morally, no problem if you drink whatever, but I do say drinking is not good for you. There's very little upside to drinking. I don't like people that drink too much. I think that it really I've seen an impact lives negatively. This is a thought crime I couldn't care less, especially in politics. There's a lot of drunks in politics. But I say this all the time, I say alcohol is a killer. People roll their eyes the way that we have kind of become socially accepting of what alcohol is in the country. And if you drink no problem, I'm not saying you're a bad person, like fine. Do it in moderation, I guess. But it's technically poison it destroys your body. It does. Again, I'm not trying to say you're a bad person or that I don't like doing that sort of moralistic stuff, but it's a killer. It is, I've seen it destroy lives. I have. And the way that we kind of just kind of normalize it has been been very fascinating in more ways than one. And look, I'm not saying the Bible says you should not drink. That's not true. In the Bible, you are, I believe there's different interpretations. I believe a very moderate intake of alcohol is biblical. I choose not to intake it. That's just my own personal decision. How I'm able to keep the pace I keep, but it does warn against drunkenness. It says the man who drinks forgets the law. There are dozens of warnings against drinking in the Bible, dozens. So here's the story that says more American 65 and under die from alcohol related causes than COVID-19 and 2020. And so I would just like to challenge young people out there that might be unhappy or they might not be hitting the goals they want to hit, which is, can you take 30 days outside of alcohol? I guarantee you'll sleep better, you'll eat better. You'll definitely lose weight. You'll be a happier person, just something to consider because the studies actually show that the thing that we should have locked down is we should have locked down our liquor stores. Is that we shouldn't have locked down our schools, especially for young people, we shouldn't have locked down people in their apartment buildings, we should have put the National Guard in front of liquor stores. Now, I'm kidding, of course. I'm saying if it was all about saving lives, that's what this study shows..

"Employees choice. You're going to come in until turning point USA how to run our business? No. And so I was just texting right now with our attorneys. We are going to sue in federal court. We said that earlier, we won't be alone. There's many lawsuits happening. I just hope that quite honestly that my fear is that a poorly written lawsuit in a bad district is going to be filed. That is my fear that will uphold this thing. But we will be suing, we have a 190 plus employees and I'm not getting vaccinated. One of my great employees, I'm not going to say his name right down there. He got vaccinated. So we have plenty of people that make different choices. We don't judge based on it. I don't care. I don't ask about it. And yet, I want you to think about how, yes, of course, it's obviously patently unconstitutional. It's all this. But this is super creepy. Could you imagine using osha to come in and be like, yes, I need to go see your medical history, and you see what drugs you're on? I need to go see how many employees you have on prozac? Like, who are who do you think you are? 24 state attorney generals have come out a group of 24 Republicans say attorney generals have warned and they will continue to push forward saying that they are going to sue. But Biden doesn't care about the courts. They're going to do this anyway. This is the important thing. There's a lot of different dynamics with this. And look, if you're a small business owner, people say, well, Charlie have to comply. We're not going to comply, okay? It's not going to happen. I'm not going to have testing centers. I'm not going to have swab kit. We're not doing any of that stuff, okay? You take care of yourself. We believe in liberty and freedom. It's that simple. Osha somehow governs what we do. By the way, the other thing is that most of our employees are remote. That most of our employees are people that work in the field. Osha continues by saying Biden says we've been patient, but our patience is wearing thin in your refusal has cost all of us. When is, when are we going to just say time out? Why do so many people that are getting vaccinated then get the virus? And we have to keep on putting up with this con job. This is a con is what it is. So obvious, mayor Eric garcetti got. The virus after being vaccinated. I could go on and on and on and on. And Colin Powell, right? He got the virus after being vaccinated. Jen Psaki got the virus after being vaccinated. Mallorca got the virus after being vaccinated. We had a great event at University of Alabama and I asked if it was a really nice young man. I have to say he was super polite and I didn't. I didn't go hard on him. But I asked him, he said, you know, what's the difference between this and measles mumps and rubella and polio? I said, do you walk around? Having fear that you are going to get measles every day. You said, no, I said, is that vaccine works? Because you've been successfully inoculated. He said, well, I am worried I might get a breakthrough case because I've been vaccinated. Well, that's the point. This osha rule, it's extraordinary. We're going to fight it. We're going to fight it in the courts. We're not going to comply. We need massive non compliance everybody. If you are a business owner, you need to not comply. Now, let me read you. This is so funny. I got this morning. This is typical corporate America, big Wall Street firm. I'm not going to say which one. Huge Wall Street firm for one of their meetings. They say, regarding COVID-19, our firm requires proof of vaccination for all in person activities is for a financial retreat. This is what this is the opinion of Wall Street to attend, you must have at least 14 days after your single dose vaccine or a second dose in a two series, even though vaccinated attendees must complete a COVID-19 test. I mean, is it a vaccine? Or is it a treatment? I mean, goodness, gracious. So you have to get tested even though you have the vaccine. Within 48 hours of the event. I have not heard anyone. And this is an open invite to anyone in the medical industrial complex. Please come on the show. And defend this police. I'm happy to allow you to argue from authority and you could even do the Skype interview or the zoom interview with all of your degrees, okay? You can have your Johns Hopkins degree behind you. You can have all of them framed so you can argue from authority. I have some very simple questions, very simple ones. Which is if the vaccine works, why are people that are getting vaccinated, keep on getting positive for the same virus that they are vaccinated against. They changed the definition of the vaccine. The CDC did the center for disease control. They changed the definition. The rule is set to impact roughly 84 million employees 70% of all U.S. adults are fully vaccinated according to administration. We will be suing on our good friends at the daily wire also suing good buddy Jeremy boring is leading that forward good for him. I'm glad to hear that. Who are they to say what private businesses can do with our employees medical decisions? And by the way, this is what's so crazy. Is that they accuse us of wanting to control women's bodies? "Okay, I want to get into mandates and vaccine news, breaking today. The Biden regime has now officially put forth the rule for the private sector mandate through osha. The occupied occupational safety and health administration, and so we have said on this show that there was no mandate there was no mandate. That is no longer true. It was true then, it is not true now as there is now a rule from osha to require employers to comply. So basically, let me read the essence of it. This is the ultimate constitutional workaround and for a reason that is so incredibly inexplicable and stunning. The occupational safety and health administration is giving employers with more than 100 employees. Us. A January 4th deadline to comply with President Biden's Fauci virus vaccine mandate and threatening thousands of dollars in fines for defy it businesses. According to a fact sheet released by The White House Thursday. This will impact over 17 million workers. Okay, so we're not going to comply at turning point USA. We have a 195 employees, almost all of whom are under the age of 30 very few are over the age of 30, many of whom are already have contracted the Fauci virus, some of our employees have decided to get vaccinated. A lot of our employees do not want to get vaccinated. And who is Biden to say that all of a sudden you are going to tell us what to do with our medical decisions for our employees, it's every single individual employees choice. According to what the taliban says it will be pre the taliban promises that it will be free so you could also look at as tremendously humiliating moment of american humiliation. Leaving forced to leave on the taliban's clock and with the taliban's good graces that is correct. And that is joe biden's decision. There is no one else to blame for this except the old man who says the bucks with him he american people have said the buck stops with him now. The question is going to be where we go from here. How many americans get left behind. "Better but mental health first. Because if you don't then you're not going to enjoy your sport and you're not gonna succeed as much as he wants to. So it's okay sometimes to even sit out the big competitions to focus on yourself because it shows how strong of a competitor and person that you really are okay so this is broken down along political lines because everything does in the united states. There's a group people say she's villain. There's people say she's a hero. She's neither she is a she she's not a villain because again the reality is that she she had one bald attempt she did perform while on the tempt. She said she wasn't in the right head space and then she was afraid that she was going to damage her teammates. That would basically prevent her teammates from winning silver if she continued to compete and so she withdrew. does that make her some sort of villain. I don't think that really makes villain. She is again. Maybe greatest gymnast of all time. She's tried things in competition. Nobody else has tried. I don't think it makes her a villain to walk away and say that she is not competing. I also object to the idea that she is a great hero and this is the part. That's kind of amazing. Is that the media have now declared the when you walk away from things. You're supposed to compete in this. Makes you hear they did the same thing with meiomi asaka with regards to the french open as she walked away from the open saying that she didn't want to do media interviews. It's like well even if you have sympathy for that. That doesn't make you a hero. The media have decided that now. She has a hero right that the leader of the team walking away in the middle of the olympics makes her heroic. Lindsey krause has a piece in the new york times settled. Simone biles doesn't need a gold medal to win. There's another piece in the washington post by liz. Rosenbergs saying quote rooting for simone biles means recognising the greatness in her decision to step back. Okay we would never apply the standard to any male athlete of any kind ever. If tom brady threw two interceptions in the first half of the super bowl and said listen. I don't have it today guys. I need my backup to take over. We'd all be like wow. That's a joke. If lebron james did that in game seven of the nba finals which this is if he had said listen. I don't have it today and just not feeling it and i. I'm i think we're better off my backup. People be like no that no right here was when you overcome the obstacle. Not when the over obstacle overcomes you as a maker a villain but to try and valorize walking away from competition because you broke that that that's an active beller against act ability. But it's certainly not an act of valor. But the problem is that in our society. Everyone's either a hero or a villain in there is never any in between where people are just people and they do things that are sometimes in their own best interest may even in the best interest of their team but only because they feel. They can't do what they're supposed to do. Like this is just a person of a human thing and we're allowed to say it's a person doing a human thing without suggesting that the person who's being villain or a hero the people i do think Are are doing something that is horrible for the culture are people. Were suggesting that is an act of of heroism and valour to somehow walk away from the olympics as the greatest gymnast of all time. Like that. that's that is a weird thing culturally to proclaim and we have seen a bunch of people who are proclaiming that i- i strenuously disagreed already evacuated today with an additional hour of content. "Women. in their youth. are at the peak of their beauty and attractiveness. It is the time when they can best attract the kind of a man they want in their life. it is when they can easily more. She wants to be a mom. it's when they can have children most easily. You do not use that time up while you sit around with your thumb up your wazoo. A dithering over whether you like the girl enough or not. Let her go. Let her find somebody who deserves her because right. Now in your state you're in now the state of maturity. Now you do not you do not deserve. You should let her go to say we should go on a break. Is that a coward's way out I can't use on the air words strong enough to tell you how cowardly it is. You have blown it you know but you need to grow up a little bit and then you're not gonna take her time away from her While you sit around and grow up that is not the right thing to do. The right thing to do is to let her go a letter the life she wants the children. She wants with somebody who appreciates her as you don't seem to and and listen pal may be right. Maybe you know you can find somebody else who is better but the point now is you are not mature enough for this relationship but you are mature enough to be a man and let her go And that's that is is my advice you could do the opposite and marry her but you better realize that that's for life. There's no divorce after that you'd better realize if you're going to do that. That's for life but whatever you do stop dithering make your decision this very day and act on it because what you're doing now is is just utterly utterly wrong G there were a lot of things about My superhero up Episode at people pointed out that i didn't get superman. The superman right. It was meant to not superman three. I actually knew that. And i just copying different things and i put the wrong thing but doesn't change anything i said but i will address some your superhero comments another day. Because i'm out of time. And in fact that cleveland this weekend i warned you i warned you. It was coming the cleveland this week. Now it's here and it is as dark as i said it would be infernal. It's it's funny because it's dark and yet it's filled with a consuming flames the consuming fires of despair that you can already feel creeping up around you To take you down and make it almost impossible for you to survive into the next episode next week however however if somehow you manage to crawl through the wreckage. That is the cleveland this week and make it back to our next show. I will be here once again with the andrew klavan show. I am andrew claybon. Enjoy this episode and want to spread the word. "Oh no oh no pushed too far We're going to go thought we'd only done fourth today okay. Well they'll try to fix that camera. I was describing. This difference between euphemisms. We all use euphemisms right. The euphemism is when you use soft words to sugarcoat realities so a harsh reality. For instance is sam that you know. A a woman is aged. Let's say you don't want to call a woman old. How dairy woman never tells her age so you say she's a woman of a certain age. Okay we all know what that means and it's not a lie. She really is a woman of a certain age. And you don't want to call her an old hag so it makes perfect sense but if you take another pill like a politically correct euphemism and you say okay instead of calling someone a criminal. We're gonna call him a justice involved person that's an actual euphemism used. You're not just sort of softening what you're saying about them. You're actually inverting the reality 'cause they because whatever the criminal is he's not involved with justice okay he's actually involved with injustice. It's the opposite of what's going on here and that is what you're seeing. That's what you're seeing with all this kind of orwellian talk coming from the. Who and this is all over the place. This is even in infected tennessee. you. I love tennessee. I fled los angeles. Good maura by the new salinas. Fash fishes stick. I guess more communistic sort of you know woke assed state. Didn't turn around. I didn't wanna turn into a pillar of salt. I come to tennessee. But the stuff's going on in tennessee. Tennessee is requiring all state employees to complete an assignment on diversity and equity as part of their performance reviews this according to internal documents from the tennessee department of hr and this is what they write quote. Although we're all affected by the recent deaths of black americans black employees are affected. Disproportionately be considerate of what employs are experiencing when communicating with team members. We're told that certain deaths are worse than other deaths in the united states and certain people based on their skin color are more sensitive and deserving more privileges than other people. That's a new caste system. That is that is a deeply unjust sort of thing but it reminds us that there's a big difference between what we think that our government is and what our government really is what we think our law is and what our law really is. And i think you're seeing this in conservatives. There's a group of conservatives that seem to think that nothing has changed since nine hundred eighty two and they just want to keep their head in the sand and go along with that and there's another group of conservatives who knows what time it is and who knows that we need to change our strategy. We're gonna be wiped out forever on the right and that latter group of conservatives the ones who who seriously know what's going on and if we wanna fight back at all we've got to recognize that We've got to wake up and live in the present if we want to reclaim the glories of our national past.
