Like hey cast hers. That happened win. ruby rose. I left so they're going to do this. And yet that was kinda cool. 'cause like before it ever seen it around. That's who i. That's who i cast. I told you guys that that she should be Cake kane if they were gonna recast her because you know little bit reminiscent of ruby. Rose but she looks more like she could be twin with the lady who plays alice as opposed to At yeah and i thought that was a great casting choice. I enjoyed what she brought when she did On so if somebody it would work and now it's like so they're gonna got my blue ray series. I cut the complete series on blu ray today delivered just because of the time of i didn't have access to it. I own that. He's probably like so. I'm abou- for for bat woman. I think we're we're maybe three episodes behind on woman now. I think the last one we watched was episode or five. I think four janine. I caught up the other night because we were up doing stuff when we had playing in the background. Kind of catch up to you and it's a it's like one of those shows like you're still close to being good but yet you do these things or make these choices. You're just what are you choosing to do here. It's still weird. Excuse me it's late children. They're young things. Throw them bit more self sufficient. So yes so. I am not permanently exhausted i have made a past that point but now i'm too old to do your tool to enjoy it exactly but i'm just i'm baffled. They're going to do this. Weird story with like a different katie. Or she's going to be alive and yet ryan still going to be bat. Woman could just like. That's really really confusing. You know like just kill off case. It's that simple but we'll see we'll see how it goes. It's it's weird Let's see also that woman this sunday nights supposed to be the midseason and they're going to introduce black mask. "One of two with the line. He had 11 rebounds. So a double double 13 points and 11 rebounds to go along with two assists and two blocks, And he sits down with us now What's going on Drew? Hey, are you guys doing good? Good to have you back on the on the postgame show. We had your early on in the season and, you know, do you got off to such a great start this season? Ever since the break, though it seems like you've been struggled the last couple games your fuel your percentages, which were so high came down and then the first half was sort of the same way. Today You were struggling with the turnover bug. What? All the sudden click for you here in the second half, because you certainly look the player that we had seen early on in the year. Right. You know exactly, you know, coming off the break. I had a couple bad. James Cole shooting, um bad games and I really wasn't impacting the floor and I think I get myself going when I'm impacting the floor on more than one way not only scoring but passing and rebounding. And a half time I really, You know, I just got to kind of get aggressive in there, and I had a smaller guy on me and I got I think three offensive rebounds. It's really got me going and I was able to, you know, get a cold post touches in there, and it just, you know, really sparked my entire game. And, you know, especially when we're getting stops on the defensive end, get our offense run and stuff like that. It just It feels good to be out there and, you know Get this win going into our next road trip? Yes, funny. The last time I talked to you, the one thing you said to me is I need to get my rebounds up and you did it today. I mean, was it simply just Hey, you're gonna have a lot of smaller guys on you because you guys are the tallest team in the country. So you know, it's sort of get size down and you are big and there's advantages of disadvantages, right? You're seeing a lot of guards. They're trying to crawl under you. And, you know, get into your handle. But in terms of how you could take advantage, it seems like it inside is the way to do it. Yeah, I mean, we got a lot of tall players and we use that today especially gets a couple smaller guards. You know, we're forward, forcing the guards off the three point line right into you know, a couple the best gigs in the country. Maybe the best front court. And you know that's what we get us a result we get. They shot a really low percentage and we ended up. You know, we had a good amount of turnovers. We got to clean that up, but we shot really well and you know what was great is, you know, even without Evan and I say, a scorned as much they're real, but the impact the game so much with on the defensive end and just being able to look out and pass the guys and I think that's what's so good about our teams. We got such a high I Q and anyone could score on any given day. And we just want to win. You know, going in next week? It's ah, some big momentum for us. Yeah, I was calling you guys, the free agents. You know this, this group of transfers that came in transfers, grad transfers. You guys really carried it today. Four of you in double figures. ET with 18. You had 13 Isaiah Whitehead 12 and And she has good one had a had 11. How how? How's this group unable to assimilate all these new players so quickly, you know, especially given the you know. Let's practice time that you'd hoped for less canton. You'd hope for nothing. Nothing being normal, but But you guys sure have found chemistry quickly. Yeah, You know, I could just say we got a great group of guys and we got you know such good people on the team and we're ready to go. We're locked in, and we just got guys that want to win, and it's playing simply, You know, no one's trying to be selfish out there and everybody's got the same goal. That's you know, to win the Pac 12 and make March madness to make a deep run. And so when you get that, and you got games like this were all locked in like that As a team, Anyone could do anything and, you know, we get a big win like this. We talk a lot about offense, and you're listening to true Peterson our coaching the game. We talked a lot about offense, you know, just in general in sports, right? But but, you know, field Cliches. Defense wins championships and it's certainly won this game. I mean, you end up with 64 points. And if you score 64 1 by 18. You did something right defensively. The numbers. I don't know if you have them in front of you. I just I just read him to coach. They're pretty startling. I mean, you guys held them. 24 of 30 shooting in the second half. That's that's 13% reaches almost smelling blood out there. I mean, it seemed like there was a stretch. We were getting shot clock violations and you touch just could not get it. Look. Yeah, right. You know, I played our strength today because, you know, we nemesis. I'm running guys off the line. They got phenomenal shooters. And luckily we have you know some of the best Biggs even with Chavez and Josh Morgan, and I've seen the Mobley brothers, we just run him right into them. And, you know, having does his thing. I say it does this thing and it really works out for us when we can force him right nor Biggs, and we're not jumping where we played a really discipline game today, and I think that's what won it for us was three games in five days. Tough on the legs. Three. All right. I think it was touches for the fact that we have two weeks off and, you know, especially jumping right into conference play of Colorado. We only have a couple practice before hands. Definitely unique situation. But Being able to bounce back like this, especially going to next week. And now you know, finally getting a few days off will be big for us, but we're excited. We're ready to go. And we think you know we could make a really good showing the Pac 12. All right. You're going to to son next, It's the McKale Center. Not not quite. His fierce of maybe is it would be in previous years is I don't know. I don't know there no fans or if they're just a lot of friends and family and what the story is there, But it certainly won't be a Rockets McKale center, but But do you think that there's you know something that this team needs to Dutilleux? Take this winning mentality on the road or, you know, doom or less See all these games a little bit is neutral Court games and everything is there to be won. Yes, definitely different year this year and it being our first Pac 12 road ship. We've got to be locked in and we're gonna have a good early in the week practice and good scout, and I think we were just honestly ready to go from the start today. And you know, even though they made a little run, we kind of locked back in regretted down and we really took it back to him after they kind of trying to get physical, honest, I think that'll be big for next week Going. It's too physical teams and two teams with a lot of town, so I think we got really good potential going to next week, But we got to stay locked in and humble. Can't wait. USC Arizona, The McKale Center doesn't get a whole lot better. That's why.

"Oh, yeah, It's a good day. It's a good day. Just about one day before Thanksgiving. Okay. I've been taking your phone calls. Finish up your calls in a second athletes that you're thankful for. But I got to remind you about something that was amazing this week. And it's our old spice on stoppable drive of the week. Triple action. Old Spice sweat defense. It's not just strong. Strength level, you know, Sunday night. As the Chiefs Trail the Raiders 31 to 28 with a minute and 43 left. Who else? Patrick Mahomes. He led Kansas City on a seven play 75 yard drive that ended with a 22 yard touchdown pass to Travis Kelsey. The Chiefs. They went on to win the game and 35 to 31. They're now non and one on the season. I mean, damn it, if you want to be thankful for anybody. You know, I would tell you, Patrick, my homes when it comes to an athlete that you wanna watch. He's high up on the list. He's right there. Probably number one football player that I would want to see play at any moment. If I know the Chiefs are on. I know it's probably gonna be a good game a good matchup. I'm soon and then Thankful for the opportunity to watch that man. Take take some Time off. Sit down, Relax and watch a game. James Cole, enough from reading Pennsylvania. Jay, you want CBS Sports Radio. Who you thankful for? The art of Thanks for having me I got to. I got Jerry Rice and it's crazy. I feel like you know, he's a great football player ever. When you look at the stats, you know, like, you know, Brady Moss and feel they have monster years and touchdowns and catches but nobody's even close. No, we got over 200 touchdowns and you have to get 10 touchdowns every year for 20 years, and you still don't catch Jerry Rice. His work of technology is telling my son today like how hard he used to work out, Daddy said, throwing bricks and stuff you know for him to catch breaks and you know, like it translated on the still His workout thing in San Francisco was legendary. A lot of players could undo it one and that one in that that thing he used to do And I got a like on a note of another caller, a local person that people pride only below Donyell Marshall. Daniel Marshall was the first person from that town that that we've seen making, you know, and then gave us hope. Even if a little running countries Anya, you know, people forget, you know, he was the fourth pick behind Big dog, Glenn Robinson. Jason Kidd. Grant held. It was Daniel Marshall, you know, like, you know, but he he gave us hope that you know if you could do with the chance that we could do it, and that's why I believe money walkers in the NBA now because scout start coming, they're running because of Daniel Marshall. Okay, McCall, Man, No doubt about it. Thank you, Jay. So much for calling up from reading P A. Let's go to Massachusetts. Stop the Jesse Just tur CBS Sports Radio. Hey, what's up? Yeah, You got me on hold for 17 minutes, but it's a great show. It's all worth it. Well, then we'll just see if if if the show sucked You'd be able to come right on. But that just means there's a lot of people who like to listen. And you just got to wait. No, definitely, man. I got five year quick five. You ready? Oh, my God. I hope it's a quick five. Don't leave me here forever. Got Floyd Mayweather. Jackie Robinson. Ready. Bruce. Keep Got there, Russell. Okay. I mean, that's an eclectic group. Why do you have Floyd Mayweather in that group? But some of those guys fit in some of them. He seems like an out liar. Not ploy because he's only one dominating. Nobody ever did it like him, you know? Okay. All right. So every day you got a good show, man. Appreciate it. All right. Thank you. Jesse sent an email to my boss. Okay? All right. All right. Thank you for calling from Massachusetts. Let's go to San Jose and talk to Mike. Mike, you are CBS Sports radio. Hey, uh, I'm thinking for cold people. You won't Mike, You're thankful for who For a couple of people. Not that Oh, I was I was just I was just like, Did you name a person or like, What did you say? OK, Go ahead quickly. Quickly. Yeah. Call earlier named Bonds. And I got a bond strike of your asking for one. Okay. And what him like cursing you out or denying you of an autograph. Something like that. Yeah, I used to go. I used to go before and after the games, your prayers parking lot when I was a kid and trying to get out of gas and talk to write plays and stuff. And even never catch bonds like he went My secret answers, But one game I've seen them come into the entrance. So I knew afterwards you believing that the same entrance in this right? And Basically He came out and, uh, him a laugh. So like everyone was kind of gone already. That would wait. And he just pulled up in a story and I was like I was like a 12 year old kid. Very concerns, Paul And he was like You looked at me, like pulled up with the robbery just looked at me. Like mugged me and just spin off. And so this is the guy. So this is the guy you're thankful for. Yeah, well, the guy I'm thanks for a person's status prayers. Okay. Honesty would that the end of story But I'm really thankful for is John Miller was, I think the greatest baseball broadcaster Okay? I don't know. It sold out and I was like I didn't even know you were standing bodies was like there's a cool caught on. He just started talking me about baseball like No, That's my jersey and just awesome, and I just never forgot that and just Go ahead. I think John Miller's Today this and Bond is the bass player there. They both in Hall of Fame and honor. Thanks. Thank you, Mike for calling up from San Jose. I'm glad there was a nice end of that story. I'm just like Barry Bonds treated you like a jerking. You know, he's you're thankful for him. And then he gave the piece about Miller leave from Monsanto. He was just treated in a re away like you are a man and we're gonna beat the crap body. If you can't take it. Sandwiches so tough and that got revealed that Clipper Siri's When the Clippers win the series, and for maybe five, I think four When I think the Clippers beat the Lakers, and that could be six or seven it it could go either way. I'll inquire Leonard and the Clippers. When the MBA championship this year. We're gonna look back at those two games. Were won by Luca Dodge it and we're going to see a level of greatness. That is going to be as remarkable going forward as a level of greatness is going to arrive for Kwai Leonard. I don't want to belabor this point too long. We're going to hit it aggressively next week when Lakers and Clippers play each other, but just Remember Quiet. Leonard is 29. LeBron James is 35. Hawaiian LeBron play each other in a conference finals. It's gonna feel like I don't think it will be is gonna feel like it's from MBA championship. Is it very well me, maybe Boston or Miami or even Toronto who's going to be waiting for them? In a championship right stands will be L. A team wins the series L. A team wins the whole thing, which isn't going to guarantee, but it's going to likely It's quiet versus LeBron and not just in the way that it always is. When stars play, they're going to guard each other. Quiet. Certainly going to guard LeBron had to shut him down. Her big chunks of the game. If the Clippers with an MBA championship in Kuwait, go through LeBron do it. Six years younger than LeBron James Cole. I will have his many championships as a brothel of three. So I'll be the only player in the history the MBA and LeBron into this year this year to be a finals MVP with three different teams, and I know LeBron went to Cleveland and won a championship for a team that should never have won one. In terms of the organization's history. That's amazing. That is something not everything, but that is a pretty big feather in the cap is you try to put together a legacy resume. What is going to if he wins this here for two teams with the wrappers in the Clippers. The Clippers won in MBA championship. Is no different. No different than the next one in MBA championship. Agent will be celebrated the same way because the focus on New York and the that part of the country over the rest of the country. Bob, you sterling. Absolutely. There's a case was a worse owner. Then the Knicks owner And while I understand is New York City and like bringing a champion if there's a really big deal, Los Angeles is a pretty big city, too. And they have been in the shadow of the Lakers forever. You want to go to l A. You go to the Lakers. Nick's Haven't had that problem. It's not like everybody went to the Nets. Like that. The next thing you know, I mean, Dolan's a problem, but to be fair, people always want to play in Jersey, so they just went over Jersey in Brooklyn now. The Clippers about every disadvantage you can ask for. And there's been no solution. If Cole Islanders disillusion, he's an all time great. He'll go from being wherever you have now. 2032 a top 33 player of all time. At least of them striking distance so much riding on The play offs from a legacy perspective. And the Clippers will probably be the team. There's a lot of basketball ago. Don't get me wrong. Clippers are by far the best team in the N B. A. We saw last night 855 to 1 to four. "Ass again how would you guide me through that which I realize absolutely ridiculous example but I figured. I might as well you know yeah. Sure one. All right So as I said, the first I would think about is like the contexts like. Day that you guys tend to play NBA Two K. Twenty. Think about like how is that your most alert time Don. Definitely. Not so the so then what I would start to do is there's a method that I've used, which is kind of. Dragging your alertness into that time of day. So for instance, if there's something that you tend to do at like an alert time of day so for I'll give you my example I used to do crosswords every morning when and then I started having to do these When? James Cole Tower was on jeopardy I was asked to do all these interviews and they were always at like eleven o'clock on CNN right because it was like after all the real news happen they wanted to talk about this crazy thing happening on jeopardy I was really tired so for like the during the time that he was on the show I, started doing my crossword puzzles at like ten or eleven at night to bring my like alertness to that time of day. So what I would start doing is First of all find like whether it's reading or doing what checking your emails. There's something that you tend to do when you're alert done trying to do some of that at the time when you are normally GonNa play NBA eight twenty. First thing. Thing is I would do is start to breakdown. different aspects of what the game NBA Two K. Twenty is asking you to do. So if there are certain things that you aren't good at if there are ways to like essentially, drills are the drills. What you're doing is you're just scrimmaging right every night and you're just getting beat and you're not actually building individuals skills. You're just kind of like trying to do everything all at once. So if there are ways for you to find a way to drill and it might be derailing under the game. There you go. So spend some time drilling. I think people like people tend to overemphasize one of the other like. They tend to drill a lot and not scrimmage, and then when they're in like a real world game situation, they don't. they can't put it together or they scrimmage a lot and they're not drilling. So they're not actually like building they're not doing any skill building. They're kind of like going through it Those are kind of that's a balancing act to figure out and I mean. Just. Trying to think I because I'm not a big video gamer some. Video game stuff. But I think I would start I mean that's like a great place to start out also try to figure out like I would maybe get on Youtube. Watch like rate in there. People I know people poster our twitter whatever like. People were really good. What are they doing? You know what are they doing? That's different than what we're doing your or whatever. I did a lot of that like I think. If, you look at like think of yourself as an athlete, think of yourself as an elite athlete I thought to myself when I was getting ready to the jeopardy tournament of champions like I was in Olympic athlete and I approached my abrasion like that, and I think why not like why not think I am training for the Olympics of NBA Two K. Twenty and you go to the locker room and you watch the state you wash the ABC. Oh, on that was interesting like how do I do that and then you try to figure that out. And really be systematic about it. The other thing I would think about is ritual. When you're doing the practice stuff when you're playing, what how can you build rituals that allow you to reset when something bad happens or just like get? Make something become muscle memory. pitchers do this all the time right we see. I mean I'm not a sports guy either really but. The whole, the way that pitchers like setup. In baseball it like. It all. It's a big kind of like anxiety management and stress management thing but it also allows everything that comes after to be Kinda automatic golf is another thing where like the way that the Golfer sets up in front of the ball or a tennis player the number of times they bounce the ball before they served it's all kind of like. Queuing up automatic behaviors, right. So as opposed to being. In the middle of the NBA Two K. Twenty play and trying to figure it out. You're like okay. Like I'm GonNa do my like. Deep. Breath in tap my foot depress out and inbound the ball and like everything that happens after that is automatic. Yeah. Well, it's funny. You say that. The the Games where my roommate has big leads and I ended up beating him are the ones where he starts to lose his composure like that is his downfall. He's much better that right now. But that I know for sure is as downfall is that I can keep my composure even with like an eighteen point deficit and come back from it because I've done whereas you know when he just starts getting irate, it's kind of Larry both of us have our. What are the ways to needle him to I talked to? In small ways. You know you're why? Not? Like it's it's a game to play the game. You know what do they play the play the player not the ball supported the player. Should. Pretty. NBA floor from what I hear. Yeah, totally. So it's like it's even if he's up by a huge lead if you do some like. Buffet move and it just makes him look like a fool. Rub It in. I don't know I'm I'm I'm. I'm I'm definitely know part of me is like, are there any cheat codes? I'm just like what I'm here I'm here to light is winning is what it's about. You figure it out. What is it? A. Little honey on his control. From. You know like. I mean you want to win outright right? We don't want to win outright. So I'm Kinda joking but I'm also my like. Beyond just what's happening in the game as well? What's happening within what's happening with you I think you know that's kind of part of what what goes on in the context stuff. I, think, part of my success was just like I. I being a musician I think really helped me learn how to keep my composure on stage how to work through will making mistakes in performance situation and so like I could kinda like. I was very kind of nonchalant apparently nonchalant. In a situation that was extremely stressful for other people and and in a way my nonchalance made them more stress because it made it made it kind of heightened their own self consciousness about how stress they were. So for the sake of my sister I have to ask you her question. Yeah. Pretty, and then will go onto a more practical example because I think anybody listening to you about it. With my MBA getting educate tips will help all. Let me report back to you because we literally we play tournament every week where we pick three teams and you know he's basically held the championship for five straight tournaments when I'm really annoyed. NYPD. Yeah. My other roommate doesn't give a shit anymore. He's like you guys are idiots but. But anyway. I figured given your background was like this one go to. I mean I'm like I'm a nut for this stuff. So I'm excited to ear what works and what doesn't it. So my sister wanted to know how you decided what anecdotes you would share after the first commercial break, and then she said some people say the strangest things and I'll always wonder what's the one thing that you would choose to share about yourself on national TV Yes. So the way it works as they once. Once you get cast to be on the show they send you a free long questionnaire and it starts out with like what are five interesting things.

"Vacationing thirty brown what a Newsday we have for you James Cole me the most vilified man in America out there feeling like he's been vindicated we'll start there lots of other things to talk about though today apparently it who didn't see this headline coming this is actually something we've heard before men are now avoiding women at work another sign that we are being punished for hash tag me to say some critics have banned so we'll talk about that as well and apparently apple is now apologizing for leading contractors eavesdrop on this series is sex recordings yes indeed it is quite the Newsday James called we will get into this as straight off the bat because this is the biggest news story of the day and it's all about Michael Horowitz and the inspector general now you all know what's been going on with James call me the former director of the FBI he is a trump hater he is somebody who had tremendous bias against Donald Trump and for Hillary Clinton and he was under investigation he wrote the seven members you remember this right he wrote this seven memos after he had these conversations with Donald Trump and he wanted to trigger a special counsel investigation so after he got done speaking to trump he was so alarmed but he went out any typed up a whole bunch of memos about what was discussed and he gave them to a third party who then gave those leaked to them to the New York times and then of course triggered the Robert Muller report now the eighty three page report from the director at the A. D. O. J. inspector general the eighty three page report I comb is handling of the sensitive information released earlier today well they're not going to charge him with any crime now most people who have been watching this thing will tell you the James call me is absolutely guilty but when it comes down to the letter of the law Lee he was guilty of handling sensitive information improperly however he did not leak any classified information so really it's the difference between sensitive and classified information and because it was sensitive but not classified Intel they James calmly walks away the eighty three page report on call me is handling of sensitive information released on Thursday said the investigation found no evidence that call me over his attorneys released any of the classified information contained in any of the memos to members of the media now he is still guilty in my opinion that's trying to you Sir the president this really was it is essentially a coup the James call me wet and he's going to get away with it for now inspector general Michael Horowitz faulted call me for his behavior though saying his actions violated department of FBI policy or the terms of call these F. B. I. employment agreement so this guy clearly broke the world see clearly broke the policy of his beloved FBI this guy is as much a truck Peter is you have ever seen and done they DO J. inspector general he absolutely blasted James call me but when it came right down to it when it came right down to the letter of the law did he actually commit a crime no he did not commit a crime they call these out there acting all smug I don't know if you've seen it will get it is some of the tweets dissed certainly people responding and certainly it is way too early for James call ME two tweeting out such smug statements as he did because he said yeah I'll go head to accept apologies now that is not the right way to play this because he is involved in a number of different investigations and and he really is they targeted these investigations or at least very much in the eye of the inspector general and William Barr the Attorney General as described in the report they concluded that Kobe's retention handling and dissemination of certain memos did violate department F. B. I. policies and his F. B. I. employment agreement that's what they're saying but here is some specifics the report concluded they call me fail to live up to his responsibility by not safeguarding sensitive information obtained it during the course of his N. F. B. I. employment see that's what the FBI is all about they're all about security they're all about if you have information that does need to be safeguarded that is their responsibility you did don't take information and then pass it along to the New York times so it seems to me like we're splitting hairs but not according to Michael Horowitz and of course at William Barr they say that by not safeguarding sensitive information obtained it during the course of his FBI employment and by using it to create public pressure for official action Kobe set a dangerous example for the over thirty five thousand for the current two fifty I employees any of the many thousands more former FBI employees to similarly have access to or knowledge of non public information see I see it is this in the F. B. I. right now they have some thirty five thousand employees and coming up through the ranks who knows how many other FBI employees in the future will look at the case of James call me and they decide you know what I want to leak information to the New York times James cold we got away with it why can't I and that is exactly what the inspector general is is talking about Michael Horowitz when he says that he set a terrible example for the other thirty five thousand FBI employees so everybody is reacting to this in Washington DC will continue to follow this story we all know what happened by the way if you are not familiar with the story called the who was fired by trump back in may of twenty seventeen testified to Congress that he gave his notes of conversations he had with trump to his friend the guy by the name of Daniel which meant day a Columbia University law professor to lead to the New York times he said he hoped this would spark a special counsel investigation we all know that it did that lead to the Robert Muller investigation Robert Muller testimony and on it goes but as we all know that backfired on the Democrats will talk about this and a whole lot more straight ahead right here on news and information five seventy KLIF damn medicine for Ernie brown tend to check the roads with Phil Jackson.

Welcome to bring stuff from how stuff works. Hey, rain stuff. I'm more in vocal bomb, and you've likely heard of Palio diet, the trendy regimens name is short for paleolithic and supposedly mimics the nutrition of ancient humans who lived about ten thousand years ago, cave, people eight meats, seafoods nuts and a few fruits and vegetables. Oh, and one other food source that doesn't show up on today's protein focused food, blogs other people archaeologists in western Europe have evidence that the precursors to modern humans eight their neighbors during the paleo ethic era. Most experts though have debated whether cannibalism was essential for the survival of these hominids, or whether it was part of ritualistic ceremonies to be classified as nutritional cannibalism, the people that paleolithic clans eight needed to be well nutritious. So just how many calories are in thi- or an ear. Archaeologist James Cole of the university of Brighton in England decided to find out Bing of the diagrams of cattle and pigs that illustrate. Different cuts of meat Cole mapped out the human body, then determined caloric count within each segment showing how much energy they would transfer. If consumed the results were published in the journal scientific reports a thi-, for instance, contains a hefty thirteen thousand three hundred fifty calories while the spleen is a modest one hundred and thirty overall the average human body has anywhere from one hundred twenty five thousand to one hundred and forty four thousand consumable calories. Some parts may take longer to digest you'll rack up ten thousand two hundred eighty calories from humans going alone. While others are snack size like the kidneys and contain about three hundred and eighty calories. The brain spinal cord and nerves were thinking Stu would be the most appropriate cooking method. Here will provide you with two thousand seven hundred calories and the bones contain about twenty five thousand bone. Broth is so untrendy right now after all despite all this talk of ancient eating habits coal concluded that other humans were probably not a nutritive meal of choice compared to competing. Available food sources one single willy mammoth, for example, containing a whopping three point six million calories would have given an entire tribe food for about eight weeks a human on the other hand would have provided enough calories for tribe to subside for only half a day, leaving everyone to wonder what's for dinner after just a few hours. Cole concludes that because of the relatively meagre calorie counts of the human body people. Eight other people for social or cultural reasons not for their health.
