"And also, it's in the show notes. So no, try the mascara. And posted the group about it because you're going to love it. Literally try to mascara and tell me how easy it is to take off. True story. Speaking of taking off, let's switch it up. Good one. Thank you. So she is living at bab's sans kefir. See, this is what makes me upset because she's doing well. Right? And you know what's happening? So she's gonna see kiefer's gonna see if he can stay with his cousin. Right, okay. His cousin, though. But also like, you've had a cousin and you've been like homeless, staying in random beach houses. You know, I don't get it because they need to be together. So they've never been a part since they've dated. So they met, they moved in together. Codependent. Okay, so she's living with Jase. She's focusing on schoolwork and school and work and Babs. So Babs and her talk about respecting each other. And she's like, all right, let's shake it out. And she's like, actually, let's hug on it. And she was like, yeah, I will shake on it. Thank you. But that's what I mean. She's not nice either. No. And then you see like a cute moment like that and then she's like, yeah, just shake your hand and you're like, you know, it's like you can't even like warm up a little bit, nothing. She misses kiefer. So she's ends up babysitting chase wall barbers at work. Well, moms at work. Yeah. Yeah. And she takes them to the store. What did you need? A blinded you need that you had to go out. That was down the block. She's like, I have to. I had to. She had to get like a blunt wrap or something. Right. So she's not allowed to leave the house with him. Okay, so how would you have reacted if you were Babs? I would have been like, you know..

"Always talking about genealogy your family's believed certain way it's just hard to come in there and jesus and say you know what. I'm changing how i think and because to me that's been of all the people are study with. It seems to be the biggest problem with people not come to jesus. They're like well. If i embrace this that means my family or my ancestry ever mistaken more mistake and people don't wanna they don't wanna deal with that right and it's understandable but i think that's what part of this is. I think you're right and it's hard to. It's like you said it's not easy to do. Which is why he's hard. Yeah which is why. Jesus went away with the riffraff and the broken and outcasts. And which leads us to the columnists versus apple's of fishermen which still look if somebody when we we were fishermen we've been on a bank and somebody come down said. Hey y'all come. Follow us out of been line where i mean. This ain't much. But it's something i mean just to pick up and take off. I've seen more than one that. Just watch this where we were down there bad people and look they're like this they just shake their heads bunch. Feel they're still shaking their heads. There's still wonder well. I thought it was interesting. What did they think. Now we know that andrew and and fell up were john the babs disciples. We know that from was john and so they already had common idea about what this was about. And then so i think they were probably present at least whenever john said. This is the lamb of god. The one we've been waiting so andrew first thing he does is goes and tells. Philip tells peter about it because he's thinking you know obviously peters got some abilities that he's thinking this would be i mean he would be just right. I think about it. you're out there. The way they live in. Somebody just comes along. They love got this guy he sees ronald were. They saw him yesterday. And and there's something about the way he talked. It started out like somebody's out here. That's among us that we we. We don't know what this is all about. But they begin and assayed of some even saying he's the messiah. What is he limpert from. They are talking right man and i could see how they will show the slow code. If somebody walked up to me you know. I've never read anything about him. And they started tim about this guy goes around and large crowds are beginning to about him. I would be a little suspect. Yeah absolutely and that's what i was thinking. I wonder how much they were influenced by what they were hearing about. Jesus how much did they actually see. Because they're from this region to aren't seeing it. I yeah i mean. I just wonder what they knew we know from john. Ono's luke luke five that you get a little more detailed account how peter k. Member he was. He asked peter if he could push out on his boat. A little bit to be up so this audience here him. And so peter just listening to what he says and then of course that's when they have the miraculous catch you know he says throw you nets out and so they caught all those fish of course james and john were over there too so that you know he just tells the story matthew but what really happened was it was a miracle. Catch the got their attention but remember peterson. Now they're looking over at. The one was doing the talking. They've been listening to him. Talk them and a lot of fish the fish he he's just pulling off here and it has way of impacting jason's point about repentance in an interesting that peter's response to the miracle was go away from me. Lord i'm a sinful man yup in other words. I'm not worthy donated in your car here. That's exactly right because which is the ultimate repentant thought yup well which goes back to the point. I was trying to make if you're pursuing the miracles you don't realize that god uses the broken and the emptiness in the rest of your life to get your heart in a position to where you're like. Oh i can't do this. Which is what we learned in romans. I mean that was one of the foundational principle cause to the world perspective. They go to a meeting and your promise. And all these miracles. They're looking at their life or like good happened to me. But that's what you that's where you should hang out because that gives you the platform to realize how much you need. Jesus 'cause you made a mess of your show. I think it's more realistic just connected to the miracle worker. I feel pretty good about exactly. I'm like i'm with him well. Has he done a miracle for you today now. But i guarantee you when i die. I'm going to need that one miracle. Yep that's why. I always tell people as a joke. Because they're like you believe in miracles. I'll say i believe in at least one. I will come back from the dead. And that's a biggie. Well.

"What three home runs. Six rb has been one of the best centers on this team batting. Well over three hundred. A sung percentage over eight hundred. And you know going back to springer. Yeah it. it's tough to watch. It was tough to watch and i. It is uncomfortable because we saw the glimpse of him during the very first home. Stand when the jase came back because that was his hottest streak of the season you saw him healthy. Eating home runs every game. We see or we have seen a glimpse of the healthy springer this year. But unfortunately we just haven't seen it enough. But i do give him credit. I agree with you. There's no regrets. They're bringing him back when they did. I would have done the exact same thing over and over again especially the situation. They're in in the month of september. I there's no there's no doubt or there's no fault for what happened But now when you look at it you know is it. Maybe is a maybe a better idea to take this chance and make this push without him for a couple of weeks and you bring them back. you know. Maybe the last week of the season and he's a little bit healthier. I'm not saying that's going to happen. Because i believe he's going to be. There's a chance he's back this weekend but that was what's going through my head at the time going all the way back to that game. He was rolling around in pain. 'cause the thing too is it's not like he's just uncomfortable when he's running walking like you can tell it's impacting his actual and you know he's striking out a lot of week contact and we got a couple of good hits back in the athletic series but hugh a lot of week a lot of we contact and it's affecting obviously numbers but it's also just you know at the time it just. It's affecting his play. That's that's the that's the thing. I'm looking at the moses. It's not like something he's dealing with on the side when he's running a first base it's in the batter's box and that's what concerns me the most and that's why at the time i was saying i remember saying to myself. I'm like maybe it's a better idea as much as it sucks and as much as it's crazy to say but this team's been so good that maybe there's a chance that you take the chance and you shut them down for another couple of weeks and you bring back for that last run but obviously who knows what the.

She couldn't reach your potential. Doing god's way which is something we all think especially between the ages of what twelve to fifteen or we. Don't we well james. James echoes cinema. When he says it's time they start hiding are their genitals. They say yeah. You know who who who who told you. There was something about just walking around naked. Chain shame and we do that too. I got kids a little babies. I also i said you know fred's running around. He's kid he's year and a half two years. Old butt naked has no clue doesn't care. I mean he didn't care everyone seeing him but now he's he's a ten and i promise you he ain't run around the house naked any well saadia but innocence longer than most people. "It is only in in the bible and where it was What was the one. We were just talking about With yeah field with and a few others terms like you can quench spirit. As as a believer the holy spirit lives in you. The most exalted exhaustive texts on the spirit is probably john fourteenth. John seventeen right. But what i was what i was going to say is and people say what was the difference. I big difference. There's a big difference in the meal if you took some milk. Yeah and you drank it. And i think that there's a verse about Given us the spirit to drink in i soil. yep and there's a difference ore. What's this all a good all. These things are good. But there's a difference in it being the milk being on you and in you it will. It has different yup circumstances that affects so i. I just think it's interesting if you want to do that. What i was gonna say is they introduced the kingdom and we read that in matthew. Three one jonah barrington repent for the kingdom as near. We made big deal that bike gas ago. Then jesus in chapter four and seventeen says same thing. Then you have this act here. Where the holy spirit descends on him and he begins his ministry. So when you get to peter heaven the keys to the kingdom which we read and we will read matthew sixteen and this spirit is poured out which they thought they were drawn. All these things are happening. You have miracle signs and wonders going there speaking in ever known language to the world peter declares jesus as the sauna guy. I'd ne- goes through what he did it. All this death barrel resurrection who he was. And they're seeing 'cause it these he then said make he's lord and christ and the people heard it they were cut to the heart then. He said repent be baptized. And then it says you will receive the gift of the holy spirit or to me that statement you will receive the gift the holy spirit. That's gotta be the greatest statement in that whole thing as far as how response and how you're involved in this is my well. Wait a minute because it takes you. Go does not rule the metaphysical. Does that takes you back. To this moment. where he receives the spirit. And there's a declaration. Made which is the point where i'm getting at. Which is god saying because really in our culture. It's more noticeable now than i've ever seen in my lifetime is we have this identity crisis in our culture. I'm not sure if i'm a man. I'm a woman who i am where i'm from will us. We believe we came from god on purpose. And so i know when i heard what jesus did for me and i surrendered. And i'm receiving god's spirit. I really believe that. God made that same declaration about me. This is my son. I love him and i. I'm pleased that he's doing this.

"Take another break. One thing is interesting day so you to your point which is excellent is that god said he did have a plan before he created it so from a biblical perspective. There was always a plan which then gave mankind a purpose yup from the beginning home. And this there's a place he said you know. I got to cover so all the answers. They don't have for trying to increase this by span. He already had laid out. Yeah that's what i found. Fascinating is one of their rules that that got or foundations that started this venture is that they found like a turtle or shark does four hundred years old and they're like well the law the way they put it was. The law of biology is not applying to this shark. Or they're startled. Ms thanks for one hundred years old. So how if that's possible. Then we got us. So they're studying the shark and the tartar thinking well. There's something in their sales so what they're looking at. What gave him four hundred years. Try and so they're like. Let's test this on these poor mice. 'cause you know a lot of them they're just killing 'cause that didn't work get some more mice we heal to. They can see. We're owned a sudden. But i thought it was pretty barbaric and brutal killing a lot of meister in these testing procedures. What happened all this. Oh we're just one big creation. Happy la la land with. They're trying to find that different avenue which to finish my point. Which i think is god's way in through creation to show us that yes there is there since he's a great. You do see things that doesn't make sense about life and you're like oh it is possible if you can make find the creators c. See to it. Paul toe the colossians that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy which depends on human tradition and the basic principle of this world rather than on in christ. So you read that and you say there's a lot of hollow and deceptive philosophy floating around out there. It's a train. Low was so the bible. The bible deals with age span. Because when you read the first six chapters of genesis. The early people and i think is because whatever they were eating. That fruit supplied them with like superhuman genetics. That allow them because they had two thousand years. The had a memorial to write everything live longer and grew bigger. So so they so they're living plus years within the flood happens. We get down. We reboot the earth with family. In god's says are we're not have the low laughs man anymore. Nasa be about one hundred fifty years. Most of those patriarchs they up. That's how long abraham live you know. That's noah lived about one hundred fifty years which is kind of interesting that that's the number as that they are saying they can get back to but then you read along and solves guys at not too long. We're going to cut it back. Some more you know now. David said said three scoring illicit was a psalm. Ninety where he says you know seventy years eighty if you have some strength. Yup you know so. That's now the new normal which is exempt scientific angle of that. He was probably limiting. The seminal that sales that were being produced in your body. They're the eating of the fruit on the tree. And so i'm like i got an answer for you. That's it that's it which which again the science of what they're talking about lands up perfectly with god saying hey i am science i. I am science the author of the whole thing. What's fascinating on. Some of that was is some of the other scientists commenting on the scientists articles. Were like dina's the key there are having these discussions. They're like all comes back down to dna. And i'm like oh so now you're claiming that as something. You came up with this sophisticated code. That's in our bodies that you had absolutely nothing to do with. You just observed that there's a code in each of our sales and you're like that's the key it's it so i'm like but you didn't create that. You're just observing the dna if we can change that dna. I'm like well how about this right. One yourself put it in a little package. Then put it in your body and if you can come up with and they're like well hundreds of years from now maybe we can and then we can live. But that's why the tech industry is the ones that think they can do. 'cause they write code for the computer so they're like we can come up with all this stuff shirley we can come up with the code to extend human life and all i mean that's their thought process what this conversation is leading to is. There are some erroneously saying we are god. That's basically what that was. That's what two hundred billion us you know. we are. God this immortality hang. It's a little tricky. But we'll we'll figure doesn't that lineup with we can do anything doesn't atlantic with the first live that satan said you will not surely die. You will be like got. I mean. that's what he told eve right. I mean the so the whole fangs. We come forward and five thousand fish. Ambition runs far and runs. Why does i think it comes back down to when in matthew nineteen a guy came up to jesus and he said what good thing must idea to get eternal life and jesus you know. Has this conversation about the government. Give up the two hundred billionaire. Yeah yeah he got these day. What sale the two hundred billion. Give it all away and come follow me..

"When i opened up and went public with jesus that twenty i started figuring it out because their response was so shocking so i came up with the three questions. You know what i got. I got three questions for reality. If you answer them better than i can. I'll go get drunk with you. Well that got everybody's attention on my. How did you get on the earth. They're all looking at each other mom which was funny. But i'm like how. Where did the life come from. What are we doing here. How are we leaving. How are we getting off the earth. Course you know what they said. Then he's crazy. Which made me dangerous and share this story in the speeches though that night. None of them responded to. Jesus they all thought i was crazy. They all thought. I was dangerous. But through the years whenever they hit bottom guess who they contacted. It always went back to that conversation because there was no alternative. There was no answers though. I saw a buddy of mine who showed up. We get him a backs backstage. Pass earlier we've told his story a couple times on the podcast. He was the guy who came over to the party house but he didn't realize the guy who lived there had had just come to jesus they came they saw vehicles out because we were studying with another guy and he's like. Hey what are y'all doing scaredy. Though he's like i'm not interested. He goes in the the next rame and starts playing video games and he just overheard what feel shared earlier about. Jesus about the author came out the guy we were studying with. We figured out his name while ago as we were talking about it he wasn't interested. And this guy. Evans said. I won't in on that and like an idiot. I fell in a what he's like. What you share. And so i thought in my mind i thought well. There's no way he can respond without a relationship. There's no way. So i started asking him. Well why do you want to respond. And then he just poured out of him on what he just heard about. God becoming flesh in jesus and he died from us enzi raise. I want i wanna go to heaven. I won't end on this online. Come on i'm here. We are how many years ago was that. Like a number on that. We have put in one of my books. Jc out me a conversion story. Put it one of my book. Some of you might read it but one day. The phone rang and the duck commander as when is answering the phone and and he said i need to order duck call in the process him ordering that duck hall. He used god's name in vain about five times the fifth. Time as i'm jotting down. You know where i'm going to send it now i said. Let me ask you a question. I said why do you keep cursing the only one who can save you from death. Give you immortality and he said you got my duck all coming. I said yeah on the way what ten minutes. Ten minutes goes back bone ranks. Yeah duck commander. He said hey he said. I never thought about that. I said well. I said i looked at. He's just written down. i said you from alabama. I said you know what y'all today i said. I'll make you a bet drive over here. It's about eight nine hour drive. I drive over here. And i'll tell you why you shouldn't be cursing god and he said well i might do that and i said we are to a week goes by knock on the door as they come in and i look over this dude steps in had another guy with him and he should. You know who i am. I said i don't believe i ever matchy. He said i was at guy. There's cursing god. I wanna know why shouldn't do it. I said you have come to the right place. Living room floor. I stole them about. Jesus walked down on the river when they said jesus lord i said i'm glad you drove by man. I said it's kind of interesting way to get you here. Said but the lord's got plans for you. The baptism. i said. Y'all wanna get some dry clothes you down. We all right. they left wet off toward alabama. Seventeen years goes by. I'm speaking at an engaged. A church in alabama. And i got over there some guy. I was eating a little meal with the preacher before the proceedings and some guy walked up he said robinson you remember that guy that on the phone that was cursing god and you call them out on it. As the memo said he was from alabama. He said he's one of the leaders of this church now..

Whether gentile. whether you're jew us staying guilty and there's no way out from under that the only answer the only hope is jesus well we get to romans non and it's like he he's gonna dress jews in particular specifically it's basically like look i understand the ramifications of what i'm saying is if jesus is the linchpin the bottleneck through which to get to god and mo- most of these jews have projected him. There's some that had but most of them had. And i'm i'm going to deal with that. I'm going to deal with the arguments. They have particularly from a defense perspective. Like if the jews were god's chosen people and by and large. They've rejected him. Does this nullify the gospel. Does this show that. it's not true. And he's going to walk through and show. You've you misunderstood that election of that. God's chosen of his people right and they were looking at it from a nationalistic. Just because we're from where we're from. We're we made it. It was funny to this day was still issues. I e exactly. And i think there's something to be said about why you do something matters. It's not necessarily it but why you do. It matters to god and my point. Is this like when you think about right and wrong. Cnn or righteousness when you think about that versus as the grace of god teaches us to say. No you know us. As individuals we focus in going back to israel on the law. They were real familiar with with what you're supposed to do. But i think what they were having trouble with is that this god is forever body in in so you think about how you know. It'd be hard for them to get that because they're like well you're not from israel so you're out went to and to your point. I think that's the whole thing is. Paul makes the point that you were chosen elected as guys people now the the the vehicle for the whole world to know they saw it just the opposite. They thought it all came to them. Yes it's funny. Kasai last night was at the house. And you know he had no idea where we're in this podcast but he asked me pieces. Somebody asked me a question. I don't know the answer to this. I want to ask you. What was it. Because he'll ask me you know by what he saw. Let's say he doesn't know. I know you don't hear that very often in a woodland on me you know. I didn't know what he's and he said he said. How did the jews miss it. I mean how did they miss jesus and it was really great because it rottweiler around this tax and i said well they missed it because they had a wrong narrative of why he came they thought all physical established why even the disciples who spent three years with him and him telling them the last thing they said was is now the time we're gonna stab us. He introduced what is discussing in romans. Nine at rome's to he said There'll be traveling distress wherever human being who does evil. this is under you could call it. The doctrine of condemnation made all of where you get to the jews There will be trouble and distress for every human being. Who does april first for the jew then for the gentile but glory and honor and peace for everyone who does good i ju- then for the gentile. And this incredible statement for god does not show favoritism. By the time you get aromas. He's gonna show you what favouritism looks like. And i'll just to make it practical. So you text me and asked me if i could preach nine through eleven and i wanna say ended up. I couldn't do it because date. But i did that so i wouldn't have to something i i i was like all right. This is a really technical passage. I don't know how preached this in a way that applicable to everybody and then it just kind of hit me. I you know my story of of being a guy who came up you know good family Went to church know. I was associated with christians. It's kinda the same story is the israelites. I had the heart heart. Just like they did at this point. Which was my first argument was well. I don't have to surrender to. Jesus why i'm a good guy you know. That's the first thing which paula limited jus. You're not good. No one's good and then the second thing was well. I mean come from a good family. My lineage is good. Yeah now that's not. And then romans tanis then he lays out. You don't have any excuse in this you you knew you should know the message went to you and so when you get to that when it's me or when you're you're a parent and who's trying to raise children up in the lord and they reject jesus i mean that's exactly what paul's dealing with and nine ten eleven and you miss. It just like dad says he was. He was in charge. He grew up in a christian family. Eighteen goes off to college. He and none of that applied to you. I mean right. You just missed and missions of thousands of time that's right. This is what. I think you try to ride on the faith of others as it just. They won't work because every person has said that personal like you said she made the right call when you grow brought in iras. 'cause i've done this level of aptitude. Whatever that he needs he he's the only one that's like an a plus guy among three c-plus guy that i'm at least a day but it didn't really matter so always starting to get up been started a one c three and go c-plus plus ministries have for that cnn because he's always lower the bar so dad you've met initial point four. We at the house. I wanted to.

"Down our last parting comment would be and i mentioned this to somebody. The other day and manila. Talking about You know the the the great minds in our universities and all that and i said well That little blurb. I did the more not here. i just made. The comment is that some people have a skill set and the scale said is they know what birds sound like so they make devices that sounds lack various birds the difference between a wall and the sound makes and a teal and the sound he makes and he would duck a sound he makes and some people have it in their mind that sound. They build devices that mimic at. I said you can make a great living doing that. You can become known worldwide. If you can just sound like birds you may not have the brains of a college professor but you have a skill set that you actually can market but pretty much. It is that simple. Yeah there's probably one in a billion people who have that skill set. That was kinda my point. I was just telling your most people. Don't wake up in the morning and are worried about and thinking about what bird sound lack. Some case you had a family doctor built around hunters and they ascertain what bird sound like made devices. jc with a one of the pioneers. You were there said. Hey what about this. And i said goodnight jas. You got that. Let's duck. you makes a certain sound jas figured it out with blow in two cows at one. Time one whistle in one quiet because they get while has a whistling quack. Where's the choir which is strange and then we built the call that sounded like it will. It went ballistic because nobody had ever done that. So i just. I don't know abou- listrik but a few people ball. We did for us on rednecks wages. It was ballista allah ballistic. Is you know various driving at fan. Pickup junkie pull up in. You know you're known because jas let's face it you can sound like birds son. That's how you got it. Hey come driving that fine. Big drought is because we convince people who don't duck out to buy duck calls and watch the show about a family. And so i got to give credit to god on that. Because how could you have come up with that. So do you know what your you said. You go in indiana. This is releasing always. Do you know where they've been is or anything about it al. I don't sleep place. Where we know that info. I got the point when i look up. And i'm i'm like what are these horse and buggies. I had no idea where i was going or i have one speech. I'm in your shoes. I'd love to make that little journey. you know. i'm glad you didn't. Because i don't think you'd have come back. You may have. You may have settled there. You can see all in one little white houses but the problem is all your family's pretty much grown. 'cause 'cause i noticed these kids. They're they work. I mean i saw kids doing some manual labor at every turn the one thing which is good day noticed about the i have been in a couple of hours communities before and everybody works and the and what they produce is outstanding where there's furniture food butter. She is fried pie. Which looked this this woman can. She had a basket. And 'cause everybody look people were bringing gifts and all this. I mean nice gifts now. This was a funny thing. This guy comes up now. He didn't look like an amish. but i don't. Was he doing here. So i don't know but he pulled a coin out of his pocket and he's i'm like you know it's kind of awkward on might do i stick hand. And he's like. I want to give you this. 'cause i heard jury ended the same thing i am and so i couldn't really see it but i was like these people seem nice so i didn't know if it was gonna shock my hand. I figured not because that would take some kind of electrical current. We're not really down about. Cheer leery of the having some way of doing a trick out every time like willie for fifteen years would say hair. You'll stick your finger out or it was always something bad happens. I'm kinda leery of that kind of stuff is up any put eighteen fifty four halftime in my hand. Well i was a i. Don't you gave this is us. He said. I know you're a metal detector and i was like. Is that a machine. That's the kind of the way. I said it and he did a little wink. That's just twenty da. Just doing us into their when he pulled out his own. Show me some pictures. I said you may be with a little more liberal group. You know well. And he he had to know about metal detectors from the podcast or was funny is rules. And all you gotta love but feel you know while these people is that because there were there were some the more conservative when stand around those fifteen hundred people you know but they would kind of laugh at it was. I never felt somebody was angry or you about. Because look i i just came out and said i mean you know. Let's the grace of god teaches us to say no. There's i did quote that somewhere in my view my speech. I just can't help. But i did love him. I had to get time and look i. You gotta go buy your own message. We're not policemen. I mean you you. Can't police other police. Then we're all police. And so i mean some of our listeners police and we love you because you send these emails that i hear about you. Know even like we about the josan in their life. They don't have the. Their show is not biblically accurate. They're like the first thing comes up and says this is not the bobble more about the bible. Read it read the bible but this is about people there's dramatization of the people who followed and they dale through imagination creativity into their personality. Let me put it this way. F- everyone rules are no rules. If everyone operated like the amish do we would be better off. Oh no doubt what you think about versus like be aliens and strangers in your culture. I mean there's a lotta verses that talk a lot about what but you're still gonna have looked that's the whole reason this ministry was formed and it was called six twelve. You gotta remember no matter what situation you put put yourself in because you have amish tendencies those struggles between good and evil. They're not going away. In which i think they're groups need to learn that you can literally put your family in a prison. Guess what they're going to still struggle. The grace of god you have to have an encounter. Because of god's grace which is what romans five says through jesus that message breaks.

"So let's get this German Mercedes stuff You have position player on the mound was a 47 MPH pitch. Game's a blowout. And on a three Oh, pitchy swings any parts it into center field. No problem with it. Now last. Do you think I know Tony LaRussa wasn't a manager last year, but you think he would learn even telling the rest of us are leading to learn from people Because of his Hall of Fame status. You would think he would learn from how Jase Danglard was ripped. Basically telling her name that that piece he was wrong for hitting a Grand slam in a similar situation. J. Singler was trying tow protect his buddy Cris Rivers, the manager for the other team. I don't know why he was doing that's little note to this day turned, the Rooster says he gave the take sign between your members. Sadie's crush that home run Just by the time the guys told me the pitch I ran. Took several steps from the dugout onto the field yelling, Take Take Take It's just the way he was set up. I looked to me like he was going to swing and the old times round the bases. I'm out there. None. No, that was upset because that's not a time to swing three and old. And you know what happened? Look over there and No, the twins knew that was upset. So if I got that, right trace it sounds as if he didn't give the sign right away to take. He just thought that you remember status was going to take it when he thought he was about to swing he gives the signer yells out. Take take take from the dugout. Come on. Would be one thing if you gave the sign way in advance. If it's that late, Give me a break at anyway. They're going to put a position player. The mound. It's a blouse. Let you guys swing. Who cares if it's three? I don't give a rat's ass about these unwritten rules. Who cares about the other team's feelings. One of the Rooster says. Now that you're a Mercedes will be punished for swinging at three

Overcoming Evil With the Help of Jesus

"What the world doesn't get that. We get on a daily basis. And i mean we as in in jesus is we get the highlights from sharon. Jesus you know sure we get the highlights of evil in the world on every newscast but when some evil person who has done. Incredible amounts of harm comes to jesus or they don't report that have you ever seen on the news. They're like breaking like we shared. Couple podcasts about one of these Leaders of a gang and mexico cartel come into jesus. Why didn't see that on the news. You ever hear that. But that's a highlight there that i'm light. That's yes because that's our our mission. Whenever i see something bad happen. And we've all if you looked at our bottom five bobble studies with evil people that we've all had we have encountered just rawl evil and re looked at them right in the eyes. So here i am. I'm not thinking about this guy may go into play shoot somebody but in the back of my mind it would shock me because this guy is evil or female. Whoever it was. But i thought. I got a moment right here. Through the grace of god introduce jesus to change this heart not only to save his soul and let him be a representative kinda like a guy named saul but also to make the world a safer place.

Why Do We Do Good and What is the Role of the Holy Spirit?

"An argument has developed over I. Think we. and. You can't be good on the low and you can't be good. Jesus. Either you're saying this both ways can't be exactly Jesus didn't have any effect like, Hey, you character agree one hundred percent wrong. Here. I'll give you four words just for the audience. And this this to me is how you learn. Because we both agree that Jesus. is where salvation occurs right? That's correct. So we're good and we love each other. So everybody were all family. We're all touchy feely today. However. The wording. Is We Zach Anna are on one side and you're on the other I have four words. Four words. To. As. The foundation of my argument and it comes from a letter written to the glacier and who thought. In Synopsis Form here. How will I say this who thought that? They needed salvation in Jesus plus. something. that. They could do. Now, in this case, it was circumcision, but to me, it can be anything. And that was a statement made and I'm getting to the forward. In Gullit relations to twenty. Paul said. I have been. Crucified. With Christ. And here are the forward right after an and. I. No longer. Live. So my point is. You can't do good. If you no longer live. How can that be? Because the next phrase. But Christ lives in me. So that's my whole point. You can't say you so well, how come in I John? On those who do good. Well I'm not sure it is but I'm saying. How can you do good if you no longer live. I John says there's two kinds of people those who do good and those do evil will do good. Why can't do it? So, I Realized that it's no longer I who do it? Where's that verse at? Christ lives in me. The Life I. Live in the body I live by faith and son of God. Who loved me where's that verse that says that it's it's I who no longer had the crucified Christ. Increased by I no longer live. That's a different verse. Maybe Colossians three. Let me say. Maybe. It's Romans. Romans. Romans seven says eighteen to. Yeah. This is this is another one. No seventeen seven seventeen as it is it is no longer on myself who do it, but it has since living I know that nothing good lives in me this Paul with Jesus. Yeah. Right, that is immoral sinful nature for I have the desire. To do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do but the evil I do. I do not want to do this I keep on doing. Well, this is this is post. Jesus. So, why why is he wrassling sale? He's going to ask you a question who's going to deliver me from this body of death because he just trying to you once Jesus comes in you say, can you start doing good then sure. But he had but he's in, he's in Jesus I I think that what? He's actually getting semantics well off because he's moving into Romans eight Romans eight is live by the spirit, which is where we get into this conversation last time on. John Fifteen and I think there is a this is a I had a hard time with this up until about twelve years ago because what I kept hearing was do better and be better. At tried it and I tried it and I tried to be yet I thought like Paul that fills here. I felt what a wretched. Man. Am I and every time I tried to do good evil was right there and it's Just I. Felt It. I felt like I couldn't bootstrap myself up and I and I. It's because we grew up in a faith tradition that really didn't have a good doctrine of the Holy Spirit. We didn't talk about the Holy Spirit Yeah. We really if we did it was what will retold he speaks through the written word only what about the inner conviction in my heart that the spirit is my counselor, my helper who's guiding me into all truth. So going back to the do good. I I. Think the Scripture tells us to do our behavior matters but the only way it's less about behavior it's less about works and it's more about what are you desire? What are you want? because. You're going to do what you want most and I think what the spirit is giving us those who submit to the spirit, the spirit as giving us a revelation of the beauty and the wonder of God so that over time my desires can be transformed. You talked about Phil when you are. You back in your sex drugs and rock and roll days like there was a time period. You know 'cause I interviewed you for project work on and when I heard some of the things you're into us man, there was a time period if I came up to you with a with a big fat joint or a scantily clad woman or a bottle. Of Whisky, you would have been tempted to partake in that but if I came to you now that's my point. But now you would not be tempted because the desires of your heart have been transformed over the last forty five years by the spirit because he's revealing to us reality and what it is not right and wrong it's not despair it's not saying. Your neighbors you do An elder must love good. he's got a desire to the older women to teach what is good get the young man set them an example by doing what is good but who is a? Saving you. It's not the already say you're not earning it. It's a free gift. So how do you operate? Well he purified him speak for himself a people who are he's very own and you know what they're eager to do. He. People what is his own and guess what they're eager to do on the PA do good.
