Not soon of Luke Fickell, perhaps leaving at some point down the road and Marcus Freeman coming back as a head coach. The U. C bear cats, But let's go across that bridge in Don't Let's not put cards in front of horses between now and then. Earlier in the week On Monday, Mike Brown announced that Zach Taylor was coming back Mike saying quote Our fans wanted a fresh new direction two years ago, and that is what we aim to do. I aim to do and hiring a bright, energetic head coach and Zach Taylor. One. Disappointing that there was no news conference held. It is amazing to me the lack of visibility and accountability from the likes of Mike and Duke and the organization when it comes to stuff like this, and to drop the line of basically Paraphrasing You wanted it. You got it. What do you want from us? Yeah, it is a little bit grating from from where I sit. But on Monday, you found out Zach Taylor was coming back. I wonder tonight Friday night, 6 26. Having the week that think about it. How you feel about it. Joe Burrow QB one was on with Colin Cowherd yesterday on his Fox Sports radio show and was asked about Zach Taylor. He said this You know, I think that is is gonna be a great coach for a long time. You know, I'm happy to be in the position that I'm in and tow helped build this organization. But it's going to be on sax back. He's He's the leader of what we're trying to do, and he's awesome. Joe Burrow yesterday with Colin Cowherd. We take you back about a month or so ago, Maybe six weeks or so ago. This is Giovanni Bernard, veteran respected leader in the Bengals roster, and in that locker room. Giovanni Bernard said this when asked about Zach Taylor. Have 100% faith Coach Taylor. He's done unbelievable job. I've had my conversations with them. And you know to have what's happened here throughout the two years here into still come here each and every single day with a smile. Being a leader shows a lot to me and a lot of other players as well. So it's just one of those things that people don't really speak about. But it should be known that you know the time coach that he is how he you know he cares. First players. No matter what circumstances, no matter how many wins or losses we have, he's I that just comes in here each and every single day ready to work. Giovanna Bernard about a month or so ago on Zach Taylor. Zach has two years in the books is Bengals coach. 6 25 and one those six wins represent A tie with David Shula. For the fewest in a two year period. In the history of the Bengals franchise. David Shula, 1993 94 coach, The Bengals team that went three and 13 and then three and 13. That was David Klingler and Jeff Blake quarterbacking. That was Harold Green as the running back. That was Carl Pickens, Jeff Queary players like that. That team won six games in consecutive seasons. That until this year had been the low point the fewest number of wins in consecutive seasons in the history, the franchise that now has company with This 2020 2019 Bengals team coached by Zach Taylor. I sat here and I said with with rock during the round table show based on Joe Burrows status contract. Rookie deal. That at the end of this season number two You had to have a definitive decision made one way or another. You could not risk going into your number three and potentially having to move on from Zach if they didn't play well, because you would have been burned a thirds or a second season.

"I'm just like please please. yeah this was. This was in two thousand sixteen. I think ginger. And jeremy get married like either a few days before a few days after the election so like maybe she really was just feeling inspired by by the donna. Maybe she was celebrating the cheeto. The hope you're in celebrating now anyway. So yeah they go dress shopping. Try on dresses. I mean. I think that the address that ginger ended up with which they were going to make some further changes to it but i think it was like it was it was pretty. It was not like anything. I would choose but it was a pretty dress i think of. All of the duggar weddings at least for the girls like ginger. Like at least stylistically was the one that i hated the lease even though like it looked like a regular one that you'd see the dress or something and someone who didn't want to be right. It was just of a classy elegant by to it so it wasn't like little house on the prairie. It was exactly traditional oily. Exactly also i wrote down a comment that joy joy said she said yeah. It's probably just easier to have someone designed your dress than having to dig through all the options. And i'm like that is like the most privileged thing i've ever set us probably easier. Just have someone design it. Okay put away. You have no idea what goes into making address to. Because i looked at like getting address altered like getting a cheaper dress and having seamstress do stuff and it's like adding that extra line of like laser shake hundreds of dollars and hours and hours of work. Yeah i mean even just like. I remember when i got my wedding dress and that needed to get it tailored in a little bit like just the amount of work that went into like tailoring it to fit your body like address that's already been made already been manufactured like that alone is a ton of work and money like that's a big undertaking. Yeah yeah it's true. Duggar privilege they have no idea what they're talking about but they know how to do it. Best exactly that's that's them. And i think i talked about that later on and especially get that five from from the guys. I think we were talking about this earlier today. Like specially derek. And jeremy and jay bob austin later on like they have the very like sanctimonious. What's best even though. They have no concept. Like no idea wasn't like nothing locking into rooms and being surprised about things on man you've got to figure this out like it's not just going to be easy. Peasy like they were so freaking out about the flowers in the later episodes. Yes sure yeah planning is a good thing to do. It helps not only land. That's true. I'm sorry got owns all the planners god owns aaron.

"So it's the injury everybody's talking about but with clay sadly you gotta specify which injury you're talking about. Are you talking about the one in game. Six of the twenty nine thousand finals. The last time we saw him play a game or the one suffered earlier in the week. Which is an achilles tendon. Tear he is now out. It could be if the calendars right two and a half years between games. We're looking forward to having him back at the start of the twenty twenty one. Twenty two season knick. Fidel has been all over the warriors for years and he joins us on the shell. Pennzoil performance line nick. Good morning first thing. Just the response in and around the organization on the news zubin. Everybody's just depressed excited leading into the draft. And in the fact that wiseman was there at number two he was number one on their board and and they were just really looking forward to having steph klay draymond and then plugging in wiseman and seeing what we can give them and then they range of emotions in those couple of hours before the draft and then after the draft they really couldn't even celebrate. Everybody was so sad about clay. I mean he is the guy behind the scenes with all the star power in that locker room that sets the tone for everybody else. And that's why kerr and all those players they love it and so to know that he's going to be out again for another year which just crushing for. Everybody involved nikki. Give us an insight. Into how bob myers and company dealt with the news of klay thompson literally hours before the nba draft that make their decision challenging more challenging looking at other guys like lamelo ball considering he was going to be available. Jay bob address that right afterwards instead. Look wiseman was our guy if he was there we were taken him and obviously if the emotions involved right before the big or unprecedented we. We really never seen anything like it. Before where a star player who has won titles in an organization gets another serious injury right before you gotta make a huge selection for your future but all along when you talk to people in the organization they love what wise men could give them and they're confident that once he gets into their system playing and learning alongside draymond that he can be maybe that bridge or potentially down the line Tracey's nobody knows for sure but wiseman all along was their guy in. I don't think anything that happened with. Clay change to focus when he was number two

American public divert deserve transparency and honesty many times when they don't like to hear the answer and that's what we try to do. Well thank you very much for taking time out of your morning for this. I really do appreciate it. My best to your family as well all have a good day key. Ride bikes absolutely governor and secretary of Agriculture. Sonny Perdue The first Republican governor of the state of Georgia after reconstruction now president trump's secretary of agriculture and a hometown boy from middle Georgia. Great Guy. You know occasionally occasionally. You'll run into him down the robins area and now of they're trying to make sure he's got all the supply lines open one thing before. I go to commercial break. I want to reiterate this is one of the things. I'm glad they're doing and and I'm particularly glad that he is doing this. Governor campus. Doing this is being more and more mindful of the amount of regulation that is in place that maybe is no longer necessary things that were there for so long. You know we we get into these habits of we do things because we've always done them. And maybe there were things that were put in place. Thirty forty fifty years ago that are still in the regulatory framework. That in the twenty first century aren't necessary and it's great to hear they are kind of a drag and he's been doing that all along all along in fact when he was governor in Georgia for those of you not listed not from Georgia who are listening right now. One of the things he did when he came in is he did in Georgia. Go back and look. We've had essentially Democrats in office forever. there's a certain way of thinking when you're Democrat opposed to Republican. Let's go through and see if we can find some ways to to make the system more efficient with fresh eyes and he did and so it's great to be able to see that now at the national level that he's they're looking at all these regulations. Do we need these things and again as you mentioned with the really one of the sticking points right now in Washington. Dc is in the supply chain. Is We've bifurcated between consumer and commercial in the food chain and it's not easy because of the separations to roll one into the other and they're having figure out ways to do that and that's why we're seeing the hiccups in the grocery stores with toilet paper and paper towels and even some of the food stuff in with the field forum situation. We may see some of that with pork situation as well. We got a phone calls. Welcome back at his Eric. Erickson here and the phone number is eight. Seven seven nine seven Eric. We we've needed to keep everybody home so that we don't overwhelm the hospitals. But I'm starting to all this data that you know people are doing it on their own. They don't need the government and I'm glad that our governor has had a light hand compared to some of these idiots around the country but I I'm starting to you know may one sounds like a good day. We should be able to tell people. You'RE GONNA be able to start venturing out if you feel comfortable and I I'm wondering what you guys are seeing in terms of the local economic impact. Well then we. We agree with that one hundred percent that everybody. I'm talking to Eric. Has a you know. I do a lot of talk shows and every everybody. I'm talking to say Joe we gotTA Open Up. We gotta get back to work. People in allergy are fired up their hardworking people god-fearing hard-working people. They want to go back in. I mean no. They're not used to staying at home. They WANNA get out and get to work and see people and but one good thing people listening to talk radio. More people are hearing you more because then home and they work. They can't listen to Eric when they're home they can so in one sense. It's really good for you because a lot of people are telling me. Hey Joe I so Eric said such and such so so. Thank you very much JOE UP. Eljay I gotta go up there for for the Apple. Picking season to Just a just a beautiful area peninsula. Jay Bob and Mary I go to you next. Welcome hi I would just say. I'm sure you're going to be talking about this on your show. But trump's comments yesterday about using article. Two section. Three for recess appointments. I know there's a difference between what Obama did because he didn't obviously go this route and the Supreme Court slapped him down but I didn't know if This is actually even though it's never been used before something that trump could actually use in be constitutional Because and also if I can make an observation I've always noticed you correct me if I'm wrong. Trump always seems to say many Outlandish bombastic types of Things comments and threatens to do this that and the other thing and everybody accused him of being a king but then he doesn't actually do that versus Bob so I I was gonna say that. And that's a good point. This the president makes these like for example the other day he said that you know the president of the United States. He's in charge. He's in total control and he gets opened up the country and he doesn't and of course the left went went wild over it and and he. He's not actually going to do it. He's not actually going to believe it. And then Yesterday for those who don't know the President Essentially said there's provisions in the constitutions never actually been deployed before that when the House and the Senate cannot agree on an adjournment the president can force them to adjourn when the House and the Senate cannot agree on a journey that the president can force them to adjourn But the problem is constitutionally the House of the Senate. They're they're they're not having a problem. Reaching an agreement on a German of both houses have agreed to do short term recesses in pro forma sessions to avoid to avoid adjournment into avoid attendee recess because neither the Republicans nor the Democrats want to set the precedent of going into recess for more than ten days. So that the president can do recess. Appointments it's a fairly settled constutional principal now that you gotta be in recess for more than ten days for the president to do these appointments and neither side wants to be in recess for more than today's now also the president can't do it because it's not a matter of disagreement between the houses in Congress. We'll be back with more on this. Welcome it's Eric. Erickson here. The phone number eight seven seven nine seven Eric. Eight seven seven nine seven three seven four to five laughing. "Kind of what got everything going ahead as. Are you one of those orders that works overnight in the studio? Yeah. Like from probably nine at night. Probably like five in the morning. So that's so like such a fantasy for those of us have to work every morning. Oh, yeah. We eat. Made a lot of food drink too. So you can you can have a beverage and also record. See we, we could have a beverage and not do well on this show for sure it could be very show. But you also run into people the studio with your stories of like urine record and then you'll see somebody and something comes out of it depends like me at my studios. Real real low key, so, like not a lot of people go over there, which is like cool for me 'cause. Yeah, I don't like to be distracted like to kind of just like focus, right? But it is good. Like if you go to a studio whereas like artists in this room somebody's in this room, 'cause you just get different vibes. You know, and you're working with Chris Brown. You got a collaboration when j Galvin as well on there. That's a single dour push. And we actually just dropped the video, and that's me, Jay bobbin increases called hot. It's called hot. And how'd you link up with those guys? Right. Well, Chris, you have been friends with him for, like ten years now we have so many hits together in different songs. And Jay Bob and always been a fan of his and I kinda just reached out to him. He was like yo man like everything you're doing congratulations. You're songs like less work. So I sent them that song, he was yo actually sent them to songs. And I've never done the song with the Latin artist collab- like that. Right. So I sent him another song that was more kind of like that. And actually didn't make my he's like now I wanna get another one party when I want to be in the club man. He was like the show. He gets it targets. Let's come back into second. Legendary is out this Friday tonight is performing in our feeder. We'll talk about that show and get you into see him too. "Welcome back. Yeah. It's gotta be Bob, black sheep. The theme song for Bob. Black sheep, be Robert Conrad. Show. You are correct. And who requested that Bob Jay Bob Jay requested that on wildcard Wednesday. Hey, we're gonna talk about. The the biggest most impressive movie acting debuts. That's going to be coming up the best debut performances of all time. But we want to fly through some jargon here in phrases that people use in the workplace as we've been talking workplace stuff this morning, but we are going to jump into most most impressive movie debuts and breakout performances, but here are twelve ridiculous phrases that smart people should avoid at work. Wait. Let me get a pen. Yeah. You might want to write some of these down here at the phrases, and these are sort of ridiculous phrases, and jargon that you shouldn't use it work because you're gonna you're gonna look like an idiot. I'll give you the phrase, and they'll give you what it means. So don't use blue sky thinking. Blue sky thinking you've got the little blue sky thinking and that just means thinking creatively. A little blue sky thinking. How about in the weeds us that we use that in the bar business. Yeah. Wait in the waiting. Visit. Wait, wait. Wait, wait, waitressing business. Yeah. But it's called it's in this in in the in the workplace office workplace. It means to detailed. In the weeds were in the business. It means. You're unbelieveable. Busy. Yeah. That you're getting slander another slammed is another one. There's another another workplace. Yeah. But in the weeds, I used in the weeds a lot when now when I bartended. But it's not too detailed in the office world how about net net. Net net. It's net dash net. And that is when you add up the pros and cons. This is the answer. Okay. How about energize? Let's energize. I've I've heard that term before. But never collaborate. It means collaborate just use the word collaborate. Energize that was more exciting than that. It sounds more exciting. And that's why people use it sounds like something the wonder twins would deal. Yeah. Dan affiliation. That's where you add numbers to improve the analysis. Let's do a little data fixation on that. Okay. Operationalize come on. That just means put into action operation. Let's operationalize this. This thing. Okay. And this one is really this one is really stupid. Let's parking lot. This what let's parking lot this. That means wait. Was parking lot. This. So stupid about silo thinking. Nets forgetting to consider the impact on other teams or parts of the company. Oh, you're thinking in a silo. That's why now thinking about your co workers your other team at silo thinking. Yeah. Rican. Textual relies. Let's stop thinking of it this way and start to think of it as another in another way. What? It's time to eat a reality sandwich. That means get back to the real world for a second. Time to eat a reality sandwich. I've never heard that before in my life. She like you could say that when we're going to the opening bell. Yeah. Reality sandwich with Steve Grzanich. Gambill? It's time to put the soup through the stranger. There's a lot of junk here. We don't need you put it through the stranger and get rid of the stuff that you don't need them to put the soup through the stranger. And then Finally I like trying to put a horn on a donkey and call it a unicorn it's like trying to put a horn on a donkey and calling it a unicorn which is a variation on the old standby trying to make a silk purse out of a sows ear. Okay. That's that's what that is. It's kind of like putting a horn on a donkey and calling it a unicorn I like that one. That's actually, it's not bad. All right. How about this one land and expand that's workplace jargon, meaning to sell a small solution to a client. And then once the solution has been sold expand upon the same solution in the client's environment. See we used to call that up selling. Oh, yeah. That's what we call. The we call it at McDonald's. When like somebody orders, something you ask them if they want fries with that. Or you ask them would you like an apple pie with that? That's up selling make it a large for Yasser large for ten cents. More blue sky thinking we just talked about think outside of the box, which all the time. The helicopter view which is an overview of a job or a project. Let's get our ducks in a row for many many times. How about drink our own champagne, it's term meaning that the business will use the same product that they sell to their customers. The champagne is an indicator that it's a good product. So we're gonna use what we're selling. Pushing the envelope. We've been how about this one boil the ocean. Meaning to do something that is impossible. The heavy lifting which refers to the difficult aspects of a project. I've heard that a lot you're doing the heavy lifting his job. Facetime, which is well. Actually, FaceTime FaceTime. Could mean something different now because this means face the face that means actual face to face. But FaceTime now means on the phone. Yeah. A hard copy, which is a physical printout of document hammered out to type something up. Means to type something up. Cubicle farm. It's a section of the office. That contains the workers cubicles briefly. That's I've never heard that before. The cubicle farm. Are you going to see our good friend? Bob coin. No. I'm going to the cubicle. Far cubicle farm. It's finally called the sales department for now. That's what I mean. That's the sales department is the cubicle firm. Yeah. I didn't realize that that desk job that's the type perfectly. It's it's typically confined to the duties from a desk. That's what you do. Keep it in the loop. And and then finally picked the low hanging fruit. That means the simplest option or avenue to accomplish a task that the low hanging fruit means getting the easy stuff. Okay. So anyway, there's some work jargon to help you out. Maybe get you out of those situations that you got yourself into when you replied all. Let's take a break. The news is coming up after this. And then after the news, we're gonna talk about the best movie debut of all time and breakout performances in movies three one two nine eight one seven two hundred if you want to jump in on that.

He's tracking these two idiots Jay Bob across country as the travel with a monkey, I don't even know where the God damn monkey came from. But we'll fail as a brace spot in this movie. And at one point in this clip. He's tracking them down Anderson. They've gone to Hollywood 'cause they wanna stop. They wanna stop Jay and silent Bob from being made. Right because. The the the view askew universe. The view askew. Verse BankE has sold their rights to Hollywood fuck. This. No one's gonna move out of us own-account books shot made a comic book about about them. Carry my number four worked for the Transportation Security Administration. Otherwise known as the T as mother fucking a agent rod Williams same by same crossover played by little rail. How reality and get out last year or two years ago twenty seventeen get out crossover? He's a comic relief and possible hero. I have the same thing written down exact same thing. I've really for them. You have also also automate plays a key role in the plot of the movie, I went and looked for clips. "Well, so I took I didn't go out on New Year's Eve came home early because I had no money to lay on the beach. Also for all the girls out there. I've told this story. So I met a girl there who was pretty nice cool is a good story in then. So I met her at live rigs, you probably don't remember her. I remember her. She's cool. Yeah. She's great. We go to the beach the next day, and she showed up with a supermodel like she brought a friend not like a supermodel, again would know the name. But I mean, she's like a supermodel in that lost all interest in the other. It's like how can you bring a friend who's a soup with you is the beach to the beach in. It's like, maybe she's just has plenty of self confidence. In was like, this, my friend. Girls I won't recommend doing that. It's an impossible situation. She put me in. It's like, well, you your friends supermodel in a single, supermodel. So maybe she wasn't as nice and his cool. Not. She was I hung out with her for like. Yeah. My uncle you always say that girls needed to get ugly. Friends. That was always his life advice. Get yourself some ugly. Friends you look better by cessation either ugly or or same league like same leagues fine. But don't like, supermodel. Like, this this girl super I mean, she's she's crazy hot that would be. So you're not going to say next her. That's you know, we're looking at this person model yet. She's a legitimate professional. I would say supermodel from Venezuela. I would tell if she's yes, if she's a she's like a nine and a half the girl was a ten. Okay. So she's a ten what was the other girl? Verse her he like. Yeah. That's tough. But like most human beings are seven. I her that. Right. The verse her scale is not a real scare right? That girl that girl is a legitimate. How's it? What do you? I almost want. Well, that's the whole issue is your girl, walks your girls, get eight or nine until the other girls shows up. She goes down to like us. Right. And I just want to be like you just put me in a box like now. It's said that to say that to her. Metaphorically? She put me in a box. And it's like she's single the other one I knew was like you hear them talking all this shit. I. No, you were just maybe they wanted to do. Maybe they wanted to do it three way. No. No, they did not. And trust me. I like would have been in on that because of that girl's a supermodel, but no it, but this is not about me. This is more advice to any girls. Like don't do that. It's unfair to guys know it ruined. It's. Yeah. It ruined. Everything that you thought I didn't go out in the next night. Well. Don't get a friend that ten if you're seven don't don't have them be single. Would it? Okay. If she weren't single would that have made a difference or or would just looking at her? Would you be like damn this comparatively single makes a massive difference? Because then it's like now your interest. What are maybe you're just go a period of you're like, oh, I don't want to give what this chick when you have somebody like this out there. No, no, no, no because no. But I have so much confidence in my short game in you're gonna keep put me in a room where I can crack jokes and shit. No. Thanks. Is tough spot. It's just like. The ten girl like I should never be able to talk to ever. But if you're going to be like friends with that person. Now, I'm gonna start talking. Now, I'm gonna wear with my personality in you're creating a very awkward situation for everybody involved. That's situation. She put herself I would've never. It's like bringing Nick Sabin like your college coach like, hey, meet my buddy, Nick Sabin. And you put them in the room with recruits like all. Porco never saw coming. Pretty the re. But the this I'm not I showed you the picture that one. Now, I I'm not going to put it out there because I don't want like, you know, how people connect dot. Yup. But come on. I mean, she's crazy hot Chris. I mean, she. Let's go to break up. She skirl she's Super Bowl. I mean, she is. We'll be back. Jay Bob moon..
