Longtime NBA Referee Ken Mauer Talks About 5-Hour BLM Call

"Jason whitlock, having a conversation with veteran NBA referee Ken mauer on Jason's podcast fearless. The MBA's political move promote unity or division within referees. Vision. And they won't like that I said that. And referees will not admit that. There is a call camera was before, right after Black Lives Matter, I can't remember, but I mean, after George Floyd, after the bubble, we had a conference call, and it was the entire MBA staff, some people from management, some people from the G league, some people from whatever supervisor, I don't, there was probably over a 150 people out or whatever. And the title of the call is Black Lives Matter was 5 hours and 26 minutes long. The title of the call. Black Lives Matter. MBA referees. Yes. Because you were going to referee the George Floyd trial or what? You know what? I don't know what kind of critical role. What precipitated the call, all I know is it was one of the worst experiences I had ever experienced as a professional referee because when one or two white referees tried to say something that was very one man said, gentlemen, I'm with you. I understand your situation. I don't understand your plight because I'm not black, but I've been with you for 30 years, 40 years. I understand, please, however, you can't possibly think what's going on with the writing and looting in Minneapolis is right. People just blew up on them. I mean, literally literally blew up. I mean, three or four or 5 people, I thought they were in their

Stephen Ross and the Discrimination Lie

"Dolphins owner Steven Ross ran the blackest organization in the NFL sportswriter Jason whitlock, who he's done, right? He's done a video for PragerU. And he's black. Two. Observed in a recent column. Again, dolphins owner Stephen Ross ran the quote unquote blackest organization in the NFL at one time, his head coach, general manager, assistant general manager, defensive coordinator, and several members of his ownership group were all black. At what point did mister Ross become a bigot when he decided to fire Brian Flores?

Peter Doocy Presses Jen Psaki on 'Build Back Better' Bill Raising the Deficit

"Jen Psaki still claims that the bed the build back better Whatever We'll reduce the deficit Even after the congressional budget office has said no it won't See this is what Jason whitlock was talking about on my Fox show last Sunday You have people who reject the truth who deny the truth And this is what destroys a country They want to believe what they want to believe That's their truth And they reject evidence they reject knowledge They experience In fact and they point the finger at you claiming you do That's what destroys a country Peter doocy that young man deserves every award in journalism He really does Cut 14 Go President gonna stop saying the build back better plan does not increase the deficits One single scent We now know that that is not true It is true and I would note the several economists and experts out there I think you're probably talking about the CBO score Which Joe Biden himself in 2010 called the gold standard For Democrats and Republicans Will Peter since we're all here to communicate with the public about accurate information what I would just note is that one of the components that experts Democrats and Republicans including former heads of the CBO have pointed to is that IRS IRS enforcement is not something that there's a lot of experience in the CBO a scoring They still squirted but it's got to shut up you idiot You liar

Sports Journalist Jason Whitlock: 'Trump America' Is Revolting Against COVID at College Football Stadiums

"Jason whitlock is a smart guy. He's a sports guys a lot on fox news. We spent a lot of time yesterday. Talking about the glorious site of thousands and thousands of football fans going to college football games over the weekend. And as jason pointed out to laura ingraham last night. This is really what america looks like. The american people are starting to wise up. They're smarter and wiser than corporate media. They're smarter than politicians that play politics with every crisis and every issue and we're getting back to normal when people are getting comfortable with the fact. There's no denial of the impact of covert. But there is that growing reality. We're going to have to live and deal with covert not live in fear of covert so. I was very happy to see this. We gotta remember these college. Football stadiums are outside our urban core in cities major cities that are more democratic control and so basically lord and i hate to politicize it but it's true. Use saw trump america out in full force and college stadiums. People like fouts and the people on the left no that college football's representation of trump america and they want to demonize those people. He's a smart guy and make some great great observations about trump america

"Welcome to ash wednesday. That's what my voice which is horrible. Because of how masculine our guest is almost must be embarrassed to be here. being This is news to a lot of people. But we'll have a new show called fearless at the blaze hosted by jason. Whitlock mr woodlock. Thanks for being here sir. Good to be here. Good to be in crowder land. Yeah i like this. This is the whole idea when we built studio was we want it to be a space where people would actually want to hang out. You know not working espn. It's almost like the blazing saddles town. Rarely get in your under the bright lights and like me out of here. That is true. You got your own video game. I'm looking at steven crowder. Stephen credit that was actually the least expensive item here. Yeah it was just some guy who made it for us when i like all these when they build sets built super expensive sets when we were first talking with this company. We're just hiring someone as a consultant. She's like okay. Well we'll get like a neon sign. I think we could get it for you for fifteen dollars as you just said. Well we have a podcast at at. Espn that has a pool table. It's like i mean. I want to say something absurd. Like fifty thousand. And i just. That's done is bloated. Budgets are not gonna exist anymore. When you have joe rogan in an airstream kicking your ass pretty much. Yes so and you've been on on all fronts until i actually. I'm gonna light this. Teach me how to smoke cigarettes. Yes okay which is interesting because we were talking about when i go to a cigar lounge. It's fifty percent black people and all the white people are conservative. But i don't think all the black people are conservative. But i've never seen an at a cigar lounge. It's just kind of kinda great uniter where you can sit talk. Have a drink calm down. I think that probably everybody near has shared values I think that many black people are conservative But vote democrat because they've been programmed in train that way but yeah a lot of people my brother and his wife or into cigars right. Lotta of athletes. A lot of my friends are into cigars. I just. i've never been into it. You know. I'm always willing to trust in the new rights. I'll show you how to how to light. It now is i always fucking hit. Whenever i'm teaching someone or anything. I mean you have a lighter. So and that's a torch later so we wanna do is toast a cigar all the way around kind of like you wanna toast the edges if you get the right way where everything is lit Then you're not gonna have burn problems a lot of times you'll see people start like puffing on it and what ends up happening. They don't like the cigar evenly and it canoes and it becomes a problem. We want you doing it there. You go yeah. But i don't i see your whole thing we'll see see when you blow on it and this has a soft lame so then i and then once you light at once it's all lit. Then you take a couple of drags you in from the flame. Suck the smoke in from the flame a little bit. Yeah so now. He put the put the flame up to it up to the foot. Yeah now drawn it and kind of rotate it as drawn there you go..

"I think that that's a curse it is. I believe it or not. I never got the call from the new york giants. It was waiting by my phone for many years now. You you've really helped me. Think through this because i was looking i said what is it about. The woke ideology. Maybe in the colleges when they were playing college ball that no. I mean there is there. There is a real system of sticks and carrots here and real economic incentives to be to be doing this kind of thing. Is there any hope. to to change that economic incentive structure. That seems to be turning this this last institution that we had you know the conservatives basically had sports and the military both have gone woke in the last six months and for sports was a little bit earlier than that. So that's kind of depressing you know. Is there any way to reorder the incentives be at the level of the nc. Double a. the at the level of the professional leagues or are we. Are we basically just going to see them. Chasing dollars all the way to beijing for the near future look America hasn't always been driven by or influenced by sports in passion for sports. There you know professional sports came along hundred early forty years ago for the most part i think and so i think what is going to happen if we have a chance is those of us and i don't know your religious beliefs. I'll speak about my both of us. with passionate religious beliefs followers of jesus christ. We may have to abandon our love of sports and a we may have to at some point. Stand up and remake america where we deemphasize or and on all this money and adulation as guys who are ungrateful and unappreciative is a huge mistake. They have way too much influence over our culture and so You know there are wearing a legitimate serious critical culture war and so there are a thing all of this stuff in the coach from the music industry to hollywood sports. They're all going to have to be remade again. Or would just continue on our path of destruction and be the modern day sodom and gomorrah and we know how that in i love this take because what you are saying and i know this is shocking to so many people today is. You can't have everything you know. The nfl just said they have. Football is gay lesbian. Football is everything i said. Well it's not everything it's not baseball. It's not basketball. It's not the color orange. It's not the number seven. It is a thing within limits because everything has limits here and for for christians. We need to remember. The blood of the martyrs is the seat of the church. Christians have been called upon in history to do far more difficult things than turn off the nfl. People might love their sports but there are more important things in this world. I also have a bit of an advantage. Because i never particularly cared for the nfl. But you're right. I mean when these when these companies are spitting in the face of your values doing so much to undermine your culture at a certain point no matter how much you like watching the game you might just have to turn it off. And that's art of what. I've as a sports journalist longtime or it's been a big part of my brand the deal i've made with myself is i'm gonna cover or it's honestly i'm not. I am not going to god up a celebrate. People who don't spouse any of the values that i believe in and so people all menu hypercritical of lebron james and some of these other woke athletes. Yeah i'm like yeah. They're not protecting defending promoting the values. That i believe in their promoting a secular godless marxist worldview. They may not know it. But i'm going to point it out to them and pointed out to their fans. And i'm gonna do that for the rest of my career until we get it and understand it here in america. This is dangerous this whole reimagining remaking retelling of history that the african american journey in america is something that dams america rather than enlightens people. That like wow look at what can be accomplished. In america you can start at the very bottom as slaves and america in our judeo christian values. Allow you to change the system in a way that will grant you your freedom and standing here in this country. The african american journey is a great american success. Come from behind story. We've allowed the new york times and everybody else. They the african american during proves that america's evil and irredeemably racist is just not true. I totally totally agree with you jason. I'm so so glad to hear this perspective. Where else can people find at your perspective. Now.

"It was one of those types if it wasn't him one of these masters of the universe who said that he didn't exactly want china's political system. But he did want their economic system that it was kind of easy to do business with them and it might be nice to do business that way over here and you you have seen this very pro. China move not just in sports but hollywood also infamously. His sold its soul to china. You saw this in the top gun remake. All of the sudden references to taiwan started to disappear all of a sudden anything that might upset. The chinese communist party starts to disappear because he who pays the piper calls the tune. Well i get it. If i were the ceo of nike. And i had no sense of loyalty to my then. I probably would pursue that strategy to if i were the head of a hollywood studio and again had no loyalty to my own country. I'd probably pursue that strategy to. Is there any way for we for us as americans to stop them from doing this or or are we just going to sell out our sports in our culture to the highest bidder. I do think we're going to have to have economic response and and again. I'm not even sure. If that will matter to nike or some of these other global corporations but if we could empower some corporations that were hyper focused and this will sound comical. When i when i say but about a month ago when i really started thinking about this i i went on the my pillow website and bought a bunch of mike lynn. Vail my pillow stuff just to support a business that manufactures products here in america and has a passionate patriotism for america. We're going to have to start doing that. We're going to have to start. And i hate to say it but it's just like i just bought a new car numerous ladies and i kind of regret it. I should have bought in america. I should have bought an american made car. But we're going to have to start really disciplined ourselves and making wiser economic choices and invest in companies. That actually believe in american freedom that there. there's i. I don't think there's a lot of the american public that doesn't fully understand what we're sacrificing By allowing foreign interests the manipulate our corporations and our culture. We're gonna end up sacrificing the freedoms that made this country great and for those of us that are black the freedoms that allowed us to be a part of american freedom If we were in if our country keeps moving this direction of of china the political dissent that may black americans free will no longer be available to us. We have to. And that's why what the daily wires doing with the blaze is doing. We're trying to educate people about what's really going on and what the ramifications are and because corporate media so beholden to the big global corporations. They can't tell these kind of truce. I totally agree with that. And all i will say on that point. Jason is if you do feel so bad and the guilt guilt gets you so much. I am willing to take the mercedes off your hand. You can it's fine. I will appreciate yes anytime now. What i what. I what i do want to know is beyond the corporate level. This actually makes a lot of sense. And i hadn't really thought of it. This way. That nike and a handful of other players but really nike is is controlling so much of this conversation narrative. What what do the players really believe. Are they just dopes or they are. They just kind of been brainwashed. Are they cynically going along this or some of them self censoring. I'm reminded of that. Gal gwen something or other. The hammer-thrower from the olympic trials few weeks when. Yes and she. She said that she finds the national anthem offensive. She thinks it's a setup that she's got to respect the star spangled banner. She wants to represent the united states on the olympic team. But she doesn't want to stand up and put her hand over her art. Respect the flag. She seems to really believe it. I think we're explanation was nuts but it seem seemed sincere. at least so what is it are the athletes. Are they secret patriots and they're just going along for the sake of the wo- corporations or have they really bought into this stuff. I used to be an athlete. I went to school on a division one football scholarship. I have respect for athletes when most of your life and free time are dedicated to developing your physical attributes. I don't then turn to them. Call these are some of the greatest intellectual mind in america. I don't expect them to understand. I do expect them to be caught up in the culture. That's being promoted. And so many of them are addicted to social media and twitter in their phones and their brains have been hacked like all of us that they're not alone. All of us had this phone addiction. Social media app addiction. They're young and they wanna be popular. They wanna be with the in crowd. They wanna make money. And so and so gwen berry i get it. She just wants to make some money and be relevant throws the hammer no one. No one's watching that event and she's not gonna win it. How can she be popular. How could she be. Oh that's right. The national anthem bugs me. I don't respect the flag. They got pitches of her waving the flag and being patriotic. It's it's a gimmick it's people. Young people love attention. And so there's some of that when it comes to the professional athletes at the nba nfl level particularly in the nba. They have they get paid so much. Money lebron james makes are more money from nike than he does the nba. Yeah that's true of a lot of the basketball players. They make more money from his shoe companies than the nba. And so they're just doing. What's in their financial best interest as explained to them by their handlers and the shoe companies and whatnot and so just follow the money as it relates to a lot of the athletes holland cabinet. He figured out more money and being a martyr and assemble than actually playing football at the level. He was playing And so i just my expectations for athletes are gonna train hard being shaped entertainers. They're not political leaders. they're not thought leaders If i were as talented as lebron james. I'd probably speak english as brutally as he does and i would probably think a lot of the dump stuff that he thinks Because if i were that. I'd be so awash in money and women. I wouldn't have time to read a book. i think. That's that's pretty fair. I think that's probably true for a lot of us. And lebron i mean he's kind of at the forefront of this. He said that a black man in america can't walk outside the door without being chased down by racist whites. And i think lebron you're looking pretty good. You're looking healthy. You seem to have a pretty stable life year even because i know so little about professional sports. I just don't really follow a ton. A fellow baseball to to some degree although the mlb drove me so crazy the last two years. I tried to tune it out. But when i heard about the kapernick story when it first came up i thought oh. Gosh i guess this guy must be one of the great quarterbacks of our age you know he must be one of the real top athletes and but he's giving it up for it. No he's not this kind of middle of the pack guy figured out how to make a buck. And i guess more power to him because he's doing better than most of the other people are still throwing a football not only middle of the pack with just a bad attitude. Not an attitude. It's going to help your team win games and be again when you're playing quarterback in the nfl. The on field performance matters the most. But there are other things leadership in the face of the franchise. Almost like you're the mayor of a city and colin cabernet. Didn't have any of those things. He had no interest in any of those things. He liked to build up his biceps and his ads and baked pitcher shirtless and put on beats headphones. And make money doing that at and it sounds like i'm just beating him up. I'm telling you if. I just kind of talent at age. She was twenty eight twenty nine thirty years old. I'd be doing and thinking the same thing you know. Unfortunately i'm an overweight fifty year old. So i have to read books and newspapers and a half to acquire information to make money so i think a little differently the cabinet..

"Has become so political. Are running shoes political or chicken sandwiches. Political or sitcoms politic every single thing and people they want one little break just one not maybe watch some football make all the olympics. Wouldn't that be nice. And no they take that away from us to the. Nfl tells us that it's now transgender lesbian and gay at the olympics. You've got the athletes at least at the trials turning away disrespecting the flag. They just won't give it to us. And since i am not exactly the world's expert on sports thankfully we have a great expert on sports jason whitlock former espn writer former fox sports contributor. Now a man you've seen them everywhere and now he with the blaze. Jason is going to explain to me. Is it all over for sports. Have the woke stirs just taken it forever and and We've gotta move on or is there somehow. I don't think there's any hope michael to be honest with you. And i'm someone who has never voted. I've always tried to avoid any type of political identity. And you know. I grew up an athlete. I've always been passionate sports fan. I went to college on a football scholarship. Porch was my little oasis away from all the political division and the political hypocrisy that i love to try to kind of avoid and now it's front and center in the sports world and quite frankly i i blame china. I i really do. I think that nike is so hyper. Concerned and focus on increase in improving. Its relationship with. China and nike is the most powerful force in american sports or powerful than the nfl more powerful than major league baseball more powerful than the nba. And so i think through nikes Relationship and trying to improve its relationship with china. They've made american sports berry political and and a place to express anti-american sentiment. The ceo of nike infamously. Once they famously infamously just came out and said that nike is a brand of china and four china which i think would be a surprise to a lot of nike customers around the world and certainly a lot of american sports teams that have partnerships with nike. So when did this begin. And what what does it mean for the relationship of americans to their own. Sports teams donohoe. The ceo of nike said that a couple of weeks ago and in that same conversation with wall street analysts he talked about how this has been. Nike's plan and strategy for forty years nike founder phil knight at the plan of taking nike international. Started working on its relationship with china. China has one point. Four billion potential consumers. America has three hundred and thirty million and so went from a great american success. Story were they toppled all the other shoe brands here. In america and then they set their sights on global domination. And that meant going to china and conquering that marketplace and those one point four billion potential consumers and so this has been forty years in the making and i tried to explain to people michael that the nba the national basketball association. Its purpose is to market tennis shoes. Gym shoes nike apparel. The nba is eight billion dollar. A year business nike is a forty to fifty billion dollar a year business. Mikey runs the nba. Nba is the marketing arm of nike. And so both nike and the nba f- pursuit international market and the global market far more than they have the messed a domestic audience. That's the biggest difference are had been the biggest difference between the nba and the nfl. But now you even see the. Nfl caught up in on the police. The wo- crowd and hopping on board with nike. And they're the anti american sentiment. They're spreading through colin kaepernick and lebron james. This parallels najor political conversations. Going on right now. Which is that for the past twenty or thirty years or so. Republicans have shield for corporations that hate their guts and want his sort of undo the traditional american way of life and and what some republicans have said is well look. It's a free company. It's a private company and if they want to turn their massive power on constantly denigrating america. Why that's just the free market. At least we've got gdp taking up a little bit. It seems to me. Historically sports games have always had a patriotic aspect to them. They've all the games are always about the community. The state the country the people and now that's being divorced. How long can that last or people just gonna tune out. I'm not sure if it matters whether people tune out we have flooded our economy with so much money. There are no consequences for failure. It does your audience. Your tv ratings. Don't matter we're paying for agenda and narrative and as long as the nba the nfl. Stay on message the television networks. Espn fox cbs. They're going gonna cut enormous checks and it doesn't matter that their market share strength here in america are global corporations are paying for narrative arc. An agenda and the agenda would a lot of these corporations to me. Michael is they prefer the communist. The chinese communist parties way of doing business over the way we do in america elites prefer communism over democracy and capitalism. That's what i think people are going to have to come to grips with. Is that the working class. The common man has been completely sold out and the elites are gonna put are trying to impose a system. That's more like china. They can do business that way. It doesn't hurt the elites. They're still gonna make their money. They're going to be treated well in a communist society that really if we think we favour elites wait till you people get a real taste of communism and how they favor elite and really pressed the working class. You know. I think it was charles munger. Warren buffett's business partner but it was..

Sports Journalist Jason Whitlock Says Pro Sports Are Purely a TV Show

"Yes, they see it, but Then what's going on in America to the you gotta like pro sports. Particularly over the last 30 years have transition into their just purely a television show. And so in the executives who are running it, not just in the NFL and NBA, but the television executives who are running it or in partnership with these leagues. They just see it. As a television show no different than the Sopranos or Yellowstone or whatever your favorite TV show is, and so they just add storylines. To the television show. And so it's like last year, the league's all went big on the black lives matter. "I can't be there and Stand shoulder to shoulder with jason whitlock. Who is now a new blaze. Tv host the host of fearless. With jason whitlock jason. Welcome brother thank you. And it's awesome to be here I've been waiting just as long as you have. probably came together. The day is finally here. Yeah so tell us what's fearless is why it's going to be different and even different really from the blazes ever seen well Look i know the goal is going to be the same. We're going to be a digital media platform dedicated to promoting a culture fearlessness. Free speech crew seeking in american patriotism. And i think that's what everybody at the blaze is trying to do. We're just going to probably be a little more melanin rich as we do it. Maybe i look a little different Right i think we're all gonna be or most of us will be united by our faith in god and our belief in country and a belief like that. Hey man we can't go on much farther. We can't continue the strip. America of what made it and that was our judeo christian culture and it's being stripped and taken from us and i want to go at this boldly indirectly and just pointed out and try to Explain to people that are christian. Faith has been our secret weapon. Combined with the black american journey here in america in terms of making america live up to the ideals expressed in the declaration of independence and the constitution. And so i was talking to a loved one and a family member yesterday and the saying you know we just need to be taught black history. And i'm like no. We need to be taught american history properly. Yes and yes. Because years separating us from america and that's wrong because if america really understood its history and understood the role that african americans have played in making america. Great in this the greatest human experience experiment we've ever seen if not for the african american journey and what people of faith compelled forced america to do to live up to our spouse christian faith in the declaration of independence and so we are baked into american greatness. And if everybody understood that we'd quit separating ourselves along this black white racial divide and understand we accomplish these things together and yes there was pain and there was struggle and there was unfairness but what we accomplice over. The course of these two hundred and fifty years is incredible. it's unmatched across the glow. And we need to take pride in that The african american journey does not damn america. It explains america and are unprecedented resolve to do better. You know. I am so glad to hear you talk about. We don't need to learn african american history. We we need to learn american history properly. I'm going to ask you a question. And i bet you don't know who is the fallen soldier that is Credited as the reason the american revolution started. You know if not chris christie yes good good good good. You got that one. Most americans might know that one who was the african american that ended the revolution that was critical and ended it. Know that will james armistead. He was a spy for george washington and he went in and was undercover with the british. Said i am an escape slave and all the treating me so horribly. They believed him. He became instrumental in the hierarchy as an assistant in the british army. He got word. Where cornwallis was going to be. He sent it to washington washington. Was there unbeknownst to cornwallis. And that's what ended the war. We have the ending of that war. Thank james armistead for ending it and ending the bloodshed. By the way the guy who saved the american military very early on. I think it was at. The battle of yorktown was peter. Salem another black guy he he took the shot that all americans were running because they were just routing us. He stood his ground. He had one shot left. He shot the commander of the british army in the head that stopped them pushing otherwise they would have routed us and we would have had no soldiers left. There were three examples of american history that revolve around very important black american citizens but nobody else going. I can't off the top of my head. Call the name. But george washington. These guys were trapped somewhere. And i think it was a small pox epidemic. That ran through and it was an african slave that taught them to cut wound and put the smallpox in the womb. I vaccine basically. And i it there so our contribution to america's history and ascension is unquestioned is just untucked. It's under appreciated We think that the left has turned the african american journey in. It's all it can only be explained by tragedy it can only be explained by what white biggest did us it again it. It's like weird. We haven't been participants in america's greatness. We've only been participants in suffering and that's a joke and it's it's racist to teach history that way I it's you're basically assigning us to a place where we have no agency. We're less than human. We're not as courageous. We're not as fearless. We're not as motivated as anybody else. We're just victims it's wrong it's got to be untitled. People have to black and white people we need to see are necessary. -ness of each other that we have made the great and we've been an incredible combination. That has slade the world and the world realizes that's why they're trying to hit us against each other and promote all this racial division selena. Let me ask you this. The journal of american psychoanalytic association just published a peer reviewed research article that says being white is a malignant parasitic like condition it's dangerous discriminatory and a perverse mental condition per parasitic. Whiteness has the power without limit force without restriction violence without mercy. It has a drive to hate and terrorize it. Easily infiltrates infiltrates. Even groups founded on the protection of individuals and democratic principles and it has no long term or permanent cure.

"Donald trump was saying it. If there's not a consensus within the intelligence community as to the origins of the coronavirus why was this theory. Dismissed it i you could boil it down to. Donald trump in beginning of the outbreak. Former president trump was very quick to point the finger at china as the source of the pandemic. But i think that he went further and he wanted to atribu some kind of sinister motive to the government of china whether it was simple negligence that maybe this thing was being experimented with in the lab and they let it get out or that they deliberately may have tried to concoct this virus or create it and they got out that way and this sort of idea that china doing something secretive and various reckless behind the scenes. One of the first rhetorical devices that the president deployed to try arguably deflect blame off of his own administration's response. And i think within the scientific community within certain political circles. There was an almost immediate allergic reaction to this idea of the lab leak in large part because donald trump was promoting it people around him and other conservatives were promoting it. I mean that is an illegal right of michigan. Our sponsor this half hour is rough greens. I am so glad to have rough greens back in the house over the weekend. I ran out of rough greens and would not eat would not eat. It was back to the same old same. It's like if you're taking medicine and then you you get off just to see. I don't need this anymore. And then all of a sudden you're blind again. You're like whoa. I guess i should take that medicine. Same thing with rough greens. He just he would not eat Just would roll the food around with his nose and then look at me and it was a nightmare soon as we had rough greens back in the house. Put it on top of the food. And he wolfs it down again. It's not only good that he likes it. It's good for him as well. It's that you put on the dog food. It's a supplement. Right now you can get a free bag of rough greens just for your dog to try out. All you pay for shipping go to rough. Greens are you f- f- greens dot com slash back or you f f greens dot com slash beck or. Call eight. Three three glenn. Thirty three eight three three glenn. Thirty three or rough greens dot com slash back. You know. it's amazing about that audio clip from the washington post is that means that these these reporters trusted china that killed hundred million fifty to one hundred million of its own citizens. Last century trusted china more than donald trump. currently china has three hundred and twenty verified camps for whitacre's according to escapees those are places where torture sterilizations and killings are commonplace. They believe a country that sides with iran and north korea. A country that killed protesters and hit it from the world at tiananmen square. Who disappeared and killed the leaders of the pro freedom movement in hong kong and then enrolled in to squash the the freedom movement. Meanwhile our press was too busy to mention it because they were trying to destroy anyone who said that that covid nineteen might have escaped from a chinese laboratory when they say well as because of donald trump what they're actually saying is we believe the killers that run china more than republicans or conservatives boost the glenn beck program Hello america. "Blaze media because i wanted to partner with people who wouldn't look at me funny when i referred to jesus as part of my journalistic worldview and platform i joined blaze media because glenn beck's smiled when i said jesus is the only solution for what ails america because steve day wears his faith publicly. So does phil robertson. Allie beth stuck and others. I want you to know i'm not. A sports. journalist turned preacher. I'm not a finger wagging hypocrite looking down on people who don't share my belief. I'm a sinner. i'm the same guy. This amazing i'm the same guy who wrote hilarious pussy galore columns for fox sports. I'm the same guy who used to waste his time in money. Drinking carousing inside the spearmint rhino in las vegas tutsies in miami diamond joe's in kansas city and magic city in atlanta. We should talk about those sins. Should we when he's on next hour. Stu i'm someone who knows that in order for me to make better decisions in all aspects of my life i need jesus as someone who recognizes that any success. I have achieved in the thirty year. Career is a byproduct of the values of my grandmother. A chinese church indianapolis my parents my siblings and all those things instilled in me as a young boy to love. Jason whitlock He is He is starting a new program And we'll have all of the details. The details with him coming up in about an hour from now also another announcement that i'm very excited about conversations with the forty fifth president. It is the american history tour and it is going to be hosted by bill o. Reilly and bill o'riley we'll be joined on stage by president trump. It's dubbed the history tour. President trump will provide a never before heard inside view of his administration which will be historical in and of itself. The tour will include four eighths kicks off in sunrise. Florida december eleventh and twelfth. Other events slated for two texas cities houston and dallas on december eighteenth and nineteenth these wonderful but hard hitting sessions where we will talk about the real problems happening in the us The those Fake news media seems to never mansion. I'll be focusing on the greatness of our country. Something seldom discussed and political diet dialogue. If we don't make our country great again we will soon no longer have a country. That's from president trump. And he's going to be working with bill o'reilly and this should be very very fun. I'm excited to talk to him about that. And so much more on friday. Now why is the is the tour with president trump and bill. O'riley important some will mock it and they'll say that bill o'riley he's not a journalist is bill o'riley he's just a right wing hack no. He's no he's not no he's not. You can say a lot of things about bill. O'reilly and i have But a right wing. Hack is not one of them bill. O'reilly many times has as you know if you ever watched us or listen to us. Many times he disagrees. I may be a right wing hack. But he's not for someone to actually set the record straight as a journalist With bill o'reilly. Even though it's only in a theater is important because no one else will. Did you see what happened yesterday. stu when twitter went crazy with people saying donald trump so out of control. He was wearing his pants on backwards at his latest rally. No i missed. I've missed pants on backwards gate. Oh did you really did did you. Obviously it was everywhere yesterday. The left was claiming that donald trump was where he was so out control that he was wearing his pants on backwards. He's a private citizen now. He wears pants on backward if he wants to. But i assume he was wasn't wearing. He was not wearing his pants backward. But this is how crazy it has gotten. You can have. Joe biden now. they're going to make. Oh alleged hundred years it killed a billion people and they don't say thing. Donald trump comes out like let's say was wearing his pants on backwards. People believe it people believe is so crazy so crazy. What's happening with chief. I know you've been gone for a couple of days. Were you standing on falcon. Because i bet it's not the same place. I'm at And i just don't. I don't know why we're so obsessed with the guy i'm i'm bored with it. Frankly but i you know he's a guy that doesn't have anyone on his own so he's just he's key. His power comes from the media largely Now of course if i has empowered him Maybe to make. I mean he can't make policy right he can't he's not in a position to make policies of the fact that he comes out and makes dumb recommendations on. Msnbc every three days is not all that interesting to me. But i do understand why. It's important to understand because of his general media influence and the positions he's been given by the last couple administrations in that sense to understand. Learners head was at the time. I think i think it goes deeper than that. Are you familiar with christian anderson. Yes and what's happened with this. Yeah so scientists so let me give a rundown of this he is a virologist. His name is christian andersen. He wrote to dr fauci responding to an article tight titled mining corona virus genomes for clues to the outbreaks origins foul. She told anderson quote. It's a of interest to the current discussion. Anderson replied some features do look engineered. I should mention that after discussion earlier. Today eddie bob. Mike and myself all find the genome inconsistent with expectations from evolutionary theory. So other words what he's saying here and he was a big guy on it came from the lab. At the beginning christian andersen big guy on came from the lab came from the lab had to because of evolutionary theory which means it started someplace got into bats then bats some who passed it to another animal and then another animal passed it to humans and it changes every time to make it easier. Well this one went from supposedly bats to humans rare not not impossible rare but then they started looking at it and they started seeing markers that were not evolutionary. They were they were spliced. In it appeared the and it was spliced in in all of the most convenient places if it was going to be engineered through a gain of function research type of situation correct correct so he said kovic. Nineteen appears to be manipulated in a lab. That's when fau she says. Hey we need to talk soon. I'll call you the next day. Fao she sent an urgent email to his deputy with the subject line important and he wrote hugh. It's essential that we speak this morning. Keep your cell phone on. Read this paper as well as the email i will forward. You have tasks today. That must be done. We don't know what those tasks were. Maybe it was just. Hey i need some more soap. The document attached was the sars gain of function. Pdf so right. After one of fallacies trusted scientific adviser suggest cove in nineteen could be manmade while fao associates dismissed the possibility a conspiracy theory. He shot a research paper concerning the gain of function research which was funding at the wuhan institute of variety of virology to his deputy eight.

Baker Mayfield clarifies what he said about Daniel Jones to GQ

"It's new article in juke g. c._q. Where baker mayfield said. I cannot believe the giants took. Daniel jones blows my mind. Some people were thinking that's where people go wrong. They forgot. You've got a win. Win course baker one in college. Gale jones did not but i mean the point could if we wanted to decipher wins and losses. There's lots of great college quarterbacks that were drafted. They've got opportunities that have not been great pro quarterback danny waffle you know i mean look just even more recent like vince young i i vince young matlock venture was rookie of the year he he might so he will heed one early like it. It gets harder not easier. Yes it gets hard because now okay now. We know what you do now. We'll go back and watch the chargers film where you know that line just wants to stand you up. Make you make you stay in the pocket and throw over the top because you're small and you can't see and we'll see we'll see what the ravens did. Look baker mayfield was good last year. Let's act like he tore up. The league behan touchdown receptions against the good teams they he played against. They beat up on the bengals. The bengals the team at the time they played the bengals. The bengals were on track to have the worst defense in the history of the league and they played the ravens twice the chargers chargers steelers the texans the broncos broncos to make the playoffs char steelers did neither but those are the five actually six best defense played against ten touchdowns love interceptions fifty seven percent completion percentage. There were two and four now if you if you give context and say hey cleveland won one game in two years for the got there and look at how people view them now. Oh that's fair and people believe baker mayfield's gonna damn good quarterback bliss on act like he went out and did what pat mahomes did last year exact same guy no missed completely really different now. The the thing with banco is all eyes are on cleveland so all eyes on you you better give him something because if if you fall on your face all these wide you draft daniel jones all these <hes> do johnson deal talking about luke johnson's money. Oh you know hugh took a job in cincinnati. I don't like him for all this stuff that you're doing all these theatrics they don't get thrown back in your face and so if you can dish it out you better be able to handle it when it comes back and and that's what i don't know if he understands that could possibly happen. I'm sure he's not thinking they're going to fail but to understand. You got a lot of prime time games. You better perform

"Forgotten. I figure that's before michael broke off to right now. Definitely man <hes> jason i want to get to you guys had a couple of incredible discussions in regards to the jay z. and his partnership with the n._f._l. Forget to that though football lies your former football player you blotch this thing. You know your entire career did we did. We go wrong on garoppolo. Did we did we. I mean he looked bad last. I know it's he's just back off a._c._l. And he's only started ten games but he did not look confident last night he competent last night. <hes> we all wrong was just a bad night. <hes> i'm concerned because out of the guy that hopped opt on the bandwagon have his five streak but i was a guy that kind of said hey. Let's be careful here. After sir. He started walking around beverly hills with a porn star <hes> that was concerning to me. You know a lot of people think when you get get that big contract when you catch that lottery to hit life's over and you've reached the finish line and it it just said to me that that porn star ktar thing and people thought i was making too much of it but it just said to me i mean he don't take this seriously he he doesn't all the responsibility being a franchise quarterback. He's not not interested in carrying all that and so i was concerned after that then he got hurt and so yeah i'm concerned about jimmy g. <hes> you mean like look. He's only started ten games. I said that i'm i was concerned. I said earlier today. I'm concerned about the way he he played but i'm not worried because it's a preseason game. <hes> do you the way play yesterday jason. Do you take into account first game in a while second preseason game really we know game planning. He had a lot of pressure and his face. Do you take any of that into account or question you know he can recover and he could make this all go away and it was just a fluke but then when utah saying it leaked out last week five straight interceptions in practice. That's disconcerting thirty but i don't. I don't think i've ever seen that in high school. Peewee football whatever <hes> and that even come out and just be an issue screaming like oh okay the forty niners got some concerns here and if you last week i think it was peter schrager esau talking about look they like dickie mullins backup quarterback they can get out from underneath jimmy jeez contract at the end of this year and so i i think look last last night is one preseason game. The practice last week is one practice <hes> the porn stars one porn-star on star but it all starts to add up and there's reason to be concerned with the the the the good news is they open up though two games on the road they opened up against the <hes> the buccaneers and the bengals two of the worst defense in the n._f._l. Last year and so if there's ever a time to open up and feel good about yourself that that could be that could be could be it jason whitlock joining us fox sports one's a t._v. Show course longtime columnist as well a pain one at that. Let me let let's get to the jay z. Thing so so so announced last week that jay z is going to partner with the national football league and <hes> and then of course it was met with with a negative response from <hes> from both eric reed and from kenny stills in terms of jay z. saying that essentially like he he's all in on cap on colin kaepernick but it's time to bring the protests off the field to to get up off off the knee. What's what was your reaction reaction to the partnership and what jay z. said in regards to that partnership the partnership with j. D. said all very appropriate korea that there needs to be action. There needs to be action. Items a game plan. How do we improve things sitting on me and claiming i'm raising awareness. No you're not you're raising awareness up about kenny stills. Eric reed and colin cabinet but these police brutality issues all over the news media long before kapernick. Anybody took a knee. People were having discussions about those deal okay so let's say you weren't raising awareness. Maybe you were trying trying to pressure the n._f._l. To get involved well that happened. They coughed up some odd million dollars to fund the players coalition and the a player coalition is actually out here doing real work now they've partnered with jay z and gonna intensify the work that they're doing. <hes> you know so i look at what capper nic and eric reed and kenny's these guys still on some. Hey look at me stuff that they they want to be famous. Amos all they know to do is neil and so anybody that suggest hey man get up off your knees. Let's be a man about this and let's do some things <hes> they're against because all they know how to do is take a knee and say hey look at me and give celebrated applauded over twitter. I teach i know one of the reasons jason loves having you on his show and i love <hes> coast and with you doug gottlieb in for dan danettes along with jason lots our guests and speak for yourself is you've. You've live one of the like realist life's ever right like you had tough upbringing. You know basically on the streets and then ding graduate high school and became became a star in the national football league. Wh where are you on. Jay z's partnership with with the n._f._l. Me personally <hes> being on the show. We got a great discussion. I'll speak for yourself yesterday. Having watched it or listen to it. You need to go watch that. We had a great discussion about yesterday in its jay z. if he can get inside inside in enact change quickly and and try to help out the impoverished kid and get get away from. You're never going to radically and get rid of police brutality. It's always gonna be there whether it's against a black person why it doesn't matter it's going to be need air hope you just try to lessen it. <hes> i don't know the bashing of jay z. I don't understand it. Let him get inside and see what he can do. Give them a chance because his track gregory has shown. This is what he does in a lot of time. It's for no publicity. He's doing it to help people in oppress situations that need help <hes> when you look at his was jason police brutality was going on long before capital and everybody else took a knee. They just brought more attention to it. <hes> marcella said it best yesterday caproni where you taking a knee when you were taking a forty nine or sort of super bowl where you worried about police brutality when you were taking them to a super bowl ad answer is no this. This is some jay z is done and he's been doing for years in and if he can get inside the n._f._l. With those honors or enact change <hes> more power to him and i think he has everybody support. I i kinda kind of think jason. This is a little bit like look. I understand how many people in sports are anti-trump but this would be the reason people ask. Would you go to the white house now. It's absolutely it's the literally the only chance i would ever get to have any conversation with anybody that matters now when my conversation resonate no gay but i think some of these athletes the possibility instability that that it would or at least they get to speak their mind i just i don't understand how a guy like jay z who has who has been about the right things you know they did pass on performing going back a couple years ago like if he can be part of the system if you will at some point at some point i don't. I don't consider it selling out. I would consider my kind of <hes> bringing people over to your side. Do you consider it selling out with jay. Z's doing no li listen and i don't want to go too far and put in jay z on a pedestal <hes> and so you know i've been a longtime critic of daisy but i'm also have been a long time person if if someone shows me change and starts moving given a direction that i think is appropriate arm appraise them just as strong as i criticize them and so i just think jay z is forty nine years old and and maturing and again just because you got a bunch of money at thirty five doesn't mean you're the most mature person and have the greatest vision and so for jay z if he was a year ago ago like hey don't work with the n._f._l. And a year later after being given more information having more conversations with people in the n._f._l. And seen seen a real opportunity like they're they don't put a hundred million dollars towards criminal justice before and i i i can't do anything but applaud jasey for having having the maturity to understand. I have to take advantage of this opportunity and i have to be willing to react to new information new insight. I am a higher perspective than perhaps i had before and so i just don't have a problem at all with jay. Z and i get not only have a problem. I just applaud him getting involved and him trying to make a difference and try to make the most of a corporation like the n._f._l. Giving behind some initiatives the jay z. clearly believes there. Is there a certain amount of time x. amount of years months wherever where you're going to have to work jay z. z. We'll have to prove to you that okay. I've gotten inside and this is what i'm trying to do <hes> before you back them. All the way or is just kind of wait and see approach. I'm back what he's doing right now. All the way and in terms of the players coalition has already had some successes excessive that people haven't been talking about that. They've been on the grounds but the kind of change that we're talking about changing criminal justice reform changing the way we handle cars. That stuff takes a lot of time and so this is something like six months from now a year from now we can judge what is jay z. Don is america now a better place no i it's going to be much harder and more difficult to assess success what's going on <hes> and so we're going to have to be patient and and let it play out and see what they do but in terms of has has it worked or whatever that that's going to take some years and so i applaud the effort <hes> we'll see what kind of result ultra producers jay. Can you figure out what what antonio brown's deal is like at at at what point i i just. I don't know anyone that goes yeah. I i get it until you. I would do what antonio brown's doing right like. Maybe the initial with the helmet thing. I'm a creature of habit. This is what i like but one once again trying to get this helmet thing play football man and that's a hard thing for someone one that's been as competitive and successful as him to admit and so he shows it to you and other ways. You guys are both married. You guys has a both old enough to have had friends that a spouse wants out of a marriage they don't come directly to the spouse and say i wanted to voice. They start showing to you and behavior. I one out that's what you're looking at what a._b. He's made enough money. <hes> come few years ago. Volunteers perfect put him in the protocol program and he wants no more that that game is hard and i'm when you've made the kind of money a. b. made <hes> there. Are some guys started. How can i check out of here. How can i get outta here. What ever been put in protocol <music> again without ever having another surgery without ever waking up on a monday after a sunday game fit like just been in a train wreck. How could i do <hes> as little as possible and still collect thirty million dollars over the next two years from the raiders and get the hell out of here. That's what a._b. Is showing you the game and is it important to him anymore. Getting outta here with as much money as possible is important and he's addicted to social media eighty. His brain has been hacked by social media and he loves attention and he's going to do anything possible to get attention. The guys you know t j talked. Why are i can't remember we set it on the guy loves chad johnson they from the same city <hes> their attention so so you don't you don't believe is he's concerned about his place in history making a hall of fame going down as one of the better receivers all wrapped up in his mind teacher so you you remember again you lived at do you remember chad. Johnson walked around on the sidelines during the game and a gold jacket. He thought it was over. It was a rap. I've already jason with the bad part about that is i'm the one put go jacket on him to one one. Put the jacket on you well and maybe here's the other part that's interesting and i do think that a is.

"jason whitlock" Discussed on The Dan Patrick Show

"Filling in for dan in patrick broadcasting from the mercedes studios in los angeles. Here's doug gottlieb at t._j. Who's been zodda what good morning chia dugout asia live in los angeles the dan patrick show. You're on fox sports radio. Jason will join us in twenty minutes host of speak for yourself on fox sports which one opinionated longtime columnist as well <hes> and we're going to get his thoughts on kind of the infighting within <hes> within the world of pro football football with jay z and new partnership with football league t._j. I wanna get your opinion on that. <hes> as well as we'll get <hes> jason's opinion on it was well kind of have a little bit open discussion discussion but let's let's get back to where we ended last hour because i actually think this a superintendent discussion most of the offseason conversation conversation or at least preseason conversation some of it's over. I think it's actually more interesting me. You know teams players like i. I wanna see jameis winston in bruce arians offense works. I do i wanna see i think christian mccaffrey has chance to be the best back in the league but he's got to have a healthy cam newton. We don't know how healthy cam newton's armies right like. I think those are kind of more interesting discussions but right now a lot of it's about new contracts guys that are holding out what are they worth and probably the two or three most prominent ones are melvin gordon ezekiel two running backs. I'm not putting melvin inas egos class us but they are in the same quote unquote class of running backs especially where their contract falls in terms of the timeline is interesting and dak prescott as well oh and so your point last hour was that the c._b._a. Is to blame correct for for where we are with these mid contract and there's also here's another one not discuss today on county is still a hold out and this is a if you if you know anything about the houston texans. You're sitting there and you had why. Why haven't you guys talked about this. This is crazy former number one overall pick. I had nine sacks last year. They franchise tag him but they didn't trade him in time so now if he were to be traded his new team couldn't negotiate a long term contract khalil mack was in a different place in his contract in order to do you so so he doesn't have the khalil mack value and he doesn't have clue mac value anyway so why is the c._b._a. To blend so sam bradford for it was drafted and i just kinda look this up and <hes> it was sam bradford fault. That's basically we're just about. No no no two thousand ten. He was the last rookie fifty million dollars <hes> <hes> to get the big deal and he got fifty million guaranteed and so those contracts kind of set the market for quarterbacks wchs that would come behind them and say okay sam bradford got this rookie i need to get this and it also pushed up the franchise number number and so now when they take that away and they come with this ricky wage scale it lowers the value of the position especially the running back position seven eight now when i picked up the fifth year option it's at five million whereas years previous under the old c._b._a. It would probably be an an eight nine ten and so that's why i say the c._b._a. Needs to be rectified and fixed because sam bradford you come out oklahoma fifty million and guaranteed. Now guys are coming out. They're guaranteed deals but it's a thirty minutes. I think kayla murray's contract is just over. Thirty million fully guaranteed <hes> here. We have nine years ago ten years ago. This season that sam bradford signed dylan got fifty million guaranteed so the first peak is making twenty million less in guaranteed money than a guy that got drafted ten years ago and that's the biggest problem because on a per average basis it pushes these guys numbers down and that's why you had these guys ho now specifically to running backs because their their value is being devalued well but it's being devalued not just based upon the rookie wage scale but in the league is being devalued isn't it right now if and and look at zeke gilliat top five pick if we go under two old c._b._a. If the first pick gets fifty guaranteed the the fifth pick is probably gonna gonna get thirty eight to forty or over. How many years that like that's the big thing like look he's got. I just feel like again kind of being and disingenuous with first of all the veterans at the time wanted didn't want rookies to get that money they had earned that is true and they wanted that money thrown back into the pool so they could get some of that money a lot right fifty so true so those are the rank and file guys that <hes> secondly like we we do we act like the franchise tag is terrible thing but here's here's the calculation zeke elliott got sixteen million in his first year right over the life of a four year contract. It's about what twenty five thirty it's like thirty million dollars or something yeah okay so it's thirty million dollars or a little bit lighter thirty million dollars over four years. There's no not not with zeke well. If you pick up the fifth year option was zeke. It'd be close to thirty million five years. Yes five okay and then his franchise tag. Doc number would be somewhere in the thirteen million variety no because it well that depends on what the top backs are making so that's going to be around ten when you average them all out ten twelve well you know you have todd gurley if at thirteen and everybody else is markedly below that right but then you'll by then again this is by next caesar they push sat up in the bottom will will be pushed up so like look end of the day if you have a six year deal at forty million in change especially at a position which declined like let's not kid ourselves. Running back has declined in value. We can argue whether ezekiel elliott is more valuable than everybody else but this is what you're doing is and you know this because you do real estate right you like hey my house is a great house like yeah but yeah but it's it's. It's an east los angeles. Man is is l. A. public location matter location matters position matters yeah. I know it matters. What you're saying is true. Quarterbacks are making more like we sit here and go like well number one pixar making more. Everybody's making more more except the running back by repositions. They're not as important history and he can be better than todd gurley now. What you're saying is true but this is what happens is is when you pick up a fifth year option if you weren't in the first round pick back in my day after four years. You're a free agent unless they franchise you in. If you were drafted pretty high as a first round pick you got much more money than the first round picks getting today and so although you are underpaid you knew i just got off. This guaranteed money michael. Thomas just got sixty million guaranteed over three years. I mean he's getting more money. I don't i don't understand helps michael thomas that he was he was not a first round pick right so he was able to become a free agent sooner had he been a first round pick and if he was the first round pick pick up his fifth year option they would a franchise them he would have held out. He had have to yes but he's we're. We're taking the exception and make it through. It's like dak prescott better off because he wasn't a first round pick like yeah but didn't make any money his first couple of years in like nothing his first couple of years under contract a still making nothing relative to other quarterbacks so it'll it'll end up balancing out over the life of of his of his career but like micheal michael. Thomas is the exception not the rule whereas you had what the what the c._b._a. Does is it has lowered the ceiling of the top first round picks and raise the floor and created an abbey where you at minimum. You have four year guaranteed contract what they what i believe needs to happen. If things are going to say par offers a course in somewhat the same they have to get rid of the fifth year option. You signed a four year deal if they franchise you franchise. Is you or take away that you have to take away the franchise and or the fifth year option. One of those things have hassle away. Why would you do it. What are you gonna give vacuums. What are you going to give back in return. This is not the way negotiations nations work but know that if that's that has to be a point of contention <hes> in the sad part is you're only affecting his sucks thirty two players. This is how the thirty two players a first round pick correct boudoir so so the n._f._l. P._a. is not going to want to push for that. They're going to push for better because you have and this is the same kind of the same thing as the jay z. Deal which we're gonna talk about with <hes> with with jason whitlock which which is everybody kind of wants their own thing and the <hes> the way union works is the greatest number of rank and file guys. That's what a union's willing to push for and if if you go back to win there was the lockout. Everybody forgot where there was no. You're you plan when there's when there's going. It's my last year okay so going going lockout. Everybody thought well the year before that there there was no cap and all the players like man no cap. We're going to get paid. Everybody's getting paid. You get paid like the n._f._l. Owners are gonna be like oprah and and you get a car and you get a car and you'll get a car and you know what the salary cap does. It doesn't just have a ceiling. It has a floor you know what they did. Auto owners went to the ritz carlton and said we apparently guys. Let's stick together. What happened correct yeah correct. There's no floored and you had a couple of guys that were like hot now. I'm not gonna buy which is exactly what they're going to doing this negotiation. They'll sit there and go like hey. We're not no. We're not changing. We're not getting rid of our star players. We don't want to become the n._b._a. Where guys in a different jersey every year that won't happen if you pay your star player if you pay him. He's gonna say pay him. What he'll stay guys don't guys on one uproots up root for one reason and one reason only the money you obey. That's it so if you pay if he's a star player you're going to pay him. He's not done upper. He's is not gonna wanna leave because you're paying them. I i believe they'll just raise the floor. Some that's that's that's. That's their trick. Whether it's whether it's the revs split or whatever it is they they just be you end up raising raising the floor. Some but guys are more aware now guys more aware. We've talked about a lot the players they at least they should be more aware of what's what's going on where he ended the end of the day. Are they willing to miss a paycheck or to know. I mean that's that's really where the where the where the owners always win. Is they had the owners they were within a week there within a week of of the owners missing a preseason game and everybody missing a check and they couldn't do it and they done it. The players would have probably would have won. It will get interesting <hes> if the owners don't you the n._f._l. Does not wanna work stoppage. Nasal things are great. Yes money's coming in and everybody's making a lot of correct. They gotta figure out a way to make this work right. I mean we can do what we do n._f._l. So they gotta figure out a way to make this work i._t. We got a bunch of stuff to get to <hes> jason lex. Gonna join us coming next and i think this is fast. First of all jimmy garoppolo didn't play well last night. We all go way to gaga over. Jimmy g. a year and a half ago. Just five starts ten starts in struggled last night that plus jay z has a new partnership with the national football league and there's a story out the jay z. soon to become a part owner of an n._f._l. Team that that that hasn't sat well with some current players get. T._j.'s perspective could jason whitlock perspective of.

"You start thinking, well maybe they're going to go a little different direction here. Maybe after there's enough homeless or failed. Schools are noth- potholes. Maybe they'll start changing direction a little bit. I hope you're right at him. I just see a lot of fear. I've had a lot of friends of mine, and again, I've had a lot of friends of mine that have like whispered, you know, some of that stuff. The Republicans say, I kind of agree with but. I say. Anybody? There's so much fear of being labeled a sell out or crazy. Or you know, you're not gonna get invited to this event or that event. But. You know what I think actually may get in trouble for saying this, but what I do here is a lot of heterosexual, black men, that are frustrated and feel like. Bail we, we are being eliminated as a voice, and I do I do hear that. I hear a lot of heterosexual, black man that feel like they have no voice in this country. And they don't feel like the current Democratic Left side of the political spectrum gives one flying fuck about them. Well, it's funny when you're talking about fear. Because as I was thinking, Mark applause, mate, fear Trump. But he fears end Shapiro or an association with Ben Shapiro much more than he fears, whatever Trump could do to this country, he fears for his family and his livelihood an association. He'll say he fears Trump. But what he really fears is an association with Ben Shapiro because that will have an effect on his bottom line. And it's interesting that some of the folks, you're talking about whispering. They may say out loud, they fear Trump, but in a weird way they have a bigger fear. And that's the fear of somebody finding out that they don't fear Trump. I blow your mind it does. Because that's the backlash I get because again, I'm not a Trump supporter, but I don't fear him. And I don't think he's the apocalypse. Well, I don't think any politician in terms of your, your family and your community. It doesn't look there's. On far to one side of the spectrum. There's Trump on the other side of the spectrum, there's Maxine Waters, okay? Neither one of them are going to do anything for you boom get used to it. Both the one you hate isn't going to hurt you. And the one you love isn't going to help you VO. So just get the fuck on with it. Gotta do for yourself. That's what I learned from my father. I didn't learn that from my dad, but I learned from listening to you and your tales about your dad, Jason Whitlock speak for yourself which went lock and Marcellus Wiley that returns now after being on hate us after the women's Cup returns July. "Calms with you. Coming up. Former college and NFL running back Reggie Bush. In a conversation about why there is so much violence within the black community suggest it dare he say that the problem is lack of fathers and two other people wait in the host of the show is called Jason Whitlock. Another former football star who did have two parent in the household also suggested that. One of the problems of spirituality, spirituality, so no fathers, lack of spirituality. They didn't say racism. They didn't say police brutality didn't say structural, systemic institutional racism. In a new one. I just now heard Ray vicarious racism as when somebody put something on social media showing a racist act and people are enjoying that. That's now known as vicarious racism. So we have into two racism, systemic racism, structural, racism, unconscious racism, carry us, racism, maybe someday. We'll just get back to good old racism. By the way, one thing about the plastic bag ban. Some people have suggested reusable cloth bags and people love those. But a twenty eleven study by the U K government found that a personally after we use a cotton tote bag one hundred and thirty one time before it was better for climate change than using plastic grocery bag once. Old. The Danish government did a study that took into account environmental impacts beyond simply greenhouse gas emissions including water use damage to ecosystems and air pollution, these factors make cloth bags even worse. They estimate that you'd have to use an organic cotton bag twenty twenty thousand times more than a plastic grocery bag to make it to make using it better for the environment. You'd have to use an organic cotton bag twenty thousand times more than a plastic grocery bag to make using it better for the environment. So good job guys the green police. Always wear when you need them, right? Police. Protecting and conserving the congressman Eric swale. Well, who is announcing his candidacy for the presidency democratic side, he announced its run on the Steve Kobe show. Already done a lot. But I can get more. I've been in congress for six years, I've defended our country from the intelligence committee while democracies on the ropes took a group of young members of congress started a group called future forum, we've gone all over the country to listen to stand up for the next generation of Americans. And I see a country in quicksand. I'm able to solve problems and threats from abroad unable to make life better for people here at home nothing gets done. I've talked to teachers and truckers, and nurses, and the Philippine just running in place. And it's not adding up anything. I've talked to people who are just like me where the first in their family to go to college and got a lot of student debt. Can't buy a home can start a business. I talked to kids who sitting there classroom afraid that they'll be the next victim of gun violence, and they see Washington doing nothing about it. After the moments of silence, and they see lawmakers who love their guns more than love kids. And none of that is going to change until we get a leader who's willing to go big on the issues. We take. On be bold. And the solutions we offer and do good in the way that we govern. I'm ready to solve these problems. I'm running for president United States. The words make America. Great again.
