He hasn't spoken to me in a few days and he sent me an email to tell me that he would be staying at his own house for awhile since he smells bad and I'm so turned off by him. This is not how this was supposed to end up how can I get him to see that I love him but not his body odor. Well. I don't know. I mean you've told him to take shower. You know I mean, what else can you do I mean I think for me this is a deal breaker because it's just nasty. I think you must be a really wonderful woman because you sound like you sound kind supportive, loving understanding all that and the fact that you're still with this man who won't washes but I mean come on body odor is a deal breaker for a lot of people you really can't make you can't force grown people to take care of their hygiene. You can't do that I mean is he lazy or just nasty or both I just think the fact that you have to ask or suggest or tell. An adult to wash it, it's not a good sign. It's just not this doesn't happen every Blue Moon. This happens quite often which is way too much. Poking care romantic who can be intimate? Who can you know do for play with someone? Who Stinks? A turnoff he said he is such a turn off and it is this is just trifling I. Don't know what's worse what what could be worse when you told him to shower and instead of showering, he turned his back to you and God defensive and mad, and now he's emailing you thing he'll be out of the house. Well, that's good. That's a good thing. Stinky but out of there, he's not speaking you may love him dearly but come on let's face it. You're not going to be able to stand the fact that he stinks you're not gonna be able to do that. So maybe he'll realize what he's missing while he way and get somewhere and take a shower bath get a scrub I. Don't you know but I'll take him back. water loss came to Boston last weekend it's called the world's only mindful triathlon so we had on water law CEO and co founder Sean Hess in found out you know what what this triathlon consists of there's yoga there's a five K. there's all this you know really mind full healthy healthy combination of workouts and so we previewed the weekend's event at the hatch shell I saw some photos from the event last weekend it looks like an awesome turned out in so I really encourage you all to check it out last week's episode learned about Wunderlist now on to today we we recently talked to Kelsey o'neill of fly wheel sports talking about the free outdoor fitness series at the prudential center in so let's jump right into that conversation with Kelsey today we have on the fly wheel sports a studio manager Kelsey o'neill very excited to have you on kill see how are you doing today thank you so much for having me I'm doing really well the beautiful day out yeah yeah we've been having some good good weather I I went for a eleven mile run earlier today and it felt feel good you know wasn't too sunny out and and yeah it was it was pretty good in in so fly wheel sports has been a part of a a free summer fitness series at the the prudential center sit on the garden it's called in and it's described as heart pumping fitness classes on the south garden at the prudential center so how has the summer gone for you at this series yeah you're exactly right and it and it happened on Wednesday night in the south garden in the crew and we're so fortunate to be a card and this free workout theories we're representing one of our format is it which is actually called flight which is a strength training class that we also offer in addition to our real class which a lot of people don't know we have a spring training room as well but the nice opportunity for people to kind of get out and get he is and of course cost effective and we've been having a great time with it we've had tremendous turn out and it's been such a fun thing to watch that community the card and yeah yeah and so to be able to offer a free free summer fitness is always a great you know agree treat and you know what's what's been though the response from from the public of over the summer we actually had a really good response a thing it's like you said getting people out there and is challenging in itself and this is a little bit frightening initially right and fell and you have a free offering I think that takes a little bit of that yeah here away ray and then once they're presented with missing a gram AT how it really a community and it really is meant for everybody and all of our trainers that why we all and the typically the ones that have come out to teach these classes for this are very hands on and welcoming to me now and with modification and all sorts of stuff like that we think that the overwhelming response I heard and seen in Jeff healing every level is welcome and they feel really comfortable here I'm really happy with their choice that actually show up and take the class yeah yes great yeah that's great you know I I've I've seen the the free work out the offerings all over Boston all over the cities and towns around the area you know is it it's just such a great thing when when you can get people you know out there in and they don't have to to pay pay a fee and then then they're getting healthy well having some fun you know and and yeah hi the fact that it that is free that's that's really that's really great no the the the class that it's called the fit class that you've been license so could you tell us a bit more about how you know what goes on during the the fly fit sure so in addition feel our indoor cycling classes which I would say most people really and why you know with the indoor cycling we also have a room were reduced and precision training exercises which we actually call her in the lab and we offer our version of a bar class and then we also offer white in the one we've been kind of playing with dumber and in showing out in the community and not class really in body you know I'm more should be waited a Roach she was sort of strength training class right that you would get in a group actor side that right so you may be using and have the year we and doing some compounded newsletter we have a couple of their within it for now we series so you know fly wheel sports you have the the back bay studio how would you how would you describe the the environment in there at the at the studio the environment is unparalleled really it's always by saying between I studio staff and our instructor Jean and then our community of riders and cold there is there's always people in there and chatting and meeting and we try to create that environment where you just want to hang out there and really build that community because that's something we really believe and the stronger we think our community a better feel for everybody and the Maritimes people are going to take care right it's really important to get in some sort of ritual and you really feel the motivation and everything around you and I think that one of the biggest pieces a black community only the guard when you have a right and you're you know you're going to see your your technique how ARE year eight thirty AM cycle class body and we want to keep that alive yeah well so yeah always always so much more fun going to classes workouts you know with with bodies and and you know I have done six thirty in the morning runs and it in and to have a friend want to do that with me it it it gets me out of the out of bed you know is that at five thirty so yeah an ability right yeah exactly the so you have stadium cycling I see on your website and that's challenging interval base for rides what's what exactly is going on during these stadium cycling classes so and we have a few different stand for I'm sure that as well but we'll talk about it in forty five which is what you're going to be mostly our schedule and yeah we are interval based training and it is in this stadium which sounds really funny right when we're talking about indoor cycle by it refers to the way we have four and seating fell think about like a true stadium and how that up with different bikes and yet sixty one bikes in our room and then an instructor on a podium and that's fine and you can expect it to be dark and loud and just a mix of all sorts of music and it really high energy we kind of strip backing right then the light and the music is loud and and it really allows you to focus on yourself and what you're doing and you're coaching which we try to bring a lot of personal training in a group this year which sounds a little funny right after I get that thing you're fifty one by by it is something that you would a lot of individual coaching that will actually take place we all do not call yeah yeah well yeah the we love the metric yeah we have a large what we called smart boards at the front of our CDM which you can elect could be on them or you can choose to opt out create you know like a very cashier my nickname and that will keep track of what we call power point you aren't and then we also use the white flag and this is one of the teachers who are in close races which we call and we have thirty seconds forty five anything the second option and it's really cool when you check your queue we were into that sort of all out effort you're gonna get sweaty you're gonna get brass plaques trying or why he and it really really sucks you in while well I got to come check this out this seems like a lot of a lot of fun and really could get a really good good effective you know work out from this it's great yeah great training I know you said you we're a runner yeah deal a lot of the feline we in there and a lot of people training for a marathon and all of the marathon we have across the state even across the country cycling in general and allow in great way for you to achieve cardio and weights all of the interval training here the help for a call back yeah yeah nice addition to your routine are your training regimen right to low impacts like you said this is so key to not be pounding on you know on your knees and and that training giving giving that a break is so important you know I I haven't been to serve the in the server next year yeah yeah the technology of really interesting and and in addition to the the stadium cycling the other part is the precision precision training which we were talking about with the off bike total body workout you know what what show which is more popular you know at at your studio is it is is it half and half the precision and stadium or is it is it more more leaning toward the stadium cycling I would say and there were only first opened our studio we were strictly personal training dislocation and then we really had a need for it that we open up the lab order precision training room given point where Jackson about fifty fifty and most of our people that hate are we all classes also get into that lab in taking that class or the white part or all three of it it's just a really great way to complement cardio that you're getting sure on that the cycle room with that break about strength training so I would definitely say around fifty fifty god damn it is a little bit newer
