"Now is a man who is an absolute superstar. I think that is the case when he was in the. Nfl felt like the media. Hated them so they decide to show him at his absolute worse which potentially painting a narrative that this dude wasn't the cause dude on her. He's a pro bowler obviously on the field but then we learned a lot about him off the field reality television. He's social media game. Now has a podcast called uncut. Ladies and gentlemen living legend jay. Very very very kind of you. i appreciate it. Hey this is the first time chatting. I think real life and fake. It's an honor. It's an absolute honor jay. Thank you for joining us. Thank you thanks for having me on. Did you feel whenever you were in the league. And i always said this about you to my friends. Whenever i had media that all the moment jay cutler hat on the field the media decided to show all the other quarterback had as well they just chose not to show it whenever you be pissed off whenever you'd be upset when you'd be disinterested if felt like the media loved it and the smoking j. account start here and everything like that. Did you know that when you're in the nfl in was ever like why the fuck did you guys choose to show me at my absolute worst all the time. Yeah and then. There's a point i remember. We were playing on fox. And there's just a camera like literally just following the entire game on the sidelines. Everywhere i went to the media. Guys like what the what the hell's going on here and they're like well. They have a camera just dedicated to you on the sidelines. I was like this. This is bullshit like wise asparagus. So then you just parties. I guess i'm just going to sit here and just sit here and you did. And everybody sat. And then everybody said doesn't care them because he's sitting there and then the internet's it looks like he legitimately have a mobile red hanging out of his mouth and then all of a sudden that took off into its own thing and that all kind of disguise. I'll go to a football player you were. I thought personally just as an outsider looking in. I thought you handled it much better than i would. If i was out asking questions like hey why are you always show this guy. His worst when you don't do that for everybody else. Yeah and then you know. Then if i got into any arguments or yelled at anybody you know it would spend the other way so it was. It was kind of one of those no win situations but You know wasn't it was i. I love playing football. It was fun had good teammates. The outside noise the outside noise when you retire did you. Was it hard to watch football. Did you start hating football game. Because i remember you retire on tv. Then you came back. I think there's a whole behind the scenes story behind that we don't dive into but a lot of guys when they leave the game. They have a little jaded essential giants. They want to watch the game. Are you back on board watching football full-time or are you still a little bit jaded towards it. Yeah you're you're right. I was a little jaded to to you. Know i was just trying to figure out what's next you know 'cause you spent so much time invested in this game such a little kid but now No my two boys are nine and seven and nine year old is all in. I mean the. He's he knows everybody stats plays mad and he's wants to watch every game all day long so i'm back in it. I i wouldn't say i'm one hundred percent back in it but i'm i'm i'm trending that way. You are done slinger is that an accurate depiction and you wanted to play No i mean. I think in when i college it was just kind of it was a necessary evil 'cause we were playing alabama's and lsu's some of these some of these teams so you had to take some chances. 'cause our talent level wasn't there and then when i got to denver we got scaled back shanahan and jimmy bates much. Those guys are offense was a lot more balanced Some big games. You know the running game. All the other zone scheme was fabulous and then when i got chicago Defense was great. But you know if we did get up some points You know talent wise on the offense until we got some some dudes be march and some of those guys We had to take some chances so it was just part of it. You see the way. The game's evolving right. Now offense show using help. What would help you immensely if offense now the rules now you think you and you can't get touched. You literally quarterback forever you the greatest out there. How old are you now thirty eight. Is there any thought at all getting back out there and throw no. I mean. I think i still do it But you know not not. i can't i can't do. I can't go back to start. No the problem is like i can do no problem mentally. You could do it. It's just it's just starting all those relationships back up and getting back in team and you know earned the trust of the of the locker room like all that stuff just take so much time and effort energy and you know i've got a million other things happening at this point. You're so cool now. Do hey you are i. i don't feel bad at all. I mean. I don't i don't feel that. And the whole podcast world. But i'm starting is so foreign that you know i feel like i've no. I've no earthly idea. What the hell. I'm doing and incoming from football where you get your entire life. I felt like i know how to do this. And now i'm energy in the media world which i never thought i'd be in it's it's just It's different so whenever you give baptize in the media world which is reality. Tv i think carrier that had to feel good to be a baby face for a little bit. I mean you're he'll for a long time everybody hates jay cutler jay cutler then you get on reality. Tv and i know digs over there. Now the cowboy. He was dressed like jay cutler for like two three weeks on reality. That was a real. I felt like a real momentum. Swing their those like. Hey this is yeah. That had to be pretty nice. Seattle reality tv. I heard a nightmare. I've heard is a nightmare. I thought easiest thing ever it was one of the. I mean it's annoying it sucks. It's annoying and it sucks but actually doing..

"Result heading in to the gulf match this week the bmw championship in caves valley fifteen miles northwest of baltimore. The last time the pga tour had an event in baltimore was when john f. kennedy was president a long time ago and they'll be caves valley golf club which is right by where the baltimore ravens train and i can tell you that if i could pick one place in the world to be this weekend it would be there to drive down to baltimore to see this happened this huge event. I need to pick the winner. The second place team. We have an idea of who they're gonna pick. I'm going to be consumed and obsessed with demand. The golfer that i picked this past week i went to northern trust. Had jordan speaks followed him collar mark. How patrick canley for all eighteen holes on thursday. Watch them the entire time. When they got done. I went over to jordan speed and thanks for the entertainment. Little disappointed he when plus one on thursday even more disappointed with his finnish. Never seen somebody. I've never seen somebody get to eagles on to holds the way that he did on friday and then back to back. Triple bogeys on monday. When the tournament continued he was all over. The map is a great golfer. But he's a tough week last week. Calamar cow while walked over to him at the end of the round shook his hand and he thanked me is genuinely his life sleazy could for following him all eighteen holes. Are you kidding. One of the greatest golfers in the world the winner of the british open. And he's thanking me in a genuine way for following him and got the chance to meet. Patrick canley as well and appreciate what those guys doing. Entertainment they provide. But there's no golfer that i'm going to care about more than the one that i picked this weekend and i must pick somebody that i have not chosen the last twelve weeks. I have been agonizing over this decision for the last two or three days. The decision is about to be turned in. We will see. We will update the results of the gulf pool next week but the week last week at the northern trust unforgettable and this weekend at the golf club in baltimore caves valley golf club. I know this is going to be memorable in a very pleasant or unpleasant way. We shall see and before we sign off on today's episode. Let me quickly tell you that. Thirty for thirty podcasts. "I'm from europe and from prague and places like that and Before kobe was set to go out last summer all of august and take my whole family camps. All around germany planned for code last week. I got a request to do a podcast guys from ireland. And so i agreed to do it. And i went on there and i could not believe how much they knew about my life and football in the states and the questions they were asking it was incredible and they told me that football in ireland. Shoot up kitchen. Obviously these guys doing this podcast. They must have a big following and they knew so much blew me away. That's exploded over there. So so that's why. I want somebody digital and then since then it's just grown that crazy so it's become a really cool thing because a lot of the stuff that young order backs it slips through the cracks either. The coach doesn't know it. The middle school coach doesn't know that time to talk about it so i've got content there. It's like well. Here's who's actually walking. Who right i mean you know. Coach has got to install it and then you go all of a sudden play game boom but we didn't get to slow it down and really learn it so i just. I continually populate content in there just to help. This is the most complex position in all of sports. Right i mean. This isn't just something that you know. Just pick up a bat and swing it right And so the the importance of young players. Like if you're not developing with somebody at a young age it's kinda too late. This position is getting very refined. And there's a lot of good coaches out there so Suggests that for him and it's been a great resource in this season. I've got a bunch of stuff. Also have guests come on right so some balls out on saturday in college. Come on sunday and talk about it with the members. That's kind of cool suit. So if we had a guest now who might be the week one. Guess you gotta guess who's gonna ball out on opening day georgia's got clemson so i think jd. But i i'm i'm really excited man. Throw a name. I'm really excited for kate mcnamara in michigan. So i know you're in a lump Just so you know jim. Harbaugh has quarterback cade mcnamara within six grade. He's a real guy. Is she. And forgive me for not even knowing this and i should and i will but i'm not there yet. Is kate macnamara. Projected to store for michigan opening day. He's been announced as the starter. Yes shows you how much. I know about michigan football right right. Like a minimum of one point committed to notre dame de committed and went to michigan. So you're gonna like more okay. And and what. She like is a quarterback. Give me an idea of what. I'm going to see when i watch eight mcnamara play. I'm not setting expectations. But i i the only person i can compare him to in terms of how he approaches the game. Tom brady this kid since seventh grade. Takes everything serious. And there's been a pattern if there's teammates of his. Who aren't that tough or who don't really want to do that. Don't really wanna work that hard. Those players don't like i. We'll be paying attention to k- mcnamara we'll be paying attached to qb summit digital would be paying attention to sam darnold joe bar and all the quarterbacks you've trained tutor during the all season join. I really appreciate things in today. Thanks for having me. On out there is jordan palmer who trains a number of nfl veteran..

"Zooms helping young quarterbacks develop ahead of the pack. Somebody who's trained. Nfl quarterbacks during the off season somebody's got tremendous insight into them without further. Ado jordan palmer tour. We're getting ready to head into a big season. The i seventeen game season. You say your off season working with a number of nfl quarterbacks. Give me an idea. Some of the guys you work with and what you're expecting to see added them this season Will for some of the young guys I spent a lot of time Whichever lawrence and it was an interesting time because You know when he landed in california he did. He was unaware of the shoulder. Injury torn left rotator cuff and so Found that The whole process of bump in the pro day up Throwing and and And obviously the jaguars selecting him and and in the process of rehabbing getting better so it was just a very unique off season for trevor for sure and one nacre me. I've never bumped a pro day up eight weeks. You know bumped went back a week or so but never up eight weeks so in nine. It was fun watching him. Kind of develop in also. He had a lot of life. Changes you know you got you got married. And just a bunch of a bunch of life happening for him Obviously he's at the center of a lot of conversations and has been for a long time. so so trevor. was one of the young guys chambers. Shell a guy who who's With the chiefs. Right now. And i've made many comments that he's before the draft. I don't care what i don't. I don't know if he's going to get drafted and i don't care what round but i think he's gonna play twelve years and they just released the guy. He was competing with Yesterday so it looks like he's going to be a great addition for the room in kansas city and And then on the veterans side of things. Josh allen sam donaldson low temperature borough pile alan who had basically identical injury to dak prescott in So the rehabilitation of that and and He is he came back And then you have a bunch of younger guys and was able to cross basil. The tennessee recite ends running backs. His guys have their their Their players out here. And i've been spending more time. Last year's with the pass catchers the titans Receivers and running backs so is able to work with a lot of rookies in a lot of a lot of veterans law. Let's get back to lawrence a second so far. Urban meyer is not named him. Starting quarterback what is your take on. What's going on there. And the way that he's performed this preseason we'll it's interesting and because he's the number one pick and because what's happened the last two years with the number one pick it's a head scratcher as to why you wouldn't name him the starter on draft day. It's just go ahead and go forward with it. But adam you you've been doing this a long time. What he's doing what what urban is doing whichever right now was the nor three or four years ago. I can think of all sorts of guys that i just that i've worked with. Who split reps all the way through training camp split reps di weren't even named the starter even though it was their team. I mean to shawn watson split repsol through camp as a rip going into his rookie year and then they named tom savage the starter and then he benched tom savage at half time and then john watson was named the starter at halftime. We want any look back and we'll wells a waste of fifty percent of these reps. This dude could've been getting better. And then kyle. Mary comes on and they just roll with them. And then joe borough last year. They just roll with them. And so it's only really a head scratcher because of what the last two t the way that the last two organizations that selected quarterback number one have behaved and And now you can make an argument. She's a good player and he's proven and all that you've already made your decision. Hey can take travelers number one. So i'm more on the side of give him every rep possible because adam. Here's an interesting piece of this. And i had a. I was chargers Niners practice on friday. And i was talking to a A bigger name former head coach. And we're we're we're talking afterwards about this and he brought up a great point and said you know it's not just the young player that needs reps. It's the other players that need reps with that. Young blair right solicit let's say kinship with jaguars Have a veteran center. That center needs to know what things that trevor doesn't see it like we can talk about in meetings that You know the quarterback's going to point to the will linebacker ray like that. Senator needs to know what trevor knows and doesn't know and so he's gotta get those reps and so. It's not just the reps that trevor needs the whiteout. No under getting a feel for. How trevor is gonna throw this ball the old line getting feel for how trevor is gonna call this and and so. That's why i'm more on the side of if he's gonna be your started giving every possible. Now you worked with. Sam darnold josh allen. You give me some other quarterbacks that we work during the off-season jordan. Yes sam. Darnold josh allen kyle. Alad spent a lot of time. With joe borough as he's gone through his rehabilitation and then as basically once he got cleared to throw a we kind of put some work together and then this was a big off season. I worked with a more college guys than i ever have. Passed and a lot of guys that are coming out next year. So we're going to go into those college guys in a moment. But gimme what we're going to see this year. From sam darnold and joe borough being that you worked intimately with bill during the off season. Well i think you know an interesting one because And i know it's a new regime over there but you know if you look at sam situation last year and the situation that he stepped into right now. It's pretty interesting because team is starts off with the same right. Everybody has the same salary cap. Everybody you know. Everybody has the same financial backing.

trevor Ado jordan palmer tom savage Josh allen sam donaldson dak prescott joe borough lawrence jaguars shawn watson Urban meyer Nfl nfl chiefs josh allen adam kansas city titans Young blair john watson california

"To one more. I'm not for sure if it was two or three times but the very last time. I'm looking at national mccain. Take this what am i. What am i doing here hanging by this point. I'm just over it. So we're we're out there throwing and you know it's the whoever they had out there the Guide or something. When i'm just i'm throwing whistles on my guy we data's fly and so this is like i know i can't say what we're doing. We're doing a research mike. Okay manager so. I went home and debt. Denver wasn't on the radar. Didn't talk to me. They wanna pro day They did nothing nothing under the sun and we were. We had a draft party In nashville and my strength coach. John sis he was getting like the hats and so he he gets top top top fifteen or so. Whatever it was denver was denver. Meet up after get. Let it move to eleven. Yeah i think that yeah. They traded with the rams picks up and he had all the hats and he had he had a denver hat was like what are they. Just come up. Afc championship game. Also that's not happening. i just picked it up. I'm a huge. He'll love love love Coach and in arizona. Arizona was in the mix time was due time was their. Gm called me called. I mean new top three top five like that. It was out and there were there. Were there weren't a lot of looking for a quarterback then and then started late in all at starbucks getting some coffee heading heading down to the where wherever we're having a party and steve called me and he's like hey ten get ready and i'm like i'm ready you care. I'll be there tonight. I'm ready to roll and Go to the party in the united. Vince goes reggie goes are all going on and mattis he's hiding he sliding sliding sliding not line matlock yet. Exactly then we get to ten. And they're taking the take it back but they're not drafted me and they. Obviously they took that. And then at that point i was like i might this mad. Go while we. We might settling in saint louis and then obviously Mike made the call moved up and it was like bam bam bam on yelling ring like ethnic. What's going on here but it was. It was awesome. I loved playing for my. He was he helps. He helps me out. Some researchers said president in me and what what it should look like. What offense football should look like how organization them how to run a team. The leadership structure It was it was it was awesome. Awesome those it was unfortunate how it how it all ended there what what happened with that. I never fully understood that. I don't know you know. I've had dinner with mike since then You know. I think it's i don't mean where where mr bone was mentally. You know that's one of those things that no one by one I think that we have the number two offense in. That's how you know. After after thirty year we were all super young. And i don't know. I don't know the whole story. I just that you know. After the after everyone checked out and did their physicals. Mike had a meeting with pat. And it didn't go over well so mike. It's fired okay. And then josh comes in josh mcdaniels and you asked to trade. Is that correct. I mean do. I have to remember that all of a sudden came up that march and well he he was. He was trading me. He wanted he wanted castle so he was trying to make the trade To get me out and get mad in And then you know we called. We went back and forth on it. They denied it happened And then we had a few meetings and it. Just just one of those situations that i don't we weren't gonna we weren't gonna work well together. there's there's part of me wishes. I stayed in and worked on of it. You know i was twenty six twenty seven i was. You know you you think you on top of the world and you think you have all the answers. Maybe maybe don't But you know got shipped to Chicago you know had made some awesome friends Headed had had a long run there That chris in their hud three kids. I mean it was one of those situations where it worked out. It worked out for scottish workplace. I went to graduate school there. So if chicago and i love denver alauddin denver for fifteen years. Still my soul on this day lovely place. I love denver. Yeah great place. Oh denver was awesome. I was so happy to be out. There those first three years still go back. It's changed a lot you know. Lost is yeah. I told my family about it. They'd never been. I brought them out there. Some of the things not as pleasant but many things at the place are fantastic. So yeah absolutely if that makes sense chicago. You know thinking about the quarterbacks and how it works their bill your assessment of that situation. And what advice would you give to. Justin feels You know the watch the watch. The first preseason game watch the second preseason game. it's it's tough to make an assessment or a call on that. The offense looks bad with first team. Second team i mean. They're just i mean. They got ran over by buffalo I like the coach. I think offensively. I think they have talent I like i like the scheme..

"This that that direction In adding fruits kind of been eliminated from my diet as well. Even even though i love it. What was the scariest episode. Giver had with it. Because i've certainly been through a number of them with my wife. I was He'll time at night is scary Especially when you're alone so that's what that's that's most about him. I was working out. I was working at bandy. And i i've felt i was working out and i felt myself kind of crash. Get a little shaky in all real irritable. And i was like just get to the rest of his workout. And then i'll try and then you know the walls start closing in. I get a little tunnel vision on like okay like i think a ball pretty quick here. So that's back when back when i had to stick myself so Stuck it and i put it in. I could barely like barely like readout to numbers. 'cause i mean i was. I was just i was i was going down. And one of the coaches. I mean they knew it was obsolete. I think they brought me over the gatorade or coke and i sat down drank a whole of saying in just kinda laid their from it and i wasn't sure what the number was then. I went back like hours later. Looks and It was what was it was. It was like twenty eight or twenty nine. And that's the lowest. Let's lois on the lowest That's lowest i've ever seen But that's a that's the beauty of the technology now. They've made them everything smaller. And you can avoid those types of things which you know. That's that's the scary part. Like high heiser heiser highs Get really low Let's that's where things can go bad. Did you ever get real high. There was one time. I walked into my bathroom. My wife was sprawled across the floor. She i had. I had to take her to the hospital. She didn't wanna go show up as anyone who's a ninety is. She's tougher than i am and we got her in there and then she had kito doses and her sugars were above five hundred continuously and they had to bring him down and it was it was it was brutal. It was a very scary episode. Because she didn't want to go and the sugars were as high as they were. And it just gets the point the fact that you played football with this is so impressive to me. And the general public doesn't realize what goes into treating and handling and managing that disease on a day to day basis. They just don't know. I see it every day. So i know you're living You know the thing about diabetes. Type one diabetes is. It just doesn't go away. Correct eight you wake up with it. You go to with it if it affects. Your mood affects your daily life in every every walk of it What you eat what you drink. You know how you work out. I mean this ability. No factor what where that number that. Blood sugar number isn't being attacked somehow You know whether you're happy whether you're mad Strategy it doesn't all So it's it is something that is tough and i it doesn't i mean that's that's the thing on. It doesn't go away like you can't run from it. You can't hide from it It's something that you'd have to take head on him and that's why you know as much respect for these these kids that get their under ten under a it breaks my heart I got it when i was twenty. Six sub. you know technically an adult. I was still a child mentally. Probably like i could take care of myself. I i could figure some stuff out. I can't imagine. I can't imagine having having to be a parent and whenever we whenever we had kids i it scared that they they would have it. You know i'm checking on on pricking their little fingers sometimes whenever like they would sleep in and stop wanted to see what numbers so it's It's a tough one definitely talking. I've gone to washington a few times. Jackson embassador for jd to meet with little kids. That are lobbying congress for more funds and more awareness for treatment and research and whatnot and look at these kids. And i gotta tell you. It made me emotional. I sti- i have a couple of today than what they have to deal with in their late. Show it's so unfair fair completely unfair. You know all the all the things i mean. It's tough enough growing up as a kid especially in today's world I think that the world changing so fast admitted to throw that on top of it. It's it's gotta be brutal. I mean you got to wear a pump at school. you're different. it's just it's just. I mean it's hard.

Well let me just let me let me see what's up looking at was forty four and i was like well. That's that's not a good number birch. And but i mean it was level. I wasn't i crashed. Are i mean. I was at forty four was leveled off so i was like well. That's that's so you. And what i've found in the last ten years of avenues is like you. Your your body is basically dying starving for for sugar and used to go down and you know everything in the house. And then i'd be three fifty two hours later coming and so i've got. I've gotten more disciplined. Where i'm like all right. You know. even though you're you're you could eat everything just you know. Just drink some orange juice a little bit of orange juice you know. Wait a minute so i mean. That's kind of been the the trials and tribulations for me but a really limited in my guy of what. I eat as probably helps me more than anything. And what have you what you eliminate and what he more than anything you know on a weekly basis you know there's definitely days where i splurge and weekends and have dessert and all this stuff like out desserts cutting out the white carbs the white flowers and you know really try to just go a lot of vegetables. Were checked after the first series or checking a half time just became another just became another extension and the good part of i think part about there is people around like you know. I'm looking at the print them off at that point. That the pictures and stuff and i'm just holding my hand out in someone's someone's pricking at no we're talking about you know Two three coverage they. Let's say in the navy. Just say you're you're one twenty five or now that goal and just that's how that's how i operated until the next eight years or whatever long and do you wear a dixie. Come now and pod how do you how do you treat it. Now how do you handle it. Yeah yeah i work. I work dot com right now And i know there's a lot of people that in other words pumps and we're both You know. I got used to the i got used needles and i got it when i was twenty six or so twenty five six point seven so i never had anything on my on my body like that so it kind of freaks me out. I have had a all the things and you look at some of these for five year olds. They have you know they've got palm saved. Got the whole thing. And i just having something like that on. "That dry erase board that Ethan drew the picture on. I need to look him up smoking Jay. And yet he always looked completely disinterested talent. Talent from above that any man would kill for had a laser arm. Oh, he's a good looking cat. Okay, So that's the question because he was married to Kristin Cavalleri, who was a reality TV show, Sir, whose total smoke she was on the hill. Yeah. Now there's this photo of him at the beach again, looking like Jay Cutler just completely disinterested as though he doesn't care. And this blonde smoke show who nobody knows who she is, is right next to him, and she can't get enough of this guy. He's been out of the league for several years Now. What does he do? Does he? I mean, does he counsels money? Okay, so he's just right now when he's got multiple millions of dollars, Okay, So let me ask you this month. You're seeing this picture for the first time. That's Jay Cutler if he worked at Mayer Well, see, this is a bad example. I think for what we're talking about right now, because he's attractive. I think a better example is somebody who's an absolute troll standing next to you. Call him admire. You would still find him attractive, physically attractive person and I was on the prowl for a boyfriend. I would. Yeah, it doesn't matter. I've met him and broad ripple years ago and he said, I work in sales downtown had been totally down to clown. Absolutely. I just feel like I got the short straw in every genetic way possible together with Stalinism is saying, I can't believe I'm not picking up chicks another hour of Mark and rob coming up straight by. That's not really her style. Mail got the same happy call 1888 farmers to switch and you could save an average of $470 on your auto insurance. Sabrina Carpenter Addresses Speculation That ‘Skin’ Is About Olivia Rodrigo

"Last week. We had discussed the whole. Olivia rodrigue driver's license situation with sabrina. And joshua bassett excetera and since then. Sabrina actor released her own song called skin. Before i get into it. Let me just read you. The caption of her instagram. She posted tonight. Sabrina says thank you to everyone who has listened to skin especially those who have opened their minds to lyrically is trying to get across. I wasn't bothered by a few lines in a magnificent song and wrote a distraction. It i was at a tipping point in my life for countless reasons. So i was inspired to do what i usually do to cope right something that i wish i could have told myself in the past people can only get you if you give them the power to and a lot of people were trying to get to me. The song is in calling out one single person some addresses specific situation while other lines address. Plenty of other experiences. I've had this past year. It also shows that many things have actually gotten under my skin. And i'm still learning to knock have other people so much power over my feelings. I know a lot of you struggle with the same thing. I don't want this to become an endless cycle so please don't take this as an opportunity to send more hate anyone's loss of loved you all. Thanks for letting me grow anybody who listened to the song the main courses basically you can try to get under my skin while he's on mine so i mean listen if she's going to say that it wasn't a direct response fine but like. I really liked sabrina carpenter. I think they're both really talented. I just it was so clearly response. In my opinion the only reason it wasn't a response is because the original song had nothing to do with her. That right so confused. Yeah that's what i think. People were so confused about because of your song was really about her relationship with joshua and what went down there with the one line that mentioned sabrina. Basically saying like you're probably with that blonde girl who always made me doubt she so much older than me. she's everything i'm insecure about. That was it. Whereas sabrina song i think at least when you listen to it the first time felt like was directly about her directly addressing. Olivia song so. I don't know i. I really like them both. I was so confused when i first heard it because it felt so misplaced to me. It was like wait a second. Like if i'm being honest nothing as women you ever want other women to be insecure. But let's just cut the bullshit for a second is the guy you're dating has ex girlfriend and that ex-girlfriend publicly says that you make her insecure not that you want that prefers second that's kind of the best compliment you could ever get like. It was so confusing me. There were all these names of like olivia. Rigo call sabrina. Carpenter gorgeous says rita carpenter releases a distract. You

Jay Cutler, Kristin Cavallari post same exact photo on Instagram

"Chris cavalier ian jay cutler blew up the internet this weekend. Everybody was freaking out. After the two of them posted joints matching instagram's the same photo the two of them together. Khorasan kind of has like this bad ass. Like don't fuck with me pose kind of going on and the caption that they both posted the same caption saying the world is full of users. Ten years can't break that very intense. People were very confused. They back together. What was going on. It does seem like they're not back together. This seems like it's actually a direct response to madison from southern charm going on instagram. Live and talking about j. I don't. I didn't watch the instagram live. I've just been seeing tidbits of what she had said on social media but it seemed like she was talking about j. A lot or looting. Dj a lot and then she teaches blow up. Like i think this was a direct response to that and madison and austin and all the drama that kristen j been pulled into recently which is also like you know not totally kristen. Jay had their own involvement in all of that word seemed like they were along with all the shit. That was all the drama. That was going on. So i don't know but it definitely blew up very very interesting. I don't think that kristen j back together. And i didn't think that when they posted the photo i think it was more so you know there's been a lot of talk about them not getting along and you see it in in social media them does not getting along and kirsten posting with all these guys and jay color during the same thing like going back and forth at each other so i feel like there's been a little bit of animosity on social media so then you like they were almost being like. Hey guys we're fine. We're going to co parent. This that the other thing is we're not going to be back together. That's what i took that as but now hearing all of this about madison from southern charm. I now think that southern charm singlehandedly trying to take down cruising cavalieri and jay

"Patriots Pau Spartan here from the Midnight Patriots. So, one of the. Feel about anchored now. When we started this insanity, we always tell people. The reason we do this is because insomnia sucks almost as bad as tyranny. We would have these conversations between ourselves the group chats. Throws and things like that. We thought, hey man, you know we should just record a podcast, but the more we looked the more expensive became. Get Cross anger. Anger gives you all the tools you need to do this to make your voice heard and get your voice out there. You have an opinion you gotta use anchor everything from recording to editing to distribution that you'd be all the tools that you need. To allow you to record your podcast right for your phone or your computer. Anchor covers distribution by getting on Apple. spotify and many many others. I mean how you can make money right from your own podcast with no minimum listenership. It's everything you need in one spot in one place simple at effect. So get yourself anchor make voice her. Midnight Patriot, nation welcome to NFL. Mid Nitrates it is you boy spartan here with the the ever ever pot and flaming premix A good to have you as D to ultra. Sports nerds. In specifically football cards. On the end on the. Patriot staff. Phoenix tonight decided that we were actually GonNa do kind of a deep dive into what is pissing us off most about NFL and. Most pro sports in general to be quite honest. But we're GONNA focus on the NFL in this particular case because. Both Phoenix, myself have. A long history of both fandom and and. Playing Sports, we have a unique appreciation of what it takes. More it doesn't and how it is devolved into the into this shit show that it is. Just, we're just GONNA go from there. So Phoenix you had you had some thoughts that you wanted to start with go ahead. Well specifically. I I have a major gripe with the NFL in general. Being more politicized. And the. Let's End Racism. Okay, I get my left. Black lives matter. No sorry. They do and I agree with the message just not the manor which is being delivered. We've said that before on the organization go ahead. Exactly. All of a sudden you know we have a organization. That's Through much. Yup You can't do this. You know we have this. AFOREMENTIONED SCAMMED EMMA GOING ON. You can't do this. You can't do this. Well Yeah you can't. Okay. And then we have the social unrest of the nation being thrown into. A sporting. Venues. that. For All intents purposes let's call it. What is it's an escape. It allows us the viewer. Fan. That three four hours. Sunday evening Monday night whatever that. It gives us that escape from eager live love get up go to work and deal with people you come home you deal with cranky wife and kids don't listen dog that Shit's in your shoes. You've taken that away. And now have made it. Well we got to get on board with this. Well, we're relevant to. We're a large. Organization we goner? A multitude of platforms. That we have viewership. There any given? Day that we have competition So now we're going to. Paint messages in the end. We're going to have. Athletes will we're going to kneel to show solidarity. I got a huge problem with that and for our listeners I'm sure you have your own platforms as well. The American flag comes I stand for Gore country you back your country everything else second berry period. That's my thought on that. That's the way it is. Unfortunately when. The NFL NBA MLB hockey underwater basket weaving has become politicized in what we have to show solidarity with this. I have a question. Are you showing solidarity four? Message. Or are you As the NFL did let's put. The name of a known fell one on a helmet. Let's. Let's praise this guy because shot back when a an. Amplifier point in accused rapists. Is someone with a warning active warrants? For Rape Yes. So here in my eternal gripe with this, that will probably go down in flames just like the rest of them. Why are we? In fact. Standing behind. Someone. WHO BREAKS THE LAW? WHO does walk. Yes. They didn't listen. They got shot in the back whatever. House we say. Extenuating circumstances came to be that this ended up how that was. We have to stand behind this person as a form of. Instead of. Waiting, for all the facts that come out be proven beyond a shadow of a doubt. And then move forward from there. Well. That's the real question. Isn't it is is you know? All we've seen is what has been allowed to be released. Okay I mean look I think in his thing I agree with everything you just said save one thing. Okay. I don't think demand deserve to be shot seven times point blank in the back now. Having said that. He has an active warrant for his arrest, what he should not have done to prevent that whole situation was to surrender. Get handcuffed and be taken into to engage whatever process there is. Okay, you don't fight cops in the street if you do. You mess with the bull, you get the horns. Okay. He's admitted he was armed. He's admitted he was going for a different arm- armament. Okay. And what do we expect the COPS to die? I don't think so you know I'm. In the eyes of them, that's probably what they're saying. Well. Preserved by life fuck yours. Well exactly. The COP Exactly and and my my attitude would be y is either one wrong as far as you know, one one has a duty to behave professionally the other has a duty to follow the law. Or face the consequences you know it would have saved him from getting shot in the back if he had stopped if he turned around if he'd Toronto. Surrendered Okay Understand that I understand the Warren has has since been vacated, but that's beside the point. When a COP's his I warrant for your arrest I mean you're supposed to do is say what am I being arrested for? Okay I'll go peacefully ears might whereas my lawyer yeah. Instead, of no fuck you fight you tooth and nail, and if get away up the war still there, but you don't have me. Right. Exactly. Exactly and you know I got I got I got a I. got a interject because you know. My personal opinion is if you probably agree Is this. Cancer of case. started. It may have it may have had other sources. Okay. But its primary. Protagonist, in growth factor was Colin. Kaepernick a few years ago and I don't say that in a flattering manner. Okay. I've said it before the my opinion that Colin Kaepernick is the biggest fraud on the planet as pertains to the NFL. At least Ryan leaves when he signed what Leash Langley, when he signed, he knew he was shit approved the wish she had any faded off politely into the sunset because he saw a gay. young just tell the story as I. Recall it and you you you feel free to chime in when you. When when you when you if I'm off base okay. A lot of people don't remember this but you and I as King's football and many things in life have a have a memory quite a bit longer than than your average goldfish. Okay? I remember watching the first incidents of Cabernet court on code kneeling and he wasn't fucking Neil. He had just had an argument with his with with the head coach and I don't think it was Kelly. It may have been horrible. But he had the yard, the head, the argument with Joe it was horrible wasn't horrible yet. So out of you probably saw the clip to you can't find it now because it's Youtube everywhere else. He had he had A. Verbal altercation with Harbhajan and I can only assume in what we were told. You know later was that harbaugh. told him. No you're not starting a colon Cabernet got very unprofessional and like the diva quarterback that he is. Turn Turnhill stomped over to the bench slammed his helmet down in plop disaster down on the bench now by sheer and toll coincidence. Anthem had just started. The anthem it just started when that HAP-. ACI. I know you remember this is I think you and I talked about this at the time that it happened because we were mocking him because when I weren't weren't quarterbacks when we played the game and we know what divas they are even princesses, they are this. If you remember and I know you do espn headlines a couple of days. Later words were that Colin Kaepernick was going to be fine. Substantially for multiple instances of unprofessional conduct conduct deleterious to the team. Leading up to the altercation with harbaugh that happened where he plops his ass on the bench you remember that ideas that. Dakhla and it was it was post practice I. Believe I want a That later that week that a reporter asked him. About the state of the fines and Based on his lip based on. Let's just call it what it was temper Tantrum. Okay. And that's when Cabernet sold all this bullshit about he was doing it in protest etcetera etcetera and he played the race card, which we all know the press eats up hook line and sinker and never ever questioned. Ever On. Me It came across and partner Jackie No, you're good. The the instance of which we are discussing out my first thought on that was yes it's a temper tantrum and I'm about to be busted for having a temper tantrum. So allow me to make up some juicy. To Garner more attention to the fact that. This is happening to be Gimme Gimme. GimMe and I lost my starting spot. Well, that's the that's the point I'm making. He played the race card to avoid fight. For on professional conduct and he was he was outright given a past. I don't think he ever actually even actually got find something that was overlooked too is that is that nick is not a person of color is really not us he is a multi-racial okay and part of that find that he was going to get for unprofessional conduct was calling somebody else on the field the N. Word back can't say here because quite frankly it's feds even and number two I don't WanNa get show you monetize but that said that was part of that that was part of the fine to be levied. The fine was vacated. Okay. Because he was successful, you successfully played the race card and got out. Okay and this whole shift started this snowball at that point. as we as we all know you know he was he was basically the the the face man for chip. Kelly's offense that you know while short term short term effective was absolutely not sustainable. Okay. We all know that. And you combine that with the fact that the guy had. Just over just under a shooting just over sixty percent for completion rate. Even in that offense at his best day, he was a mediocre quarterback surrounded by a bunch of very talented people. Okay. So now it has become the fact that you know this whole narrative has has escalated by people that that know nothing about the actual game because. Football is simple. It's not easy, but it's simple. Is. The ultimate meritocracy. Okay talent hard work equals success. Okay there's a lot of guys. We can probably point him out on the field you and I. There's a lot of guys that that. That just simply outworked their competition to get where they are I'll give you. I'll give you one prime example and right now they call him the goat Tom. De. Tom. Brady was drafted was I can remember he was drafted. He was I. Don't think he was Mr irrelevant. But he was real close. He was the very bottom. Yes. Six he was very close to the very end of end of the draft in and he is he outworked is is competition. Now granted drew bledsoe. If people can remember back set for was not a very good quarterback anyways. He was only borderline better than Ryan Leaf and he went down Tom Brady took over in the rest as they say district but. No? One ever questioned, Tom? Brady's work ethic in those dynasty years in in in New England. Okay. Because he outworked he, he worked his ass off. Yes he was talented. Yes. He's physically gifted but that plus hardwork dedication to his craft turned into in the in the the hardware for the hand so to speak. and. anyways back to my point about Cabernet. All, these people talking about how Catherine doesn't have a job because he's bad for business or half rights, they're only half rice. Now I posted this to the page I know you read you probably it is I. Think I read this week we went to this is from ESPN DOT COM itself. Okay. ESPN DOT. com. The actual date this was published as March twentieth two, thousand seventeen. By their staff writer Kevin Seaford. and. I am just going to read it. I'm. GonNa. I'M GONNA. Try to read the whole thing. I'm trying Doug only try to read the parts that are relevant. But those those listening. If you go to our face, a bitch facebook dot com slash midnight patriots. You'll be able to find this article and we shared it the title of it is calling Kabir Knicks based problem performance. Politics. Day It starts off real simple. So Don't over think why Colin Kaepernick is still a free age simply put years have passed since he was ineffective quarterback he's twenty nine years old has succeeded in an unsustainable scheme as part of a well populated group of former starters who also remain available at as this week began now getting that was march twenty, twenty, seventeen. So they were in free agents. Okay. Let's. Let's move on here. It's blamed Colin Kaepernick's unemployment on his protest is to misread the way NFL teams make personnel decisions. that. I don't think there's any more true statement on Earth. Do you I? MEAN THAT'S Yeah. So it goes on protests where does say at any type of business that if you have lackluster performance, did you are guaranteed two hundred million dollar job? Number One and two I was GONNA say there have been divas troublemakers in the NFL before? Okay and Kim's and? Lewis Terrell on. You know. List goes on and on. And let's not forget the NFL is the lead cut an outright banned ray rice running back from the Ravens for domestic violence. Okay. Before he was convicted. Suspended A. Peterson for disciplining his child. Yeah for banking hit saw. Yeah. Okay for spanking his own child. Okay. So now they put criminals names on their helmet. so by but I digress I digress let's get back to the article. Just to just to go just to go. Teams are swayed I by players potential or lack thereof to help them win protest or not kapernick would be under contract. Now, if he had demonstrable if he had played demonstrably better in recent years. Let's look closer at where capper nick is as a quarterback and why that has left him sitting in a group that also includes fellow free agents, Jay Cutler Josh mccown Ryan Fitzpatrick and Robert Griffin the third. Again keep in mind. This is from shelvin teachings of this is three years ago. Okay. But. It goes on to some of the reason I liked this 'cause this is based on facts not just you know a bunch of race baiting bullshit. Kapernick grid NFL success came as part of the San Francisco Forty niners read Options Skiing Twenty, twelve to twenty four. In those three years, he rushed for Fifteen, hundred, seventy, eight yards which okay. I will give credit that impressive gudgeon impressive number. For. More than any other quarterback with the exception of Rush Russell Wilson Cam Newton so let's just call it what it is. He was third rushing quarterback against. It breath. Okay. I will not fall the net. His. Success. He threw more than twice as many touchdown passes interceptions helped him compile eighth best time quarterback rating in the NFL seventy point to over that period. But even then capper nick was one of the lease most. Least Accurate quarterbacks is sixty point one completion percentage ranked twenty third in the NFL and has percentage of off target throws judged on video by espn stats and information ranked eighteen. So. Based on just the stats alone he was a middle of the pack quarterback middle of the pack. Does that mean that he's better than half the other guys absolutely does that mean that that you know the drama he brings? Outweighs his skills is still setting the money in the monetary investment probably. Okay I agree or disagree just on that statement there. I would agree that yeah, he's a middle of the road quarterback. He had some skill. At. That position. That offense. You're right. Would it work somewhere else probably not but that's Changing teams, you learned their offensive scheme you learn what they do best blend yourself into that and you become part of the team not a one man show. that. I, mean you'd have to agree that most had coaches that have half a brain would go sixty, four, sixty point one completion percentage. even if you're even if you're going to do A. A bootleg offense even if you're going to do a boot offense. Play I can. Still going to have to be better than sixty point one. Periods I mean just entered discussion. Quarter, you're talking college level quarterback. Even if you're on a naked, do either one side, you're still depending on receivers tied ends backs to be open at some point that you can actually say, Hey, he's opened easel bewitched of the two weevils need a cheese her who exactly exactly union able to identify and hit those targets or at least give your guys in a position to succeed you know. I'd like to. Bring to Light I. Not Very long after capital started his quest masqueraded by some of justice whatever you WANNA call it only because he got in my mind and correct me if I'm wrong, he got busted out period. That's just the way it is you through Tantrum he got his ass busted will now I gotta cover with this to cover that with this, and then all of a sudden we have one big lie that snowball into the entire solstice thing that's going on currently. You're. Going to look they had to go. He ended up in Washington. In front of US rest. Explaining his side of everything that goes on great. Denver Broncos of whom I am a fan. I it. Does not get into that because. Pirate about that right. That's ultimate digression. Go ahead, John. elway. It had in fact offer Catholic before your contract. said. Hey. COMPLA-. Can come down because it wasn't enough money. Wait a minute. Let's look at your stats a sixty sixty point something or other completion percentage. Yes. You had fifteen hundred yards rushing, which as we've discussed is pretty phenomenal quarterback save. Russell. Cam. Newton. Maybe rg three hundred healthy. That's stretching it buttle throw it in there. Anyway. I. Really. Wanted to see if capital could be plugged into that offense and sell. Well, that's the that's the real trick. Isn't it? I mean? End and let's be clear. He turned it down because the salary was too low, not the money. Or maybe remember correctly, he turned it down because John elway wanted to load the one at the loaded up with incentives and say, okay, you exceed this mark you get ex you this you get what we go to the playoffs and when you get Z. Experience Cetera so wasn't of excellent. Yeah. But exactly to perform at your very best as cut your in the NFL, they don't take ship nothing while the that's when the NFL stands for not for lofts. That and let's be honest. It was not only. Did he had he had to meet performance criteria he had to me behavior criteria, EXAC? elway and the broncos weren't going to stand for this s J. W. S. J. W. Crap. That he's pulling. So let's go back to the article real quick. It'll it'll. It'll really start driving the point home. Okay. So I believe he started kneeling rating was two fifteen. So. Article Goes On. The issues that we were just talking about the increasing. Or decreasing completion percentage decreasing accuracy except sets. Those issues intensified in Twenty fifteen and twenty sixteen amid forty nine ers. Coaching turmoil in talent drain since the start of the twenty fifth season Kapernick ranks get this. Last in the NFL thirty five all five passers in off target percentage is off target twenty, two point six percent of the time which when she is the least accurate quarterback in the. League. As of the twenty. Fifteen. It goes on. Is Complete. Complete is completion percentage ranks number thirty, two at fifty, nine point one. He was still one of the NFL's most productive Shink quarterbacks, ranking number four total yardage over all those years but it didn't mitigate his passing deterioration and this is in my mind. This is the absolute most important line in the yard or ear and an adult. There is no more important attribute for quarterback accuracy especially for a free agent who is shopping himself teams with various schemes. In, the long term a quarterbacks running ability is considered a complimentary skill and one that is story. Fade with age or because of injuries, scrambling ability and arms drank are secondary to whether you can hit the target. His name comes across the wire I go holy Fuck Ball sharps available, and I already know that a he's allowed mouth be he likes to talk shit and sees extremely opinionated man but D-. The Guy Backs should have on the field I picked up the phone. I pick up the phone and say Hello Mr Shannon. Trump's lawyer her agent. This is me at the I would like to pay your your plant, a lot of money obscene amount of money to come help us when football game sets. Ended up with the. Exactly for whatever he was with the Ravens what three years. Say but he wanted them for four super bowl with their to. The argument that Colin Kaepernick doesn't have a job because Hashtag grace is complete an utter bullshit. Bullshit and the the fact that Roger Goodell has bought into this Shit Hook Line and sinker is even worse. Okay. You would think that that to be the commissioner of of a National League or National Professional Sports League that race in what eight to ten billion dollars. A year in gross revenue. You have. You'd have to have an IQ above your shoe size. Goodell even that these people that that they're they're professing to support. Social Justice. Wise. He realized that the vast majority of them do not watch the Games couldn't tell you five players in the league and doesn't even know couldn't name five teams lot I mean. She probably I mean. Look at some of the fan base. Did Not tell you the difference three, four, three defense. Yeah don't try to get him to describe the Tampa to. Exactly or various offensive formation. You're the simultaneous simultaneous possession roll which you and I can quote by heart understand completely. Exactly. Our guys we've got another segment coming up right after this brief break. Stay tuned. Midnight Patriot nations spartan with a shameless plug for our new gear shop shop. Dot. MIDNIGHT PATRIOTS DOT COM. Really, Shop Dot Midnight Patriots, Dot Com, and now back to the show. You know that's that said. I made a prediction in in midnight moment the last night moment and I want to run around wanted to run that by. Not. Only understand that the business portion of the of the game, but also the game itself. So this is going to the business portion now. One. Of the things that you and I both know is that owners very rarely. SAY WHAT THEY THINK Or say or reveal their plans in advance. Okay. I've noticed that the owners have remained. Suspiciously quiet. About the social justice campaign that's currently going on I do disagree with that. I mean like I said, I think Jerry Jones is really the only one that's actually made any sort of statement and it wasn't a very long. I ever Jones ever quiet. What that's that's my point. And say instead of instead of. Me thinks he protests too much. Me think she says nothing for more sinister Okay so I wanted to run this by this is my theory. Okay. Now we've confirmed the the the Monday night compal atrocity from last night. US. Or Susani from two nights ago that. We've confirmed that the viewership was down approximately twenty nine percent. Across the board in that double header. So if we take the two games Monday and the overall ratings of of being down for Sunday you're talking an average of of a twenty percent downer. It's one fifth of the audience of the television audience told the NFL the PISS off. Okay. Considering the the significant financial investment ESPN has for for the right. To. Monday night football. Let's just let's just call that loss unsustainable. Okay. So I am going to ask you to engage your owner brain for just a minute. Okay. So We're GONNA fast forward to the week after the Super Bowl's okay where things are notably notably quite Rosalie quiet. The coaching carousel began and things like that since. Day. Except that, there's going to be a rumor. Going to be a rumor. That the NFL that the owners are considering locking out the players because they want to renegotiate the contracts. And this will come as a surprise to dumb asses in the AT ESPN released. They're going to feign surprise. Okay. And we're going to start hearing things like while the coaches are not gonNa make anymore are putting hiring decisions are the owners are going to. Put a hiring decisions on pause for just We're going to review a few things and Blah Blah Blah. While then we're going to get to Russia's started free agency. And we'RE GONNA. Find out and it's probably going to be one of the one of the What's The guy's name? Remember his name. One of the reporters Schefter Adam schefter because he always breaks up he's. Probably. GonNa be schefter becomes. We have confirmed reports, the owners who are going to lock out the players affected nine am tomorrow or whatever. Okay. Now what's going to end up happening is this. The overall I would say, the overall revenue is going to decline somewhere in the area of twenty percent across the before the Lee across the. Across the season. Okay. Now again does just a prediction it might be higher. I hope it's higher until they stop dish this personally but. This is what's going to happen. You're going to get a massive ratings ratings cut. Even in the Super Bowl. Which means revenue is going to be down roughly thirty percents. Okay. What they're gonNA say is this is an unprecedented drop in revenue and the the losses are unsustainable. They're going to have to renegotiate the contracts. The players are GONNA have to take less money and this time the the ownership is going to be able to show concrete. The because of the drop in television revenue in Jersey sales and everything else. That they're going to have to renegotiate the contract. They're going to vote on removing Goodell as the commission. You're actually they're gonNA, they're gonNA end up forcing him out but the way it's GonNa play out this players are to get locked out. There's going to be a review of the deal of the of the current Labor Labor Agreement. The new agreement is GONNA. Have a significantly lower. Revenue Pool total that that the players are going to get. And they're going to have conduct they're going to have enhanced conduct policy which include the jewel stand for the national anthem. You will not hiding locker room for it. And you're going to we're going to not endorse anyone as far as any sort of political failure, your ideology on the field, and if you do not only will your contract be terminated but you'll be you'll be on the breadline by your suspended for a year. Now maybe the suspended for year won't come to pass but. Engage your own our brain for just a second and then look at the strike years that came up and you tell me how how how. Or how far I'll fight on that. Will. Allow me to. Dive into this plan I mean. Here we go. I am an owner of a NFL team. Meaning I have had to. Put Out. Let's use an arbitrary figure five hundred million dollars cash right upfront. Chooses five hundred. Half a billion. Cool. I'm. Glad. Yeah. Five hundred million dollars up front in order to gain my team have somewhere to play. The voted on passed and approved by the NFL. As either an expansion team whatever then. To, Cherry pick the other teams around here so I can build my team. In hopes that a I get a return on investment. That said if I'm going to dump five, hundred, million dollars out. A team equipment place play contracts that are stretched for X. number of years. This mice guaranteed this much at a signing bonus this much. Not. including the money paid to the team from the NFL for reaching a wildcard round, a divisional round championship round, and ultimately the Super Bowl. There are incentives paid to the teams by the NFL for attaining postseason plum. Yeah So that said with everything that goes on here. Currently we're martyring. Convicted felons we are. Using the NFL. As a soapbox. As an owner. would. Say? Okay. I can understand. The Point I understand where you're coming from I understand yes. Shit doesn't like this doesn't need to happen. It does there's nothing I can physically do about it personally except point out to you that you're not them. You are a multimillionaire more working your way to that point because of your talent, your skill and your ability play the game price. You as a athlete. well-fed well trained. Best shape, your ever loving life you have a house bigger than anything you've ever grew up in, you've got cars for days all these other things but. You need to remember that you are entertainer You're not a politician. So, that said. When to go into your point? After the Super Bowl. Until they actually have one right. That two weeks later, when everything's died down in the in the winter sprayed is over and losers or duck griping and the coaches players have made their way to their respective all. Wherever. That may be they're probably their private castles. Yes don't don't live in a castle guarded by you know dogs bigger than. Most people's. Cars. Were we will probably see as you said. Well you know revenue was down. Because of viewership is down across the board anywhere between currently twenty twenty, two percent to encroaching upon thirty percent. For Games you know TV, rights merchandise sales are going to be down. People are actively boycotting across those media and they're actually making their voice known by not watching. All of a sudden if we were to take thirty two current teams. And we look at. All the owners in this how much money they have? Now if we were to take thirty percent of total investment apart. As a conglomerate figure. We're talking a loss of probably and I would strong. Guess. Somewhere in the neighborhood of anywhere between two and two point, five, billion dollars while even go you want all you can go one better I think since the economy has basically picked up I mean you gotta remember the day to ten billion was during the Obama Konami which was one of the worst economies history. Okay. So that said you gotta figure that now it's probably going to be between ten and twelve. So if you have a twenty percent revenue law, if you have a almost thirty percent, you're talking about three billion dollars. That's a three billion dollar loss. So even if even if you spread that across thirty two teams, you're talking about what? Three hundred, million dollar loss per franchised. and. So and a lot of the smaller market. Good. So again, as an owner with Joan, arbitrary figure of five, hundred, million dollars starting I just lost seventy five percent of your or yeah of my revenue that I put into have an NFL team. Well, exactly. Well Number One and number two what anybody thinks that now? Okay. We all understand the cats at the revenue sharing For Those of us that are initiated, understand understand the the the reason for revenue. Okay. That's that's a given. Okay. Even still a thirty percent cut to that revenue devastates small-market teams devastate. Okay that's. Cleveland Cleveland Cambe that's Detroit. Well, I think Detroit is a bit bigger, but I catch meaning. into. Jacksonville. Flow? Buffalo Alright. That unders. Anyway. They're too big but no I hear you here's here's here's the thing the smaller market teams are going to move may if this continues maybe on the verge of bankruptcy and and if you really don't think that the NFL owners will lock out the players to avoid that. I just think everybody's so naive that they shouldn't even be a football fan you can. Football I in my opinion, these played the players and Adele are cutting the owners throats and I don't think the owners appreciate it number one and number two I. Think the owners are more in touch with their demographic their fan base style people want to believe i. don't say that they like their fan base because obviously as the executive class billionaires general ended the tend to hate working people or at least have a disdain for them. Okay. But the point being is that it's unsustainable model for them to go forward to continue this crap. Of K, it's it's absolutely ludicrous. So I think about beat that horse to death did you have anything to add on just on that? Final thought regarding that as an owner is a businessman I yeah exactly. Exactly. His businesses to? Yes he owns the team but as a business owner, you're always looking to. CRUISER BOTTLE BLONDE Increase but also you know they've got, they've got a commitment. You know what I mean I mean the bottom line is there are associated with raising revenue to pay Patrick mahomes half a billion dollars over the next. Seven years. Of. The point the point is this is that there are costs associated developing that revenue and win the players behavior or when when the when the the players union in the League encourages behavior that is deleterious to to that mission. Then what are the owners supposed to do? Gordon exactly. They locked the doors take resigning before we open this and then players you're GONNA WE'RE GONNA have to do a big restructure here. Sorry. You know this is this is not you? Not You know you're not this side of the world you guys are on the upper echelon. Of money you have succeeded in. On yourself up by your bootstrap for lack of terminology, you have made it playing a game that you love passion for three enforce your point duty not only are they a privileged class? Okay. Let I verified this I verify this last night. I made a statement that that. The NFL, the people on the NFL minimum as in rookies that that you know what we're undrafted free agents, right that are somehow made the squad, which is more powerful MAZAFA. A No experience. Rookie. Signed as a free agent this year in the League makes a minimum of six hundred, thousand dollars. Six hundred, ten, thousand dollars I then went to the Department of Labor's website guess what the average household income for Americans is as twenty twenty. Sixty, one, thousand, three, hundred. Yes. They working person would take ten eleven years to make. They're making six months show and this is not this is not an insult. I'm only going to use the label for for effect. Hacks in the NFL make ten times. The average working family does and they dare fucking lecture us about what our values should be faulk them. Big F what. Exactly. With a with capitalize all letters with with several exclamation points at the end. So that said I. Underlined and and I tell us is never. That's that said, I I wanNA give credit where it's due also understand that you know. What did I just go off on the NFL to you know to to to the end up with surprise we'll tell you why because You know even in the worst of situations, even even in the darkest night, there are rays of sunshine out gather are rays of light and I want to heap praise on two particular players, and these are the only two players. That I'm aware of have done this if any of you out there. Needed to midnight Patriot nation are aware of more please let us know. So we can give them their just desserts in their props. I want to give particular a credit to a hundred in the way of of the of the Pittsburgh steelers. Mr Villanueva is a former army ranger That said he made a big splash stirred shit storm by doing the right thing. I'm not going to get into the to the criminal that that the that the steelers. We're trying to honor Norma GonNa try to justify it didn't happen there but. Mr Vienna wave. Did something very classy He caped over the criminals name and he chose to honor sergeant first class all when cash. Now I believe I'm saying that correctly cut me some slack by brute if I if I. A brutalized his name that is not the intention. To say how I believe it's spelled. But sergeant first, class all, when. Cash. who was killed in Afghanistan? And I I, WANNA. I WANNA take. The chance to really You know he preys on on Mr Villain away for for going against the grain and for honoring in a true fallen hero on instead of instead of the criminal. So. Well on on that. The next one and probably the biggest honors of the latest give to the Jaguars tight tyler effort. I think I'm saying his name correctly also I don't think it's effort at the. But again, please forgive me if I've Jaguars fans if wrecked his name to. That being said that were I for also You know went against the grain he chose to honor the life of David Dorn David Dorn for those of you that that don't know was retired police officer. I believe it was Saint Louis. He. police chief Sir about that. He was retired police chief and he. was acting on behalf of a friend to go and check is Friends Pawn Shop. And he was gunned down he was killed Doing doing that by a felon in possession of firearm each shot this this legitimate euro From behind in the back of the head, which was incredibly cowardly act. ADORNS widow. was featured at the Republican National Convention. So those be the she told the heart wrenching story and As much as I am I gotTa tell you broaden orphee side, but he loved me misty. I was just her story about David's life was very touching and the impact on her family were simply crush. So I wanNA other drove I drove home the point. Your choice exact life exactly as what makes you? Exactly you know people people come from from bad situations and rise to great heights in as far as I know. This is the only country in the world that that can happen. Where you can make what you want of your own life. Okay. The biggest prison that we have in this country, the prison in our own minds. So A. Big Praise to do Mr Bean away and Mr for will done. I still have the continue my. My boycott because of my standards but you gentlemen have shown that there is a a ray of light in darkness. So Phoenix where you have anything to add or have we beat this to death. By by Pres for. There are people in the NFL that are serving of. Respect for me for one. Not because of their wallet or their house or their cars. But they chose stand for the national anthem. As. SOMEONE WHO Leaves in their country. Leaves in the American dream all though little hard to attain sometimes. The anthem regardless of anybody's political stance. The gentleman across the nation. And the NFL NBA MLB. I stand with you guys choose to stand in honour your country. That is. The way it is your will said. Anybody else wants that is your choice. I. Respect your choice I don't like it but I do respect it. But I stand with the gentleman who chooses stanton honor the country, the greatest country on this earth. Gives them every opportunity to excel in anything that they choose to? Like professional football or professional athletics exactly. I think it. I think it's worth mentioning here. I know we said we beat the source of, but I wanNA bring up another topic to. Weird Midnight Patriots all of us. May disagree with with what someone says, but we would fight to our desk to protect their their right to say those words. That being said I think one of the other things that the public is piss pot tired of is the privileged wealthy assholes. Being able to have different sets of rules at their workplace than we do. In the Corporate World in William and most smaller companies you do not have. You do not have freedom of speech. Okay. You will be shown the door if you bring up politics religion, etc etc. Okay. With social justice causes or otherwise. They can show you the door. Okay and I don't think I don't think it's Ok these. Use Their their platform on the field or in any way while a uniform to promote their agenda. Okay. Now, I think you and I would agree with this if the NFL Players Association wants to get together and host either a live event or televised event. when they are not playing and they're out of uniform. And they want to tackle these issues donate money to causes give away money whatever I think that would be a perfectly acceptable display. That's fine. Okay. But I think the reason they don't is they know that the cause is a loser. Okay. They're not willing to risk their own money you know to they're not willing to put their money with their mouths are in order to have their protests but but you know somehow everybody else should just shut up and and honor was they're trying to do and I think that that is excellent. You know policy at its finest end. America's PISS POT tired of turning channel I. think that's a big factor as well. As your thoughts unfortunately mean here to. Drive your point. I could see. Getting together having one big party fundraiser l. have running toe board. Hey, you know we're raising all this money great or even several. Yeah Go. But the reason but the reason they're doing it on television is because they can reach a mass audience all at once. But. They haven't had. They had the NFL network. If. The shows a winner, they could sell it to their to their allies in the media. WHO's to say ESPN would cover it. You know for God's sake ESPN has the SP one of the worst ward Joe's ever. Okay and if they want to go up to that into a social justice show fine. Go right ahead or create when like it again. Fine. Or if you know even Amazon or Netflix wants to pick up something about you know the S J W 'cause in the NFL an interview players follow players around their charitable work while they advance these causes grace go ahead I mean I think what they'll find his a there's no interest in be nobody cares they approach it that way that we far less backlash in their their incomes would be far safer than if they continue down this path. the ratings would actually come back to a more normal. That's where I'm talking about I. Mean there are only cutting their own throats by doing it the way they're doing it that that's all I have to say. So that's a wrap for this midnight. Kristin Cavallari accused Jay Cutler of 'marital misconduct' — but what does that mean?

"Let's Hey lady let's talk about Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler's divorce because it's gonna get Messier by the second yeah so there was some speculation that he had an affair that apparently is not the case according to TMZ what they're disputing is custody over their three children so Kristin was surprised that Jay Cutler filed for divorce first she didn't know that he was going to do it they knew they were splitting but she didn't know that he was going to take the action actually filing and then there's one thing in his divorce petition that really set her off and that was his claim that he was the at home parents who was the primary caretaker of their kids so she's saying this is shocking because I'm the one who's been the primary care giver and so then that set up the bottles so he's asking for joint custody so then in her response Christine capillary asked for primary physical custody of their kids with J. getting visitation out Tennessee is kind of interesting because you know they live in Nashville so a lot of the divorces that we talk about when it comes to celebrities are in California yeah Hennessey is different from California in that it is a fault state meaning that someone asking for a divorce must show fault on the part of the other spouse full okay and so really matters when miles first and that's why she claimed J. is guilty of marital misconduct so we don't see that kind of talk in California divorces because it's not at fault state so not trying to prove it's just not trying to prove that one person is worse than the other to get out of the marriage I think this must be like a throwback to conservative southern times holding the right so what's the point of that it just creates makes lawyers have to really dig deep into bring up things that might not even be true and then you have things in court filings that like later kids can see you know you were trying to prove that your spouse was worse than you yeah that's awful I'm so can be nice because it's dirty dog you know if that's the case and you want everyone to know it yes No egg you shouldn't do that especially with three chill yeah actually because you're shaming the children or not it's true but that's hard for a lot of people because there's a lot of anger that because along with editing this relationship so they can't and the marriage without showing some kind of misconduct in Tennessee so be careful where you file for divorce I gas yet different in every state

Jalen Ramsey's troubled Jaguars tenure ends with blockbuster trade to Rams

"Terms of Jalen Ramsey will talk about this he finally got what he wanted the end result the disgruntled corner headed to the Los Angeles Rams the Jaguars finally relented and Ramsey to the west coast for first round draft picks two of the one in twenty twenty one in two thousand twenty one also a fourth rounder in the two thousand twenty one draft here's a statement for Jaguars executive VP. Tom Coughlin given the situation with Jalen we made this decision based on what we thought is in the best interest of the Jacksonville Jaguars for this season and well into the future we feel the trade that we struck with the rams gives us great value for the next two drafts and remain confident that our team today will compete this season for a division title Jalen Wasser Productive Flair but the time came to move on and we wish him and his family the best in Los A- Angela here's head coach Doug marrone obviously I had a good relationship with him and we were working together to get them healthy on the field and that that's what my focus was so he can get on the field and help us you know win football games and now you know how concentrating on on the players gotta here and and getting our guys focused on on on Cincinnati I think in his league nothing ever really surprises me anymore you know especially from the business side of things I found out like everybody else did last night you know lately point Dave came in and told me Rams reporter Lindsey theory joins us from L. A. and Lindsey listen there's been a lot of coming and going and all Ryder roster changes what's the general reaction to all of the news from the rams this week Wendy for a team that's three and three and in the mid of a three game losing streak certainly renewed buzz and energy at the team facility this morning now I am told the Jalen Ramsey is in route to Los Angeles and he's expected here later this afternoon or the rams do expect that he will pass his physical and I am told that he could be on the field for them as soon as Sunday against the Falcons now this would be viewed as a move where the rams are going all in once again to try to make a repeat super bowl run but I am told the Rams really believe that this is a move for their long-term future keep to leave and Marcus Peters or playing the season on expiring contracts Ramsey has another season left and the rams do intend to sign him to a long term engine now as you mentioned he's not the only new face here at the facility today Kenny Young Austin Corbett also were here they have passed their physicals though remains to be seen if they will be at practice later this afternoon and one more note Wendy Safety John Johnson is headed to injured reserve because of shoulder injury. Lindsey thank you it was a rare blockbuster trade a few weeks now before the trading deadline Ramsey joined a small handful of veteran players traded for multiple first round picks in the last third two years or so Khalil Mack and Jay Cutler garnered big offers from the bears the dolphins move two first rounders for Ricky Williams and it too big halls to get Herschel Walker an Eric Dickerson listen we can go back to the jags but since June Ramsey is moving onto the rams let's start with what he means for the La Rams Right now we'll Wade Phillips now gets a play defense the way he wants to Wakefield's really wants to play in your face on the line of scrimmage with the defensive line pressure and then in your face on the live with men cover corners. He hasn't been able to do that to be honest with you with Marcus Peters Marcus Peters is not not played good man to man coverage needs a better zone corner so now wade having Jalen gets the opportunity to get back to Colin defense the way he wants to do it I'll be really interested to see if they use Jalen the way we want I bill belichick thrill reverse where you put him on the team's best number two receiver and then everybody else gets to get double teams opposing for the opposing offense but it makes their defense significantly best Champ Bailey the dion sanders I mean the great quarters you can do that lock him up and then roll the other side I think you'll see that the other thing that was curious for me was that Tom Coughlin mentioned that Jaguars were better this year and going forward I think maybe either that was miss written or because they're not speak they're not better by getting a great player out of there so I miss quotes tim so expe- Joe Joe Listen you were you were spot on Jalen Ramsey never changed his stance which is what you asserted from the get-go and I would assume just finally came to a point where it just made no sense to have him on a roster when he wasn't going to win this transaction happened yesterday the first thing came to my mind is how often the people I was always talking to that this was going to work out for Jalen Ramsey like there was no fretting I didn't hear any fear and now that this is resolved itself in the way that it has it kind of plays into the tone that I've been hearing all along now I was talking to a source obviously familiar with Jalen Ramsey. They said that he's excited considering this a fresh start to be with the rams I think one of the questions that I had in talking to ram source last night was why not hold onto Marcus Peters to have opposite Jalen Ramsey in terms of making this movie now one thing that the ram source said to me is that it looked like it was clear that less need did not want to pay marcus. Peters beyond this year he's eligible unrestrained the free agency next year and it was better just to rip off quote unquote the band-aid now so then it becomes well who is opposite Jalen Ramsey for this game against the Atlanta Falcons they mentioned that two thousand seventeen when cal Roby Coleman I came to the teen that he did fill in for a keep to Leon outside first and second down and then on Nichols would have him excuse me on third down having a nickel or sometimes have troy hill on the outside and then have an RC in the middle so expect something like that or combination of that against the Falcons either way Julio Jones saw the rams problems in the short turn no because the opposite of the ball is atrocious right now and that's been there issue as far as being a front now what I will say is it does play into them getting better though like we can focus on golfing what this offense has been doing but with the guy like Jalen Ramsey not only does he hell Aaron Donald give him a maybe a half a second more to get to the quarterback he also may be able to steal a possession to for you and this ninety four was out there so air down gets another piece on the back end that can help him hold off quarterbacks for a second for him to get there and that's that's really all I can think about so maybe you

"To find out what friend. yeah what is that me I mean something right like it's trending on the old. simple. the NFL. trending big time. lots of it Nicki Minaj of course in a retirement. not quite sure with that. it chapter two I believe that opens tonight. trump in a sharpie. Julio Jones Freddie Mercury seventy three he would've in seventy three. NFL kickoff Jay Cutler drew Brees. and the drew Brees is very interesting we might touch on it. it a little bit. yeah he he's he's been out there not what you want. in your as you get ready to. start your NFL season to be defending something you did that you thought was just as no big deal. do this no big deal. but yeah those are things are trending NFL straining because it's the high hundred years I was thinking about this today because I watch the I was up really early and I watch the Australian rules football and if you've never seen it it's basically every punter in the NFL is an Australian rules football player now and then they play like soccer shorts. and like. shirts that have no sleeves and I'm like that's what the NFL was like a hundred years ago I like guys played in you know with like no helmets if you go back for his violent as our game is today and that's because the guys are massive read the guys are just you. and the speed at all of this stuff. but you go back and you look at the NFL like fifty sixty seven years you guys died. not from heat exhaustion whatever from head injuries. for many many and and and the interesting thing is you know we're watching this tonight I am on and some people aren't because of our to get text I never watch NFL again and is a much in this thing you know and the you know the question still out there about C. T. and and all of that stuff in Australia is going through the same thing with their their their big sport which is. all you will football. and one of their leading doctors said. this sport which is huge I watch the today there was like seventy thousand people there it's a massive is just like the you know as far as like it is their playoff so it's just totally like this and one of the things they talked about is that they believe that with in a generation. because of C. T.. that sport will be gone and if you look at the participation numbers in kids sports today. baseball is back up basketball is back up. it is as it has continued to to to rise football's not going anywhere but I I believe that you know it is it they're gonna find it tougher and tougher. to. get kids to play and they're gonna and high schools in particular. are going to have to figure things out I think what we're going to see in the future is. eventually high schools will move to some sort of game of flag. eventually and then colleges will still be tackle like maybe you play tackle you could play tackle your junior senior high school but not before then or maybe just your senior year and the reason being is if you can they think maybe if you limit the amount of blows to your head. that you know I mean they're gonna try to do everything they can. but yeah yeah I mean I see it you know I could you imagine I mean that you know that support the dominates like this the generation of this thing being gone it's is it possible anything's possible and with the rise of the likes of E. sports and stuff like that you know some some stuff will die just naturally..

"Dangerfield experience for. Portland a team that can't get no respect is garnering. Will they win the title will know sair? We don't think that. But are they earning some of that respected as well? Deserved. Because quietly they were the third best team at a stack Western Conference all year. Yeah. They got that. Yeah. I will say though, that they didn't necessarily earn it until now because this is a team regular season success would get a two or three seed, and then absolutely blow it so they are earning, you know, themselves a reputation that's better than what they had that they had struggled with now. Now, whether that will play forward in you know, future series is yet to be seen. But when you know, you were getting trolled by Jennifer and others on social media for not getting it done know, why don't you get it win a game? I I'm trying Jennifer they've done that they've done that a couple of times, and they have a chance to finish off the thunder tonight as they have a three one lead in that series. We mentioned earlier the nets can be eliminated by the Sixers and early on in that Toronto. Oh, magic game Toronto up nineteen to three as they looked to eliminate Orlando only serious type two two is that Spurs nuggets series that I don't think anyone really has a certain clear idea of how it's gonna finish the only one I've heard be certain about it is you in saying that you don't care because you'd think either of them's gonna go on where when they went ahead you with Jay Cutler who either these teams are going to be doing anything outside of this. When the nuggets are too young this. I don't have the firepower or the star power to get it done pass this. I think this is going to be a cannibalisation of either team that the strings out the seven they're gonna go limping into the next series, and they're going to be ousted early nothing that has been that impressive to me in this other than the fact that San Antonio despite being a seven seed pop still gets a couple of playoff wins out of them. Yeah. I think the biggest thing for me will be to see tonight whether the adjustments made by. Made by. Blanking on his name. Now. Jospin? Yeah. Exactly. Thank you the coach play out. We'll see that tonight. Enjoy the games talk to you tomorrow. Thanks for listening to Spain and Fitz..

2018 NFL Draft: The football world grades the Bears’ pick of Roquan Smith

"The mindset i like him over the the intangible perspective over josh allen just don't think he's a winner he reminds me jay cutler one and nine as a starting quarterback on the road over his last ten starts so i would take our and based off of that but i'm not high on either quarterback in this draft there you go okay so then after josh allen taken by the bills to bears first time i cuss in the in the first round because the bears to grow quant smith and that's the guy wanted the raiders to get a good pick by chicago joe you and i very high roquan smith i cannot blame the bears for taking him i think the bears probably take quinton nelson if he's available for offensive line helped there for trubisky but the end of the day i think they made the right pick number eight grabbing roquan smith yeah i mean we spoke about it last friday i take world kwan smith for chicago a lot of people laughed at me because they thought he would fall to oakland a lot of people had offense and help four chicago i think when you look at your chicago overall they haven't lived up to expectations over the last few years because of the physicality on the defensive side of the ball when you look at some of the teams that they're going to have to match up with in their conference guys like minnesota and now kirk cousins and you look at arran rogers and green bay you need players that can be edge rushers to put pressure to four short intermediate throws under coverage so that's what real clown smith is he led georgia in tackles and sacks he can run sideline to sideline and more importantly could cover running backs in the short intermediate routes and that's what chicago is lacking desperately on their defense so i think.
