"She died friday in her home country of wales at the age of ninety four until nineteen seventy-two. She was known as james morris. She changed her name to jan at the age of forty six after transitioning to female and having gender confirmation surgery two years later in nineteen seventy four. She wrote about gender in her memoir conundrum. She wrote. I spent half my life travelling in foreign places. I have only lately come to see that incessant wandering as an outer expression of my inner journey. When i spoke with her in one thousand nine hundred eighty nine just published. A book called pleasures of tangled life in the prologue she wrote. There was a time when new to womanhood. She tried to forget that she'd ever lived as a man. But it had grown on her over the years that this was not only intellectually dishonest but rather dull pleasures of tangled life focused on the pleasures that had sustained her over the years. One of those pleasures was indra. Johnny i asked her to explain well androgen. He means to me that. I have shared if not in the president at least in the past a lot of the emotions and the experiences of both genders. And why i say the beginning of the book chief do to make you smile that i Highly recommend the advantages and tragedy. Last says it was that in my experience if you share both the emotions of both sexes. Neither sex is frightened of you. Both sexes are willing to confide in. Nobody thinks your threat and since it seems to me that life in my life anyway has been urged. Consta- surged towards reconciliation and unity. That does seem to me an enormous advantage on in. Life's quest. When you were still writing as james morris you were best known for Being the reporter who climbed mount everest with edmund hillary. You were there with edmund hillary when he scaled to the top..

Chinnery Dr James Morris back in eighteen o five and was a working farm that was owned by the Mars family till about nineteen eleven. Mr Chinnery was not born there But he actually lived nearby at Ashland. He was going in eight eighty six and visit. The matter is cousins the Morris is at the motto as a young man young boy and learn to ride there and fell in love of course with the farm and ended up in nineteen thirty six self-made millionaire coming back to purchase the farm. I it had fallen out of the Mars family around nineteen eleven And had fallen out of the their hand and he purchased it in nineteen thirty six in the middle of the Great Depression and then transformed it into The farm that a basically past everybody expectations all he really wanted to do win the Kentucky Derby that was always his lifetime during well he. He had a passion for horse racing. And it was a very young man There's a lot of interesting connections. There he lived. I think you said in Ashland and that was near the bull field stable. That major does well ran correct and that was you obviously home to some not but it was home to some outstanding. Thurber legends in eighteen hundreds. But it was the major son who Chris ended up riding horses for a young man correct. That's that's exactly right. You're acting and you know visualizing current up. I mean this. This is fantastic with your business honest with your acting business in your merging with your current <hes> you know Morris Enviro business and I love it. I mean not not a lot of people will do this and I happen to love scrolling through my facebook feed knowing that I'm going to see something that I can use personally and it's it's really hard sometimes when you're thinking okay. How can I do this on my own or just get educated about this and you hear? You are <hes> sharing this information. Dan and I love it and <hes> and you're good at what you do in your national. Somebody already told you this as so this curious very well into your other business so speaking of them. You're currently working on a project the bounty hunter tell me because I've seen some pictures on your the facebook movie Pay Your actor page. <hes> your bounty hunter you being onset so can you share with us a little bit about that. You're yeah the bounty hunter is as an independent project but it was very cool about the director. He has a little company called V._W.. See Films which stands for probable Whiskey Whiskey Charlie films. It's a veteran organization there. He is a war veteran himself. Director is and he tries to quote as many veterans as Chan and his projects so that's kind of cool Rut right there along he I was in the Air Force and I'm not a war veteran. I put fuel in planes nothing to write home about but you know he likes. The fact that I was that I did serve so he tries to US guys like that. Everybody in this project is not don't get me wrong but trying to utilize guys are differently. <hes> war veterans combat veterans things like that is cool because it can be tough to adjust to normal life. Thanks like that for some guys it's been through. He's one of them now with that said bounty hunter is a cool western films based in the civil war era as about as kind of a love story with a lot of true you know Western type shoe belts and things like this in your typical who western type stuff model apply a guy named gentleman Johnny. I'm kind of a Townie guy. A clean cuts down on the love interest of the story <hes> basically the girl earnings bill and were low with each other and her father doesn't like me at all. He's like this big town crooked guide it has all the money and control and he wants to frame me for murder. I didn't commit as we hire a bounty hunter to track me down to have me killed really and the bounty hunter along the way discovers it. I'm actually I've been framed so he kind of teams up with me and a bunch of other guys and we wound up having a battle with this crooked guy in town with his men is big shootout and so it's it's Kinda cool a lot of facts he's throwing there is based on a lot of factual events a war here in Atlanta Area Ejaz incorporates some of that in some of the script like dates and places and things like that which is Kinda cool is trying to be accurate with a period so and he's done a very good job. Even though the budget is not really huge your he does have somebody already. That's going to be a distributor of the project which is cool. It may get shot down the road. I hope it does with a bigger budget because I think this this western film has a lot of good potential and I don't say that about every project to be honest with you but it's it's the truth but this one has a very good script the stories Nicole I like westerns myself and I don't think they do another. Call them so I like the fact that he's trying to do. People don't do this specimen independent level because they're not easy to do you have costume Jewelry Creek stuff. There's horseback riding in the snow and there's all kinds of things that you need professional stunt guys for but he's able to make it happen with guys that can ride a Horse Rodeo guy but I get on one could go the bounty hunter. He can ride a horse to Wilburton Roddy so stuff like that you know is kind of cool the way mega come together now. It's taking a long time to get a complete because of the things that just sit the money but it's it's coming together. He's going to wrap it up here very soon so I don't know where it's GonNa wind up. Maybe on Amazon prime you know who knows may get reshot. Maybe one day Oh no aw go co story now. Hope everybody just watching lookout foreign enough soon and love it and you have some upcoming projects. I think that the audience <hes> I don't know how much you're able to disclose but I think that they should keep an eye <music> out for your name. You will be having some episodes that are coming to tell B._T._v. as well. You can have your own show here and we're welcoming you to the family. We love what you're doing. I've gotTa tell you absolutely we are just enthralled with so much about what you've got going on and I can't wait for the audience to see more and I just Kinda WanNa leave a little mystery there because the stuff that's coming down. The pipe is going to be pretty pretty exciting so if the audience would like to connect with you I have an article that accompanies <hes> the episode today but I would also like to share with them <hes> how they can get in contact with you yeah just in Atlanta Duck Donald parking lot coffee. I think there's something into this addictive because I can't stop drinking it. I'm not man was in this classic. The sirens the decadence this was this no it's just life in Atlanta you know although the retired cop I mean this is just it was just the whole the whole thing and on a serious note and you can find me on facebook you can catch me as a personal reach out to me. I still have some <hes> a lot of friendship left. I don't accept everybody <hes> you know. I don't want people to talk about politics. "Can't play a more perfect game then you guys played that day what was it like being on the field as you guys store gaining the momentum opening up the lead and then realizing this is one day that were never going to forget yeah yeah out some now i started off with like the first play from scrimmage in our defense uh navin amani khokar combat odd come down now from the safety using copper to and coming off of pick and that an exception i have no exception ethics six right away to start the game to get our fans in the game and get them all hyped up 'cause we're not one kenner gives live you know it's our profit they get gone um all the loud noise uh definitely is probably pretty hard to get you know the play called in to change called especially of the quarterback you know modeling and stuff like that so there's an amazing feeling i think kennex dating all the fans really helped out with that one uh to keep up uh you know caught there and we were we were all very high emotionally and uh just trying meeting live in the moment uh and make clear after plan i think everybody was just focussing do their job you know the whole day the whole week queen we had to do we have to play uh you know perfect for ball uh if we wanted to pats beat these guys 'cause they're they're really good and no doubt about it in a widely used in the staples air in the backseat built to last several years he has been outstanding i know vandenberg up banged up last year but man of between him and easily in sand by i mean you guys have some quality receivers all sense of line always solid there in iowa city but when you have a couple of bodies that are on either side of you linebacker wise and you guys are seniors together how much fun is that yeah that's a lot of fauna so we've never experienced before our we've all been younger usually and we saw at first hand when we were freshman uh we saw you know james morris anthony mansions and you know uh kirk chris kirk and so we saw no summit three uh priebatsch linebackers out there i'll play in a game together iin on where freshman and we really got out understand what it took.
