Eastbound 50 and westbound 50 both delay free, headed toward the bay bridge, the westbound span running two way traffic so three lanes east bound two lanes westbound getting across the bridge, however, a heads up now on eastbound 50 at wine mills road. We may have a crash, definitely seeing delay starting to grow there so keep an eye out whether it's just volume or whether there is an incident there in the roadway. If you're on the beltway the inner loop after two ten, that earlier crash moved over to the right shoulder, still seeing some volume outer loop delays approaching and passing two O two with nothing reported in the roadway. You'll also find the inner loop in Virginia delays out of tysons and off the toll road headed toward Georgetown pike that work in the left lane. We're seeing delays along Georgetown pike in both directions, pretty much between old dominion and Tolstoy roads. Keep an eye out for any work crews possibly some alternating traffic there at the work zone, in Maryland three 55 southbound between grosvenor and AltaVista road to left lanes were getting by the cones and in Virginia first on 66 the work zone's westbound headed past in at least straight toward one 23 in the left lane than the delay approaching and passing two 34 business. That's a long-term work zone in the left lane. Southbound 95 the volume out of newington headed across the arka kwon, then you'll slow in Dale City in stretches all the way into Stafford toward courthouse road. In Maryland watch for the volume on southbound two 70 beginning near father Hurley boulevard. This is often on volume, headed into Gaithersburg, these street sweeping crew was near Montgomery village avenue when last seen in the left lane. On the top side of the beltway out a little heavy passing New Hampshire avenue, inner loop has the slowdown passing Connecticut and passing university, boulevard with nothing reported in the roadway, southbound Baltimore, Washington, Parkway, the slowdown is approaching and passing one 97, while northbound is heavy from one 98 headed toward 32. Again, with nothing reported, no delays reported in either direction headed toward the bay bridge, where we do have the long-standing issue is the outer loop in prince George's county at saint Barnabas road, single file left, continues to get by the debris cleanup looks like people may be using that left shoulder as well so that it appears to be two lanes kidding you by. But travel lane wise, it should be just a left lane there. Actually, two left lanes now getting you by the debris cleanup with your outer loop delays beginning on the Woodrow Wilson bridge. The inner loop ramp to two 36 little river turnpike the ramp is blocked still with that police activity. The new inner loop flyover ramp to westbound 66 has opened and it is now before the eastbound ramp. So remember that if you're trying to take that inner loop to eastbound 66, you take the second 66 ramp from now on. Also in Virginia, it is little river turnpike eastbound, New York Guinea road, the right lane was blocked with direct definitely still seeing delays approaching the scene, the earlier reckoned manassas 29 near feather bed lane has cleared, and those travel lanes reopened while eastbound 66 is still slow from two 34 business headed in toward bull run. All right, Mark, we'll start in Maryland where we will find slowdowns with work zones, but a couple of new incidents have sprung up as well southbound two ten and friendly near old fort north, watch for a crash watch for direction possibly in both directions there. Also, a new incident was reported on alternate 40 in Frederick if you're heading westbound, Maryland avenue response was heading to scene. Still a work zone 95 in Maryland heading northbound toward 8 95 in the potassium river left lane was blocked. Baltimore Washington Parkway slowing north passing powder mill, there was a disabled vehicle on the shoulder and both sides of the Baltimore Washington Parkway through Annapolis junction passing 32 heavy and slow. There's been a large police presence, but no incidents have been reported. We're flipping the corn into Virginia where we're waiting to see the all clear of our work that's been going on transforming 66 outside the beltway project. If your north on the beltway inner loop at 66, the right lane was blocked, westbound 66 at one 23, the work blocked the right lane toward the beltway eastbound on 66. That's where the left lane was closed. No major incidents on 95 in Virginia, but some slowdowns can be expected out of fairfax. And again, the south end of Stafford county, again, no incidents easy pass express lanes point southbound. You're also going to find the inner loop headed toward 66. That's a delay with work in the right lane. The outer loop after Braddock road large tire debris reported on the right side stick to the left to avoid any issues. Also in the district it is southbound D.C. two 95 delays from burrows past these capital street. North bounce those from benning toward burrows, that should be due to a work crew. Also watch for delays near the third street tunnel on the westbound freeway or southbound three 95. It is after the case bridge where we did have a report of a crash, northbound north capital street near peace street, state of the left to get by the police activity, while inbound South Dakota avenue after bladensburg wrote it is the right lane getting by the work. Back in Maryland on two 70 southbound delays approaching and passing Montgomery village avenue, the two right lanes are still blocked with that emergency work, southbound route four near Walters lane was a report of a crash. Hard in Virginia with a little bit of a delay late 95 coming out of falmouth riding towards Springfield, our trouble is in dumfries. 95 north pound, I believe on the ramp to go north on two 34. We may have a crash Virginia state authorities just arrived a minute or so ago. So you may be under their direction. Three 95 almost top end after glib road, we'd had a broken down vehicle that is safely been moved over onto the right shoulder. There is no delay behind it from Springfield all the way up toward the 14th. That way looks good between Alexandria and Tyson's, it's a little messy right now in McLean trying to cross into Maryland where we have the street sweepers close up toward river road. They're working along the left side of the roadway. Staying in Maryland, our beltway had been pretty good other than this little delay in Bethesda, where quiet between river road and oxen hill, others stretched through Montgomery and prince George's county. A little heavy on the inner loop, carefully if we've got a mobile crew moving out of college park headed toward the BW Parkway. Two 70, you are on the brakes at a German town going southbound, headed to long-term work before three 70 about a week and a half ago we'd had a sinkhole open up. There is no time frame yet. We're still talking a couple of weeks. But when they'll reopen the two right lanes, three to the left continue to get you by. The incident out of jessup, I believe Dorsey run road reopened south of patuxent range road. There was an earlier incident down near the tracks that's gone. Watch out if you're riding on suitland Parkway in your silver hill road. There we had an earlier crash you may still find yourself under some direction. In the district, a little heavy traffic, both sides D.C. two 95 right around Pennsylvania avenue and east capitol street, freeway that was looking good. No real worries there. Nice ride along New York avenue and looking good in the third street tunnel. Eastbound Pennsylvania avenue near Potomac avenue in southeast. There was an earlier wreck. Jack Taylor, WTO P traffic. Okay, well, I mean, this is they can swim in The Rain. So the pool's already wet, whether it's raining or not, they can still go. Just keep an ear out there is a small thunderstorm chance today. And we all know when thunder roars move indoors. But not really a severe weather threat. That's the good news. Clouds are moving in now. Raindrops have made it to Winchester, Virginia, and martinsburg, West Virginia, and Hagerstown, Maryland already. This little band of rain showers is coming towards metro Washington. It'll be arriving here over the next couple of hours, but the good news about this range is it is not going to last long. The sun is already back out in Morgantown West Virginia, and so I think once we get The Rain in and out of here, we should be getting sunshine back by about three or 4 o'clock in the afternoon, especially out west of dulles airport and take a little bit longer down into southern Maryland, but this is not going to be an all day rain affair. Unfortunately, The Rain comes without a severe weather threat, rainfall amounts are only going to be a tenth, maybe a quarter of an inch of rain at the most. That'll be it. Temperatures right now are in the steamy 70s to near 80. Once this front goes by, the sunshine will come back, wins will turn to the northwest, and you'll be able to feel the humidity draining out of the atmosphere. By 5 or 6 o'clock, dinner outside on your favorite sidewalk restaurant, absolutely. No problem. It'll be clear and cooler overnight. Temperatures will drop into the upper 50s and low 60s by tomorrow morning. Tomorrow and Wednesday both beautiful, sunny, low humidity days coming highs near 80 tomorrow, 85 on Wednesday back to near 90 by the end of the week, but fear not.
