"They keep bringing in New People so you have to make relationship state hiring. It's it's our her but weirdly it has a higher success rate in terms of actually finding love than less pressure. It's not everyone for one person that's true for each other so but <hes> so she loves the lady so but wait there they just blew the surprise of Williams who it is okay but okay great. That's awesome. I mean I don't trust. I did watch. I don't trust the bachelor franchise to necessarily I will keep my fingers crossed that they handle it. Well yes and don't get cause an exploitation of television show in its nature sure and you don't want to I'll just fingers crossed fingers crossed and that was your bachelorette update. Dude elite do nice job ashes along one cool so we really don't have time to keep going doing more news as if we've done the news so much news today but training campus starting back up I realized I am I got. I gotta just get back in because I'm it's that time of the year we were like. Oh my God that's right. He plays on that team outside of Odell. Who was obviously the biggest trade situation like you just forget so I was gonna say we could just run through and remind some people welcomes people are on yeah but also important jalen Ramsey showed up to training camp today in an armored truck? Did everybody see that my God brought to you by Adidas. It was always right. It's always sponsored by someone but what was the guy in front of it was his deal hype man yell. I have the quote yeah. Let's hear it healed. Can you do it like he did. It And oh absolutely early not y'all know what time it is a man so good. They're fixing to give him his own. Jail doesn't make sense Jay Lin towers because these receivers are on twenty four hour lockdown. He's got eight jail. I was like that's not as name. I'm sorry he he's got eight master lock in his pocket. What they're on just happy to see you there? Unlock Season The man the myth Jalen Ramsey so let's break that y'all know what time it is. It could be like it's thirty in the a man so good. They're fixing to give him his own jail. Jalen towers. I I appreciate the commitment to the bit that they not only is getting his own jail renaming it name Jalen towers but why so good they're gonNA give him his own jail because these receivers are on twenty four hour lockdown. What's the significance of the of the eight the eight master lock right yeah? I'm not sure because is there are more than eight games in a season and it's like and then I started thinking is like how many times he'll be matched up against somebody in need but if you walk guy up you don't have to lock up again famously locked up so I ate master locks in his pocket. Maybe it was just being practical optical. Same thing with Jalen Towers is like they're gonNA WANNA know the name of the jail it's home. It's Jalen Towers. They're going to want to know how many pockets how many master lock can fit in the pockets of these Dita's pants. Maybe messed jumping on the sponsorship too. Yeah that would have been yeah you could have just been like locks like the ones from your lockers to the right. That's been passed. The first number two left then spent directly to the right to the other number and then pull down eight of those you know that way. You don't have to do the brand because you mention. If you had to remember eight different combinations nations yeah you hear that will I guess he wouldn't have to once locks it. He's not worried about unlock..

"So check it out. We have what's called the J S O N, which is easy to set up in many chat. Basically, it's an ad that says click on this ad and I'll private message. You would deal user clicks on the ad. We automatically message them we say sweet, by the way, this is what it looks like inside of many chat you set up. What you want the response to be? It says, hey, thanks so much for your interest in our product click here if you'd like to get access to it. So when I use her clicks on that ad. This pops up. Hey, thanks so much for your interesting pops up opens messenger when they click the add all they have to do is click this button. And now they're a Facebook messenger subscriber. And I'm going to attempt to interet I'm going to attempt to convince you the value of generating in audience a Facebook messenger subscribers over the next six to nine months and your business. It should be one of your focuses. Do it at the end of the presentation on give you some stats on it. So soon as they click that they're now a messenger subscriber to clicks out of the news feed, and you have a brand asset that is super valuable because the next time you run a launch the next time you introduce a new product the next time you have anything to say to anyone about your brand. Do you have an audience to whom you can say it to who will listen their Facebook messenger subscriber? And then you can link to Amazon you can link to a sales page with copy, you can do whatever kind of sales process you want. We linked to another type of special item offer page, which will either go to Amazon or go to your own. Check out some of my students linked directly Amazon from that. So it's the same as the last funnel. It's just a Jay Lin ad which is two clicks to become a Facebook messenger. Subscriber rather than a page post comment from I know, this is kind of technical don't we got some inspirational stuff at the end, and you could do a traditional, you know, ecommerce play, but check this out four thousand people clicked the Jacobson went head, right? And I'm paid like fifty cents a click. Okay. Sixty seven percent of them said give me access which means sixty seven percent of them became Facebook messenger. Subscribers two thousand seven hundred and thirty one people became Facebook messenger subscribers for about eighty cents each and look at the when you said you're going to see in a second when you send an Email to Facebook messenger. People by the way, this is an Email that broadcast look at the open rate twenty six hundred people click that thing I sent it to six thousand people twenty six hundred people it if you have an Email list, you know, that the twenty six hundred clicks on of an Email you need about thirty. Eighty thousand people on an Email list. Maybe more maybe fifty thousand so. But notice that we say, hey, I've got this thing for you. Can I send it to you? Yes. Or no. This is an intimate communication medium. You have to give people a way to opt out. So you can see a lot of people say no, no not right now because they're not expecting brands to communicate with them. So when they say, no, not right now, we say, okay. Sweet here it is for later. And then a lot of people click on it later, and we also give them the option unsubscribe..

"Patch, and I'm Jay Lin Setlow. And I'm Charlotte. We were special guests joining us in the segment of the hill. His name is Robert lichens, and he is the vice president of government affairs. And I want to welcome him onto the program. He's from AC, which is peacock. I believe in. We'll give you the definition for that. It's pet industry joint advisory council. Robert how you doing welcome to talkin pets. I'm doing great. And yeah, I know that's a mouthful. So I stick to the acronym. Did I say you're right on abbreviations P, Jack, you say it that way. I do. Yes. Okay. Good. I thought that was it. Now, I want to find out a little bit of what's going on. Because this is all over the news right now part of our news as well today in the show. But basically, the airlines United Airlines has they're casting these rules and regulations about taking animals on planes now and not pertaining so much two dogs and cats, but pretty much everything else. Right. Yes. There are a few other categories that they stole allow, but but it is a very restrictive list. So what can be done about it? I give somebody wants to transport any animal in cargo. For instance, you know, underneath the plane. Is there any kind of like that they can do in order to do that? Well, this is something that we're we're trying to to have more discussions with the airlines on to clarify at this point for a lot of those animals. It would mean finding another shepper which can be a real challenge. You know, some of the folks we've been in touch with recently such as the American rabbit breeders association. Typically when they're moving their animal is to go to a show. So the animal baby in cargo, but they're up in the passenger section. So this has the potential to affect more than just the the cargo policy. So what about for instance, like tropical fish, mice rodents things that are used for laboratory experiments, which Infineon's insects stuff like that bees even can transport those or no. They can they can they American or I'm sorry. United recently made a change to their policy and added live fish, including tropical fish. They will move mice and rodents for laboratory purposes, but not for other purposes, I'm not sure what the what the rationale was for that decision. But this that's really our big challenge is trying to get our arms around why they draw the lines were they have and what we can do to help advise them as to what people commonly move as pets. And and and how it can be done safely and efficiently. So it's teaching United United cargo will not accept shipments of birds except day-old poultry in hatching, eggs, snakes and other reptiles rabbits sugar glider zoo animals or other warm blooded animals except as listed under will accept a. The thing is what happens with someone like a friend of ours, and a friend of the show jackass he travels from city to city and they take animals with him. I don't know if they have their own transport, if they transported through, you know, the the airlines, but doesn't that kind of like killer job? It it probably would now, you know. I I don't know the details. And whether he's got a zoo that he worked with where he is primary primarily transporting zoo animals is essentially non zoo purposes, but you know, that would be that would be a fine point on generally speaking. You're exactly correct. So with a pet industry joint advisory council, which is abbreviated p Jack PI J A C, how do people get involved if they want to make a statement about everything that the airlines are doing with transportation. Also to say, I want to say to Bob is that that I'm sure people are going to have a problem with you know, there's always those people that are going to complain. I don't want an animal on the plane with me. What happens if it gets loose like a snake or something like that or throws up or you know, as diarrhea something like that. I'd been on flights like that where an animal just a cat or a dog had that and people start complaining. But I mean, do they have a basis for this? Well, that's the that's really a different issue in one that we've we've seen in other places as a matter of fact, American Airlines just announced the a modified policy on this, and that's animals in the passenger compartment, the whether they be emotional support animals or service animals Betsy a different, but related issue in this case, none of that would affect the passengers because these would be in the cargo hold you ever see snakes on a plane. They find. The quality of the movie. Yes. But yeah. So those people want to get involved, and I know you're only on for this segment with this. But if people want to get involved with the pe- Jack with the pet industry joint advisory council where can they find out more information about this? And how can they get involved? Well, we've got an alert posted at PJ dot org. You can find it there that has the the link to go ahead and provide input to the United Airlines, and you know, describe your personal situation, and how this could affect you. The the other thing too that it's important for me to make note of though is we initially put out that alert yesterday. And since then we've had some additional discussions with both some other pet organizations such as ipod, which is the international pet an animal Transport Association. As well. As with American humane who is the group that United has been working with on that. Now in our initial announcement. We did say that americanhumane had primarily been responsible or or bend the primary provider of information for this. Our leadership is spoken with their leadership. And that turns out not to exactly have been the case, they americanhumane United have discussed this. But they've only been discussing it for a couple of weeks. So that we're trying to understand why United came to the conclusion they did because we're not sure exactly who they've spoken with the only people they mentioned was American humane. But, but our understanding is while they have been discussing it though recommendations had yet been made. So we didn't for everybody to go to Jack dot org. See the alert there and that. Gives you the opportunity to click through and provide input. The United sounds good. Well, Mr Robert likens, the vice president of government affairs, repeat Jack in that. Of course is pet industry joint advisory council. Thanks so much for joining us in the segment to talkin pets. I really appreciate it. And look forward to talking with you. And again in the future. All right. Thanks so much for the opportunity. Thanks have a great weekend..

"Right. And it was it like the aesthetic was cool. The presentation was cool. Like, even the event I went to like two games and like two parties with like wa and all these other cool people, and I'm like, oh, this is like it's worth the money for me, two hundred bucks to be the suites at the Brooklyn nets game that was still so they'd fast forward. I mean, I'm training an offseason. This is twenty fifteen and I get an Email was like, hey, we have a private event. This is talked about in. A documentary about like Jay Lin using J listening is a private event for jaylo party in New York on March ten and I'm like, oh what a coincidence. That's my birthday that is perfect two hundred and fifty bucks a ticket me and the wife will take to we're going to fly to New York for this private jaylo party performance. So me and the wife or gas step. I'm like look at this March tenth what are the chances on my birthday Jlo's having a private party? For this in this club that I told remember that thing I told you about where we're getting awesome tickets and stuff, and it's cool. This is it. So I buy two tickets get close to the date, and they're like, oh, we're waiting on a date from J lo she's going to have to move. It just kept moving to move. So I never thought anything of it. So I'm like, okay. Well, just they hold the five hundred bucks until the next event comes and I'll just put it towards that. It wasn't. So watching his documentary. I realized I had been had wasn't though Taylor. Taylor forty. They're not holding the five hundred bucks. I'm not getting that back. All right. Am I so me and my wife was like my wife gives peo- like, wait a minute. We've got Duke by this dude. Again, I guess so big. Even better for her. Because she realized that like he was in the end the one I did was love it did just because she was so excited to go. See jaylo funny is I haven't seen. So I haven't seen the documentaries either one yet I'm going to this weekend. But I remember that that story, and I remember reading about it. But it's funny because John rule was one of the guys that was sort of involved in. Vegetables. And you know, how a certain this made me laugh not to get political. But you know, how a certain person that may or may not be the president of the United States. When it feels like people are kind of like coming after him. He he gets on Twitter and in all caps start saying, this is a witch hunt and other stuff that's kind of what Joe did when these fried documentaries, which means you're one hundred percent guilty. And you definitely did it. He was like, no, you don't know the full story. This is crazy. Why would I ever scam? Anybody? So it may be landed watched the documentary yet. It's just what he him said. He had no idea about anything in the documentary. He's acting like he's Mark Zuckerberg. Like, he's in charge. Even after the festival went to shit. He's like this is just a hiccup. Samsung started off they were blowing people's face off with their phones. And they kept thriving. We're going to continue to thrive them like you. Don't get it. Do you first off that was half the problem for the ten thousand people who bought tickets anybody who buys a ticket to a festival run by general tells you you are not in tune with the culture. Oh, man. Anybody in the know would would've told you anything Jabber was a part of exit stage left. This is going to go bad. And it's gonna go bad in a big way. So what you're trying to say is the fact that I loved you John rule, and I went to the barstool sports party in Houston, and that had John rule there and Ashanti, and I thought it was the greatest party ever means either. I'm a bad person or I have. No, I have no culture. Let's put it that you have you have no cultural awareness to what that means. Much love the. It's Marta you may call him Wally. But I call him walleye and I catch him in Lake Erie. Which further submits Joe's, cultural stand in the hip, hop culture. But yeah. So the documentaries were crazy. You gotta go watch them again..

It might throughout the interview. Just peppered in there whenever you want. No, just to make him laugh. You think about it for a while. I'll keep interviewing you come up with what you got Sean William Scott with the season premiere lethal weapon, Tuesday, September twenty. Fifth on FOX. I was very disappointed to read something that that said you thought that Mr. woodcock wasn't good that it's one of the worst films you've ever done. Say that though. I can't remember what I said, but I remember thinking time different when you're doing something and you kind of know that it could be better. And I think that was probably what I meant more than anything because I, you know, the movie's called Mr. woodcock I mean, and I think what we were doing it, you know, it should have been. We knew it could have been a little bit funnier, but it's interesting like over the and it's happened with a couple of other movies that I've done where it's caught a little audience. You know, years later where people are like, oh, I enjoy the movie. I think I'm more hard at myself. I actually think that I was in very good in it. But when you're making the kinds of movies specifically that you make, I would think that many of them might not feel right while you're doing it that dude, where's my car? When I talked to actors all the time, they say, you never know whether movies going to be good or not. You know, I I when obviously, but I pretty much gun comedy, and I tend to feel like I have sense that it's working or not. I haven't been times where like I think, oh, this is gonna be really, really funny, and then I watch it and I'm like, oh, crap. Like usually I don't know why, because I love film and that's really why became an actress. I love you so much stuck films. Like I, I think my instincts are, you know, pretty good on most of the things that I do when doing it. You know, if my all worked, you're not. But the only thing that I did do that. I remember when we filmed it maybe because there's so much improv then I wasn't like there was sometimes reduced seen as like, oh, this, this is funny, but other times rather have no idea, but ultimately worked was role models. I never, I, I did this movie remote role models appalled ride, and Jay Lin from this whole meeting. And I remember watching it going, oh, wow. That's been came together. Great. But that was the only time that I wasn't sure and it and it, and it being a lot better than I had hoped..

Here's the deal with football. I think too is a better option because obviously Jalen had time the soda propensity thought about downfield and it just hadn't. It hadn't been what it needs to be. And the one thing about it is if you have a Bama, you'll probably win ten eleven gain with Jay Lin that quarterback. But when you get to those ones like we've seen that is its own, though I am or teams are evenly matched, they struggle to get the ball downfield and everybody makes reference to him be employed against Georgia. This to me the the worst game was against offer the one. They've also been the iron bowl. He, he's just he lacks that ability to make Auburn defense played them on his, and I think it caused a lot of problems for them. I'll festively. So with that being said, I don't see zalin. Staying at Alabama if he's not playing right, and everybody wants to be super conservative and talking about, well, he could stay in. We'll try to make it work as a two quarterback system. Man. This dude has been the two national championships. I don't know who when they right man with these alien will wanna stay and cheer on the team instead of being on the field plate.
