February is the glory season for Winter Aconite and Snow Drops
"And snowdrop site. Talk a little bit about Those right now and windy. Plant those to get that winter color. It's the Oh. Shucks time as far as planning. Let's just start there if you bought them and didn't plant them. You're not gonNA enjoy them. We had a caller. I think it was two weeks ago. We were talking about the winter economic and she said hers were not even beginning to show yet. She had planted last fall at the normal time. Now I don't know exactly when that was but I explained and it would be Much factual I'm hoping hers are starting to poke through the ground. Now they're they're They have to get in and get situated at the right depth. Get down enough route during the well the spring and summer season and therefore we're talking planting most every kind of bulb in the fall period. I've heard arguments on whether you should plant them. As soon as they're available get them in the ground. I've also heard that people put them in the ground too soon. I don't know who's right. I know though when I found a bag of bulbs in my garage in late January years ago now a little too late so mark the answer to that on the planning time as fall and the reason I kinda ride heavy on these the several little bulbs as I call them. They're they're such a cute little thing. If you want to look at it that way then they are resilient We also had a question about from A. I think it was a lady she said. Do the squirrels eat the winner acolytes? Because hers weren't showing. I'm I'm GonNa tell you played games through my new windows. I've been watching the squirrels carefully. They'll seek out pieces of corn and various seeds and things right in among the winter nights and not bother me a bit they. They'll step over them around. It's it's been kind of interesting because I was Kinda concerned that I had not a good answer for for her. On the the will the squirrels eat them. I'm sure given the right circumstances. Yes but then the beauty that little fellow. I planted some own my thirty five years ago. based on the length of time. I've been in the house and they're in different places now and they will run heavy in one area and then after two or three years not so much to come up and other places. They do develop from there flower. Right now they'll they'll turn to a a little Seat structure that then will pop open and throw the seeds or as you walk through the area or you can take your hand and scatter them. Then they will come up and other places. They're they're very SA- interesting to be self sowing. There was a place. I observed some years ago where there must have been several hundred square feet of them and I drive either now on. They're not there. So do you take the bulbs up every year? No all mino mark that I wouldn't have done that in youth little owner. Okay thanks for asking. No there are things that you have to take up and I. I'm going to go straight away from that to say that almost all of the early spring bulbs you plant in the fall and They they will get settled in. They will usually start to root out during the well. Say the cooler fall soils and be ready to do their thing in the spring however as per that one question It'll be two or three weeks you if you were to plant a new tool of plus you say is a named variety then you plant some five years later. Which is not uncommon to have to do and the organs are still coming along. The new ones won't even be up while the new the old ones are blooming And so so the new newbies if you will need to get adjusted to your situation most of those do not need to be lifted. Now the only exception to that I was working with for a couple that oh my I I was raising four kids and looking toward college and destitute if you will and they were having me remove all of that springs bulbs so they could plant a couple. Well almost a thousand new ones and I'm thinking oh I hope we get to that point anyhow. Their fall planted mark. And then you. You need to put things like the daffodils in semi shade to full Sun. Tulips almost absolutely require full sun at Cetera. And then you have to be careful because dear love tulips yeah. They'll they'll be booted out ready to flower the next morning. And you get up. And they're gone. That's that's disheartening. It doesn't kill the plant but it sure kills your pleasure

"From January first last year to may fifteenth for people that doubt eight hundred seven hundred eight zero six eight that were mortgage radio callers they saved on average five. Five hundred twenty dollars a month. That's six thousand three hundred thirty six year. Now, keep in mind, they did a cash out refinance while rates were high like January to may last year was not an attractive period to do homes. Now rates are at two year lows. Now, everybody's getting in on the action. The average savings is probably tremendously higher now. So contact network capital push, these guys, my best advice to you is be an open book tell the truth work with them not against them. Let's work as a team to accomplish this goal. And that's putting your family in the best possible. Low now in your succumb their lifestyle brand they're one of the number one rank lenders on consumer affairs. But if we're focusing on the process, we should breakdown recent results from one of our listeners, somebody who was hearing the show just like you are now did a refi and I just want you to break it down dollar for dollar. Now, if you're listening, a lot of numbers are going to be flying at you. But this is the time to really tune in because sometimes the story of one is the story of many so a lot of times when we do results share results. That's when our phones ring the most because you just get ideas, what one family is doing tends to speak to listener, so tune in a lot of numbers will fly once I start doing the results all the guys know to get at their desk. "Have your phones ready again tenure fix three point seven five on the rate, the APR's at three point eight six and the average mortgage radio listener, the Dowd. Eight hundred seven hundred eight zero six eight five hundred twenty dollars a month six thousand three hundred thirty six a year. And all you have to do is dial this number here. Comes twice eight hundred seven hundred eight zero six eight eight hundred seven hundred eight zero six eight well, if you're just gonna throw out a number like average savings of five hundred and twenty eight dollars a month for folks who call network capital. Can you explain the number? How does network capital come up with that number? Yeah. Let's talk about how we landed on that number. So basically, we'll be dead as we ran the the numbers from January first last year to may fifteenth for people that Dowd, eight hundred seven hundred eight zero six eight that did he thirty year fixed cash out on their primary residence they used all but up to a thousand dollars of the cash to eliminate the debt they say five hundred twenty eight a month the actually saved closer to seven hundred. But we did as we wanted the dumbed down the number. So we could safely advertise a fix saving. So you know, that's six thousand three hundred thirty six a year that we feel comfortable telling are less there's they you should expect by dialing eight hundred seven. Eight hundred eight zero six eight now if you want to maybe increase the overall savings I recommend look at term'reduction look at eight ten fifteen or twenty a twenty five year fixed.
