"But he's, he could see some time over on the edge and they need some pass rush punch. Well, another player taken in that same realm a year earlier, although he's not, he doesn't have the inside outside flex, but he's a pass rusher, was Nick bonito when he struggled as a rookie. Rally moss a corner, you took my clothes in a movie at three years earlier, he got cut last year. And even you go to day three, you got jail, skinner out of Boise, he stayed, and that's your, that is your fourth day three safety in the last three drafts. You picked one, the year before, to the year before that. And then you go to foresight there at the end of the draft Alex Forsyth, he's an interior offensive line prospect from day three and you had Luke wattenberg the year before, so all of these are spots that are similar to where the Broncos made picks in recent years. Which I think shows that the roster, as far as maybe what people thought of it, if they thought too positively of it, the roster may be something it sees a lot more change than I think people, some people may have expected because Sean Payton may just see a lot of these inherited players differently than perhaps even George Payton does. The pursuing of Adam troutman. First of all, a guy that when he was in New Orleans, they traded up for to get. And now he's trading again. What makes this guy so unique? Well, they're looking for a tight end who can potentially be both the move tight end and the inline tight end. So you want somebody who can potentially operate in space while also going in line and blocking. Even though the past catching numbers for Adam troutman to this point in his career haven't added up to anything big, I think Sean Payton believes that there's still untapped potential in him as a pass character. He's already a pretty good blocker. But you look around that room before troutman came in, Greg dolson is somebody who's operates in space primarily, Alberto, way but I'm basically strictly a past catcher. Chris van hurts the free agent they picked up in March mostly a block or so they were looking for somebody who had a possibility of being that all around dual role tight end and troutman brings that for a relatively low price. Now it's basically a prove it year for him because it's the last year of his rookie deal, but clearly Sean Payton likes something in him and sees some untapped as of yet potential that he wants to see if he can ring out of him here in the final year of that deal and basically I mean you're moving you move back I think what 62 picks late in the draft to get Adam troutman, the deal kind of made sense. Yeah, I think it makes sense as, well, the wide receiver room. You talked about mims and then moving up to mims. What does it tell you about one and you talked about depth of roster and you talked about how Sean Payton maybe this roster isn't as good as some people had assumed it would be going into last season. But what does it say about the wide receiver room and how do you see that thing shaking out? Well, it's really interesting because right now for mims, if you look at that wide receiver in room, there's not room for him to be a top four or top three receiver. He would probably project as the number four receiver. If he impresses, then I think maybe you start talking about a trade as you get closer to the preseason if it looks clear that he can contribute right away. What we know about mims is he's going to help on special teams almost certainly right away. I wouldn't be surprised to see him be the punt returner this year. And that's an immediate role for him, even if he doesn't have one of those top four spots or top three spots part of me and receiver. But it's interesting because if you start looking down the line here, mims is mims is going to be heavily in the rotation at some point. You have Tim Patrick, court of Sutton, both in the second year of their contracts. You know you're a cutie is going to be back for 2024 because you picked up the 5th year option. But with certain Patrick, it's interesting on both because if the Broncos moved on from either of them in the next off season, they save over $9 million of cap space on each. There'd be more dead money for courtland Sutton than to Patrick, but it's basically setting up to where I wouldn't be surprised if one of those two guys isn't on the team at this time next year, just because mims will be a top three receiver by that point. And so I think medium term as you go through this year and into the next off season, I think it's really interesting to look at because I would be shocked if a year from now the receiver room includes all four of Judy Patrick Sutton and mims and then down the line looking at the depth that's really interesting as well because they signed Marquez Callaway and X saint and that could mean a lot of trouble for guys down the line in that room. Like a KJ handler who was unfortunately struggled to stay healthy like two guys that we saw some flashes of last year and Jalen Virgil and Brandon Johnson, they may simply like the guys coming in better than the ones they inherited in that regard. Last one for you. We've gone through the whole off season now, right? We've done the coaching search, the staff has been put together, free agency, and now the draft. You look at this team, what do you see? We just had the updated over under totals came out and the Broncos are at 8 and a half. What kind of team is this in your opinion? I see a team that for starters isn't going to lose games at the margins the way that some Broncos teams did, especially last year and what I mean by that is they're not going to have coaching decisions lead to defeats. I mean, you can look, for example, last year that Seattle game in week one and game mismanagement was one of the factors in

"Maybe not. let's yeah he definitely watched. What do you mean you were with their facetime. You the whole time the press box you was oven but i did see some of the highlight clips though dude jail skinner. My goodness juicy did he was like all over sportscenter. Espn everywhere did that hit. If you haven't seen that hit you've been living under a rock. I'm sorry but like dude. He's destroyed up to cleveland. That dude everyone's reposting it d- and reposted it. It was like even people in the press box will be couldn't share. Were like cheering there. Were like saying. I said oh. Shoot but like the nonsense version of that. And i like yelled at pretty fairly loud and i'm surprised i didn't i didn't get the deed i'm surprised i didn't get kicked out. 'cause i hear so the other day What am i like one of the older dudes that like. I'm familiar with that. I do like the Di do my like game day or no. I like the play play with. He was talking about how he almost got kicked out of the press box in the founded. The press box he they almost got kicked. So the dude who owns the press box almost got kicked out of his own press box really loud and i wanted to skies skied. Whatever it's called well no. It's like the press box box. I forgot what it's called. It's like lewin fill it's. I'll look at it and be like. Oh yeah. i'm not going to remember that. But like it's it's something like that but yes I think and. I've said this multiple times. I think jail skinner is definitely the best player. Boise state better than shakir in. You know an offense shaquir but like is anyone gonna have an issue with using night probably. Maybe i got like his argument with the dude that was like i told bro. Skinner is the best and he was like. Nah and i'm like bro. He's led the led. The team in tackles at safety for like the past like three games. So be quiet you who should shakir khalil. Secure ease the receiver for boise. State your number dose. He everyone was like oh. He's a clear best player. And i think he was at the beginning of the year but like skinner was significantly better as played so much better as the season gone on. But.

"In a bob sexpot. Nothing big, but, uh, ham sandwich on the bulldozers. Stanford at Vandy Vandy off the come from behind win over Colorado State and Stanford. The big time win over as seen now the cardinal going back on the road minus 12.5 in Nashville. Total 48 a half Tanner McKee has taken over for West Eric quarterback and they've got some playmakers, so we'll see how things all pan out there. Pete on the ground. Higgins Jones, Tremaine, pretty good receivers and good to see Stanford. Playing good box. I really thought this program was going the wrong way. They got going the right way against my SC Trojan seal seals. Therefore, Vandy the quarterback. Not bad. Raymond Davis, the workhorse. The problem for Vandy. They've got to get some pressure on the quarterback. They have yet to get a sack this year, and their mind is trying to turn over department you take on this one against Stanford minus 12.5 48 a half Thank Stanford. I think it started the wrong quarterback to start the season machine that from coaches in the past, and I think I was case with Stanford. They found their guy last week. I think I'll play with confidence. Vanderbilt Look, they beat Sarah. Think, Katie. But I wasn't impressed again. Our game by more than 100 yards. Continously messed up. Google get stopped on down inside the five yard line. So Stanford for me. Rice at Texas, and it's a rice team that looks very pedestrian against Houston. They couldn't even move the football at all. After they actually played much better game against Arkansas in the opener McCaffrey in green at both played quarterback. They both have one touchdown pass, both three interceptions. Griffin and Petri. The third actually could miss this game. He's banged up as well for the hours Texas to try and bounce back there, making the quarterback switch to Casey Thompson over Hudson Card. Your take on this one will probably work by John Robinson. Big time. And, uh, look for Whittington and the receiving corps to do something to Sark. Is he able to open it up? It's minus 26 52. I know it's still Rice will get up for the game. Texas got to be to where their heads are down, but starts got to get that program back. And with the quarterback change, maybe Texas roles in this one you take I had better, but I would if I had to play and I would lean that way. I think, Hobson but his legs gives that offensive boost. So I think they bounced back here and rice man look pathetic. That's where you against Houston, man. Yeah, I agree with you 100%, 2 Lane and old Miss Lane Kiffin's boys going to lay 14 76 the total look, Pratt Pretty good quarterback for two lane and I know they're getting a lot of attention because they nearly went into OU in the opener and beat the Sumer Sooners lost. Just 42 35. I don't know how good this two lane team is, but I know they're well coached. There's no question about that. Celestine pretty solid running back all missed, though, Matt Correll Uh, corral. He's been very solid. 6. 62 6 touchdowns, no picks. He's rushed for another touchdown. They've got parish and Ely. They've got players. Mingo. I like this on this team a lot. And I think all this could cover that number. I'll stay away because I respect to lane and I don't know it's the total hits. I would think all miss covers his game. I bet the over but that was you know, several points ago. Uh, I wouldn't. I wouldn't necessarily bet it now It's 76. You're right, Katie. I'm surprised this isn't how I was expecting that number to be 16. Many, if not 17. So if I had to play the side, it actually did pay them. Oklahoma State's at Boise State. You talked about some wind there, Hank back Meyer leading the way. Therefore Boise State they have a Lanie back Van Buren decent running backs on paper, but both those guys have struggled. Colony missed the game, but Van Buren 15 carries only 29 yards. He has hit Peter three times. They have one of the best receivers not only in the mountain West, but in the country and clear Shakir. High school already, 12 catches 2 57 and then wimpy. That guy still there that linebacker he and jail Skinner. Those guys doing a great job. 41 tackles between them for Boise straight trace forward out for the year defensive end there for Okie State. Spencer Sanders back Shane Ellingwood started The first game. I just don't know about this running game for ST Brown and Warren. They've struggled. They only have 44 carries for 102 yards. Brad, that is pathetic. For Big 12 team. Sanders may change things there, but I'm not going to touch this game. Initially, I looked at Oklahoma State. Then I looked at Boise State, so I'm just going to stay away. Where are you? Come on Oklahoma State, although it's more of a play against Boise State, and I think it's overrated from both of their performances. They shouldn't cover against Central Florida because they got massively on game 100 Yard, Pick six. Then you know that the wonders form in that game. Then last week. I mean, they had 31 points on the border. Three minutes of time of possession against you because there are plus five in turnovers, so I just I'm not buying Boise State. So that's why I played against him with the Cowboys and I do like the under 257 a half They ask you, Herm, Uh, Edwards going to go up there to Provo. And, of course, the boys in Provo stayed home after their win in the Holy War against Utah. Jaren Hall finding a way to get it done. He's strong five touchdowns, No interceptions. Algiers been solid. Powell. Pretty good receiver and P Leah tackling machine there for the Cougars. 24 tackles already. Meanwhile, they take on ASU and I like Ricky Pierce saw this guy is like a triple threat there for the Sun Devils were shot. Wait at the back field..

John Robinson Tanner McKee Casey Thompson Shane Ellingwood Tremaine Matt Correll jail Skinner Raymond Davis Griffin Katie Spencer Sanders Ricky Pierce Petri Nashville Peter 102 yards Jaren Hall Higgins Jones McCaffrey Van Buren
