We're GONNA. Talk about overcoming bias in just a minute, but I always ask our guest the same first question and it was interesting to me because you've got an amazing Ted. Talk out there I encourage everyone. Everyone to go google it and in it. You say this is really great. You say that your many failures are part of your invisible diversity. So will you share a time when you failed maybe earlier career? And what did you learn from it? Because we all WANNA learn from it, too? Absolutely absolutely. Yes, so early on the first iteration of my company, it was I I. Consider Becoming An entrepreneur, the best decision that I made in my twenties but early on in my career I was focusing on marketing and I essentially built a virtual company before I knew it was actually a thing, so this was. Way Back in the early two thousands I was. Single mom trying to make it work, and I sort of piece together the different components of marketing strategy by working with with different teams of people. And that was the first time that I learned the lesson of over commitment over promising, so I was a competent twenty-something. States and did to supplement. My own capacity was like I said I had strategic partners who did did different things, and I was pretty sure of myself about what I could do, and I was not able to anticipate the demand I focused on people who were artists trying to get their their products out to market and a lot of nonprofit work, so I ended up doing a lot of work with nonprofits, and it did not anticipate the demand for for the work, and I got myself into A. A position where I simply could not meet the demand, and it's one of those kind of great problems to have but it is really important strategically as an entrepreneur as a business person to know what you can handle and to have a plan in place for success, frankly but it did that that between the over demand based on what I had capacity. I was not able to keep that afloat. And then the economy crashed and that was all. She wrote so my first business. Venture failed kind of ethically, and it was really disappointing, but. I'm now st with growth. Yeah, that's that's great. Great Advice I mean like you said. It's a quality problem to have, but it really is a real problem you. Yes, you can suffer from lack of of business or clients, but if you over commit and can't deliver than that that goes in the wrong direction, really fast, too, so tiffany. Your book is Overcoming Bias Building Authentic. Relationships across differences and I have a feeling that when it comes to the topic of diversity and bias I've probably got a lot of listeners out there who are thinking like. Yeah, there's a lot of other people out there. They have a real problem in this area. Or they're squirming in their chair. Like Oh, this is such an uncomfortable topic to talk about and I thought the way you. Your book is very interesting that you say look everyone is biased. Everyone is biased in some ways, so what is bias? And why is it so important so by itself? Just the preference of one thing over another, let's. Hope that it's not getting a bad rap like diversity did once upon a time, because if those scare people, but it really is just a function of the human condition, if we were not able to make shortcuts. and quickly make decisions and form opinions about things. It would take us too long to deliberate. We really wouldn't survive as a species, you need to be able to look at an orange and no from your previous experience. That is not going to kill you. So bias is just you know preferring one thing over another now it's not a problem when we're talking about your favorite food, your favorite color, your favorite flavor but it does get challenging when we start having preferences about people particularly in the spaces where we're talking about things that they can't control when we get into things like protected categories engenders things like that. Gender race, religion, age having a preference for or against any anything in that territory is is definitely sketchy territory and in the workplace. That's protected, so you can't simply choose to promote somebody because they happen to share a religion with you. You if that's the reason that you promote them over someone else, that's illegal. So that's the the dangerous

How are you have to look at yourself in the mirror? How're you doing today I? Know it seems kind of kind of fruity, but it's important. It's important to keep an eye on yourself because. One day you wake up and you're in a dark dark space, and you're not quite sure how you got there. You know how you guys doing it then how you doing. I feel good I, mean I? We got out last night a little bit, and did some social distance cocktail ing on my friends porch, which was nice, and honestly we came home last night, and we said wow, we needed that we needed the head clearing a little bit. But anyways and I'm I'm really excited. Talk to her because I know her from dancing with stars. Same Season No. She was just on his last season. Yeah but you know. I've never watched an episode of the office so I feel like this podcast should just be like. It's the Mike and kate show featuring I I don't know I just I. I love sweet girl. I feel like I need to see. I think the problem was I. Would you'd be watching it and I would just come in and see a few seconds of it and you'd be like laughing and looking go. I don't understand you gotTA unders. Yeah you gotta understand the characters stories but I but I like Love Seinfeld. I feel like you can watch Seinfeld and laugh at anything. Well the office is the same way if you have seen it before. So like comedy. Central always has the office in rotation constantly. So I could turn on that any moment. It can be any episode and know exactly what's going on and I'll laugh like I did the first time that's awesome. See maybe I 'cause I I really love. Kate and I'm excited to talk to her. Especially because I heard that she wall she was filming the office. She was a waitress still love that. I think that's so cool. I wonder if was it or was I- wanting to do a waitress in job last year. Did I dream? That definitely? Didn't tell me that miss waitressing like I would still do it right now. I would for fun. I mean if I have kids I probably would. I enjoy it. I love waitressing. Until didn't then you quit new. I love it I would do it I seriously. I think if I could. I just I don't know I. I love being able to help people and making their experience great for that. Maybe so crazy but I maybe I had a dream about that but I had a dream that I was applying somewhere for waitressing shop. I swear we're Kerr restaurant where your waitress at a good question? I've done all of them. I've done Joe's crab shack. I've done. Fridays I've done applebee's I've done Greek island. I've done you know I've literally done every but the only ones I haven't done where the real highest like the upper like the one we went to eleven park whatever part of the Mesh Shark. I don't think I would wanna do that kind of restaurant. I was just GonNa say you know I couldn't. It's too stuffy. We'll end said. Would you like your caveat? I couldn't even take your shoot from the hip too much. Where if you went to a restaurant like that next thing you know you don't get that because that's just disgusting That's how you'd be really honest when people came to the Wood. Ranch Grill in In La when I used to waitress there and by the way yes it's one by the Grove and funny story. I was dealing toilet paper before. Covert nineteen me. Indiana were so poor in my. Our Electric City went off. And we're stealing paper toilet paper from wood ranch because we didn't have enough money into violate toilet paper But then I booked prom night in an I quit but yeah anyways but no I would have to be. It would have to be a chill place like that and I wouldn't want to go back to. I didn't like being a bar girl. I hated that because I'm not the the the Bar Check. They're like here's a shot. And then the babe and then. I like throw it away anyways. Well I do feel. I have a lot of empathy for those people in that profession right now because of everything going on in that must that must really suck and I hope you know. They're able to find some work somewhere in and everything and hope people that have lost. Their jobs are able to do something to take care of themselves. And you know I've I've seldom do. I read comments or do we re comments about this podcast or anything really that we post. But I saw one recently when we're talking about the quarantine and someone was kind of going off on us about now. We're being insensitive or something about giving people crap being out and about lately are insensitive that what we were just being insensitive about people being out in public and we're like stay at home. Don't go out but just like anything. Yeah take it with a grain. It's all in context. Yeah take it with a grain of salt. We're not saying everyone should stay in their house and not leave it. All we understand people have to make a living and we are if you're in a central worker and you have to or or you have to make a little money when thousand percent like you know. We're not saying that everyone should stay home and I'm not. I'm not trying to defend what we're saying. I'm just trying to make it clear. So people put it in perspective that Yes we. We appreciate the fact that we've been blessing. We're in a fortunate situation where we can work from home And we're doing okay right now but we totally understand the grind of if you have to work you have to work if you have to make money out to make money. Yeah do what you do to provide for yourself and your family and stay safe so if you got to leave the house do it. But it's all about what we're talking about. Are Those people that we hear about are seeing? That are out in goofing around. Or maybe they don't have to be out or you know abusing the system right now because they are naive about the situation. That's all we're saying I was thinking again. Just everything's GonNa be taken into the right perspective and now I'm reading comments downloaded a month ago and could not get there even went up dude. How vapid and shallow Jaas? I'm sorry that it's like mean tweets. You know so toxic. Oh it's all it's all good. Everyone can have their opinions. Oh for sure are just is don't want people are actual fans listening to the US. If they are in that situation I didn't then to be felt like Isolated from from what saying I didn't want them to take it the incorrect way. Al Care the person who wrote the comment who gives it but yeah so people that care about the show and that we care about almost zanex Queen Mike's Agenda Thrives on chaos seriously can't even function on a daily basis unless she's medicated. What wars he freaks out whines cries and flat out has panic attacks. If she thinks the wind is blowing in the wrong direction she thrives on Zanex. I don't take xanax. So wow why ridiculous people are crazy. I know whatever it is what it is. I feel like the one people that do. Listen now are getting something out of it. T- there the train wreck you love to listen to or that's why you look at reviews almost for anything either five stars or wants to. There's very seldom are people because this is like anything right. Subjective people can have their opinion. It's I'm sure there's some episodes were people who are even shower wasn't my favorite one but hopefully the next week or the week before was great for them but most of the time. This is just like a movie. It's just like a you know music genres just like anything. You like what you like. And if it's in the middle they look people aren't GonNa or if you just listen to one episode like someone goes you know. Jan laughed at Mike for not hustling like. We're we crack on each other. You know but anyways I feel like at the end of the day. Hopefully we're helping people to with some of our situations. We we era dirty laundry to help. Other people You know although the other day though in therapy it's not great to have therapy sessions in quarantine. It's hard when you're on zooming. There's a way out. We're having therapy last week. And it was a great therapy session. Ten minutes last ten minutes and and you know it was like a therapist is like so what are ways the can connect together and how that got us into an argument shocking. But you know within those two minutes might get upset gets up and storms out and berm and therapist is like this is why I hate doing these. These kinds of sessions. Because now you're stuck in the house. And what is he coming back like? No yeah he's like. Is he going to come back now? He's done he's done and he goes. Well how is this? GonNa how is this going to resolve is like one or two things easy. They're gonNA be a whole the rest of the day and you know his chest out and whatever or apologized for being defensive in. We'll talk it out and it was the latter an house. Kinda cool super cool but yeah I was like but no peace and I'm GonNa go now and Greis came back from a walk and I even said to girlfriends up here to see they're going to be a good rest of the day today. Do they take your ass you better? Now you're like out with the kids and playing so caroline game. Yeah Ryan Scooter but Yeah all right well. Is Zion Living Up to the Hype for the Pelicans?
"Were in Dallas for the pelicans overtime loss to the Mavericks. Second night of a back to back for New Orleans obviously but we didn't see the Zion. We've sort of been spoiled by over the last month. So what did you get from Zion? On Wednesday night. I saw someone who had to go through a little bit of adversity. There's two different things working against him in that Dallas Game One. It was the first time he played on a back to back. You didn't see his legs under him. Early actually play but gets the block on Williamson Williamson. Took his time getting up court. You may be subbing out of the ball game here. He is drew and Lonzo Ball. We're GONNA come on up to him. Hey man you you're right you you tired. Are you going to play? You GotTa pick one. The other thing. Going against him was Dallas they started Maxi Kluber alongside of kristaps porzingis specifically for Zion Williamson two. That might have been forcing a psychotic burst that is just perfectly played deep that still by Dallas Cleveland's doing A. They went to the formula. That's been working. Which is the. We're GONNA get the tallest guy we have can defend him to do it. And then have another seven footer. Awesome plus footer at the Rim Ryan got blocked inside again. It's not possible in less. Cleber is being this physical and allowing time for kristaps ticket over there. Lieber six ten obviously porzingas seven three. Those have been the only really match ups that have given him problems when they played the box. Janas guarded him and then you have the Lopez twins behind him. Protecting the RIM defers Lakers game. Anthony Davis guarded him. And you had jovial and Dwight rim so that combination kind of went against his favor so walk me through a little bit of the process on the back to back portion of it because this is obviously part of the Adjustment For Zion. So where do you find the line? If you're the PELICANS in trying to get him experienced doing things like back to backs that he'll be asked to throughout his career and then also sort of adjusting him since he is still getting fresh on the court after an injury yeah so initially David Griffin the PELICANS executive vice president of basketball operations who should have a shorter title. It's a mouthful say every time I don't know I mean if you're going to have a title let's go big with it like if I'm going to have a business card the whole front of it's going to be my title and the backs. Just going to say fits. There's not not my first name. Just I'm pretty sure that's what his business card says. I haven't seen one but I'm pretty sure that's it has to read like that initially As I was coming back from the injury. Grif said he wasn't there. Were probably going to take it easy on back to backs. Now the good thing that kind of worked into their favor there was January. Twenty second was when he made his debut since then the Tuesday Wednesday back to back that they just had was the first time they had a back to back so they got to let him get games under his belt. He mentioned to his own Tuesday. You know I have to do the recovery if I want to perform the way that I'm capable of performing as you try to push for or is this your mutual agreement Little bit of both but I need a push for myself because I gotTa do the recovery of I want to be able to perform. We do every night with that. Being said coming off the knee injury there were reports that he was learning how to walk differently. How to run differently? I mean when they're watching him and they're monitoring and what are they looking for his indicators of his health very funny to me because I think George Sodano said that I think on ESPN broadcast and it just kind of blew up. He's learning how to walk and anybody who's been through physical therapy at any point that I for any sort of knee. Injuries foot injury. Whatever it is can tell you. They will relearn how to walk in physical therapy. The learning how to walk and run differently was more about little things in his gate that they wanted to fix. The biggest thing that they really wanted to correct at that time was how he landed when you go back and watch how he landed at. Duke with these huge one handed slam traffic. He's landing on one foot one of the big things you see. Now when he goes up for a dunk whether it's an alley whether he's just throwing it down to hands. He tries to land on two feet as much as possible. Zeile yeah that the to hand flush and a great entry fee for Lonzo Ball over Kunst buck to finish that would KUPA gotta be thinking. What in the world so. It's little things that maybe you don't know at nineteen years old that the Pelicans are trying to instill in him so they can take a little bit of stress off of his knees. The biggest thing you just said is nineteen if you listen to Zion. He'll make sure he tells you. He's nineteen in just about every other interview. I feel like I mean but doesn't right like we are so busy trying to make him either the savior of a lead. That doesn't need to be saved or the reason that we're over. Hyping somebody to the point that people ridicule how much we talk about it but you look at it at some point. Say this is a nineteen year old kid. We're talking about that is absolutely crushing in a limited sample size. So let's turn the tone positive here for a second you're looking at a nineteen year old kid. What he's doing is unprecedented right. It's absolutely unprecedented. Feel like every other night we were finding ways to start a sentence with Zion Williamson. Doing something and we ended it with Michael Jordan or Shaquille O'Neill or Tim Duncan or wilt. Chamberlain the goes on and on and on. And you're like that doesn't make sense.

Bucks, Raptors meet in Eastern Conference showdown
"Plus Raft Milwaukee. Freaky Greek play in Toronto. Tonight you went on this being a bigger game for the Butts Raptors we know severe game for the raptors rabbits have something to prove the raptors. They've got a great record. Got To all-stars they've got Pascal. Siachen run up and down the floor. They just beat the pavement by forty six points. But I don't really respect them in the eastern conference. Joe Is something about that and I don't know why because would you pick them against the bucks this series. Would you pick up against this? Other sincerest against the heat in the series. The reason we don't feel good about him is they look like the same team last year except they don't have quiet litter. What's the reason that JEB last year? Hand lettered so. I think this is a big game for the raptors. But I'm telling you I get a little more skeptical of the butts. Every time I watch like last time I watched it and I was like okay. So Chris Middleton does look like a guy who can get his second shot. But what's going to happen when people start sending Janas to the line right Zillur shoes? I sixty one percent. He doesn't shoot. Three's well he's still only shooting like thirty one percent in December. He was good outside of that. Not so much like I feel bad about the way that I feel about the best. Feel bad about the patch. The whole feel terrible

Really stock if we lost like a lot of listeners now if you to get into a big fight, and maybe John rise. We're off to a good start. I just feel like we, you know, Mike spin on since September, obviously because you know, miss, Janice. So busy with Ryan and everything else. And he no with Michael, and what we have and what we're doing and wanting to do and helping people, and I'm like, it shouldn't just be my name on there. So I do love. Might put on his diva hat start saying I want my name on there too. At that time. He did not do that. I don't think I just I just care about him. And I want him to he he deserves to have his name up there too. Yes. Very grateful to you guys for being so open with no filter, and please welcome. We'll try although I do get really scared though, you don't have to try. We just have to try not to. Well. Honestly, the funny Funny thing thing is. is when you're talking about a Livia in my brain. I was like, okay. I know that one of the writers from e listen to the show because he's so sweet. And I was just like I have to be careful because if I say, I don't like her that's going be the like the headline. But I don't not like our though, I'm not saying I just have to be careful with that politically cry don't You don't like like her. her, basically, call their social climber. But that's fine. That was your opinion. So anyways, let's get to what you know. Like Michael says he wants to talk about the important stuff. That was what you said you like I don't want to just talk about this celebrity you wanted to. And this is again since this is the start of our show together. You really wanted to talk to this guy today and so- Amy are amazing producer made it happen. Do you wanna kinda give Baxter before we get them on the phone? Janez point is, you know, we want to talk about everything. But we realize what the listeners want to hear what they want us to talk about. And so the guests that we're going to have on the show today. Very important for me specifically just because the names are Jason. And Shelly Martinez. Jason is an author. He wrote this book titled worthy ever trust didn't shine right with them. She did like Shelley's thoughts throughout the book. She that kinda put her thoughts. Hurt your sense her feelings in wrote them down within the chapters. And this was probably one of the first books in recent memory that I've read like cover to cover multiple times. And this book was given to me when I was in rehab for sex addiction and really kind of. Shaped my whole mindset around recovery around forgiveness around trust around everything like this this book impacted me the most out of any book that I read when I was in treatment at of any workbook at of any big book out of anything. This was the book that I always referred back to. So personally, I'm very excited and feel very privileged to be able to talk to this guy and his wife in express that to them and ask them smoke questions. Yeah. I'm excited to just from like the wife's standpoint with all of us to and because there's been so many people that Email us and ask us how we do it. And it's nice to see someone. That's you know, we've been doing it for what four years now three years. No, cover it. But you know, sixteen years they've been they've been married. So I'm I'm just super excited to come to pick their brain. Because there's I know a lot of people that have questions as well. And how to get through things and some of the things that he talks about this book. That will ask them are our, you know, our topics that whether addiction or not. Any relationship that deals with any kind of infidelity can definitely benefit from Russia..

I it is pumped Michael is not here. We will explain later, but I just have to I talk about the fact that access live just like, wow. We started writing this was playing about like hiring the hot nanny, his you were everywhere. Well, it's funny because I got because we talked about like, you know, obviously, the nanny quit and we're hiring a new nanny. And it's funny. Some of the comments that I got were like, she's so insecure, and I said, and and to me it's like Jana, Kramer, so insecure, and I want to be like it's not about being insecure again, I think any whether my husbands cheated or not I still think it's for like. Look at it from a history point of view, Jude law, cheated with an any Ben Affleck ended up with the nanny so Roz del cheated on the you know, it's not the craziest thing ever, exactly. And again, it's kind of Mark said he's like you're putting me in the lion's den. I so you're human who why like a super hot chick around all the time and like playing mommy, and it's not in. It's not that. I'm insecure about it at all. But it's funny. They showed that clip about from the sex in the city when Charlotte donating she's like bouncing with no bra, her boobs up and down. And like that's exactly what I'm talking about. I again, I'm not into. I have my insecure moments. I won't say that I'm not insecure because I definitely have those moments. But you know, I just think it's not smart to have happens so much to it's sort of the ultimate cliche. "You see you have to eat this and do this, and that leads to this restrictive life that is so miserable and causes so much more stress in an already really stressful process. So, you know, doing things that kind of can get us through and knowing that like, you might need to lean on the people around you and reaching out when you need help and finding some like knowing that it is because it's going to be stressful like finding that kind of support network, whatever it is for you. And maybe that's not a person maybe that's writing in a journal. But something that kind of can get you through the process. So. I guess. I I it's just so hard because I just I feel I mean, sometimes I feel guilty. Because you know, now, we have the people are always asked me, you know, how do you stay positive and in the moment, and I say to them try to say positive, but in the moment, I couldn't even stay positive because you don't know what the outcome is going to be now, I can look at the outcome. Be like, oh now we have two beautiful kids. So I guess I I know what you're trying to say is you're trying to say to stay centered. But it's just so hard when it really hurt you want that family, and then you want to be hopeful. Right. Like, you don't wanna be a pessimist going in the into it. And yet at the same time like the hopeful is so scary because it leaves you so vulnerable, and you're just kind of open to that fact that is just not going to work. And I think you know, depending on how old you are. And what the circumstances are sometimes the chance that it's going to work as a low. And so how do you kind of manage kind of going through this entire process without just being like emotionally crushed at the end. I I don't really know. Anyway, they're kind of really mitigate that and kind of keep that from happening. Prepare you for that roller coaster physically and emotionally until you go through. And knowing that I think is nuts actually, huge is that there are so many ups and downs of like, oh, you're so happy because you have this many eggs in like, oh, you're devastated. The next day because the fertilization is poor. And then they call you the next day, and they say oh embryos are developing. And then oh. Normal. It's like the obstinate downs. And that's in downs. That's really, you know, it's it's draining situation. So we actually got the baseball children Gina became pregnant naturally for both news times. It was one month after a failed IVF cycle is that common from your experience. It ha- having all the time. And you know, we don't think that it's like it has actually anything to do with IBS because like the IDS process doesn't really do anything to kind of change. What's going to happen in the next cycle? But we see it all the time. I'm taking the progesterone and things he my system gone. Like, why don't you stop faking it it's gone in that affect doesn't kind of carry over to the next month? And I did get pregnant though each time. Yeah. New I mean, like with with IBS, so maybe CG in my system. Then you have to start you on your next cycle. Like, you won't get your period until all that. It's like kind of all those hormones like kind of washed out of your body but tiny that your period. I was I mean, it's probably yes. Is it common that like it would happen so closely to both IBM cycles and the answer is obviously. No. But we see it all the time. I mean, literally just takes one good thing. One good sperm. You know, interesting. Yeah. All right. Well, so we're gonna have our listeners right in see you guys right in Jana, Kramer, iheartmedia dot com, and then Dr Kristen Bendix in you're going to answer the question so excited to have you back on. And we just really we hope you guys emailing again, Jana Kramer, iheartmedia dot com,.

"No pressure. No, anything that doesn't have to be a certain result. And so what through that you're developing this box kind of guided you into that direction and make sure you keep it light and fun. Well, just me as a person I have a core value of his not fun. Why are we doing it? So it's important for couples to have pleasure and fun. And what tends to happen over time as we get really boring, and we get into the responsibilities of life. And we forget to have that lightness and playfulness and flirtation. I mean, the bedroom really is kind of an adult playground. And if you have that kind of attitude about it that is for exploration and connecting free of. Outcome free of expectations and fear or whatever. Then then it changes the way it feels because when you enter into the bedroom. You don't want it to be anything? But just something you look forward to and when exiled he kicks in let's opposite of the sexual response. Our bodies don't even work if we're anxious is designed to just make it fun. And light and exploratory. How do we we know for him because he does struggle with intimacy part and wanting to or the fear of performing. So how does he kind of stay out of his head in those moments? Something I tell couples all the time is to take away the outcome, and your former athlete, maybe even harder. The idea is that it's not all about the touchdown that it's still great. If you're in the connecting process of it all but you're not reaching for a goal. And sometimes I tell I tell couples just take sex off the table entirely and go in there to connect an explorer touch. But what if I want more though than I'm being let down then what tennis? And then it just then we have an argument and like God, I'm frustrated. I'm actually frustrated and yeah. And then he gets even more pressure of process because whenever we have a time in the bedroom that has anything negative in it it pulls us away from wanting to go back in again. And so being really careful with making sure it's positive even if you are disappointed. Are you do have hurt feelings how to keep loving your each other through that? So that you don't think of the experience the next time that was a banner I can't go back in there. I don't want to repeat that because nobody wants to repeat something that was negative or didn't feel good. And so what tends to happen when you take the outcome off is that the pressure's down. And then you start to explore and let it go where it will. And you will relax and then your body's will work, and then it's just happens because you're not trying to make it happen. Because that's the opposite of what our bodies need to do when we try. It's shuts everything down. When we show up, and we're just enjoying an in the process and experience without fear or like, I have to get to there or I have to do this. Then it's kind of magic our body start to work. Scenario that a love your husband here. Doug, who's also been therapist for many years. I mean with my therapist just a week or two ago, and we were actually working doing some Amdi our work around intimacy. Nice. And so I talked to him, and I basically paint a scenario. I said, you know, what would it mean to you? If you went in like, basically telling him, I was like if I went home today, and I just told Jana say, you know, it's been say it's been a few days or weeks, we've had sex or anything, and I went in. I said Honey addressed ahead on said, Honey, I know we have sex on week. I really wanna connect. But right now, I just I'm just not in a place, or I'm really tired or busy or whatever..

So Jane Jane and I bought our house together in Nashville. First house we both were like, we hate Howie, neither one of, yeah, remember. Hear me out here me out here. So we're like, you know what? We, how clean. So let's just let's do something crazy, and let's have the best Halloween party ever bath like every we did and we went out spent thousands of dollars variations started the first week of September, decorates rape to with like sheets. We had like blood spatters candles. A cost contest for best costumes. At first second prizes we had bartenders we, I mean, we did it up. And so since then we've grown to love Halloween a little bit more like a couple. Hey. Well, we've done both times so, but this last Halloween was by far Michael had the best costume I have to bring the photo up to, but go ahead. You can like tell her, but the photos just how. If I'm going to dress up, I have to have the best costume one we did when we had the house. I bought like a six hundred dollar Batman costume could have been movie. I was a six foot six whole off last year for Halloween. I ordered this costume straight from China and. God, it's so we were so Janet, Janet was Elsa ice Queen naturally. Tall because that thing had it with more six. And then that things another foot above my Israel itself funds. So we go to this these streets, which has a ton of trick or treaters kids are stopping me to take pictures. I felt like Janna charging. Jet meet-and-greet lines. Now I'm like, how do you beat the giant Olafur? So that's the way to figure out what what do we'd be because I liked to do the couple thing thing. The family thing. So if anyone has any suggestions Email us. Yeah, Jana Kramer. Iheartmedia dot com. Because I need to find whatever it is. I need to find the best costume there is I just got Rocco's costume in the mail. He wants to be right now. He wants to be could chew. We usually go through three or five fumes and that I don't normal thing to do. Okay. See, mom, it's, you just have to go with it. You know, they're going to change their mind. Hi. So she would actually. But that's her choice. She could count. Why did y'all originally hate it because my mom hated it. So I wasn't allowed to like have fun with it kids. I love the decorations. I don't like adults in coffee. That's how I always felt. I thought it was silly. Costumes. Why they won't time of year. You can dress up. Vetch an excuse to for women to just like, oh, don't like, no. I do not like to play. Is not a cost of you?.

"Well, that's not what you want. You don't want to say. I have to do this. You wanna be? Oh, yeah, wanna do this. I just know that from experience where I've had feelings in my head, I've said, I have to do this right now and maybe start off a little bit. And these are things that you know Janai have done at times where it's, hey, let's kiss. Let's just can you just hold me. Hold me for a little bit and warm up. Where it's not like all or nothing where it's your way from them because you know he doesn't want anything but just bringing up, hey, will you just hold me for a little bit notifications? No pressure to perform? No, you know, we have to have sex, no half to anything. In fact, what you're describing is something I talked about on my KFI show this week, which are sense. Eight focus exercises and the first thing sex therapist does with a couple that walks in with a high high dynamic or high desire, low desire dynamic is they say, no sex for six weeks. So to take all the pressure off because what ends up happening is at one couple one person says, well, if you stop nagging me and wait until I come to you and the other one goes, okay. And so they grit their teeth and everybody's walking on eggshells and nothing's happening. So instead the doctor steps in and says, I prescribe that you do not have any sex at all. For six weeks, however, have to do a week of just hand holding. You have to do a week of just foot massages. You have to do a week of back, Masada for this and you are not allowed to touch those. You are not allowed to reach orgasm until six. Leaks. And so what that does is takes the sensation out of the genitals because another problem that happens with long term monogamy is it. Everybody knows each other's bodies, so well, they know their highlight reel. They go right to their hits, and therefore there's no novelty. There's no variety and sex is exciting when it has variety in it. The other thing they do, especially when there's kids in the house, they schedule their sex around childcare and working and everything else. So it's a predictable time. It's predictable place. It's predictable position that will kill a sex life faster than anything. So having a sex therapist step in and go, you know what? Let's take sex off the table for six weeks and go back into the arousal. You felt on your fingertips on your first date. What do you do for the like? I mean, I know I felt this at times where it's, it's just feels like such rejection and like you don't feel pretty enough. You don't. So it's like, how do you not take that on? Not make them think that that's like I'm a big believer in reframing. And so what I would tell myself is wow. This guy must be pretty confident if he turned down this ten. Tired turned down this ten. And I'm like, I'm so. Fading belly. Yeah, it's beautiful. Don't guys find pregnant, women sexy. There's something sexy about. But there are. Go ahead. Sorry, I was just telling Jana that you know, I think last week of how beautiful I think she looks down sexy, especially with how disin- I wasn't the first pregnancy with the issues that were going on just now I'm able to see through different lands when guy you beautiful disallowing and I finally see that like through my own eyes before they're clouded. So the I want to say, we always think that the hormone Donna syndrome is in a man's head only meaning that some men aren't sexually harassed attracted to women when they're pregnant or mothers are nursing or whatever..
