But after the court overturned that decision in June, Arizona's attorney general asked a state judge to allow the law to be implemented. Instead, the appeals court backed the law passed earlier this year that allows abortions up to 15 weeks. Arizona's democratic governor elect Katie Hobbs criticized that decision, noting that the new law has no exceptions for rape or incest. The ruling can be appealed to the Arizona Supreme Court. Watch on 66 headed eastbound, it's the new traffic pattern going from four lanes to three between nutley street and the beltway shifting to the right, 66 headed westbound after Natalie street V dot's got scheduled work there, taking away the left lane. A couple early Rex, fairfax county Parkway, southbound, your lowest stale road, and north bat on the fairfax county Parkway between Burke center Parkway and Pope said road word of another crash. Now the beltway itself looking pretty good between Alexandria and mcclain, no worries there. Also, after that it looks good, crossing the quantity into Springfield, southbound 95 just the volume coming across the arc of Quan and then some volume in Stafford. We may have a work crew and staffer, but besides that, nothing else reported, interlude with the beltway, the delay is from route 50 headed toward 66 watch for the work taking a lane, then delays from the toll road headed toward the American legion bridge with the work in the right lane. Westbound 66 near 28 and Centreville the crash reported along the left side, then a delay trying to head into manassas. It is after 29 and centerville, the left lane is blocked with the work. Eastbound 66 is slow from 50 toward one 23 due to a work crew and then from nutley toward the beltway that work usually along the right side. If you're in Maryland trying to get across the bay bridge, the west bounce banners running two way traffic, three lanes eastbound, two lanes, westbound, getting across the bridge, two ten northbound very slow trying to head toward Palmer in Livingston with the work in the right lane. Inner loop top side of the beltway, just the volume from three 55 around toward Connecticut in Georgia. The outer loop of the beltway near Ritchie Marlboro road had been the scene of a vehicle fire that that may be out of the travel portion of the roadway. In the district, north band D.C. two 95 near Pennsylvania avenue had been the scene of a wreck that may have moved on delay still coming from the 11th street bridge, but passing Pennsylvania avenue headed toward benning road, southbound slows from burrows past east capitol street. Inner loop of the beltway seeing a little bit of volume towards 66 on the ramp to westbound 66 the right lane blocked with the cones, then a delay in Tyson's headed to the toll road watch for any work there. Westbound 66 is slow from the beltway headed toward nutley street. This is the work on the right side, eastbound slows approaching nutly street as well, watch for work along the right side there, southbound 95 slows crossing the Aquaman, off and on through Stafford trying to head toward the rappahannock river bridge. Northbound 95 delays approaching and passing Quantico trying to head into triangle, then it looks good into Springfield on to three 95, but you do have a delay northbound three 95 getting onto the 14th street bridge is continues across the case bridge headed into the northbound third street tunnel. Your Christmas is writing on suicide. We ended up driving up to New Hampshire in there in this farm house. Luxuriance funhouse in a small room. Upstairs was this guy all white along there but no Julia was and he had all these weird pictures on the wall turned out to be Hindu deities and we watching remit and nobody said anything. I never been in a social situation where nobody said anything but I went along with it. And then after a while he spoke and it turned out he was Richard Alpert now. Rhonda's just come back from India and it turned out also that he had been fired from the program at Harvard that I was enrolled in a graduate student. Also I was on the graduates to school colloquium committee which meant I could invite him to come back and speak. Nice which I which was the first time he'd been back to Harvard since he was fired. And so you know he was on fire. He was really full of shocked as they say just back from India and he started. He came give a lecture started. Seven ended it too and to bribe janitor lettuce sticky two. Am to work. And I began to go to a kind of a summer camp that he was running his father's place in the Hampshire where I visited him. This was in the summer and after two rounds I found out that might fill ship to harbored included. While he was a devout quaker and he was very interested in meditation so it seems glad that I was getting into this because none of it all is other graduate students. My father was professor humanities and my mother was a social worker and I think I got a a kind of implicit value system. It was a very ecumenical. He taught a course called autobiography of civilization which was world literature so it a very lot instead of Sanskrit actually version Among other languages his best friend was the guy who founded the Asian Studies Department at Berkeley? No so I had this kind of view of the world which was larger than just Western yesterday so I was very interested in going to India but I found could In graduate school because Ron dos made me think oh I'd love to meet his guru yet girly Bob Him.
