"Sports podcast talked about Thursday night football game one. We've talked Jimmy Butler going nuts in practice. What else we talk about right now? My friend, yes. So the United States women's national team, the better of the two national soccer team. So we have harsh foot. True. Yeah, it's been that way for long time. Well, the women are participating in the Gold Cup right now. They actually played yesterday against Trinidad and Tobago. They won seven, nothing they will now play on Sunday, and that will be for the semifinals. This competitions kind of been a little bit of a. I don't know. It's not very interesting in my opinion because there's really only two teams the US women in the Canadian women. Other than that, the other teams, they don't stand really a chance at all. However, the US will play on Sunday. They will play the winner between Costa Rica and Jamaica. Whoever advances second place in group b, we'll have the unfortunate result of having to play the United States women team on this Sunday, however, seven, nothing US wins the game in a game that was mostly played in the Trinidad and Tobago defensive. Third, they also hit the post five times. So this game could actually been a worse when you look at the grand scheme of things in terms of the scoreline. So the US women they advance, they will be playing Sunday. Another interesting thing that caught my eye. That I like to talk about is the Lakers and the Celtics, they're being bedded on the most says, MGM sportsbook director, Jeff stone back into that Jeff stone back, yes, I your last name stone might want to change it just still back also lost. "I felt that happening to me that i was beginning to to get so much more aligned with we've got to keep this country safe that you begin airing in that direction so i i think that having organizations like this review group of a group of five people coming in from different perspectives on a regular basis different people coming in a regular basis charged with looking at this objectively uncritically and making recommendations are taken seriously would be very healthy i don't think that's happening there we're gonna take another break and we'll be back with professor jeff stone this episode is supported by west here the video hosting platform without lennox in video marketing tools that power creative communication for more than three hundred thousand businesses whisky is flexible video player let you simply customize videos to match your brand and used video throughout your business even if you've never made a video before start your free account at waste yet icon with it you'll get three video uploads advanced video analytics and all the features and integration that were built with businesses in mind easy to get started with west here today try it for free at wisdom dot com you and i were in a meeting together early in the obama administration when civil civil libertarians got together to discuss guantanamo with the president and you'll remember it was a somewhat contentious discussion obama having come at it from the perspective of someone who was a civil libertarian but now had the responsibility of being a commander in chief and do what do you remember about that meeting and i'll tell you what i remember.

"So the perception was the government's listening to your phone calls in reading your emails but you now no that's not true so what is the false story while i think the full story is exactly what's what's occurred with the data program the meditated program and in that data program all the information goes into a ball and the government is only authorized look at it when it can prove that is related to alqaeda or related terrorist group it doesn't get to see yours are mind unless we're talking to tear and has that data actually stopped attacks has that it actually can and i'm not i'm not for just trampling over anybody's uh communications said and stuff on for a reasonable approach and it's interesting that jeff stone didn't like this program either i use it because remember he someone side i'd be on the other theoretically but what he came to was let's move the data so that the government's not hold it it's now at the service providers and when the government goes look at it we can't audit as we did every time the government looks at so those audits were available for the courts congress in the administration to look at which is what the review looked at and lo and behold they found out that the only times that nsa looked at him associated with tears to it and any mistakes the nsa ever made were reported to the courts congress and the administration just as we responsible for doing so my question is.
