AOC's Bill to Extend Pandemic Unemployment Benefits Spoonfeeds Socialism

"On it. But another big story that has been the talk of the town today and I'm no, I'm no Larry Kudlow right when it comes to financial news. But the Dow tumbled 900 points as Wall Street's fears turned to China. Jane and this is bad and the reason it's bad is because people are losing their shirts. And have the potential to lose their shirts. Now we saw this. This plummet in Wall Street. And it's because of all this speculation over ever Grant this Chinese, this huge Chinese company that owns tons of real estate and is slowly becoming insolvent. And this is a problem. That is not only going to affect China's economy and send a massive blow to their economy. It's going to send a massive loader our own economy. And In the midst of all of that AOC all out crazy herself. She is, I guess. Maybe, um, thinking, let me take advantage of every good crisis I can find. And she says, you know what? We're going to extend the pandemic unemployment insurance, and I say, Hey, let me get some of that right there Giving out everybody Let me get some. But AOC. She's going to introduce a bill to extend pandemic unemployment assistance benefits, which expired in September. She talked about this last week and talked about introducing and I think, put it out there, but She's back. And she's saying this, uh, virtual town Hall. Sand, blah, blah, blah. We're going at it. We're doing this thing. Now I think that she may gain some traction with this. I'm not sure. I really don't know. But I do know that if we continue to do this The result is the same. And what I mean by that is Money that's constantly coming in from the government that isn't being earned by the people and again unemployment insurance is a different story. But that may be the easiest way to spoon feed

It's you know we are not used to speaking face to face anymore and you talk about going back to work. This is going to be one of the toughest things that we're going to have to face is that we don't have that screen anymore. We don't have that separation and so we and we've kind of lost our skills of being able to speak face to face and when somebody's right in front of you So i think we're going to face a lot of tough conversations and a lot of tough situations where we just don't quite know how to handle those conversations we're going to have to have

"We want to move onto a brand new topic. Our friend hugh hewitt was on vacation but he was actually on a working vacation last night because he. He hosted a debate between the various challenges. To gavin newsom in california's gubernatorial recall election. A number of people were on stage. None of them were named jane fonda. Wayne i'm actually a little surprised that jane funded didn't accept the invitation. Yes one hundred and forty two year. Old Viet cong candidate was not on the stage last night. Did you see the san francisco. Chronicle article jane fonda was considering jumping into the into the race because she was worried. That gavin newsom wasn't going to be able to defeat the recall i. That's the thing about the democratic party is kind of. They're kind of putting older eggs into gavin newsom basket right if he goes down. There's really not a lot of democrats that are kind of running as that's a hard campaign to run right now. Say no to the recall. But if you do vote for me instead yeah i mean. It's really an untenable yet. Some you get some some low level democrats that are running in this because they need some name recognition for later on down the road or they're looking at new figuring he's vulnerable and there should be some democrats in the mix goes down democrat. Statewide that is that is trying to seize the opportunity and saying let's toss him overboard but let's hang onto the state. There's there's really nobody high profile making that case. Well in that case jane punish a jumped in i mean she's only eighty three years old. That's still younger than jerry. Brown wasn't his last nine. Feinstein dianne feinstein. "The company that you select to remove the tree, there's a great chance that they will be able to get in and out of there with no snow in and follow those roots back because their equipment will handle some frozen ground without much problem at all. Enjoy your second. Yes. You're the second question. Yes, I do. Um, what is a general price of removing a tree like that? I don't know. Yeah. How big a diameter is it? The trunk. I have no idea. I've I've not gone out to look at it. Okay, so You're permanently older tree. It's been there first. Well, at least 20 years, if not longer. So you're you're probably gonna be to take down the tree itself and then also grind the stump and get everything out of there. You're probably going to quickly be between $501,000. Um, A Z start to get over it $1000. It might be something that's let's say greater than 40 ft. Tall and it would require somebody to climb up and start to cut out pieces. Because the tree is so big that if it fell in any direction, it could land on a other plants or or wires. Or if you have to get him up and climbing in the tree. You can easily go pretty fast past $1500 to $2000. So you know, um, you may want to call in in that area. I we use Bark River. Oh, bark rivers and Gosman. Hmm. And then Wachtel. What little tree is another good company? W A. C H t E l And then Daryl's in Brookfield is also probably good choice for you so Three different companies, and you should be able to. We use all three of those companies when we need to. Um, I'm pretty sure Wachtel cuts down and removes trees. They're more of a tree health care company. I'm sorry, compete against him on that level, But I do believe that they still climb trees and cut them down. But not nonetheless. If they don't bark river or Darryl's will both be good for you. Good luck to you, and that's very, very nice of you to do that. Let's see. We got a couple minutes before we need to go to the break bread in about two minutes. Let's start talking about some dormant pruning. Mm hmm. Well, the This is the time of year where people who and especially anxious are eager to get some pruning done because the weather's a little still rather pleasant out. And just just to remind her that typically tree pruning. So we're talking maples and oaks and larger trees that we're gonna be going into and pruning and you may have people climbing up in in them. Ah, lot of times. I will warn you that that's best done. Um Early lately. Winter, um early spring before the buds begin to open. Simply simply put a lot of times those types of trees will bleed sap. And that we don't want them bleeding sap every time they warm up in the winter, So what'll happen, Jim? Is it free prune that larger trees closer to spring? What'll happen is if they do bleed sap. That they'll begin to. You know, in spring, they'll begin to grow again and they'll heal up those cuts quickly, and that's what we're looking for. Sometimes if we cut maples now they can bleed step all winter long. And if they bleed too much sat there giving up energy. That's their That's their You know, their Food right there, Right sap close around in their foods in their system. So, um, But other than that shrubs and and you know, small shrubs, medium sized shrubs and even small ornamental trees. You can go ahead and begin pruning now. And you know, one of the things that why pruning is so important. Jim is that number one it opens up. It opens up the plant and allows light to get into the center of the plant. And for those of you who have maybe have some lilacs or other shrubs that have a lot of foliage. Well, not right now. They don't. But in the summertime, they have a lot of foliage. Out near the topper. The tips of the stems the tips of the branches and the centers are leafless. Um Opening up and letting light down into those in the shrubs will allow the shrubs. The branches on the interior of the plant is sprout little, you know, branches and then ultimately leaves. And when we have that dense all those leaves, Cook, compact and condensed on the outer edges of the trees. The light can't penetrate and so you'll get you'll, you know, you'll get that naked interior. And so what? Right? You don't wanna? Yeah, right. We won't go there. But one of us, at least this tastes s so if you're going if you're working on a lilac, for example. At this time of year. You want to go near the ground and you want to, you know, count up the number of stems that air coming out of the ground. So let's say there's there's 30 and for easy math. You can typically take out one third of the stems. Every winter and so over the course of three years, you're gonna have removed all of the stems, But every year new ones will generate And so what you're doing now, In three years, you've basically removed anything that was alive four years ago. And everything now is three years old or less, and that newer those new hours branches, those newer stems typically are a lot less likely to have insect problems or disease problems. And also when you're doing that you're going to be giving the plant a lot of light on the interior. And so you'll have more leaves from the ground to the tip. Which and then also more flowers and so right up against the clock. I'm sorry, mean step on you there. We'll be right back with more of the designer yard show after this on Wisconsin's radio station, W. GM Jane Who shows up at your house on Christmas morning. Yes,.

"It. Dave Jared Goff is what your quarterback sleeper Jamie Ben Rothlisberger is. Yours. Ben Cam Newton. Is Yours. They're practically going back to back to back and they're all like qb seventeen through twenty in eighty p Jamie wanted to thirteen and our wow. Well Jane Who's your favorite? You had rothlisberger that doesn't necessarily mean is your favorite but who you taken I yet rothlisberger is my favorite canned second golf is third but I like all three I think all three of the chance to be top ten ish caliber quarterbacks, things go their way. Cam has a high ceiling of that group I mean just because of what he does Russia. So, if cam hits, you're going to be thrilled about it but it's hard to say Cams GonNa hit based on what we've seen from him in the fact that he switching teams but I think he's he's Perfect if you wait on quarterback and you WANNA take two guys if you're taking him as one of the to. Date, how do you rank those three Goff Rothlisberger Cam Newton? Roethlisberger's at the top. No doubt about it although I am a little worried about him having huge numbers just because he rarely at huge numbers before Antonio, Brown became a thing in Pittsburgh. golf will be next is last. I'm not going to be in the Cam Newton drafting business this year I'm sorry. Because I decide completely different offense in theory I'm sure they're going to do some things that he's used to doing not sure how long of how much playing time we'll get he makes a bunch of mistakes. Receiving core leaves a lot to be desired. He doesn't have that reliable tight end and I I don't know how good of an army's got her how much run shoulder and his foot have. Given problems last two years, and he hasn't been prolific as a rusher partially because he hasn't been on the field as much so too many questions for him. It's hard to fall anybody that takes them with a late pick. Let me just let me put it that way when I hear him as the thirteenth quarterback off the board I get nervous I think that that's a little too soon. Any player once you get to route ten plus there's not a lot of risk. So you draft him and he stinks for a few weeks. So what you got him and you go pick up somebody else but I think Rothlisberger in Goff they certainly feel safer and in the case of Gough, there's actually some upside for him to be a good fancy quarterback. You WanNa talk about a team that's got a lot of weapons around him questions in the run game. I. Know The line is a question mark. Too. But he made immense for that late last season and he ended up putting good numbers I. Think the reliance on Higby is a factor and honestly I think they should get Gerald involved a little bit more to and they're gonNA throw a lot. He's got good receivers and we've seen it from him before and I think it's excellent value to get jared goff later and drafts the fact that what's his ADP right now it's gotta be after around twelve no one's I. Don't really look at the rafting him. Around with QB ADP because I feel like it just depends but he's like, Cuba. Right. So I just I think that that's like seventeen a really safe sleeper quarterback to begin the year with gets Dallas when we go on and now they don't have germ aucoin anymore one less problem for that line. Ben, I'll get your rankings of those three I just WanNa, to say he had golf had two wide receivers who finished top sixteen and PR. Last year. Over the last five years there have been ten quarterbacks that have had to wide receivers finished top sixteen ptr to teammate wide receivers. Goff is the only one of those ten that didn't finish in the top twelve right the murderers row of defenses in the middle of last season. And after he got done playing dares Ravens Forty niners and maybe the steelers were in there too. He was fine. He was pretty good before then as well I'm not. Twenty three points per game in the non non four games there, and then played the forty niners again, he had twenty three points. I believe that he does have a chance to finish a top twelve fantasy quarterback anybody who's getting picked that late and drafts and has the potential to be a top twelve quarterback fits the bill I think Rothlisberger got it. I. Think off Scot It. Yeah actually golf is the fourteenth quarterback on CBS. And other than CAM. Go on Ben How would you rank them? So. I really came around off anyone who's been listening to las no Stafford was kind of my first favorite late round qb his price rose to where it's been pretty comfortably like qb Twelve qb eleven golf has been like qb eighteen qb nineteen in the last week over an NFC this but forty drafts he's been keeping fifteen. I actually haven't ranked fourteen like Dave. Said you know? Could it be? Top twelve QB. Yeah. I'm like I have got frankie fourteen and a half for a couple of months I. think he's a great option, but he's he's going in some formats I mean maybe not on CBS, but he's going Cuba fifteen newton still sitting back and Qb nineteen over on those forty drafts roth between qb seventeen I would go I actually have Newton up at cubic thirteen ranks. So I have Newton Golf and then ever Augsburger QB's sixteen not far behind I also really like Rosberg for the reasons Jamie said and he come back. But yeah, these are three of my favorite late round targets. It's almost. Like which one can you get latest but I do think in some cases and the reason that Cam Newton would be the one that I would call my favorite sleeper. He's the one you can get the latest he's going still pretty late in some formats that are still pretty competitive I. Don't know that there's a guaranteed is going to win the job and I don't really care because if he doesn't want the job in one qb leagues, I will cut him before week one and I'll add somebody waivers like Gardner Minhsiu or like tyrod Taylor like I'm not worried about starting somebody like that and we go on we talked. About that on several shows, but Newton is the one like Jamie said who has the most upside? If he does start the Patriots are very creative how they use players like this unique players they always have been obviously never had anyone directly like Newton and they've made a comment that his his rushing has been a little down. It's actually been really consistent like he's at least four rushing touchdowns every year of his career until last year, and he's had at least three, hundred, fifty rushing yards every year of his career until last year and over four hundred and eighty every year except one other one so like even. As he's thirty one years old. I'm expecting them to build an offense around using his physicality where he runs for four hundred plus yards any runs for four five touchdowns minimum and I think there's upside for Bill Buzzer to be like this is our goal line back and he runs for ten touchdowns like I really think that's a possibility we'll see if even wants job like we said but like we've talked about this before as well every year he's played sixteen games has been a top five quarterback that's massive upside without rushing floor I referenced this previous show that in our magazine draft that's on stands now. Christopher's took Cam Newton and Jared Goff. And that's the way to play a weight on qb scenario and take two guys that are not ranked in the top twelve and and in some cases could be ranked outside the top fifteen..

Jamie Ben Rothlisberger Cam Newton Jared Goff Goff Rothlisberger Cam Newton qb golf Cam Newton Golf Jane Who CBS Patriots Roethlisberger Bill Buzzer Gough Cuba steelers Higby Russia Gardner Minhsiu

"And a hundred and five bottles of vitamins such as b and d which jane used as an effort to counteract the health effects of herb alenia jane was kept handcuffed in a jail cell for ten hours jane who had her period at the time kicked an officer when he wouldn't let her use the restroom while she was being held customs agents secretly copied the contents of a notebook in which he kept all of her addresses and phone numbers this was to any rational person an obviously overblown arrest as jane herself but it i was never hassled until i started speaking out against the war this was a political arrest the charges were dropped but it had an impact her father stopped talking to her for a while and many of her hollywood connections distance themselves from her as to be fair jane had already done to them remember the first episode of this series when i mentioned that youtube video that compared jane as barbarella to jane's mugshot and said the former was what we wanted and the latter was what we got by the time of her drug arrest jane's transformation from bombshell persona too radical persona was completes and the feeling of betrayal in the wake of that transformation was real by moving from sex comedies too serious rules about women who desired something other than a happy coupling and at the same time cutting her hair the glamourising her whole persona openly campaigning for unfunded causes jane had done much to destroy the star persona that had been easy to consume for much of the '60s her look.
