"First of all, Yes, it sucks. It's hard. It's all that stuff. But once you get going, you know what you really feel like about the rest of the world. Damn, you're lazy. You're late. You're late to the game, boy. You really feel morally superior to everybody when you're up in the morning. Thank that. Daniel is sleeping and I'm productive. Keep telling. Wait until it hits around 10 15. I would see Max walking like, man. You look tired of much You gonna learn today, Matt? Stuff you learned today you'll be fine, man. Just just make sure you do. Stay off your damn phone enclosure, eyes every 20 minutes or so and stop worrying about who's tweeting who's socializing if you get your sleep. You'll be good because you're going to need this energy. Imagine what I'm doing on the West Coast. I'm at one A.m.. So I'm going to bed with babies waking up, you know, but Yeah, but you're on the West Coast. It doesn't get you Don't hear no babies in the house. Stop it, He said you and the baby is on the left. You started using key yesterday on Labor Day. The thing is every day in L A feels like Labor Day sun shining. Everybody's happy. Get out of here with that. It's one. You have no sob story here. Look it think about it, though. One am, then I got to come back with you guys next week in the time changes going and what you think I got to go through Now. I gotta deal with the time change again. You want some violence? Small violins, Africa. It's always nice Try, though. Like the shirt. I'm not going to lie like the Ron and a D together, though, that that damn Yeah, that looks different. It's the older but goodie, I would say right and we I know our team is is gonna be stacked. But then, as I start thinking about the ages I was like, Damn. Even when we tried this would calm along and GP never know their their way. We would still no, but they were old, but we had a bunch of young wolves still, we ain't really got no young hoofs Man. Kaylin, Horton, Tucker, Ron Toe, Dwight Howard. Gasol. We had him a leak. Mom, you've got Kendrick. No, you are You all right? Y'all are good. You got some young monk and Kendrick Nunn. Wait. Good, Jamie ball, man. You know what I'm saying? When we had the old heads back then we still had young Kobe. We don't have a young Kobe right now, by the way, and that and that squad didn't win. That's why I got there. But they didn't win and we didn't win. But but the big difference is all three of these dudes are still playing at second half Westbrook. He's always re adjusting to a new team. All three of these dudes. Still playing an M V P or near M v p level. That was not Karl Malone and Gary Payton. Check this out. You got championship Rondo man for that second unit. Y'all y'all straight. I'm not tripping at all. But check this out. You like the three, but look at the look at the warning underneath. Lakers Big We can't see the bottom. Hello? Gotta pick it up a little more. So we're gonna see that big thing? Yeah. Reloaded. Yeah. Unfortunately, there you go. It's not gonna end Well, if Brooklyn's healthy unfortunately, is not healthy parties apart, Max Max Brooklyn could be healthy. We're not worried about this. We worried about that. We worried about us, all right, And we also worried about this show. Kick it off, Max. That's right. Look, Um there's a lot of football to talk about here is the question, all right? Which NSL game Is going to reveal the most like what are you looking forward to? To tell you the most about this season week? One Key week one. I would say it's going to be the Saints and Green Bay, right? Because of Jamis. Winston, No Michael Thomas Jamous is entering in the situation. Where he now has taken over for Drew Brees. He fought off tasting hell as a starter, and he gets a real opportunity with a real play caller who's not going to allow him throw the ball 50 times a game unless He needs to for some odd reason. So I'm looking forward to seeing if he can keep those turnovers down, and I think he will. And they'll get Michael Thomas back in about 5 to 6 weeks or so. And so he'll get that extra boost coming back with him. And you already know what Camara is. You know what they have? And Sean Payton offensive play caller, So I'm looking at that. See key coming out of your comment. The question is, will we Will KJ M B, breaking the news when Michael Thomas comes back to play Well, we'll be breaking the news, kid. Come on. I don't know anything about anything about anything. Hmm. All right. So you're saying on Jamis Winston, and I think that's an opportunity for him to really Really grab New Orleans considering everything they're going through and be that guy similar to the way Drew Brees was when they came off Hurricane Katrina. But the interesting storyline for me an interesting game will be the divisional matchup man between the Dolphins and the Pats like watching to a his second year. The storyline that last year he was like, Look, I didn't take the playbook seriously. He spent the entire offseason being down there. Working out what Brian floors, making sure that they're on the same page and going against Obviously Mac Jones and the situation with, you know, it's Cam not being there, the right move. Obviously, Mac Jones is going to take the leadership role of this team. Can he get the Pats to a place like Dan Orlovsky said that he thinks it can be a tier right below the Buffalo Bills and the F C. I Look, there are big opportunities. I think that first game really sets the tone for where we're going to see both teams in that division. I mean, I think there's both good picks. Unfortunately, gentlemen, I can't accept either answer is incorrect. Both of them are incorrect. Look, James J. Mrs looked really good. And everyone somehow good. Jamous is looking and but without your guy key. I don't know. I don't think you get the full picture until Michael. That's the reason. But but But Max, that's the reason it's about Jamous. Right? It's about the 30 interceptions. 30 touchdowns..

Gary Payton Dan Orlovsky Sean Payton Karl Malone Michael Michael Thomas Jamis Winston Drew Brees Daniel Dwight Howard Kendrick Nunn Ron Toe Jamis Kaylin 30 touchdowns Green Bay Mac Jones Buffalo Bills Gasol Tucker

"We're talking with Renaissance Man, Dick Lyle's, a teacher, consultant and author of CEO and now a movie mogul. So right before the break. Nick was telling us how he got the idea back in around 4001 something like that. That introduced this through an organization called Act One, where he sat on the board. And now he's about to say what was the real thing that put him over the top That caused him to jump into this injury's industry. 15 years later, so Dick, can you pick it up for us? Little back in 2000 and one I got involved. In fact, once I mentioned before, and that was to help, really develop screenwriters who wanted to write wholesome. Family friendly, friendly and inspirational projects for the big screen. Then in 2000 and four I ended up in a coma on life support. And the doctors said there was no hope there was nothing else they could do. And that was it. So my wife started praying and asked people all over the world to start praying for me. And two days later, miraculously, um Adam miraculous recovery. It wasn't anything the doctors did. It was, we believe it's only through the power of prayer. So based on that we should, you know, we really wanna get since we've been given this extension to live our lives here on earth together. We want to make sure we get it right. And so one of the things that we looked at was my sort of increasing involvement in making wholesome screenplays and movies. To my contributions. Act one. But then we said, You know, maybe there are better ways to do that. And so Way decided we really wanted to make a positive impact on the culture. And it basically, if you want to make a positive impact on the culture today, movies is one of the best ways to do that. I mean, it's the art form today. That is the most widely disseminated and has the potential to most widely impact more people than any other art form today. And so were eventually. Then. A couple of years later, I met Jamie Ball because I mentioned before my partner and their decided down this path together. It's been a wonderful journey. We will get was made a couple of movies that have been Really widely acclaimed. We short ones to this point in time we did the documentary. On, uh, the beginning of the universe. Um, in three D called cosmic origins, And then recently we did a short movie. Um, short drama live action drama actually, 14.5 minutes. On euthanasia that's been accepted in the 28 film festivals globally and won awards and 18 of the major works in 18 of them. Won best drama at the last Angel so Independent Filmmakers Association. Way simply so on now we've got our major projects ready to will win the production. And so we really think that this is the best way that we can have a positive impact that will leave Positive impact on the culture for generations to come. So we're really looking that looking at this is a way to create a legacy a lasting legacy. So. So what does Jamey's background just for our I'm curious and the words because I have a kind of a follow up question. That's something you just change is a great guy. A serial entrepreneur started his first business when he was 15 years old in high school, he started to skateboard business. That was a storefront skateboard business that was very successful. Men went on to college and when several more businesses and so forth is actually competitive stove order for a while, but I had a A digital newsmagazine company that reported on film festivals to video clips and stuff globally that was very successful. And so he's been a serial entrepreneur and then About 10 15 years ago, he decided that he wanted to go into full feature film production. So he went in the feature film production and, um That's when we met, so we did it together. Now is is does he have Any kind. I mean, it's a background of something. He wasn't in film before You met him. But what I'm kind of curious was did he have the same kind of a Neve ent in his life? Maybe not as dramatic as yours, but something that caused caused him as it has caused you to focus more towards What's called the ethical Side of things. No, I think he more or less merged into a just because Out of You know, that's what he wanted to do what he was doing a lot of short form kind of camp with his, uh Of his digital magazine company, and then decided he wanted to do more long form stuff. And then, um, really strong with this Christian values, And so he decided he wanted to do it in ways that were wholesome and impact of the culture in a very positive way. So we're making movies that are not necessarily on the nose with certain kinds of values. But we're making movies that will appeal to the global dude doing audience question old demographic lines. But in such a way that will inspire them so they'll feel better about themselves and better about the world around them as a result of having lost one of our movie. Well, and I want to continue on that thought, too. But let me just back up just a second, because something that we talk a lot about on the mentors radio. Both me and the other mentor hosts. Um and that is that you know, there's a real I think we've all experienced and I'm gonna ask you your experience in the second here, but we've all experienced that doing business the right way. Um, doing what's rights right? And what's Wrong is wrong and avoiding the wrong and try to do the right. Not just necessary legal that you could sneak through. But looking at the underlying ethical values, the real value of things what it is you're doing. Not only is the right way, as I said before, but it it tends to make things work better maybe instantly doesn't seem like that when you when you lose a contract or something like that. But as soon as you write it up for the long run, you usually find that that right decision turned out right for you. Now I'm just wondering. Have you ever had that kind of experience in any of your very you know, broad experience from the Navy on up? Absolutely, and it's a major driver between It involved in what? What we're doing now and the decisions we've made. I'd really like to elaborate a little bit on on. That was some of the movies you made now because we could cut corners and make lousy movies, which is what a lot of people do. That's why Hollywood didn't such dire straits right now is because there are too many people who are too willing To cut corners and make bad movies. They move. It's just hard. So why would you want to do it? And then come up with something that isn't magnificent? Would well isn't there but out there when I do I want to go to kind of go through all the movies. Maybe in the next segment because we only got a couple minutes left in this one. But s O just just so the so all of us to the listeners have You listen to you. That is all of us Have an idea. Um, what was the budget Be like for a film was, you know is it 125,000,250 million. What kind of numbers that we looked like? Well, what I'm making movies in the 50 $7500 million wings. That's for the big major studios. The small independence to the One of our movies that were making now taking into production in a couple months. Actually, we've just started pre production this week. The $12 million movie. We've got another one that will do for eight and then another one will do for just under five. And, like, kind of give you a second punch their dick because I knew your movies were lower budget and I wanted to. I really want to dwell on that a bit too..

Jamie Ball Dick Lyle $12 million 125,000,250 million 2000 Nick Jamey 14.5 minutes eight second Dick 50 $7500 million Hollywood 28 film festivals Independent Filmmakers Associa Adam 15 years later Both this week under five

"From these two different perspectives and they were clashing perspectives. I think throughout the game and probably one of the reasons why they were kind of dysfunctional. As i do. And what i love about rafe. As well is that i think he was the most strategic person on the season but he was incredibly emotionally driven. This is not a look at the numbers. I make a decision he says. I'm getting annoyed with jamie ball playing munkala so i'm getting rid of him. I'm starting to get paranoid. That judd is turning on me. So i get rid of him. I'm angry that cindy didn't give me a car. So i'm getting rid of her. It's so intriguing to me. That oftentimes on survivor. The people that are making these decisions are not the ones that are thinking entirely of the game you cannot. This is an emotional game. There are flesh and blood players involved and so the people that are making those decisions are not going to be the bright high dick and say this is just a business trip even has a moment the merge right him he's like am i part of the axis of evil. You have to wonder if his thoughts about like. Oh my god one. Am i doing here. But morality on my sort of instilling on this game certainly plays into that he makes unfortunately to his detriment where he makes objectively bad decisions in favor of sort of catering to his emotions and it's an accumulation of power. That really accelerates to right because in the first half of the game you get a little bit of this. But he's just kind of playing the game like everyone else it's not until he hits the merge and he has all this power that he starts to say okay. We'll now i'm going to enforce my will my vision on this game and instead of you know like making the necessarily the strategically correct decisions. All the time he is. He is so confident in his own power in the game because everything has been going right for him that he continues to get riskier and riskier with his his own vision until the very end when he takes step too far. Well so i think to that point it shows in survivor. I say this out of my but as you know we haven't actual survivor play on the panel but i do think objectively. It is harder to play ahead in survivor than playing from behind. We're playing behind just like all right. All i need to do is just get another three days to survive right thing playing from head. Your mind gets so filled with all of these. What possibilities and you're just anticipating an attack. That might never come. You can become your own. Greatest downfall danny. I think you've used. I think they're very comparable in terms of they're both at incredibly well equipped defensive players in survivor. They were both in situations where they're on the bottom and just say all right. I just find my way into with one or two people and claw my way from round to round. It's a lot easier to do that. Especially nowadays when you have challenges and idols and advantages and if you are on top and you are you know up at night every minute thinking about. Who's going to screw me next. Who do i have to look out. Or i need to make sure i'm not comfortable right now. Yeah that's very interesting. I had not thought about that too much in context of survivor recently. that it's fitting the gary hogan boom here because i was actually listening to a podcast where they were talking about The now former quarterback of the jets. Sam darnold in terms of That we've only seen him playing from behind which happens to not be good at. But what if he was ever playing with the lead actually might be okay. I think that for my own personal style of gameplay. I think that playing from a head i have found that i i have a little more success in in that area where i feel like that's more about sort of just like maintaining relationships more so than playing from the bottom which i do not think is something that i found to be an easy thing to come back from but it is interesting to think about these players from when they're in positive situations versus negative situations. Yeah i think it's i think it's a at the very least in terms of like how clear your decisions are right like when you're playing from the bottom you have one clear path in front of you when you're playing them from the front. I do think it's easier to play from a head in in survivor and big brother. But it's harder to make decisions. It's harder to make sure that you're doing the right thing and you're going to be sort of struck by decision paralysis. If you're not good at making decisive choices. And i think probably the worst place to be is if you are playing from behind. Think you're ahead and you're indecisive that's what we're seeing in big brother right now So that scenario to go to use an example from survivor guatemala. It's better sometimes to be someone who's like stuck with the baked potato or the fish because then at least you're making fewer enemies and you know Raking her mind through fewer scenarios. And if you're judd being like okay. I have to make decisions for this person. This person this person. I think it makes the decision matrix a bit easier but we even see that. Going back to stephanie. You know it also shows. I think from an editorial perspective and this is a huge thing that we see in big brother from a popularity perspective you can be incredibly popular as the underdog but when you become the 'overdogs you can become the biggest villain. Mike it really can be seen. You see it again in big brother went pop power constantly shifts. How much you love somebody. When they're a complete underdog and then they come into power and we hate that or vice versa. Right we're like someone starts off when a huge position of authority and then they get humbled and it's like oh no king queen worked her way back. We love you so much. It shows that possession can really really just feed into the idea popularity. So that's really understand relations and i also think that you know. Stephanie is probably great example. That i think there's probably some sort of a gender bias also in there where i feel like that you know a boston rob can play from the front and then ultimately not be seen as like sure there are people that are going to be sick of him running the show but is going to be seen as almost like stephanie. Like what a two thousand five to go from america's sweetheart to by the end of the year almost like a universally. I don't care for her so much. Like i'm glad i'm glad she didn't win. In the course of.

Stephanie Mike stephanie jamie ball three days rafe Sam darnold two people one cindy first half two thousand america both gary hogan boom two different perspectives one clear path five munkala judd

"Fun stewart. We are so excited because today we are finally adding another name to our dumb gay politics. Bob ross icon series since the inception of this show. We have talked to quite a few influential people. But today is only the fourth time that we're talking to an actual literal icon. Yes and he's an icon because he has historically changed the game of buying selling stocks and therefore altered the course of the global financial markets forever if trading stocks is an art. This dude is the bob. Ross of wall street. He created a reddit community called wall street bets. That took legal elitist high-stakes stock gambling and made it available to the masses and now every douche tool on read. It has money growing on their happy little trees. And it's all because of this guy. He changed the game so much. In such a specific bob rossi and way that inspired us to rename the entire series so henceforth all icons featured in this series will be referred to as bob ross icons and it's fitting because his persona as confusing and mysterious as bob ross is in the cia is he. A vampire is the hopefully. He's an alien vampire who's in the a but that's not what makes him an icon so we won't find that out today. What we are going to find out is how the fuck he created. A rettig group for millennials stock gamblers that grew to over nine million members whose collective power now rival some of the biggest players in the game. So we've all heard the basic end of the story a bunch of red it nerds who are members of the wall street. Bet sub reddit. Group got together and bought up a ton of cheap game stop stock through an online broker. App called robin hood. The game stop stunt ended up taking down in enormous hedge fund and these guys suddenly became the mythical they always imagine themselves to be. It's like manifest destiny for doors but just like when the vendors took down banos it might be an exciting and cool but the vendors wouldn't even exist if it wasn't for nick fury that's right there and thank you yeah well. The watchman are cool. But it's all about dr manhattan. So call him. Nick fury or column. Bob ross we just call him an icon. Please welcome to the show jamie roginsky. Hi jamie hi. Thank you so much for having me before i start. I just want to say you say game. Stop stock very well less than we have so much practice. Yeah okay so to begin. We're going to have you walk us through how you started the group step by step. We have a lot of questions and they're not about whether or not. We should invest their money and bitcoin. We don't have any money. We have a political podcast with fourteen listeners. So you know. I it how you started. Sub reddit is much higher than the same way you start a facebook page or any other social media pages literally sign in. Are you sign up. You pick a name you put in there and then you decorate it and boom you know you you make a small description and then you hope the promoted a little bit or talk about it and see if there's any interest for my personal story i when i created this back in twenty twelve. I am working at a decent job and his leaving me. Disposable income enough that. I'm able to put some away for my retirement. But also have leftover plate with right and so i'm interested in finance sandwiched stock market. I understand basically how you know. The most basic completed the stock market. Which is you buy a stock. You hope it goes up and then you sell it at higher pricing meek money But there's a lot more complexities to the stock market. And that's what. I wanted to get into typically with with financial risk or life in general the more you risk or the more risky. Something is the higher the potential returns. And that's a little bit closer to what i wanted to get to you know. Typical investing in your retirement involves fancy boring words diversification and having above line having the ira more exciting is to be able to say. I like netflix. So i like tesla. And i think it's gonna go up because i just bought one and it's great and you buy then you start making You know it's considered riskier to pick a single stock is considered risky by many serious investors. Because that anything could happen to that one stock It but then on top of that sings like stock options and other really fancy things that you can play with to be able to even risk higher. Make money so. There's no place for this at the time for me to talk about this on getting shunned from other Communities someone unrated outside a red. It's and so. I decided it will screw it. You know i could just go ahead and greet my own. So i went in there and Registered it came up with the name wall street. Bets may not because i was anticipating some casino type thing but because i wanted to try and a little bit barstool sports for well. It's kind of turned into that. It's it's fascinating right because people have been calling the casino wall street casino forever Y- wrote a book about this in his researching as far back as google. Let me search for the nineteen eighties. People are saying oh big hedge funds or treating wall street like a casino a lot of that that language count two thousand with crisis Ah and the idea is is always been there but his form of an insult differences that these people that are going on there. These younger generation will end heels in generation x. They're they're not taking it as an insult to like damn right. It's a casino laid. They're trying to help me with this. And this is fun and this is open and this is legal. I'm allowed to do it on like actual gambling for you. Know slowly studying. Get easier but But nevertheless i create the name. Because i wanted to get rid of the critics right at the door and And it certainly grew a lot so it was like around ten years old or ten years ago right. Yeah nine years ago. Exactly now were you on. Read it with a different name like jamie balls like okay. Let's say jamie balls bets. Moneybag dollar signs is jamie that you know i read. It was a great community. I was watching. I forget what year maybe two thousand and two thousand eight ish you know in his really early days in. It's a lot of fun because the community can be small but they really feel small right like you can have one hundred thousand or a million people on a community and you you kind of feel like you know people I even went to a one point. You guys might remember this..

jamie roginsky jamie netflix reddit one hundred thousand today nine years ago bob rossi nick fury fourth time two thousand fourteen listeners bob ross ten years ago google facebook Bob ross one point dr manhattan over nine million members

"Welcome of. We are excited to talk about a another episode of listen to your heart. It's GonNa. It's getting interesting. I feel like were pulling into Paradise territory and we got some good. We got some good dirt. I do want to say one thing right off the bat that I gotTA learn these names. I. I'm usually pretty good about picking the names up within the first two weeks but now we're headed in week three and they're still a couple of people who I don't know who they are so I'm having a little trouble with that otherwise I'm still on the show. I'm just having a little trouble getting to know these characters as opposed to other seasons. I feel you try and it kind of feels like we don't have to get to know these characters. It feels like this is gonNA sound me. It just feels like we're not gonNA get attached to them like we would with the other seasons so we feel as if we don't even have to remember their names. Although that's not true we will end up remembering them. I'm sure we'll get attached to them. That's just kind of what it feels like right. Now was a strange part of it. Too was the first time we saw Chris Harrison this week. He was in a different outfit that we're used to seeing and not that. He's not taking the season seriously he definitely is but something about that outfit. Was sort of like yeah. I guess I'll stop by the mansion and I'll give them a descartes and then I'm GonNa get the hell out of Ya. I thought it was like his cool music outfit. Like let's you know like oh I'm chill. I'm hip like let's all sing a song together guys. It was like it looked like neo from the Matrix yet. The jacket didn't really have a collar. I think also that was a little weird point to it but yeah it seemed like a like a Chris Harrison. Cool Guy Outfit I like and I also think that with the names thing. It's because we're seeing so much of certain people and then like none of others like we're we have gotten so much. Jamie and trevor that Lake. Somebody like Becca. Who's BECCA BEKKA? There's Louis searcy whose job really is on the show like she her. Beckon Danny back. Danny Danny days the Dylan. Danny's how I tweeted about Danny so much before I knew who it was. That people were tagging him under my tweet and he was like dude. That's meat unlike your Danny. This is a good way to introduce yourself on the show he would be in conversations with like the Jamie's and the trevor's but I would be. They would never give him like this is Dan. They got no Airtime navid guy date or anything so it's fair that we don't know these people because they've spoken for two seconds on our. Tv's we don't know them. But like you said Chris Harrison was the first to Compton he had his Alpha Don. He Added Day card. It seems like as always listen to your heart is just going to be his catch phrase for the whole season. It is the name of the show. Yeah as always very excited when he says it for some reason. I don't know it is the job. They don't yeah but on the Bachelor and the Bachelorette the not like all right here comes the Bachelorette right. Yes you but there's more not really as I was saying I was like I don't think that's right. But there's they have their own catchphrase. Chris Harrison has his own set of lines that he does for the Bachelor and the Bachelorette that he had to mix it up for this one so this is his listen to. Your heart is just him saying? Listen to your heart. It's like ladies and gentlemen final rose or ladies. The final rose. John Finals for the evening you know is just he just has to. Yes go by the books But Jamie got a day car the first day card and seem kind unfair. I mean she just had a date just like we don't want to see any of the other. People obviously shade took trevor. I was so pissed about that because why she just had a date. There's a million other people show. Give them a date card. Oh you're doing this so we have to watch Trevor Jamie together. I Know Sand Trevor. I could just see right through him. I'm like off in what I said. Last week to still stands like people were like always so hot mic. You can't see that this so-called hotman is actually extremely devious. Yeah what what are you? Waiting for? Rias rage tweets about trevor. I would just like waiting for them to happen and they happen all in a row like they were just exclamation points. Capital letters you. I LIKE TRUMP. Either either he clearly. He's not like a great person. Which we we find out but like rea- really doesn't like Dr we'll end to top it off his ex-girlfriend Sierra we discovered that she follows us on instagram and follows chicks in the office so like there has been interaction with her and Trevor Socks. Trevor Sucks Yeah. I think that I don't think he's great. And I think that I've seen that from the beginning and I worry about people genuinely. This is why I'm yelling about how much he sucks is because I worry about people who can't see through people like that. It scares me that people could just like Jamie Ball. Yes just fall under the trap get manipulated. It's like be a little more aware of the people you're surrounding yourself with. That's devious person. You could tell yeah. Yeah She's twenty one and she. She says that ever relationship. She's ever been she's been cheated on so of course she's attracted to this guy. Trevor who has a history of cheating? Yeah Jamie just like has these blinders on where she thinks. He's so good looking and he's going to be such a good musician. They should hang out all the time. He was even sound as good as Ryan like. It's so clear to them sing together and reaches American idol. Who Yeah Yeah. I'm with you on that real because they so it was obviously like a classic bachelor setup they brought in Natasha. Who's a new girl and basically had Natasha say like oh I know Scroll Friends Shady. Shit happened the whole thing and then it cuts to Jamie Trevor. On their day in Jamie's like oh. I've been cheated on in every relationship I've ever been in and it's like a slow zoom on trevor. They might as well have just put the curb music in there as it zoomed in on on Trevor. Because he was he was toast and they also set up. Poor Jamie like just makes her look bad because she's like how is he single? Oh my God every all these other girls. Their loss is my gain. I guess like she's so happy and Giddy about it when it's all just a disaster and they really don't sound good together which I feel like is going to be a huge part of this show later on is like how they actually sing together and they sang girl crush on outside. They were busing. Whatever and knock it was just. It was just not good. I got a couple of things I got one. The first is. These dates are hilarious. That like on a bachelor and Bachelorette season. Let's get in a helicopter and let's look at this beautiful scenery overlooking the water. And listen to your heart. You'RE GONNA go play on a street corner for dollar. Bill changed which is amazing to what was my other point. What was I gonNA say shoot? I lost it. Oh I on them singing my other ones. I don't know who sounds good. And who sounds bad? I hear people saying and I'm like you sound amazing. They're not good. In my personal opinion. Just girl crush is just a song that lake you can get away with kind of whisper singing like Rian. I could sing a girl crush together and it wouldn't sound that bad and we stink at second really really a great thing and no no no the whole time. When I was watching I was like Damn I could be on this show because you don't need to be a good singer like it or not. Mark Good Singer. You need to fake it yes. Some of them are definitely really talented. I think rudy has an awesome voice. We haven't really got to hear her like belt yet but I feel like she has a great voice. Blake Jamie who sings kind of? It seems like she sings the lighter pop country stuff and it's just. It's not doing it for me. I'm just like you know when you sing Aga- like it's very easy to pull off as you're just kind of talking but I just don't sounded better better with Ryan. I don't think that Jamie has the right now. Because she doesn't you can't be running around thinking you and trevor from American idol are GonNa make it and also think that you are going to succeed as a singer. You need to drop the other one and just focus on your singing because if you focus on Trevor. I feel like giving the skull pep talk about her career. But she's focusing on all these bad boys cheating on her which I guess would be good for lyrics purposes if you had to write some break up songs but she surrounding herself with were singers then she would sing with Ryan they could only our and trevor would absolutely used just jump like stopping Obama. Her he would eighty like if he knew that he could grow his career and she would be left in the dust he would do it in a second in on a millisecond. Yeah so that's that's going to be really interesting to watch obviously Natasha's friends with Sierra. She doesn't really know. Trevor should never met Trevor. And they meet they meet on the. Shell and he's super awkward because he's like you look familiar but I don't know who you are and Natasha's like I know you're acts and I know that you've been doing so. Obviously Natasha tells everybody else. It's this whole big thing and she confronts Trevor and Trevor Trevor. And Jamie eventually talk about it and Trevor said that he was emotionally cheating not physically emotionally. I like to say when Natasha came in and she said that she was from the East Coast New York. I thought I walk through the door. I did I show up there But I feel like. She was intimidated intimidate. Not She's not intimidated intimidating the end not that. I like necessarily really like her. She was needed to come in and serve shit with trevor and friend like you said the emotional cheating thing. It's just cheating is cheating. Cheated on her in. Nossa in no scenario is a guy going to be like. Oh you know it was just emotional cheating and the person on the other side of conversation be like Oh okay all right all right. That's cool almost argue. That like emotionally emotional. Cheating could be worse because like emotional. No no no but listen emotional cheating to me like if trevor has spent months and months texting some girl being like I love you so much like this has been going on and they had all these deep text messages were they were sharing their lives instead.

"Safety through lack of health insurance in poverty and the consequences of poverty especially in children and in addition I feel and I certainly felt about the response to the sars virus for example by Chris Christie when he was governor of New Jersey and so on that however legitimate the health concerns here as well as abroad yeah I'm also concerned about what's seems to me to be Xena fall back element all of this that somehow it's them it's those outsiders better deadly of my being my reading too much into it you think I don't think so at all in fact if you just let me make one small correction what governor Christie did was he was responding to a nurse who was in Sierra Leone and Guinea Jamie ball R. happened and make and what he did was he had her kind of stay on the on the runway in an airport and that was only in the United States they do that they did that to me as well coming back from Sierra Leone I had to stand three weeks by myself I was able to stay in in in in my condo here in New Orleans but the the idea ultimately what you're referring to is a hundred percent crackers along with along with the fact that people get scared now I think if I could just take a step back and recognise you understand crack when it comes to influenza right when it comes to like you said I've done the the laxity of gun laws that that we have when it comes to the fact that we just accepted that something like almost a third of our population or eighty last are uninsured or underinsured which the patient population I take up as an injury doctor here in New Orleans it's remarkable that you have an epidemic of this happening in China that is it merely is seems to be no more more cases are happy daily but in the context for which were seen the rest of human suffering on a return check your hearing the you ask it's almost for somebody like yourself and I it's almost like well if you're concerned about this why are we also not concerned about that and so that point is very well taken and and and I appreciate the point you're making the other thing is yeah unfortunately along with these academics and I certainly saw in West Africa and I certainly select here now I'm seeing you here I was reading a story today that small businesses that deal with like Chinese imports or what have you for the past month there's just been no business because there's this fear or there's not a there's not a sophisticated understanding of how viral transmission works and how that stuff that's coming in from China obviously there is no viral our material in any of the stuff but still there is no on the scene a phobia and to a certain degree we're kind of watching as like infectious disease lawyers and so that itself also allows us I believe to kind of see that there is an us and them perspective and it's really the the scene yeah and the the racism that comes out in the setting of these epidemics is really something that I think is important always needs to be discussed and and talked about and also let me say that along with the current administration that we have there's obviously a fair amount of Xena but we we see that on the DVD cases but another element you we saw last week the trump administration closed off they added more countries are to their their their Reese's policy Gration policies but also within that they've also close the borders two Chinese nationals as well in an effort Cuoco to kind of stand the influx of people are coming from China to the US and this is one of these from spoken story is another example see the phobia that happens in the setting of an infectious disease epidemic like this and of course Xena phobia has always been part of this country's go to a response it is a rather should say the interest section Xena phobia because he's I mean that as you well know immigrants have been the target of the disease story for a long time just quit so I then I'll give you the last word but you know I my Jewish and grandparents from the Ukraine were members of a group that was widely considered disease ridden when they came in my French Catholic aristocratic grandmother on the other side would never have been seen in that way and she was the one who love to go to what we now call went black market she bought live chickens should although I'm not sure she brought live everything so if anything yeah my cat my French grandmother was more of a disease that actor than my Jewish grandmother but that kind of classes races bigoted as anti immigrant hysteria there's always been an intersection with disease to a certain extent hasn't there yeah there certainly has and it's just it's easy I think when you're looking at from the classes of perspective just to kind of point to other individuals I mean for example give you the best example of this was HIV it was super easy to denigrate the men who have sex with men operation of the game through to extreme homophobia and is that through the eighties and early nineties there was more of a there was more efforts to deal with homophobia that was associated with HIV and their wants to deal with the virus that was killing these gay men were these IV drug users and so we see here regularly and I really think that HIV is a great example of the HIV epidemic that we saw in the eighties and nineties and they were still see that again disproportionately affects black and brown communities and that's largely due to poverty which in my book poverty's just essentially discrimination that's been codified into law we can turn that around right away and as a society we haven't quite figured out how to get there yeah Hey it's it's discrimination codified into law and structural violence a structural racism it's all those things that we really appreciate your great work in that area Dr mark Galland dairy and a great work of W. H. I. V. so please keep up the good work and please see a doctor about that cough that sounds bad and thank you for coming on the program thank you thank you so much appreciate our is a pleasure and we'll be right back after this this is Richard R. J. ask out and this is the zero hour hello everybody this is Richard R. J. as gal from the zero hour you know there are a lot of myths out there about social security and they're out there for a reason to make you think it's a good idea to slash the benefits you've already earned here's the truth social security has its own special source of revenue politicians who say it's a driving up the deficit our live social security can't drive up the deficit because it doesn't contribute to the deficit in fact it's forbidden by law from contributing to the overall deficit and.

I want to show that they can't just do it it's three eight but they can do it in the he they can do it again the other part of team here in town they belong here in three and it is the first time up here in over a decade. and one thing they do have the they have fifteen started I believe I mean that was always help but the thing is now a lot of players got as well. it started coming back. yeah both. both teams. have a lot of other classmates and both these guys I think they're gonna be back to the cells they hate me we want we believe we can be one of the top three teams will even see we believe we should be in the mix and that's what makes this game such so intriguing. instantly now speaking it I was under the impression impression impression that is actually going to be. Jamie ball but I guess not. no part of the job will be open up I think what you're thinking of is the first drive by shooting in the first half went by so fast because one place to play intersection in on Sunday now he was allowed to store so because they wasted activation so quickly they're finding themselves a little bit behind the eight ball now they have to start the second half on defense. yeah I was not done so after the game remember will have the discovery benefit postgame cell withers the I. sport player of the game first play from scrimmage in capital understand it would be any behind the back he'll get the time he will be the lead paint signs and maybe not not long time no it's not it's number twenty one calling from la. it's a game for the first time and he does the night didn't move but. Justin. yeah and because the line is a player who. I've been involved pretty heavily over the first couple games your for Fargo sounds like a day that was the first time we've called his name I don't even recall seeing him in the game up until this point itself for whatever reason he's not getting involved in the second half just another weapon for Fargo south. first Big Ben note it down and ate it he may with under center the quarterback. eight eight castle thresholds and this time my hand of wide receiver and let alone. third down in eight now for Fargo thousand if she were simply just under way thank you have twenty nine the lead Purcell over this incident. and now what we would expect from blessed well no they're receiving makes an incredible statues in the game and now on him right now got and you got the. Stanley docking making the noise I formation back be a lot in the backfield Jack thought he runs over the metal and he rolled over one man. not sure. right. its gate. no no no I knew where she gently kneaded as big way out he said and they got what we were talking about how they needed a big play on defense and they were down ninety they got a.
