"And I also give myself permission and I also give myself nation when I feel like I am overwhelmed and overrun when I feel like I'm overwhelmed. And overrun to disconnect to disconnect to walk away to walkaway to take a break to take a break to clean out clean out to ground to ground to recharge to reach and I give myself permission to know and I give myself mission to now. I am allowed to do that. I am allowed to. I'm not letting my loved ones down. I'm not letting my loved ones down by taking care of myself in that way by taking care of myself in that way breath. Great Great Awesome Building. The other one. That's in the chat zone that I really like is feeling sleazy about offering something that is taking advantage of people in this situation and I appreciate the concern about feeling like we are taking advantage of something going on when we are coming from a situation where we are offering something from the place of service. Then we're not taking advantage of some. The Nice thing is is. We can't force anyone to do anything. And it's possible to authentically make offers to people in a way that is not fearmongering and taking advantage of their steaks and the reality is like the fact bit. That particular question was asked. Patty is reflection of the fact that you're a kind thoughtful person. And you're the person who is least susceptible of making an offer like that often times. It's just the opposite because we are thoughtful kind deliberate. People don't want to be taking advantage of others. Were pulling back because we feel like we're going to take advantage of someone and then what we do is. We ended up not making the offers that we want to be or should be making in the time of someone's need because we're afraid they can't make a good thoughtful choice and so we're GONNA do is. We're a little tapping to trust ourselves but also to trust the people that we are communicating with because in every time we make an offer. We're making it in the spirit of mutual agreement entrusting each other to top of the head. I recognize the facts. I recognize the fact that there is a part of me. That is worried that there's a part of me. That is worried that I am going to that. I am going to take advantage of. People take advantage of people in a moment of distress in a moment of distress in the back that I am even thinking that and the fact that I am even thinking that is a really good thing as a really good thing because it means that I'm thoughtful in means thoughtful. It means that I'm deliberate and means that I'm deliberate. It means that I care about the people around me means that I care about the people around me that I never want to trick someone into working. I never want to trick someone. I never want to manipulate someone into working with me. I never want to manipulate someone into working with me and the reality is a reality is when I work from this point of view when I work from this point of view. It's coming from a place of not trusting other people. It's coming from a place of not trusting other people not trusting that they can make a thoughtful decision not trusting that they can make a thoughtful decision not trusting that they can hear me clearly not trusting that they can hear me clearly believing that leaving that my marketing is so powerful. My marketing is so powerful that I'm going to overcome their ability that I'm going to overcome their ability to make thoughtful choices. You make thoughtful choices in a moment like this and a moment like this. It is always good for me. It is always good for me to be aware of the resource state to be aware of the resource state of the people that I'm talking to of the people that I'm talking to but I am supposed to be but I am supposed to be responsible to the people around me responsible to the people around me not responsible for the people who are not responsible for the people around me. I am talking to adults. I'm talking to adults who have reason who have reason who might be really emotional right now. Who might be really emotional right now. Make lots of people are emotional right now like lots of people are emotional right now but it's possible for me but it's possible for me to have a good honest conversation that a good honest conversation where. I am taking care of them where I am taking care of them and offering what is helpful and offering what is helpful. I GIVE MYSELF PERMISSION. Give myself permission to trust myself entrust myself and to trust the people. I'm talking to and trust people. I'm talking to because if I can't trust someone I'm making an offer to because if I can't trust someone to making an offer to. I probably shouldn't be working with that person even best of times and probably shouldn't be working with that person even the best of times because the work that we do because the work that we do is about respect. It's about respect and connection and connection and clear communication and clear communication and partnership and partnership. And I give myself permission and give myself permission to trust myself. Trust myself and to trust those distrust as I'm communicating any of the time. Like this an time like this. I will communicate differently. I will communicate differently. But that doesn't mean I need to stop communicating. But that doesn't mean I need to stop communicating. It is good that I want to serve others. It is good that I want to serve. "Very very straightforward after. You hear that audio audio once you're not going to need to come back and listen to it again if you don't want to because you can do it in your own way but the resources always here come back and re listen play along. I was actually talking to one of my clients for one of the tools like this. It was a different one and she mentioned the fact that over the course of two months every single night at the end of the day she went back to the same audio over and over again and because she liked the fact that even though the toolman technique was easy for her to us. She liked the idea that she could just tap along and let my voice guide. Do the work. So if if this is something that is useful stick it into your rotation also if you know someone in your life who could use an audio like this please be embassador and pass it along the easiest way someone finds a new piece of audio is from the recommendation of a friend. "To turn unuseful help down because in the the end it is solving my problem which is important. I am not responsible for and since I'm responsible for it. I'm allowed to make the best choices for me to solve that problem. I appreciate well-meaning incompetence. I can stop well-meaning incompetence because it is what is best for me. They st breath and I know how tricky this particular one is. Because oftentimes the people who offer the most unuseful help are often times the people who are closest to us who've been around us the most and so the relationship complicates our ability to stand up for ourselves into thank them but also not to take their help and not to take their advice in the short term it is harder in it is painful and it can be complicating to do that but in the long term it's more important for us to be able to solve the problems that are in front of us especially especially the really big problems in a way we're not also having to fight and work against the well meaning incompetence. "But if you're looking at them from the side, what you do is you see them going up, and what's happening is they're passing through the same spot. So if you imagine on a clock at twelve o'clock, you're walking in the circle around and around and twelve o'clock is that self esteem issue from above it looks like as you walk in the circle you pass through self esteem you pass through self esteem you pass through self esteem. But when we look at it from the side what happens is as you pass through self esteem. You're six feet higher. And then you're six feet higher. And then you're six feet higher. So the issue is the same you standing in a new place. And so you're actually moving forward in this case moving up and making progress, but it's easy to miss that. So the big takeaway from all of this is as we do the transformation process. It's really easy for us to miss the progress for making either because of one the new normal to we keep pushing to the edge only notice the edge or three as we pass through an issue again. And again, we're not recognizing that we're moving up. And it's important to recognize this because if you don't recognize this it's really easy to be discouraged. It's really easy to be overwhelmed. It's really easy to feel as if the tapping and the time that you're investing in this is not working. That's why it's so important when you're working on an issue over time by yourself, or you're working on an issue over time with a practitioner that you were documenting where you're starting. And you're documenting where you're going along the way so that it's really easy to recognize the progress that has happening sometimes the progress is self evident. Sometimes it's like, I couldn't do this thing. And now, I could do it, and we don't need to be doing this. But lots of times, particularly these issues that we're creeping through. It's really easy to miss the change that is happening. And so keeping this in mind before you begin. And documenting and documenting your progress along the way is gonna make a huge difference in getting you to a place where you can see the actual progress is happening, and you're going to be able to celebrate that you're going to be able to build on it. So that is the answer to question number two that I get most from clients, and I get most from readers and listeners just like you. Why do I keep dealing with the same issue over and over again, I would love to hear your thoughts and feedback on that. But this is a little more of a analytical approach to thinking about the problem, and some of the practical tapping that we do so I would love to hear if this sort of information the sort of conversation was useful.
