"For from this. Nbc news article. There's some really interesting points that i wanted to share. So suddenly it looks like senator. Scientists the pentagon and president's former cia director's and nasa officials wall street executives silicon valley investors are starting to talk openly about the issue with. Ufo's in a way that maybe they weren't as apparent or as public about it before and what's interesting is there's actually a statement made by former president barack obama who told late night tv host. James corden what is true. And i'm actually being serious here is that there is footage and records of objects in the skies that we don't know exactly what they are. So president barack obama said that recently and then also Just historically culturally. Ufo's have been something of american culture topic of concern. I think millions of people have questions about it. Article even says about one. Third of americans think that they've been visited by alien spacecraft. Roald the Rotten: The Unsavory Character Behind the Icon of Children's Literature

"British author role doll rose to fame with books that became iconic works of literature and continue to be read by children. All over the world. Charlie and the chocolate factory james and the giant peach and the witches are all beloved for their colorful storytelling and memorable characters however shadow has followed these tales and their author since their publication doll was often described as being racist anti-semitic eh misogynistic in both his personal life and in his stories and how we approach problematic literature especially literature written for children is as complicated as the man who wrote them. Just ask those who were responsible for. Bringing his words to the world they often dealt with him across the ocean. And even that wasn't enough. Sometimes doll had grown up embodying this nickname of the apple which he'd earned due to his mother's adoration for him compared to her other children. He attended boarding school from a young age and dabbled in writing but his imagination proved far more developed than his literary skills. At the time. Still he enjoyed coming up with stories and conjuring new ones based on his experiences at school. Doll went on to enlist in world war. Two with the royal air force after sustaining an injury during a crash he healed up flew several more missions and eventually went home to start his new life as a civilian. He married american actress. Patricia neal in nineteen fifty three and together. The couple had five children. It was during her fifth pregnancy. Though when neil suffered three cerebral aneurysms. Her husband took over caring for the family but he also treated her horribly as she recovered he implemented a cruel recovery regimen to get her back into acting when she wanted something but couldn't remember what it was called. He would refuse to give it to her until she used. Its correct name and this went on for ten months. Several years later doll began an affair with another woman you see. There was a reason why his wife referred to him as roald of the rotten

Sen. Ted Cruz Schools the Media on the Need for New Voting Rights Bill

"The media want to know about the voting rights building the poll, the poll people support changes in support for voting rights and so forth. Here's our man. Ted Cruz. Cut 10 Hat Tip C Span goat. You talked about how this was a show of force. One of the reasons is the press coverage so far of this bill. Has been virtually non existent. You're right. If you do polling on do you support protecting the right to vote? I'm amazed that's not 100%. Protecting the right to vote is a wonderful thing. You know if you also do polling on do you support the fuzzy kittens and puppy law? That has really good support in the polls, too, If you actually asked people about what is in this bill, It is incredibly unpopular. Democrats don't want to talk about getting rid of voter ID. Because 70 to 80% of Americans supported a majority of Democrats supported a majority of African American support it. I don't want to talk about that Democrats don't want to talk about getting rid of the ballot harvesting laws. Because people recognize that invites corruption When you have ballot harvesting, you get a paid operative from the DNC. Who goes in to say, a nursing home. And collects dozens or hundreds of ballots, some of whom some of which are from people who may not be competent to vote. And the reason it invites fraud is are sitting right there. And if that person votes the wrong way. There's nothing to stop but unscrupulous operative from just throwing that ballot in the trash can and only mailing in the votes that vote the way they want. That's why Jimmy Carter. Said. Ballot harvesting invites voter fraud and Jimmy Carter also said Along with James Baker, believe 15 or so years ago. That these mail drop voting activities. A mail in voting activities were highly susceptible to fraud. Of course, the media know all this. The media know all this and don't give a damn

LeBron James Slams League as Injuries Pile up in Playoffs

"The season, LeBron James criticized the NBA for condensing the off season during the pandemic. And earlier this week, he reminded everybody of that, saying That's the reason why we're seeing so many stars go down with injuries. Now. The NBA started the season just 71 days after the Lakers won the title. The league defended itself by saying that the injury rates are normal. I think that maybe they're exacerbated because these are big names getting hurt high profile players getting hurt, not just Role players. It's It's hard to look at the basketball analysis of this because the health issues what's going on. How much impacted the each of these series. But it's pronounced because this is such an even field. Now it feels like it's wide open. And with all these injuries, everybody has a chance to win a championship this year or, you know, at least get to the NBA title. Games. Um, it's wide open. Real vs Urban Legends

"This podcast was inspired by mike. Who sent me an email. Asking are true mysteries of the pacific northwest. Nothing more than urban legends inspired by a book. I checked out from the rogue valley metaphysical library and trying to answer that question. The book was written by an authority. Who shall remain nameless. The book contains some events that are no more than a figment of someone or an urban legend. Like the dog that ate a tiny cell foam and every time someone called stomach would rain. Some were started by celebrities like mickey rooney claiming that he had influence walt disney to call his cartoon mouse mickey mouse. Then there's urban legend about elvis presley giving a harley davidson motorcycle to actor james dean. Well sorry. none of these happened before. I reveal my favorite urban legends. I need to explain how i separate real and true from something invented by a person with an ulterior motive or an urban legend occasionally. I do find a witness or participant to an event that can't be explained away and are willing to talk about it but that's the exception not the rule. Most people are reluctant. Admit that they saw ghost or heard strange laughter when they were home alone for fear of being ridiculed. When event is brought to my attention or intrigued by a story on the internet my search for sources begins. I'll start with the photograph of a pterodactyl that appeared on the internet that allegedly dates back to the american civil war in eighteen. Sixty four courting to the story behind the mystery. Image giant flying creature was shot down by soldiers around eighteen sixty four. near the city of vicksburg. The story says it's soldier said the creature was like some kind of unknown bird monster in a surprising. Twist of the story. A second photograph appeared on the internet. That showed a similar scene. A pterodactyl surrounded by men in front of a barn. Now the people. I talked to when i contacted. Authorities said several newspapers in virginia said that one photograph in front of the barn was fake. Now if you drop me. A line kit k. chrome g mail dot com. I'll send you a copy of the two photographs. You can decide for yourself in my research. I found that the photograph of the pterodactyl matched one. "We're just two months in a few days away from election that's going to have an enormous impact. Now and for the foreseeable future. This could be said to be the case for many president elections but the choices before us in this election they're they're different and it doesn't come down to just personalities Abidin, or trump there's a lot more at play and this country hasn't been this divided since the civil war in the center ring of the Conservative Circus we have our sick constitutional expert, Jeff. And Jeff. I. Wanted to ask you about your latest piece because we talk about this during our constitution conversations, which can be heard of you download the free iheartradio APP and get that podcast. But. You are doubling and tripling down on this idea of that we need to go into this election with open is because of what is at play? Absolutely James T you know it's monsoon season, and although every time the sky's get cloudy and start to form every time that happens it doesn't rain and thunder, but it certainly is a tell tale sign that it could come and I think we need to be reading the tea leaves James T that you know record levels of voting by mail this year, the the pandemic, the potential abuses of fraud with universal mail in voting across the country especially in states that aren't used to it the ballots, the post office issues the riding in the streets that have taken place breakdown of law and order the de-fund the police mantra. Trump all this false narratives going about is setting the stage in the kindling is ready to go, and so we would be foolish not to prepare for. You know what you know in my opinion is probably going to happen on election night or the days quickly thereafter. Jeff this week in the president began his press conference by wishing the press well, and saying that he hoped they had a good convention. The implication was that it was their convention. That's what we're up against. Isn't it? The vast majority of the media is pushing this country in a direction at one has to ask how can we beat it? You say we should be prepared for a contested election. What do we need to do to be ready for that? I absolutely look I. Think we need to be prepared because the stage is set James T and we know even from two thousand sixteen that it was pretty close in three to.

"You are listening to the conservative circus. I am your ringmaster. James Harris. We are watching. Things happen that we never thought. Would we'll I should say that we were afraid that this day may happen that things will get so crazy that you would start removing statues of our founding fathers based on the fact that they once held slaves, or or that they were white. White and privilege and they wrote. The Constitution Jeff is our sense as by partner on the constitutional conversations, he is into the ring of the conservative circus and Jeff. What comes next? Are we going to get rid of or removed the constitution? Because it was written by the very people like George, Washington Thomas Jefferson removing their statues and their plaques from churches. Is the constitution next. Well, we we are seeing crazy times. James and we need rational heads, think and judging those in the past. According to our standards, today is absolutely craziness and you know we see from a McCulloch. David McCullough, great historian that our greatest national treasure is her shared history James T and we risk losing that and instead of kind of looking at and seeing the great progress that happened during the revolutionary era. I mean remember James. Team, seventeen sixty throughout the world. Slavery was considered. You know just kinda part of life, but between seventeen sixty and seventeen, seventy five. You know because of the American colonists. This did not come from Britain. We need to understand in the seventeenth sixties the first major article tracks and speeches on abolition in an equal rights to all human beings initiated in the American colonies, and so this false narrative. How bad we've been, and how bad we are is really crushing us in fighting against this false narrative is something that we need to do and stand up for right now. I will not aware that this came out of the colonies I always picked it up with the wilberforce over in the UK who fought for years. To abolish the slave trade, and eventually was successful on a technicality. While Wilberforce we gotta remember comes later. This is why sixteen nineteen project and what they're trying to do. And rewriting history you know is outright lives, and these false narratives cause people to be angry, have wrong perspectives and perceptions one of the things, the author, the founder of this Sixteen Nineteen Project talks about is the revolution was started in America, so we keep our slaves, and she actually says this in her writings, and that is a historical lie. It's not just a mistake or an oversight James T. it is an intentional lot to try to paint America as bad and we know historians know, and that's why historians have CA- back. Some are too afraid to Kick back, but we know that when Thomas Jefferson Road, all men are created equal the signers of the declaration. If you look into this now, the pro slavery movement aim in the eighteen thirties and later trying to justify it, but there is not one finer of the Declaration of independence I have found that ever said. Slavery is a good thing. They all agreed when they. They signed the document that this was all men were created equal. It was an evil that existed then, and that's one of the reasons when they passed the northwest. Ordinance a decade later, they forbid in forbade slavery to be in those territories. This isn't well known historic pack in all this abolition and the freedom of people everywhere in the world started with the ideal that all men are created equal and. And that that sparked started in the American colonies in the seventeenth sixties. Now that little piece of history as you said is now only not talked about, but as you mentioned with the sixteen thousand nine hundred project, they have overt lies of propaganda to rewrite history. Why do we have left? That associated determined to do that Jeff? Lurch, well, because they are interested in power. They interested in tearing down. They're. They're interested in keeping people angry. You know another lie of sixteen. Nineteen project is that the slaves in blacks at have had to do this? Mostly on their own, you know this revolution of ideals that the American colonists you know grabbed, hold up or really locking, which did come over from the mother, country and Scotland, but it was those ideals that started it in spread, and so we have both. Everybody it's not a black or white or Asian or anything. It is a worldwide movement that started in America that all men are created equal and everybody that has been on the right side of this we shouldn't be. It shouldn't be a color thing. would be a human issue right now. Jinx Tease Jeff. Is Our constitutional guru. He's my partner in the constitutional conversations. There just got one more question for you There's no doubt in my mind at you have probably visited Christ's church in Alexandria. Virginia a C. and that was the church that George Washington attended as well as they had a plaque there with a of the General Liberty League Robert e Lee that was removed this weekend. Weekend because they said that they wanted the church. Folks there us that they want to make people more comfortable coming in, and so to create more comfortable atmosphere, they removed those dedication to those two great men I want as a son of Virginia or Jenny I wanNA get thoughts well. You know I teach at the leadership and Freedom Center in Gettysburg Pennsylvania and we liked it. Speak Truth that no person is perfect George Washington after he was enlightened and. And really bought into that. Men are created equal, and it was part of the enlightenment era where rights really come from God, and not are not historically fought for, but they come from God, and that all of this should be treated the same. He didn't change his views, and and but he still had problems acting on it as Thomas Jefferson, Madison, and others, but did act on it, and to know him to see struggles went through I. Think if. If we just throw that out. We're losing a lot about our founding president in the father of our country, and for Robert He lied to be able to read you know Douglas. Southall's Freeman seven volumes on his life and to throw that out, and not have that enrich our lives and his history. As the killing of the man who got all of this started. The president told these governors that if they don't do their job protecting their constituents their citizens, he's going to step in a with military troops. To do their job for them. Now there are many people out there. That are saying that that is unconstitutional. That is violating posse comitatus. Low! Tell you what there is a little. He's my partner with the constitutional conversations that you can podcast. You can listen on pockets. Just download the free iheartradio APP and Jeff I. Want to ask you this action that the president is threatening to take many people on the left says he's trying to be a dictator. Many people on the left said that it is not constitutional. Want to check in with you. to to get your assessment of the president's speech yesterday and this action that may be taken. James T. good to be with you well, you know I. It was a short speech short and sweet, but I did like about it is. He mentioned liberty in wall. And I liked that even in one of our songs. You know we have liberty in law in the rule of laws very important. It's kind of a shame that we saw states around the country exceeding their laws by the power assistant governors took. with many you know shutdown orders that I think unconscious titutional at the state and federal level, but then all of a sudden we see a reverse with states and local authorities, not enforcing the law. So you see this kind of seesaw fact, and what's the consequence is that we do not have liberty because we're not following the law, so I really liked that about his speech, and then when he did mention, he said he's going to strongly suggest to the governor's that they call up the national. Guard and that is the first step I mean. Look in the Constitution Article Four section or it says the United States, she'll guarantee to every state in this union, a Republican form of government and she'll protect each of them against invasion. And on application of the legislature or of the executive, when the legislature can't be convenient against domestic violence, so the first step, James T is that the governor or local authorities should call you. Know would request the federal government before the federal government imposes themselves. I would strongly recommend president trump do that, but there are precedents that presidents have used, or Congress has used to send in troops from the federal level because things weren't blogging writing the states. Let me, ask you let me interrupt you. Because what you just suggested is why a lot of folks were upset with the president George W Bush when Katrina hit like outcome, the federal government's about not moving into Louisiana well, that was because the governor didn't invite. President Trump in federal help for him to go in without that invitation without that request would have been unconstitutional. That's an example which we're talking about right. Well, absolutely, Yes, on something like that a natural disaster, the governor is supposed to invite the federal government in or it's. It is semi looked at as an invasion. You know now. It has been done in the past, but that is the first step. Unless it's extremely extenuating circumstances where things are out of control in one of those times was reconstruction in the south. We know that federal troops were in the South for you know nine ten years well, even longer than that. Really eighteen seventy seven, so they were ca came out after the war was ended, and then they moved back in, but the reconstruction in the south, and this had to do with civil rights that had to make sure that the Civil Rights Act was being. And that the you know of. Violence against blacks was curtailed, and that the rule of law could exist. We also saw that change with Eisenhower using the National Guard remember in Arkansas the governor in nineteen, Fifty, seven, using the National Guard to keep blacks out of a school, but then Eisenhower said no, we're GONNA federalize those National Guard and send in thousand one hundred first Airborne Division troops without the permission of the governor as a matter of fact with the governor against that, so I work in enforcing a supreme court decision, said we're GONNA. Bring rule to us, and then we also saw other presidents, James. Because of civil rights actions in the sixties do the same thing. So, this is not unprecedented as the left is trying to say these. This would not be the president taking on dictatorial powers. It's not unprecedented, but I would not recommend it. You know if he can't work with the state governors in offering this and then call in insisting or highly recommend. They call up the National Guard where where needed it would be better to do, and only in extreme extenuating circumstances do otherwise and so you know he did a good job. I thought on the short talk, but then when he walked over to Saint John's Church, James T I think he could have used that photo, op and opportunity to speak a little. Little bit more to try to heal the nation and I do think it was a good photo. Op and I think some UN, you know spoken. Words were hurt anyway, but I think with him holding up the Bible there he could have gotten into look if we were to rely more on this the Bible in the teachings in it..

We had the other day about know-how to truly he'll racism in our country, but that wasn't part of the agenda guessing well, maybe another time. Absolutely but you know I think he could still do it, but you know if he would raise the Bible up and and say something like if we were to love each other as we're suppose to, as you know taught in this book, and to love God and loving, God means knowing and obeying his commandments, and he gave me a couple. Say Look, we're all. Not? Perfect doing the right things, but we've got to do better and try better better and leaving God out of the discussion and kind of abandoning his teachings is one of the reasons we're in the problems that we have and racism would not be even a problem today if we understood that we're all God's children, and to treat each other accordingly I think he could on a long ways and just a short message there James T..

It's time to update the law, and that's what we've done..

"You are listening to the conservative circus I, am your ringmaster James t Harris yesterday the legislature journed, but not before passing a great to build in the center ring, other conservative circus. We have worn. Peterson and Warren is called the reopen Arizona Bill. What can you tell us about it? Well James T as you said first of all the greatness as we, we pass it out of the house, the house you know who knows it's time to get. Arizona open time to get businesses open churches schools but people have been afraid, and so they're afraid of penalties afraid of lawsuits. They're afraid of having their licenses revoked. So last night we passed out a bill. That says that you'RE GONNA the maximum penalty will be a hundred dollars It said that we we raised the standard for lawsuits from negligence to gross negligence, and we said you can't have your license revoked. for not falling one of these executive orders so. This bill is is critical. It's important that we get it get. It passed out because really the biggest issue. Some some people are saying. Hey, you know there's not even really a threat of these losses. It's going to be so hard to prove anything. It's really a what you're going to have. A bunch of of attorneys just trying to get people to settle and and small settlements and those kinds things, but the fact of the matter is people are still scared, and as long as that fear's there. It's holding people back. We need to get people back to work back to Church back to school this fall if not sooner. And this will help. Make that happen to questions for you. How many Democrats were on board in passing this bill? Absolutely zero. Zero Zero so because of that are we to believe that Democrats don't want businesses to open up. Don't want them to be protected in in our state. Well, that's the message they I think they sent to people. It's it's unfortunate because early on I worked with a few of them as we're crafting the bill, and they had some input but Yeah, unfortunately, they they. They still voted. No, now that this bill is passed out of the house. What are the is? That is going to be passed out of the Senate. Well, you know in a house. We only have a one member majority. In the Senate they have a to member majority, so if they've got they've got a bigger spread over there than we do in the house, so I gotta hope and believe that they can get it done over there. You have to whole or believe but we still have the usual suspects of Warren Peterson that we're going to be keeping our eyes on, if the Senate where to pass it didn't. It has to go to the governor's desk right? Yeah it. It unless they mended. If they amended, it would have to come back to the house but if they pass it as it goes up to the governor's desk. I tell you what given what we've seen the past few days Warren Peterson. It's become pretty darn clear that elections matter in this state. Correct me if I'm wrong. Now you're absolutely right and and elections elections huge if if you've never watched a few days of floor session and see some of the amendments that people try to put on. Those fail, but if if if the majority changes or if there's a composition of members that changes you could see some radical legislation moving forward in Arizona. We've got leader Warren. Peter, in the central ring, other conservative, Peterson sorry, a warned Peterson into a ring of the Caserta. Let me. Take you back for one moment, but something you said here. Let's say that is already passed out of the House, let's see doesn't come back within the amendments that the Senate passes and it goes to the governor's desk basically what he would be signing. It's something that's going to curtail some of his emergency powers. Is that right? Yeah, it is, but you know I mean that's one way to look at it. Another way to look at is that this is this is a statute that has existed for a long time. Well before these emergency orders were issued. This is a statute that the legislature passed I believe. I, WanNa say it was early nineties early two thousands, and it was four in anticipation of some some kind of you know emergency, and so it clearly needs work. It's been a long time since it past We're seeing lots of holes in it. We're seeing how other states have better legislation that addressed and had checked good checks and balances on emergency orders that we don't have that we need, so it's it's. "We're. We're talking about as Americans. We were live on the constitution, the rule of law and the bill of rights. They're not bill of preferences. One wants to engage in their first amendment rights, and there just isn't objective evidence that June. The first all the sudden. It becomes threatening not to wear a mask at the airport when it's been allowed the previous months. What is the criminal or civil? Statute or ordinance or law? The city's GonNa utilize to enforce portion in one of the penalties James. If you choose not to wear the mask, that is the question mark expensive. That is the question we're going to have to. When you get a reply from the from the letter G. Put out the questions that you put out We want to have you back to answer it because. Because that is what that is my question, what can you do to me, I mean I guess you could kick me out? You would kick me out if you want to. But can I get find. Can I get jail? Is this going to be like one of the the governor's proclamations I'm GonNa get a fine twenty five hundred dollars six months in jail, and whatever I don't wear a mask at the airport. This is a territory that we are entering yet. We just want some guidance on the constitutionality of these decrees. Some people aren't waiting for guidance. Some people are taking the law into their own hands. Wait to find out what happened to a church. In Mississippi. Who was who were was opened in pushing the open during the lockdown. Know. You are listening. To get -servative circus I am your ringmaster James t Harris. It's.

"A period of time I mean the last two months have been extraordinary. And whereas we were comfortable, thinking that we had our liberties, but not really knowing what those liberties were not really. Taking time to to revisit the constitution hearing, these things thrown around all the while. All the while, not realizing that a pandemic. Of, something that has been fought for. People have died for. And now we got a decision to make. Are we going to just go along with the new? Are we going to go along a being herded into our homes or or Heard it. Urge separating ourselves I'm just thinking about some of the things that have come down over the last twenty four hours that we're going to talk about today's show like wearing face masks everywhere. That is a loss of liberty. To give you the latest on the shooting that took place in the valley. Still. Listened today at ten on five fifty KFYI. FM At ninety five point five hd two. You are listening to the conservative circus I. Am your ringmaster James T Harris? We gotta just kind of a crazy day going on here primarily because. Of the actions that took place last night by a disturbed young man in the valley. We had another shooting. And immediately You. Will you look at the video and I WANNA? Put out a slight little disclaimer because I've seen somebody's videos all over the place and I reported this video. We played audio from it. but things are still kind of fluid. And I want to be caught up in a hoax. One of the things that we're very grateful for is that no one lost their life last night. But but what.

"James T Harris and I lost a few brain cells watching that press conference. Yesterday was an hour of my life that I cannot get back is gone. It has gone in the frustration level that I felt as my brain cells were oozing from my ears. Really got on the nerves of my wife. Who happened to be in town is wondering why I was doing my job in this in this manner. Why couldn't just wait? And read about it why I had to listen to the droning on of our gracious Lord Ducie who shared again the same charts in the same numbers who even the reporters in a room roll their eyes at the information and Lord. Ducie pointed that out. I see you rolling your eyes at the information that I am sharing you but I am just trying to reinforce that we're doing well. And I'm proud and grateful for the Arizonans who have been practicing social distancing to flatten the curb. And I just wanted to remind you that we have hospital room capacity. Have Hospital beds. We do have ventilators. WE ARE READY. Arizona ready and for that reason we are going to stay in phase one because we're comfortable in phase one. We are safe in phase one in order for us to go to face to would have to risk some things that are. We're not willing to risk right now. We're not willing to risk the possibility that people may get sick. We don't want to risk the possibility that are hospitals will be overrun. Even though they weren't overrun they might be overrun. So we will stay remain in phase. One Lord Ducey's press conference yesterday was depressing and once again. We have many people who were were allowed themselves to get excited. As the news was being reported that basically Arizona is in fantastic shape. They allowed themselves to believe that Lord Ducie would advance the states openness to face to. They were wrong and the amount of correspondence that I received from people. Who were duped quite alarming. I cannot allow myself to get overly excited anymore because I am not living my life. According to the dictates of Lord Ducie. I know that I pace face.
