"Just guys reporting sports. And they've lost that yes on. They've gone for lack of a better term more although not more political and talking about issues and it's not and they've totally lost what they're doing and I'll be hot button topics there you don't get highlights hot hot hot button issues. That's what you get a why they're why they're losing out to foxsports. Which by the way then if you really WANNA get into here. Y'All get behind the curtain and hot water. That's why they sold out two Garrett Okay Dayton first of all I wonder how much money they paid him do that interview. 'cause you know they probably paid him baton probably to come to them and not. Fox Sports or somebody else you know so because again like you were saying. Because he went with them then they felt they had take you know he was done their guy they had to kind of back there guy instead of reported. Yeah exactly so. That's what they don't report I used to keep. Espn especially in College. Because you know college you can't try to silence because if you live in a dorm sorry residence hall Your there's always going to be noise I used to sleep with the TV on it was always on. Espn the only time. Espn is ever on in my house now is if I'm watching a live. Sporting event that is only SPN. That's it. It was on one that was. There's only one other show that I watch regularly on. Espn and that. Yeah I don't even get that I don't even. I don't even get that because another. I watched it all the time. But that's the only other show. I'll watch any kind of regularity is NFL life and yeah. I think about much I used to watch that station. Then don't know it's really say it's over the past probably eight to ten years that they have really in my opinion The way they're covering sports has changed so much. Yeah it does well. They're changing with the times and they're changing with the. It's basically I don't want to get into this too much but it's like we're an outrage culture. We all we want the hot button topic. We WANNA be outraged. We WanNa be you know as that's what drives the needle and that's what they're trying to do and honestly that. That is good for the for the vocal few but not for the majority but believe it or not so with this we want to roll into the Q. And A. so that way we can really start paying attention to what you are saying so we're going to bring this to a close but before we do I that's going across the bottom. Make sure you like video subscribed to the channel. That's the best you can do for support now. "Just want not all of them one once you but once you pick that team you cannot pick that team again later on the season so once you pick the steelers can't pick again so that's what's going on the last person standing out of all the leagues will win the sign david decastro football <hes> i've i've got a bit more information coming out on what happens if people if everyone gets eliminated before the end of the end of the season or if they're still a lot of people left at the end of the season how we're going to go forward with that so i'm hoping everything worked out today. I says i had a strong internet connection here but i know sometimes when i clicked clicked on some things they they lagged a little bit so so that's what's going on guys. "That's what probably one of the biggest things that the coaches are looking for in the game so well. It looks kind of dried up a little bit here in the live chat <hes> but those those are numbers this week. <hes> hope you all are enjoying the show that this is. This is just a the second show here the steelers stat geek i hope i hope it's not too geeky for you. <hes> like i said to my wife earlier. If you really wanna hear it be geeky thing thing about this show was. It's just me because i'm doing this. Show hans style it solo. That's right so once again people chiming in about the penalties talking about <hes> some more about the the reps at corner and and <hes> what you're gonna see week one of the preseason anybody of the top guys that are available. They're going to try to get them out there and get adam some action and see what they can do. If someone that you're curious about that's questionable to make the roster isn't getting much action. It means they're probably either dinged up or they haven't really shown much camp yet that they really wanted to see what they were doing. So that's what we had looked forward to. I'm excited. It's been a long time we it is we are now into the eighth month of two thousand and one thousand nine hundred and we have yet to see the pittsburgh steelers on the field in this calendar year because we did not get to see any games going in into into january this past season so i'm ready for it. "Yet. I can see that happening because I'm going to defend Tomlin four and twelve hundred defend him the second winningest alias coach in the N._f._l.. Right now so why why should you be fired right forget the hash drama snuff. We know where that's going to go out with you. People people want to want to talk about this with Mike Tomlin. I think my Thomas a very good coach. I do not think he makes every correct decision. I think we all know paste. One is history of challenges that we would just be happy. If you want a couple of those before we move on. I'm going to say we will have. We've already got at least one super chat question coming through a live chat so I wanted to mention real quick if you're on if you're on youtube now in the live chat which of course I WANNA see one Jeff Hartmann throw out some money here under the super chat feature major and we might actually listen to what he has to say for once but if you're if you're unaware you can you can enter the live chat. Ask us a question right now. We'll take a few of them and whenever you type in your question if you want you can use the super chat feature on the right where you type in your question. It's a little dollar sign. You can donate any amount of money that you went to the show. We're not telling you to do it. We're not asking for. We're not out here begging for money. It's it's it's completely up to you but if you use it we will answer your question question and one question that we did get from snowman who through five dollars into the tip jars jeff calls it. He wants to know who we all think is going to win the right tackle job so we don't have to go into a big explanation but Brian. Why don't you go first? Who Do you think's going to be the starting right tackle week one at this point in become Business Matt filer and Tony? What do you think about that that one yeah I agree? I think the anchor he he did really well last year ten games starting place if markets Gobert so. I think he's GonNa keep a job. I like what you guys have to say. I think it's his job to lose and I don't think that I think he's such a great player everyone. Everyone says he is the strongest guy on the team when they get into the weight room but I don't know that we can all answer the same thing so I'm GonNa say not. NABOKOV's father loses it but because he was drafted for his athleticism that at that comes out and play so well that they can't not play them so I think both of those guys could even end up finding some time on the field as an extra tight end or if anybody else goes down along the line so let's see if we have and have have any other questions coming in come on Jeff. Give us a good question <hes> check in the check in the chat now <hes> someone asked and I think it was answered in there who are center is after her after market pouncey and I think we all know that that was answered that that B._J.. Finney he's a what do you think of a Finney as a backup for the interior linemen. You know what I want to go first. Yeah I like B._J.. Finney a lot the when he was coming out of college he was considered the third best center prospect and went undrafted and one of the big reasons was the fact that he has pterodactyl alarms. He's got like the short arms but I think B._J.. Finney is really good to have their these versatile could play both sides both sides but he can play Bo positions and he could block really well and get the team into the touchdowns sounds on their go. Bride Briggs Zone touchdown zone back into it Tony <hes> what your thoughts are one B._J...

"Pittsburgh steeler fans going on this is Jeff Hartmann editor of behind the curtain dot com with you for another episode of the steelers burning question for the second week in a row. I am coming at you on Tuesday rather than my normal Wednesday time in the reason for that is got stuff going on plain and simple <hes> in not only will tonight show be different. The steelers preview will be tomorrow Wednesday night as well so instead of the burning question on on Wednesday in an steelers preview Thursday were bumping everything up one day I will also go ahead and say it and if you didn't listen to the standard as the standard of the show that I do with Lance Williams on Sunday not the rest of this week obviously but next week I will be out. I've gone on vacation. I'll still be doing work behind a steel curtain dot com as I am the editor of said website but in terms of podcast you'll have lance and Dave scofield on the standards of standard. Dave will be taking over my duties on the steelers burning question the steelers hangover who'll stay the same and then the Bryan and Dave might be getting Tony Defeo to come in and join them on the steelers preview and then after that we'll be back in right believe it or not. It's hard to believe but only a week after I return turn from vacation is when the steelers will be reporting to training camp the off-season the really really long N._F._l.. Off Season is almost coming to a close and when I think about the fact that training camp is on the horizon. The players are off their out vacationing there training. They're doing all these things I asked myself and this is the headline in the the article was also the title of the episode Sodas were the steelers winners or losers this past off season and once again. I think a lot of times when people hear these questions they think it's an easy answer. Everyone knows it's whatever let's break this down a little bit though and I will be taking your questions so <hes> if you have questions just wait a little bit answer those towards the end of the show or after I'm done answering this specific burning question so what I thought is it in my opinion opinion I can categorize winners and losers for an offseason based on three main categories free agency the N._F._l.. Draft injuries those three three categories. This has nothing to do with competing against someone else is isn't about are they. Winners compared to the Baltimore Ravens winners compared to the New England patriots is not that what I'm suggesting is worthy steeler successful successful this offseason pretty much. Caso everyone knows how the season got started..

"And what they're very important to this team just like those guys were very important. And so, that's what compares one thing that you can't compare though, Tony. Is the game of football the game that they play back in the nice seventies and the game they're playing now is is completely different games. For instance, Jack Lambert would've not probably not been three down player in today's game. Like he was back then. And of course, you really can't compare the sizes because Jack Lambert was born forty years later, then he would be comparable size of today. You know what I mean? 'cause it's just. Right. I mean he would have been. I mean he just would have been bigger because it's just you kill you compare them to the smaller guys back then. And he's not going to still remain small and. You know, you can't go ahead and do that. But the reason I bring this up is something we like to do from time to time on this show was talking about our articles that we went ahead and did this week and other articles on BT SE, because we are be TSE where part of the BTF see family here and our editor Jeff Hartmann had a great article if they'd be yesterday. And it's a letter from the editor, he does every Sunday. Check these out because they're not the typical fair. They're, they're commentary there about, you know they're about a person viewing football with the with the human background to it. And it's a very good article. But he's comparing the NFL in the seventies to the NFL today. So my question to you, Tony is, is this an recognizable to those games that we were talking about and those? Players. We were talking about. You mean as far as way today's games played compared to back then? Yeah. I mean. Even close. I I it's hard to say because because, you know, you just watch it you're after year after year. And it's like it's like life changes that you don't realize chain. And, you know, when I watch football today. But I mean it has changed. There's no question. I mean you know, just from just from, you know, we talk a lot about turnovers and it's harder today to get turn overs because of the, the west coast offense and the thinking, Dunkin compared to the seventies when quarterbacks at take more chances, of course, then there's the violence of it, you know, he mentioned, Jack Lambert, and Joe Greene those guys. I mean they got away with they get away with it, but it was a different game and things that they did back, then you couldn't get away with it. You couldn't you know, it would be national news for three days talking about it on, on NFL network and wondering if, if these guys should be suspended for the year, you know. So it's definitely a different game and then was instant replay that changes everything like back then, you know guys fumbled they call it a fumble. Everybody ran off the field and that was it? Now, you know, you have to hold your breath and wondering and you know, it takes ten minutes. Look at it. So it's if you really take a step back. Yeah, it has is completely different game than it was years ago. Absolutely. The biggest thing for me. Tony is the clock when you had a lead with five minutes left in the game. It was almost insurmountable back then, especially it was more than a touchdown lead. And I'm not talking about two point conversions. I'm just talking about just the fact that I mean time, flew it doesn't fly in football these days. It's amazing how many leaves change and you can't, especially when you're playing team like Tom Brady and the patriots you can't breathe until there's zeros on the clock. And my dad and I had in this was mentioned that art last week to my dad, and I have a phrase that you never celebrate until they're zero three zero on the clock because. It could it could turn on time. Well, if you go back and watch the Super Bowl like NFL films, highlights of Super Bowl for the one where they, they micro they put a mic on the, the legendary hang Straem chief head coach..

"But I'm like you, Tony I'm gonna say I mean. I am not worried about them. Getting number one pick. I'm pretty sure they're gonna get one now because you have teams there's competition though, your teams lending for the guy. And that's what you want. I mean, if if the best. If the best thing is a number two right now, then you leak it you leak at that. That. The best thing going right now is number two. And then you can get them for a number one jump up and say, okay, I'll take it. I mean, we we we were talking about all these situations where you try to best other people. And if you want something bad enough, you go for it. Hey, I've been silent auctions where where like all right. I want that. I'll stuck out the page, and and willing to go up this much money, and that's what I'm willing to go. And if I want it bad enough, I'm gonna try to beat the person in front of me and the auctions great because you know, what the person for bidding. And we're any auction when you when you hear what's being bid you have that. Right. You just go out and say, okay, they're up to five hundred dollars. You know, like it's been sick. So I'll go five oh five and hope it stops there. If it keeps on going you it gets to six and that's your limit. You've gotta decide if you wanna go farther or let it go. That's the glory of an auction. And so that's the glory of a bidding war in this situation. You know, they they can see exactly what they want. But you know, stuff like this, especially in the age of your social media. It's gonna get out. What what he's getting the Sears are getting into Neo Brown. And you want about enough you're just gonna pony up. So you know, what the heck you have the overall pick. I want the guy. Then words like poker? Everyone else can say all right rich for my blood on out. The middle here. You are with the prize. Hopefully it works. Look at this point. I I hope it works out for the team that gets them. Hope it works out even better for the Steelers. I hope everybody's had. Yeah. But I think the number one for this guy, the they almost I think they almost have to at this point. And like Jeff Hartmann said on our podcast a couple of weeks ago. The ravens got a number four for Joe flacco come on. Yeah. Steelers get Antonio Brown. That that's the way you gotta look at it. I really think that Antonio Brown is worth so much more at the trading deadline. Just like Amaury Cooper was. However, that's that's just a a risk that. No one's willing to take. Neither side is willing to take. And if it is has indeed been agreed upon that he's going now, then it's just time to make everybody happy. And this could be situation where everybody is hopefully so with that being said, that's our Antonio Brown. Talk for the evening now. The Bob Kraft thing, I'm gonna say way over to Bob Kraft. You know, this is much bigger than football. But I wanted to discuss discuss it with you. I wanna be tactful about the whole thing because of the social issues that are involved with look in this day and age, I don't care if a a widowed man, whether he has a girlfriend or not I don't care if he's seeking prostitution bother me whatsoever. You know, it's coming down to being a misdemeanor. But the big thing is for me. We talked about the fact if sex trafficking involved, then that makes it a very disgusting situation. "And if I sound his frustrated, I'm hoping that the organization is five thousand or I should say six thousand times more frustrated than I am watching a number AFC team, a clips you and now there's an argument of who's the greatest franchise history is at the Steelers is at the patriots Lil bra has now become big bra big bro beat up little bra every ear. Bit Brugh a little back. Bit bre beat up little brussel more big brother star Eytan it's carrots in his vegetables. And it's mashed potatoes and his liver and his gravy big little brust arcane, bigger big brust outgrown little Brooke bigger, and now in two thousand nineteen all of a sudden Lil bre is looking big, bro. Right now is saying I got six two in race two seven his own. In like, my great co host Jeff Hartmann said on the burning question when he asked the question who's going to read seven quicker, the patriots or the Steelers yawn Noda Asir why? Because the Pittsburgh Steelers are stuck in this way. Whenever this way is. Whatever the way is that they think it is day better figure out a different way. 'cause that animal up north in Boston in Foxborough. Don't give they try to get the seven in that goat quarterback up there that six rounder from the university of Michigan and saying f yo count Steelers Lil Brazilian building 'bout down we found to get seven and we out ahead of most Super Bowls. So wouldn't Steeler nation going to do? And that's why was hoping that the patch won their sixth that maybe it'll motivate this franchise to start doing stuff differently. Maybe it'll make this franchise move up in the first round and get a ball player that actually make them win a championship. And let me tease my next episode of. Yeah. Said it maybe they do. Controversial and go out and get a running back out there a little bit issues in a hotel that if you them with the Terminator the Steelers would have the best backfield in the AFC, maybe the Steelers need to do something different. Maybe get rid of that coach at obviously can't win challenges. Whatever it is the Steelers need to figure it out. Because obviously what they're doing right now. It ain't good enough. Day need to do with that team is doing up north in that's winning championships in kicking your fanny and your tail each and every season. I don't believe in moral victories.

"Lance Williams. Wanna give a big shout to my co host Jeff Hartmann? We do the show the standard is to standard. Jeff also does a fantastic show called the Steelers burning question also gonna give a big shot out to all the other fellow podcasters at BTC also big up to all the writers at behind steel curtain dot com. As you all know. Yeah, I said it is a controversial show. I try to say the things that Steeler fan is afraid to say the key. I try to be the conscious of Steeler fan. I know you guys don't like what I say. Because it's controversial I'm, but I want to push the envelope. And I wanna push the Steelers in my own particular way. Maybe I could fire up the fan base to fan base. Get excited we can get this organization to start moving and this persona of. Yeah. I said it. It's gonna hurt me to say this. But yeah, I said it I was rooting for the patriots to win their six Super Bowl and at the time of this recording. The patriots have joined the Pittsburgh Steelers in club safes and they have won their sixth Super Bowl with a thirteen to three win over the loss Angeles Rams. Watching the patriots win another championship. And tying my beloved Steelers. Was about as irritating as that piece of meat that gets stuck in between your teeth, and you can't find any floss it just frigging irritates you all day and watching Tom Brady play average football and watching Jared Goff Callum play horrible football in the patriots win six championship scoring thirteen. Fricking points was terrible. But I was actually rooting for them to win. You guys might ask. Why was I routing for the patriots to win a six Super Bowl championship? And I call myself a Steeler fan, and I'm from the north side of Pittsburgh, and I'm from the same community of the Rooney family and that my grandfather knew the chief and gamble with the chief in. New the chief. Well, that's how far my roots. Go back that long law long family friend got rested, dead building on junior was best friends with art Rooney the second. That's how far my Steeler roots. Go it's rooted in my DNA. But at the same time. I was happy to see the patriots get to six because the Steelers are standing still. And if they don't wake up anytime soon. That monster up north that it seems like they've gone twenty straight AFC championships. Brady's wants six Super Bowls. If there's any question if he's been go quarterback, there should be none. The guy wants six Super Bowls. They into a kazillion AFC championships. They've been to eleven Super Bowls. It seems like they went fifteen games twenty games a season every single season. It's patriots over and over and over and over again, they accomplish what the Steelers took it since nineteen thirty three since two to thousands. This is a dynasty that. We may never see again, if this does not motivate the Pittsburgh Steelers to possibly try to do an eight different way. I don't know. What will I'm tired of seeing bad challenge? Ages. I'm tired of seeing the Steelers lose to inferior teams. I'm tired of the drama. I'm tired of AB. Obviously, obviously tired of obviously. I'm tired of lady on bail. I'm tired of all the shenanigans. And I'm tired of watching the patriots win every single season. Even in a year where two Steelers finally beat the patriots. It still doesn't matter. It seems like this franchise always one ups the Steelers this is frustrating..

"In Steeler football. It's the best fan site on the web big up to my co host on the standard is the standard. Jeff Hartmann in Jeff always gets on me because Jeff is joy. And I'm I guess the opposite of joy sad. You know, we're joy in paying pretty much sunshine. Rain, you guys know the song the anyway, if you don't notice on go to streaming service, whatever it is and look up joint pain Frankie anyway on this week's episode, and I may have teased it on last week's episode, but but let me. To say this real quick because Jeff gets on me. Sometimes I say, yeah. I said that but the name of this show is a fishery year, I said it and so even in the beginning of the show. I might have said, yeah, I said that. But if you know black folk, and you know, how we talk, and you know, our lexicon. And you know, all that, you know, sometimes me not saying for all black folks, I get into my bag, and sometimes that it all kinda blends. Yes, it that. Yeah. Said you know, what it is? You know, how I get down popular holiday. Boy, let's do it. But on this particular episode. Yeah, I said it. The Pittsburgh press is afraid to criticize Ben Rothlisberger. Couple of weeks ago. Jerry, dude, lock esteemed writer for the Pittsburgh post gazette. He and Ed bouchette are the most senior writers who cover the Pittsburgh Steelers for the post gazette. They are considered Steeler press. America's so to speak, particularly Ed bouchette because I believe Ed bouchette has a hall of fame vote. I mean, I grew up on air bouchette, you know, we just call him bouchette in Pittsburgh. That's what it is. So it was bullshit and do like dulack bouchette. So Jerry dulack opinion is very influential in Pittsburgh. And in fact, you can see where a lot of beat writers kind of take the their paces from you know, how he kind of does his thing. And I I got a bone to pick with Jerry do lock because I think the Pittsburgh press is entirely afraid to criticize Ben Rothlisberger. Gonna give you an example, Jerry gulag. Does his grades every week after every game? And he does a seasonal grade. Jerry do lock gave been rothlisburger in a grade for the season. First of all if you don't make the playoffs in Pittsburgh, the home of the six championships. You can't get an egg raid. So that's not just starts off right there. He largely gave Ben Rothlisberger in eight grade because of been being first in yards with five thousand one hundred and twenty nine and I and.

"They only league Tom Brady will be available all these options in sometimes Ben Rothlisberger is streaky player. He can be inconsistent. And we all saw that last week in the first three quarters in his career. I don't have the actual statistics to to give you at this point. But Dan, raw this burger rarely has backed back duds in even though he had the game winning comeback. Come for behind drive and got them to twenty points in that necessary to win I would still consider the game dud for. But for Ben Rothlisberger. He. He just didn't play. Well, it was ugly. I don't think he's gonna play. Well, back to that. We add these play poorly. I should say back to back weeks. I say that Ben Rothlisberger is a very solid start for you and fantasy football because what they keep in mind as well as these rushing touchdowns that he's getting any. It's it's kinda crazy. But he I think he has maybe three on the year already. That's a number that I didn't think he would reach he'd never reached that with Todd Haley. So he's just getting in the end zone. He's getting the ball in the end zone and a multitude of ways I would say start number seven this week. If you haven't as an option and out vandal, he's gonna save you some money because he's not a considered the like Patrick Mahomes type player in terms like nine thousand dollars. So there you go Brian. You know, what's funny? You know? What's funny? Jeff, though, I one I mean, I I'm bragging I'm not bragging this time around, but I won with Ben Roethlisberger last week. He actually put up twenty three some points. And it was because of those touchdown passes the long stone passes and the run like you said he actually I was trying to decide between he and Andrew luck. And at the last minute, I went to Ben basically because you said storing them last week. So I took your advice to Tom much respect your advice. But so I went ahead, and I started them, and I was Cussing you by the third quarter because I'm like I'm gonna lose my fan dole because chat, and then fed went off. Yeah. So then I was then I was wondering on my Jeff Hartmann picture running around going as genius. So. Well, I started listening. Yeah. Yeah. Yes. It listen to me. Just don't listen to you. When I talk about starting Eric Hebron. He gets zero zero points. When a punch if I I was with my punishment of face. I'd turn and run..

"Nixon a row in D, Tony and this is got to bode well with six games left in the season. Getting by Jacksonville team that own you last year when two games even though you scored forty two points against that defense last year. It didn't matter that is a stifling defense and Jeff Hartmann, and I were how many station about two weeks ago. He Jeff likes to text me at random and just ask me a question. And this question was besides the AFC. Moore was the Pittsburgh. Steelers biggest rival, and I thought about it. And the only only name I could come up with the Jacksonville Jaguars. And that's exactly who he was thinking as well. I would think their biggest rival right now just record wise since their inception. They were division mates one time in the AFC central. But there's definitely hatred and I've been into that stadium where they dislike us a whole lot more than we dislike them. But I think with all the trash talking everything that was going on yesterday. I feel like they would fit very well in the AFC north right now and next to the Bengals and the ravens and for the most part, I guess the Cleveland Browns. There would you agree that they are a top notch rival for the Steelers. Oh, yeah. They've been they've been a handful Pittsburgh since nineteen ninety five. I mean the very first game they played against them Jacksonville. They beat the Steelers your they went to the Super Bowl. So yeah, they've been they've been a handful and they were there rival in the latter part of the late nineties in the AFC central division. So yeah, they've been you know, obviously, we know what they've done recently. And and they clearly have a little brothers syndrome though, because you have to do it every year. I mean, they beat up on Steelers twice last year. And they beat him up. Pretty good yesterday to good teams come to play every year. The patriots Steelers those kind of teams come to play every year in Jaguars need to realize that of course, they probably need to realize in maintaining quarterback too. But we need to realize they have to bring it every year. We can't just be up and down. So yeah, they are. They're biggest rivals. And I think yesterday may have taught him a lesson for the future. Then you know, what that is? They played their eight game yesterday that Jacksonville team put everything they have on the field. But here's a big question. And a lot of people have been saying this, and this is the theme of the hangover tonight. It's simply this to Jackson give Jacksonville giveaway the game or the Steelers take that game away in the fourth quarter. I the cop cop out, but I think it was a little bit of both. I think feelers took the game because they found a way to make the the in in the fourth quarter on offense, especially you know, what is too great. That catches fans McDonald, obviously with what AB did in in Bennett the end. But you know, you got to trust your quarterback there in the fourth quarter. If you actually draft him third overall five years ago in fifth season, and you just don't trust them. You know, you're relying on your running game too. Out to clock. And I get that. Because you have such a great defense. But it was clear, you know, way through the the fourth quarter Steelers had found their rhythm offense and Jackson needed to mount at least one or two sustain sustained drives. But that game away, and they just did not trust Blake Bortles. So I think it was a little bit of both. If I may if I may be wishy washy on that one. Yeah. Yours truly Browning right there. If I'm if I can loose it you and say, you're wishy washy Charlie Brown, not everybody's going to understand that reference. But hey, it's thanksgiving week..

"So we're having connection the problems, Tony we're going to try to bring him back up in a second. But you know, what I'm thinking here that was the most complete game of the season for the Pittsburgh Steelers. And for you, Ben Rothlisberger. And Ben Rothlisberger. You know? I gotta give the offense in a like, they give you off. It's an eight plus my grades. I gave the defense in a I gave the special teams in a plus, and I never do that. But you're valid, Tori. It had to be Ben Rothlisberger. Tony. Tony, Tony, if you're still there there, you go, sir. So I don't know. I don't know if you heard that I was having some connection problems. So I had to put you on hold. I wanted to bring it back. So that was the most complete game they played all season. In fact, I think that's one of the most complete games I've ever seen them play. I don't remember a time when they do punt until the fourth quarter. And I gotta tell you. There's. You know the first touchdown. You were thinking on. Oh, here we go. Get McCaffrey is running all over them. And he was my key. That'd be able to stop you stopped that number two running game in the NFL. You're going to be okay. And here they just ran all over. And then they buckled down the defense started rushing enforcing stuff and just looking really really splendid. And so they just took over that game. And I feel like primetime Ben was out in force. And on the on the preview show Jeff Hartmann, we're talking and he brought it up first. And I agreed with them that Antonio Brown has yet to have in AB game. Even though he didn't have AB yards like a hundred eighty yards. He was just magnificent. But then had a primetime Ben game a perfect rating five five touchdowns one sack. No interceptions. He just looked. Tremendous. And that's exactly what you need from him going forward. Just a complete win. I couldn't be happier. Tony. And either it was he he timeout AB. But I mean, they're not gonna stop doubling triple-teaming. Obviously, you know, at least not yet. But he my Benny found nine different receivers. You get nine different receivers that night. So so he's he's trusting his secondary receivers. Now where maybe he didn't do that in the beginning of the year, you sort of frustration between him and Ben through the first month of the season. When now they found a formula, and that's hit the man that's open. And and Ryan Switzer Vance Donald even wrote in just gonna pack. So it was just a tremendous tremendous night. I'm all and he mentioned the first game or the first drive by the Panter. Well after that as like, maybe a hundred yards until until garbage time. So I mean, and that's what they've been doing. This has I mean there. The defense is getting off the field on third down there. Just relentlessly rushing the passer, it's just it's just been a great pass five weeks in and a lot of different ways last year when under winning streak last year, we had a lot of these shows where we're saying well when is it win? Well, they're not doing that. Now. Now, they're winning convincingly and not just last week for the first four games too. And that's that's the big difference. You mentioned Rosie Vicks. Lemme ask you question about him. Is he the most complete role player on the team?.

"I'm joking. But I'm not sure, but that being said, Tony, let's. Let's put the left call in on this hangover addition of Steelers ravens, you know, that I m a Maryland resident Jeff Hartmann is a Maryland resident and we're not telling you exactly where we are in Maryland. But this feels really really really good and to go ahead and to to beat this team, especially at 'em t Bank stadium because I'm not gonna lie to you. I drive past that stadium and my wife yells at me because there's on my hand I have five fingers, and I only salute stadium with one when I go past it'd be in the car. It doesn't matter. It gets going up when I see those edibles in that state. So, you know, it's just I don't want it to be that way. I have no problem with the Baltimore Orioles. But. You know? Hey, the the ravens that's just the ravens and Bengals those are my chief rivals. And when I see a fan. I loved us home. I'm courteous as always. But just boy beating them is sleet, so two times in the last three games. It's been special for me. Yeah. I wanna just mention one thing that we were talking about with Ken. We were talking about you were bringing up the fact that the one two punch down the stretch with these two guys bell in Connor. If it does indeed happen. I was thinking about something I was thinking about baseball. And I was thinking of when the when the pirates came back in the nineteen nineties and they were in the playoffs in nineteen ninety facing the Cincinnati Reds. I know you know that series. Well, and they they did not they did not win that series. One of the key reasons they did not win that series is because the Cincinnati red had three closers one in the seventeen norm Charlton won in the eighth named rob Dibble and one of the ninth. Randy Myers, and you can touch those guys three closers seven eight and nine, and I know there's teams like that now but back then that was so rare and the Steelers can do the same thing with two running backs..

"I was later. Get her definitely Kerfi alley. There you go little Rebecca home right before she became Rebecca. How she's in summer. I talk about that movie all day long. And I know Jeff Hartmann and I have a we. We have a a segment on our prediction podcast. Actually, our our preview for the upcoming games. We have this. We have the segment that we're, we're talking about sports movies and which one's better, and I would love to somehow get them off course, maybe I can get this contemporary in there a surfing movie, maybe. Hey, Jeff Gump. But you know, speaking of Jeff, I wanna to bring up our editor Jeff Hartmann and Kevin were in Faneuil league, and we've talked, we've talked about how one player could make or break you and going into this game one player from the falcons. And then I listened to Jeff to always talks about chef love the handcuff. So I'm thinking, you know, he's right. I need to go ahead of handcuff after winning it in week three and placing third in week four. I went avenue and I did the handcuff, and I completely not saying that handcuffs are not good, but I was for certain Tony that we're gonna have you Matt, Ryan, and holyoke Jones. Just go off and I hardly got any points from those guys. And you know what? This is. My fantasy role. I'm glad I didn't get any point. I'll take ninth place for Steeler victory. Nine out of ten. Yeah. Take. So I was just shocked. And you know we're going to talk about about the Torian gonna talk about grades. One of my valedictorians is one that no one would have ever guessed whatsoever. And it would be Joe Haden for what he did to holyoke Jones. He just he's shut polio Jones in the first half, and Joe hated had an amazing game really set the tone for that game. You know, already burns on the other side, looked pretty good too, but let's talk about grades before we get the calls, the offense. What are you thinking about the performance of the offense? Particularly, I wanna focus on one guy who had a tale of two halves one, Benjamin rumpus burger Tony. What's your number seven play. I mean, look, it looked like in the first half and it'd be much of what we saw last week in, you know, some Sony, the second half of the buck nears game just you know off and he couldn't connect with AB and and he was, you know, he seemed like he just like there's such any through in the end zone. I that's maybe the worst passive ever seen him throw that worst decision anyway. And and he came out in the second half and he was fishing and he was he was emotional after the two touchdowns to ABC you know, all the the talk was bothering him. And if you would, if you would just tell me one staff from that game nineteen of twenty nine for two hundred fifty yards. Nothing else I would tell you that they that they won that game easily because that's, that's that's the stat of a winning quarterback right there because it's big plays probably a couple of short fields, which which is exactly what happened..
