"You can tweet us at venice. Mace mash at la ireland. And you can email us. Venice mesa at gmail.com. Although i've been really bad at following up on on email so far so john tonight is the night i think tonight is the night that the dream of the clippers comes crashing down. You think the suns win game three. I think the suns win game three tonight at staples center. Do you know many playoff games in a row. The sons of one no nine. They've won nine consecutive games. Yeah they went to straight against. The lakers are three straight against the lakers. They've won then. They swept their second round series. And now they're up to oh in this one so they've won nine straight playoff game so you may be onto them. Maybe their campaign is something right. Yeah but now. Chris paul's coming back so now corresponds a fantastic job. You know what. Tiffany cameron payne. He basically was there for anybody. He was a journeyman. He couldn't get off. The bench and oklahoma city couldn't get off the bench in chicago. Got sent down to the d. league wound. Something happened to him where he just woke up. I think he went to the same colleges. John moran i think he went to murray state. But he i mean sometimes the fear of losing your career. Yep motivates you and this guy figured it out. now he's probably played. This postseason is probably because he was great against the lakers. Sure this postseason. He's probably played his way into contracts employees. Yeah i think so. I think so. He's he's been key for them throughout this run and has made all the all the difference you know can i. Can i throw something at your. Nba jalen rose said about the olympic team. Know he's that. Kevin love is on the olympic team. Because if he wasn't it would be an all black team going to the olympics. That's really his thing. So here's his exact quote. Don't be scared to make it in all black team representing the united states. I'm disappointed by that. And i think what he's saying is kevin. Love is not one of the best. Twelve players right now in the world absolutely. Not but i had a completely different take than jalen. I looked at the team. Pull up the roster. Where's the size. I think the only reason they're going to kevin love is because they need his height. I don't think it matters that he's white. I think he'd matters that he's tall. Other than bam out of bio in kevin love. Do they have durant but he's not really a center. No durand not a center lillard item. Also how would zach levine. Right hand is a big. Yeah how would that team so you get more than one. Big in case draymond green plays like he's not a big but he played big but at least kevin love could like if you run into serbia and you have to guard yokich. Yeah then. I think kevin love gives you size. I find the suggestion that they wanted a white guy. Just a white guy to balance the roster as offensive. I don't think who else was interested. Who else got left off of this thing right that we wanted to play. But but that what. You're saying what you're offended by happened in. Ucla's in the sixties and the seventies all the time. Yeah but that was the sixties and the seventies two thousand twenty one but really think somebody who looked at and said hey. I think we need a white guy jalen dez. Yeah jalen i. I completely disagree with them. I do not. i cannot believe that. That's what they said that. There was a conversation with gregg popovich and usa basketball where they said. Well we got this roster jerry colangelo. He's wearing the roster but we need to add somebody out. There disagrees if you think kevin white kevin love was put on the team specifically because he's white. I'd love to hear that theory. Yeah as seven seventeen. Espn jump in here. Eight seven seven seven ten espn. I find that kind of offensive. You never know something on the wheel of questions could wind up being offensive that coming up. Yeah the wheel of questions next and no running much smoother now no idea what question might pop up on the wheel of questions. That is coming up next for you. Plus your calls eight seven seven seventeen. Espn mason in ireland. This is seven to ten. Espn i'm a very very closed relationship. I'll up there some disco for for disco night..

"Never want to see a crucial game without a crucial player. I will say it's not totally clear that he was hurt on that initial cross check. It is plausible that he might have occurred the injury later and later got new on the back. Cut the guy rare. What is clear. What is unequivocal. Is that throwing stuff on the ice statement. Don't all right. No aris today. We're running out of show. Let's go to big finish. The pacers hired rick carlisle as their new head coach. Just make sense. Yeah it makes a ton of sense. He's good with veteran players. I think it'll be great for the roster that they do have with turner's bonus home. Run so frank. The celtics are reportedly close to hiring emails. Occas their new head coach. What do you think covered him. When he played the next monty williams they both came through the gregg popovich coaching tree. He may coach on the world cup team. "I think he shot at a little bit better for gonzaga than even i think his year was even better despite the recruiting rankings. And all that stuff. I think they were even more impressed them throughout the entire season and he just moments in games and i've used before the that halliburton part. Were when you watch haliburton college. You're like he's the only guy that even thought of this play and the other nine guys are like. Oh my god selig's suggs has those moments even though he's playing with some nba. Got so. i think there's an attitude in a personalities suggs that some people would look at it and and want to argue him a little bit higher. But that's kind of the nba gang. You look at green's body in movement and then you go okay. I realized that suggs is locked in and as more of a fighter. But i'm gonna go with the upside of of the fluidity of guy like jalen greens game for sure though everything you said especially halliburton made me. Think about the conversation. Halbur last year people were talking about including me. What level can he be. Come as a shock creator and over the course of the summer you know. Entering the season he dramatically improved. His handle became a guy who could effectively hit some dribble jumper three pointers. And now when you look at halliburton it's like oh maybe. His upside is much higher than we would have expected or anticipated with jalen suggs. And we talked about jalen. Green is the upside guy. Here suggs is still only nineteen. Does he have that untapped higher ceiling as a player. 'cause i'm not sure i see necessarily on the level of jalen green. I'm curious you know if you see him as maybe a guy that could reach a higher level. Because i mean we've seen guys do that when we expect them to be very very good. They become great. I've more of an open mind about is now because i just as you said all year long. I.

"Nothing and his feet were on the three point line. Three feet were on three point line and he just fired. And here's what he so. There's some of that in there but when you're watching a college player you know like you and i were going through and looking at different up. Whatever program you use to watch tapeh guys and if you just kind of do like a a a a sort of like wide lens view of the game that you're watching and then you switch it on some of the ignite games. That level of competition is so much tougher. Oh and i think people understand when you had the g. league basically contracting this year because of all the like when i watch ignite games. I'm like the competition. Here is so much better than the college games. And i'm talking. Even some of the baylor gonzaga regular season and tournament games. That i watched it just stands out. It's it's kinda thing of like turning the channel immediately now you're seeing something completely different. So in those frustrating moments for jalen green part of the evaluation is realizing like do you realize what he's doing in bad he's making some adults looked at have been saying for a long time. And that's where. I think you can talk yourself in jalen green and why i think there were a couple teams one in particular. But they're not sitting there one so it's not really relevant. That may have taken him number one overall and also the character aspect to you. Know you talk the jared jack and your podcast recently and what he said about jalen green his character how he was seeking out information. He first came to him in a wanting to talk and learn stuff. I like it's cliches outing stuff sometimes but it checks out with what you hear. People are believed that this is a guy who wants to be really really really good. And isn't that important. Yeah i appreciate you checking it out. I mean he's visited. You have a mid six five one sixty five. That seems that weight might be off. I think we need an update but we don't have a an actually looks. Yeah he looks better than one sixty five. Yeah but i'm. I'm glad you listened. Because i thought you know look. Your jack was teammates with these guys. I like to be a little isaiah. Todd nixon there is well because i thought isaiah todd some nice moments when i was watching some of those night games even though it wasn't as focused on him when i'm watching coming in green but it was pretty clear he liked green more than commingle did you did you pick up on that. No doubt about it for sure like everything he said about. Jalen green just struck me as very authentic in like this is real. This is real stories. He actually works at. This kid actually likes this kid for sure. Okay so your top picks year cade going one in detroit you have on to houston and the reason. I kind of skipped there to to cleveland with jaylen. Green was just. Because i want to get some of the jalen stuff in there Mobile's really impressive. i mean he is. He has all of the perimeter skills that you would want me look out on the floor. Seven feet sergio around kevin durant. I'm not going that crazy with it but when you look at houston that is the opposite of having some pics in place. You feel like you can't get in the way of of You know kenyon martin junior here who had a nice year. But i'll put it that way but like houston. There's there's no one on the roster. I mean i guess you could say christian would But what did you. What did you like about mobile enough to put him at houston. Had everybody else. Because i think this is a bit of a departure from where we were in the process about a month ago shore so with mobely in the mock update. That'll be out sometime on thursday. We're going to shift jalen green to the spot and shift mobile down to three at cleveland. But you know initially having mobile here the logic on my end was just like a best player available mindset. I have mobile a second on my board I think if you factor in how they're going to build this thing out let's say houston has taken only. There are some long term issues of having him and christian would in the frontcourt together. The benefits are too highly. Skilled bigs in mobile can be versatile. He can protect the rim or defend on the perimeter. Offensively he can space the floor out to three. He can do a little bit off the dribble for you. I think his passing and playmaking his way better than the numbers actually show. He's insanely talented. But when you have christian would who oftentimes gets bullied by bigger guys. Yokich is an beads. The world not saying a lot. 'cause those guys do to everybody but you do need to have some beasts with your top guys and moberly and would both of them are the leaner side so i could see houston looking at the same. Take the score instead. Take the jalen green or take the take the shock creator like a jalen slugs that spots or even considering a down for that matter to i i. I think this is a year to really think about that. For houston at two or cleveland at three just because of i really still like suggs in green at the three four spot That you could get more assets for houston. Do you like the mobely with thing with what they could be together or do you. Also i feel if they should go with one of the guards. I think woods incredibly talented. We know the numbers and he's a tough guy to play with. I think he's a tough guy to have around And he's so lean. No i just think he's. He's always i think he's kind of a tough teammate essay. I'm talking about why interesting. The locker room stuff doesn't get the ball enough shaking his head in the time out making sure. Everybody knows that he's pissed. You know that kind of stuff. So i don't know in other words you're flipping ham if you're houston. You're not thinking about changing the pick if any now clipping onto a team could use him now. Yeah yes makes sense right. And i think he's he gives them a good back for christian. Would yeah with that contract and you're out of early. I mean you're you're really on it but i don't know that there's a pity party for any team when he's gone all right so i'll just leave it at that You have soaks forth. Some people look at suggs and go. Why are you guys making this complicated. He's right he's the guy that you go okay. I don't have to worry about like with mobely. I think you could say as float a little. Like i think it's kind of fun ended his father's on the staff and is older brother who actually think will be a pro He kind of has the personality of a younger brother throughout the game. A little which. I know sounds weird but i'm just telling you like it's it's one of the things i see. Wanna call to passive or apprehensive. I just think that you know look. They're they're really good program in and fills a really good coach but other times in a happens with big worry about big sometimes because the old joke is none of the guys actually like playing basketball. They're just huge. And that's not fair to say about all bigs but we've heard a bunch of different times. Were jalen suggs. I know immediately. I'm getting a guy is completely locked in. It's to fight his ass off..

"That saved tuesday thursday nights drops wednesday friday mornings. Nba ringer show as well caught. Man is terrific so all the stuff is up. We had a lottery this week and you guys did a big lottery show on the night off. So let's just start with detroit at the pick. You know what. I'm going to present it this way. I mean everybody's gonna have cape cunningham going there. Were you certain. Kate cunningham was number one for everyone. Because i feel like he's talked about is if it's a no brainer and the closer we get the lottery again. I'm not saying kids. Not going number one but i was a little surprised at some of the conversation of like this is not a lock for every team. That was in the mix. It's not a lock for every team and with cade cunningham and a would reported that he's taking one visit that's the detroit and in all likelihood detroit we'll take cunningham but for every team here. Some teams have evitable number one. Some teams are talking about jalen. Green is a top pick of the draft. And didn't we just see this. A couple years ago ryan right or wrong with luca. Luca what people talked about was well kenny. Kenny create off the dribble. Does he have the foot speed is. Yeah the athleticism. You hear similar things being asked kate cunningham and he's not the same level prospects as luca had the same level of success. Lucas been a professional since he was a little kid. So but the questions are the same here for cade cunningham and there are some legitimate questions he he does have to take a lot of difficult shots as assist. Numbers were low partially because his teammates. But those are some questions teams have. And that's like no knock against him necessarily it's just about whatever moby can bring with his versatility on both ends of the floor. Where at that could be a better fit in a better choice for some teams with detroit. I do think should be the guy though there. Yeah there's certainly thoughts on. I mean you know fit. I kinda hate the fit. Needs stuff when you're bad team. You know if you're bad team you should be worrying about it. So where. there's some discussion or pushback on mobility to cleveland to. Because they have jared allen. Who's terrific. I think every team would want to turn out and he's gonna get paid but if you like mobely been go ahead or you know if you feel like okay we're gonna give sexton garland another year and it feels like the team likes garland more than sexton I disagree with me if you hear anything differently from what i'm saying is what if we have this back that we can't jalen green because of that so i i'm always of the mindset of. I don't really care if you're like if you pick players in they're supposed to be in those positions if you're valuation is this guy can take the guy especially when you're teams winning twenty games when i think about fit i mean it partially has to do with the guys currently on your roster nothing about fit i think about how does fit into the vision. I have for this roster right. Do i wanna draft a another guard. And what does that mean for eventually. Having to part ways with one of them you know if you did draft jalen green effort number three at cleveland. If you do that how does that influence. The choices made with garland or sexton at some point to find another wing or another big at some point right. So 'cause i mean for cleveland mayor. I would love the evan. Mobely selection like that'd be a perfect fit next to jared allen. They build bear with those guards. I'd love that. But it can still work to your point ryan if if it comes down to it you know because on that draft show with bill simmons was kyle throughout the idea of cleveland at number three being a team that could trade down because of those fit issues. You're talking about but ultimately if you feel jalen. Green is the best prospect in the draft. And he's there number three fishing it matter at all. It's not part of the equation. You just try to flip somebody else in that case But i do think fit for your long term vision. that is something that matters in terms of the selections you make on draft night. It jalen is really impressive physical specimen. He's yes his feet his drives I think the handles there needs to be a little bit tighter Of course like any kind of score first player that has the resume that he has is going to be moments where he's forcing it. There's gonna be some turnovers is going to be. Some predetermined reads man. I was watching a clip of him this morning for night. And you know. He's he's a young player so figuring it out and he caught it like flat no dribble.
Jalen Green Is a Lock to Go in the Top Four
"We turn our attention to another consensus top five. Pick former or five star prospect. Jalen green he was actually ranked second in the class of two thousand twenty. Twenty two twenty four seven sports. He's a six foot six hundred seventy eight pound nineteen year old guard from california who skipped college to play for the g. league night price of five hundred thousand dollars. He averaged seventeen point. Nine point four point one rebounds and two point eight assists in thirty two minutes per game shop forty six point one percent from field on thirteen point six tips per game. He shot thirty six point. Five percent from three on five point seven tenths per game. He was the team's leading score in best three point shooter. I've seen him as high as third in some drafts. I haven't gone forth behind k. cunningham. Jalen son evan. What more can you tell us well. Yeah he's shot. Fifty five percent from two thirty six point. Thirty six percent from three point range and sixteen games at that g. league ignite level. He does have you know yes. What more can i tell you for. Most people listening there is the allure somewhat of the unknown here. I mean only the diehard diehard nba draft have been keeping consistent tabs on jalen green whereas if he had gone to college he would quite clearly be known commodity. He would most certainly play for bruce. Pearl at auburn. Had onto college. And that would. Certainly things would have gone different. I think for the tigers last season if that had been the case green himself by the way tweeted back in may he tweeted and then subsequently deleted. Because this isn't exactly the greatest endorsement for the daily. He said i know for a fact. If i would have gone to college it would have been a different talk about. Who's going number one. He might well be right. But that's the that's the that's the status of the g. league ignite program at this point and that's to be expected by the way. But hey listen you're not gonna go number one because you didn't go to college but he got paid five hundred thousand dollars and you're going to go second third or fourth and i think that's a trade off the quite clearly jalen is comfortable with

"Whether you're getting ready to go out we will have a weekend podcast for you every single week because the people what they want jalen couple of things number one you said during the television recording the you wanted to explain on the pod what happened to you in the middle of the block. Okay we're gonna take people behind the curtain. The military block jalen. Rose almost died. I called nine nine one one. I didn't i didn't push. I didn't push call but had nine one one on my screen because i was worried about from the heimlich maneuver. No you saw mill operator somewhere around here. What happened so big. Shout to those that join meal ajilon along with jacoby as we were doing you know some pre-game love to the people that supported the show and instead of me like going to the bathroom like you know getting ready for the show or kind of fix in my hair or whatever in the bathroom says i only have like ten or fifteen minutes before we actually start shooting. I just do it on camera. And i think it's funny too because You know people just like to come behind the curtain and so one of these idea was put some cream on my hands. When i was in my hair right and so when i know i your hair is a mystery to me and the rest of the world right. Creaming your hands office cream in my hair right little conditioner cream. Whatever and so a star biting my nails and i drank some water and all of a sudden we were doing the segment and felt like a little boilermaker in my throat. Blue light all trying to go down at the same time. And i'll let you re if you all. And then i was like i was looking at the camera to see. If there's gonna put like a panel of something. I was gonna sneak and grab some water but as my turn atop.

"Okay. Let's move on to a guy that's being compared by now to rashad. Bateman in that is lonsdale more. He went to the arizona cardinals in the second round. And this is a guy that a lot of people are on dynasty as well. Collier thoughts on rhonda. More from purview. Run more than other guy data you know. I like the talent. I kind of wonder what his role is going to be in arizona that they do have the passing volume there to support him to become a fantasy viable wide receiver. If he's talented as he can't is athleticism has shown. I think he can produce a to be coming up a pretty valuable fancy option. I just. I'm not really in love with them. Taking them in the first round though. Because i'm not confident that he ends up becoming a very coveted player long-term. I'm just not sure that he that it's without getting the volume that Some of these other top receivers. You're going to get. I'm not sure that his death. The targets are going to be Extremely valuable and so. He's renita rely on a lot of catches now again with the air raid being spread system. There should be a lot of underneath stuff or that. It can complement deandre hopkins. So you later in their careers and you might see these. Two guy switching. But as coming out of college rancho moore's is very limited in what it skills that is He did almost everything. From elias scrimmage whether handoffs or getting short yard passes and running after the catch which is it's good for a lot of offense is like i said he could be a nice compliment out nice Robin but to deandre hopkins. But i i definitely cannot see a batman batman Combination there so. I think that the upside is. The ceiling is a little bit low for me for wanting to spend a first round pick. I think that What you can do with a lot of these guys is if there if you're kind of not sold on them at a back in first or early second round picks you know people covet. Those rookie picks quite often. And you can sometimes get undervalued veteran that you know is going to produce next year i agree with you on wanda and it's baffling to me that these two guys have with similar with shout bateman in baltimore the guy. We just talked about a similar. Adp in dynasty rookie draft right now average draft addition. They're probably going round. Pick eight pick or so but like you call. I think that rondo more is more of a second round. Pick because of the fact that hopkins is already there and i'm gonna touch on that a little bit more and say that long-term if let's say rhonda more sticks with the cardinals. Is he ever going to be a number one receiver in target for cal for calamari. Because as long as the andrea is there and he's demanding one hundred seventy targets. There's not a lot of room. That offense to morris thrive. So that's why i'm with you on route. One del more. I think he's a talented receiver but Even before the draft i was not as high on rhonda with a lot of receivers seeing this landing spot to me makes him in less desirable of a prospect for me. So i'm not on the vonda more train either. And this is probably a guy that i will avoid. I have no problem taking him in the second round. But based on where i've been singing going i think he's not gonna fall to a second round. And if there's a toss up between vonda more rashad bateman the board that i'm gonna pick shot bateman That's what i'm going to be doing every every time. Because i just like Bateman a lot. More than i do rhonda more at this point. Yeah i do i. She liked the landing spot. You know. being tied to collar long-term is a is a positive. I think as far as you know where people are going to proceed even if he does come out and flashes rookie year. People are gonna get really excited to you. Know that that's one thing that i think that You either one of these guys are tied up the young quarterbacks that can rush around and can hit a deep ball i just wondered what his development curves because the way he was using college and if he does maybe this guy could be a terrific type because he really is at that super athlete of prospect. We're

"We're going to hop right back into it and we're going to start with rishaad bateman from the baltimore ravens. He was picked with the twenty seventh overall. Pick in nfl draft. And there's been a lot of conversations about rashaad bateman as to where he compares to some of the other receivers in this class. I know in particular out of people have been comparing him to rondo more but is there a conversation to be made that he's better than other receivers qadir's tony that went before him. I'm interested to hear your thoughts on this call. Would you have to say about rashaad bateman. Yeah as far as a baby. And he's a guy that i think. A lot of other people in the industry were were higher on that. I was going into the draft. One thing i do think kind of happen with his leaning spot is these kind of seemed to fall down in some bricky drafts that i've seen and he's kinda back to where the place that i kinda thought he should be all long You know if he falls any further than where he he's kind of going like i've seen him fall as far as like Seventeenth overall in in some superplex ethic. That's just a little bit of over reaction from the from the market you know It probably settle down. He'll probably move up a little bit more as addressees goes along closer to the season. But i think there's people need to be really careful because we saw with. Aj brown where he went to a a a lesson desirable situation a few years ago and people You know pushed him down too late. I you know second second round rookie drafts and turned out to be a pretty big mistake you know. You can't overreact. To situations. Lamar jackson still developing as a passer. And we really don't know whether the baltimore offense may open up or not you know the part of the reason why they might be writing so much inhabit says low volume and passing is because they really dependent on their own their defense and the running game but it also might be an issue because they didn't have the water receivers with the skill sets the to produce so bateman adds a very vital piece in my opinion that they did not have or last couple seasons in in a possession. Receiver know that moves change as well as a another red zone threat to help out with mark andrews because really their receivers have not been responsible for touchdowns last and Marquees brown where i think. He's a good. football player. Is for a stretching the field when he's healthy i. I'm not sure that he's the type of guy that you really want to depend on in dynasty especially in ppo release because he's not going to have a high volume with the with the average depth of targets that he gets. I'd argue that this landing spot for bateman is fantastic landing spot for a rashad baby because you have an offense here with mark. He's brown and like you said. Mark brown is used primarily as deep that this is not a guy that's gonna be demanding by receiver one targets. I think he's gonna be demanding some targets. But he's the guy that's a good deep threat and he's going to have big games here and there but the baltimore. Ravens are lacking a number one receiver. And they haven't had a number one receiver for quite some years. And i can't remember quite frankly the last time they had a number one receiver and resod bateman guy to me that could hop right in there in become a true number one receiver for the baltimore. Ravens this is a great possessing catch. This is a guy that is just an all great receiver. He's going to be a great match with lamar jackson. And he's probably gonna get some solid targets away out of the gate and so i was. I'm pretty how. I was pretty high on them. Before the draft started. I had him publicly about my fourth or fifth best receiver and landing spot to me. Doesn't change anything for rashad bateman. I still think he's worthy of a late. I ask pick in dynasty rookie drafts. You could depends. Maybe even a little bit higher. But i think overall basements a great receiver and i would even argue because i know a lot of people are considering bateman to be the top of the second tier for receivers. But i would argue that. Maybe he should be considered with the first tier receivers as well because if considering jalen waddell to be in that first year a battisti receivers this year now. People are than i have to make the case. The bateman is right up there with jalen waddell because you look at geelong competition and wolf Devante parker for targets. And then you look at batman's competition for targets as well and you have like brown and the opportunity is actually better for the women's and i'd have to argue that. Lamar jackson is a better quarterback than a tiger. Ryo as well and yes. I know that they've been known for the running game in the past. But i think that's naturally because they haven't had an alpha dog receiver like rishaad based in also rashaad. Bateman is a guy that is going to be able to handle a lot more targets than jalen watteau. I don't see as high as many targets in receptions for jalen models i actually think that rashad bateman of very good receiver and he's someone worth considering in your dynasty rookie draft him would be a great value. Fell to like the back half of the first round in your dynasty rookie draft okay. Let's move on
The Clippers Are on the Verge of Disaster Again
"Think the place the start here is the clippers are now down to go after another just disastrous night in la rob. Would you see from this one. And how bad is it for the clippers. I mean what i see is a complete lack of cohesive defense. This is a team that's supposed to have to a wings. That's supposed to have a lot of two way veterans employers and you can mix and match. You can have different looks. They somehow got stuck between not putting enough pressure on luca and also not staying home enough on the role players to take them out. They i mean you really have to thread the needle to do that when you have the personnel that they do. I don't know how they ended up in that place and it was tricky because in the first half they were able to read luca a little bit better than what we saw in game. One you know they were picking them off on the weak side a little bit and then everything just kind of got teased. Apart in a luca can pull apart those coverages. He can string you out. He can feel out when you're doubling and when you're not really well and i think most importantly all of these supplementary guys the tim hardaway jr junior's capeeze and the jalen brunson's they all stepped up and played basically pitch perfect games in terms of delivering in the spots. They were supposed to deliver it.

We had our little stint with South Carolina other than that smooth sailing lease amount of Alabama Fan. uh-huh I've been to Athens on Game Day. I went to a night game Athens. It gets crazy around their man like people credible prepare people forbid tell us tell us take us to a game day in Athens riot. It's there's nothing like it. There's nothing like a game day in Athens. It's my favorite day. The week I absolutely love energy. Everybody super excited. Everybody's on the same page. Everybody's nice everybody's feeding you at their tailgates. It's incredible I've I've nothing. Like Athens happened. Find Game Day. One thing. That shocked me about Athens Game Day especially all the female fans that were there. The all the dress up up in the northeast in the northeast. It's cold out. People dress up to go to football games. Tell them about that aspect tailgate matthews. Yeah it's like the football red carpet over in Athens on the carpet. Yeah awesome so do you think they have a legitimate chance. If they went out to get the college playoff you saw Alabama lose yesterday the look I always have faith in my dogs forever for life I will say I will say nothing negative I I have one hundred percent faith in them so.

But here's one thing that I really concern too. Many Air Ball from the free throw line. That's what I miss them. But we'd show three the era ball that he shot so very early in the season that clearly has to be something needs to be improved. It's one thing to air from the free. Throw line something. I've done many times in my life. It's nothing nothing to do on the second one like using miss the first one bad. He makes some adjustments battle harding little software. The level of right with airball in the second one says that there's something going on upstairs. We have enough on my favorite player in Australia. Lamelo ball moving at twenty four point six rebounds eight assists in what was his most complete performance. Look at that Blue Lamelo Ball Lamelo. Just don't pass Lamelo Ball if you've got a high draft pick I you know I don't want the number one pick this year. I want like number three number three made for you. I'll if I'm John I don't know if that was the number one one pick this year. What do you think about Australia's I liked what you did there? You don't WanNa Beatty got. It takes pulse omen tatum. You want everybody radio to allow the draft the plant cell phone at the top of the grab. Your Guy Lamelo who's grown to be six seven Jacoby lifted me getting a lot stronger. Allow allow more patient. It takes paces to drive to the lane and do a behind the back bounce. Pass that terrific quarter awareness. He really is and someone else will be consideration top of next year's draft. It's an interesting situation. That is James Wiseman Jalen rose moving hit the brakes on. Why hit the brakes now? This is a little bit complicated. I'm a child breakdown. Possible with James Watson was a youth player. Anthony Hardaway moved him out to Memphis to plan as a team than Anthony. Hardy became the Memphis the head coach. He also gave the university money to start Athletic Hall of fame which officially according to the rules makes him a booster so the the NCAA says James Wiseman you cannot play you are ineligible so what does wiseman do plays because temporary restraining order issued by a judge. This is a mess Jaylen. What is happening? What's going to happen to wise moving forward only the NCAA finds ways to discipline? The potential number one pick in the NBA and the NFL on the same day. Only they can do that. One bad headline the forest is not enough. Let's get to bad headlines. Let's take two of our stars out of our product in one day. You just showed Lamelo ball playing basketball. Where was he Australia down under was gonNA continue to happen to the top prospects? They're going to either go from high school to the League or go overseas because they don't want to be under these archaic stringent rules that the NCAA legislates where else in society diety can talented individuals.

"For those that really follow the League. A few of them were heartbreaking. My really heartbreaking losses. There's Alana's Yes la but when you get wax podcast of Morse you have to own up to it. It's GonNa be interesting to see what happens with these next ten games. That's where this season is going to be built for the Knicks. This level of character that they're going to need to show to try to turn around their season so one day I will say positive about the next day easy Knicks Fan. What mills and Perry did when they constructed? This team is a lot of one year deals loud one year deals. So do you have season like this. And it doesn't work out all that money comes off the books and I know it's not the the best free agent class released remix the roster and have another go at it next year. This does not feel feel like a playoff run is coming in. MSG moving on Jaanus. Did something weird after missing a free throw. He moved into a hit. The brakes I did hit the brakes. Okay let's just take a look at jaanus frustrations. He's real focused on that. You can tell missed it okay. Ah Let's try it again. You should can make it a little correction the second one better. That was an air ball so then he buys his Jersey rips a little bit and kicks a hole in the thunder. Sign that Jay. Look at that. What do you think about your reaction to struggle from the free throw line? Well he go get a pink slip for sure from the League he gonNa pay for that that Okay See Sanity Eh. Cost data cost them. Ten thousand As a related Hulk Hogan version of Jersey I just appreciate his intensity he continues to score thirty.

"On a lot of upsets. You happen to notice what happened with the Detroit Lions when they played the division rival. The Chicago Bears meow. They made Mitchell trubisky. If you look like a good quarterback only the lions can do that. What happened to this secondary that you celebrate what happened Wise Mitchell? Trubisky out what they're looking like elite quarterback in the NFL against this defense program assault unprofessional meowing. You know is is like you guys like me. I saw a couple of things I told you. At what point in the season that this was going to start to spiral out of control as a lifelong lions fans. I'm going to regurgitate the steps. The world gave us a moral victory against the chiefs. The rest cost us against the Vikings Kerryon Johnson got injured. We traded a a slot safety. Matthew Stafford did not play yesterday. No this is where I look down at the standings and you ready for Chris Jacoby the lions have three wins. The dolphins have to. I know I know you know what that Tigers Tiger. The cardinals is going to be one of the best lines before that week. One Tigers. The car your look back to the cardinals so we did tell the cardinals early in the year. You mentioned the dolphins adults. Don't just have two wins there on a win streak. Keep moving to hit the brakes. Congratulations to the dolphins. You get further away from the top. Pick the coach didn't have Jacoby therefore we must keep it move. Keep Moving Jacoby well. The Knicks are even worse than I thought it would be keeping moving or hit the brakes. We must hit the brake. WELL NEXT President Steve Mills had this to say about the first ten games into into the season for the New York knickerbockers. And thank you moving. Are you ready. Mr Gannet Lsu Alabama classic in Tuscaloosa. This his came was all about our colleagues that are L. S. U. Alumni and Batman Green. Joe Borough Jalen rose. This was one of the most hyped College Football Games that I've seen in years and it lived up to it. What did you think of? LSU's big win over your nose and tied you know I call it like I see it and I knew they were Christian McCaffrey. Let's do it with Joe Borough. Can we stop looking sideways and acting surprised that. There's a white dual threat quarterback that can and actually run with the football. He's legitimate he legitimate. He's got a top-flight draft. Pick but for to be hobbled the way he. He was an respond the way he did in the second half. LSU had a couple uncontested touchdowns that they allow the one where the DB was looking over at the coach the late when they had the lead. So I still beauty tease as bolt having the opportunity to being the College Football playoff and don't be surprised if they actually play one. Another later in the season again to clearly wasn't one hundred percent himself but he just reminded minded everybody just what he can do. We need on the football field. I love to as a pro prospect and Joe Borough climbing list as well Jalen. The lions played yesterday. Keep moving. Hit the brakes hit the brake. I don't know if you saw. "Gordon Hayward you have labeled him as one of your guys years and years and years ago when he was with the jazz and he really seemed like he was working his way back to that the old form when he was in Utah and then this happened freak play. He's just fighting through pick gets blindsided by the markets Aldridge. You can't really see what happens but you now is a broken and and Jalen. What did you feel when you heard the news about? Hayward's left hand. This is major foot Boston Celtics. I don't think it's going to be catastrophic. Because they play in the eastern conference but he was playing like an all star name in his playmaking in his shooting really balanced off the attack back and allows guys like Kibbe Walker to be on and off the ball. Same with Marcus. SMART allow tatum concede have opportunities for slashing along with Jaylen Brown. There one less man in their back court. Now I think that's GONNA be somethin'. That really affects their record. Going forward in a negative way. Jalen has been a lot of time with view and often times. Look down at your hand and there's a big old scar on top of it because you had surgery given the timetable of your injury. And you're familiar with this type of injury. Do you think I think we can get him back for the playoffs. This is still this can be fifteen. Twenty Games okay. It depends on it. Depends depends on if he actually has to get surgery or not. That's the difference if he has to get. Surgery is to first time table if he doesn't have to get surgery. I'll say it'd it'd be about ten games. We'll root for your Gordon Hayward and one they'll about the celtics is the Camaraderie Especially between Joan by name of Taco fall who we all know about and his cancer cantor. They did something that I needed to talk to. Jalen rose about this cancer. Giving fall a haircut Jalen. Have you ever gotten your haircut by teammate. I love love that brotherhood. And if he's getting the ball deed is that truly considered a haircut. That's a great point a great point but I would trust a friend with a ball though. Yeah I wouldn't trust a friend to give me a fade but I would trust a friend to give me a baldy. But look at that footage as Caja doesn't look too comfortable with the clippers in his hand doesn't look too. I know you spent you spend more time of your life in a barber chair that you have in the studio did he look like competent. Cut Taco falls hair. He did not look company then by the way in his cantor has really good hair. He wouldn't allow somebody on his team to cut his. So this is hypocritical Innis. Also my question for you you still stay in. Have you ever ever let someone who is not a barber. Cut your hair absolutely not the last ten years only three people have cut my hair she. I five exclusive my Guy Hawking. ACL and my Eddie. Authentic Connecticut all my behest in Detroit or people have got I detail to cut this way very quickly. Jalen rose over the course of your entire life. How much money do you think you've spent on? haircuts added altogether a million dollars at least a million dollars. Two thousand ten until now cash after-tax Jalen. It's worth it. It looks great every single time. You're on.

"Rose they lost to the Falcons and not only that is they had on offense three field goals look at drew. BREES run around tackle getting getting pulled down. What did the Falcons due to stop the offense of the saints? This is flat out of character. Win for the Atlanta Falcons each week. I've come on this program. Oh grandma talk about how lack luster. They've been to the point where I feel like it was going to cause Dan Quinn his job and for those that don't pay intimately attention to the NFL. These two teams are rivals and so for them to step up and play the way they did. They needed that game. But the really stands out to me as we talked about Ezekiel Elliot. We talk about Dalvin. Cooked we talk about Christian. McCaffrey Alvin Kamara. Been Quiet. No He's dealt with some injuries but usually he's a guy this over a hundred rushing seventy five yards receiving they gotta find a way to get him back kick started so Jalen every Monday. After after Falcons loss. What are we bring up Dan? Quiz dot securities. Do you think that wind like this was piled with a couple more winds could keep his job in the offseason absolutely and owner Arthur blank already came on and said he wasn't GonNa Panic he's GonNa evaluate the season in its totality. But this is a great win for the Falcons and I don't think I don't think anyone saw this wind coming with balconies over the saints and there's another game that was very similar upset. And that was the chiefs. The cheesman into Tennessee Tennessee to play the titans and the chiefs. They got pat. MOJO's back he's got one foot and throws for touchdowns played great but Ryan Tannehill Hannah. Hell rock that that Ryan Tannehill. WHO's not good enough to be? The starting quarterback for the dolphins was out here in the ball around the field and brought the titans the wind in Tennessee. There was this play to maybe jumped snapchat. Maybe not doesn't matter now. The game is over Jalen. What happened Tennessee to the chiefs chiefs? We get enamored with the office and rightfully so as fans and we respect the defense when his physical but three phases to a football games. This national eighteen lost this but a cheese. If you ask me so it wasn't just that final play. The Field Goal Kicker Boston. Another situation where he missed a field goal but for the Kansas City chiefs is their defense and its inability to stop the runt derrick. Henry was out there running earl Campbell for the football fan half and while he doesn't catch a lot of the backfield he's shown me to be a guy that you can rely on and a lot of situations to get yards when you needed him and he got close to two hundred yesterday. Almost two hundred yards two touchdowns and Patrick mahomes four hundred forty six yards three touchdowns. What more do you need from homes to get a win now? Keeping my eye on this game when I saw that the chiefs were head. It felt like the chiefs kind of got a little too comfortable with the lead. You think that's fair to say I do think that's fair to say but again chant. When your special teams trots out on the field they have to execute and a couple of situations they did not do so and I believe that's the reason? Casey ended up move breath so casey didn't just lose. This one cops stumbled a little bit in the past four or five weeks. Do you think there's a chance that we have the. AFC playoffs without mahomes in the Kansas City chiefs chiefs. No way as long as tyreek hill healthy and I know he failing and reagents shoulder I think with my whole playing the way he played they will not be a playoffs. The AFC and Casey isn't involved well. Russell Wilson will play tonight but there's nothing that he can do they will put him in the lead of the MVP conversation because us of what Lamar Jackson did woo in Cincinnati..

"You've been on this week. Three the Vikings are one of the best teams in the NFC. Do you think they can make a challenge. Go deep in the playoffs. You saw Randolph hitting his head on the goal post. A couple of times and tight in digs is one one of the best receivers in the game and Dow Cook has more yards. Ready for this big Christian McCaffrey on the season. Backfield and Eddie's dual threat so. I've always like a Mike. Zimmer led team because they embody toughness absolutely move onto another one of the best teams in the NFC. And that is the the Green Bay packers. They hosted the Cam Newton Panthers and I'll look pretty good. You saw Aaron Jones getting the end zone early a couple of times but Alan. What's the snow started falling? He started that ball around and he looked pretty good for the panthers. Jalen rose man. You argue about this. You always say there is no such thing as moral victories. But if you're the panthers there's literally one inch away from winning the game or at least getting into to chance to get two point conversion to feel pretty good about it if you're the panthers absolutely especially cannolis conditions in Green Bay and that's why I like teams in the Mid West and on the east coast to play outside because in creates a distinct stink whole field advantage. And that's what worked in green based favor Aaron Jones with terrific again as a dual threat running back having three touchdowns their defense as we continue to be stopped. Winning needed to be Christian. McCaffrey is going to get his rush yards against anybody. I figured that out so Aaron Rodgers. Here's a guy that hasn't been spectacular. This year I have my fantasy football team. Killing had nine points yesterday. He's only gone up with twenty points twice this this year. It just to those games were so very spectacular. You get devante Adams back. He went up over one hundred yards. This is a great way for the packers on their home field. You say that Aaron Rodgers hasn't been spectacular this year. And you're absolutely right but one of the reasons is just. How good Aaron Jones is this team to create a bounceback? I can't think of a running back better than Aaron Jones. Jones has played with for like five years. It's nice to have that as the packers and they have a much improved defense and as you mentioned they have that home field advantage. When the snow's falling Lambeau Abo- they're just tough? To beat Allan Though Allan was not on our radar six weeks ago seven weeks ago but he played really well in that game made some really tough throws we're talking about the best teams in the NFC. Bring up the Vikings and we bring up the packers team that we would have put in that conversation the saints they lost and they didn't get beat they lost bad into the falcons. Jalen.
