I'm your host when the wall is so glad that you could be with us. Almer players in the spotlight that need to step things up was talking about janas. We're talking about your welcome bead. Lebron anytime speaking about lebron. I mean now. Lebron was a championship now. He's at number five now. He matches called me now. He's worn behind michael jordan. And now i understand. I understand i understand jordan. Went six was lebron james record now five and six do. We still looked at five hundred as far as being in the nba finals. He'd never go to jordan. Jordan was undefeated. It's amazing how they will say that same bullshit with tom brady. Joe montana was foreign on joe. Montana never lost to super bowl. Tom brady how many super bowl to the won't lose. He couldn't be eli manning. And you're trying to say. The rings quarterback joe montana lived live near jordan sheet. Motherfuckers still regale is still wanna have them. Bullshit notion that there's no argument there's no discussion to be had. Michael jordan is still the greatest basketball player. Love all time regardless of what. Lebron james doesn't lebron. James can go ahead and win himself an nba championship now. Seventeen at thirty something years old bell ankle. Come on man. I don't wanna hear that bullshit about yeah. But jordan jordan joined with thirty eight years old. He's still wasn't one of the best players in the league with jordan. Thirty eight years old. He's still wasn't the guy that could get a team to a championship when jordan. Thirty eight years old. He didn't have the impact on the game. That lebron james. I'm sorry sorry. I saw him play. I was there for the entire ride. I saw the entire movie. You sorry at thirty eight years old jordan would never this player that lebron james was so the bron james lacey's coming from the number seventeen the go ahead to win this championship. And no matter who comes out of the eastern conference outside of you know if it's philadelphia or brooklyn if l. a. can we'll a championship over the threesome of katie harden atari irving if they can go ahead and win a championship beating. Michael jordan couldn't do was lebron thirty five thirty six years old all the miles that he has in this eighth season eighteen season. Michael jordan could not do what lebron james is doing now period and the discussions. That doesn't mean that moore branches the better basketball player. Michael jordan doesn't mean that. Lebron james catapults michael jordan. As far as being the greatest basketball player of all time. I'm not saying any of that. What i'm saying is that what lebron james doing if he can do what he's doing his eighteenth season in the nba. With the obama. Mileage study has after overcoming some physical obstacles as far as the ankle is concerned in the winter championship at the number seventeen and a tougher conference coming from a tougher conference in the western conference and then beating a team philadelphia or brooklyn in the nba championship. "What happens in Orchard Park. It's awful, by the way you want you if you spend four hours watching the game and feels like you've been there for four weeks, you age. It's just you get the hell beat out by the weather there. I've been there many times. It's just like it's brutal. Is what it is. I could imagine trying to kick or pass or snap. But anyway, so you've got the Tampa Bay at the Packers. The line there favors the pack by 3.5. But I the way you know clearly is a lot for M v. P at this point in Aaron Rodgers. I don't know how Tampa gets passed through, especially with the weather the way it is. Yeah, And I thought Green Bay was the UN talk about things. How? How Well, there would have run the ball. It wasn't just a rounders out there. They're out of control the clock a little bit and heat up two yards were on the ground. I think that was a good thing. Um, So yeah, I don't. I found betting that I'm saying it's gonna be Green Bay, which is that they are obviously going, put my neck on the line there, But I just think Green Bay's is too good all around for Tampa back, and he thought you could have 3 Ft of Snow on the ground now tended to bother Tom Brady and Garak. I mean, they're used to that from all those years and in New England, but you know, it's Zoe. You're not playing at home. It's a whole different field there to grass and everything else so I think the pact events, but the interesting game would be Buffalo. Casey. It's the line now is 3.5 favor. The chief's but man, it could change a lot depending on again. What happens with Pat Mahomes. Yeah, that's the big thing, And we probably won't know much until Thursday Friday. Something like that. As you said, there's gonna be a couple of couple days there were I'm not gonna do anything. They can test him. They can't do anything. So that'll be interested. He can play officer. That line will go up by at least a few local, if not seven points s o something watch there, But I'll say I'm not just saying that I'm talking to you. That Bill seems exciting. The water like a team. You want to root for you? Yeah, right. Hardscrabble kind of down on your luck team. I love that. Welcome. We've got plenty of room on the bandwidth Rock. Come on. Having dump it off, right? That'll be that'll be a good game the way but, you know, I wonder, though, if you're you know if your table in those games how do you okay? You're preparing for my homes and shed had how do you even prepare? What? Where? How would you do that? If you're if you're doing the walk throughs and practicing this week, obviously is you don't know what quarterback you're gonna get Probably up until maybe Thursday Friday. All you do is slowing, and it's always been this. In my case you prepare to play in this case, the chief's offense, right. He's led by Patrick Homes and at the end of days, chat any trots out there. You could say, OK, we prepared for the best option in this next guy. Honey, I don't think he's gonna do anything. We're not gonna put install anything that that radically different They're going to run the piece. Often. It's just another who's running his quarterback. And that thing is a fashion moment or in the chat handy so they'll prepare. And the watch that as if pass from Holmes is playing, even if it isn't and no expecting the land the chief's offense. Yeah, make sure they you know, but the same thing any was, they would, you know, get some yard with his legs from Colonel moments, so they're gonna have to make sure they watch for that and say, Hey, the 35 year old guy can't run. No, you can't. Anyway, while the brand completely turn their back on. I play me. No one was paying any attention whatsoever. It's not, I would say if the bills can beat in a shutdown. Lamar Jackson, they probably could do probably probably can handle Chad any degree. And then if Clyde Edwards aware, I mean he was he missed the game. If you hear they're back, I man and then you know, we talk about the concussion. Patrick Bones hurt his foot, too. So there's that factor as well. And it's gonna be interesting to see what Who starts on on Sunday. And I think the bills air at least relatively healthy at this point anyway. Iraqi boy men, Of course, Super Bowl champion. Um he'll be on a three or five today with with anything. I'm sure you're talking more football today, right? Arizona in the football was talking about everything talking vaccine. Roll out. We've got a bunch of good discussion topics should because show nobody. I appreciate you coming on in the rac. Be well, Listen, a three Any time someone will talk to you Take care. There you go. We'll get a quick time out. We've got news on the way much more to follow Willie's here at 12 06 as well as we talk more election related stuff, $700.700 wlw. Well, in addition to the strikes happening in D, C and elsewhere way, also have the economy. Now you look at the markets and Wall Street and I know my friend Amy Wagner comes on every Monday morning. Simply money talks about You know, Hey, things are looking up in the forecast. They're great and grand and everything. But you have a nagging sense, though. Two from Wall Street is Main street where you and I reside and you can't have been feeling looking around and maybe within your own family. As mine is, has been economically hit hard by the cove it Bye Bye. Pandemic right on DSA. Certainly the election strong and that it plays a factor in this but largely were in the covert economy right now on if you look at the grand scheme of things That under President Trump. Certainly our deficit increased massively. I would project it under the bite administration. He's going to go hold my beer. Hold my Geritol. And if you thought that was some debt now we're really going to spend which a downturn conservatives ago. Well, we want to be physical conserves again with this dead his own. Well, it's funny because when your guy was in office No one said anything about increasing the federal deficit. But now that your guy's not in office, we're gonna all of a sudden be fiscal conservative again. I'm sorry. It doesn't work that way. Furthermore, we have where to point in history. Now we're looking at fairly soon. We're gonna have more people than jobs. We've got a huge deficit as I mentioned and covert 19. Other than that, everything's good. Plus you have pressures from China, Russia and other emerging countries. And we're looking at the future economically as what I think it's a big question for a lot of us things like Rosie on Main Street on on Wall Street, Brotherhood, Main Street. Maybe not so much to put in perspective. James Records is here. James in the new Great Depression. He's calling this Is it really that big right at it? I don't know. I didn't live in the 1930. So I can't measure what happened in the collapse of of October. 1929 James, But the perspective is there something not fundamentally right here. It's been that way for a long time. But you can really feel it now. During covert. I'm am I right about that assumption. I think you're right guys, and we are in a depression. A lot of people don't understand the meaning of the word depression. They know it's bad. They get that. And I think your your remark that people have that sense is correct. But let me just explain it a little.

Now, his impeachment trial could begin as soon as Inauguration day. "It doesn't do any good. So I remind people Another turnover $7 trillion times. Zero is zero. In other words, if you don't have turn over, you don't have an economy and right now, if people are going to get these $2000 checks, you know the humor and Clothes. So you're saying we're going to send out all these $2000 and they will that money. A group of people are taking the money. They're paying down dead and they're saving it What they're not doing. They're not spending it, so that could be a smart individual decision. I'm not against savings, but in the aggregate prevalent save the money and no expense it Where's your economy, Right? Yeah. Yeah. I mean, that's idea, right. We're consumer driven economy 80% of it. It's me and you going out and buying stuff. And I think the other part of this, too, that that gets under played not as much by both parties. Quite honestly. The Republicans and the Democrats. They talk about it. But it's more about glittering generalities. Not specifics is, you know we talk about the gap between the richest in the poorest and you know for Democrats industrious that mentality for Republicans. It's It's so they want socialism is what they want. Well, the reality is that the people are working can't afford to buy the stuff that they're producing. That wasn't true a couple generations ago, and if we get in that position, man, it's awfully hard to to survive. If you're a consumer driven economy, how do we break that? Well, there is one way to break it. You've got to basically get inflation and usually inflation is a dirty word. Nobody wants inflation. But I'm sorry when you have $25 trillion of debt, which we do on about 20 to trade our economy. When you're dead is larger than your economy more That doesn't do any good. You don't get any said the stimulus fact that the famous Kenji and multiply it doesn't work, not at those levels. And so how do you get out of it? We're gonna need some inflation and I can't get ready for it. It's not coming right away that the only way to get inflation. FDR did this in 1933 on purpose. Richard Nixon did it 1971 by accident, But you have to devalue the dollar against gold. You know, dollar against euro dollar against Japanese man Who cares? I mean, if you're a currency trader, fine, but That doesn't do it. The roll paper currencies. The role in the same boat. Gold is the only benchmark you have. And so you've got toe raise the dollar price of gold. Now, If you don't do that, to reward gold investors, they will it would, But that's not why you do it. You do it to raise the price of everything else. So you get to $5000 gold all the sudden you have $400 oil $100 Silver $20 Week, There's your inflation and inflation melts the debt that the amount of the dead eyes the same But the real value of the debt goes down because your money is workplace so people need to get ready for that. Now, By the way, special bags don't understand what I just said. It's in my book, The new Great Depression. It's in the book. In Chapter six in the conclusion and what I say is, you know this would be my recommendation to the Federal Reserve. Although they won't do it, But individuals could do it. You can get ready for it on just have a you know, kind of a 10% slice of gold. Don't don't go all in. That's never a good idea. But Having some gold in your portfolio, maybe 10%. That's your personal insured. It'll ensure the rest of your portfolio and get you ready for this deflation. It's not. It's not coming tomorrow is coming in the coming years because it's the only way out from under the debt. And the debt that's slowing the economic growth James Records on the show on 700 WLW and the post Pandemic world, which were headed towards quickly with the vaccine and the like, But we certainly are in a new depression as he calls it, right. It just feels that way. Even though the people on Wall Street said things great. We look six months ahead and everything looks rosy. You just don't have a sense on Main Street. That that that's the case right here about recovery. We have social disorder. With all these things that are happening right now. In this country, there's just there's something about it, besides called Cove it in the election. It doesn't feel right on those things to certainly way on this whole thing. So if you're advising someone you're going, okay. Well, what about? I don't know things like Yeah. Stock markets one thing because that's extremely Rhys. Well, there's always risk involved. Risk reward obviously, bonds. But what about things like Gold Real estates, Another one? We'll say you have to be careful. Residential real estate in certain communities is going to extremely well. Commercial. Will state Azua lot further to fall. I keep away from it. You know if you had 10 floors in a downtown office building Before the pandemic, and then you went to work from home. Nobody would have done that voluntarily. But once they did it because they had to. They should hate this actually works for people like it. You're not going to go back to $10. You're gonna keep two floors. Down effects obviously affects the landlord. But you know the maintenance crew, the food charts, the restaurants, boutiques, the lunchtime shopping, the public transportation that all goes down 50% and so commercial real estate has much further in the fall, and, um, the other point Got about the about the economy. You mentioned Wall Street versus Main Street. Okay, But even within the Wall Street sector, they're only seven stocks propping up the S and P, and we know who they are. You know, it's Amazon, Apple, Netflix, Microsoft, Facebook, Google Tesla, and they were 40% of the market cap. They're the least of the S and P 500 to the least affected by the pandemic. They're propping up the whole stock market. But but 50% of the economy 50% of the jobs of 45% of GDP are small and medium sized businesses. They're getting crushed. These lockdown so you can't crush happy economy and not expect to have a recession. So I say we're back in a new recession right now. Yeah, um and post vaccine and let's look ahead here. What? What happens then? Do we see an improvement in the comedy People go back to workers who demand But you As I mentioned there's this call, and it's going to be addressing some time for universal basic income and Okay, You get socialism, right? But why? Why would we pay people not to work. Well, are we when we get to the point where there are more people than jobs, because that's the forecast, right? Are we There now, are we is that just it's just is that fear is, um, is that real? Now that's real. We're getting there very quickly and by the way, but the vaccines good things. It was a great job that they got sensor cleaning the rolling enough, but don't over rely on their first of all that right now. The caseload in the fatalities or 10 times worse than they were last April, go back to last April. Remember how bad it was? It's 10 times. Worse right now more more nationwide. This isn't just a second wave. This is a mountain compared to the first wave number one. The disease is spreading faster than the vaccines can be injected, so we don't have it under control at all, and there's a new mutation. They caught the English strain of the South African strain. Which believe it or not, is more contagious than the Italian strain that we just went through. So called me and we don't know what we don't know. It is the vibe viruses mutate. We know that some of you seeing that now, right? This is doing and run around the vaccine. So vaccines are good, but I would not overlying on them. Right now The disease is out of control again. We're going back into the second phase of lockdowns and another recession. You think you see that the United States was going more lockdown because it seems like we're going the other way. We're not talking. Talk to people in California talk to people and, you know, I'm not sure how this New York community but certainly down in, uh, you know, in New York City, Um, they're totally locked down and you know, New Jersey. Um you know, a lot of the rest of the country, So, um, and they're saying we'll do it selectively will do it smartly..

James Records who's the author of the new Great Depression, winners and losers and a post pandemic world. He has a history and in tax law, and also in working for some fairly large financial institutions, So he knows his stuff You left off by describing here is New York. The vaccine doses delivered and then as usual, and from my point of view, the government being completely inefficient, couldn't run a Popsicle stand. They can't seem to get the vaccine to the people who need it, and it's literally going to waste. Where do we pick up from there? Well prison that that's exactly right. And then, But beyond that you mentioned earlier that it was maybe not as contagious as we thought. Well, the contagion date has moved up and down because we had more testing and found out you know more about the population generally, although it is Contagious enough, but There's a new strain. It's here. It came out of it were first identified in the England and South Africa so called the English strain. If you want to. It's now in the United States. It's going worldwide. You can't stop it. That is much more contagious than what's called the Italian street. The Italian strain which came out of Milan. It all started charging me Don't don't get me wrong and I'll start it will haunt China. But it's spread East and west on it went west into Malang profession week and then came from Italy to New York on Ben spread around the rest of the country. So that's the Italian stream. But now we have this English string, which is more contagious. So we have data on that. That's clear and with more contagion come more fatalities that fatality eight. Isn't necessarily hunger. It's too soon to tell. But the number of fatalities is fire because the number of cases yes, treatments are better. We've we've learned that ventilators don't work. This Bentley was a good for certain things. But not for this that people were dying for the ventilators. But what you need is oxygen. Um Which is different. You don't need to pump you just pure oxygen into your lungs, and then you can still breathe. But But now the other thing this is a mutation and some mutations are harmless is part of the genome that doesn't affect this spread of the virus. But some mutations are extremely dangerous they make they make the contention rate higher on can make the fatality rate higher. But the bigger question is, does the new mutation eyes that still subject to the vaccine? Does the vaccine work against the new mutation? Too soon to tell. Hopefully the vaccines to work. That the virus is this A just wants to kill you. So the virus continuing mutation, something called mutation escape. And that's when it mutates in such a way that the buyer that the vaccine does not work or if you're if you recovered, the antibodies don't wear That's the most dangerous of all that has happened in test pandemics that happened in the Spanish flu in 1918. The second wave was far worse than the first wave. They didn't even have a vaccine then, but they were still You know, this is subject to these mutations that made the worst. So we've got that confronting us, and we're heading into another recession within the Depression. Because the lockdown policies so it's hard to see this getting better until may have the earliest best case late 2021 early 2022. Wow, but I'm talking to James Records. Ms. Records his author of these, the author, most recently the new Great Depression, winners and losers in a post pandemic world. I did intend to circle back to the economic side of this But is is anybody making the case? Do you think that you're making to the people making decisions like Governor Cuomo, Governor Newsome of California? They don't have to do it to run two Santas. He seems to understand it already. But to start to tell these states, I understand the state level decision. And and yet nobody seems to be effectively making the case. Hate. Start the economy back up, Get it going as much as you can protect the people who need to be protected. Get them the regular routine treatments. RAM Desert here whether it's the monoclonal antibodies, which I guess are going begging. Now the overproduced at this point, but get the economy going because, especially with a pandemic still going are still a problem. We got him. We got to generate the income in the wealth that actually pays for all of this stuff. There is a group making that case. It's a powerful group. It is doctors, clinicians, professors, medicine immunologist epidemiologists. There's something called the Great Barrington Declaration. It's you Can Google it just Who will you know, Great Barrington Declaration. You'll find it right away and a group put it together and publish it, But they invited their colleagues to sign on like you could just sign that. Sign your name. I'm saying I agree with this. Thousands of doctors and again experts have signed on to this was started by a group one of whom is professor medicines. Stanford University's This is not some fringe political group. Whatever that these air the top people, they know a lot more than Then Dr Fauci, believe me, so so that's out there. But the question is, is it getting through to the politicians? I mean, they can his powerful science and I've decided some of it. And this Great Barrington Declaration has more their new studies coming out all the time. They say the same thing. But Try doing it on Twitter or fucking. You'll get censored. You'll get canceled. We'll put a stick around your tweet because somehow you're not nearly the sun, will you? Actually you are following the science. It's just not the science that they want. They want the lockdown Science, which is Very thin and very weak s O. The politicians don't know any better. They're doing what they politicians have to be seen to be doing something even though they don't know what they're doing, which is correct. They just want to do something for show, you know, you know Andrew Cuomo. Gretchen Whitmer. Gavin is from all these governors over the country are you know they're putting on a show, but they don't know what they're talking about. They're relying on a small sliver. You know, you know what I feel saying? If you're a hammer, everything looks like a nail. Well, if you're in if you're in immunologist, everything.

K. Hernandez with a solo shot the second in there are three zip off Strasbourg and then it you know a man that eighth inning they give one back does Washington to make it as we said three one before that anything I mean the all season is just your eyes I've always talk in any sport when you're off season is over it's it's so odd because you you can play to move on but one team in a situation like this the next day the cleaning out their lockers and you're not expecting to you're not looking at that possibility but yet there you are cleaning out your locker and certainly the Dodgers were expected be cleaning out the locker there's get that locker room today is gonna be a horrific place to be shell shocked and and and you were out something up earlier that I thought was interesting as we trying like it was somehow wrap our minds around all this is when you look at what Mike trout is done through the course of his career so far hasn't been some sort of story post season right at right right about that we still look at it so yeah that's probably one of the greatest baseball player that ever lived when it's all said and done without the benefit of that post season and it was quick close shot he's done all that the regular season and then some as far as being one of the all time greats but because he has been fortunate enough to be on good teams go to the post season it sort of becomes like a lebron James record in the NBA finals we criticize him for even though he's there all the time finding his way there how do we strike the balance with the way that we judge these guys historically well it's interesting because the trout they've you never get the opportunity you say well I never had the chance that you're already good with Clayton he's had multiple chances to show what he can do and I think that's the prism you have to look at what I think I get it but which also alright in an area where yet in baseball a sport we know the length of time in the broadness of the sample size what matters the most and this the sample size you get the post season is so minuscule comparison it just feels unfair and by the way the cardinals also scored ten runs in the first inning and and took down the Braves in game five so both rode teams won game five road dog check this out Major League Baseball home teams in all in all time and winner take all guns also will take all games when he was under fifty percent for eighty three one of the NBA its seventy four percent in the NHL at sixty percent so it home home home field does really amazingly put baseball winner take all games this al golden we go is brought you by looking to buy Windham everything you need to more than succeed tonight looking to Tomari triumph book direct L. "Welcome back James records with us we'll take your calls this hour as well James is this something that we're going to just wake up Jim and it's going to happen or is it going to be a pro long saying that kinda lets people like you say George it's happening now but it's going to you know take a few months maybe eight maybe six months I think we'll see sorry sure so I think we will be able to say it's happening now and just to give you a concrete example that I talked about this in my book in two thousand seven August two thousand seven of the specific date I went down to the US is treasury now the the mortgage crisis we started that that really started the spring of two thousand seven it was a little bit of stress in the money markets but it was no where near the extreme financial panic that we got to in September of two thousand eight so that was still a year away over your way I went down to the US is treasury I sat with a senior treasury official very nice guy and is nice to you know see me and I think the first time and I laid out a scenario I said this is going to get a lot worse and here's what you need to do you can issue an order to all the hedge funds and you know mark of dispense Addison to give you all their position information machine readable form by you know next Monday and anyone who doesn't have it yet but then at the top of your your your read list you know you're alert list is that there's some problem there if they can give the information higher IBM global services because they have this you know top secret data processing capability to load all the state into a matrix imagine you'll something fresh don't tell him what to do don't tell much to trade just get the information so you can manage the crisis the the Fishel said thank you very much we don't do that yeah with the bush administration were free markets for Freeman we'll tell people what to do I said you're not telling them what to do you just get in the information to this is going to end up in your lesson that morning was ignored I warned the McCain campaign was an informal economic adviser in August of two thousand eight as year later I said you are not going to make it to election day without a crisis so my point is yes you can see these things coming the problem George's no one listens nobody listens you know until it's too late then they scrambled panic right the tragedy of to Sandra was not that she was wrong but that nobody listens or we've got the I guess it comes on every once in awhile Jim's names Jonathan Cahn and he has predicted somewhere it's it's a Jewish term called shemitah and in he says it happens every seven eight years with the calamity like that too which really gets very close and echoes what you've been talking about we I had the pleasure of meeting Jonathan Cahn in person we were both at an event down the down the Ozarks those last March so about those six seven months ago really nice guy fabulous preacher he I said in the front row who's preaching to a live audience and he was up there he just tell the crowd spelled out for an hour so he's a great writer and a really really great fish but a really nice guy one of my associates wants to buy a house in Las Vegas as an investment I've told them wait the prices are going to plummet what do you think I think they will probably their crisis daily they might go up in the short run because you know again if trump does was he I expect something to do this big yeah the tax cut and the fiscal spending that's what I expect to be some debate bill had that way I also expect the fed to lean against it again if the fed was going to accommodate that by printing more money or keeping rates close to zero you would see their place I say go go by five houses right but I don't think that's what's going to happen I think that that is going to lean hard against it probably so the economy into recession trump is not going to have these favorable conditions that Reagan has and he may have a chance within the year so I I agree with that I would you know I I would keep a lot of cash and to suggest he cast because I don't get much return on it I see yeah that's true but the return that you give up that's the price you pay for flexibility if you have cash when things start to fall apart were from pollution takes off you're the person to compete with you at that point you can go buy a house go buy gold or maybe one of our treasury notes if you're worried about deflation but you'll have that those those degrees of freedom that flexibility I've got a friend who's got a small business and he went to his bank to get a loan and they turned it down he went to some guy who says he's got investments with hedge funds and they gave him almost as much as you need it because you're exactly right Georgia was stories like that this is called shadow banking said the banks are not in the banking business anymore they're in the business of buying government bonds you know out of the month the most recent data came out about who owns the U. S. government that you heard about this twenty trillion dollars of debt well somebody owns that that somebody bought it two trillion dollars of lost to China a very large amounts belong to Japan about a little less than twenty percent of all that this is a four trillion dollars in total is owned by foreign governments and they can stop at anytime they want well the latest data shows that they are dumping it not all at once is not this I panic selling but they're reducing their holdings of treasury debt so who's going to buy it because you got a roll over that that the stuffing a mature is once a year every six months or every two years whatever the maturity as well the what was the answer is that because people say Gee why this is because the bond market like I say what they don't understand the banks are being forced by the government that in the nineteen fifties a typical bank has fifty percent of its assets in US treasury securities and then they have some commercial loans and a few other things on top today that number is close to the ten percent they can get back to fifty percent but the but it means that the bank sent up looking like bond funds right turns going to lend to your friend who's going to small businesses the answer is their personal other online lenders blending of thing I'm not endorsing any these very the lending club yes so five which stands for social financed through a lot of these online peer to peer lenders and then they're hedge funds who are willing to finance the sink so the laws are out there some loan sharking but you won't get a from the banks is probably pretty close well yeah I mean is it would pay a pay a good interest rate but you know look if you can borrowing is not automatically better borrowing is dead if if you cannot put to productive use of the interest you're paying is higher than the return you're getting you're just going broke slowly city can't put to good use works here too much debt to begin with that's not good but if you're if you have a life debt burden and you can invest the money and something that's going to give you a higher expected returns then that's okay but that's that's those are tough conditions to me all right let's take some calls here Jim records with us let's start by going to Jim into brassica Lincoln Nebraska hi Jim go ahead in your own room good evening yeah I I gotta ask your core figure five see if I understand it being orchestrated globally by do you want this situation to develop where you can't get your money no matter where you go together correct well it is doing work sure globally it's not a top down conspiracy boosting coordinated and these institutions that we mentioned the G. twenty in particular the World Bank and a few others now I'm not saying that they they just want to go out lock down the system for the fun of it what I'm saying is they're getting ready to lock down the system if they have to if we don't have a financial panic if we don't have a crisis then you know life will just go on the central bank security money though problem that surprises it'll seem all all goes to the outside of that we still have a lot of problems of jobs and unemployment in the United States it's when the panic hits but the response is going to be different the last two times nineteen ninety eight and two thousand eight when everybody wanted to money back the central bank's printed the money and gave it to them the next time everybody's going to want their money back and you're not going to get it in a lock down the system so much in the going to do that for fun I'm just saying they're getting ready to do it if they have to to put out the fire in a panic okay well ma'am but I I understand that you're going to have a phone I would think it would be fun I would think would be so much the opposite of form that there would be world wide variety from people that are gonna be very unhappy about the fact that they're basically just being told by all these different institutions if they have their money and Charlie you don't get it and so what's the game plan of dealing with the world population who is universal AT and simultaneously out reach to the Max about basically being told you don't get your money back and that's why not gonna happen for a long long time well we will play on doing just declaring global Marshall on they're gonna have to do something Jim because they'll be massive civil unrest yeah great question you're exactly right I also talked about this in my book the road to real and I call these the money rights you know you had food riots and unfortunately no racial and ethnic rise sometimes time these are going to be the money right it's it's happening in India today you know what I I finished reading this book and last September we send it to the print version of his takes well trained get the boxes get out to the bookstores they came out November fifteenth that was a publication date little design now when I finish writing the book that the day it came out money wise would be breaking out in India I predict is in the in the books but it's as we said earlier they they took two popular forms of money you could think of is the equivalent of a five dollar bill in a ten dollar bill and they said they're illegal that's no longer money well people started losing supermarkets burning down banks you know all the ATMs went offline I just to show how stupid it was okay I'll see if that policy but the print is a new kind of money see it was kinda like you could bring in a ten and they would give you ten singles right yeah but with the singles with the wrong size they didn't the printed them they didn't fit me a chance so now we go to go around and rip the guts out of every ATM in India that some messages you're right that that the money.

"I mean, they offered him three years instead of five was was Bob, you know, more about these deals than I do was was he in the wrong to demand like you have to wait about what long has been passage. You get a five year deal. He was saying that Luke Walton got a five year deal, and he was in the. Virus coach, you know. And I'm a championship coach to me all respect to tie Lou. But his record matches. Lebron James record. You can't take them apart. So yes, you yeah. It's wonderful while look at all those games you one. Yeah. You wanna championship? But the same exact thing with with LeBron James take LeBron James off the team. And what was Tyler is record. So I don't know was he right? Was he wrong to walk away from that? I think he was myself. I do overrating himself. I got this image guy. So how historically when an ambassador goes to the country. He presents his credentials. You know? Well, if I were cartoonist today, here's what have I'd have King James sitting in his throne with a with the crown and robes and staff, and I'd have Frank Vogel humbly on his knees handling. Handing over his credentials for examination by King James as all right? All right have now. Let's get to the even more stunning coaching news. And and Mitch because he's he's he's from your guy. Okay. And we Bob, and I are are John beeline fan boys of long stamp holding up my membership card because Bobby you coulda knocked me over when I found out the John beeline of Michigan is the new coach of the Cleveland Cavaliers. Yeah. Well, okay. I will I I will say I am a stunt as you guys are I know John I liked Ambiente. I really respect them. And I've seen him in the setting at Michigan. And he just blends in he is one of those guy. He really, you know, there's there's college coaches who say I bleed. My my school's colors, I love, and then there's the ones who actually do he really did. And when he flirted with the. The idea of coaching the pistons last year, this is where it all began. He flirted with the idea of coaching with the pistons. We were surprised to hear that what you're gonna consider the pisses. Well, you know, maybe just taking an interview he then excused himself from that process before they got to the point where they were going to offer jobs. He kind of got the sense that he wasn't going to be offered the job and he took himself out of the running. And at that time, he said, I think fate is sort of saying to me this is where you belong and your career Michigan. They did a long contract within those supposed to take them two thousand twenty three. And then he'd be retired by that point be seventies. And now all of a sudden he's going to coach the Cleveland Cavaliers, this is all I can suspect. I have no this happened so fast. I don't have any data on this. So this is my suspicion. You have to remember that Dan Gilbert owns the Cleveland Cavaliers, Dan Gilbert lives in Michigan. He is a Detroit guy. Even though he owns a Cavalier's everything in Detroit is companies here in Detroit all the rest of it. And i'm. Sure. He even though we went to Michigan state. I'm sure he's a Michigan fan. I am imagining that he had had some kind of connection with beeline personal that he made it easy for his family to stay there and commute back and forth and probably offered him some kind of incredible deal that you know, a job you might not get anywhere else. And just made it to tempting, and I think at sixty six belong say if I don't do this now, I never will my whole life..
