"Other than the early drops but how can you really give anything i mean. Honestly i'm i'm i'm gonna change it c minus because so much of this game was on offense coming up not doing their part. How can you really give that creative agreed to any party office. I'm going to give them a d. Based on the fact that what is offense has become what is morphed into is an offense that it cannot withstand any negative plays at all and includes drops into that puts an extra Onus on the receivers to always have to play out of their minds essentially and they didn't they didn't especially early in this game that's going to give him a d. steel dog. Ada gives us two dollars thoughts on giving up before the half one minute ago. Guys which our thoughts on that brian. He's referring to after the pick six or is about a minute left. They had two time outs. They elected to just kind of ride it out so i've got to buddies that are brothers. That i- texts to in the middle of the games all the time and i shocked them. Because i'm the eternal optimist of the group. And i'm one of the guys that i was so angry about that i really was and i wrote two words. One starwood chicken and i'm not going anywhere. Were else from there. You use your imagination. I thought it was a cop out. I thought you know what you've got a minute left you get to. I know they didn't get the down on first and second and they were saying. Oh with a timeout. So going gonna wait. Now come on get three out of that. Show some show some patchett. They didn't lived in their fears. Yeah dave thoughts. That's a tough one. Just because after give it up the pick six and the defense ruling that first half and then you're going to roll into half-time down because your offense allowed them to score. That's i mean i could. I could see it either way I i wasn't that torn up about it. But at the same time i would have been. I would've felt all right if they'd at least oh my goodness if they would've actually had to punt the ball back really would have been furious if you know what i mean. So part of me is like maybe that was the right call. Well but the problem was is like he just said the defense had been dominating the entire half and so i can see both sides of the coin will put it that all right. Let's get to the super chats. Macho gives us eleven dollars and two cents. He says playoff. I secured in the by seemingly unlikely with how we're playing. What would what would wins going forward Help with obviously. They're they're wins but why not rest starts with a k. Hypothetically saying basically saying with the playoffs already locked up. What's what is the good for even seating basically. Why don't we just rest. Certain guys and then get through the regular season and hopefully be good for the playoffs. I don't necessarily buy into that logic not the way they're playing okay. I don't think there's anyone on that team that should be able to say rests up for the postseason. There's a lot of. There's a lot of so figure out loud to sofi cams are x. Gives us four. ninety ninety. says the rest of the bengals next monday. Get back on track. The whole team look gas. Nothing like playing the bungles. Get right You can look at it that way. Some can say that this is the final leg of that. Three games in twelve days stretch. Maybe they just need a week to kind of get right back track not not so much from a though they're gonna play the bengals which i mean that doesn't hurt but also the fact that they're actually going to have a regular week this week for the first time in a long time so i will say all right. Let's go to steph. She says last like last week if not even losing that stinks. How lost if we've moved the ball and lost by three. But you have something to build on. I think that's kind of the sentiment here. It's not just the fact that they're losing. Its how they're losing. It's just ugly. it's ugly there's so many different issues. just awful awful five dollars from m. f. n. royalty next game should be bounced back. We'll be okay here. we go steelers. Go love the optimism. Normally don't have that your extra. What can i say something real quick. We just got conduct box. Come on august holidays. They're trying to get to all. These aren't to begin us. Four ninety nine hundred. I feel like it's time for a culture change. I'm at the point where ben needs to call it. Steelers still holding onto that big band era. That is gone. I don't know we'll see Adrian schism four ninety nine cents from. Cvs quote ben with a knee problems. Do you think he's playing with major knee issues. I sent this to dave The link rpm. I the previews slack channel and that was a report from jason lockenfora. And he said there's some sources in the log in the steelers organization that are worried about his knees I other than the fact that in the dallas game. He left the game early at the end of the first to get his knees checked on And then the week that he didn't practice there's been no reports of any issues at all now. I'm sure thomas had asked about it but guys. Are you concerned about his knees at all. Brian there can always be a concern. But then i look at the source. And i see jason lockenfora and look jason robards. Jason miranda's jason seaver played by the great alan thicke would be more credible than jason lockenfora at this point so it didn't seem like his knees were the problem..

"Then. if I'm not careful, a musical comedy will break out so I try not to Overdo it because I can only write so many musical comedies per day. Is that something you would ever get into an agricultural sense on your farm? No. Not just yet because it's not federally regulated still like which is so crazy at any time unmarked federal agents could appear in your city that would never happen. And they could destroy your plants you know or they could seize your property or something. So it's to me it's it's not really a safe agricultural bet just yet even though plenty of huge corporations are making billions of dollars off cannabis while many small time cannabis offenders still sit in jail, which is which totally bizarre. And if I were to have a crop, let's say I would also need to promote that crop right like Willie Nelson has a has a wage strain, right or we'd variety. I still want to stay in that Mister Rogers Lane I still would love to be on sesame street again. So with that I'm not gonNA put my name a strain of. "Welcome back on, JV crime to third host of the conscious millionaire show, I'm here with our very special featured guest brother, James He is the author of the book with our words We create, and also the incredible CD that I happen to own habits signed by brother James when I met him. labral could Gabbara and now we're going to go deeper. Yes, we are. We're going to discuss the words and music. We listen to so let's let's take that to another level. We were talking about it earlier in the show in talking about the power of music, motivation and mindfulness for entrepreneurs. How should entrepreneurs if they really want to be empowered by the music? They listen to not just distracted, not just a background, but something that's going to be an important part of their daily ritual. How she'd they choose those words and the music that they listen to? Love US! I think the first way that you start to make choices in general is by understanding the outcomes you're after. What are the targets that you're after a night? Unless to say in this case, it's your business. What is the target your after for Whatever that target is whatever your outcome is if you reverse engineer at? What type of skills strategies tools you need to implement in order to go after that target and turn that target or that goal at dream into reality, and then what type of person do you need to become in order to have those skills? Those rituals, those techniques, those habits. Who Do you need to become in order to create a outcome and you can. Can say okay. What type of words does that person listen to? And what am I most interested in right now is it becoming more connected to gratitude is I might do I need to be someone who's a little bit more motivated towards like being courageous, and then you can just go google words that can kind of fit your values now here's the deal. When I searched motivational music, I searched like some of these songs that come up that come up in Google, search. Even when I put specific words, they aren't always songs that are in what would be called the appreciative Lens, the positive lands so you do have to go out there and actually do a lot of trial and error to find your jam to find your Song So. Don't get frustrated. You can always go to brother James and no, you're GONNA get basically ninety nine point nine percent of that. Some art aside recommend Jason Miranda's. Michael Frontier. Andy Grammer Chris Greenwood manifest. Hamble of artists you can go to, and you're going to be in the seventy to eighty percent positive ratio on the words they use, but again just to backtrack that all the way to the beginning. What's your goal? Who Do you need to become to hit the goal? And then? What type of words do you need to put into your mind to become that person that can create those types of results what I love? Love about this brother. James is that you started with not where am I and I? Want to shift from where I am. But where do I want to go? And who do I want to become and you know that's a very powerful question. I ask it of all my clients and I ask them especially at the beginning of the year. Who Do you need to become to make this the best year of your life? And then start to imagine oh, because that changes our habits that changes how we use our time that changes what we say to ourselves, the affirmations that changes the ritual we create for ourselves. That changes our diet. You were talking earlier about you're totally plant based. I'm eighty percent plant base. Here's what I found. Use It when I cut carbs and sugars when I cut caffeine. When I cut alcohol that those things were actually interfering with the way I thought and the way I felt and actually depressed me. Now I don't mean like foregone depression but I, mean they've depressed by whole system? They brought me down. Whereas when I'm eating now in my case, fish works well for me. you know it up lifts me, but when I'm eating all these plants that are so healthy, my energy is actually more positive. My thoughts are more positive. My energy takes me to a place of of innovation and creativity because I'm thinking about Oh. Wow, what can I do with my life to make a bigger difference today? Absolutely it's it's the. Not To oversimplify it. And to make it really easy what we're talking about. IS THE BE. Do have model versus the do have be model. We're taught is. Fantastic phrasing. Would you say that one more time for everyone? Absolutely. What I hear when when we're going back and forth right now when you ask the question, the answer, and then you and you add on like beautifully. You added on what we're talking about to make it really simple as. If we become the person that we need to be to do the things that are needed to be done, we can have anything that we want. Now. What is that we WANNA have? It's where I started. What is the outcome what we WANNA have what we want to obtain. What's the goal was the three? Was the bulls eye? If we're not clear on that? who were going to be is it's a it's a wild card. It's like you don't know to. We gotta understand what it is. We want initially. What does the outcome rafter so that we can backtrack and state? Now, what would I need to do? And who do I need to be what we're taught? And that's called be do have many of us think. If we do this thing. Right we'll have all this stuff. And then will be this person. Ample there's a really classic example. Please do..

"Is say summarize concert Jason. Miranda's Day Jason Morales announced that he is doing. He lives in concert. Four three tomorrow study at ten. Am La Times. So if you ever want to see Jason Morass perform live or if you're a huge fan just loved his shows. He's doing a live concert livestream tomorrow. I supply to make once again portrays morass concert here on yours really song but everything else as well and then the number one thing on the Internet for me in a whole bunch of people right now denies and club quarantine. If you don't know about club quarantine you ain't quarantining right. He basically has been live streaming him spinning records. Now you're asking yourself. Why is this interesting? Because he plays the jams. Doggone playthings the jams. He has well over. One hundred thousand people watching his livestream feet because he's just clubbing with the whole. Dj Set and the music is Bob. He's got so many people listening to him and he hosts these things including the Obama who was under live feed is giving him compliments like. That's my jam Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah. So it's made the number one thing for free right now on the Internet is club quarantine and all of these recommendations. We'll be on our social with the Lake. So if you're interested in a way to kill time it has nothing to do with television or nothing to do with smoking pot and kill some times and maybe even learn grow a little bit at the same time will usually the two things that you just said. One leads to the other usually. It's the second thing. Imagine which goes to the first thing which means you get nailed to the couch. And that's the end of the day. Thank you pretty quickly. Blake but you can. Certainly you can certainly do something things while still sitting on the couch with your pat or your iphone or your hand and smoke so you can actually do three things at once..

"That did the ten of you it's like the modern day Wu Tang brass band the the no bs ban. How much would it cost nobody CBS by the way don't don't do that thing of clay? It's going to range between a dollar and fifty thousand dollars. I mean is there. Is there a hard fi because it's espn we have to know what are you going to charge for. The listeners authored a book. Is there a minimum fee the minimum not if you're if you're a friend you know you know how it is always can get it for friends for strangers. I you know we hover around Kincaid Five K. ten K. and he said stranger so you're more strange. It's going to cost more money so if you're more in the middle costs but if you're strange earth really really cool hey we'll just do it for whatever if you WanNa make it very difficult. It might be thirty K. She'll sounds sounds like a hot deal right now. Now here's what I would pay for. I would pay that amount if you would allow me to play my Malaga with your band to Milwaukee we know what to do. You have them a Lotta. It's not really a BRA considered in the brass family but you know what a melodic is if not instrument but that's okay. We have a saxophone the player also I have them a Lotta. I'll bring you do your plan. Oh Yeah I would pay you that amount if you would allow me me to come to a GIG and play one GIG with you. What do you want to play a little bit of Sinatra? I like some of Michael blaze songs. I don't know if you've ever heard of manilow great yeah that might not be quite fitting for your band but it's the kind of music I like so if we could meet in the middle for Natura under my skin from the live account basically in the in the sand the best in my opinion the best manach record live at the Sands Count Basie Orchestra under my you got you got. You can't blame a deal but I have audio of Joe Plan plan a Lotta which is interesting because I don't know that she knew that she had audio. Is this the first few different clips and you can hear teak her melodic applying. They're just kind and just let her know what she could do better here. We let me play here on keyed up here. This is Gary. I think we're ready the Sunday take us to the next level. It's more Kalama track. Oh Wow that song. That's a really big right now. Nether regions of the Appalachian foothills where there is no Internet service Reggie Reggie. What did you say you've done better? I mean just overall was it just the attitude was it was the not having an attitude of gratitude it wouldn't have made it it wouldn't made it for the no. Bs Band but I could have walked up the stairs to Forbes. I could've done that. I feel like the only thing with that is really see. I'll be happy Elcano Elcano now Reggie I work. What are my clients I work with? His name is Colton Dixon. He signed to Atlantic records in his. Anr Is David Silverstein who represents Ed Ed Sheeran and Jason Miranda's will and Cola has explained to me and kind of share with me how people get paid in the music industry. So if you're on spotify right now can listeners I find the no. Bs Band on on spotify. Can they find you absolutely this is no bs brass band Novi Grad and what's a song listen to what's a song they should listen to us. One more saw Michelle checkout. We had three and bounce. We have run around. We have covers. A couple of cool covers the cover we're of a everyone wants to rule the world for fears. That's really great. We have a cover of take on me by a Ha that's on there and we I have spy-versus-spy fully six full length records of live record. They'd be made at our tenth anniversary show last year. That's on there I'm GonNa with so much stuff to listen I'M GONNA play everybody wants to rule the world a little segment of it and I'd like for you to explain to us how artists like yourself get paid when we stream music some acute up quicker. This is a live version here. We go this. Is You jam now. This is at a wealth this. Is You next year's Christmas party for your party. I have the ability to play hits in the future before they happen. Oh Yeah we're going to the chorus here. We go and so good there. They are folks. You can hire these guys. You should hire. Are these guys you get everybody out there. You can feed a Reggie and ten other nine dudes for as little as five thousand. If you're more strange a stranger it's could be more. Can we ten thousand but you can hire these guys. It's a great deal now. If there's going spotify and they start to streaming music how do you get paid very nearly very eagerly you get paid through like as CAPRA. BMI's through like which is AH organizations that collect royalties from all different types of services whether it'd be radio play TV player or things like spotify and it rolls over into an account yeah so I think it's like there's so many thousands of of strains that it takes to make even one dollar so usually the only people that are making money off the streaming are huge label label artists that are getting millions and millions and millions of streams and it's still mostly an advertisement than it is something they're making money off of. I would say most artists making money's plant show now plan shows and March. Have you ever thought about teaming up with the method man yeah I mean routine forever. Come on. I'm going go. I feel like I feel like he's available. He tried. Have you tried reaching out. I think he should do it. You know what I'm going to reach out to them. I don't have the phone number. I'm sure that you do. I know you're the insider. Oh and we'll get inside the chambers touring secret Manati. Take on these version spot the spot entertain. Wow I see this video so people really. It sounds like it's so good dude. Here loves it so I gotta ask what's the future of the group right now and then kills GonNa want me yet again took that theme going. What what are the future of the group? Are you guys. He added vocalist here. Are you putting out another album or are you a touring around surely absolutely that would save the immediate idiot focus right now is finishing up our brand new album which will be our seventh album with new vocalist and getting on your stuff together and back back on the road hitting jazz festivals and and playing shows up on east coast and West Coast and Canada Europe and everywhere else. That's invested next move. Nobody expressed Jill back to you. Reggie I know your musician full time musician but you also definitely have the mind of an entrepreneur which you have to be as well being a full time musician I if I'm in a struggling thing band or a startup band as a singer or piano player what what have you. What is your advice looking back left eleven years to somebody like me I would say my advice would be is to check and get yourself less unlike every project you get started on finish it even if you think it's even if you don't if you it's great someone might think it's great and if your plan is to continue to keep making art just key making 'cause the first records always going to be a first record? Your second rick is always going to be a second record and you're gonNA keep getting better and all of the Gigs Leagues and people wanting to talk to you and all this things all that stuff snowballs after the music being something that connects to people you know however you do you know so I would say keep making stuff make as much stuff as possible. You know 'cause when you're young. All you have is time. That's when you get older. Your time is the thing that you're siphoning money. You have a little bit more money. You get older. You have way less time time. It's kind of what you need to think and make art. You know yeah so first first of all I love your music. I it reminds me my dad and I used to listen to that music that type of music that style growing up and so it brings back all kinds of emotions for me I I love your attitude about it and that you just have committed to it and not to mention that it just excellent but I'm just curious and my last question for you have have you ever had to part with one of your band members because it wasn't working out because eleven years is a long time and if if all of you have been together for that long that would be amazing but have you ever had to make a decision where you said it's it's no longer the two of the note you you can no longer be part of this beautiful thing I mean kind not we never had to. We've never full on fired. Anybody you know we've we've been inspired by people you know but throughout the years you know as the people's lives change people move when people grow up and have children older in or whatever it is. They're GONNA do just go in a different direction. You know if you agree with other answer personally it's it can be pretty tough especially when you're trying to you know you can't really replace a friend and you know you can only try to. That's the difference between bands and just company. Well not necessarily true companies you end up having real relationships too but it's tough when you're when you're doing with your friends and your friends and money starts intersect you know that can always be tumultuous mantra lists so you know you know going through those things we just tried to like clear as best as possible and you know speak speak your truth is what you got it and continue to make the are that you're trying to make or keep going on for with your company and hopefully you can leave on terms aren't horrible but that might not necessarily be possible from and I guess that's just Kinda humans. Are you know there's going to be bad. There's going to be bad yeah yeah and that's the whole thing about personalities. You know. There's WE'RE GONNA have bad times. You know it's a really close friends. You hope you can come around to it. Eventually you know especially in the music music world but yes definitely tough and a real a real part of the life of dislikes rambling answer. I'm so impressed by Oh you and your.

"St. argument was needed. Arguing different. If there's a lot more listened to a Frankie, Valli saw then damn. Where else always been around for eighty years, I'm sure he's had a lot of lists doesn't matter. I'm telling you Spotify hasn't been changed argument, initially it was whose name to young people weird out for you comment. And I went back saying I think you can identify the songs more with Frankie out the name itself, who cares to misty misty what you want to say. So Terry is so right. Oh, weird. Al is awesome. Yes. Why? Creative. I do agree with you. That it's not something I think damn out over and over. It's kinda like a one hit ha ha. That's great. But he is very creative and sorry, but I have no idea Frankie Valli is are you kidding? I guarantee if you played. What sherry? I will tell you this. There's the there's the one anomaly, girl that likes where now because most girls. When I went to weird Al concert, mostly girls. Seriously? Mostly actually, what do you wanna say about this? Apparently they're out there. Judge friend, go to somebody name. Big, would you say about weird Al verse Frankie Valli? Weird Al all day long just eat it. Michael Jackson beat it came out and weird out. Did just eat it and the videos, mashed up like his reduction in, like making his videos is just as good as whoever he's making a parody of agreed the best to do it. That's all. Pallets Josh what he wants to about word Alvarez Frankie Valli are you serious right now? You're definitely right. All about. Oh, yeah. That's amazing parody learning that the weird Al fans, though are hard core like Frankie Valli like it's not worth it. Except for Jason. You're taking calls on air how great Allen. For the store. Use been our Frankie Valli who's ninety years old whose concerts might have eight hundred people at him. No. They sell out every small theaters, you pack is three thousand. Okay. Well, when they were here at white oak, there was five and they're exceptionally expensive. Okay. What's the one carry? He sold that out to Deepak cocoa. We had five six thousand people here. I mean weird Al did. So it's more extremely expensive tickets. Okay. Retired people talk about valley. We're still talking about them. Weird al. I need you to call back. All right. Let's go to Casey. Casey, what do you wanna say Casey? Is more known to the nineteen year olds eighteen year olds out there, then whoever the Frankie duties? Jersey boys. Brought it back. If you watch the jersey boys. This is twenty and she didn't know who it was. But recognized all the song. I'm sorry. We're talking about a quality of song time about a guy that writes parodies over a guy that's in the rock and Roll Hall offensive original music. That's a different argument. I would say, yeah, I mean yeah, they're still arguing about Emily let you wanna say. I want to say that I love out, pretty much love them. That was born and I have no clue Frankie Valli. Exactly. Thank you. All right. We can take calls literally all day, but we don't have time this move on. AM will not happen, by the way, weird, AL's album. Number one beat out the hitmaker, Jason Miranda's. All right. Still still chasing Moran. Y'all can hey if you want just making people man that weird Al fans. All right. Let's go quick, draw Jozies in for Katie so everytime Jozies in for Katie. She plays intern hugs. So Josie versus intern hugs. Quick draw is coming up.

"Healthy guys. Why are you guys ready for New Year's quote? Yeah. Okay. It's time because we're starting off twenty nineteen with a big nice beginning. Not that. I thought. Okay. Randy you always know that we're going to start recording these you should find. I know she's all up in our asses to start recording. And then she takes a million years to get healthy literally for the past five minutes. She's like, I guess I'll just sit here loan in to nothing, then I guess you could have found your quote that you've bookmarked. Okay. Are you ready? Yes. This is. Oh, sorry. Why are he says, okay? It's so many complaints about the dogs Dale away. Now, we do ready. Brave girl. Promise me, you will not shrink yourself in order to make others feel comfortable that wants for you shackling actually kind of like that one. You do tell me why let's get into it. Let's unpack this. I like when motivational quotes, are inspirational quotes aren't to metaphorical. So something you can just take him. Be like, okay. Have you ever shrunk yourself to fit in with other losers? Yeah. Of course, I am the loser. People shrink down four. That's not true. I'm pretty sure on ninety nine percent. That's the way that works shrunk myself down for like all of my twenty s and then I was like well this, and that's why I only have like five FRANZ now. Yeah. And you're like cut the bullshit cut it out that. Okay. Oh my God. We're already starting out. I'm trying to be more positive, you know, and accepting and nice twenty nine till it's gonna. To be a good year for me, you guys. Okay today when we come back what I'm so excited about this. So I'll tell you a little bit of a story. And then we'll come back. So every year this is well, okay. Can't talk. Okay. So way, we will be back in twenty ten I moved to Los Angeles. And I was living up the street from Christina Perri who has already living here, and it was like close to New Year's, and we were sort of hanging out on my verandah of my shitty apartment that I shared with two people, and we're both like I'd kind of recently retired from dancing, and she her music career is like doing nothing and genuine played any shows or anything, and we're both like what the hell are we doing with our lives? We looked out. So the capital records building. And we're like we should write a letter to the universe in like, really set our intention. So that year the first ever letter to the universe. I wrote like quit DIKO get bangs like stop waiting. Stay stop dating. And Christina was like she went in. She liked what balsa while it was like play three shows meet Jason Miranda's get a record deal like really lofty goals that at the time. We're looking at each other like oh thunder for comes true global. You'll ever meet Jason Morad. I'll never meet Jeeva we ever diet coke. Yeah. Exactly. So then we hung them up on our mirrors. And we looked at them everyday for the year. And it was the year that Christina recorded jar of hearts, and I gave it to my friend Stacy Tuckey who was a Kroger for she used it on. So you think you can dance it went to number one that night that was back when like that many people were watching. So you thinking ads Christina signed a record deal. She played like three hundred shows she met Jason Mraz flew to London wrote songs with him thought. She maybe maybe it was a love with him for like a second. And that was like, I don't even like, I don't even want Jason. Whereas like he was like the most amazing year. So everything on her list happened like it was I remember the for summer eating sushi together, and like I was teaching dance. So I had a little bit more money, and I would always buy lunch. And she was like I've got this because she had gotten this like record advance from Atlantic. And it all gets deposited into your Bank account like one day to go from having like minus twenty dollars to legs zero zero zero. There's like crazy anyway. So then from. Then on we were like, we always have these letters to the universe..
