"Right? I mean, there's lots of people that buy guns. There's tons of guns in the country. People don't behave this way. Crazy people behave this way. And you know, as a kid, I remember. The slogan or the catch phrase, people don't kill people, or guns don't kill people, people kill people. And it made sense to me as a little kid. And there was always debate over that, and there's still debate over it. And here we are. I don't know. 35, 40 years later, from the first time I've heard those words. And still, we're still in the same place, where we are constantly we use this term gun violence, as if it's a real thing, as if there are violent guns, and every time it happens, we bring up this term again. And we just stick with the word and we allow it to become part of our daily lexicon gun violence. Yet, there's a phenomena, a pandemic, an epidemic of knifings of stabbings in London, all over Europe. It's the popular way to get people amongst many of the immigrants coming into that area. Like the people who've taken over Paris, it was like a homeless encampment under the Eiffel Tower. It's the same thing happened in Germany. And it's fascinating how that didn't happen. Germany 30 years ago, it didn't have this knifing problem. London didn't have this knifing problem. People weren't getting knifed all over the place. But it's on the rise, and it's because that's just the weapon of choice and the way these guys do their thing. It's not knife violence. It's those crazy people who have a knife in their possession. And I think this is not a distinction without a difference. This is really important. We have to really figure out how to help people and stop people that are crazy. I'm a proponent and good thing I'm not running for president. But I think if people are criminally insane, we should have a place for those people. And I'm pretty sure there's people that will debate me and send me all sorts of stuff and I'll get a lot of hate for saying this, but people have always criticized the United States for being one of those places where we have more people incarcerated than most other countries. And I would always argue, I think it's because we have a more effective system of justice. And because at one point, we had these places called penitentiaries or homes for the criminally insane. Because there is a population of people. Just like dogs. Most people see dogs and they love dogs, and they're just the most adorable, most loyal animal you could ever find. But there are some dogs that lose it for whatever reason. And not that they're trained to that that actually do. Family dogs that have been in the family forever. And when they get older, they just flip out and attack somebody in the family and mall and wear. It doesn't happen a lot but it happens. And there's a fate for animals like that. And I don't see humans that behave that way any different. I really don't. I think that if you are a person, whether it's acting children or in this case, a veteran of the armed service who couldn't hang in the army and came out and couldn't find the help he needed. I would hope he finds the help he needs. I hope there's medication for him. I hope this therapy. I hope their support. But if there isn't, then there needs to be a place for a person like this. Otherwise, the place that he's going to find is the place that he's at right now. And there's reports that the hero cop sprinted towards the shooter with the rifle to take him out. Kudos to the cop who did that. And there's some reports out about that as well that the Allen Texas cop who put the end to this by killing the shooter or as in the words of his chief who said he identified the shooter, neutralize the shooter neutralize the threat. Which I thought was the way it's got to be. That he really sprinted towards this rifle and everybody else was running away. And I think that's the job and that's what he signed up for and we're grateful for heroes like that. But I want to continue our discussion on mental health because veterans are important to us. I think we owe them a debt of gratitude and insomuch as helping them and acknowledging them and honoring them. We have to support them when it comes to these issues of mental health. And straight ahead, I want to talk to Gary Sinise, who's been an advocate for veterans since you saw him as lieutenant Dan in Forrest Gump. He's been excellent on this issue and he's also going to be at the Memorial Day parade in D.C. honoring veterans as well and the fallen. So we're going to chat with him a little bit straight ahead. Don't go anywhere

Our baby's next. What do we think for guaranteed? Okay. Okay, well, here's the thing. Do we think Kim wants another baby? Like the cards are like these two are full on. They are just like throwing down their fully into this. They want to give all their love the attraction is like nonstop, but when I ask about babies, I don't see it. What is it? Wait a minute. Okay, let's move on. Okay, well, speaking of babies, Rihanna and ASAP Rocky, welcome their baby boy on May 13th, but that's kind of all we know. Can you tell us anything about their son based on his birthday? Ah. So their son is their little tourist, so he grounds them and also she would I get as he, I don't, they're not married, right? Not yet. Not yet. He is like the contract for them. He is the thing that made it so that it was like we're forcing you. We're showing you you're meant to be together and this baby is like sort of the glue. Whether you get married or not, this is your contract. So she is this like rounding force for them. All right. All right, okay. Well, now for everyone's favorite exes that got reunited and got married 20 years later. J.Lo and Ben. What's in it for them? Is there marriage gonna last? 'cause according to our first husband, he's like, he don't think he's gonna last. Oh. What

"This is entertainment. I mean, you could wear white, but I don't think they meant to outdo the bright, like with the train. The train is a lot. You know? That is what she should be mad about. What she should be mad about is that her friend does look better on a sheet of stuff. It's a whole moment that this woman created, but the thing is it's not just a wedding. It's a televised wedding and the cast knows it. And so they came to kind of make sure that they were going to be seen and get some good camera time and some good IG posts for it. This weekend, I'm going to Teresa giudice's wedding. So what are you wearing? I don't know. I'm not wearing a wire and a blond wig. Let's just be nosy. You know, that's a Jersey wedding. So it's gonna be sequence and all kinds of. Who is gonna be good? I can't wait. I'm gonna take a house. Wife wedding? Do you anticipate any drama? They already want me to sign a release. I'm like, they said, I'm like, oh, yeah, singing me a relief. If you snatch wigs at this party, Lonnie, can somewhat book me on Monday, I need to find out what happened. The Real Housewives of Dubai airs Wednesdays on bravo. Now here's a big question. What happens to your pets after a split? Former bachelorette Katie Thurston says her cat and her ex's John Hershey's dog will be seen each other from time to time. Katy and John broke up after being together for less than a year. Would you let your pet keep in touch with your exes pen? Thoughts, Rachel. I'm sorry. I am so sorry. Number one, less than a year. Number two, they said her cat, his dog. Number three, I'm sure they're Friends. But God bless you guys. Tell me if this is still happening in a year, I will send you all the species mixing is what gets me. My dog and cat, they tolerate each other. They have fun together. They're not gonna miss each other. Like sometimes I bore my dog and I have a house sitter for the cat. All right, take my dog. It's not like they're reunion is so spectacular. Maybe for these two, it is, but I also feel like, isn't it low key just a way to see Rex? That is my whole point. Thank you, Jay. You got ready for a breakup. If you try to use that excuse, they're not children. You know, they are pets, and that they are important. Y'all been together, like you said, less than a year. What's the connection here? Girl, you still want to see him. Listen, go ahead. Is it going

"A roast. I'm too fragile. I'm too sensitive to do a roast and they were roasting them as he's saying. I will say his performance was transformative. He really became Elvis. I couldn't personally. Could you do it? I would definitely, first of all, bass knows what he's doing. Sometimes the director, they see something in you that you don't see. So I don't think bass did this just to be a mean person. I think he did it to make his performance better. And when I watched, you know, August, that actual scene, it was great. It was heckled. Oh, I'm a commie. Of course. It makes you feel very vulnerable. It makes you feel, you know, like, for me, if I get heckled, I want to show them. I'm like, I'm cussing everybody out, 'cause I'm like, I'm gonna show you. And it makes you want it, but you know, that's method acting. And method acting, he was trying to put him in a place where he would feel vulnerable. So it wouldn't just be like, oh, we're just acting. And you can see it. So I think he's, he's gonna get an Oscar nomination. I think he does it. There's something wrong because Austin, he really did a great job of Elvis. And we keep showing that pelvis. That part. We'll say there were some iconic things I was looking for in the movie, and if nothing alone, he should just get it for the pelvis shake. Yeah. I'm just gonna give that pelvis a nice Oscar now. Do what you need. Sometimes, you know, especially when you have to carry a whole movie, you know this Rachel, you have to, the director has to do certain things that seem a little extreme, but if it's worth it for the picture and it doesn't really hurt. Do it, okay? Yeah. You know, before we go, I want to give a shout out to an acting legend, Nichelle Nichols. She was a trailblazing actress from the original Star Trek series and movies, and she passed away yesterday at the age of 98. 89, sorry. She was actually her and William Shatner, their characters. He gave the first interracial kiss on television like back in the 60s. And I don't, I think she knew how pivotal hero was, but as a young girl watching her, it was just awesome to see. And I love Star Trek because it was so many different cultures. Yeah. And then they put it together and they show that we as a country could get along and can work together with different cultures and respect. You know, even though we had aliens, you know, you had Scotty, you had her. She's just a phenomenal person. Are you a trekkie? Yes. Clearly. Let me find out. Can we get Lonnie love on Star Trek? Producers are watching. I love it. Stay here with us. Rest in peace. Still ahead, normani puts her foot down. Who she says she needs to read the room. Plus, Priyanka Chopra tells us about her sexy new project and what's it like working with her husband, Nick Jonas. Oh, I want to find out. We'll be right back. You know, have you ever been in an Uber lift and thought, how did I tell my driver to stop talking? Well, normani clearly has, she tweeted, please tell this man, I'm antisocial and don't want to talk the whole damn car ride. Read the room, sir. Read the rooms. Can you relate? Yes. I feel so inclined to engage if someone engages me, but there's often times where I've had Uber drivers give me their business. What do you do for a living and then I share and I try to withhold it and then they give me their business card or they want to connect outside and I'm like, I just wanted to ride down the block. Well you know for it. In the app, you can put, you know, I want silence. And I put it. You know, I put that. Is that an Uber or just left? It's an Uber. I think I've seen it and I haven't. I haven't thought to do it. But it's also feel so, I feel like I have to. And I have a good Uber rating and I'm super proud of it. Thank you. Oh, that's why, you know, but I'm super nice and then I just find myself like, if I'm supposed to be working on an audition or like doing something else in the car, I'd using that time wisely, I will just spend it talking to you. Yeah, you don't want to, you don't want to do that because you want a good Uber rating, but you know, my whole thing is that I think sometimes if you get in a car and they recognize you, then they start talking. It's done. It's like, I don't care if it's in there to stop talking. They see you and they recognize you. I've gotten so many cards. Have you had a selfie request? 'cause I have. All kinds of stuff. Yep. Gotta be something in there like screening about that. That can't be it. Yeah. They don't care. But you select no talking. No, I say no preference. No preference. Sometimes I have a preference for what I don't share it. I'd say no talking and they still talk to me. So do we think that they were suffering? They should not do that. I follow up questions going. What's your follow-up? Do you give a bad rating? Because I'm scared to give a bad rating. You know where we live. Oh. Oh, see, then we could clap back and be like, no, Pete, chatted the whole time. One star. No, that's just ignore them. Okay. Okay. Hey, Priyanka Chopra is officially the new face, a Gloria Vanderbilt jeans. Oh, I had some extra books when I was when I was 14. That was my thing, so they bringing this back. She showed Francesca the collection while discussing her fashion icons and what's next for her and Nick.

"Anymore. Yes. Oh, I can't wait. It's not four sliced stone. This man would not have been known. That's true. So you mean to tell me you just, you just say, forget all of that. I'm gonna look out for me. I don't have all the people that you should not be messing with historically and on screen. I think we can all agree it is rocky himself. Yes. See? Apollo creed shoulda lived. And Draco should have died and we wouldn't have. I bet you car weathers would have never done this. That's the smallest question. How are they going to handle it? I mean, if this is a spin off, is rocky the character, how are they going to explain that? Do not generate interest in this show. That's right. We are on the side of some stone. Okay, now Jennifer Garner has a strong warning about injecting anything in your face. She talked to Harper's BAZAAR about her beauty advice saying, wait as absolutely long as possible to add anything. Don't think you're 37 and you need to be shooting up your face. Jen also asks that you should look in the mirror less and obsess. Okay. Okay. Okay. How do you really feel? I mean, I just feel like I would just, okay, first of all, we can't all have her obviously genetic gifts. Yeah. But why would you want to just draw a hard line of the sand about how you feel about something? Wouldn't you want to leave that option open to yourself? Thank you, Rachel. What if she changes her mind? She's just so on record now. And this industry different people age differently. Okay. In different, you know, people grow differently. So you can't put an a to say there. And I love gender. This is not about her. This is about us. Let people, if they want to add something to their face, or if they want to do something to their body, let them do it. You know what I mean? Because everybody is like, sometimes when you people like get a certain business or get into it, say they get something, they have to look a certain way. So sometimes you need a little help from the doctor. Right, and I will say, listen, I think the word that people really should be chasing if they are going to do any kind of little assistance in the face is conservative. You want to just kind of remain fresh and rested, but you don't want to shift your appearance so drastically, you no longer resemble the characters you played before or that even the same person. Just be real, don't Jay. And this industry for a woman is really hard. When you get past a certain age, to get to get roles. That's very interesting. That's the reason why people sacrifice and put stuff in their face because of the fact that they just don't, they want to work. Yeah. That's just the truth of it. You know? And people also hit a certain point where you can either look older or look like you've had work. That's part of people just choose. You're right. Because it is like you could be the young ingenue or her mother, but that middle area is like a wasteland of nothing. That's weird. But yeah, it's, again, it's like, do I look like I had something done to the point that people can kind of tell why I look older? And there's just not much in between. But honestly, she looks amazing and that does make me more inclined to listen. Yeah, my God, she has money. I mean, if you do the facials, if you do everything, yeah, you know, but for some of us, like I haven't had any work yet, but believe me, pretty simple. What would you, what are you? Because you've heard it all being talked about. What would you be curious about? I would be curious, like, 'cause once I've already lost 30, if I lose this extra, which I'm trying to get, I will get to. My face is gonna change. Okay. And it's probably going to look older because, you know, they say, when you add, when you have weight, it's a little plumper. But as you get, you know, I might have to add something. So I'm gonna add it. Yeah. 'cause I want work. Can I come? I wanna watch. Yeah. Okay.

"And the thing is, you can sit here, you can have all these lovely weddings and spend all this money. That means nothing in the end. In the end, the truth always comes out. And we just wish them well, because this is a mess. Get it together, be out. Okay, Sylvester Stallone is mad. He is punching back at rocky producer, Irvin Winkler over the franchise spin off Draco. Now, sly has fought for years to get the rights back to his famous character. In a now deleted Instagram post, he wrote, I never wanted rocky's characters to be explored by these parasites. Sly also called out his longtime friend, Dolph Lundgren, who plays Draco for going behind his back. So this is a spin off, he doesn't know anything about it. You know, I mean, first of all, the history of rocky is that when he first started, he was unknown, nobody knew him. The producer Irving took a risk and made the movie he has produced all the movies, but I didn't know Stallone never had any type of, he didn't have any ownership. Right. So rightfully, you know, the Winkler family can do this. They have all rights. He's been fighting to try to get at least some rights back for his children. I mean, you think rocky you think I Stallone? Yeah. You just do. It's really, I think, can be really tricky when you create an iconic character like this and you get replaced without being told. Just because they didn't have to tell him, doesn't mean it's the classiest thing to do because they make it. And it's got to be painful, but I also know on the flip side, this said does Garner a lot of visibility for Sylvester. People are going to be interested in him more than ever right now. That sometimes a byproduct of just a show being made that you helped create the original and you're not a part of the spin off. True. But they're completely insane not to want his support. If he stands up and says nobody watched this show, people, I think, will get behind those die hard, you know, rocky fans. But what about his friend Dolph? He wrote that. The original Draco for him put him in the original movie. This was what made him a star. And according to slot, he said, we were friends. He didn't imagine he'd been calling him, slots don't been calling Dolph going, hey, what's happening? He don't say nothing. 'cause he knew that slide we get mad and probably stop. I'm just assuming it probably stopped the project. But this is the problem in this industry. It's like, you think you have friends but when it comes to business, all of a sudden now is bitch. But I will say and make sure you could probably speak to this, but there are business friends and there are real friends and sometimes those lines blur, but I always keep on putting in a movie. I broke

"See your man living up to his best potential with somebody else? Because let me answer my own question. To answer answer it. Here's the thing. I mean, and because I love Jennifer Garner, I follow her. She's just amazing. I think that because I think she's so incredible and amazing, I think that she wants him to be living his best life. I think she's that good of a person. She wants the father of her children to be happy as can be because when he shows up to spend time with his kids, he's in a great place. And Jennifer Lawrence is perfect. So I think she does feel that he wants his happiness. The only thing though. What? 'cause I'm like, oh, I'm quiet. Remember you were a kid and you would go to somebody else's house and then the parents would call your parents and say, oh my God, he's so nice. He helped me. And you don't think he never does it at home? Yes. Meanwhile I've been sitting here for ten years trying to get you to put those camel lights. But, you know, like, I think you are correct. I think you would want the father of your child children to live up to their best potential so that they can be the best fault. He can be the best. Hopefully. Does she want to metabolism? You know, that happens. Maybe he gets a little double. Maybe that, she wants to secretly, but ultimately, his happiness, I believe Jennifer Garner. And I just hope she's happy. Jennifer Garner. I think she has moved on. So, hey, love and love together. Boom. Right. Here we go. Happy. We did. We talked about it. It's perfect. Speaking of love, let's move on to the bachelor. Okay. Because Clayton seems to think everyone has potential. We got a peek at what's coming up later this season. And this man is putting himself in a pickle..

"Much. I'm here, honey. I mean, everybody is just talking today about the heartfelt situation. So much love in the air. I mean, J.Lo is finally opening up about she and Ben, she is breaking her silence on what she calls her beautiful love story with Ben. Jen tells people out Friday, I just feel very happy and lucky to be in a relationship that's happy and loving. And I want to do everything I can to protect that and keep it safe. It deserves that. It really does. We hold in sacred. Yes. She really gushes about him in this interview and if you're J lo, would you be hesitant to talk about Ben at all? Wow. Well, go ahead, 'cause you love love. This is yours. I take it. I want to hear about birthdays are a day apart, and I think the most important thing is that when you find that right one, it's okay to profess it, just don't go too deep. Don't do too much unveiling. That's the only thing that scares me. You know what I mean? Because she'll come out. She's like, I love, you know. And we'll do that, but I just want them to really keep it sacred. Keep it private. We don't need to be altered with it. People magazine. Yeah. And then just keep it safe. Yeah. And private. I think you have to tell the story. Right. I think if she didn't tell the story, I mean, we gonna feel in the gaps and you don't want that. Right, right, right. You're not with the media to fill in the gaps. And what I think she has learned is you give the public just enough. Just enough. And you pick and choose those things. So they don't exactly. You pick and choose those things that you're gonna keep sacred just for the two of you and you go about it that way. Well, I love that I think in the article two she talks about that it's getting a second chance. And I think sometimes you meet the right person at the wrong time at the wrong time. And this is now, she gets a time she gets to get the right person at the right time. I mean, but we all like our access to go to way to some camp. And I get better. Yeah. You know, better looking, age well, grow up and then be returned to us. Just delivered on the doorstep. But I don't want them damaged. Don't come. But you know I'm out there and just be a little bit more experienced to know that. Okay. Because you know what? I'm a house flipper. What does that mean? I will renovate you. I will give them all the way together for another bitch to come live in and enjoy. That's what I do with my boyfriends and I hate that. I am that person that will put the time and put the effort into a man. And then somebody moves into your picture. And then some girls into my fixer upper. You can't act like that. And they get the value. Let them get to that. You got to hold it bathroom. Exactly. Hold on to your equity. Get it. That's your percent. But I don't think that you can be with a man based on potential. I'm sorry. No. No, but this is what I'm saying. This second chance, he's no longer potential. He is the fully realized Ben that she's that's sacred, and she's protecting. But that has come out and said he's gone around the world and yeah, yeah, yeah. He knows his mistakes that he's gone through. You know what I mean? So now he's better. He's a been improved. But let me ask you a question. Been a left me a question. Did you a question right here? It's gonna be a question. How mad are you at not mad? Actually, I don't think she's mad, but how upset do you feel some type of way of your Jennifer Garner and you.
Ben Affleck Says He Would've Stayed Drunk With Jenn Garner
"I give Ben ask like a lot of credit. He came out and said flat out, he felt trapped in his marriage to Jennifer Garner. It's tough to say these things when you've got kids involved and you're still talking to each other because your co parenting. He said, we probably would have ended at each other's throats. I probably would have still been drinking had he stayed with gen Garner. Part of why I started drinking was because I was trapped. Can't leave because of the kids. I'm not happy. What do I do? And when I did was, I drank a bottle of scotch and fell asleep on the couch, which turned out not to be the solution. I give the guy a lot of credit. I really do, because that's not an easy thing to say. First of all, it's not an easy thing to come to grips with. Anybody who's been in a situation like that with a marriage is going south and you're coping, you're coping in some way that's not healthy. I know a lot about that because I was down that road as well. It's tough to say that flat out when you know you're going to be affecting your ex-wife, your kids read the news. So what I'm saying is he says to how it's done he hasn't done his drinks since he's been clean for a while. He'll never go back to it. I think, you know, you can give him all the shit you want but being with J.Lo. I think she's pretentious and, you know, she's not my type, although I do admit she's a beautiful woman, just not my type. And look, it's working out for him.
Steve Deace: The Number One Driver of COVID Surges in the World Is Vitamin D Deficiency
"That's exactly right Nobody is lobbying on Capitol Hill on behalf of vitamin D seasonality If your name's Matthew McConaughey or Jennifer Garner and you get an audience with Anthony Fauci as a big Hollywood star and you ask him about vitamin E he tells them the truth and even admit hey I take 8000 IUs of vitamin D a day Well you know last year when everybody was locked down instead of sending him checks that just crushed our inflation rate why do we send everybody at vitamin D pack Because the number one the number one driver of COVID surges in the world is vitamin D deficiency The number one driver That's because that's what is connected with the seasonality here But we would do things like this if it was about healthcare And it's not And the mask mandates were to condition us for vaccine mandates The vaccine mandates are to condition us to hand over our bodily autonomy because once we've handed over our bodily economy we are essentially now handed over That's what this is about This is about a mass acquisition of power and control We are seeing hospitals now that are losing lawsuits about Ivermectin who are then still after the patient they're going to chase last weekend where a guy got Ivermectin and walked out of the hospital A few days later they are still appealing it How dare he survive They're still appealing He's not setting a president that they have to do this There was a case in Wisconsin where the family said we'll bring in our own doctor You don't even have to put your hands on it and the hospital still said we won't let you do that even if you bring your own doctor in and then the guy died Whatever This is insane We're in control as I

"And then, you know, you get this shocking news that he's out. You know, whether it's a culture thing is something that's been going around. There's, of course, talk that he had sex with another employee. And then click on that, by the way, because that was, you know, that's part of the athletic article. It's right there in the tweet teasing the article. It was discovered that all right, so okay, so I take it back. I take it back in part because I missed this part. So all that was in the initial tweet that I saw. I guess there have been multiple tweets because this is not the tweet that I saw that I just pulled up. The initial tweet that I saw was he had a consensual intimate relationship with a member of the organization. And I'm thinking, my initial instinct is, I mean, like Kevin Costner and Jennifer Garner did that in draft day. They even brought a baby into the world, like who cares? Why is that a story? But all right, so he's married. That's a problem. Obviously, that you can't do. That part, I feel like has not been well publicized. Yeah, but, you know, they've been trying and really, I think with that, they can't really fire somebody necessarily for that. I think rosas would have a lawsuit on his hands. You know, he'd have a reason to come back at the organization..

Britney spears divorced from kevin fedor line the really rough one between johnny depp and amber heard and then right now. She's in the gnarly. One between angelina and brad pitt balance on for like a decade it seems. Es area ugly. And then jennifer garner and ben affleck And it's just. She's a very interesting woman. She's very lovely. And i think it's a great. I love great profiles. That's such a thing that i like. Love to dig into and there's just a real really fun The writer did a great job. I think of capturing her vibe. because she's very beautiful fashionable woman. I loved island through. There is a part in this piece where i was like. Who is she talking about. Well she is like fifty two now. so she's like. I was in my twenties and thirties. And there weren't many people practicing law so you could send a drummer from alternative band too. So sh so. If we put her in her late thirties. I guess that's to fargo for it to be lake travis barker but she could be smearing the time line a little bit and she was like one so when a drummer arrive miss wasser recalled. She hustled into action removing his piercings and whisking him to bloomingdale's to buy a suit that would cover his tattoos. I understood him. I too had a cover up a tattoo and take out some piercings. I'm just realizing this. Tommy lee of course yes. Good jobs rate. Nope it's timely. It's dumb because that is right. Yeah because it would be like fifteen years ago. Yeah at least that's right right around. I feel like oh that's great. She has a great the quote that we were laughing about numb because she says i never discussed. she's relentlessly lipped about her latest high-profile proceedings last month. Miss wasser divorce papers for kim kardashian west in her split from kanye west quote. I never discussed the case. Ms wasser says with an unbreachable finality. Not much else was off limits though in a rambling conversation over zoom last month quote. Talking about myself is my favorite thing. Ms wasser said jove my lover. I love her. I also thought hell funny. It would be for like for someone like kim. Like you've been to use divorce attorney before but the next time you get married. If the attorney like sends a big old bouquet excited about the business it's fascinating and also just hearing kind of how she breached breaks down kind of like therapy piece verses the like getting the job done that she really does not see herself as like. They're two issues there. She's not an expert on marriage and very open about that in his like. I didn't work out for me. I'm not a marriage person. I just need to get this job done. Basically for yeah and then. She's like we're not here to like fighting's not going to help us out like he's trying to. It's nice as possible and keep it out of court go through. It really is about like what you learn is best. But yeah it's she she's very. She's really ravishing And just has a vibe. You can totally see why they would like basic character on her and she talks about it in the piece to kind of doesn't agree with laura dern it's hor trail but she loves it's so funny okay. She's like why she's much sexier than i am. I'm not like wearing tight dresses. And they put that quote right underneath a picture of her and a very fit at chanel dress so funny and love when people like talk about how. They're not while they show you that..

"I have a couple of phone calls side about romantic cavities, and we'll get into our poll results in just a minute. But guys nice enough to hang on. Let's go home within, Charlie. Hello, Charlie. What's going on? Hey, Charlie. Hey. Hey, guys. How you doing? Well, good. Good. My suggestion was a movie called defending your life. With Meryl Streep band Albert Brooks, and I think it was late nineties, sometimes awesome. I think it's a distant, awesome film. It's a great love story, but it's incredibly funny and has a message. Yeah, they go to heaven, and they got to defend. Basically, they get to spend their life unless they defend it, right. You know, they have to go back. I don't remember that one at all. Oh, it's wonderful. That's great. That's really good. A good call Charlie. Thanks. Sure. Yeah, yeah, that's a good one. Defending your life is good. And then he also had the other one that Albert Brooks did. Where they did They decide to sell everything and go to Vegas and they were going to travel around the country. I can never remember the name of it. And everybody out there right now is yelling and even know the name. But it was such a good movie because they have a nest egg and they go to Vegas and his wife flows the entire nest egg in one night while he's sleeping. She's not playing roulette. 22 22 come in 20 to 20. It's a hilarious movie, and then he has to go back its okay now we don't have a nesting now We got to go back and get jobs. So he's like he's like a crossing guard is here is really good. I can't remember. I don't know why I can't remember the name of it. Because all the other things have been going out of my head. Let's go to Buffalo Girl, Gideon Gideon's gonna yell at us getting what's up, Guys? Princess bride, So it's my favorite movie. Okay, not along top. That's the problem. You're talking about Princess Bride as a romcom. It's an action movie in a thriller, and there's romance in it, but it's not a romcom. The big sick on your list. That's like my favorite romcom at the moment, um, like it's such a funny movie, and it's sad, but it's funny in the end and it Z. Your heart just melts but With Princess Bride your heart like You need to be all giddy at the end, and I'm all getting at the end, but like it's a thriller and its action, and there's fighting and it's been exciting movie, but it's not a romcom. Guys. Come on. No, I I agree with him. There's if there's a little Romance. There's a little but it's more of a comedy and right. It's ah! I've never thought of it is an action packed thriller, but yeah, he kind of is Well, you know what? When there's when two of the characters air referred to his buttercup and farm boy, I mean, you know It's in the very beginning when he was with, you know, you know, farm boy, I'd like you to polish my saddle so I could see my reflection in it as you wish. But I was like, Come on. There's beautiful. Yes, I agree with you OK, but it's not. It's not a rock, not a romcom in a traditional sense. Okay, get here. I'm glad we got the big sick in there for you, though. Yeah. Okay. Great movie. Thanks. Appreciate it. Let's go to the South side. And Danny Hey, Danny. Hey, Hey. Hey, How's it going, fellows? What's going on? So a lot of people are suggesting, like very stereotypical movie. I'm here to make a small argument that Deadpool should be considered around contract, Okay? You think about it right. People call it a superhero film. But the only reason why he goes through that process because he's in love, and he wants to cure that cancer so he could be with this girl. Like getting in just that. At the very end, he ends up with the girl. Sorry for any spoilers on you feel all nice and warm and fuzzy inside. But is it a comedy? Is that common in there? Oh, it's funny. Fun. Yeah, Yeah, yeah, yeah. Ryan Reynolds, Right. It's proof. This is pretty much funny and no matter what he's in its purposes, Ryan Reynolds in just just standing there. He's funny. Yeah. Okay. Good call. There's a good argument really is And there's like flashbacks and, like, kinda again, not a traditional romcom what we're comparing to write, but, yeah. I think it's a celebration time they want We don't live in traditional time now. We don't know this. You're right about that Daddy appreciate the call. Thanks. Appreciate it felt So, so let's go to what our polls for the day we had two of them. Let's go with the Romcom one first, because we said, What's your favorite robin? Common? I'm sure the people replied, the other ones, but of the four we put up there. How did they break down? All right, with the least amount of the big sick in third was Notting Hill in second was when Harry met Sally and in first the one that Gideon says isn't a romcom, The Princess Bride? What was the percentage of the Princess bride had 53% she's had majority and why Was 25. What? What? That might be the case to where that they've all seen The Princess bride they made out of seem even when Harry met Sally was a long time ago. What you know, Can you believe that movie's probably what at least. 30 years old. No, I'm thinking at least it's got to be even more. That was really one of Billy Crystal's early 99. 80 90 now, Okay. All right, that was it was classic. Dole and Meg Ryan was cranking them out there for a while That and sleepless in Seattle and Yeah, she has a really good movies are now she's spending time with Melanie Campbell. Yeah. Seymour, Indiana. Well, and she's probably taller in it right? Because he's a little guy. Yeah, I think so. They're in a pink house. No doubt, right. Obviously, they have to be in the pink palace. Okay. And the other one is with the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction nominees listed. We asked who least deserve Yeah. Yeah, And there are a bunch of people, but I picked out the obvious rock artist so who leased Deserves induction In May, Todd Rundgren Foo fighters Iron Maiden Rage against the machine again, who least deserves induction. So the voters with 47% believe Todd Rundgren, least deserves the nomination. Foo Fighters got the least amount of votes with 12%. So they everybody wants them in. It's an obvious choice. Hon. My arm main band do, eh? So I made in and rage against machine Iron Maiden had 19% rage had 21% so some people are saying no on rage. Wow. Okay. Johnny Vegas says. Come on the break up. Who doesn't think Jennifer Aniston is a goat? It's a good movie, and I like that. It doesn't end in rain bows and sunshine. Like every other words, you just ruined it for me. Yeah, well, we didn't tell you holidays. She doesn't die or anything. So you know that. Okay? I have a big big on Jennifer's Jennifer Aniston, Jennifer Garner. You're the one I'm good with either one like I have my Lopez going like I had my choice, Right? All right. Yeah. So, uh, well, the hilarity will continue tomorrow. Captain Jay Hood. "Author of the Back in the Day Bakery Cookbook. And more recently baking for breakfast. Hey, Cheryl, How's it going? Hey, Francis, how are you? Well, thanks. So we're talking about breakfast and the first thing I want to know. Is When did you know you were breakfast person? Wow. That goes way back. I knew I was a breakfast person. When I was a child, and my mom would make French toast often, but on weekdays, she made something she called cinnamon toast, and it was just toasted bread or of slices of bread with big Pallets of little dollops of butter and cinnamon sugar on top, and then she'd put it straight in the broiler, and it was the best thing ever to take you off to school. That's when I knew. I think I love breakfast, and the other thing is She would always give us also coffee something she called coffee milk, which was basically milk with a splash of coffee. And so that was breakfast on most weekdays. Oh, man. What's he like? What she like an employee of like big coffee like you're just trying to get the kids hooked young, like, I don't know. I know. I think she loved her coffee, and we were always intrigued by it. So that was Something that she came up with coffee milk. I mean, my wife grew up in like a traditional Portuguese home. So like they always have wine on the table and would be that thing. We're like other kids we get A glass of water will splash a wide, so they felt like they were sort of joining in on the on the proceedings. Those memories are great, aren't they? They are and it's funny because you talk about the cinnamon toast. My dad never cooked. Never, ever, ever, ever, ever. Um I literally remember only one time in my entire life where he actually prepared food in the home, which is actually a special memory and zone because I remember was going to say, but one thing he would make for us Woz. Host, and we just be like white bread out of the bag. And with peanut butter. And he would pour so much sugar. On it. That would be crunchy. Wow. And I mean, I haven't had that in Literally decades, but Just thinking about right now. I totally remember my dad putting on a plate. I totally remember it's comfort. Yeah, that feeling of the crunch of the sugar crystals with the peanut butter toast and guys so reach for this. Slices of cinnamon toast like if I'm having a rough day, there's just something so comforting about it. Oh, that's lovely. That's so lovely. Okay, So, speaking of breakfast times You have this book baking for breakfast, and you have to ask you about it, cause I know there's such a You know, sort of romance, the idea of waking up to the smell of something coming out of the oven. But honestly, I have only once in my entire life walking up early enough to mix a recipe for Mitt and bake it first thing in the morning and like, Honestly, that was even for brunch. Not even for breakfast so well. It's hard, Theo, we're going to talk about baking for breakfast. Get more people into it. It's got to be quick and easy stuff right to start, at least. So what would you tell me? To make to get me into the habit. Oh, gosh. Well, I would say things that are super easy are quick breads, muffins. She could make the batter in advance and then scoop those out the next day. There's something that we're famous for. At the bakery. It's called Abyss Cone, and it's part biscuit and part scone. It's very simple. There was one day the bakery. I just could not bear to roll out biscuits. I was running behind and my invention Woz, the Biscoe. So basically it Z almost like a quick bread and you scoop it out. Instead of rolling it, and it's very flaky. I mean, you do still cut in the butter and all of that, but it's it's quick and I love it because there's so many variations. And it's really simple to make so those air just a few. Well right now I want to have more about the scones because I am fascinated by this idea, and also because I saw apparently your close personal friend Jennifer Garner and making them on instagram the other day, but But maybe for those of us who are not really super dialed in on the distinctions like what is the difference between a biscuit and a scope? Okay. And And how did you combine the two? Well, you know, biscuits. That's a Southern tradition. Sure, um, but and scones. They're really quite similar, You know, scones usually or rolled and cut out as well. But I think the ease of making a scone just seems I don't know. It just seems more approachable for people somehow. And so the combination of the two of the flaky And the extra flaky biscuits just you know, it's just a great combination. In the Agin made them in her nightgown. Famously, she likes to talk about how she's made them for a long time with her kids, but the ease of making them without having the rolling out and the cutting, you know, that's I think, sometimes a little daunting for people. So you just scoop it out and pop them in the oven, and they're you know, they're great. I love that because there's always There's so much Mystique around biscuits. And you know my me Mom made the best places in the world. It is all this mystery to biscuit making that you're saying will it just go on You just scoop it up. Drop it on the tray and pop it in the oven. You're good, right? There is no mystique to abyss Cone because I invented it, so it can be whatever you want it to be. Other new family fuse. There's no family feud. There's no this is what it should be. It's just delicious. But another great thing about them is is the variations that you can do. I mean, you can literally anything you have on hand in the kitchen. Um, you know, if you have dried fruit if you have fresh fruit if you have chocolate chips, I mean, you could just kind of play around from sweet to savory and just, you know, kind of go on a web of what you have, which we all learned a lot about that recently Tol work with what you have to switch is definitely something that you know. Southern bakers are known for being resourceful. So we're talking to Cheryl Day of back in the day Bakery in Savannah, Georgia. She's the author of making for breakfast. You sticking around with us to take some of your baking questions? I'm Francis Lamb. This is the splendid table from a P M..

"On We have a name for those celebrities behaving badly, and that name is to the bag. Presenting Lord and Lady Douchebag of the day. Who's your D bag today? Colleen Yahoo! Life Know Who is your D bag? Yahoo life. Don't know who life is. I want to know your d bag is Yahoo life also in style in style magazine, who originally printed this article that then they shared in Yahoo life. And there D bag Because of this headline, which got me interested in okay, I'll admit I Clicked on the article. Headline is Jennifer Garner is so committed to these controversial genes. First of all, I'm assuming for the sake of this discussion. You mean like pants, jeans? Yep. J e A N s Those types of controversial like they're made by, I don't know. Okay, so that's I'm like, Are they not ethically produced like what is that? What's wrong with these jeans? Why are they so controversial? Fine. All bite, I click. Controversial Is the operative word in this statement, Right? So I'm thinking like what causes controversy about genes that feels really intense. I read the following Jennifer Garner isn't afraid to get low. At least that's what her genes are telling us. While celebrities made the switch to high rise by around 2007 Garner has held fast to the southern sitting waistline. Don't know what those words. Yeah, So sitting waiting just means low rise jeans. That's what's controversial. Her low rise jeans. All right. Okay, well, I'm not a fashion person. Neither mine um but, ladies in general, you pay more attention to these things, because society requires you to think that this is important because it's a patriarchal society and They're trying to throw you off your game by making you think about pants. So maybe on the off chance that you have more opinions about pants. And I do. Is this a controversial thing? I do not feel controversy around this, Holly. I own some pants, do you? I am unenthusiastic pants wearer. In fact, I'm wearing a pair now. Whoa! Some of my best friends are pants. And I'm looking at these controversial pants over on the World Wide Web. Here's why they want to make this a thing, huh? Low rise jeans. Are on the up. Are they? But that's what the fashion industry is trying to do. Because here things low rise. Yeah, thank you. These aren't particularly low rise jeans. Remember back 20 years ago when the whole thing was, you'd wear a para thong underwear, And then they'd be up pastor pants and it would win lto affectionately call the whale tail. These are not those pants. But these are pants that have a new low rise so that you purchased them for the low low price of $225. I would say these are mid rise jeans. They look like normal genes. If I were to just look at a pair of jeans, I don't see any booty crack well into Holly's point, a zoo scroll down in the article. You can get the look With 123456789 10 affiliate links Thea other thing is, I feel like I have genes just gone so high. Anything approaching a normal waistband is now considered low. I also think to Holly's point that we will see this happen. This happens with all fashion. Right, Um, you they make high rise the high rise of thing. And everybody turns their entire wardrobe over by buying high rise jeans and gets rid of all their low rise and then they go. Oh, now low rises the thing the thing because they got to keep you buying, Of course. Yeah, so now like the leg, Schapelle change. The rise of change the color wash will change. All of that's going to change the low rise boot cut jeans before you know it. My suggestion is ever do that again. My suggestion is get him all Just hang on to him. Don't get rid of your genes, I think come back around. The answer is the answer that we've always given when it comes to fashion, Find something classic Find a normal cut. That is not too ostentatious or weird. And just like that will always be in style. I know I'm trying to think of what the cut of genes that have always been in style would be I think I'm just a regular cut. Like you know, A normal like sits at your waist doesn't come too far off of your leg. Is not too close cropped. Just a middle of the road. I mean, I think that's easier for men. Honestly. Than it is for women. Women's jeans go all over the place. Well, yeah, I mean, there's obviously a lot of variation. Yeah, I'd like my jeans to go on the road with Zac Efron. Sorry. I was still in the fantasy. I'm like what? Sorry we get to Sacha from No, We just were there and I never left. So he Bradley do body bag I do. And my d bag Just like yours is a publication foot where news Frequent flyer. Oh, my gosh. There they are, And by that, I mean frequent PS flyers. In fact, this story on footwear news dot com which yes is a real thing. Yeah, Well, um You know, one of the things that I spent the whole weekend. Thinking about was how's Ben Affleck doing? Just can't I feel like that's a lot? That was awkward. Thank you. Very silence. Yeah, that's fine. No, but you know, we've reached the We've reached the point in the relationship. I'm sorry. The publication ship of Break up of a Nadar Mus and Ben Affleck. We call them Farmers. Where we're just Watching them live their lives and the tabloids are following them and noting how forlorn they look as they live their lives. No. What's different about this is were in a pandemic, so it's not like we can catch photographs of Ben Affleck going out to target looking sad or being out with friends looking sad or going grocery shopping, looking sad? All we get from Ben Affleck is him trying to come In and out of his front door and pick up deliveries. While looking sad, Hmm. So this headline in page six made me laugh and the picture made me laugh even harder. Headline is Ben Affleck balances packages and coffee while attempting to keep pants up? Yeah, the poor guy. I mean, he's having a hard time even keeping his pants together. He's got 12345 Amazon packages and an Amazon box, which by the way, is drenched. No doubt by his in ground sprinkler system or something. He's bending over and you can see visible crack. So I think we can all say that's rude. They should not have published that photo. Nobody needs to see that also shocking. Pretty crack. He wears old Navy underwear. Oh, good for him. I mean that you can tell that from that distance Look at the scroll down because you get like some odd close up buns. It's like I see the inch of crack. That's nice. I want to stick a pencil down there. Holly could stick a 12 pack up. I think we're missing the obvious. I think this a floor miss Meltdown. Post poblacion ship experience is being sponsored by donkeys because I feel like every article about Matt Damon, who is not Ben Affleck. But Ben Affleck has had Donkeys like for the last week. He's always drinking a donkey's, which actually makes me worried about like his sugar and sugars. I mean, now look, he's probably just reeling from the tragedy that is the end of his population ship. And so he's gone to the sauce feeling well, and I would rather him sucking down the donkeys. Then, um, you know, sucking down the Jim Beam. True, This is a good point. This is a healthier choice for him. But you're right. Like I don't even think about that. This population ship break up is definitely sponsored by donkeys. And apparently today, amazon dot com Also I mean, I'm mark it. Well, maybe his ability to Balance. It is impressive donkeys on all those packages people for this No, that's a misnomer. They don't. There's no people anymore. I suppose you just sit on your money and you have robots do everything for you. Meanwhile, while he's trying to keep his pants up and getting all of his Amazon packages with his donkeys. What's on in the army is up to I feel like buddies. I feel like she's more sexy and all of this well on a door, Mrs. Clearly, the sexier one right? Like the whole story line of post publication ship for Ben Affleck. And on it are Mrs like poor ban and The woman. Is victorious. Is me. I have to clear my voice because I get so moved. I know it's well, this really this publication should break up has been hard on all of us, Um Yes. Hold on. Hold on. You asked me Not about Jennifer Garner know what is on the door miss up to thank you for asking. I'm just making sure this opens the right thing. Oh, yeah. The whole thing is poor Ben, Right? And then for on it are miss. Of course. It's like She's just, you know, young gal on the go her career's on an upswing. She's just doing life shouldn't have time for all this, you know, tragedy and drama. So, um In people. There is a story about out of the armistice, and it talks about a new role that she's got. That's just about to appear. Oh surprise in a new interview with the UK publication, The Sunday Times, which took place by the way prior to the end of their population ship on a D R Miss. Is going to be in a new film. Now. We we knew she was filming something right? Right. We maybe even talked about the film, but I don't remember it. I don't remember it either. I just know that That was one of the reasons why they were apart up until the break up. Um, but she Is in this film called Blonde, which, by the way, Is about Element row and await on Adar, Mrs playing Marilyn Monroe. Mm hmm. Right. So now I had no idea we were fired up about the Nicole Kidman cast is Lucille Ball. I guess I'm a little agnostic, because I don't know what the hell Heck, this movie is about. Or what it's supposed to tell us like, Where is this showing up? I clearly was not on my radar. Anyway. To me, it's kind of hilarious because it says Una de Armas says it took her nine months to perfect Marilyn Monroe's voice for a new film quote, so exhausting, so she does this interview about how it's just It's really that's rough. She goes. I'm feeling for what we're gonna say, Holly. Go for it, she says, Quote. I tried. It only took me nine months of dialect coaching and practicing and some 80 our sessions. That automatic. That's voiceover. Like doing your own voice over. Oh, NPR, So that's like she had to go back and over like, dub her voice. Yes. Oh, interesting. She goes on to say, quote. It was big torture so exhausted. Oh, my brain was fried. It was big torture. I mean, I don't know that in this moment, I would really describe anything in my life is torture hyperbolically. If it's a job that you're getting paid a lot of money for I'm sorry, rambling to other countries to film whatever I have. Lots of thoughts is a woman in the industry and even in general, and about how things from the thirties forties and fifties or so relatable nowadays. And if you don't have a strong base with your family, and so on, it's really hard to make it through. What way wanted over words Meaning that that was like a salad. I'm glad I'm not alone of the words. I have no idea what that meant. Also worry that again. I'm sorry. Oh, sure. So again. She's talking about how it was torture. Right? Right. I tried. It only took me nine months of dialect coaching, practicing and some 80 our sessions. It was big short. Torture. My brain was fried. I had a lot of thoughts as a woman in the industry and even in general, about how things from the thirties, forties and fifties or so relatable to nowadays. And how if you don't know. And how if you don't have a strong base with your family, and so on, it's really hard to make it through really hard..

Preparing Our Children for the Path of Life With Jennifer Garner
"I'm so curious since your kids are a little older than ours are and they aren't, as you said, becoming more adult like independent in thinking and have their very strong other own opinions about things. How did you help them? Like navigate what I'm sure was a like in the world of teenager not being able to go to school or not being see your friends or go to prom really whatever it is. That's a crushing blow in in a lot of these. How do you help them feel? Not and and help them cope in at any ideas for slightly older children who don't just trust everything that comes out of their parents. Mouth is Gospel Yeah. Well they didn't always year. Okay. It wasn't. Okay. Tying to leave on my daughter, my middle was in fifth grade. She had her bury favourite teachers in the whole school a who she had third grade had moved up to fifth and she in that class with her best friend being challenged being excited, she lift for it and it was a big deal for her. She's very social that was is just she just had a really hard time and so now you know at the beginning, it was like, what can we do know when it first started I, kind of started us in with a weakened do hard things dinner conversation and with a notebook open. I always. With a notebook open in Lake let's talk about what we're going to need to do to be successful, and we're going to need to just be really kind with each other give each other space we're going to need to really find ways because they're big enough to. You know we know that the way to feel better is reaching out. So who in our church? Who in our lives could we be giving to in order to feel we know that we need to be safe? We're GONNA clean on Saturday. We just made a plan and we didn't always follow it but it gave us something to go back to you and then it really just sucked sometimes of course for everyone. On a couple of kids were really fine with zoom. They were just really happy that we were all cozy together. I have one who's feeling a little more paranoid about Cova. So it was. Great that we were. So close down in one who is desperate to get out. So it's just it's different for everyone and now it's like, okay going into the new school year. What are we gonNA, do how we can make this work because my middle daughter started saying me mom might bring repelling anything the teachers tried to tell me over zoom I'm not hearing it anymore and God bless her teacher who showed up in our driveway to talk through because she was A. student this amazing brain brilliant soon, and she sailed everything. We had to we had to really you know drill down together how we can make this work for her. It's just not all that you can't make it all. Okay. You know isn't that its own lesson to I feel like a lot of so alarming Evan parents for roughly seven years call it, and that was like a a novel moment where you realize that. If you've been a highly achieving person are you a like type? Any personality? You thought that reading a book or like they were set rule that you could follow him and you get the you know that was a very comfortable place to live in parenting is a daily affirmation that not getting every question right or not getting every answer right or not always having the solution is sort of par for the course. But obviously, this throws everything even into more of a tailspin. I'm curious because I do think that that's. Something that is being highlighted for any parent who has. Multiple kids you see how differently they're all taking your adding in. An and trying to remember that you have to be a different parent. Each of your children is a really crazy you know. Ends I'm. Back that was, it's not a question. It's more just like a yes I. Agree. I also, you know every day with parenting a fresh start to get it right or a fresh start to try something new is an experiment. It's a lifelong experiment in the way and yes, you can follow the books and I do I was definitely someone who when I was little I was very much prepared path for my child i. was like you know Oh, she's not being so every would be quiet you know what I mean Yes, it's not until I had my third that I learned to prepare my child's path instead of preparing the Padma, my child, and that is something that I I heard once in it's one of those little parenti things that has really stuck with me. Of course, it's going to be hard. Of course you know I feel the same way about resilience that I do about gratitude you can't tell your child be resilient. That's so condescending be resilient. You'll be resilient. Why are your time? You know it's Time you that. You. Point out to them. You know what's happening right now is that you are rising to a really tough occasion and I am seeing something in you. That is I. Hope you're really feeling product because this is not easy and you're doing it.

Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Garner enjoy a beach day together
"So Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Garner. Hanging out on the beach together, but it's sort of like a funny beach setup because it's going to be totally relatable. Bradley's out there shirtless in his swim trunks, and then his little daughter appears to be with them. And then Jennifer Garner is wearing like a skirt and a card again. Okay? Can we just talk about how this is such a publication? Ship experience? Oh, my gosh. And then there they are Spotted together, which is look like a happy little family together. I am happy that TMZ you blurt out the face of the little girl. I am Teo. I feel like that. I feel like there's a like feeling your spend some litigation around that you and guess what that needs to continue. I just sat photos again if Siri Cruz, who's 14 years old And she walks around New York City like a normal 14 year old in New York, and she just gets stalked, and I just do not think that they should be allowed. To take photos of her. She's 14 I'm sure that Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Garner sent them the photo for sure that we're pre

Paint-by-Number Kits, The Tonight Show, Dots Homestyle Pretzels
"We'll take a break from talking in complaining obsessing and instead shouting out things other people are doing that. We think you'll find useful ever as enjoyable as we do with all this around about roundup. I just wanted to start by shouting out. An activity not necessarily a brand work a specific company but an activity that has been keeping my family somewhat busy over the last couple of days. One that We hadn't done since my kids were a lot younger but My daughter has bought herself a big paint by number. You know painting right not the the ones that are kids when they're younger but kind of a more complicated one and she's been working on that and every once in a while somebody will stop by and add to it and just kind of sitting on our kitchen table so if you're looking for something to do says she ended at. Hobby lobby if it still or you can order online. But she's been doing this paper numbers thing. She's doing it passing the time fun on bed. It's a real be able to cover the walls of your whole house. We'll have a gallery by the end of US right so you're looking for something to do. Yeah bickers the paint by numbers. Give happy you. Terry well it. It's probably a risk to mention a a corona virus related entertainment options because things are changing so quickly. Who knows where things will be by the time you actually listen to this podcast? If things will still be available in going but I wanted to mention we mentioned earlier in the week that Laura had invited kids to share their council high school musical performances and other performances on her instagram page. And that is a really fun thing to sift your way through. Especially if you're someone like me who cries when you see young people Doing you know singing and dancing. It's very emotional. But that's very sweet. Jennifer Garner did a similar thing. So you can look at her I think that Laura Bananas is Hashtag Sunshine Stories and Jennifer Garner is. Hey Jen look at me. But we'll have the correct ones in the show notes if those wrong But also I've been enjoying all the late night shows. I guess if shut down because they don't have to have audiences and they don't have to have their crew and all the large number of people together to do that but various of them are putting things online and Jimmy Fallon is doing the tonight show from home with you. Know graphics drawn by his kids who actually has two daughters are very much you know. He's sitting trying to tell a joke in their crawling all over him and you know laughing in jumping around and doing stuff. His wife is filming it And he's then a face timing with his guests so on one of them Lhamo. Verandah was on it and on another one. Jennifer Garner was on it. So you know talking from their homes and it's just very loose and very of looks sort of like if you were trying to do something like this it would look about the same and it's just a very fun thing to look at your trying to kill some time in our long national period of urine boredom. And HAVE YOU CATHERINE. Well something to eat while while you're watching This these are the I know this. These things that came out of nowhere. I guess there from from Maryland or something but a- I think either my daughter or my husband I discovered these dots homestyle pretzels. On't yes which you know last week. Terry recommended Pretzel Pop tarts which I can now second So these they have a flavoring they it. It's not like it's not like honey mustard. It's not really ranch but it's not super spicy is just like this really nice. Savory flavor that comes on these these home style pretzels. They're like little twists and they're so good and then when I was in the store the other day I actually saw that they have candy bars with these things in is this. I did resist the urge to pick one up but that may change the next time. I brave the grocery store. Well this whole thing is excellent. Excuse for snacking. 'cause yes you know. You don't have to avoid that stuff under stressful situations such as this anything goes. Yes yes I should have. Just gone ahead thinking of ditching weight watchers membership but they are very trying times and you might need some pretzels to get yum. I will be looking those up now. Yes so along with your painting and your fun things to watch have some missiles and that'll do it for another week of parenting
Ben Affleck Speaks Out About His Divorce From Jennifer Garner
"Things have been athletes super candid interview with the New York Times. Jin Garner is again back in the headlines and there is this report that says Japan's man. John Miller is uncomfortable with all of this US weekly claims John is empathetic but worried about how Jennifer has once again became the focus. Now remember the interview been said. His biggest regret of his life was his divorce. So would you be comfortable? If you were Jen's man and the x was saying this stuff you had ninety days to figure out if you were about this life or not whether you date a man who doesn't have a job whether you data celebrity. Where do you date somebody? That's in reality. Tv those first three or your period to figure out what that person's lifelike and when he started dating her he knew what the Paparazzi was like. He knew what the press is going to be like and this man is from California. He understands that no matter what they do for the next twenty five years. They're always going to be linked together. Maybe have kids and be. That was the most significant relationship for both of them. So I almost don't believe this is one of those headlines. That definitely is not true. This is like an easy assumption to make but I do think him understanding that. That is her ex husband that they are very public couple when they were together and they share children is one thing but for him to still be speaking about her. I think is a different thing and I think no matter how much you love somebody. No matter how concrete your relationship is you wanna be with that person without their ex coming in and saying well the biggest mistake I ever made. Was you know not working things out with Max? That's a frustrating thing to have to get over. It is but I think of all the headlines that can be said about somebody. You're dating that's the most mild thing it's like. Oh she's great and amazing catch. Yeah I know thanks and I got her. So she's mine and they do keep it very private the two of them so maybe he doesn't really like the spotlight peacock that they're very close. I also don't agree that this headlines through You know it's there's any valid validity to this report but at the same time like you're right. It's part of his life her life. It's always gonNA happen. Ben Is Always GonNa come up in conversation and you do have to just kind of accept it. Luckily Jennifer Garner is. I don't even remember a bad headline about her heart. They like nothing bad comes out about her. And if there's that's whenever I think shit really hits. The Fan is whenever you're dating somebody and these rumors that are super bad or saying they stole or they did all these things. That's whenever it's harder it's harder you know. Friend DATES IS GROW. Who IS AN EXOTIC DANCER? And they met in the club and now he dates is girl and after seven months Yemen. You know I'm just trying to get her to quit her job and I'm like you can't do that to her like you met her there. She didn't start this career. When you guys were eighty and you know why she does it. She put yourself through college if she feels empowered. Let her life. Unless you'RE GONNA go ahead and pay for the UCLA and be Sallie Mae for that girl kit. Tell that person to walk out there even if you are even if you can't afford to take care of them completely. I don't know maybe she really enjoys dancing. Like you know I. I don't think that's fair to be like I can take care of. You don't need to work anymore no matter what your job is. Call me and let me take care of all your Sallie Mae Morgan Stewart. I know for a fact that you'd still work. That is very true. I would still work. You would still want. He's taking care of your true and so it's one of those things where like. Yeah thank you. That's a nice compliment. And it feels good the data man who can put you in that position or date a woman can put you in that position but if you still have the you know you want to accomplish things then don't ask me to quit my job. It's also that person has control over you then right and you no longer have your own income and one day you WanNa leave that person then you have to sort of go through a whole process that either gets you. It's just it's always better to have something of your own. Can I literally spend the card on whatever I want and I don't have to ask you for anything? 'cause that's GonNa have to be the stipulation cash cash. Put it somewhere else and let it. Hi. How validated Jennifer Gardner? Feel right now because a lot of times there was a lot of speculation. This person said this person's camp said this and you can't really tell your full story without doubting an addict and talking about the things that you went through so for him to now talk about some of the things that she experienced. She must feel like when Denise Richards finally was like Charlie Sheen. You're finally seeing Charlie G S. I had to deal with presidents and and that and tiger blood. It's like the sense of like. Wow this story finally came out. People don't think I'm just this poor helpless person just trying to be in love with this. This man yeah. Meanwhile I'm just trying to save his life because he's the father of my children.
