"So it seems in a couple days, maybe a couple of weeks, the United States Supreme Court is going to repeal roe versus wade, which would bring abortion, which send abortion back down to the states. It's a state's rights issue. Unfortunately, as this has been rumored because it was illegally leaked, still no arrest because of the leak. We have started to see in a mass amount of violence against pro life centers, across America, firebombing, and vandalism. One of those centers is happen in New York City and the person who runs that is the guy by the name of James R Hardin, reverend James R Hardin, who's the CEO of compass care pregnancy services, and he joins us right now. James, welcome to the Charlie Kirk show. Thank you. It's an honor to be here with you, Charlie. Tell us about what happened to your clinic. Well, about a week ago Tuesday, police and fire rescue responded to smoke coming out of our facility at two 30 in the morning. And they arrived to find broken glass and fire excellent in our facility and on the wall was scrawled Jane was here. A signature kind of trademark for a pro abortion terrorist group called Jane's revenge. James revenge refers to an underground abortion group in Chicago in the 1960s called the janes collective. And so they're not about women's rights. They're not about choice. They're about abortion. Their motto is if abortion isn't safe, then neither are you. And their intent was to shut us down into scare us, but they didn't. We were up and running the very next day. We had to reroute patients out to our Russia facility. Put some hardship in our patients, but we're continuing to serve patients even now. We will stop and we're not

"Philadelphia 76ers. It's just good value. You get the guy who quit on his team twice in 13 months. Who knows how terrible this playoffs could go for him and them. I have no idea. It does allow me to ask you guys about the Philly sliding doors. I'll turn the camera. If Philly just trades, Ben Simmons, two months ago, for CJ McCollum. Are they much better off? We're still there. You go first. We all know the trade was out there forever. I'm a CJ fan. I still think peak CJ isn't peak harden, but I don't like when's the hardened when's it going to click? It exists. No, it doesn't. It doesn't. He's got two major issues. Right now. He doesn't move all that well and he doesn't finish at the rim. He's basically the worst at the rim since he's since he was a rookie. And he still has his moments, he's always going to put up numbers because hey, the other thing they're doing too, like there's a lot of possessions. They may not fall into the isolation category for him, but there's a lot of these possessions where it's like, hey, we're just going to watch you dribble here for 20 seconds, man. Well, they can run the pick and roll when the baskets being protected by Lori marketing. But the actual playoffs that's going to be a little different. House, door a is James Harden and Deandre Jordan. Door B is CJ McCollum, Andre Drummond, Seth curry, and two first round picks. It's definitely door B it's store B I mean, we know this because the single thing to me that's been the true brilliance of the trade for Brooklyn's point of view is how what it did to the depth of Philadelphia and how important that depth was. For the sixers. I mean, they're just, they have nothing off the bench. They have nothing. Daryl hate depth Bill. No, I was thinking I was talking about this with somebody this weekend. Daryl, one of the smartest guys I've befriended over the years. Really, really Spock like sparkle Star Trek reference for the people under 25. He's involved with 55. Is it a compliment? No, he just, he took a motion out of all of his decisions. He looked at it as rationally and analytically as possible. And I think James Harden was his kind of kryptonite because I think he had a great relationship with the guy and I think he was with him in Houston when Hardin was fucking incredible. And I think he assumed that Hardin was unhappy that last Houston season that he was unhappy. In Brooklyn and that when he came to Philly, he was going to blossom into the old James Harden, but I think that guy might be gone. And he's still good. He's still one of the 30 best guys in the league, but I think they thought they were getting the guy like when we did the one of the podcasts right around the trading. Kos was like, I'm all in on this trade. And by the way, I think he was right. He's like, they're getting James fucking Hardin. James Harden's amazing. Like, you have to do this trade every time. I was like, yeah, but what if that guy's gone? That was a real question that we're wondering. Is that guy still there? I haven't seen from these Brooklyn games that 2018 harden is gone. This version of heart is good. But that guy's gone. He might be gone. He might be gone. I still like to trade because of the arguments around how much the Simmons value had declined. So I feel like I'm arguing both sides of this because I was like, okay, wait, like people kept thinking like the longer this went. By the way, that guy still hasn't played yet as you said earlier might not even play, which is kind of like I don't think he's playing this year. But I will always have a problem. Here we go. I will always have a problem with a competitive athlete who's okay playing like shit on purpose twice in 13 months. Me too. I think that's beyond a red flag. Can you imagine Giannis going? I'm going to play like shit for a month. Just mention the playoff performance yet. There are two really big red flags with this guy and we went over those like two pods ago. I'm still going to write here. I want to be a I went a little bit of a hardened truth or angle though. What if he really has been injured? And what if the right grade to assign at this moment is just incomplete? Let's let him go. There's no point right now for us to render judgment on the value and quality of that trade. The playoffs start in ten days. Let's see playoff James. Doesn't have a great track record. I understand I could see that. But look, he's never played with the big man like Joel embiid and maybe some of this iteration of Philadelphia has been a bit of a chemistry experiment out of Doc. Again, not a guy with a great track record in terms of personnel and rotation. That makes me nervous. The grade for right now is incomplete. Let's let the playoffs begin. I don't know. Part of the reason you make that trade is they don't want to squander this incredible embiid season. But they created a team that I don't think the three of.

"This just feels like the year with when he's on the court, I don't know who's slowing him down. It just feels like he is able to exert his control over a game. More so than he's ever been in the past. Absolutely agree with that. So the forwards are the four words. There's a couple other guards that I just want to mention that we neither of us had. Actually, you did have Chris Paul. He was one of my mentions. There are three others here, Fred van vliet, tremendous season. Freddie all star. He's been great. Zach lavine, I just think that the bookers and the mitchells are just slightly, I don't know if better is the right. I just think that what they do is more impressive to me and their context of their team. And then neither of us said the words James and Hardin in this conversation and I think that that is kind of funny because for the second year, second season in a row, this person has given up on a basketball team. Actively not trying for a few weeks and that's it. That's all I need. But it's just like the talent. Would you agree the talent is still there for him to eat? Of course. While it's on the one of these teams, and it's just like, I can't do it. Yeah. Come on, man. And again, like I said, when we started this, you're trying to tell the story of this season to a degree. His heart and been one of the most impactful guards this season. I don't think he has. No, they almost got, they almost lost to the Orlando Magic last night, and he played just terrible. And the first, that's one of those games where it's like, oh man, I feel bad. For Orlando. Yeah. Let me get it. Can we talk about can we talk about the Orlando Magic for a second? Cole Anthony broke Anthony is so fun. He's so fun. They're like really like Kate Cunningham has been great for a few weeks now. Jalen greens have been really fun for a few weeks now. This is the part of the season where I'm like, I just start ignoring the bad teams. But it's hard to ignore how fun some of the bad teams a bit. Anthony's sick Franz Wagner, harden's like I swing on Franz Wagner. It's like, it was like even he got played to a draw like the magic or scrambling on these hard and beat pick and rolls..
