"Yard. And I can't I can't even tell you But you know, we we the last year's trading, uh, money that I made that clipping stocks trading stocks We used to put down on the house that we have here, so it's kind of a stock house down here, which I kind of like, Well, let let me know when my wife and I can come visit you and sherry down there because I've always wanted to go to Savannah. It's It's on my bucket list of places to visit that. I've never been I've been T Hilton Head and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, which is not far from Savannah. I've been to been through Atlanta obviously, and never want to go through Atlanta again. Is there a way around Atlanta to get to Savannah? If I'm driving Oh, yeah. You just You just catch 40 Come down. 75 take a left at Knoxville. Just come over the Carolinas and down hit 95. I'm going have to mess with me. I could do that, you know, traveling through Atlanta's not fun. Now, which is why, when the Braves moved Turner Field too great to the SunTrust Park in Marietta, which is well north of town. I was very pleased, you know to go down there. You don't have to get that mess happy as a pig in slop as they like to say down south spending, spent many of ah quality time in in well south of the Mason Dixon line and look forward to it again. Anyway, Jay So, Joe Biden told us on January 14th it's far back is that That he would be doing a inaugural state of the Union address by February, 23rd. And here we are in March 3rd and still no state of the Union address to the joint session of Congress from the new president. Get accomplished something and then you can talk about it. But I mean, yeah, we'll see. And again, those kind of things would just make me mad because they're trying to spend stuff to 100 undereducated, undereducated, not informed market far too often. Where people are just so busy with their lives, someone working 23 jobs taking care of kids. Thing here. What's the most important thing in their lives, and then they were getting habit. Sometimes it just glazing over the headlines, and we tend to accept those this fact without really digging into him and You know that? That's what leads to a great deal of frustration on on all regards when you just don't have all the facts. Not been, you know, because people can't get him. It's just they're too busy to do it. Well, once again, this is a constitutionally mandated obligation of the executive. And it's intend the Constitution United States, which apparently nobody cares about anymore, especially in Washington, D. C. And that's what in Madden's me as much as anything the ignorance. And as you mentioned, uninformed, uneducated population that really doesn't care about those things until they infringe upon their constitutional rights, and then they get in uproar. I think the constitution will be a document to be referred to occasionally versus followed. Sadly, for the next four years, and I really want to be wrong there. Yeah, Even the Supreme Court is following suit in that, so So tell me about the markets today. J. Even the market said had the NASDAQ had a had a cattle rough time with a zit dipped, but the Dow was down 121 points and as deck 348. I believe It was just a day that we had, you know, quite a bit of selling nothing. That's extreme of any regard, but before that day as we kind of rolled into the day The Dow was barely up, maybe a half of 1% on the year s and P a little bit more than that NASDAQ a little bit more than that, none of them up 1% for the year. So it's kind of been in a state of flux for what is now going into the third month of the year. And that's gonna be problematic for a lot of people because they want to get excited about the stimulus. They want to get excited about a lot of different things that are going on. In the market continues took to rise. But there's things that worry me. As far as inflation. There's things that worry me as far as well, legislation that will come out or executive orders that will come out. It will start to squash some of the small businesses around the country that are the main reason that we have the jobs being produced that we do is from small businesses and That's my big concern because that part of the economic engine has taken out. I don't think that the other legs of fuel of the table can support it and we would see a considerable pull back on the market. And I certainly don't want that to be the case. Well, I mean, the Democrats and the establishment Swamp in Washington seems to be very supportive of the Giants, monolith, corporations, the big guys, and we saw that during covert 19 with the lockdowns and shutdowns. All the all the big corporate names flourished. Well, Mom and Pops and the real backbone of the economy really suffered. They did and unite both no business owners and some It spent their entire professional life getting ready to launch their business. And they just had the worst timing ever launched it before or, you know, as the pandemic hit, and all of a sudden instead of, you know, trying to Make to make it go for the next year, year and a half. I mean years fighting to survive, or you've been ordered. Shut down, and that's you know, we really won't know until the elections get here for various officials to see just how mad a lot of people are. It's unfortunate that so many jobs were affected. Some of them are never coming back. And those people that we're looking at starting a job now are thinking on it. Let me let me push that back until sometime in the future when Things get a little bit more calm. And that's unfortunate because right now a strong part of the foundation of our national economy lies in the small businesses and this is not an administration that to me is small business friendly and I hope I have my read. They're wrong, But I don't think so. And we'll start to see things that are really going to start the hammer. Ah, lot of these businesses and jobs will be effective. Right. Uh, over time, though. The market always is a good long term investment. Of course, you deal in the short term in flipping stocks, But I always think J if I had been really Smart and not caring about the next party. I was going to back in the late eighties early nineties, I think about the money that I was making on the side that I could have just invested in a broad based portfolio in the stock market. And if I'd put if I'd put that 10 or $15,000 Just across the board in the market in 1990, What would it be worth today? Well, you had been the words that if you had any more to it, and look I remember in the early eighties when I was starting to work for my first airline, Deanna Monroe, Louisiana that They were talking about the mutual fund type things that you could put 2040 50 bucks a month in from your early twenties on and you could retire. You know, 40 years later, is a millionaire. Based on using the stock market long term. The only thing that really scares me and this has for a number of years is that so many people are looking to the past performance of the market. To suggest what's going to happen in the future, and I have a very hard time with that, because we have We have a set of dynamics at play. Now, as we look forward that to me are a lot more challenging than things we've encountered in the past. Therefore, just because the markets dropped and recovered in the past, you really can't guarantee it if a lot of things happened over an extended period of time, which could repress the market. Or an extended period of time. And, Yeah, I like to flip stocks and eight or nine minutes versus later nine months. But the idea is that there's so many people saying it's okay that the national debt is climbing. It's okay that we're giving out the stimulus money that we are that we're printing money that we're doing all of these other things. But what ends up taking place is you know what happens if all of a sudden something things start to blow up in our face, and we have to count on the foundation of what this economy is in businesses, And if it's not a strong in his deepest we need Yeah, There's going to be ramifications. They're talking about social securities. You've talked about so many times before. Yep, It's got a clock ticking on it. And in a few years when we have more people taking them giving and then a decision has to be made, give less or take more. Depending on which side you're looking at, and those things are big addressed, and eventually we will and yeah, there's going to be a Small tidal wave of things that are gonna happen. Azul repercussion of them. Well, it zah shame. Bernie Madoff is in prison and or was in prison, and they still allow the Ponzi scheme known as Social security to exist. "You have it. Thanks to the Daily Show for that. There are other people that inside of this thing and they should all be held accountable every single damn one of them. I wouldn't share a foxhole with not one of those bitches. Well, look at Don edick a junior we're coming for you and we're going to enjoy you you you said you couldn't win a fight dude. I mean stop it or yeah. Yeah, none of them. They've lived their whole entire lives with a Golden Spoon in their free. I guarantee you if you smack them right across their lips, they would curl up and down and and you'd think they were frigging dying. Let me tell you what's funny. Is it Donald Trump is going to be dismantled. You know, Deutsche Bank is already that gone coming after his assets. We know that I'm not going to lie his ass up and what's funny about this is every single dime that they take away from Donald Trump. Yeah. He better not pay Rudy Giuliani cuz he's going to need that money elsewhere. But every single dime that they take away from Donald Trump over the edge. a couple of years and it's going to be nothing but lawsuits for him that's less money that Don Jr Ivanka and friggin Eric get to split up amongst themselves and I'm going to enjoy watching them friggin realize that their fridge heritance has just been frigging taken from them and then maybe they're going to have to get a friggin real job so yeah it's going to be awesome to watch yeah and let me say first thank you to Marshall journalist for the Girl dolls and again YouTube is messing with me again Army made this is the second time they've done this because about sixty a chatroom and it must be because we just played you know people inside the Insurrection but but I don't know what YouTube is up to but the home schooling with my show and this is the second time it happened on Tuesday I've been told I've been told that some folks that are following me on YouTube have had to go back and re-follow yep What's going on here? I mean, I mean, it's ridiculous. I'm a liberal show. Okay, I'm not about hate. I'm not about bigotry not about violence stop screwing but with my show off the second time. This has happened Richard and it's I'm starting to get sick of it because it because they affect the super charts and they the amount of money that I get YouTube stop. It's ready. I'm not in sight here. We are inciting peace and Harmony and love but there's a problem what's happening is as you probably have groups of people that watch your show that absolutely disagree with you and they're probably basically getting other people and they're all possibly going through the reporting process and and you know, maybe YouTube is, you know, they're not taking the time to go out and find it there just appeasing some of these people and that's a possibility, you know, I mean if they've never people call in and and and gripe about something then you know, there's always going to be some people that are willing to wage Listen to them and that's probably what could be happening. Yeah. Well, I mean, you know, but YouTube never gives you any help. Like first of all, you gotta wait on hold. I mean, it's not even on hold. It's it's just a chat and they never have a solution all they're going to say. I don't know, you know, we'll e-mail you if we can figure it out and they never it never figure it out. Yeah. I'm I'm I'm pretty sure that I'm going to end up getting hit with that stuff too. Because I mean the the show that I do the the the lives that I do. I like these assholes up every single day. I get people coming on and throwing stones at me and I don't give two shits. I'll tell him to kiss my ass to it. Don't bother me at all. But yeah, there's a lot of haters out there and and we're going to continue catching hell from these people because you know everything they've wanted has failed and they're going to be mad about that for quite some time. They've given us literally twenty dates over the last freaking six months of when all this amazing stuff was supposed to happen from Diagon wage. JFK jr. Showing up and joining forces with Donald Trump to to crack in the pedophile rings and all that stuff and nothing has ever followed through for them. And right now they're just pissed off because all they have seen is nothing but loss, you know and Donald Trump has done nothing but lose and Rudy giuliani's one win vs 65 losses. So I mean these off this is the people that these people put their hopes in and they're failing miserably and they're going to basically lash out at People Like Us who have been calling them out from the beginning. Yep. That's true and whatever happened to all the winning the dog Trump. There's going to be so much winning. Yeah, where have we won? Yeah, look at the look at the promises that he's made from start to finish. I mean, you know, here's a guy who who who his one of his first major things was pure racism. He didn't ban people from you know, Pakistan or or or Afghanistan. He banned Muslims. He Band-Aid religion that right there alone tells you what a shitbag. He is, you know, there's a billion Muslims in this world and he bands Muslims, you know and everything else. He didn't say the industries that he said he was going to save people wasn't, you know, rich people got frigging richer. He didn't drain the swamp. He added to it, you know in the only time the swamp has drained is when the people drained it themselves when they finally said I've had enough of Donald Trump and I'm leaving, you know, and these assholes that waited until after the 6th to resign DeVos and all these other Jacqueline's I'm going to tell you right now they're they're they're going to go down in history log. Supporting this man all the way up until they attacked our nation's capital and and that's that's how they need to be remembered. What do you what dissipates happened on inauguration day what now? What do you anticipate it's going to happen on January 20th? Nothing nothing. I think that I think you're going to have some people that may show up to want to protest but they better be very very careful and they better know this first off all freaking assholes that used to be the ones that inside it all these people are now arrested right now and I can guarantee you that they better not put their foot on the soil in DC because if they do it's going to be worse when they get picked up the next time I think that you may have some groups show up, but right now, you know, as far as the nation's capital goes they got plenty of security and make no mistake about it those National Guard have all got one two, three combat deployments under their belt and you know, they're they're not scared to do their job. I worry about the the state capitals because I'm not sure if off all 50 state capitals have really taken this threat serious because they're supposed to be protests on all 50 state capitals, but once again, you know, if if The leadership in every one of these state capitals are not ready. If the if the security are not ready then then shame on them and they need to be held accountable..

And of course the inevitable cries for her to resign are coming fast and furious other republicans. Who voted to impeach prote- according to the wall street journal this morning. Adam kings kings anger of illinois. Peter my hair of michigan tom. Wright's of south carolina. Fred in michigan and david validation of california. Interestingly enough the ten votes from the minority party referring to the republicans of course are the most for any presidential impeachment topping the five democrats who voted for some impeachment articles in bill clinton's nineteen ninety eight impeachment. Interestingly enough shortly after the house voted to impeach him. President trump held an oval office ceremony to award the national medal of arts to country singer. Toby keith yes he then put together a video but surprisingly enough this video and we'll have for you this morning the audio at six thirty five but interestingly enough impeachment wasn't even mentioned so as we're all aware in this process sabah sadly because well we've been through this before we've been down this road before final congressional word on president trump's legacy will rests in the hands of the.

"Bobby, one is running for president and there's blood in the streets of Uganda to wine is the activist and singer who's running against president. You are in new seven E, who's been in power since 1986. Authorities arrested Bobby Wine on Wednesday. His supporters protested and police responded brutally. The government says you were arrested for breaking covert 19 laws by holding a political rally. Is that how you see it? Well, I must say the cup in 19 has been weaponized toe be used against the opposition and in particular the biggest rate off President Museveni's 34 year old group on power. While President Museveni cause around the country holding positions on holding big rallies. He is not allowing us to reach out to the people. If any of you that I was holding my campaign meeting I was left there by the police. You say police led you to the scene of this rally. Do you think they you were set up? Well, I know that person really is so scared off the support that we have the support that I personally have. Yes, I'm worried because I know that Museveni prides himself in raking elections and this might not be an exception. That is why I call upon all you cannons to cut their foot but also call upon international community and international media to keep their eyes on the people of Uganda because This seems to be our last short at liberation. China says it will retaliate after US orders its Houston consulate to close

"With the Chinese. Let's deal with the hacking situation and the story that broke yesterday and even before this, we had heard that the Chinese were actively trying to steal intellectual property on Research for a Corona virus vaccine and it comes down to the Chinese know that this virus originated in Wuhan. The Chinese know that they misled the world. They misled the United States they misled. Originally, the World Health Organisation, which has become complicity with the Chinese. On multiple levels and the Chinese did a disservice to humanity. Let's look at it through the prism and the lenses of us here in the United States. That if they would have let us know in December Or early January what they knew and if the Chinese would have locked down Wuhan sooner, even just a week sooner. They didn't tell their own people between January 14th in the 21st and there was a massive spread and rule on at that point. They don't even tell their own people or they didn't move to lock things down. And again the Chinese Communist government completely to blame here for mishandling and mismanaging and lying to the world. And with that said the Chinese don't want Toby. Shown up that they don't want to be behind the eight ball. They want to also be the ones that say, Hey, we've got the best vaccine against Corona virus. Instead of all of the other pharmaceutical and research and institutions around the world that are working diligently and feverishly. On a vaccine whether it's German scientists whether it's French, whether it's what we're hearing out of Oxford in the UK Fizer here in the United States and, of course, their branches all around the world, Moderna. You know, that's just a fraction of who's working. Johnson and Johnson here in the United States is just a fraction of who's working on this vaccine. And the Chinese were we heard this two months ago. I talked about this on the program months ago that the Chinese were tryingto hack and steal data from all over the world so they could be first. Was saying, Hey, we got the vaccine. And now we have two Chinese hackers that have been formally charged with trying to steal research on the Corona virus vaccine. Trying to steal from private companies trying to steal from our government agencies as well. And this is what came down from the DOJ yesterday. And these two guys apparently work that the Chinese Ministry of State Security and the Gwang Dong State Security Department To lead a campaign, which the DOJ the assistant attorney General, John Demmer said was a sweeping global computer intrusion campaign. That's the nice way to say hacking intellectual property theft just going in and stealing. Chinese are very, very good at this. That's why they've gotten so far militarily. From a industrial standpoint, they stolen countless countless hundreds of billions or trillions. An intellectual property. Lee. Zhou Yu, 34 years old and dung. Jeez, I got zero J A Z a shot. G, uh 31. According to the reports, they targeted intellectual property and confidential business information. Held by Pharmaceutical companies and those that are steaming full speed ahead toward a corona virus treatment. Treatments. So the therapeutics the testing issues, the vaccines they were trying to rip off and bust into everything. And this is what the Chinese have done again. Defense contractors. Why do you think the latest generation of the Chinese fighter jet looks just like the F 35 Because they ripped off was the Lockheed Martin or north of Groman. They They controlled her back in the late to thousands like 8 4009 And they stole a whole lot of defence information on the F 35 ripped it off. So it's defense contractors. They rip off the pharmaceutical companies. A computer high tech medical device companies. The Chinese even have a history of busting into solar energy companies here in the United States video game development They're ripping off information. They're stealing codes. It's nonstop on what the Chinese do their absolute thieves. When it comes to intellectual property. According to the indictment. These malicious cyber activities began more than 10 years ago. And were ongoing as of the date of the indictment, according to AA de MERS. During that time, the hackers stole terabytes of data from hundreds of targets. Establishing themselves as a prolific threat to the U. S and foreign networks. And these charges from the feds. They say that these Chinese hackers tried to access the accounts of other organizations that we're not government organizations. They tried to bust also into dissident organizations or actual dissidents or clergy, human rights activists. Is it trying to get Intel and so they can punish and and go after anything that's a threat to the Chinese Communist. Regime. That's what this comes down to. Yeah, Lee and Dung they were working on high tech companies. That was their focus, but they had a whole team. They work of others, obviously, but Lee and Dung they were, they were focused on busting into high tech companies here in the United States, also in South Korea, and Sweden and Spain, Australia, Belgium, Britain. Germany, Japan, Lithuania Nothing about a stony and Latvia. But Lithuania and these indictments were filed in U. S District Court in Washington. And shows that Beijing is using fight cyber theft. In a worldwide campaign. To quote Robbe replicate and replace non Chinese companies in the global marketplace. And then there's also said that China is providing the safe haven for these criminals in order for the Chinese government to get all this information that these guys were Pretty much on the Chinese kami payroll. China has not taken its place alongside Russia, Iran and North Korea in that shameful club of nations that provide a safe haven for cyber criminals to exchange or in exchange for those criminals being on call toe work for the benefit of the state. Again to feed the Chinese Communist Party's insatiable hunger. For American and other non Chinese companies. And to steal their hard earned intellectual property, including covert 19 research, according to Des Murs, assistant attorney general It's a huge problem it has been, and that's why the Chinese are as far as they are. So on the heels of that now we go to the next chapter. And that's that the Chinese consulate in Houston, Texas, has been ordered closed and, you know he's got his finger on this pulse and is spot on and is not a great job and doesn't pull punches. Mince words. And that's Florida Republican Senator Marco Rubio. He gets and has gotten the Chinese threat for a very long time. And what Marco Rubio said today in Fox Business interview is that the Chinese Consulate in Houston is a front for a massive spy organization. And the State Department has ordered that consulate in Houston. To shut down, he said. This consulate is basically a front. It's kind of the central node of a massive spy operation. Commercial espionage, defense espionage. Also influence agents try to influence Congress, according to Marco Rubio. And by the way, Senator Rubio is the acting chair of the Senate Intelligence Committee. And he said that this closure of the Houston Chinese consulate was long overdue. And he said the State Department Was completely right Team make this move, and the State Department says that this is absolutely necessary to protect intellectual property here in the United States and private information. And of course, the Chinese. They're going ballistic. They're saying that they could retaliate. That this is uncalled for. This is a gray GIs. We could retaliate. China China When you get there, try to get you to send another virus our way. Is that how you going to retaliate? And Rubio also predicted that China Would then retaliate by closing one of our diplomatic facilities. In China. And if you wanna get a snapshot of what we have in China, Of course, we have the official U. S embassy in Beijing, but we have five consulates around China. We have a consulate in Shanghai. We have a U. S consulate in Gwang Ju. We have a U. S consulate and Cheng do and Wuhan Great and in Shenyang, So we have apparently five other Consulates. On top of our embassy. So the expectation is the Chinese going to retaliate by shutting down one of our places. Hey, what about this fire? What about the Houston Fire Department being called to this embassy or this consulate? Has to shut down by end of business like 45 o'clock on Friday. So the Chinese have to shut this thing down and get out by the end of this week. By Friday afternoon, And last night, there was a fire at the embassy Smoke and Houston Fire department responded. What do you think happened? Where was the fire? What were they doing? Hold on to that thought, because we'll wrap up this whole story with that next. Here on Schmidt, I
