Tornadoes kill at least 11 across US Midwest and South

"At least 18 people are dead across the Midwest and mid south as severe weather hit several states Friday, bringing with it reports of more than 65 tornadoes. Deaths were reported in Tennessee, Illinois, Indiana, Arkansas, Alabama, Mississippi. Plus thousands of homes and buildings destroyed or damaged according to officials at a strip mall in Little Rock Arkansas Joanna McCain huddled with other customers as a tornado blew the roof from another building. We ran to the back, we huddled together, and we pray for our lives. Airline Abrams was in her store when the same tornado blew out a glass window. But we all made it into the bathroom, and it was only one person in storm prediction center forecaster Jared guyer says, these were fast moving tornadoes and the region will see more, possibly as soon as Tuesday. "In Mississippi and Georgia, they're digging out from tornadoes that tore through parts of both states with up to 200 mph winds. At least 25 people were killed in Friday's Mississippi storms where that EF four tornado stretched for 59 miles, according to meteorologists. Volunteers like Jared coons on the ground helping residents left homeless. Houses, homes, everything is everything I can see is in some state of destruction. Daunting recovery underway in tornado-devastated Mississippi

"Help has begun pouring into one of the poorest regions in the country, the Mississippi Delta. After a deadly tornado killed and injured dozens of people and flattened entire communities. Just been devastating. The mayor of rolling fork, Mississippi, Eldridge walker, says families are grieving homeless and facing years of displacement, but the federal government is helping. That's what we're here to do. Fema administrator Chris well toured the damage this weekend, vowing help is there. Going door to door into these communities, helping people register for assistance. Like wonder Bolden, who's lost her home and possessions. Volunteers are helping too, like Jared kunzi of Alabama, who was stunned by what he saw. Tom's devastated. Trash. Trees. Houses, homes. Trump Needs to Learn the Lesson of Forgiveness

"Good for Trump to learn some of these lessons because sometimes he shows unforgiveness. He's still tweeting angrily about things that happen a long time ago. That does him no benefit. And it actually kind of damages him politically. He shouldn't be doing that. Let go of that, but don't reconcile with people who are going to stab you in the back. Well, again, I was saying like, I feel like he's learned the hard way that he kind of understands what was done to him. And he and to us, to all of us, to the country, I think he sees it now, but at the time, listen, I would have been on board with him bringing in half of these people thinking this is going to be, you know, it's going to be harmony. We can all work together. He's the leader. Totally wrong. We now know that they had it out for him, or if they didn't specifically explicitly have it out for him, they were happy to work with those who did. I think Trump needs to force his daughter to divorce Jared and Mary Steve Bennett.

Charlie Takes Us Back to February 2020...

"Back in February of 2020, just about three years ago. Three years ago, boy, I remember where I was and Andrew and I were reminiscing. On a moment in time, I could write a essay, if not a short book on what could be called the last supper of Mar-a-Lago. You could actually dig up the exact date. I do remember it was late February and early March. We are on tour for my book, the maga doctrine, New York Times Best Seller, almost New York Times number one. We got so close. Amazon number one bestseller. We were traveling the country, having a great time. We were doing events all across Florida. We were doing events at Liberty University. And the news of COVID started to bubble up more and more and more. We didn't really know what to make of it. The hypochondriacs in our life were really freaking out and people were saying, oh, it's nothing is just a coal is just a flu we've been through this before. And we were concluding our book tour at Mar-a-Lago. What better place to conclude a book tour on the maga doctrine than at Mar-a-Lago? And when we get there, it was as if it was a Great Gatsby party. The energy was off the charts and there was 5 or 6 different high stakes things happening simultaneously. When we came into Mar-a-Lago, president Trump was literally meeting with jair Bolsonaro talking about big trade deals and negotiating partnerships, Mike Pence was there meeting with some people. Jared Kushner and Ivanka are meeting with some people. Tucker Carlson was there just to go meet with Donald Trump to warn him about COVID. Kimberly Guilfoyle's birthday party was happening. And then we were there. It was, it was a circus, but in a good way. And the energy was off the charts the attitude. That night in late February, 2020 was that Trump could not lose. There was nothing that could happen. The economy was roaring, morale was up. We were going to run up against this Biden guy. It was a joke. There was an aura of invincibility. The election was 8 or 9 months out. There was almost an attitude of what are they going to throw at the bulletproof Teflon Trump now? And yet there was that little whisper of what's this virus? What's this, what's this thing? And it was very interesting when Pence left the evening early and he didn't seem too happy. Pence left and remember Pence was tasked with looking into the virus and was actually in charge of the virus response and he kind of left and you could read something into it, but did he know something about it? Maybe maybe not. All while this was happening. Donald Trump and his administration did not know. That Anthony Fauci was working in the shadows to cover up the origins of this virus.

"You know, a guy who someone who has never read my book can just click, check it out. Oh, I want to go into the middle of the book in the chapter 5 and just see what he had to say about this topic or that topic and boom. You can check it out. Oh, if he likes it, maybe he'll go back and he'll read the whole thing. So it's pretty pretty cool, I think, to be doing this. And I can't tell you how many times, particularly, like this would open up so many things. It's funny, like as somebody who is being a content creator, I'm constantly looking for little snippets. I'm constantly looking for quotes. I'm constantly looking for stock footage, like I use an envato elements a lot. And I can not tell you how many times that I will have a subscription to one that I'm paying $30 a month, and it just doesn't have the thing that I'm looking for. And then I go to another one, I go hunting through like ten of these other different services. And I finally found, okay, this is the background that I want. This is the text graphic that I'm looking for. And I have to get a subscription. We're going to have to pay like $16 or $20 for some credits or some something for some span of time. And I can't just, I can't just pay like a quarter or a dollar, a dollar even and just get this one thing, like it's not an option on the table. And I have felt like really, and this is why I love that you brought this up Jared at the very beginning is that you don't want to do this 5 clicks. You don't want this thing to be 5 clicks every single chapter. Oh, authorized scan a QR blah blah blah. Like it needs to be seamless. And that's really what I think it is. The ability to move from one to the next to find that one piece of content that you're looking for and just pay incrementally because, you know, we don't have the attention to consume every single thing. The entirety of every single thing we bump into. But there might be one little piece of gold that I really need access to or that I really want. And to be able to get just that and then maybe that's interesting enough to get me to read the rest of it or to dive into the remainder of the video because I found it. You know, this is something that not to a little bit of a segue here, but we're tangent here. But this was actually the thing about BitTorrent for me is that I was like downloaded. Was it played the 5th or whatever? I will openly admit that I quote unquote illegally downloaded tons of stuff off of BitTorrent and napster and stuff back in the day. But what's funny is that like I am a movie fanatic. I did film and stuff in college. That was my thing. I'm in fully intending. I'm getting back into film now for Bitcoin. But it never took away from my love of film. In fact, or my consumption of film. In fact, just the opposite happened is that I would actually watch things that I know was never going to watch.

Let's keep going to like the years between about sixty five to sixty seven enjoy. Those two years die and he lived up long life but not. He was pretty young when he died. Yeah i feel like. I am both. I am both enjoying the moment and just waiting to be over. What do you do with your time. What do i do. What do i do you know. I'm i'm shrouded in mystery. It's really it's really just conjecture conjecture your entire life is. How would you spoke conjecture. That's a kind of a twist on a classic word. It's spelled like jinx monsoon however jinx spells her name. It's kind of like back. No what do you do. What fills a normal day for. Jared a normal day so i love a list every single day. Make a list. I'll make it days in advance. I love if. I have like the next four days on a list. Oh my god. That's so put together. Yeah yeah. I don't know how anyone lives any other way. Like i am just such a type a. star student. I like need the. I need the schedule. I need the reinforcement. Need like the small reward. You get like a little endorphin blast when you delete the thing off the list right and you gotta know where you are and where you need to be and there's so many so much going on. There's so much going on that. it's. I need to make a list so every day. I start the day i checked the list. We start making our way through it and it's the same thing of like trying to enjoy the moment but also trying to just get it over with like just like i'm just like i don't know what i'm even reaching for but i just i mean a constant reaching position. No was the list making like a learned habit or is this something that just comes naturally to. I think it's natural. I was a kid. I used to the lineup. All my toys. I think there's something. Yeah oh i. I've tried making lists before usually when i try just put one item on it and i'm already exhausted and then i don't even accomplish that task. What are you writing them on. You have a little notebook the you write your lists on what you do. It's in a google doc. I'm michael duck so it's accessible in the cloud wherever you are. Yeah because that's a part of it too. It's like. I'm not always at home like i'll be out kind of like i have the thing i i go food shopping. I have a meeting i have. I go to the dentist. And i want to be able to access it as we're going so the google doc is very helpful. I mean a journal. It's so romantic. But it's just not practical y- well i've been. I carry a tote bag with me. And i've recently discovered that i can carry more than a wallet phone in it So maybe a journal could fit in there every have like a travel sized deodorant which i thought why wouldn't i have this. Sometimes you forget to put on voter in the morning. it's very rarely but when you do your panicking so now i've got this now. You're really sweating. I have a fanny bag with me at all times and it is i could grab it and show you or just take my word for. It's for deodorant. Floss retainer case sunscreen. Oh a lunch me. Napkins just illusion bologna at the bottom of it truly. It's pursued on an animal but it's always in there. Yeah i my bag up until about four days ago. Was my wallet my keys my phone and then just so many loose receipts just physically stuffed like a pillow case. So what more. It's a good question. I think it's just you know. I frequently we'll just have. The cashier forced the receipt on me rather than saying no. Thank you to that. It does feel aggressive progressive to say and no receipt. Something about it feels like like i'm going to get ahead of this and shut your ass down. It does feel that way. Then they have to take care of it and that's like they're not being paid to throw away receipts. They're there to hand the receipt to me. So it's a little bit not paid. This is their passion. What else is going on. I don't know it's been a thought. This podcast was going to start a half hour later. And so i'm in a real place right now where. I was truly rushing around the house. I guess that just says to me. You're more of an eleven thirty percent. I look at you as an eleven thirty person rather than an eleven. am person. i dunno. Rake your damn head open right now. And i'm gonna tell you that this is actually the second podcast i'm doing today. Oh you've already recorded already. Recorded a podcast. I'm kelly ripa. You are you are on a circuit interesting cirque. Yeah.

"Welcome to ice. No gifts temperature weinberger having an eventful morning I hope you're doing okay. I got a accidental bill. From my dentist. It's just the dental situation. This year has been just nonstop for me for no reason. And now you're dealing with it and i tried to drag as many people into this as i can and this is kind of my one platform to do that so i appreciate you being here. what else is going on very little and so we're going to get into the podcast to kind of you know. Bring an event into my life and today's guest is so funny. Everyone loves this person. It's jerry goldstein. Jared welcome as no gifts. I'm so happy to be here. And i can talk about dentistry or days so feel for you. You pick the right guest today. What's your dental history. Bats metal history. I don't know if you get a little some armament. But i just removed my top invisible vissali. How long have you had an invisible on for fourteen years fourteen years. I had braces as a child which were savagely and prematurely ripped off by a child acting manager if you can believe i actually can't believe that and the the damage has has been irreparable and honestly just insurmountable so here. We are all these years later. Still braces on the manager. Now you had braces for how long before the manager said this is not working for your career had them about six months and it was the six months before i started being a professional eleven year. Old boy boss. What was that conversation leg to the manager. All your parents aside and say we've got. The braces are ruining him. It was such an unreal conversation. She could not understand for the life of y. I had braces just talking to an eleven year old. Who's this shown up from long island to this talent office on park avenue. I'm standing on the star reading smucker's commercial and she's like great. But why does he have braces. And my parents were like well. He's eleven and that's kind of part of it and then she was like but if you knew you wanted him to be an actor why would you put braces on him and then she was like well. We didn't know that we wanted him to be an actor. This is all kind of pretty bizarre and like kind of just happened and here we are engineer. But but why does he have them on. If he wants to be an actor and we i swear to god we went back and forth with this person four times of being like okay and trying to be nice to because we wanted to help me for like we'd okay. We didn't know that. I wanted this until about a day. I don't even know that. I want this and here we are so i don't issue number wild but then your parents decided this is the person to represent our child. Yes famously evil woman. Who i would. I would tell people that ask. Who is your manager. I would say her name and the faces. I would get home so then you just went back to the orthodontist was said we've got to get these off. Yeah we get them off him off. How bad were your teeth. Well what they were really bad when the braces went on but six months will go far so it got me from like really like shockingly bad teeth to normal looking okay and was the orthodontist. Like i feel like. That's a real moral crossroads for the orthodontist. Yeah no yeah. Yeah i mean nothing about being a child actor is moral and that's kind of the ramifications again insurmountable irreparable. Well you know when you enter a child into the world of acting you know. It's a safe road. You know that mentally the things that they that's going to be perfect everything. It's you know putting your kid on rails to adults success. So i feel like that's what i will say intoxicating then like room hull of adults clapping for you. Well let me ask. Did you book smucker's i never did either one. Gosh darn commercial. You're kidding no commercials for me. Because i didn't i i i didn't know how to do them like they're very simple but i just didn't know how to do them. So that came later in life. But i booked no commercials. I booked not hardly any tv work. I was just doing theater. Because i was very good at singing. And then we were just trying to make me an actor. Because i was good at singing but i was never really like an actor that right. What did you do in theater. Well as much as it is so embarrassing to bring up. But i was. I was on broadway. Please treat me the same. The rest of the next forty five minutes has shifted in a huge way. You've ever heard about broadway. But it's it's a pretty big deal. What were you doing on broadway shining. That was assumed. Jared.

"All right everyone. Welcome back to one life radio. This is bernadette with junior in the mix. We are broadcasting live from dallas texas on iheartmedia as well as in southern california on. Abc news talk. We have jared ramirez with us. He is the ceo of enviro medica makers of tariff laura and sponsor of one life radio. They make premium foundational products to support whole body nutrition and help people achieve optimal health their tariff laura deep. Immune subotic a symbiotic. In the as a sponsor and always love having jared on the show you can find jared at environmental dot com. Jared how you doing today. I'm doing excellent bernadette. How are you. I'm good i'm good. You know. I love this topic. So many people are talking about the benefits of beef lever. So as we know you know you guys are the makers of the award-winning probiotics. But what led you to develop a beef liver supplement. Jared so good good question you know we Basically falls under the ancestral health umbrella You know gut health. And the microbiome is is very critical to overall health But so are nutrient dense foods and Beef liver Fits that purpose. And is you know. I would argue to be the most nutrient dense food That can be consumed as a supplement. Wow you know. And so many people. When i say do you do eat beat left beef liver. A lot of people will go. Oh no my mom used to make it with onions. And you know i never acquired a taste for it or then you get once in a while you get a person that will say oh. Yeah man i really love it. you know. I try to eat like organ meat or liver like once a week. I think it's really good for my blood. People think of beef liver and they think of like iron and blood. Health right mostly. Mostly i mean i i wouldn't. I don't know if i can speculate on the reasons why you know beef liver made it to the table when You know a hundred years ago or earlier but You know wasn't on my dinner table. When i was young i can. I can tell you that You know. I think that. I think that You know it falls in line with the more traditional Ways of eating you know and i it resonates a lot of people. Well i liked it. They use you know that the whole animal if you're going to you know take an animal's life that the whole animal is respected and used right and utilized as you said and it's such a nutrient Done food so you know i. It's my parents never we we. My mother knew better than to put it on the table. She was the only one that really ate it. My father didn't eat it. You know he ain't mostly spaghetti and salad salad every single night on our dinner table. I'm not getting but same. You know. I think you know. I would say that knows detail with what's being kind of referred to his nose to tail animal Consumption nutrition at this right. And and you know i may. I am a huge advocate of the role of animals and animal products from a nutritional basis in the in the food supply right. There is nothing there's absolutely nothing more nutrient dense. And i'll i'll you as a talking point. You know there's a big push there's a big call it kind of an anti meet agenda that surfacing out there right now on the basis of climate change You know that is really a false flag There is very little to no data to support such an assertion and and you know outside of the us In particular animal foods service the fundamental basis for nutrition in countries. and absolutely. and for. Good reason you know the nutrients bioavailable there Real readily accessible They're delicious you know. But with that comes the responsibility of the environmental sustainability aspect of it right because You know that does not you know. Give us permission to create Concentrated animal feeding operations and and basically abhorrent Production methods there You know so there. There is a what. I believe to be a very profound movement Within the space right now based on what's term As regenerative agriculture respect for The land and respect for the animals And that is Critically important if this is going to be you know resounding message well you know. Beef liver is very high in vitamin a. If i'm not mistaken right which is which is really really supports a healthy immune system a lotta people. You know so much. Talk about vitamin d. They forget about vitamin a. It's a very important vitamin it is absolutely is and a lot of people are really unaware of just how important it is You know most. I would say most of the general public when they hear vitamin a. You know they think beta carotene right they think of what are what are called Vitamin a. precursors right so when you consume Beta carotene for example. Your body has to then convert that into a biologically active form of vitamin a which is called retinal. Okay that is the the biologically active form of vitamin a. But what not talking about is that you know. There's a lot of Very ability in that conversion in the efficiency that individuals certain individuals have to convert that and in some literature the conversion rate is as low as three to five percent right. So you know the question is is okay well You know. And i can tie it back to kind of Omega threes right. You know you can. The body can can convert to omega threes but it also does so very inefficiently and the same with vitamin a. So you know you. You may not really be aware of what your vitamin a. Sufficiency is in your body If you're not consuming animal foods and so Liver is the universally be most nutrient dense source of biologically active vitamin a in nature. There is nothing better. Well and it's connected to prostate health prostate cancer cells and all kinds of things a correlated with skin health. I mean our skin is our largest organ..

"A couple years ago. I was up in up in alaska sailing through there which i've done a few times because of the past job that i had but i haven't been there many years and i'm sitting in front of a glacier and i know it's going to calf and i know that there's no way i'm going to catch it in the right amount of time so it didn't have the same setup five years previous when i was up there so there's no way i could have done what i chose to do that day. I kicked it. The forecast this photography podcast is brought to you by frames. quarterly printed. photography magazine here is today's host w scott olson with another fascinating conversation. Well hello everyone and welcome to another podcast from frames magazine. My name is scott olsen and today folks today. We're doing something that the frames podcast has never done. Not once not ever. We're going into new territory. We're talking about gear. We are talking about technology. We're talking about probably the most important thing in a photographer's bag and that is lenses and the reason we're talking about lenses is because i've found myself looking at new lenses reading technical descriptions marveling at over all the things they promised and not understanding a word of what seem to be inside a lens so today we're not so much talking about this lens versus that lens or or what to buy we are going to dissect lenses we're gonna take them apart. We're going to try and figure out what's on the inside and we have probably one of the most well informed and articulate explainers of lenses in the world jared power who is a technical representative for tamraz is is with us today. Jared how you doing today. I'm doing all right sir. I'm glad to be here looking forward to this. This is going to be a lot of fun. Jared you represent a company that makes lenses for the main camera manufacturers. Tampons does an awful lot more than just lenses for cameras. So just here at the beginning. Tell me a little bit about tamra. How big is the company. Tell me what it scopus sure so. We were founded in nineteen fifty. This is our seventy first year. We have five factories on three different continents that go out to one hundred plus distributors on.

"Is it the second episode. We've recorded since. Jared announced his baby on the way. I was wondering where you're going. This sounds like special episode. I mean all of them are obviously special bro. Yes but it's also special because we have an incredible guest. Dr nicole la- beach. Oh i hope. I didn't put your that last name I'm just glad. I didn't have to say it. Looks like la beach. Yeah you wanna know what actually is every time before we start. Recording this podcast. Jared i you know look at each other in the is through zoom. And we're like you want to bring us in. Do you want to bring us in. Jared meter bring it in and now i realize it's because you didn't want to pronounce dr lucia's last name honestly it's just because i didn't feel like working any harder than i already do but yeah let's do. Let's give that out the reason. Dr nicole a beach. What else could it be. I mean it's spelt. L. a. b. a. l. a. b. e. a. c. h. I mean it's got to be phonetic but last thing we want to do around here. Jared make you work harder than you have to okay. Oh my god. So i'm drinking. This chai tea lot. That right now. And it's choking me and i know what the hell's going on with my life great episode. I don't mind if you wanna talk about. It for a second do. They're the best men. I'm a big vanilla chai lante guy with almond milk. That's my jam. So here's my i could. I could drink china. Tea law every day and i did for a long time and then i realized how much sugar is in them and so i like have. I only have one a month. Maybe lots of sugar. You know what dude one day. We're all gonna die and you're not gonna look back at your life and be like damn it i i i. I'm glad i didn't get the cia day. You know no i disagree. I saw. When i was in college i went on the he told her. Diet the What's the caveman one. The hito all meat diet no the whole crap. The caveman diet. It's called yeah look it up and die anyways just like you eat you you catch and eat your own meat. That feels like a caveman. Died to me where you have to like. Go out and shoot up moves in and eat it. Or what would you shoot. Need it not a moose bear. So essentially the cave the paleo diet. That's what it was. So the taylor diet is yeah you eat. What a caveman would you back in the day. So no processed foods like meat berries You can drink coffee. But you can't drink coffee with milk or cream or sugar. And on the paleo diet i got used to drinking black coffee for like four or five months and so now. Let's all i drink. And i think i can get away with drinking as much copy as i do because every time i drink coffee it's just black and then so every once in a while i'll treat myself tonight's cia and it's just it's just pure bliss but enough about me coffee cups coffee and you drink a day. Well i'll tell you what. I got the large from starbucks right now iced coffee. It's almost empty. i also had. That's like three cups in itself..

Yeah i mean outplay anywhere. I've played in front of two people and like a little crappy room. And i've played in front of you know thousand people in a big room so created never created sometimes and. It's just interesting to hear people talk about like which one they prefer more. You know There's there's one The strokes performed at outside lands in like twenty eleven or something Right before Before they go into one of the songs the lead singer was lake Met i remember playing songs in front of like five people talking in front of like a hundred thousand. You know like it's really just like perspective. Things is that really blows your mind sometimes when you think about it a recent before i leave the other bus guests that iran with me. Thank you enjoy venues. Yeah do I think they're more like personal now. Like actually i think having it be like interactive or being able to interact on stage with specific person or a group of people of. That's a lot of fun for me. What it kind of feels like everybody's on the same page Everybody's laughing in stuff like that. I think any performer can perform ten straight songs and walk off. But i think having that interaction really really bumped it up so usually do to meet ingredients officia. Oh yeah i think that's my favorite part of it to be honest. I i love. I love performing But yeah i think just meeting people meeting the people. I'm seeing into as also nice to have like friends there too since million people. How can you not love that. "So he's kind of far. So i didn't get the conversation of talking to jared leto because i wasn't going to live on my phone like start recording us and like and i didn't even know if that was him or not right but based off of is answers saying something like that when i asked him if he an actor and then you know and then based off of what he was wearing on the pier and then what he was wearing on instagram. Like that same day in a few days prior it was hundred percent. Jared leto so so freaking coal. We met conversation with jared leto and he was cool like he was like literally. Just chill normal person. I mean famous people like they're normal regular people so the whole time we were just like. Oh my god. That's so cool. Jared leno leto and I i didn't see the joker movie. I saw the joaquin miller one. I didn't see the suicide squad now. I want to go back and watch him. And i don't even think that i've seen a movie with him in. We do know randy does know that he is preparing for a role right now or like shooting a role right now. Our the actor. The rule is very very skinny. So that's why jared had lost a lot of weight by so cool leto. After that we went to chinatown and we went to this dumping spot. That's a really really popular. Everyone's been telling me to go and susie really wanted to go. It's called joe's shanghai usually. It's like an hour or two way. But i guess we got there early enough at the perfect time where i think like. They're probably around like five like four or five and there was no wait and they just had his right away. Thank goodness yeah you get the the pork. The pork soup dumplings their fire. We got the the shrimp without the shrimp like spicy spicy sauce. Meat sauce shrimp. And that's pretty much it like. That's all i really liked from there. They didn't have the prins. They didn't really have like crab rangoon or anything like that. It's more. it's more like a traditional chinese restaurant where they don't have the american chinese entrees there so those are the only things i would get. We got noodles two. And i didn't really care if the noodles but the dump things are to die for like. That's what people in new york that places known in chinatown. It's like a place to go so if ever want to get dumplings trying to town go to joe's shanghai. It's on like bowery street so we did that and then by that time. Randy's scooter was dying. "Honesty charity releases one of my current tax. I love the cat. She malady is good. Yeah i love. Yeah thank you. So he for saying the abso Data music video of the grant. Was that jawn talk about that. Sure yeah. I took a lot of inspiration from i saw coldplay's music videos from yellow I don't know if you're familiar with it. But he he's just walking down a beach down like by the water though captivating part about that is all slow but yet his voice is singing on tune. In or on time. I was like i. I gotta know how he does that. Concessions fascinating And it looks cool. Feels awesome I experimented searched around for you know how to do that. In a took a small crew out to ocean beach here in san francisco and we actually went out. How man must have been like three times and each time. There's something wrong like either. There was like a spot on the lands. Or you know someone was in the back or something. And it was all sunny days and his great lighting and We almost got like a little frustrating china record this thing because it's it's a relatively short as you're playing it like two times faster than the actual song goes so it's it's really only like a minute and a half of walking backwards you know and we just but i mean getting out there and filming it that takes hours and so we finally went out for the last time but we are checking the weather and it was just miserably. Foggy and cold and windy. As and i was like i just wanna get it over with less stewart. An so we went out there and we took this So one single take and I think it was like the perfect take. That was the best one we did. I'm for me. I think of things as meant to be you know like maybe the universe was saying like i think you can do a little bit pattern Thankfully we went out another time to do it. But i sent it I actually had A guy named dennis willis. He's over at sound ways a tv. They actually debuted it on their On their thing on their show. And i'm grateful for him for editing that i think he did a stellar job with everything he did announce a great video job By a lot of videos take more than one. Take douzaine right right. Yeah well. I mean i think it was. It was all depending on what production you do. You know. i didn't wanna. I didn't wanna do like a huge flashy thing for the song. I think it's it's kind of like a slow burning croon almost no and so i think if it s i think i i heard slow mo you know. It's a slower song so yeah it's very interesting just to you know. See how all of that turns out after you selma. I've never done anything like that as very fun. I'll also agreed to what men's to be meant to be k- saw sarah save more either as back in my mom's day so a merger eva you mentioned one of the producers work with other producers. Have you're with that. Yeah i just Actually wrapped up a song with A guy in england one of song. It's called about you Not sure what. I'm going to release it but gonna release it soon. by i i was. I had this song in mind and I knew how i wanted to go. But i just didn't know how to get there and I found this guy in england. He'd just fit the bill Once his name. Josh josh tyler i believe is the name and yeah he. He really just took it home. But it's like I don't know if i want to give it away too much now. Come back show very much. Yeah i will love to. Yeah so josh He together all the music. I showed them. I showed them what how i wanted to go. And he i mean he worked super hard on any gets back super quick and he. I don't know how he does it but he got it in one take everything bass guitar drums And he sent it back over to me. He has his own studio over there and A recorded my vocals over here in Then we pretty them up a little bit and the restless history. Yeah but. I'm looking forward to release that one because that song i wrote it i think in twenty eighteen later years later. Half of two thousand eighteen and Most of the songs actually the plan to release This year i've written you know they're all like that like a year old or two and I'm just trying to get out there. You know it was just finding the right person. You want to do it right now. One hundred percent handier. You're gonna release some singles or are they gonna go by some of the tracks within an hour you know. I think i've had a lot of conversations about this A lot of people released singles now instead of albums. Because nobody's really listening to albums unless you're like a top five top artists ray But i think i'm gonna release them all a single. There's going to be nine singles and then A- probably throw in the nine th one with the album And just kind of make them all so you need to know where to find them all you know. I think i think they're all gonna be singles for now. Sounds very exciting. Yeah that's how it goes right. It's just another single after another single after another single. would you ever put it out of vinyl. I would love to put it out on final. Yeah i think. I have to find the the The audience of vinyl listeners. To start doing that. But oh yeah. I love anything. That's in the that rome. Actually i've iowa you. You know who introduced me to reintroduce me vinyl again twenty five year old daughter is so yeah. It's you know they said about that. Yeah there are some. They have their own player in the whole. This visit have dinner here the old way around. I think that's so interesting has a couple of years back. A store was urban outfitters. They started selling record players I remember seeing. That probably was probably in high school when that happen ever since then vinyl has been coming back with you know the kids my age and you know even younger but i think it's super i think there's something so organic about putting a disc on record player and than having it play that way instead of going on your phone and you know president play button. This is some different. Feel you get from vinyl. It's it's you only like you'll get it if you do it. You know. And i don't know if i can explain it and do it justice. I was in the air vinyl and it was One maybe not. Winter came out on the record. Zyppah were minal. That i it. Just celebrate some s'amuse against it celebrates to music feel like you're you can close your eyes really experience that a lot more than you can on the digital format. At least you feeling. Do you miss going to like record stores. Or i'm assuming you like record stores bottom you know Yeah yeah. I do miss..

san francisco dennis willis england nine singles Josh josh tyler twenty five year twenty eighteen later years la three times douzaine two times china each time This year a year old coldplay one of song one single take a minute and couple of years back more than one

We'll go over that for the fans and them. So how'd you get Who inspired you like. It was first inspiration nominated family and artist sort of blew you away while my father had thrown me into guitar lessons when i was younger and i had no idea on to be honest. I had no idea what guitar was. It wasn't even like in. Idaho yeah i didn't. I didn't even have any interest in it. In my friend was taking lessons so We paired he paired me with him. So we were just Taken it from this guitar. i enjoyed it but i still didn't really have that interest in it Because i was. I will i come from an athletic family. So baseball was like my sport and I thought i was going to be in the mlb by now but I found this love for music later on Probably around like middle school and of middle school into high school and Yeah that's how i got into. It was guitar lessons. I've been playing guitar for quite a while now. So when you got the guitar you didn't really know what to do with a at wall. I've found it pretty easy from what i was learning. I was learning blues and all that I found it pretty easy and like it was cool. I don't. I don't think. I just quite got the significance of making music just yet you know i think i was. It came a little bit too. Quick to I don't want want that to come off the wrong way I just picked it up real quick. And i don't think I found. i don't think i found it when i needed it. If that makes sense Yeah and I mean in probably in middle school. I think i got this big ditch with the beatles music And i think it just took off after that. I learned like every single one of their songs and then i saw the beauty of it. Well the beatles weren't the only influence we'll talk about that later so okay you talk time off a to your bio says refined your sound since your debut. Ep if i being on us through it was released Two thousand eighteen. Can you tell me about that. Like why did you took time off. Jimi lessons No i i was having Why yeah how do i want to word this. I recorded those songs. I had just kind of like i. I haven't released any music. I think maybe i Posted covers on youtube or instagram. But i was still like really shy about letting everybody know that. I'm a musician and singing and all that And i came out that ep just to let everybody know that i'm this. I'm serious about this. And i'm not just going to keep posting covers and stuff. Is anybody can do that. You know and i found like this real love for impassioned for writing music and creating it and i actually had my The guy who was teaching me guitar early on this is like what he does. He's a producer mixer. He does a plethora of things but I had him help me on that. Ep and he i think he did a fantastic job from what i was looking for. And then Probably a little bit after outs like thinking i could probably produce something Myself like i could probably get something that i'd like to listen to you know like i didn't it came out. I think like i said i think he did. A great job but I think the music that i was creating wasn't where i wanted to go Just sat down with my notebook and really Thought about what. I wanted to do and Yeah i came out. I just wrote and wrote and row and now i'm finally coming out with all those songs Or i came out with one of at least than other opportunities Came up and it was more of like a do one or the other and so I had to take a break writing and recording and take up these other adventures if you will But now now that can just sit down and record them and release them That's focusing on. That's awesome and how is the voice experience yeah so it was an incredible experience As one could imagine It's my mom's favorite show. So that's why i hopped on it. I initially said no has. I thought it wasn't really. You know the direction i wanted to take in my career.
