Have you ever known someone that's lied to you and it's made your position, well, a little bit challenging? Or have you lied maybe to someone else and realized that you really shouldn't have done that, but you just couldn't stop? It was like this habit. Either way, just comment below. We'd be so grateful for you to do that. But before I get started, as I said, I would like to first give you guys the definition of what a liar is, right? Now, you're probably saying to me, John, you know that that's kind of crazy. Well, no, it's not. So we're going to give you the definition from Merriam Webster. And this is the definition right from their book about what a liar is.

because I rebooted so hmm all right well you know what we're gonna start without Lou right as I say that as I say that does he have what does he what do you let's get the full screen nose is that why you were late you had to clean your nose and he's back in Paris again you brown nose er I've been a bad dog my laptop and he's back in pair you left here in Paris you must have left it back in the United States I did I left on the plane how you doing Lou I'm doing alright how are you guys doing well I just had a little technical difficulty and we blamed you because you weren't here so you left me alone and I had to talk opera with myself talked opera yeah rigoletto did you talk about rigoletto this time I'm just really boring you know I'm like all right this is why this is a two and a half hour podcast some of us have to work tomorrow all right here we go let's jump right into 1967 musical events in 1967 and the year kicks off right away with a bomb a bomb on January 4th the doors release can arguably one of the greatest debut records ever arguably if you had a top 25 greatest debut that albums would have to be in the top 10 it would have to be yeah you know if you had a top 50 that would have to be in the top 10 right even if you don't like them you have to say that was so ahead of its time oh it's so different nothing out there was like the needle and all you hear it kicks I mean fucking what a way to start an album it's a heavy song it with a bossa nova beat yeah I mean that's pretty clever yeah 67 so you know bossa nova was pretty hip again John Densmore over underrated underrated underappreciated I think you are you are so correct you know never gets the the the consideration that I I don't know you can't put him in greatest of all time but could he be okay if there's a top there's a top 25 drummer top 25 drummers is he in it good question and in rock we'll just say in rock I think he could be I could see him making so I don't know if he's a universal pick but I could see him on some list I mean he's something you'd have to think about like you said like it doesn't get noticed so much you know yeah yeah or it I mean although his drumming wasn't shy I mean he's jazzy as hell I heard um writers on the storm yesterday and his adjustment playing is great in his adjustments during the shows just for that yeah yeah the unpredictability of you know how the how the song was gonna go right because they could rehearse it all they want once Morrison got into that zone well in the drama keeps the beat right yeah yeah the drummer has to stay up with that yeah and played to the clown so to speak right you know and my my problem is if some of the clowns don't have the beat you know at one point they've got to give in like I said Morrison or even Dylan they'll set the tone but they've got to be steady themselves you know it's yeah otherwise it's just erratic but you know yeah guy like Dan's more I mean I had skill I had a lot of a lot of technical ability right feel yes cool so obviously his drums always sounded good yeah on the earlier on the other records even you know three years worth of music whatever I guess I would be who produced some Jack Holtzman was the producer did a good job Jekyll or now wait so no what was it Paul Rothchild yes yes yes I'm sorry Holtzman was he on the record company yeah yeah was that it was that chrysalis or chrysalis I think or just like yes that's a lecture a lecture weren't they on chrysalis though also I thought they were yeah maybe maybe chrysalis was a subsidiary but uh yeah Jack Holtzman's son is Adam Holtzman he's a keyboardist right now he plays with here we go Stephen Wilson but he does a little blog on Facebook and he talks about growing up and he was like six years old and his father brought him to a club to see the tour Wow at six years old he just talks about like yeah it's a great little blog Wow all right and four days later on January 8th Elvis Presley turned 32 on January 14th the human be in right the human be e -i -n human being takes place in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park polo fields with spoken words from Timothy Leary Allen Ginsberg Gary Snyder in others live music was provided by Jefferson Airplane the Grateful Dead Big Brother in the holding company and Quicksilver Messenger Service speeches from Jerry Rubin and others were also given at the event although it's one band there I liked yeah Quicksilver Messenger Service who was it on January 15th 1967 who is your favorite poet of all them I know you're not asking me Arthur Rimbaud who influenced Jim Morrison good answer good answer way to bring that first opening segment rough full circle we're getting better Scott we're good now you guys get a lot of good trust me I'm getting a lot of good feedback so let's keep it at that I don't want you son ask for more money and on January 15th 1967 the Rolling Stones appear on the Ed Sullivan show at Ed Sullivan's request finish it he asked them to let's spend sing let's spend some time together is that the one there you go yeah and then he told him a really big shoe I hate to do this I mean I come back on penalty box I don't say just he beat my record okay look he just got on the show after late and these are either he's stuck he's frozen put the dog nose back on where'd it go are you throw it at the camera like your headphones on January 16th 1967 the monkeys begin work on headquarters the first album to give them complete artistic and technical control over their material and it was fucking horrible fucking horrible what were they thinking they know they were thinking the egos got too big they thought they were the music well the argument can be made that you know Mike Nesmith did write different drum yeah so he could write songs but I don't think he was a pop songwriter you know headquarters and they try to be all fucking like 60 ish and shit they weren't looking for pop were they they're trying to be like more psychedelic yeah I think so there were their channel on the Beatles with those quirky little yeah with anti -grizzelles on that I don't know some weird shit I'll tell you what though I don't care about it myself but it was surely a harpsichord on it because that's what all those records had they had to have a harpsichord and I have the book this the 100 best -selling records of the 60s the monkeys got a they've had quite a few albums on there oh they do yeah they were they were but I mean I thought it was just a condensed period of the show which it probably was but it's still I mean they've got I mean most of their albums sold really well yeah yeah ah you like the show what's it is like the show I did I still like it I still love it I love that that that's so that humor is great like dumbed down brilliantly done though humor yeah way was what they were supposed to act like that yeah you know what I mean there was no like these guys are bad actors they knew exactly how to do that they pulled it off great it was campy it was great for its time it's still great to watch now yeah I do think that banana splits were a better band yeah that's I'll give you the banana splits were a kick -ass band yeah yeah kick -ass man did you see the movie recently came out it's a horror movie with the banana splits the banana splits movie it's a horror movie yeah yeah it takes place in an amusement park and they're they're robotic and in Dyson and slicing baby Dyson and slicing I have to say oh man that's yeah okay yeah Dyson and slicing it's good it's kids again campy movie but I couldn't not watch it yeah I have to say I'm sure Fleagle is a total psychopath well I'm not gonna give you any and no no no spoilers here those was it just Dyson and slicing on January 17 1967 the daily mail newspaper reports four thousand potholes in Blackburn Lancashire and Guinness air Tara Brown is killed in a car wreck these articles inspire lyrics for a day in the life a day in the life yes on January 22nd 1967 Simon and Garfunkel give live can't give a live concert at Phil harmonic Phil harmonic call in New York City some of this concert is released on October 4th 1997 on their box set old friends but most is not released until July 2002 that's some more okay January 29th mantra rock dance the quote ultimate high of the hippie era is organized at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco featuring Janis Joplin grateful dead big brother in the holding company for three Moby grape quirky that would've been interesting that's the best man that's the best as though for they're almost like the MC five kind of I think they were just kind of but they're they're a San Francisco band and beat poet once again Allen Ginsberg shows up to do his spoken word I heard he was a member of NAMBLA I wouldn't the National Association of Marlon Brando look -alikes I heard I'd someone I remember he actually he was a sponsor of NAMBLA but anyway on January 30th 1967 the Beatles shoot a promotional film for the forthcoming single strawberry fields forever at Noel Park in Seven Oaks have you seen it I have seen it I haven't seen it in a long time it's really cool yeah yeah it's kind of dark speaking of dark on February 3rd 1967 UK record producer Joe Meek murders is it his landlady and then commits suicide by shooting himself in the head in Holloway North in London it's kind of dark didn't he produce sleepwalk yes letter Telstar some early we talked we did it bit of a genius really yeah let's see February 7th Mickey Dolan's no let me stop February 6th Mike Nesmith and Mickey Dolan's of the monkeys fly into London Dolan sees till death do us part on British TV and uses the term Randy's scouse grit from the program for the title of the monkeys next single release Randy's scouse grit not releasing it is an offensive term Britain's British census forced the title to be changed to alternate title and then the next day Mickey Dolan's meets Paul McCartney at his "Line dot com. And welcome back, catena in martinsburg West Virginia, am I saying the name right? Yeah, you got it. Hey, I know you mentioned that you have concerns about balance in America. Similar to January 16th. But I want to give you the perspective of a black person in America, and that is my dad. He's 80 years old. When he came back from the war, his buddies who were born with him, they came in, in fact, at a counter at the restaurant. They said, you know, come on in. Let's get some eat. I know you're hungry. And my father's been hungry. I'll just sit out here and for you guys to come out. He told me he had some of his growling. He was hungry, but he knew better than to go instead of that lunch counter. When he was a kid, his brother had to get snuck out of North Carolina for fear of being lynched because he had a disagreement with one of the white neighbors. This is something that happened centuries ago. This happened in my father's lifetime who was still alive. So I'm just going to put it off there. We're going to be okay. We're all going to be okay. It's a lot of black people who have been used to the bathroom. And I know you know this, but I'm just going to put it out there. There are a lot of black people who have been used to the balance for a long time. And I will ever know it the ways that my dad did. But I'm sorry I have to go. That's my car. Okay, katina, thank you. That was an excellent point that you made. And I appreciate it. Thank you. And you're absolutely right. Black people have been on the receiving end of violence in America for a long, long time. And are still here. And God bless him. Patrick, in Bellingham, Washington, apac. A Patrick, yes, you are. Hey, John. It's my first time talking to your show. Talk around your show. Thanks

"Dangerous opening opening round game. Thank you for the call to appreciate it. Steve is up next in Alabama. Hello, Steve. Mister Paul fine, bounce. So how the heck are you doing? We're doing great. Thank you. I'm your Ross bridge buddy. Oh yeah, sure. I've got a question for you. Sure. Give me your thoughts on Alabama allow on Brandon Miller to play basketball when the family's grieving as bad as they are. Well, I think it was let me give a little context and then I'll answer your question because frankly, I don't have a problem with implying. But I think the only time that they could have sat Brandon Miller down was day one of this controversy, I say controversy, a tragedy is a better word to use. On January 16th, when the information was coming at that point, they could have. What they would have done by doing that would expose Miranda Miller to a lot of negativity, they ended up getting anyway, so pick your poison, the reasons why they didn't have never really been completely fleshed out. But even if he had been suspended on the first day, I think he would have been back in a couple of days because ultimately there was not enough to pin anything. I mean, anything on him criminally. So that takes it to the next level. Is he responsible for the death? It's difficult to blame him specifically. I know what everyone knows. I also know how outrageous some of the commentators have been in saying what they have said. I don't know the truth. All I know is what we have been told so far and based on what we know so far, that's publicly, I would have played him. He'd be playing now is what I'm saying. But my thought process is though I mean, you got to think, I mean, when you ask somebody to bring a gun, well, why would you why would you do that? Steve, the argument has been, as you well know, that he was not asked to bring that he was asked. Okay. Let me correct myself as I speak. We don't know, we don't know whether he saw the text. That's number one. And number two, according to his lawyer, believe him or not, he was heading back there anyway, so it wouldn't have mattered whether I mean, I think there's a difference in saying bring me my gun. Versus bring me my gun because I'm going to kill somebody. Yeah, I understand. We are literally, I mean, I am parsing words to make an argument, but you asked me and I answered. Yes, I guess I'm just in the middle. I mean, you know, it's kind of damned if you do, damned if you don't. I mean, you know, I don't think anyone will ever admit it, Steve, but I think the university seriously considered suspending him initially. And then as the conversation unfolded, remember, we're not just talking. This is not your go back to you when you played ball in junior high or high school. This is no longer if you do something, the coach suspender. He doesn't ask questions. He doesn't want to hear your answer. You're gone. This is Brandon Miller, Brandon Miller's representatives, Brandon Miller's agent, Brandon Miller's

Yeah, So four months there's there's been intense debates over what should happen with the investigation into the January 16th direction, so Democrats and Republicans have been going back and forth. And then on Friday, we heard that there was an agreement between Republicans and Democrats to form a commission to investigate the insurrection. House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy sensitive in the statement that he can't support that legislation, though he's the one who deputized one of his haven't lawmakers to negotiate on his behalf, along with the Democrats to come up with this agreement that was announced on Friday. That commission will be tasked with digging deeper into what led to the January 16th direction, looking at what factors led to that insurrection and hope basically secure the capital moving forward. While the GOP leader is saying today that he believes the inquiry would be quote potentially counterproductive. And duplicate of because there were several other investigations that are happening right now, And he also says that he actually wants a review of political violence, as he calls it. That happened during protests calling for racial justice to be included in the tent because that's not included right now. He does not support this legislation. Of course, the Republican who Basically, he reached this agreement on his behalf, which is House lawmaker. John Can't co basically feels blindsided by this because he believes that he negotiated a solid deal. That was fair for both sides, Republicans and Democrats to move forward with on Lee at this hour right before the vote That's supposed to happen tomorrow. Are Republican leaders coming out, saying that they don't support this legislation. Now I haven't read all the way through it. But for some of the top line details make it seem as though there's entirely equal representation and bipartisanship is required. Is there maybe a personal risk for McCarthy. If this commission were to be created what he be called before it, Perhaps. Well, that's the thing so first to tackle your makeup of the commission. There will be 10 members of the commission. These are people who would have expertise and law enforcement, civil rights, civil liberties, privacy, intelligence and cybersecurity, and they would be people who would be able to vote on any subpoena that they might be requesting, so it would would be people selected by both sides. Of the on of the political aisle. But the thing is, the timing of McCarthy statement is really curious because this is happening just days after House lawmaker and GOP lawmaker Liz Cheney came out and said that you know she believes That McCarthy should be able to testify in front of the commission. After the conversation that he had with former President Donald Trump during the insurrection you might remember during the insurrection. Many news outlets, including ABC News reported that because he was an intense conversation with the former president, asking Trump to call off his supporters as they were storming the Capitol. McCarthy even said on the House floor that Trump should have immediately denounced that mob. He shared responsibility. And that he had a responsibility to act quickly. Off course that has changed since then. So there's this idea this thought that there's exposure if you go forward with this commission that lawmakers, especially Republican lawmakers could be subpoenaed to testify in front of this commission. As they look deeper into what happened on that day and quickly while we still have you we expect to vote on this tomorrow, right? That is correct. We're expecting a vote on this tomorrow. Now we don't know exactly how many Republicans are going to support this. But as you know, there's a slim majority for Democrats in the house over here, expecting this to pass in the house. However, we're already hearing from a colonel on the on the Senate side are already saying that he doesn't think they're ready to move forward on this. Chuck Schumer, the The majority leader is saying that he plans to bring the vote on the floor isn't as he gets the legislation in the Senate. But Democrats would need 60 votes in order to move forward with to avoid a filibuster, and we don't know whether they have the votes yet. They would need some Republicans to support them, and we just don't know how the vote is adding up on the Senate side yet, but we do expect it. To move out of the house. What the Trump administration did enforcing Children and families apart was unspeakably cool, and it was contrary to our moral code into the rule of law. The Biden administration is taking unnecessary and inhumane step. Weinstein says the government should consider restitution and look at giving the family's a pathway to citizenship. "Caught him later in the hallway, thanking Officer Goodman, Romney said he had never seen that footage before, and it really showed just how close he came to potentially unpleasant encounter with the with the writers. We saw Senator Chuck Schumer being moved down a Carter and then retreating running in that Carter to get away from from the writers and the Democrats. I think we're successful and showing just how close The senator's themselves came to these writers and how in their view, you know they were not there to spare Republicans you know, you heard you know down with the GOP was one of the chance and They show the picture of one of the riders who carried zip ties. You know the flex cuffs and and asked the senators to imagine what would have happened. Had they still been in the room when those riders entered under the rules of this impeachment. We're not seeing the jurors, the members of the Senate and how they're reacting or or what kind of positions they're taking. While all this evidence is being unfolded, have any of them reacted and talked about the impact? These videos have had on them. You know they have When the videos play, everyone pays rapt attention, you know, and you know, some of them try to look more nonchalant. Another's but nobody's just ignoring the videos and the way the chamber echoes with the sounds is quite haunting. And some of this is just Incredible to watch in, many senators said, because they had been taken to safety. They just hadn't seen the full scope of what happened, especially in the sequential way that the House managers are presenting it. So even some Republicans who said they are not going to convict Former President Trump nonetheless said it made them angry and it made them you know, revisit the anger that they felt that very day just before they were about to adjourn yesterday. There's a little bit of confusion involving Senator Mike Lee. What happened? This was something that the House managers had said and attributed it seemed to to to a news report about Lee. Apparently former president Trump ended up calling him and to discuss, you know part of what had happened toward the end of that day. And and Senator Lee said the account that the House managers gave, which was based on on a newspaper report wasn't fully accurate, so he wanted it. Stricken from the record, the House managers agreed. They said it wasn't central to their case, but what they were trying to show. Is how the president waited to really act. And when he finally did take action, it was at best halfhearted. All right, Erin, thank you, and we'll be listening for your reports throughout the day today. "He's not doing it for political reasons. I don't think I mean and if he does he's wildly Miss construed what wage is I mean, it could be that he's just there and he thinks he can take the mega crowd, you know, the the the Wilkes Booth errs drunken Paisley says, he says that they took a piece of that 70 for a million people. I mean, that's what it seems like. Yeah, but there are better ways to do that. I mean, I don't know it's, you know with cruise package that but I I don't know. I just think with these people they have stuff on it if they wanted the votes these Republicans could have gotten rid of the sky a year ago. He was there for the taking we impeached him. All they needed to do was be like, you know what he is bad. Let's get rid of it. And they would have had a year of pants. Probably the the pandemic would have been handled slightly better than it was and you know, maybe Pence would be the one being sworn in on Wednesday again instead. They chose to stick with the sky and you have to wonder why do you know? Yes, there's political considerations, but you're a senator you're there for six years people's people's things shifts all the time, you know, you gotta at the end of the day you have to do what's right away, especially when it's something like that the sky is a threat to the Republic. This is not about you know, I don't like his policy on X Y or Z. The guy actively wants the government to be destroyed you're going to why are you keeping him there get rid of him if they all banded together and and got rid of him. If Ted Cruz and Rand Paul and Lindsey Graham. And Ron Johnson and all these other own senators and McConnell came out and made a joint statement and said we've looked at the evidence. The evidence is horrible. We vote to impeach for the good of the United States. How much could press were they have got a lot all of these middle people would have pleased lots of people that like that kind of thing the American people like it when the two parties agree, they like it when they compromise they do most people not the lunatic fringes on either side, but most people liked it. I liked it. I liked reading lists changing my statement and I liked it. I liked that Liz Cheney said something that I agree with it made me actively happy. Yep, same with me and Now here's the here's the question that I don't know if we could answer but I'd like to get your opinion on it. We all saw the Tea Party go away. You know, I like as soon as Obama was out of office. I mean to me the tea party was the anti-black party. I mean, they couldn't they couldn't stomach having an African American president right and that I mean anything you know, and you know, and we know that because when they had their March on Washington, you know all the a lot of the posters were all like bunch of old. I'm racist pictures and a bunch of racist things. They didn't like that. There was an African American in office. Now the tea party has got it's gone. I mean they walk away. Well the trumpers well, we'll trumpism and like the tea party or will it continue on now? I think it largely depends on what happens with Trump. He needs to go to prison. He needs to be indicted he needs to be arrested and he needs to be you know, yeah, I think it needs to be impeached. Even if it takes even a trial happens after Wednesday. I think I think that a trial in the Senate presided over by Schumer rather than McConnell where there are witnesses and we can call people like Mike Flynn and Steve Jobs and Don Jr. And Laura and Bob are and who all these other people and have them testify under oath under penalty of perjury about what happened. I think if we do all of that that's going to make people kind of wake up a little bit and if we have a covid-19 And continues to deny it for months and months and months after that. Why did he do that? You know, I think when people realize all of these things there's going to be a push to to put him away. And and if he's gone, it's it's a personality cult like Ruth said before it's a personality cult people like Trump the man it's all about him. And when the when the personality at the edge of the cult is no more whether it's because he's in prison or retired or met his maker the cult ends. You know, what what is a personality called without a personality? It's just a bunch of people with nothing better to do in their lives that need better Hobbies. Now, what's the over and under on how many days that melange files for divorce after after January 20th. I have to sit. You know, it's it's whatever is in the prenup ma'am. If there has to be some sort of contract. I mean they'll Castle says is a concierge. Is an actual contract so as soon as she can I think is the answer, you know, according if the reports are to be believed. She's a terrible person off. Let's nine up, you know, I mean, she's awful so I find her very uninteresting but she's just, you know, she's a gold-digger. That's what she seems like to me. I mean based on the biography that I've known. I mean she's a selfish jerk. So yeah, and she also was a proponent of the birther movement. Yeah. Yeah, and and you know, yeah and and and to me that she did to Jackie Kennedy's Rose Garden was enough to just just to me that's deplorable. I mean, it is Jackie Kennedy's rose gardens been their image on of Kennedy and Jack anywhere were a beloved presidential a couple and Jackie Kennedy has this beautiful rose garden and what is Melania do she just annihilates at him and puts up a parking lot? Yeah. Yep. Yeah. Yeah. No, exactly. Yeah, I was using that song as an example. But what you put up with so stale it's like a Christmas decorations Their Own. No fault. Yeah, it it's very strange again. We haven't had a functional first lady in four years, you know and that serves a purpose and you.

"It. I just my belief in my hope is that enough information will come out incontrovertible information that people can you know know the truth about what happened both with the Insurrection with the covid-19 response and all the other Financial shenanigans that these got people have been up to and when they do they're going to be mad, you know, I mean, nobody likes having money stolen from them people have they've taken money from us. The taxpayers time was Republicans cared about stuff like that. Oh, it's taxpayer money going here and there how much money has Trump spent on golf. I mean, it's it's dead. It's a it's simple and millions of taxpayer money to worry about how Jared and Ivanka wouldn't let the Secret Service use one of the 6.5 bathrooms in their house. Yep. Well, they had to rent and I mean that's insane just that just terrible terrible garbage human beings. Yep. So yeah, that's horrible people in and like the case and that's why she's coming to the inauguration. She will run for Rubio seat. And yeah, well, that's what everyone's saying but You know, yes and the Jet they took money from the children's charity which which is just I mean so egregious that you can't even I mean, it's unbelievable. But Greg, have you been you've been reading little Marcos tweets lately. Well, you know, I have a Bible so I don't need to read the tweets. I can just read the Bible myself. If I'm I've been the movie pack is like this what is going on with this guy all of a sudden for those who don't know Marco Rubio everyday tweets a Psalm from the Bible and not every time he tweets one it further criminalizes Donald Trump, you know, cuz it's it's always something about following the false prophet or whatever and I don't think I think Little Marco is not that bright cuz he doesn't realize that what what Psalm he's using is against what against who he support wage. You know what? I mean? It's yeah, but he is bad. I mean he he took over as as the the the chair of the Senate intelligence committee. And when volume Five came out of the way the report which was all about the the Russia stuff. There's a lot in there about manafort. There's a lot in there about Rodger Stone. If you haven't read that I encourage everybody to take a look at it volume Five of passionate intelligence report covers all the stuff. It's very well written easy to get through and pretty damning. So when this came out with Rubio try to soft-pedal it and draw well, you know, we don't know he tried to pull up book Bill bar with what bar did with the Mueller report and kind of take it seemed like it was less of a big deal than it was so he's bad. He's he's in that intelligence committee. He knows, you know again if you're on the intelligence committee, and if you're especially if you're the chair of the intelligence committee like a dog Like Rubio or on the house side of Devin Nunes, you know stuff your jobs know stuff. So those guys know more than I know and I know what's happening. So they also say, you know these things right and if you know, what a traitor Trump is and you're still covering for him. That's a problem. That's a problem Little Marco has its not going to go away. It makes one wonder what sort of compromise with Trump might have on Little Marco and whether or not that'll come out, you know, maybe Ivanka will run. Maybe she'll win. It's Florida that place is crazy. Who knows and thank you Alexa. K for the $5. Yeah. It's just I don't know like all these it's even Ted Cruz like what what kind of like what happened to the guy? I mean I was talking about it with Ruth like Like what? I mean? This is a guy that Donald Trump insulted his wife and now he's kissing his ass and and I don't get what is going on. I mean we took like an alternate reality here. I mean, these are people that Trump insulted all the time and now they support them like they're like like it's crazy. It's not crazy. I mean, he's owns, you know, Ted Cruz is owned and you can see which ones are Lindsey Graham is owned Lindsey Graham used to be vocally at the Trump fun of humor jokes about his funny then they went golfing that day and since then he's been pro-trump and looks drunk every time he opens his mouth and miserable, right? So he looks like a hostage. I wrote a piece about this time last year Lindsey Graham is Trump's hostage and I think that he is and Rand Paul same thing used to be very anti Trump then suddenly was, you know Pro Trump dead. Why it's not like Trump got better. So, you know, something must have come out that ran the main Rand Paul be like, okay, I I'm not allowed to do that and with cruise the same thing, you know drunk or whatever. He wants doesn't matter Cruise was was you know, he knows damn well that that Biden won the election and there he is trying to incite this crowd to you know, take the capital Beijing whatever he was saying riling people up, you know business doing that and yeah Trump insulted his wife Trump insulted his father from insults him all the time. I don't know. I just think if you look up Ted Cruz's Twitter feed remember when he liked that MILF porn page that time know that there was a on his Twitter feed there was some milk website whatever it was that he liked and somebody figured it out and it was a big Tempest in a teapot for like a day and a half. Everybody was having a ha ha moment about it, but, you know if there's if there's a package Learned that it's kind of quote unquote. Okay to like it's milfporn if you're dead Cruise's Edge, right? So maybe that's a red herring. Maybe there's something else that Ted Cruz's into it. Isn't that that they know about maybe he took off. I don't know. They've got something on it..

"I know. I was excited when I saw your name and this is a good show. I I'm in I'm in good company today likewise. Yeah, I I you know, and what you said was that was the point when you're when you're writing becomes popular that's it's usually a Bad Thing strange feeling I suppose. But yeah, remember all the lot of these strong men it doesn't end game. Happily for them. I think we should we should you know talk about that. Maybe did you talk about that already a little yeah, and and I'm going to get off after this but yeah, they because of their personalities and how desperate they get and they can't imagine giving up power and and above all and this is the sad part. They really despise their people. So if they can't have power than they are all too happy to the you know, they're too happy to drag the country down in with them. They're also like very happy to sabotage the next month, you know the next administration because in his mind Biden shouldn't even be there. He's supposed to somehow continue on forever. Remember that I'm going to leave with this horrifying thought one of those tweets. We don't see any more when he tweeted trump. It was like it wasn't this year, but it was like trump2020 for Trump 20-30 to remember that tweet off. Oh my God, so stuff like that is why I he's just so similar to all of these guys in the past. But before you go, I have one last question. Do you believe that truck actually believes the election was rigged or you think he's just saying that to get his supporters all crazy. I think you just saying it because I mean, I would like to believe he's very deluded and he believes what he wants to believe. So he has a very deep psychological need to think that he won what that means exactly. I don't think thought he I think that at some level he recognizes that he didn't win but he can't admit it publicly not only for himself but he's got to keep playing these followers of his like again like a violin bow, if he burst their bubble then then their relationships going to suffer so he's got a string them along by pretending that indeed he did win. That's my read dead. I know you want to go just one last question, please Jillian on UFC 212 days for the five bucks. Was there ever another US president that mirrored a dictator before Trump not like them. I mean we had you know, he had people if you just if we use the example of lying we had plenty of presidents who did like strategic lying, I mean, obviously Nixon and then you know George Bush and the lead-up to Iraq war, but nobody has tried to undermine the notion of Truth and lied about everything. I mean, I was told like 20,000 must be more like 25,000 Now lies. So it's it's really like a it's a it's a psychological warfare that he's been waging for four years and nobody else did that so on that happy note. Yeah. Thank you so much for coming on everyone. It's always like this everyone's like oh my God song. Everyone by the strong men and rude, please come back again. I really appreciate it had a good time cuz I did I did. Okay by all right, I am. All right Ruth been she was Greg Greg. She's really smart and she knows her stuff and I have to say I've been following her on the twitters for a while and and I admire her work and I really really was hoping she wouldn't be quite as popular a guest to book right before the the election and I'm saying I thought I was hoping we'd be we'd be able to Exhale but we're not going to she's right. We're not gonna be able to Exhale. And so Biden this one and even then who knows, you know, it's it's The Bitter End this guide. What was your feeling Greg? I mean like Like I I'd called my you know, you know a friend of mine who was a school teacher as I was watching the interaction and I'm like, can you believe this is America? What is going on here? What was your feeling when all that was going on when I was going on I was scared. I mean I was at work and I went to the the bathroom at like 3:00 and I am I'm like, I don't know what's happening right now. There are people in the building. I don't know if Pelosi is safe and I found myself going into this thought pattern. I was like, all right, what if they kill these five people but not those five how would they be replaced and all this and and I just like I have to stop I can't I shouldn't have to be thinking in these terms. This is madness and then I sort of snapped out of it off once I realized everybody was safe. I I mostly was concerned for the safety of the of our leaders. You know, this is the the legislative branch of government and and it's it's important job. But once I you know on an emotional level realize that everybody would be okay. Then it became putting it in in proper historical context and I have the Civil War Bush behind me because that's where we're at right now like this. What they tried to do was basically declare their own little Civil War which they've been saying they were going to do for for a while. Now these these qanon whatever proud boy or whatever you want to call them Maga Army. That was the worst attack the worst secessionist attack on American soil since Lee surrendered in 1865. It's bad. It's that level of bad. We have not seen anything like this in our lifetimes anyone now alive is not witnessed anything like this. This is in its own way obviously nine-eleven is a horrible thing and more people died, but there was never a doubt that the US government that the United States would not fun wage. After nine-eleven, then there is right now, this is an attack on the very nature of our Republic and and it's at risk. It's very difficult to you know to even overstated how what an impact this this this event had and.

"Off off Yeah, baby, how are you? Wait a second. It's not fair on the balcony today. Hold on. Let me change my setting to the LA downtown area. Here we go. Welcome everybody. Welcome to the world famous stuttering John podcast. Yes. I got my hair cut off. That's right. I went out and did a hike this morning. And then I said, you know what? I'll get a haircut. Don't worry. I didn't go anywhere that I shouldn't go. I went off. I went to my friend Sandra and she cut my hair to make it look beautiful and in exchange. I dropped off some weed that I bought last night at the marijuana Factory. Let's see what's going on everybody. There's so much to talk to you. Guys about let's see there is so much so much so much minutiae to go through as you can see now with me just tell you what's going on with with the problems that I'm having with YouTube because it's been you know, it's getting kind of ridiculous off but I realize what's going on. So as you know, they even purging they would purging you know, a lot of people in the chats when house barks was on they I removed like like I can't like like two hundred people. So they're purging you know, you know the people. That are coming on my you know, like all the people that are in the chat, which is driving me freaking completely body. And I don't know what to do about it. So, you know, you know, I finally talked to them and well I chatted with them, you know, they don't have a talk to you but I chatted with them and they finally got back to me and they said well look you have to read our guidance has. So I read all the guidance has and it turns out we are not disobeying any of the guidance has it's all about what we know is dead or not. And I'll say this again we know it is not it is not election fraud. We know that but whenever that said whoever is at YouTube is thinking that that we are somehow on the other side when we're not we know this was a legitimate election. It's the dotard and his supporters the insurrectionist who think that it's you know, a fraud we don't but for some reason YouTube in their other, you know, I don't want to put him down because it just trying to be safe after the Insurrection. So I totally understand but I mean, you know, they they are so hyped hypersensitive now. So I understand and that's why I was like, why are you guys stopping my super chats?
