With more and more remote workers heading back to the office a new study finds many who are working from home, simply aren't getting feedback or the help they might face to face. It's one of the first major studies to demonstrate the downside of remote work, economists at Harvard and elsewhere find that while remote work helps senior workers, it hurts those lower the totem pole in terms of the amount of feedback they receive. There's less supervision and it turns out workers want to know if they did something correctly. How to improve, or even get the chance to run into a higher up in the office to ask for a meeting. It is now in the hands of the Senate, bob Cusack, editor in chief of the hill this morning telling WTO P, he does not think the Senate measure will succeed, but he says there may be longer term problems here for the district. 31 Democrats voted with Republicans to overturn the D.C. criminal code, which would change some mandatory minimum sentences and penalties and increase the right for a jury. It's democratic held in the Senate, and even if Republicans did have a slight majority, they wouldn't have the numbers to get the votes and overcome a filibuster. The American civil liberties union of Virginia says Chesapeake public school officials authorized a Christian club and the good news club in September. And that prompted some area parents to contact the satanic temple to bring an alternative program to the school. The satanic temple says it'll only open a club if other religious groups are operating on campus so that they can provide an alternative to standard religion. The ACLU of Virginia says under the First Amendment, the government can not treat one religious group less favorably than another. "And i want to go back three weeks ago when they started this Group of games that there were going to be playing within their own division and including the yankees and remember how important i said this was going to be for them and right now i think in the last what seventeen games i think there are seven and ten i believe very mediocre at best below average for shore records are playing good teams. That are playing teams in there. Well no it's more. It's more than that actually. They're not good. And here's i'm going to read you one tweet and this goes to show what i was saying earlier about. If the mets jared walsh's an example so one guy tweets obsessive com. Put the tweet out last night. After the alonzo home runs. How's that for offense blah blah blah blah. Okay fine. it's nothing in the first inning. You dummy not smart one guy responds and there are hundreds if not thousands of responses. But i found this one and to me. This is exactly the problem with this team. Jason farrell on twitter. I'll give him his credit our highest batting averages two sixty to sixty five that's highest batting average hitting mediocre at best. Let's talk again in a week. More out of first place. They don't hit. Now you can say francisco indoor. You're absolutely right. He is the biggest problem no question. And maybe this isn't the greatest statement. Awake because alonzo hit the home run late last night and a couple of a couple of days but he's not doing what you need him to do. And perhaps perhaps we have overrated guys like michael conforto. Perhaps we've overrated guys who i like in jeff mcneil matt great and you look around what they're putting out and trotting out every day up and down. They need someone to hit the baseball and so he's got all this money. He wants to tweet about offense. I suggest he goes and gets some offense okay. So where's you're going to get it from and you know who's available and i guess you'd have to look at some of these teams that obviously and not going to be making the playoffs and some teams that have players that are rising free agency..
