"With Jason Hammer, who is very, very, very festive. Today. I'm a need a picture with you. I'm telling you, if there ever were a show that's designed to have a great Saint Patrick's Day program. It's the Hammer and Nigel Show. Now let's Let's describe her quick what you're wearing to be described. Go ahead, Rob. You gotta do the play by play here, so hammer standing up. It is a clover jacket, clover matching pants in His green and white. The tie comes with it also green and white and a white shirt. I would describe this for you, by your standards as dressed to the nines. This is something I could wear it a wedding. Yes, yeah, you could. You could have had limited to weddings in March or Irish couples. Okay, fair and you are. You are famous for your ensemble's You do the Big Fourth of July blowout. Other various holidays. You are known to participate, which Great. I have no shame for me to ask the price of such a suit. Is that inappropriate? This suit came at a major discount because I didn't plan on buying the suit. I was in a target with the better half and I saw the clearance aisle and this beautiful bastard was on the clearance aisle. And I said, Well, you're coming home with May you know, 19 year old Jason hammered talking to chicks. You're coming home with May 40 year old Jason Hammer. Sing this suit on the clearance rack. Same speed. What does that mean? Like price wise 25 bucks? Oh, that is awesome. I want that suit. They I assume that they're normally Morrell expensive. But this was on the clearance racks. All right, because it was probably like June or something. Right? Here's the summer. Now we have a very important topic to get to. But before we do that you had a bit of a run in on your way to work today. Yes. So lucky that I'm here. Lucky that I'm alive because I'm driving in another noise street. Approaching the arts garden, where it's always a red light from starting to slow down. There's this guy and he just swerves over into my lane. No turn signal, So I have to like, quickly check my mirror, Bob and weave, so I don't take out cars next to me. The car had two stickers on its window. Teachers against Trump. So teachers against Trump Guy almost killed May My gosh like to point out that my wife, you know she's off right now, but as a teacher, and they almost killed her husband, Maybe it's also the same group. That's you know, a holes against turn signals. I don't know. But shout out to the multiple sticker car that almost killed May Did you do the honking and the finger flashes? Yes, And what Lay on the horn. It's about a good five seconds because I really want to get my money's worth. That's how I do, too. And I have to pass the car because I have to see if they look as dumb as they drive out to give the glare right. Glare the finger, all of it and you do the universal. What the hell? Like with your hands, and that's where the finger is. And I'm usually mouthing an expletive. Yeah, you are one of the nicest guys I've ever met. But at the same time I've long said you're about the last person I would want angry at. I'm like O J E could do the naked gun movie, But don't cross me, eh? All right. So we have to get to something very just never heard anybody compare themselves O. J. In that context, we have to get to this very important topic because Mark and I had a long debate about this, and I knew you.

But first I do have to say something nice about you. Which pains me A e love any time I have to say something nice about Rob. Rob has to say something nice about me. There's a disclaimer. We all owe you a giant. Thank you. You have the star power, apparently to get the Gymboree Open here in Emma's. Job. I'm a problem solver. Some people just complained some people solve problems. I solved the problem You did. And then there it is. What did you stay strong has strong arm. Do you use your good looks, your charms And this is the art of the deal. And if you really want the secret, you're gonna have to buy my book one day, But I simply went to the HR staff and said All right, one of the problems Why can't our in house gym open up? And explain to me what the issues were. I presented some solutions A couple hours later. Boom goes the dynamite. You're welcome. Emma. Cindy. Gosh, Would you like to go to a Brownsburg Town Council meeting with me on Thursday? Because I'm gonna go presents the solutions. But I'm taking a tad different approach. You're gonna walk into that joint, and it's gonna be like stone cold walking into the ring at WrestleMania. Like the minute the doors opening the council meeting. I expect to hear the glass breaking by God. Business is about to pick up that Rob Kendall's music. Coming up next hour I'm gonna have I think it'll be the epic rant of all rants about. He's completely awful corrupt, irresponsible people that are running my town. But that little bit will be next hour here and rub his shoulders so I don't have to be. Oh, no, that's completely inappropriate and awful, but I am excited to hear it. This is like a paper view off the rails. Right? So we were having this conversation and hammer and I I think we are in agreement on this. Wrong and and mark. It clearly disagrees with us. Can who we love is an engineer here. He's the best he's ever super nice guy from terror hopes. We have all sorts of great Terra haute conversations, uh, brought his dog in tow work, which should happen way more often. The dog was Parading around the radio station. He was saying hello and hammered iron. Not down with that. I don't know why And how dare you? Well, the represented from beach Growth can make his case So I'm sitting in my back office and I'm working on this show lining up things. I want to talk about this strange animal runs in my office and start sniffing.

"Jason Hammer is here where you're going to hook up Live with Tony Katz for Tuesdays with Tony Broadcasting out of his basement since he went to that Republican convention in March on what was it like? One person had the Roda and so everybody there from all across the country had to quarantine for three weeks, including you, right? Was that that was that was march That was march. And so I did the show from Home and I've never left one person back in March in Tony's like, Screw it. I'm still quarantining. It's very important to quarantine. It's very important to stay away from lots and lots and lots of people and not drive downtown. I find it to be very refreshing. Personal. Well, Tony, you got one thing wrong here. There's nobody in this building to be around anyway. So whether or not you're staying home or you coming here Like hammers said it looks like every day at five o'clock here. Yeah, Give me a skit. Really Like Why? Why even try, you might run into somebody. They might wanna have a conversation. Maybe there's a finds. Why bother? Stay where you are. Can actually you could accidentally walk out of your studio with a mask here on floor five and get accosted by some of the other people that work here. I have yet to be accosted by. I've heard stories of people being in constant. It's certainly in our building, but another place. I think I already got a lecture. Didn't your producer got a good finger wagging by somebody? I don't even know what they do on this fifth floor here, but somebody was wagging that finger and moving their finger. Your producer. Look, I don't know what he doesn't miss off time. As long as he shows up to produce. We're all good. Hey, Tony, What's the number? One thing people need to know that may not be paying attention to the aftermath of this presidential election, like Trump is still fighting. And when I read about all these little or maybe not so little anomalies with you, you know, like caring vote to dead people Voting Dominion voting systems. Inconsistencies in Milwaukee, Detroit in Philly, like they seem to add up. Are they adding up to anything, though? What's the one glaring thing people need to be looking out for? And do you ultimately still think it's going to be buying in the Oval Office when it's all said and done, so there's a difference between things you notice. And whether or not they could be proven in the timely fashion necessary, right. Those are two very different things. I think the odds are 1%. That Joe Biden isn't inaugurated on January 2020 21. That does not mean I don't think there are issues specifically to Pennsylvania and this idea of curing ballots. You have Allegheny County, which was Pittsburgh and Philadelphia County, Philadelphia, and they saw a balance that one sign on the outside envelope as the melons are supposed to and they call people said Come sign. Well, that's called curing the ballot. But that opportunity wasn't offered to people who voted in Republican counties. So de facto those in Republican counties. You didn't sign the outside of the envelope were disenfranchised, and I'm a believer that all those votes have to go because in those Democratic counties Illegal activity took place. Now Can you go about deciding which ones were cured and which ones weren't and figuring that out? I don't have an answer to that. But is William Jacobson from legal insurrection, com Cornell Law professor said on the show yesterday, one of the biggest problems that Republicans got outmaneuvered in the six months leading up to the election. When you knew it was gonna be our mail in ballots, and they were saying things like signatures didn't have to match And this is why President Trump is so upset with Governor Brian Kemp in Georgia because you're not fighting hard enough to make sure that the signatures All align the The question of what I think the takeaway is, is that Republicans might actually have learned for the first time. That things aren't on the up and up And this whole idea of fighting never ends because there are people who told you resist, resist resist for four years and now Chuck Schumer is saying We should confirm Biden's nominees to the Cabinet before he takes office, right. He did everything possible to keep Trump. People from attaining those Cabinet position was going to say how they know where it is that they haven't even confirmed all Trump's Cabinet upon Mention management for years. So so your question really breaks down into two parts. I believe in the challenges. I believe that people who don't you think that you shouldn't look at this stuff. Those people are too incurious to be allowed to be in power there, too, and curious to be allowed a driver's license. It's dangerous, and especially the Indianapolis media operatic the woke folks all about town who think they know things. If you are not looking into some of this real duplicity, there's no place for you in civil society. Meaning you don't want a civil society because you're not worried about the voter irregularities. Your proving to us that you're not serious about the country you think has to be maintained. You don't want that cunt. It's obvious toc obvious to you, obviously, the people listening, But these people think Biden when drop to look into it all, just sore loser. There are real issues at play. Will they be able to be solved in a way that gets trump the election? I don't think so. I don't think the mathematics of line. I don't think the timing the lines are they still issues that Republicans have to learn from And be constantly exposing. Absolutely. It's Tuesdays with Tony Tony Cats with us here on the Hammer and Nigel Show, all right, So let me go in the other direction here Earlier, you said there's about a 1% chance that Biden is not inaugurated on Inauguration Day. What is the percentage that Donald Trump holds a rally on inauguration Day and announces he's running for 2024 because that's a report coming out of the daily? Beast 200%. No way I'm gonna, I will say it clearly, I don't buy into the Biden numbers at all. And when I say I think he's gonna be inaugurated its because if the state's certifying the electors go forward on December 14th, I don't know if I have any power to stop this from happening. Right. But is anything going to stop Trump? I don't think so. Trump for the next four years running for office is hilarious on DSA. Certainly Republicans are gonna get out of his way and let him go because he's actually living an excellent fighter for them. He's gonna be a fantastic fighter Trump. Unrestrained by by the White House. This is a dream Come true Thistles! Fantastic. The question's gonna be who's going to be his running mate?.

"Waiting. Nigel. Jason Hammer's here will hook up live with Tony catch for Tuesdays with Tony. So, Tony, how you doing? Me? I'm far is you got in trouble on Twitter a little bit today away. Bye. Twitter. Twitter is a special special place for sure. I mean, you could find the story at wnbc dot com. Most definitely, but people, you know, people hear what they want to hear. People get angry the way they want to get angry. On Dove course by showing me how moral indecent they are. You hear that? Your beaver tooth or your fat or or you're a blanking ju Oh, you hear about your malformed soul Wow from from from the pseudo intellectual set. There are three things to remember. I I in no way. Mock anybody for stuttering. It never ever happened, But I can appreciate if someone took it that way. I'm telling you, I didn't You'll have to decide what to do with it, and a lot of people use social media to feel morally superior. I used social media as a lesson for my Children. That only thing that matters are the people who live in this house and what we do and how we act in treat others to the very best of our ability. And if sometimes we don't get it right, you go back and you do what you can To make it right, but that it's about you, and it's not about people who want to, you know, try and feel good about themselves by calling you names. Do you feel like you have to apologize to anybody Could you've made it clear what your intent was? And Nigel and I have said from the very beginning. Never apologize for something you believe in. If you think you were right here. Do you feel like you have to apologize to anybody here? One more question. Yeah. Isn't it always always the thing right to home to people on social media? I I'm sorry. I don't owe you anything. You could agree. Disagree? Be angry all you want. You're not somebody I have to apologize, too. If I was going out and purposefully insulting somebody intending to insult somebody desire into until somebody Maybe. But since that's obviously not the case in every rational minds No. The the idea of it isn't isn't what it's it's about. You know, people who want to be angry or going to be angry. And the literally thousands of tweets that came my way calling me a name. I don't owe them. Any apologies. There are people who will talk about my my son is a stutter. I had somebody reach out to me on Facebook. My son has a stutter and I said, Do you want me to call them? You want me to talk to them because I don't shy away. It's fine by me, right? I didn't insult anybody. I think that's the way it is. And some people, though, felt insulted. That's a different thing. Those people, you know, I like, even if they don't like me, I I can appreciate their point of view. I think that's that, that they, you know, feel away, and they want to share that. People are just gonna name call because they feel that they're somehow moral and superior. You take a look. Three of their tweets, and they're telling Ted Cruz to die in a fire and this one to do this not to do that. I don't owe them anything. And so somebody missed what we're talking about. There's there's more on wnbc dot com, Right? Yeah, The whole thing is, is w A B c. Wait here. Here's I'm not going to read you The tweets Doug Stamper from house of cards tweeted at you. I was actually impressed by that. You know about Kevin Spacey. And when did you know? Well, let's talk about Okay. Let's start when you were talking about the fox and friends the mute button at the presidential debate between Donald Trump and Joe Biden. Is this a good idea? Or is this an awful idea? No, I think it's a really bad idea, and and here's what I was. Discussing. I think the mute button is a bad idea because I want to hear them speak. And it's good for Joe Biden when Donald Trump interrupts because everyone says the first debate was a disaster. Much of it because Trump kept interrupting. But if you have a mute feature, right, and you're muting Donald Trump, he's still going to interrupt Joe Biden. Biden could still hear him. It's that we won't be able to hear him. So now bind us trying to answer trumps, interrupting him and he's gonna you know that he's going to get thrown off his game He's going to get, you know, confused. You have to go back to it. He's going to go over things a few times, right. So I used the expression today on Twitter. He's going to study his way through it. Now I could have said stammer and some people like Oh, that's too close to stutter. A pig a word. You know there was no ill intention. What I said. I just think that it's bad for Biden. See, Trump doesn't mind the interruptions he plays along with. He's a different guy. You could argue that Trump makes you know and go here in sentences. Of course you can. But the very concept of mute button, I think really doesn't work. I did suggest shock collars, since that's my personal one. I don't think the mute button helps by all because Trump interrupting actually helps Biden. And what the hell are we doing here? The point of a debate is to hear a spirited back and forth Now, sometimes it's hard to hear if everybody's yelling over each other, but I like the spirited back and forth. I hope that that is not what's going to get muted in this whole thing. No. So what gets me and it is the first two minutes. From each of them, right? That's that's what's gonna get muted the first two minutes from each of them right where they get to make the statement. I want to hear their statement. I'm not saying I want On Trump Tio Tio interrupt. I don't want him to interrupt that said. You know if he does, I think it helps Biden. But that's the part where you're going to be able to hear from people. Will the NBC moderator ask Joe buying about Hunter, Biden and the emails and the laptops? Or is that going to be left up to Donald Trump? And how big of an issue is this controversy for Joe Biden coming into this election? It should be. Yeah, it should be something that matters. That should be an investigation into this. They're absolutely should be an investigation into this. Where these where the laptop came from How the information got to the FBI. How it then got to the to the New York Post. Then, of course, whether or not these e mails are factual, which there's been corroboration on on a great number of them in terms of you don't even have the Biden team, saying these aren't really emails not saying that right on then was their deals made regarding Um Joe Biden and Hunter, Biden and Ukraine and then the other deals with China. Let's look into it. That's what rational people do. Tuesdays with Tony Tony Katz joining us here on the Hammer and Nigel Show, we have a debate here..

"Dot com Hammer and Nigel Believe characters weirdos 93 ibc Now My name is Nigel. Jason Hammer is here. Um Donald Trump had another press conference earlier this afternoon. Answering more questions on this new book from a Washington post journalist Bob Woodward and the allegations that He had somehow tried to downplay the seriousness of the Roto virus, the American public early on in the pandemic. Donald Trump answers a couple questions. I think one of the big questions you and I both had was. Why did Donald Trump sit down with Bob Woodward? In the first place when, two years ago, Woodward put out a hit piece on Trump called Fear Trump in the White House, where he interviewed members of the Trump administration in and out of the Oval Office, but never interviewed. Donald Trump is total hit job. Total smear job on Donald Trump's So we were wondering why did Donald Trump agree to 18 hours worth of sitdown interviews with Bob Woodward? If two years ago we put out a hit piece on right, and we made the comparison? What if our producer T K done came out with the book? Nigel has a small wiener and then he plans to come out with another book, and you sit down with him for 18 hours. Why would you do that interviewed every girl I've ever been with in my entire life, but Ever actually interviewed me about my small wiener. So? So that was one of the questions he had. I'm going to play a clip here from the press conference earlier today, where he sort of address. Is that why he decided to sit down with Woodward on Denny answers? He talks about this reporter? Really from ABC. Let Trump have it right from the get Go calling Trump basically a liar. And then said Trump compared the virus to the flu. This this clip is about 90 seconds long. It's a little bit long, but it's It's worth a listen. Here you go. Why.

He's going to get that arm loosened up to throw out the first pitch. Washington Nationals Does that start tomorrow. The baseball start tomorrow or Thursday. I believe Thursday. Okay, so we will go live to the Corona Virus press briefing here when it starts, we're keeping a close eye on that word is he's going to talk about some of the progress in terms of vaccines and therapies and Other other positive steps that the United States has taken and especially vaccines. We know this Oxford vaccine trial showed very optimistic results in the fight against Cove in 19 and I'm sure we're likely to hear about Mohr of that. And you know how I know that this is the right thing for the president to be doing because Chuck Schumer came out and said he shouldn't be doing this. Chuck Schumer, crying. Chuck from New York came out, said the president should not be doing this right now. So that's how I know it's 100% the right thing to do. But it is going to be interesting if it's just him right, just him against the press pool because I don't know if Dr Burke's is going to be their doctor. "Is idle Jason hammer city right over here just a quick update twenty four total cases of corona virus in Indiana there has been unfortunately one death as governor Holcomb announced earlier this afternoon and we will reset all of that coming up here in just a few minutes the number of positive cases here in Marion County seven so that is the most in any county in the state of Indiana right now total attested by the way one hundred and thirty nine and we'll have more of the governor's guidelines and some of the updates from governor Holcomb here in just a few minutes in non coronavirus news the NFL players union agreed to a new CBA collective bargaining agreement over the weekend some changes come in professional football if and when it alternately returns this means to new playoff teams in each conference and starting as early as twenty twenty one maybe later but as early as the following in season seventeen regular season games only three in the preseason R. okay with that and I've talked to when I talked to one former NFL player in he said it kind of looks like the players may have gotten a raw deal here some players took to Twitter and they weren't real happy Eric Ebron was one of them Darius Leonard linebacker the colts not happy with the deal that was agreed upon by the players union in actual football news believe it or not there is some there is a big time trade today so the Houston Texans AFC south rival they traded their best player wide receiver de Andre Hopkins to Arizona for their best player running back David Johnson so basically the Texans get a stud running back the cardinals get a stud wide receiver I think as a colts fan I'm good with that get Hopkins out here man kills us in a big headline on profootballtalk dot com another news colts in discussions with Philip rivers doesn't mean that they've signed they signed them but I'm just saying that that's the big headline one of my bare fans for sending me text messages because now kind of the free agency period is getting under way here are the bearers rumored to be in on teddy Bridgewater discussions he was the backup quarterback for the saints but the fact that the bears are actively shopping for quarterback tells you all you need to know about the mystery biscuit experiment that took place in Chicago also again colts in discussions with Philip rivers this is from Sports Illustrated this is from pro football talk does not mean anything is signed all right coming up next governor Holcomb asking all bars and restaurants to become drive through Kerry out only plus corona virus vaccine it actually starts.

"Nigel Jason hammer is here checking on some of the ratings from the cable news outlets during peach meant these these judiciary the house usual hash this year as far this year is visually some like like Arthur like when you're more I have had ten beers CNN as its latest is is lowest primetime ratings in three years the lowest that was that the lower lowest prime time ratings in three years for CNN they have they have just wow taking a dive see what news cycle being as explosive as it's been like we're actually going through the process of impeaching a sitting president and not just any president the most polarizing president we've ever had in CNN that the lowest point in three years at least MSNBC is hating on Donald Trump right they're experiencing a little bit of success fox news is still number one MSNBC is too but CNN can't even be the anti trump station right the average numbers like in prime time the average number boxes like two point two mil M. S. N. B. C. is one point three mil and CNN is six hundred forty thousand more and when you look at that prime time in life is there any body and listen I know their point of view different than mine but is there any body show that you make it a point to say all man I got to see that tonight because I know you're Tucker guy you want to go home and check out Tucker yeah it's funny I he's I I I I like him I mean it it's an adversarial opinion show so he has people on his his his show all the time to disagree with me go out of back and forth that's what I like about it in the most of the time they're not that you had a couple dummies on this week to offer you a like a you know about how how race is that is that the Democrats but he it's adversarial journalism I really really like it and I don't see that on CNN with CNN don lemon everybody on the panel that agrees with each other is it like a nine person panel all nodding their heads in agreement and everything that comes out of each other's now and then say that'll spend it to you what we have a Republican here and on the Morrow come on down have a seat right next to me just only what does that tell you about impeachment as a whole I mean I like it nobody cares nobody's watching it is not exciting nobody is watching nobody's waited or or dissuaded by by these these impeachment hearings man nobody wants to see it you would think CNN being the anti trump network that they are would at least have some decent numbers though I mean let's be honest there are a lot of people that don't like the president so that this tells.

President Trump speaks after Robert Mueller testifies, live stream

"C. angel Ron candles here robber going to go live to the president this is unprecedented here on the a line or press or drop speaking out for the first time since the conclusion of the lower hearings today today the Republican Party our country there was no defense of what Robert followers tried to defend it offers Sir Robert Boller weather is performance was a bad one or a good one I think everybody understands that I think everybody understands what's going on there was no defense this ridiculous hopes his voice that's been going on for a long time pretty much from the time I came down on the escalator with the First Lady it's a disgrace what happened but I think that I proved a lot to everybody in fact some of my biggest opponents road things today that I would not believe that what I've read that I appreciate that they did that this is been a very bad thing for our country despite everything we've been through it's been an incredible years for our country the administration our president me we've done a great job we've got the strongest stock market the best unemployment numbers the most number of people ever working in the history of our country right now almost a hundred and sixty million our military's been rebuilt I'm getting even stronger we've done a great job and we've done it under this terrible phoning plowed a phony club that's all it was and they should be ashamed of themselves absolutely how do you know who knew what was a phony plowed more than anyone else who's in that blur and hello to see everyone of them they all know who is phony stuff you look at the polls the polls are showing it may be more than anybody else or anything else and I've had my best falls and I don't say why what people see what's going on in our country with this whole thing I've been going through it for three years for three years all nonsense this was a very big day for our country this was a very big day for the Republican Party I'd say it was a great day for me but I don't even like to say that it's great I'll tell you what I very much appreciate those incredible warriors if you watch the day on television Republicans that defended thing did something very powerful very important because they were really defending our country more than anything else they were defending our country but they were warriors and they've been warriors role long time and everybody you know it was a hoax is specially the Democrats I wish we could be a fly on the wall in those rooms with the Democrats would go in and talk before and after meetings and they'd be laughing and smiling I'd say can you believe the way getting away with this but in the end they didn't get away with it yeah there is no such a thing he didn't have the right to exonerate you know it's very interesting people mention exoneration that was something where you totally fall that because you know that the right to exonerate was covered very well by congressman Turner but still a conclusion we were take a look at the report be on the record take a look at what he said but what he was forced to say and even your network video network does for every one of these networks you know we had a couple of gauges actually we had about six stages where they all our representatives your network please don't comment that I we're not going to be doing much on a the reason they're not because it's over wikileaks is a hoax just like everything else and all of those problems having to do with for the biggest hoax of all was the what John John and when you saw Robert Maulers stay for the earlier statement that Betty yeah we did a correction later on in the afternoon and you know what that direction was I used you know why because you're afraid do you know one of the most of it is that you because you know what the totally corrected himself in the afternoon as you know that just as well as anybody I don't know whose senses weren't I guess his senses weren't because if you love the whole report you take a look at what they did some of the things that he didn't even know about some of the things you didn't even know what was going on but you know in the end what he did he actually probably came through for a self the performance was obviously not very good at a lot of problems but he showed more than anything else is that this whole thing has been three years of embarrassment and waste of time for our country I you know what the Democrats thought they could win an election like this I think they hurt themselves very badly for twenty twenty I don't know I really don't I don't know yeah good frankly whether or not it would matter to me because he did nothing wrong they did nothing wrong because it's so on a board it was always a very on a board meeting it was only a part of the fake news go ahead say that again your fate news in your right at the top of the list also let me just tell you not what he says is correct shouldn't correct correction we'll find out that's why people don't deal with you because you're not a not a border they are devastated the Democrats lost so big today their party is in shambles right now they've got the squad's leading their party they are a mess where even you take a look at subscribe and you take a look at so many of the people that were the most outspoken and they say this was a devastating day for the Democrats are you know John and everybody else does it this was a devastating day for the Democrats a very and very unfair question because if you look at his direction he took that totally out of place he made his decision based on the facts not based on some role so I would ask that question because you know it's a the Democrats had nothing and now they have less than nothing and I think they're going to lose the twenty twenty election very big and thinking rational say it's because of the path that they chose who knows where it goes I from what I hear they're giving up but I I just say I know them too well they'll never give up they'll go back into the room and they're trying to figure something out this whole thing has been honestly it's been delusion illusion what the media television with other countries this has been a disaster for the Democrats and I think we're gonna win bigger than ever I'm going to West Virginia one of the great state as stated filling Hey look at percentage off I think it's number one or number two in the country and nobody would have believed that West Virginia is going great some going to West Virginia we did have a big case today you know we want this file okay in Washington which frankly you should be asking about that because that's the real deal I can't believe how nice you are going to go ahead give me a because we did nothing wrong nothing was done wrong this is all a big dog and if you look at it today nothing was done wrong now I believe what you're going to you're going to find a lot of things that were done very wrong but that's going on now that's something you have been writing about that has to do with the other side to do with the thing called the investigators let's see what I the traffic break here Donald Trump live at a chopper presser his reaction to molars testimony in front of Congress today rob Kendall filling engine for Jason hammer says trump says the dems are in shambles today that's a devastating for the Democrats to the Democrats are gonna lose the twenty twenty election that's including a congressional seat twentieth thank I'll tell you what he is a role

So that made people out there. Adventure? And here comes this group. I looked to my leftist extra secret service people. It's it's forty one. And he's with some grandkids and stuff and they plug about ten yards or so to my left, and I'm just looking I'm oh my God. There's a former president United States is wild. What the heck? She walks weight and the president man turn around. And he goes, thank you very much. We start chatting again what the hell. What the hell? I was just I just want to say and get out of his way. He goes who's the guy that I worked for back in the day and you hired so capacity. Digger Phelps Notre Dame? Digger? And that's my guy. What's he up to tell them? Some you know, what diggers do it all that stuff? I got some great stories about dig racket Cherokee. And he goes, well, tell me go well really jumped here I have to use the air force. My shoulder. And he says some I was in the service. The.

"Filling in for Jason hammer. The headline from Indy star dot com. Former intern says Brian Bosma tried to intimidate her over alleged sexual encounter rubbed. This allegedly. Happened would Bosma was in his mid thirties round like nineteen Ninety-two saying, yes, she was twenty at the was thirty four at the time. And again, she has named herself candy green is her name. She's come out publicly in the Indy star. And we do know that Brian Bosma has paid a law firm more than forty thousand dollars with campaign funds this year to investigate this woman. He's denied it. He issued a pretty strong statement this according to Brian Bosma, his lawyer, by the way, Linda Pence this unsubstantiated story for over twenty six years ago is unequivocally false. It wasn't true then and it's not true. Now, the source of this claim has been entirely discredited on several occasions. No, responsible journalist, would publish it. My engagement of Linda Pence, a well respected attorney democrat was for the purpose of protecting my rep reputation in a full story by the Indianapolis star. The did you mention happen to mention the specific allegation who can say Alexa, and it was consensual. We should be very clear. She's not accusing him of a crime. Yeah. Yeah. It was consensual activate sexual nature. Okay. Now, she was a democrat house intern at the time, and what's really was. He was he was a member of the house. He was the in the minority. Republicans are in the minority the time this is going to be really interesting to see how this unfolds now to Indy search credit this people are named. It's not according to anonymous sources they've got facts in here. So it's gonna be really interesting to see what comes of this an Brian Bosma was one of the first people to call on courtesy elder resign. This story the any star, by the way, Tony cook. Caitlyn laying and Ryan Martin all contributed to the story. The it says that they were they'd reached out to the Bosma accuser. Green unsolicited last year. As part of a broad examination into the way, Indiana public officials handle sex misconduct allegations. So they didn't this was this was I don't know how you reach out to somebody unsolicited. Well, she didn't reach out to them. They reached out to her and this story of came about. Yeah. If you read between the lines on this somebody gave them this information, which multiple democrat lawmakers are saying they had heard of these allegations. So that name was probably given to them. And again, if you read between the lines candy green, basically says I only came forward because of the way Bosnia's attorney was investigating me. She said there was some intimidation involved. Investigators tracked down friends family members. Former boyfriends ex husband an ex husband even asked questions about her teenage daughter. She said that her and her family say the experience left him shaken more on this at Indy star dot com, and we'll have updates as the. All come about here. I. Do you want to hear when do another local story here on weei? Lob local. Scooters aren't allowed on the interstate? What dot actually? The tweet this out in that tweeted out that anyone who sees? "My name is nigel jason hammer sitting right across from me well we can make it beer sample thursday we can do that well you know my 'compensation schedule here at wabc is not really up there where your guys if i can get a beer out of a instudio appearance i'm all happy bourbon barrel and therefore you absolutely fabulous so last night the indiana house the indiana senate they started blaming each other for allowing tax and gun and technology in school bills all to die let's talk about the gun stuff where do we begin with this well it really starts with a constitutional carry you know we had a bill last year for the third year in a row be introduced that would advance the idea that we don't have to have a license issued by the state in order to cure got an indian if your lawful to possess a handgun your lawful to possess a firearm and you're not a prohibited possessor under either state or federal law then you could carry a handgun without a license issued by the state the basically gives you permission to do with the constitution allows you to do anyway and the legislature didn't pass that last year but they sent it to what we call summer study so we had a whole series of hearings and i testified multiple times at the summer study commission hearings and ultimately they got recommendations out of that committee that included the recommendation that the general assembly should quote remove hurdles that prevent lawabiding hoosiers from carrying handguns in indiana and i'm paraphrasing but that's what it said so then going into this year we said hey we just had a recommendation out of summer study that said remove hurdles that sounds pretty good that sounds like perhaps going to constitutional kerry and then that same bill was introduced constitutional carry and several others and as we went into the session we were pretty optimistic constitutional carry itself was killed by republican leadership i've written articles on wbz in that that's kind of an old discussion now let's hold onto that for a second because that is a headline in itself constitutional carey was killed off by the republicans.
