"The pics. Tried to give up to move up twice to go get. Carson wants a number to forget that I was the one that said we should draft Carson wants. Yeah, forget about all that. Just forget about it. Why? Because in the second round last year when no one was saying, take a quarterback Yeah. Just forget about passing up on Justin Jefferson with the first round pick and taking Jalen Reagor. Forget about the year before that, where I took JJ Ortega Whiteside when Dickie Metcalfe was on the board, you know what Also just forget about everything that is going on and everything that has gone right down the drain since Super Bowl 52. I've knocked up the roster better have not improved the roster. Forget about that. You know why? Because the most important position in National Football League is what Most important position in sports settled time, probably about 34 times a show. Quarterback. So I realized I had the foresight to realize that we made a mistake in the quarterback spot, and I fixed it quicker than anyone could have imagined. And I got Jalen hurts on a rookie contract in the second round, and he's gonna be a star, and he's gonna be a stud. So how you Rosemond even though he's done a lot of damage and some of the most damaging the organization, and he didn't lose his job, But Doug Peterson does. Howie Roseman. Jeffrey, You wanna go? Carson? Yeah. Carson's my guy. If we want to go to jail in hurts. Oh, no. Yet jail hurts Also, my guy. So that's highly Roseman compliant. But what does Doug Peterson? No. Doug Peterson knows what the locker room feels. Doug Peterson knows the quarterback position. Doug Peterson knows when maybe a situation can't be rectified. And if there's already reports out there leaked from who? Carson's camp that Carson doesn't think the situation can be fixed in Philadelphia, and it's amazing to me how Carson somehow thinks the organization screwed him here. Had the organization screw him when they gave him all that money When he's been hurt, they cater to him for basically every need. They got rid of Nick Foles. They put in a tough spot this year with Jalen hurts. Yes, But guess what, Carson if you want to play better. You don't have tremendous weapons on your offensive line stunk..

"To the second round of the playoffs and our Alshon Jeffery drop away from getting back to the championship game. The year after that. That team was not good the first half of the season Carson wants Final Four games is throwing a Boston Scott and Greg Ward and they ended up getting to the playoffs before Carson got hurt against Clowney with the whole concussion. This was the first bad year for Doug Peterson in Philadelphia, and now he's out of a job. This business is ruthless. And what is mind boggling to May Is how Jeffrey Lurie elected to keep Howie Roseman and get rid of Doug Peterson. Howie Roseman has done nothing since winning the Super Bowl. He has done nothing. You cannot keep Howie Roseman. August, at least produced some big time moment since the Super Bowl. No, of course it is not a great quarterback. Of course, and at least played his butt off and the final quarter of the season last year to get that team to a playoff spot. And all Howie Roseman has done has sworn in this in the draft. Hey, drafted Jalen Reagor over Justin Jefferson and J. J. R. If they go white side Over DK Metcalf. So what pictures? Is Howie Roseman have a Jeffrey Lori that he gets to keep his job and Doug Peterson's out. And I'm not giving Doug Pass Dog did not do a good job this year. He should have been able. He should have been brought back for next year. And if you're going to get rid of Doug, you should have got rid of Howie Roseman and Jeffrey Lori didn't do that. Who knows? Maybe Carson wants also wanted Doug Peterson out, too. And.

"Number one next year and Mile Sanders to get the taxes to give up to Shawn Watson. Would you do it? I mean, someone's got it Got it Got to be picked, including someone's gotta want to do is talk to Steve in California. What's up, Steve? Hey, what's going on? Steve? What do you think here, man? I would do it so bad. So so fast, So you get it. You just You can't pass up this opportunity. Shawn Watson is going to be good for so long, and he would make Travis Slocum a stud. Oh, my gosh, It's there's there's not a price I feed. There is a collar before who said he doesn't know if it's enough if I were how we Make it enough, no matter what they asked. There's not a person that I can think of on Philly right now that I would say I'd rather keep him than bring on this on Watson, Not a single one. Meaning, Steve. Me neither. I mean, really think about the young players they have that might have some value in a trade. That's why you not through Miles Sanders and they're like nobody else. Like you said Miles Sanders out for I don't know. Just sweater Jalen Reagor or Dallas Carter. They could have any of them. But that doesn't matter. I don't know that. But first of all, Carson went, did not work. Whether think a lot of people think he is. He's worth lots of us. But they and every other team he's not worth as much and got a big contract. He's not playing well. It's he. We're pretty much paying him Miles Sanders to take classes. I mean, that's that's pretty much what we're doing, Of course. What do you think about it? Steve? Let's say that they weren't really interested in Carson, the Texans, but you're right. The Eagles would be almost giving them extra picks and players just to take Carson because there's no way they could have Carson and to Shawn here you mean you can't pay your quarterback $60 million they would need to dump Wentz and hopefully the taxes would, you know? Take him back and And cross their fingers. He could be decent again. Yeah, I just don't think there's any way you don't do whatever it takes to make it happen. Not a chance. That guy's 25 years old. I would draft him if he came out right now. 25. Absolutely, Stephen, if I was the Jager to see if I appreciate the call. I mean, we know the biggest cheat code in the NFL is the rookie quarterback on his first deal is that we could play right away. I know everyone is build. Trevor Laurence is like the second coming. If I'm the Jaguars, I would trade the number one pick. For Dear Watson. I would let the Texans in my own division have to Sean have trouble, Lawrence. Like what? One of the odds. Lawrence. Actually, the NFL is better than Watson zero. It's low. Zero from I think you're the biggest You're the biggest anti Trevor Laurence person out there and I'm the only anti Trevor Laurence person Well, I've moved my perception on Lord's, too. I don't think he's going to be close to his gun as the consensus. Yeah, I just I just don't see it as much. I mean, you're you've been on this is silly. Ah, year ago. I mean, she's like Tobias Harris. Do you call him a loser? I mean, got outplayed by Justin feels the other day, you know. I'm aware or it's going toe. Let's go to Jason, Who's up on Wi Fi? What's that? Jason? Are you guys today? J. C? What's up? I agree with you guys In terms of I don't think there's a price that is too high. If you're going to get the guy, you believe, is it and his numbers prove that My thought is why What do the Eagles show right now? Like they kind of mirror Houston in terms off weird coaching scenario obviously have more stability with Peterson, but also a GM that hasn't been forthright with Franchise center quarterback. My concern would be how do we prevent this? How do you know the Sean doesn't feel this way? 2 to 3 years from now, just in a new city based on what's going on right now with the guy we got?.

"There was a 30 yard yards after the catch from Jalen Reagor. So it wasn't as if there was a ton of plays down the field being made. He had mild Sanders 82 yard touchdown and you had runs with Jalen hurts my centers that pretty much nothing other than that long run. I'm hearing about. Oh, Doug established to run man, Miles Standish Charitable 14 times yesterday. It was the difference was Jalen hurts Well in the defense, play with defense, play ball defense play. What he got turned over to get you good field position. Defense place. Let me give you the telephone over 2155 to 94 94 Eagle fan. How are you feeling today? Likes feeling good, I guess. Am I my man? I feel good. Jack. How are you? You predicted the wind. Congratulations. Yeah, You're all welcome. I'm gonna do a victory lap like everybody else today. I don't need a victory last. I don't know. I don't like the rub things in people's faces and make things about me so Um, I listen, I feel great. I feel hopeful and for the first time all year, you know, I realized that Carson was the problem with this team. He was a problem with this offense. I want Doug Peterson back. I want Howie Roseman back. I want Carson Wentz gone yesterday proved to me. The Carson Wentz era is over Holland five weeks ago, you were you were lobbying to being the lt BB is awaiting the weak. The weak like everyone knows that and we know your phantom can be born. Listen, You know what I saw? I saw a winner yesterday and I liked what I saw from jail her for the first time. The first time all year. I'm feeling hopeful. I think the dude is a leader, a winner. The moment wasn't too big for him like he played very. He played very well. He played very well, They I want people to realize that this isn't about Carson Wentz. Like I'm not a big Carson. Once fan is it is Right. Like I thought that Carson went should be the starting quarterback going forward. Now, I'm not sure if that's gonna be able to be the case with the way that Jalen hurts played. So like this isn't sour grapes. Me being a because the Eagles one was with Jalen hurts. I thought Jalen hurts was gonna come in and make a difference. I thought he would use his legs to make a lot of big place. But this doesn't change where the Eagles are is an organization, which is a mess. There's still a mess. They still don't have a great roster rights, and now you're now you're assuming that Jalen hurts is going to be a good quarterback in this league. I don't know that I don't know. That's and now we're starting over with a second round draft pick as a quarterback. And I'm supposed to be happy today. As Andy Reid's once said, Like, Don't worry about it. Enjoy your man. I tried. I tried to 155 1994 94..

"They shouldn't. They should be playing with james winston. And they're not their offense is an atrocity. They're down seventeen. Nothing in this game jalen hurts was never played a full. Nfl game or starting nfl game in his life is out running for one hundred yards making throws down the field to god knows who jalen reagor in the worst offense of everybody. How at convene guy. But i mean for crying all the stuff that was an excuse for carson wentz all of sudden now for jalen right. How about four thousand. Two peterson goes for it. And jalen hurts. Finds alshon jeffery for a touchdown. Yeah and jalen hurts on that particular play. I mean just gets. I mean ran over by a dump truck. And he gets up a touchdown and it's all of a sudden there's new life in philadelphia as they wake up this morning as the dallas cowboy fan wakes up this morning and they see what's going on in washington issues that they're going to have on offense if you're on one of those two teams. Do you think you still have a chance. Of course you do sure. Of course you being especially when you look up at the top teams ahead of you. I mean there's big problems there too. All you gotta do is get a home playoff game especially in the nfc. I say it every single week. Now i mean the green bay packers go on the road. There was new life as you said With detroit as well with the coaching change and they hung in there but they still won by seven. It was division game. They're the best team in the nfc in my mind. But still there's no world-beater in the nfc your team lost yesterday. And i'm sorry for dan..

"Using the read option. Pretty well as well and reading it well and we also didn't get that mess point fumble that we were worried about coming to this one. They didn't have a big negative play. They didn't have an incorrect read. I thought a couple of times poll and the bubble and he chose not to. You tweeted that. He ended up throwing a bubble. If i'm not mistaken. But i know what you're talk. It was like that was like an eyesore receiver. There was one to the side he had. They were tagging it on trips. Three receivers to the side and they have a tight end over there. And i saw that a couple of times. He didn't take it. I don't know if you just didn't want it or if you feel it felt like the saints. We're kind of trying to trap him into it which they were kind of like leaving a cianci or malcolm like halfway over there. I think they're trying to tempt him into it so maybe it was just him again being a smart cookie right right good decisions but right it was funny like you had obviously an extremely explosive miles. Sanders run the eighty eight eighty yard touchdown run which suggest sanders homerun speed man is really like you know critical because snap does not. It's not always perfect for him line. So when when he is able to rip off obviously makes his numbers look great. But it it's used for the eagles and he's ripped off a few really big runs this year to his credit. Though the hundred yard rushing like with with santa's with hearts explosives was a big part of that but if the eagles are going to be successful with hurts is the quarterback they're going to need to be generating explosives in the running game and what interests me is. They really didn't do too much creative stuff. They threw like a in there on the first drive on like a third and four. Were they like it. Looked like crap toss but hurts just kept. It wasn't really just toss. It was like a qb by jordan. A lot of polling. I don't know what the name for that is. It was blocked. There was a crack blocked with emotion. Receiver the short side so they had a couple of creative design here. Creative design there but it was largely just like mid line zone read zone. Read something done before us. They hadn't even really reached into the bag as it. Were you know what i mean. There weren't like copy pasting baltimore stuff you know. They weren't stealing clippings ideas from tyler in arizona. It was largely just their bread. Brennan butter hurts. It just really good in space. I mean he's able to beat edges around the corner constantly. Right cam jordan and trey hendrickson are not slow players and he was beating around the corner constantly and then he's begged he wins through contact us jalen reagor would play with level physicality at the dacca point right like he was and it was very impressive in that regard to see him be physical not not check. Nfl hits on in his first action. I'm concerned that the running game was largely buttressed by scrambles and and the one big sanders ron and other than that was just about what it was. You know the the saints were able to win. The line of scrimmage quite often as he was off into line in my opinion and that might go away. I m curious what their success rate was on that as far as like the consistency of it yet like looking like jalen hurts running. Try you see how much scrambles outside of the pocket really impacted the way that he performed. But with that said if he's able to check out with his legs and pick up twelve yards the sticks move. You know what i mean like. It's better than the alternative and that's the important thing to remember. I'd like to see them. Continue investigating more creative designs. If they're interested in winning this year. Think you're gonna get especially because hurts pretty much lives out of the gun and they don't run pistol and they don't run split back at all. You're gonna start to get defenses. Really keying heavily on run strike. I bring that up. Because when you're in the gun with one back. The back has to be to a certain side of the quarterback and the eagles absolutely one hundred percent. Do screw around with same side runs but largely. If the backs of quarterbacks right you expect the run an offense is left because of the back. Cross the quarterback to get the football. Yeah and because hurts is a threat to pull it economically. Go two ways but when you know which side of the defense to expect your unblock defender beyond quarterback read through the mesh points will bring back to his right the metro and asked me to the right before you know what side expecting on defender on. It makes stephen a lot easier Eagles are really going to start using pony backfield's with boston scott sanderson field at the same time to running backs or play of the pistol with miles sanders behind. Jalen hurts in the shotgun Defense get keys pretty quick on the running game unless they start to liven it up. So i i am worried about longevity. What about the receivers in this one. What did you see. Dallas goedert had a decent day four catches forty. Three yards mal. Sanders got a little bit more involved. There greg ward with a with a blistering two catches for twenty yards. Also jeopardy had one catch. And that was that touchdown that i mentioned before. Jalen reagor had the biggest reception on the day. That thirty nine yarder coming from the The shallow crosser there where he was free and again. I mentioned this on twitter. And i missed it in previous shows and what not i just want to see regular once stay inbounds. I know. it doesn't a bug ben as much as a bugs me but assault on his college film. You know you got one guy to beat on a different on a different play and you go out of bounds and it's a safety. It's like brother. Come on man make cut make a play. Be be an explosive playmaking type of dude. Stop try to preserve yourself. We gotta go where football game. All right Would you think of the receivers anything. Stand out to you. Other than the normal Issues that we probably had this year you got better play like there was a plant. There was a six yard comeback throat. A daughter that was kind of inaccurate and got caught it at extension. It in my head. I was like offshoot. Water is still good and that's kind of the sensation that doug was talking about in his presser It's like it's a whole team win. I put on twitter during the game. Like it feels like everybody's playing better. They are hurt the catalyst something changed and they feel like they have a new opportunity. And there's new energy and there's new juice and the young guys are excited like a rager to me. Short Showed more juice in this game that he didn't games with wentz largely because he probably feels like man. I didn't get drafted by a team of his bad of a quarterback is i had a tcu. Yana meanwhile he's like oh shoot like maybe there's a chance this offense fun and there's going to be space right which like you know. We can debate to a degree. That's a good mentality for a rookie to half. But it is to say that like there's clearly an energy with the the quarterback change. That's the spark that peterson talks about. And so got it makes that catch. And you're like okay. The eagles are screwed personnel. Evaluations bad coaching staff. Maybe bad carson contract situation is terrible. They have no money but it's easy to forget like god it's good like he's he's he catches football he had like a We broke a tackle tackle take broke attack on. It's like yeah that's right like he's exciting. He's he could be a significant tight end in the nfl who matters on a to week basis. And you forget that when your quarterback simply cannot hit him in space then so like even with hurts having an inaccurate passenger got gutter makes it right and like. That's what it's supposed to look like so enjoy what we saw from goddard the eagles mixed in twelve and eleven personnel and it was nice to see them. See them do that. I do find it funny that absolutely nobody had any opinions by the fact that travis fold them had zero targets in this game. I think i think they came around to the fact that he just i mean he was not performing. Well would we want his fomer like he is off. You can't get off press. He's not getting to. The timing is route to is office. How way more drop issues. Then he started out with so at the same time l. Sean i can't. I can't argue for more alson. Jeffrey snaps over him but the today. But you know a win. Kind of cures a lot of things right now. Sean had exactly one target. In one cad was detached down and it was a good. you know. that's the sort of play. The alshon is capable of making early in his advanced age. That was aswa beautiful where to put that. Yep right but yeah i think that you notice the the the gutter attention you notice the The sanders connection which was a famous five times. And he caught four craig's unlike razak and like it was a touch passed a screen. Right like like he you know again. They're not having him throw ridiculous stuff. But there's all right.

"What I just said. I think I just saw a graphic that shows his fifth behind Justin Jefferson fifth in the league, and I think he might already be like third and Bill's history. I'm gonna look that up. He's at 90. So he's I mean, four games till I was talking about yardage. I don't know about receptions. Yardage, um Bill's history. I think he's a little further back, but no receptions will break that record and all of the receiving races. I mean, he's in him. I mean, he has gotten the star treatment. I wrote an article in the summer about This offense getting him to 150 plus targets, which is what elite receivers in the league get and He's on track for that he's averaging exactly 10 targets again. So 160 targets is his pace. Perfect. Perfect the ability to have a receiver like that. And then also be able to utilize him to his full capabilities because of your quarterback. And because of the offense, you Ron. I mean, this is the drink. This is the dream. This is the dream we've always wanted. This is really what you envisioned when the Bills drafted Sammy Watkins. It was This guy's going to be an elite receiver our quarterbacks in year two. Let's see the QB. Take a step in the receiver payout, and that's that's the dream, right? The bills have finally reached that with Josh elements to find eggs. You took a different path to get there. You traded for this receiver instead of drafting it, but There was married to that I had been screaming and yelling about. That is an idea for how long because you're taking the risk out of it when you're training for us to find digs, or if they had traded for DeAndre Hopkins you looked. You know, those guys are true number one receivers. You're not wondering by drafting a rookie. And I'll be the first to tell you. The bills did not outright win that digs trade because the Vikings ended up with Justin Jefferson, but what they did do in that trade was they took the risk out of it that the Vikings then inherited Viking could have drafted. You know Michael Pittman or tea Higgins or Jalen Reagor. They could have drafted one of these other wide receivers that have been decent as rookies. But Jefferson is setting records. Right? Philadelphia just taken Jefferson and them. Vikings took regular no one would be Carson. Watch myself started. Police. Right, But yeah, the It's just so interesting Toe look back. When Josh Alan first came into the league, his best receiver was a Jones and I just feel like we're in a completely different world. It's just a completely different world. Quick trivia. Do you know the on Lee Bill from that season that has caught passes from Josh? The only bill that's still on the team that Caught passes from Josh Elena's A rookie Dion Dawkins, Not Tian Dog ins. That's very close. Dawkins caught the touchdown in 2018 against the Jets of Matt Barkley threw. It s Oh, I almost want to give you credit, even though it's not right. But Isaiah Mackenzie is the on Lee player that caught passes from rookie Josh Alan. And still here. What were they just a little flips, baby? Yeah, really Hey, was like starting receiver for them that year. They had no, no, I know he was like their best receiver down the stretch, And that's I mean, That's another thing, though. Wouldn't Isaiah Mackenzie I feel has become like a very nice complementary piece. Nothing. There's nothing. He doesn't make mistakes. There's nothing bad you could say about. He's a little gadget player. That seems to be their emergency. Back up every single position. Everybody like running back. He was. I was hearing that on Twitter on Monday like Singletary had gone down with an injury and then Moss. I think Kateb limping and I was looking around the gas Nate, like who's the emergency running back? And then I saw maybe Marcel Louis Jacques, that might not be right. Someone on Twitter was like Isaiah Mackenzie's their emergency running back. Of course, he is. Remember, he was playing cornerback for them. Last season, There was reference to him. Maybe he would be the emergency quarterback like the other guys just like he's just fits in. Good athlete, my love. I say, Mackenzie, How could you not let's go to the phones? Our conversation in the first segment. Josh Allen is a $40 million a year quarterback. How does that sit with you? Because it could happen, and that would be good for second in the league. Let us know what you think. Let's go to Carl. First up, Carl, you're on the nightcap. It's up. Hey, guys, How's it going? Good. Which brings me to my question. I'm not. I'm not gonna comment on Alia. Definitely a little bit on that. But I believe one of you guys opinion. I think bringing digs in was the magic board. He was the secret sauce that made everything kind of come together. Between women easily. They're driving all the corners in the league Crazy. Mm hmm. Oh, no, I completely agree. I think the what digs and Beasley represent to me is Thebe Ills Organization and the the organization's ability to shift philosophy Right? When Alan first came into the league, you had these kind of like clunky receivers like Benjamin and in Andre Homes who were bigger and they were hoping that They're larger catch radius would help a rookie quarterback in I think they learned very quickly that that was not going to be the answer for Alan was it was brutal. I mean, they let but Benjamin, go. Holmes didn't come back and all the sudden you see a shift to what Smaller guys who get open and it's worth it. Zip a huge dividends. You started seeing that last year with just the just the acquisition of Brown his ability to run routes and get open easily, too. But I was Isaiah Mackenzie on the micro was almost like the first First turn to that the first example of all right we're going to bring in. We're not going to care as much about size. We're going to care about how much space do you create, and they claimed Mackenzie off waivers from the Broncos. They put him right in the line up and started playing him. And then I think they also brought back Deonte Thompson, who had been good for the bills in 2017, who again is a smaller receiver that is faster. They made that switch, even like they're the end of Allen's rookie year. They brought guys in off the street that worm or in that mold, as opposed the big physical receiver, and then they went. They went bigger on it last year with the bit with the Brown and Beasley contracts, and they went all in on it with Stefan digs this past year, who is bigger than those two? But he's still what, like 6 ft. Like he's not a monster. Many things to find eggs. Now the collar actually posed this question in in the break, and I was hoping he would get to it. The question he asked me, which I think is good is what would this offense look like? Right now? Had they not traded for Stefan digs, And I think that's a good question because his importance is it can't be overstated how important he's been, especially With John Brown having the injury issues he has had this year. Now there's one hypothetical if they had not traded for Stefan digs that I think their offense could still be looking the way it looks go to draft a Justin Jefferson if they drafted Justin Jefferson, who I think right now, I think I would take right after DK Metcalf as like the best young wide receiver in the league. He's setting records, and he's doing it on offensive throws less than anyone in football. I love Justin Jefferson. I think on this offense he'd be doing just as good as to find eggs would be right now or at least close to it. But I mentioned this earlier in the segment. You eliminated the risk by trading for digs. Had you not made that trade? Who's to say the bills with addresses drafted Jefferson? They could've drafted all the other guys I mentioned and then no, your offense would have been Think. Listen, we've been harder to see the progress from Alan. We'll say that Jefferson's having a good season, but I think that digs offers some dynamic pieces. To his route tree that you can't really find many other places, and I'll go back to one specific play on the Monday night game against the 40 Niners. It was fourth and two and It was obvious. That's who they were going to. After the play happened. It was. It was like, you know, and he know he's always gonna be open. His ability to create separation is so good and situations like that is just in Jefferson, as polished around runner. No right now. Does he have the ability to get separation like Stefan digs right now? Does he have more ability after the catch shirt? Fine. Does he have the bigger playability? Sure. But remember, the Bills don't really use Stefan Diggs as your down the field play makers used a lot in those intermediate routes. Well, really What Jefferson Diggs also is a very well balanced wide receiver because they Vikings used Jefferson right now is a big play wide receiver. That's exactly how they use digs. Last year. Dig's got to with 1100 yards and six passing touchdowns. Not because of the volume he was getting. You didn't get to 100 targets. He got it because he was averaging 12 yards a target. He was averaging How much per catch it just had it here and 17.9.

"You have the rookie receivers I have. The veteran receivers will just a few against the New York Giants last week. Jalen Reagor four catches 47 yards. It's coming along. He's catching some passes. Oh, could you say that with Less excitement well, Look, you're watching Justin Jefferson is that he wasn't the guy I wanted anyway, you know? Did you sort of the dress? I'm standing watching a dread. I'm screaming. Just a Jefferson. Yes. Well, you weren't alone. Did you see the video that came out this week? Of the Vikings war room as the Eagles made the pick. Someone sent it to me. Yes. And the celebration they have in the disbelief they have is the Eagles bypass. Justin Jefferson. I heard about it. So I had heard like a couple months ago that there was actually a party in the Vikings were room when when the Eagles announce that they they get taken, and they couldn't they couldn't. They couldn't they couldn't believe They're sitting on her saying, Well, the Eagles are certainly gonna take Jefferson and they take regular. Um, I had regulars, a second round pick they they could have taken Jefferson with the first pick and taken regular in the second round in place. It hurts. I mean, they could have gotten them both. There was no real reason to take Gregor, where they took him and leave a player of Jefferson's quality on the board. But they did. I feel bad for regular because he has to now answer the questions people coming to him within. What's he supposed to say? Right? It's not his fault. He's you know, he's OK. But Jefferson looks great, anyway. Your guy regular had four catches. Jonathan Hightower had none. My guy Greg Ward had five for 39. JJ Ortega. Whiteside had none He's done for the season. Ray, your rookies have 24 And my veterans have 41. So I've got a pretty commanding lead. Yes, I'd say so. Yeah, well, and I get I get I get to help this week because you remember our rule. If you're miss, if one of your players is out, you get To pick somebody else. Hmm? Whiteside's out. He's got these guys. Does he have the cold batteries? Gary, he eyes covert. He's got okay, so I get fold him, although he didn't do anything last week, anyway. Well, they slap Bradbury on which is what I mean. That's what that's what he's going to get now. I mean, he's no longer a mystery. He's no longer whose number 13. I mean, everybody knows so now he's going to see their best defender and That's what you saw last week. He's gonna He's going to get a steady diet of that. Okay, so There were no touchdown passes for Carson went to the Eagles last week and once was just horrible, Horrible, horrible, but Ray When they ran the ball. Well, you know what? Let me play you one highlight. And maybe the only highlight from last week's game. Here you go. You know, we went in with the goal of no, That's not the highlight. You know when you got it? Okay. Close. Didn't send Wen's gives it to Scott Scott 50 45 40 35 30 25 20 down the sideline, he goes Touchdown. Boston Scott Lovett. I always love the punctuation. Yeah, Yeah, Mike never disappoint. You know, he always gives you that little reaction is it's like the drum roll at the end. Anyway, That was the opening drive. The third quarter. Put the wheels back in the game, and they ran the ball. Well, they averaged five They averaged use me for the season. 5.1 yards per carry, which is fourth best in the NFL, but they're rushing attempts. Are just 216, which is 27th in the NFL, and that, by the way, includes 41 by winds and 11. Waste of time carries by hurts, right. So you have just this 110.156 carries by the running back 16 per game. Ray. I realize who I am coming to with this On. I know that some of this is the mile centers missed three games. By the way. He's averaging six yards a carry. Rights only had 20 carries once first game of the year..

"Titans in this game i think. Aj brown in those two tight ends. They're gonna they're gonna run the ball with derrick henry. We know they're going to do that. But it's a very tough match up to do it this week. I had not heard that joe. Thank you for sharing the news. That is awful absolutely awful On so many different levels and yeah it does impact for people that are playing on draftking off. He's gonna play or not. Ross i mean you know. These things are very personal but just hope. Corey davis makes the right decision for himself and his family. Feel like you feel awful for absolutely a. Let's move on to the eagles and the giants eagles coming off a bye. It's wednesday at noon. When we record this typically looks like lane. Johnson and miles sanders are going to practice today. Joe yet legal or malo and isaac. It looks like eagles are getting healthier coming off the bye. Obviously up front with the offensive line vehicles. Alluded that jordan. Lada is not going to play. Jason peters and lane. Johnson are active and that just does not make sense to me quite frankly. Ross i mean i think the eagles should be looking to develop jordan my lawn as much as they can to see if their left tackle the future but i mean you could argue that. Their offensive line is in much better shape than it was just two weeks ago when in that game against dallas. Obviously the big talk has been carson wentz the this week and you know the thing about once. That's frustrating is his games now. The turnovers are just are just ridiculous and it almost feels like it's a mental block right now with carson wentz. Where he's like. I gotta make a plight. And and he makes some spectacular plays you even saw that against dallas like you made a couple of spectacular touchdown throws the wonderful them and then of course the one to jalen reagor that was on the money and and then he makes these god awful turnovers and i'm not sure where this mental block is coming from because once a playmaker this guy in terms of in terms of turnovers reckless throws..

"Jalen Reagor on ninety seven one the ticket well well well here we are in the seven o'clock hour on the show and Rieger show we'll get into little bit of the NBA's seemingly nothing with a tape of approved a plan to start back up both a football on the back baseball but but will it ever get it gets corrected given how would sign it's I'd college football Michigan state bill Beekman talk today about the players are back on campus with June fourteenth and of workouts will be starting okay we can get into all that but I'm going to say something and I'm gonna violate what I'm about to say okay but I don't even know what the hell that means I know yeah but I'm usually they'll work you know you're you're you're you're a member of the of the not a prominent member I joke with you all the time which which you're a member of the troll community a little bit aren't sure thank you I like the movies I liked one better than no no no you liked it but yes I mean I like to troll movies yes I have a daughter of course they do go on like on Twitter and stuff like that with a little bit you can state fans you do it all the time okay yeah yeah yeah yeah I like yeah our blog okay and and every and every echo Julia manager Intel you probably appreciate the person who does it better in I mean this both complementarity and disgustingly the person in America who does it better than anybody ever is this no I'm not sun fox news Laura Ingraham are you familiar with their work she is the all time race baiting troll and I say that early out of respect because she does it brilliantly like people buy it every I mean I've bought it before now I've moved on and which uses a troll that's what she's paid to do is to race bait rile people up and she did it again and sure enough here comes lebron James and everybody back out Yellin and Screamin adder and why isn't this lady fire fired you can't fire her she she does her job brilliantly like fox news Pacers seven million dollars a year to be a race baiting troll and I mean as long as she can live with yourself with them which apparently she can go ahead as long as can slough off whatever hypocrisies and I'm not even talking about the politics I'm at all I'm not I'm talking about the hypocrisy well I just feel weird is the Packer see I'm right you still love it the latest one what my point is she can't even get straight which one or she does get it straight but she wants to appear to be a hypocrite of major hypocrite because it adds to her race baiting troll ability do you understand what I'm saying are in need of Laura Ingram I can't believe that no no no you're right you're in a month on a month but any help for those who don't feel a razor rate nor nor do I make seven million dollars and she's a much better troll than I am but but it is the latest example obviously what we'll do is talking about we all remember when Laura Ingraham when after lebron James and essentially said well she said it shut up and dribble she said that lebron James I wasn't qualified to have an opinion because all he did was play basketball but he did she did call him a nice event like a very good basketball player so that was very nice of her then of course of course the the latest example when they're talking about drew Brees so she's already said that lebron James can't comment on sports make sure to shut up and dribble very offensive stuff and then the drew Brees or about drew Brees she says yesterday well quote he's allowed to have an opinion so lebron can't but drew can so then of course lebron got pissed and he has every right to be NET tweeted out this if you still haven't figured out why the pro testing is going on why were acting as we are is because we are simply asking tired of this treatment right here can we break it down for you any simpler than this right here and to my people don't worry I won't stop until I see and then he posted what happened like the actual video clip on fox news of her saying drew Brees he's allowed to have an opinion and then under rate it said he won't stop until he says sees change at that hashtag shut up and dribble this powerful black man come in full steam with some full steam a Mochis selling it yes Lukin run counted and Laura Ingram did it again yeah in in in actually some people should be caught on to her game down and but some people even I saw like a lot of comments understand lebron you know which she's a borrowed she said she's got a good journalist per se or she she's she plays a role lots of people of the world dirty little truth lots of people in TV cable news on lots of different networks play a role and while she may believe what she says the end she's eva a former lawyer before she got into the media so she's not I don't think she's stupid so she's wilfully doing this and the one thing you would think somebody who's smart and carers would be able to recognize I stepped into hypocrisy pool puddle there yeah that doesn't match Max a no show up let's see I called I told won the black guy to shut up and dribble and then I told the white guy he's entitled to a title with a pen and then she ripped on people in New Orleans were chanting blank breeze Athens requiring that a Stalinist this is totalitarian conduct this is star one if another Welsh ripping the people who ripped drew Brees is seen while little is she a little racist yeah I mean probably right AP you gotta be to take on that role it seems like but you just kind of famous right I mean it's like fox news is what it is C. N. N. is what it is and I think that's why I wouldn't want them to call it news because each one of them has a slant one way or the other they're actors and actresses I mean I I don't you right she is yeah she's playing the role at times of a racist and I believe I've even look at the ticket tax I'm sure people are shredded me about that yet although it does the I know what I'm talking about okay you know too and you can say it about people on CNN too that's totally fine people play roles there yeah Donald Trump there's theatrics there too but I just stayed in this particular case it was so starkly hypocritical that this is not like if she was trying to hide that she's a race baiting troll and still like somebody you should listen to it yeah I turned to her for my news if you had any sense of that in your normal intelligent person it has to be gone now you can still white curfew one follower I don't care but deep down you have to know now that she's just playing a role right he'd like you can't have such contradictory it was just two years ago that you get the whole shut up and dribble stay in your lane everything else you said about lebron and Kevin Durant okay it's out now ID like I said people were on telling the brunt do you know what this is it's like it's like watching a comedy as like watching like Chris rock or something to go like I can't believe what he said about white people and how he feels about it yeah okay he's played a role in it save you some of his true emotions are there may be some of her true feelings on there what are you watching paid role it's like watching CNN and see them bash Donald Trump you know it's gonna happen either you know that that's how they get paid so it is their roles on both sides that's what people **** all the time that news is dead but I agree right on the Lorraine gripping I mean is that at you you don't this is what she's going to do it she gave us a chance yeah yeah in in again I'd probably a couple years ago I think I did it hate on with the with the the brown thing and but as time is going on now it's it's I will say it's harmless but I will say and I will see what happens on CNN and some of the other shows where they get the after Cole that's not harmless either but if you understand where it's coming from a little bit more then you could be I think a more informed member of society and that's where I stand on and I would just say jet worker that's what I mean I would I would and that's what people are telling the lebron to do like now okay do all right yeah I know you're really mad and but now you're just wasting around okay if it if you're gonna get paid seven million a year Jeff answer this honestly put your right hand on your on your own heart and here honestly there is there if you're paid seven million a year would you be a race baiting troll yeah I just point out just playing the role now would you just playing the role doesn't mean it's really what you believe it or hire her now playing the role going to live with yourself now yeah I wouldn't either now did you say what are you want to know why wouldn't this afternoon finally a question two four eight five three nine eight seven eight seven percent how much would it take to be a race baiting troll is that the question yeah ten million eight I mean let's be honest I should ask you about money because you have more money than anybody I mean you really stop it I mean that's what you work you work at the news you work at the station if you're single you got a lot of money but what we what's the wall show network let's get down to it I've always wondered about this are you a billionaire billion with a B. no no no not with the B. yeah right two four eight five three nine eight seven eight seven the ticket tax also two four eight five three nine eight seven eight seven so many great ticket checks we're going to get to as well that's next the would you would regard show I ninety seven one the ticket that.

"Daca Jalen Reagor on ninety seven one ticket well well well right H. into the seven o'clock hour it's the world Joanne Rieger show Joe here regarded the morning show and my I think this is my one hundred and eighty ninth intent to solve our social problems in America I've made very very little headway but we discuss it to get you thinking in an open and you know get to know who other people don't just stick in your cloistered areas in your Callister neighborhoods I mean everybody I mean all sides eight and you know be careful what you believe that's all I can say that I do see it any better be careful what you believe I'm gonna go up back to the ticket texture momentarily but let's go to the phones let's go to howl and talked to Perry you're a ninety seven when the ticket hello there very hello Joe the way up are you good I always appreciate your insight and most often I agree with you but at the moment I couldn't disagree with you more about one comment you made first on the sixty two year old white veteran I am not very close black cliff you know an Asian person and you made the comment about Donald Trump weaponizing Colin Kaepernick's stand when he kneeled to the ground and I totally disagree with you on that the first sign Colin Kaepernick kneeled as a veteran and American I was offended by him not for what he did but what he thought he could get from that I don't believe here's the thing kind of was that he claimed to be okay your available either at the beginning I don't doubt that you did but okay that don't use it but don't you think if the leader of the country treated it differently said like listen there's veterans that don't like that because it is an issue in America I respect that somebody is taking a stand for instead of calling them all what if you could get a call mall fogs what do they call sons of **** and everything else that's not weaponizing the movement well you know one thing we don't here I work in plants around the world as I say auto plants and one thing the media never publicize the fact racism goes both ways I am treated like dirt and auto plants in the US by African Americans downside the country in Europe and Asia triggered by it lacks white it doesn't matter do you don't hear about that because do you think they do that because you're white yeah I've had people tell me that worn trucks a great example I have never been treated more poorly by a group of people that I am in that plan which I visit quite often it doesn't matter either maintenance workers or engineering or the workers on the line it's a problem you don't hear about it's only the white separate again I have well friends that are black and we have conversations about that what no I will say this in M. C. I'll reserve ticket text you but I will say this I hear people in the black community say listen we gotta get our check ourselves to like obviously the the and and part of it is the socio economic status and a lot of people find themselves in but you're right we hear about this more because a blacks only make up I think eleven percent of the country and yet these things are in the news a lot more.

"Jalen Reagor on ninety seven one ticket seven o'clock hour here on the world eager show and we settled the whole issue of the Jordan documentary after much debate mean reader decided it was really great we like we like the line it was great well well well we should go yeah what what what pretty much pretty much I I mean that's pretty much it yeah okay let's move on I agree with everything you just said no I mean listen Mike was on the air before us and he was beyond disappointed it sounded like you know looking around the contested nine seven one three six and it will now the show versus Mike show so if you do want to weigh in who you agree with that as you column the crazy doll with the bags for him or us then I mean feel free to shoot us a call but I don't know I would appreciate it turns allowed to eat the crazy town's allowed to have goofy opinions now I'm the baseball thing you saw the proposal A. N. and I swear to you Jeffrey this is a this is still part of the piddling match I think between the players and the owners because last week the major legal owners sent out a proposal talking about revenue sharing fifty fifty and out and the players just bad at it and said why we've been talking about this week we don't have safety measures in place why would you bring up finances so what we call the owners trump in and drop a sixty seven page bound volume on the desk and say here you go read through this and let's see if we can make this work and it is so complex and intricate and Jeffrey you're going to read some of the details but I will say to you I'm encouraged that they've gone to this level of thought through so many things that that means I do think there will be baseball in the summer I'm discouraged from the standpoint of if it's gonna be this damn intricate in Harvard how easy is it going to be to be waylaid or stopped or and how can you get fans in if it zips difficult to get players and it really is unbelievable the phone numbers to four eight five three nine ninety seven ninety seven take a text nine seven one three six what everything's legal it's got to be legal they gotta throw everything out there so you believe they're trying to do the best to keep the players and essential personnel safe but I still believe it this is major league baseball's owners way of saying listen we are going to do everything in our power to keep you safe just make sure you agree to that profit sharing United have salaries this year but dammit you're gonna be safe okay so you're gonna be safe like this is ridiculous let me just read you a couple of these all right there's gonna be a seventh inning stretch and instead of stretching your gonna take temperatures no I'm kidding but you legitimately have to take temperatures of everybody in the ballpark at least three times during a game there's also pictures will have signed rosin bags and bottles if a ball is touched by too many people in a given play that ball was put out of circulation there's hand sanitizers in dugouts indoor cages are not allowed to be used they don't want you shot worrying at the stadiums and then there's a couple of great ones like for instance you're not going to gather to hand each other the lineup card you're going to do it on the app so that's cool yeah says oh my god he's going to like break out his old iPhone and it's gonna type it is apt out beddings Miguel Cabrera if you don't walk off there's no Gatorade's there's no high fives you have to tear off your own Jersey if you're wearing the buzzer so be it there's also knows needing a sunflower seeds there is no true list tobacco anymore I mean you pretty much can't do anything and you can't stand on the stairs you have a position it's almost assigned seating as far as like position is concerned so infielder sit here coaches the manager sit here outfielders pitcher sit here in the dugout so no standing on the stairs and end they're really in all kidding us they're very conscious of you can't touch anybody else's balls truly like batting practice pictures we have a certain balls others will get certain ones if if the ball like you said is touched like a few times during the play is thrown out they don't want you throwing the ball around the board anymore you know third second first they don't want that anymore it when it when the ball is out of place sale fall ball or whatever during that brief interlude way away they want to the fielders just to step away a few steps from but whatever that wherever the base runner standing you go back once the balls they're ready to pitch again but for those that don't get near the other players don't commiserate don't talk to the opponents poor little making what what what know what to do it's it's it's a little bit over the top is it or is it not do you have to lay it out like this I think you have to lay it out like this but I really don't think the grenade here to most of it like did you happen to watch the golf yesterday well which they was wrong I don't know wolf yeah you're not a golf cart that's okay but anyway so much of the Gulf yesterday they made a big deal to Rico was great with Bill Murray but they made a big deal about how their social distancing and if you really watched they did social distance they were very close to each other odds are there is as the before the golf started and none of them had coping now some of the camera man that you saw wearing masks but I think you just lay it out there and once we start playing baseball the only thing that truly matters is the test and nobody gets it and they're gonna have ten thousand test a week apparently where they're going to test everybody I mean we're talking multiple times a week that you're testing people but I think you got a laid out there have to get approved by all the health people and then let's go play baseball well yeah I mean yes you laid out a new do worst case scenarios and and I I imagine it'll be relaxed as time goes I just don't know how you can play a baseball game and not like you know get something exciting happens and I don't stay in your space do not come over and they jump around next to be back off especially in the playoffs but you know you hear us all right well you do know it but you do know what's going to happen right like for instance fly ball to center field Jacoby Jones camps under it he throws it in and that's out number two and while we wait for the next batter to come up to Kobe Jones instead of having that Sean is back pocket or the bubble gum he breaks out his hand sanitizer any sanitizes his hands all right here we go I mean that that's what it's going to be each player is gonna have a little bottle of hand sanitizer in the ball here's a few of the more just as I did Jesus mean maybe self explanatory only necessary players will be in the dugouts inactive players may sit in auxiliary seating areas including adjacent in the stadium seating like in the stands behind dugout phones will be disinfected after each use so the Tigers dugout phone name better have a lot of sanitizer around they all my good honest yeah some more than others group dining is discouraged buffet in communal food spreads are prohibited meals must be distributed in individually packaged containers or bags and take out form now he mentioned he spoke on the road in love love their postgame buffets they love you've seen those spreads I don't know what they're going to do with like a little sandwiches egg yeah on the road you can't use it over and you can't use a taxi those are prohibited and you just have to stay in your own room thank anything to get a spot going in it's just take it easy step by step I mean the majority of these rules stupid and will broken but it'll result in east which by the way bush well results football Jeffrey I think your unless I'm mistaken I think you're breaking up let's check that line will come back to the re going well Joe show well Joanne Rieger and ninety seven one on the ticket hi save big money with the progress of home and auto bundle so I finally bought that new set of golf clubs watch out for your weight this.

You get you on your heels type deal and burst past. There are plenty of examples of him. Tcu and they played them exclusively on the outside. So there's a lot of examples of that were he's able to stack and get open and the quarterback just can't get him the ball So I'm not so so concerned that he's got it like a different game than Jefferson when it comes to that but I mean I won't complain about adding a weapon I don't live the value I love the fact that they didn't treat up for lamps. And that kind of makes it like I said it's GonNa be. I don't think they double dip it. Wide Receiver either going from twenty one and fifty three. So this is our initial recap of the pig and experience of the pick seeing. Justin Jefferson and in having a change on us. And then we're going to have a more detailed breakdown. I'm GonNa get on the phone with Benjamin so lack in the morning. We're gonNA throw something up. Shameless any last thoughts. We'll see what Minnesota takes real quick in the because we can piece. Yeah yeah that sounds good because we we definitely have to see if that's going to be the conversation at seventeen. I am a people. Think I hate Jay Jeff but like out of. I don't know I had a good slot above Jalen Rigor Reagan man like. I want to believe I'm gonNA convince myself and more money. I know I know you will I? I wanted to see autumn two when when I watched his film and I understand. The quarterback play was bad. And that can get you down and whatnot but like sometimes you just didn't. He didn't seem interested. In Selma routes blocking like implies not that important but still like the competitive toughness that made henry rugs go so high because he so competitive. I just didn't see it with Reagan. And hopefully that was because the quarterback play. But you hope that's just like part of his character. Vikings pick you up in the morning tonight. I'm GONNA get onto the probably probably in the morning with him because he's doing draft network stuff. I want to hop out now. Yes it is. It officials Jefferson because I asked charges already trailing twenty through New England. All right so that's going to do it for Cap We appreciate you for tuning in and experiencing this this roller coaster with us as we broke down the road. Prospect for a couple of minutes and Yeah pretty underwhelmed by the whole thing. I'M GONNA I'm not GonNa Sleep tonight obviously about the morning. Now I'm gonNA write about it as well. I'm GonNa Watch some more film on On regular we appreciate you joining us on Instagram. Live we really appreciate it? "It but I'd be surprised if one of their first two picks certainly one of their first three isn't a receiver Jalen Reagor from TCU Denzel mims of Baylor two of the guys we've seen mark to the eagles and number twenty one if they get to the second round maybe T. Higgins of Clemson would be someone that Howie Roseman and the eagles would look at one once we get there so how Roseman strategy here Ross I know you detailed a lot of it just now but cornerback and edge rusher you think would be two of the biggest needs the D. two biggest needs maybe outside of getting more speed on this offense for Carson once remember everybody eagles of course acquired their big name number one cornerback treating third and fifth round picks reliance on corner Darius slay right so they they went ahead they got the trade for Darius slay so corners not as pressing of a need but I still think that they would like to upgrade the spot opposite him if they could then look they never invest resources in a linebacker and there are some people that think you know what who knows maybe they could take a Kenneth Murray from Oklahoma or Patrick queen from Ellis you hear you know they've had some guys that have been very productive at linebacker for them over the years like Jeremiah Trotter that have been difference making players it just doesn't seem like that is their organizational philosophy I don't see it happening I think they'd be more likely to take edge rusher you also can never discount offense of line with them but they're good for this year that would be more guy for down the line with some of these guys.
