Hit the side of the backboard. This battery more size and more strength on Marcus makes it a tougher shot. Interesting switch by Monty Williams there Cameron Pain at the top of the key goes left side. How they go inside a baseline jump shot is good been waiting for that have been waiting for it was about to get on for taking a turnaround jump shot but also Take the bucket if you're the son 50 to 49 Clippers with the lead three minutes to go in the first half Reggie Jackson with the ball above the three point line over to Paul George, on the near side of the floor inside, more senior tough catch gets baseline, Terence Man He drives with the left handed dribble Now pulls it out into three point territory. He was pursuing it that we've got Give the Clippers a ton of credit. The guards of cracking back to Ms Fighting eight only has three rebounds here and a half team rebounding Jackson with the basketball Top of the circle the ball George Ball knocked away by pain. We know the front court with the right hand staring down Chris Paul with the left side, Morris catching 23 Barter how that happens. I don't know a guy who's been as hot as Marcus Morris. One simple screen. It's a one past Marcus Morris jumper. That's inexcusable. If you're the son, he's got 18 57 49 Clippers. Chris Paul, With the basketball dribbles left hand brings it left side to Crowder over the Left wing bridges back out to Crowder out top now to Paul Chris Paul, with the three on the way straight ahead, hit the front rim rebounded five tomb with 44 seconds to go in the first half. Whistle and a foul underneath. It is more senior Chris Paul pin. Yep, That's a good foul. I mean, you might have to make them earn it is that team found number five so he will shoot, But I'm telling you, we cannot overstate in any way, shape or form that one of the biggest parts of this lead for the Clippers is the job they're doing on the defensive glass against DeAndre Ayton. You have to love the response here in the first half so far by the Los Angeles Clippers with 41 points. Eight seconds to go More senior takes a dribble the basketball free throw line and makes the first of two more senior having his most timely, most productive half of the Western Conference finals. He's got 19 on eight of 10 shooting as Terence Man comes into the game. The Clippers. Luke Kennard will come out because you're going offense. Defense substitution As the half comes to a close, you're going to get a man on the defensive side of the ball, which is exactly what you want. You hear the boos from the crowd here in Phoenix, our senior taking his time not quite gone this time, but Knocks down to second free throw to make it 58 59 49 10 point lead for the Clippers Chris Paul into the front court dribbles to his left driving on. They got a little bit of time the sons do. Chris Paul will inbound it. Try and get something going towards the basket in downhill fall into the front court. Atan gets it right to Booker. It will count those guys three is good. Devin Booker makes it 59 52 on the three ball mark. That's a play you'll off concealing teams are trying to win games. They just end the half on it. Enter the ball into the front course somebody else's sprinting into that three point shot. You want to talk about perfect. End of half execution That is the Sun's pinpoint pass to eight shovel Pastor Book three made beautifully done. Great tactics and strategy by Mani Williams. "Well in this one. The jazz threatened a little bit in the fourth quarter but never really got it down to. It's sort of striking distance at the end. Jalen donovan mitchell. Seem to be one hundred percent. Do you think they can get him back. Healthy for pimple game five. I believe if he needed to go back into game could have put him back in the game health healthwise he'll be just fine. The thing i'm worried about as usage see you look at the stats sheet in. Utah may seventeenth threes. But how they're getting them in this series is it necessarily how they're got. They've got him during the regular season. And it's because they need spider mitchell to be outstanding because either they're behind and or they don't have currently and on the match ups just are more favorable to your best player on the perimeter. Because he's a guy that you could get the ball to go get a shot for him. Go get shot by everybody else. And they're gonna need my god join clarkston also big game. I anticipate the next game. That these two teams play. Jordan's gonna have a big game because his team is going to need it. That's why the sixth man of the year absolutely jalen very quickly. I want to talk to you about a story. The atlantic reported yesterday about luka doncic and serve the turmoil going on in the locker room in the front office with the dallas mavericks very quickly. Do you think that the mavs should be worried about luca staying long-term endow no because i like aaron rodgers. He went to the podium after they lost a playoff series and was asked a question after his book. Forty forty six and fourteen. Do you want to stay in dallas. And he says. I'm gonna resign. So there's no reason for dallas to worry now however the employees that allegedly doesn't get along with luca. We'll know the answer to this really quick. Because if he stays with the team. Luca resigns then. It goes against the article if luke re size and he gets fired. Its poorest article. The answer is going to be in front of it. And i'm sure mark cuban already heard what he needed to hear. And that's that luca plans return jalen. Who is joining us right. After this very short break jae crowder. This is a guy that played more defense in the previous game that i played in twenty years of organized basketball joining the show knicks. Watch judge stay tuned. "That was the first game in the second game. Not as competitive. Not as interesting because it was. Another clipper game. Where kawhi leonard and paul. George showed up. Of course. i'm talking about for against the jazz. The clippers again fell down to in the series and now they find themselves again tied up. What was it about this performance that got them to even the series jazz. Gotta need to get my colleague bay but the main thing is when you're two star players in back to back playoff games each score thirty. That hasn't happened many times in the history of the nba play-off plan on their home. Floor always is great for me to watch win collide the size. The he's about to take over and everybody that's watching this year's playoffs. You know my favorite thing about the jacoby. It looks different like so many times. I'm watching nba basketball. And i'm seeing fire guys standing around three point line. Everybody jacking up the three soon as they get it and not working the game. I'll see chris. Paul work the game. I'll say it kuwa- leonard worked game. I'll say if pj tucker and jae crowder be tough physical defenders that are also knocking down threes. That looks different. It looks different in. It's refreshing and the other thing for the clippers. More three point shooting. He's always doing the have one of those games in the series where he makes like five gay unfortunately for the jazz that was in this game and rudy gobert see and favors is the defender on those. That's why you want to get him out there to spread the floor and take advantage of those guys. He did a terrific job of being production down. Mitchell played.

"Trae young. Who we've all seen him shoot from deep and we'll see him get that floated off but it was really tonight was his assist his playmaking which is excellent passes like that to capella in a couple of collins collins in the corner that was just fantastic where he went up and went under two defenders hit causing the corner with a little wrap around trae. Young was true that one right there. Trae young is truly playmaking last night and it was great to see it. I'm not so sure that this is the seventy sixers series. I'm not gonna call for the hawks either but this does look wide open when you see. Joel embiid go over. Twelve in the second half looks like he needs treatment. Look he's getting picked on in the pick and roll. They can make this typical. For the seventy sixers pete and being in the building. Certain plays happen. Rejuvinated the hawks team and the crowd and you just showed a couple of those john collins. Dunks were game changes. The hawks were trelew for most of the game and then they finally got themselves back in the game and college dunks and trae. Young's passing were very crucial eighteen assists. He's only got before twenty three other than isaiah. Chris paul to have that many points and that many assists in a playoff game before turning twenty three years of age and he could have had a few more assists. He was out there playing around. You see the one hundred fastbreak. He tried to throw it out. The backboard go run down there their contest at tech contest at. But that just let you know how lock the trae young was is the playmaker and i also have to say one last eight for the casuals. Trae young is steph. Curry both are four level scores shelter. Iota philips my nephew who got that from with dan. A him dame is steph. Those guys already different category. He's also required to play. Make like that's what makes him different. The eighteen assists colby. He's their primary ball handler. He's their primary initiator of offense for the golden state warriors. That is draymond green. So i just wanted to show people. How different both of those guys are getting. Their numbers. steph. Is the best in the league. Moving off the ball cutting off. The ball pass relocate. He's the best at doing that how he gets. His thirty is way different in most cases other than shooting the long ball. They how trae young his numbers jalen..

"Would you do for got it finished. Second in the mvp race the average thirty this year and it's the most physically dominating force we have in the game. You also want him on the other to give you post ups to get to the line to give blocks to give you rebounds. And i noticed that. A guy plan with a torn. Meniscus jacoby doesn't necessarily get optimal conditioning in the second half it showed he didn't make a field goal and also when they were going to the time out he was laying on the floor. Like larry bird in the late eighties would a bad back. The big fella was fatigued. He has to do a lot for a squad so as long as his help and his ability to his ability to like rian bit his conditioning during this series. Because that's what you have to do like certain tires like as a guard before the game dribble rule. Heart take it through your legs. You go full speed drubel that you have to do all of that stuff and as a big he asked to also and i noticed when they were out there warming up before the game. He was the final person to come out there because he's trying to say everything he can't for the game so i believe joel's conditioning holds up along with this health therefore i believe they advanced but now they just made this a really tough jacoby because the hawks are confident the hawks ask some questions of the seventy sixers in the second half specifically.

"Rose david jacoby. We are jalen. Gobi what exactly is it that we do here what they jalen. Who is joining us on this program. In mere minutes. Grizzle season veteran three got star of the phoenix. Sounds jae crowder is joining a program. Make sure you stick around the check that out but we start the show with a game that you were an in person in atlanta with the hawks. Trying to even the series against the seventy sixers seventy sixers started the game hot in the second half it was atlanta behind young in impact. Donna vision that got the wind. Chill what did you see from inside the building a town down. Not only that. The game i was at the game with my kids darius was in the house mariah was in house. And it was gracie's birthday and enjoying the beverages. And i was watching trae young bogdonovich put on a show in a difference in the two games that they've lost in this series versus the two games that they've one is the two games that they've won. Both roles guys have been putting in work and their backcourt did that in this game and also the pick and rolls that they were running against joel. Mvp i started to see fatigue in the big fella. They do a single screen. They do a stagger scree. And before you know it the big fellow was out there. Still guard trae young a couple of times and on the other end. They were asking.
A Bold Eastern Conference Prediction for 2021
"Right. Okay, let's go to the East and I Toronto have they fallen out of your thing. Now. This is not a check it out. It's all depend on you mad though. They hate monkeys. I'm going to give it to Brooklyn. Number one, right number two. I think Milwaukee close to a similar winning percentage. We saw last year's. The number to write you know, but 3 I'm going to go Miami Miami was fifth last year people forget. So that's a big Improvement to go from victim. I just I'm I don't know. How long would you know about that even Bradley. I think that's a good addition bamas help games healthy. I think he maybe he makes another stride Tyler hero, I think makes another stride Off the Bench Duncan Robinson. I like those guys. Okay, I like those guys are gonna put me on and then you got Jimmy Butler. Who's there? Jimmy Butler still Jimmy, but then you lose Jae Crowder you lose trying to but I like I like Bradley with those shooters that I just mentioned or those scores because he's going to get so many open shots your next until I hear all your next to Duncan Robinson. You can't leave them open. Anyway behind that heart all the money in the world and you got Defenders on the other end. That'll just say like, okay, so all right. That's three four. I'm going Philly Celtics fan. I can't put Boston over Philly. I can't I see. Okay. You got your birth. No, Seth Curry, Danny Green who will defend his ass off on the other end. And then you got it back up for Joel and B-Max Dwight Howard show that he can be serviceable a second Main Service back, but not until you tell me what Simmons is going to do and how he's going to play. I can't I can't buy into that. You're the one who took back is going to make him shoot on that Rhonda Rhonda back is going to make him shoot and we just watch the exhibition game with him. And when he did he's going to marry me pull-up three-pointers. I think one he wasn't even here's the thing about it wasn't even involved in the office because social media will explode the moment. I mean for about 319 about my thing again with filling if I'm feeling I make that move but I think that's what I think that's what hard would be best suited and they you let Simmons Jersey And I think Joel embiid and hardened together. That's a better tandem angry much better time. I don't think I don't think there's another team in the Eastern Conference. That would benefit more than Philly. I just think again to my point the shooters thing which would be more sugar than he had in Houston. If you really think about it, Danny Green Seth Curry. Okay, Ronda Shooters, you got your well and be Turkish bath every once you can bang down low we can defend on the other end. I mean, they're good team here the window what that if if they can find that one piece and that to me that's going to be the key off. They do art and you're saying you say those four right now. What were y'all before? I just Boston here we go. Here we go. Boss is five six. And they're going to be right there to his Toronto Oakland agree. That far behind you sleep on Toronto 7. I'm going to put Indiana and all the depot is the biggest question Market, you know, he's he can talk to you far but I haven't seen them be the same old people since the injury when that dude was a bad man dropping 35, like it was nobody's business. That was all the people I was like man look out. He didn't gave something when we get Kyrie 38 onetime 38 people. Can I read but yeah, so that's a big question mark, but I'll put them in seven eight the last spot. I'm going to put I'm a while maybe now I'm glad they ready Atlanta is going to be maybe praying that could be really really

"The ball where it needs to go to me. That means get it to Jimmy Butler, but he's got to be more aggressive. I think Jimmy's gotta look for his own shot more. And they certainly need some threes. Miami their best 33 point shooters. Jae Crowder, Duncan Robinson Tyler Hero are one for nine. That's the difference in the game. The three point line. Can I get one addendum? You May. LeBron's gotta be sharp five turnovers. Of course, that's coming off eight turnover game number three the Lakers with a 21 Siri's lead and a 49 47 halftime lead here in Game four and a zero turnover game to do you figure that's right, 08 and five in the first half, Jimmy Butler will bring it up left to write for the Miami Heat with Crowder Robinson Bam out of Bio and Tyler hero. Butler dribbling between the legs against the top Now drives hard down the post passes to the corner was tip. It ends up in the hands of Crowder. No look to ban back outside the crowder for three of Miss and the long rebound. LeBron comes up with it. They start Markeith Morris in place of Dwight Howard green penetrate to heat in the lane. Can't sends it out. Keith Morris, who was a starter at the end of the Houston Siri's in around two will launch a three pops in and out Bam flies for the rebound. He got a good look from free their first possession, but Jae Crowder couldn't deliver. So the heat starters air one for 10 from three Duncan Robinson floats to the corner, quickly covered by waving the arms and forces the bottle. Robinson's hands toe bam dribbles inside the Ark elbow jumper. Good for at a bio. Wow, look like they were going to struggle to get a good shot, Abandon even hesitate. Not the elbow jumper down right over LeBron ties. The game at 49 just underway second half Game four. James has a front court dribbling on the MBA logo, which is a large logo, extending almost to the three point line. Within 5 Ft. Of Danny Greene on the left angle against Hero will rise. Fire from three. It's a missing along Paramount at a bio settled for that shot. Bam! Dribbling to the free throw line. No look bounce past Butler down the lane Foul is shot nearly fell. It will get to the free throw line really good past Jimmy's upset with himself that he didn't finish because that was a really good look by Bam out of bio. He's dribbling. The ball just kind of pushes it with one hand. Let Jimmy right to the rim. Jimmy normally is going to finish that shot was on Anthony Davis, his second low foul count. On both sides. Olynyk Bio and Robinson all had to in the first half for Miami. Butler's first free throw. It's the back iron, No good Miami Heat who were kind of mid range free throw shooting in the regular year. 13 2nd here in the postseason, and 82% 88% for the first three games of this Siri's His butler splits. The bear is a huge factor last game that way they're not down 21 23. Neither team can afford miss free throws tonight 50 to 49 Miami on the butler free throw 90 seconds into the second half on top, guarded by Bam! Finds LeBron who pops up passes to the left corner green. Get off clean. Look for three. It's another man can let Anthony Davis touched the ball in one possession, led Miami to Duncan Robinson flips it back to Butler. Butler, Dribble Handoff Hero, Right, Backto Butler Jump pass from the base line out on top. They worked. The extra pass to Herot will drive into the late floats on high over Davis. And it goes down. Think time shot from the young man. Just like in the first half What we saw Robinson. Go. Hi. You had to get that kind of arc underneath it three point lead is James sends it to green on the left. Danny into to Miami players pass out stolen by Butler numbers Butler to Crowder Steps Back wide Open three attempt off the Renault rebounded by K. C. P four. Jae Crowder from three. He's got 50 triples here in the postseason. Here's Danny Green driving deep pass on top. Mark Keith Morris a three pointer straight through the net for the Lakers to tie the game with 52. That's fine, OK, you make a three At some point. Let's play through Anthony Davis Bio runs into LeBron James James went down first blocking called Bam went down after him as he passed LeBron with 909 to go here in the third. C. I should correct myself. I said, Jake is over 45. That was a huge exchange right there. He missed his second wide open three and then at the other end Mark Keith Morris finally gets it going foul on LeBron was his first foul of Game four. Put Bam out of bio with line where he's one for three. So far tonight had shot particularly well from the free throw line here in the post season as he makes the first two vastly improved from from the regular season. We ask you about that. Just what just looked at his post said. He worked hard but tell us is it it's MBA finals. It's the play offs playing for the Larry said plants are Larry played for the Larry. "And what do you think? We don't get it with everybody else thinks, uh, whatever your first question, How did you phrase it? What will it take Whatever is necessary. It's a simple is that if you want something badly enough, you'll figure it out on our grand. So there you go. You see, saying we'll figure it out, and that's what he's got to say. I mean, what? It was funny, but I heard him say it live on television, where he dropped the bomb, and I was like, Oh, that's going to get him find. But like he is a frustrated coach with his back against the wall. Who gets this? I mean, think about the heat in the experience they've had. That was a team that not a lot of people gave a shot too. Before the season. You know Jimmy Butler is this malcontent. He just wants to be on the beach and make his money And maybe is, I mean, UNOS right. He's been around, but that team came together. Rookies played great. They're well built contributors, all sorts of places or playing excellent basketball. Jae Crowder is like one of the best three point shooters in the N B A OK, we can talk about how amazing that is. But that is the Miami Heat experience this year. That's what they've been, and for them to get to the finals. They got to the finals they trade for Jimmy Butler. They get to the finals. That's an amazing feeling. And once they do that, well, there goes Two of your best five players. It sucks right and OK, can they get back for Game three? Well right now, unfortunately, Bam at a bio and Goran Dragic's doubtful for this game right now, the Lakers favorite in this one by nine points, and based on how they played. You figure they're going to win. I've got a pretty good feeling. I don't think this is a hot sports Take. The Lakers are going to win this game and the heater basically done for. I mean, this Siri's is over and I feel for Erik Spoelstra. I feel for the heat. It's a It's a terrible way to go down. I'm not taking anything away from LeBron. He's getting their He's winning. He's in the bubble. It's a grind. It's a different grind, but it's a grind. Credit to them. But man I do feel for the heat..

"The N BA finals are underway and I had to bring on an influencer an artist in every sense of the word to talk about a campaign that he's been working with the Players Association about And then also, we gotta talk. Some basketball is deejay set free, Richardson said. How you doing? I'm blessed man. I can not complaining. Just excited foot is this finals there is going on. Yes, I mean, it is going on. It's underway. We got plenty of time to talk about that We've spoken about it. But just to educate the audience on on who you are in your background, you created the and one mix tapes. Your gallery owner, a designer, a deejay. You worked with big brands, Obviously. That work in the basketball world. Nike Adidas New Era guys From Kevin Durant, Carmelo Kyle Lowry. They have worn your gear or have participated in events and things that you have done. And now you're working on a concept play for change. What is that? So what with the idea came from it was you know it started. It was floating around my head. When I called it first happened. It was basically like how the MBA was looking like, Should we go play or should we not play And you know just all that talk about about bubbles form immunologists like, well, the home. The planes don't have a mark. Just, you know, speak of all the issues there going on. And you know when it's Buddha's basketball and beyond, you know, with basketballs connected to something they just don't have a Nikon. So you know, I was taken studying like just looking at the J West logo, and Jay was low because, like similar to me, like the Michael Jordan logo, a lot of silhouettes. When you think about basketball, there's been numerous of silhouette. Locals from Jerry was Michael Jordan and shock even had one Rasheed Wallace had one. LeBron even has a silhouette logo. So I thought about it, Like what could create that addresses, basketball and also whatever the issue is going on at the same time, and then when the George Floyd situation happened That was another world of basketball connected to now. Social justice. For first it was like, ask upon the pandemic. Now you got basketball. So for justice, so one of the books You know, decided not to play. That's what really triggered meat. It was like, Okay, You know that death they feel like the players. Need a local or mark that could be out there and represent them to the world. And that's what made me create the place to change a little girl. I think that's amazing, which chatted up with D J set free Richardson and that silhouette logo is a player holding a ball. He has it up against his hip. He has a clenched fist overhead. Now we got guys who are playing in the finals right now who have worn that that logo? Ahh, Jae Crowder or Danny Green Jail in Brown has been an advocate for social justice. He's ward. He's spoken up loudly about what's going on in this country. How did you get this logo so quick leads of players who were in the bubble? So it was actually only 222 parts of that one. No, I just have a lot of relationships with a couple of players in the N B day and you know, they know what I stand for What I'm always advocated. Just been a huge basketball fan. No getting, you know my friends and the players that I work with getting them products first. And then on the second was I just have a great relationship with the embassy, eh? You know, soon as I got the logo done in the idea, and Ideology reached out to them. Hey, I think I got something that you know. It would be great. You know, players first, and I'm always thinking. How can I help the players voice? You know what? What's on the player's mind? So you know, we agreed to do On 300 T shirts, symptom to the bubble and, you know, have the m V p a logo on it and my company, compound local on it, And, you know, once the players started getting it and seeing it, they've got distributed to all the teams and then on just spread on his own. Then it's just been a humbling experience already. I think that's a beautiful thing. Deejay set free. Richardson is here with us. Well as Jamal I'm the only solo black African American host with his own sports radio show here in the country. I know it sounds ridiculous to say, especially here on the majors. How important is it for? You amplify, amplify the voice of players because they're constantly told we don't want to hear about it. What do you thoughts Well, I think you know it. You look really look at the media and the media wants to talk about what their profession is. Basically, you know, they just want to really talk. Talk about sports. So I think it's people like you Jemele in yourself on me, and I think it's going to take all of us to create a change and the more people that not the athletes that can help lift the athletes voices. I think it's going to do with great thing for all the issues that we're athletes of facing and also one of the key things only when it was, um the MBA players did a great job in the fashion world by picking a lot of statements in a lot of slogans that they was winning on their way to the game. So that was a direct impact of Having all these messages on clothing that they was showing to the world, so everybody has to help everybody to help with a magnifying glass on the message that need to be told. "Heared. So so or on left with 604 ish left in the second quarter. When did he exactly hurt himself? And it looked like he if he did on the Rondo play, he stayed in for a little after. Maybe to tell you what was your collection? I don't I don't know. You know, right now I know he's tough. Anybody Oh, and the finals, But I don't have an update. You know where he is right now, Eric, we have talked about this before was bands injury just want from today? Or is it exacerbating something that previously was in place? I don't have that answer right now. We'll reevaluate him tomorrow in Syria. See where we are. And then to follow just on Anthony Davis is never a good match up. He's so unique. You put a big on, I'm going to the perimeter you put on small on if he goes into the post, Can you take us through your thought process with Jae Crowder and sort of the What's the What's next approach with Anthony? You know we have 48 hours to figure out what the next plan of attack will be. He was extremely good tonight. We have to be better. They were able to kind of think the ball in and out. Get to their corner. Three point shooters. How do you balance being aggressive on the ball without getting back? Yeah, we're better than we show tonight. Now, this is a very highly A skilled, talented team. They have Guys at the point of attack in James and Davis that are going to break your defense down can make plays over the top. So you have to be on a string and You can't Start to make things up. You have to be extremely disciplined on DH. Stay with it. There's too many times. They got us out of our typical.

"That's the number of passes Burrow completed last night. So through the first two games of his career, Wilson threw 54 passes Joe Burrow in his first two games is thrown 97. Stat of the days of the day passed out of the days that day. Here comes that what stat of the night? We told you about the Pac 12 coming back, Probably a week after Halloween, if all goes as expected. Here's some news, according to Pete Family tweet that Minnesota wide receiver Rashad Bateman, who would be a first round draft pick in the upcoming draft, he now wants to come back and play for Minnesota back on campus enrolled as a full time student. He did sign with an agent finds himself in the same scenario as other high profile players around the country. He opted out and was going to get ready for the draft. And now it looks like he's trying to come back in Sean Way, the defensive back at Ohio State. I don't know if he's signed with an agent, but I know that he was meeting with an agent, and then that morning is when the big 10 announced that they were coming back. Yeah, appalling. We have a call in to the head office to see if Played college players who opted out Can they come back? And especially college players who have signed with agent Will there be exemption made that they could come back and play this season? You know, good luck hearing from them. We'll hear from the Miami Heat. Duncan Robinson, their star guard. He'll join us coming up top of the hour. You know the Nuggets in the Lakers. I go back to what Reggie Miller said. When he joined us. He said he wouldn't be surprised if the Lakers lost Game one to the Nuggets. But You know, Here's the other thing. The Nuggets don't come back from a 31 deficit. If there truly is a home court advantage. I just don't see them winning a couple of games in Los Angeles. Now they might win one. But that has helped some of these teams. I think younger players not having a crowd there. They have benefited. Certainly you look at the Miami heat. You got some young players on that team, you know, make 11. You brought this up that the Clippers basically are Kawai, Paul George and a bunch of G League players, right? I said that I I was being kind of bitter because they were disappointed. OK, but look at the Miami Heat. Duncan Robinson was a division three player Julie to Yes, G League player Jae Crowder and Kelly Olynyk used to be with the Celtics and they were cast off from their Jimmy Butler is on What is third team? Uh, yes, your team. You put him in that category that well, he was. He was a second round draft pick. Yeah, they first maybe. I mean, they're they're high draft pick was am Bam out of bio people didn't even know that Gordon drug Ege is probably still in the league, and they piece this all together and somehow made it work. So I don't want to hear about all chemistry or whatever. I think that's just a cop out. No, This is a team that plays is a team and you've seen that so far in the first two games Club. Who do you think has more talent, the Celtics or the Heat? He, um Probably the Celtics. Probably the Celtics. Yeah, they like they have a bunch of number one. Number two number three picks your right, but they don't play the same way that you know the Miami heat, too. Here's a Jason Tatum. By the way, there was somebody was throwing a temper tantrum. That might have been Marcus Smart. He was yelling and throwing some stuff after the laws here is Jason Tatum. About that possibility we have is an electric got state of luxury. It's not supposed to come out here and talk about what we talked about his team at the Wynn or lost. That's what we're going to, like. Talk to each other. Wait,.

This is what the numbers look like tonight for the heat. Jimmy Butler 17 points. 10 rebounds, six assists. Tiley hero poured in 14 Goran Dragic's poured in 17. Jae Crowder gave you 16. That seems like the Miami heat every single night. It's what do we need to do as a basketball team in the flow of the game to go out and win? It's not Let's force feed somebody the ball. It's not a simple formula. You know the threat that the Miami heat poles with their three point shooting, but you also know and understand that they are going to be a relentless basketball team. You got a hot hand, write it. Jimmy Butler. Khun do what he did tonight with 17 10 and six and Jimmy Butler can also go out there and get your 30 points. You can also get you 40. A Duncan Robinson. One game can come out and automatically lights up for eight threes. Tali hero can do what he did tonight. And poor Runa Fortin. We can see this. On a consistent basis where you don't necessarily know what's coming from the Miami heat. The problem for the Milwaukee Bucks. Is not the same for them. You can have Ah de Vicenzo, who comes out and plays like he's back in college. That lasted for what I have. He finished.

"Points to take a 10 for 100 lead over the heat. 3 54 on the clock as the team's break their huddles. There's been unbelievable runs in the fourth quarter of all these games to seven. One run Miami winning game, too, was an 11 to run for the Heat Game one and then last two minutes of Game three. They just erupted. So somebody's run away to hide the end, and it's been Miami three times. Middleton off the inbounds cut off from the baseline outside the Lopez right back to Middleton, 90 Shoot Middleton against Jae Crowder beyond the arc. Against Crowder dancing Now attacks the dribble, floats it up around off the back iron. No, Crowder rebounded and fouled as he ends up on the deck. With 3 35 to go. We're lighting the fouls, even though there's 3 35 on the clock. That's the second team foul against Milwaukee and the third personal Andi Vincenzo Mike Budenholzer still played with jacks up. I'll tell you what Chris Middleton did everything but finish. He went inside out changed in front. Bye, Jae Crowder and missed the little 6 ft runner in the lane. I didn't see the call but jumped up. He obviously wanted Middleton to get a pair of Miami. He'd have not scored in five minutes. They trail 14 103 22 Go Butler with a dribble out on the right leg, gets it out of bio screen. Now Butler floats it from 10 and hits and that ends the Milwaukee 12 run back within two big time players make big time plays at the end of the game. Middleton will set up this Milwaukee attack as we go under three minutes to play in game four bucks trying to save their season, Bledsoe takes it on the right dribbles to the top against bio retreats from the three point line with five to shoot you to make a run at him goes to the three point line in air balls it out of bounds. Not good possession at all for the bucks right there. Credit Miami's defense and look for Jimmy Butler have ball in his hands. Most of The remaining 2 50 of this mentioned Jimmy Butler has authored a ll these crazy fourth quarters for the Miami in the first three games of this Siri's and right now, the heater down to 2 40 to go in the ball in the hands of Butler dribbling towards the right hash, guarded by Wesley Matthews. Jumper is short offensive rebounder need it on the floor. It's loose bodies diving all over the place kicked outta bounds by Miami. The Bucks will keep it bucks know what's at stake and way heard from Erik Spoelstra earlier. Today. Didn't matter. They have three games to none. Lead fight claws, scratch. Pretend like you're down. Oh, through. Gotta wonder how tired Chris Middleton is. He's played 40 minutes and 56 seconds. His last couple shots have been short. They're going to need Chris to deliver this in the final. 24 had ALS three guys mopping perspiration. A curling match down there. They were sweeping so hard driving it off. Milwaukee will have it on the side out. Eric Bledsoe is getting ready to be the trigger man. Switch it to George Hill with Brook Lopez de Vincennes on the floor as well. And Middleton inbound. The Lopez tied it went on for two minutes to go. Brooke puts it up from Tannin scores Milwaukee back in front. Lopez get done in the fourth quarter. 11 14th quarter points for books here is a drive by drug sends it out to the wings Butler. He'll drive and try to pass it to auto bio was tipped or not, It goes out of bounds and they're looking, the official Tyler Ford says last touched by Milwaukee. 6104 minutes 43 to go. So now I think they're gonna go to review Saab, Zach's Arba 12 his fingers going over Brook Lopez. As you pointed out, I've stepped up in this fourth quarter and Chris Wilton indeed is scoreless plays on checking the out of bounds play. Zac didn't see it with screen. He looked for help on the other side. Watching the replay right now. Butler drive. I didn't think it touched anybody. Jimmy Butler. I think Lopez came to defend the pass from Butler. We're getting a frame by frame Look. I mean, if it's skin disease ear, maybe, but I don't think that direction Zack Starr was screen looked across from Tyler Ford for help. Tyler Ford said that it was Miami ball, But I don't think that's accurate. They're reviewing it. Little league That's not even close to the Miami Milwaukee ball very believe that will be overturned. And here's the thing. Jimmy Butler thought I thought he was saying that Brook Lopez was off his arm, but I think you're saying Eric so got fouled. Swiping from behind, but they didn't call it right. I mean, it just missed the extended right arm of Brook Lopez, but I agree with you. I believe they could be over years taking longer than I thought. But I thought this would end up being Milwaukee ball. If it's Miami ball, they get nine seconds on underneath. Mr Reset, Kathy unbelief the heat have yet to commit a foul. We're in the final two minutes, though, so they only have one bucks is committed to. They also have won. Both teams were two time outs. Both teams with their challenge becomes eggs are so after the ruling on the floor is overturned. It's Milwaukee basketball. 1 44 on the game. They saw what we saw.

"Jae Crowder, along with the twenty third overall pick in the draft and a future. First rounder SPN front office insider, Bobby marks, I think we're starting to see a little bit of the trend right now. Right. We saw the Lakers on Saturday with the Anthony Davis trade, and now we saw Utah quarry. Mike Conley ACN an opening with, especially with how Golden State with Kevin Durant, Klay Thompson, and how this roster in Utah was they see this kind of as a forty eight to fifty million fifty one team before the trade. And this now gives them an opening. And this is the DNA of this front office. They've always built this team through the draft and trades and although they would have thirty three. A million dollars in cap space Mike Conley? Big free agent edition. This off season are there. Domino's here with this, Mike. Conley trae Bobby while there is, and it affects the Boston Celtics. Because remember that the Celtics have the grizzlies first round pick in two thousand twenty it's protected one to six. And then it's unprotected in two thousand twenty one. And I think this trade signals that this Memphis team is a clear rebuilt. So Boston could be the big benefactor out of this trade, and they got three first round picks this year. But there seems like they're losing guys Al Horford, just turned down a thirty million dollar option for next season with Boston, which is a pretty big number to turn down. What's the market going to be like Al Horford? Why think the market is you don't out that of a thirty point one million dollar number unless you know that that's going to be there waiting for. And I think you're looking at a comparable number three years, possibly ninety million dollars for Horford is as a free agent there, and that's a that's a, that's a big number for, especially where he is in age. But there are teams out there. They're like Dallas, Sacramento, possibly Brooklyn, if they miss out on some of the targets that will have cap space. But as I said, you don't opt out of that number and less, you have a landing spot. He's thirty three years old, and it sounds like it's gonna be a soft landing. That's for sure. All right. So, but it does kind of feel like things are getting sideways in Boston. If Horford leaves Kyrie Irving has reportedly ghosted the team, very little communication with them of late. He's expected to turn down a player option, if both of those guys leave Bobby what's the plan there in Boston. Well, I wanna paint a little bit of a brighter picture than it was yesterday in Boston. And I think we have to we have to remember that they still have Jason Tatum, Jalen Brown and Marcus smart of three foundation pieces to build around, they will also have possibly twenty million dollars cap space to go out and get a player to replace Horford, and they also have carry Rozier to bring back. And so that's a good starting point. They also have the three first round picks in the draft Tamar, fourteen twenty and twenty two along with that Memphis pick. So it's not doom and gloom in Boston. But it is a little bit of a restart their wanna headlines coming down from the NBA as we head into Thursday's draft quite a few headlines to sort through to the guys PTI. We've got a news, but nans Tony evolving. Big NBA names on the move. Mike Conley has been traded from Memphis to Utah. Al Horford isn't just opting out of his final year. He's not a Boston and looking for new team and perhaps. More surprising. Chris, Milton opting out of his time of year in Milwaukee to floor his options. Let's get right to it, which of these is the biggest story to you. First of all, I would have to ask, why would Chris Middleton be doing this? That is a team the Milwaukee Bucks that appears to be on the verge of winning. So yeah, maybe you can tell me about that. But to get to the actual question Al Horford is a guy who makes a good team better. He's a veteran. He's unselfish. He's been around a long time. Everybody's better with him. But Mike Conley is a guy who could make a good team. Great mike. Conley to me is the most underappreciated guy in the NBA for a few years now. So to me, the real big deal is Mike, Conley Horford is sort of a while because what happened to Boston from L year and a half ago. I mean fiery comes back comes back not as good. And I'm blaming kyri more than anybody on that night. Their record with versus without a stunning so, so Horford, leaving just think this scrambling. But I'm gonna go with you on my colleague, Tony going that Utah team. That's a playoff team. Now my goodness. They and he's the guy with the key. He knows how to drive and he's had not much in Memphis for most of his career. Oh, it's. What's that indicates? Clearly memphis. We'll take John Moran. Calmly bringing in Grayson Allen, and Jae Crowder and. The core. Who's can still show, but he's thirty eight years. To me. Let's get back on the topic of the Lakers for a second because Ricky Rubio is now. He's available free to go, where he wants his polling Lakers, Ricky Rubio is a pass first point guard and they've got LeBron James and. Right. He knows how to find people, but this hurts the rockets even more to me because the Laker ascension will not. Got a lot better. They have incentive now to get this together. Now with the guys they got on that team. Choppy waters around them. All night ESPN radio. Brought to you by Pennzoil synthetics, taking synthetic motor oil performance to a whole new level. Make the switch to Pennzoil synthetics today. Then, of course, there's the Lakers. They made their deal for Anthony Davis over the weekend. But we find them currently scrambling to free up some more calorie salary cap space before the start of free agency, and the eyes are on general manager, rob Pelinka. The reports are, yeah. He pulled off the deal. But did so without knowing the salary, captain locations, and now that the trade been agreed to the Lakers trying to correct things on the fly trying to open up extra salary cap space to sign another max free agent space that would have existed at the Lakers, simply waited a few days to finish. The trade ESPN's Ramona Shelburne. Guys left on the roster. You can feel the team right now but everybody else is not on the roster. And then there's cap holds for those other guys. And I think that, you know, kind of what they're looking at it. Like you can you can move three players fans have probably never heard of which is mogul, who was their first round pick from last year. Actually not bad player like keep baby definitely, you might start on this team. What they have, right? You can move him. And then there's I Bonga who was a second round take actually had a nice year. And then Jamaica Jones another G league guy. Okay. But all of those each of those guys make somewhere like one point four one point nine and are in a situation where every dollar count. And I think they kind of, you know, when I talked to the Lakers, these days, it feels like they're competent, they're going to be able to free up more than that twenty three point six million that they currently would have the deal goes through and everything is concentrated away. It's been reported right now if everything's fans they're and have more than that, just a matter of how, and when Mona if they can make the mathematical gymnastics work in find the space for that potential third star, who is the most realistic target for the Lakers in this moment to pair with LeBron AD. I'd go with kyri. There's nothing outside of, you know, this is a fit that they obviously need a point guard, and LeBron him history thing, he look, I don't see it. But I you know my in how on this is that he looking in a different direction. That that's not what he thinking. But. Nobody really knows who is thinking, which is the wildcard here. You know, the Lakers the Lakers could be in for him. I think they have a, you know, they have to they have to try to position themselves to where if they are in it, they have a chance to actually get him and the only way to really get a guy like kyri or coli would be enough space. Those are the QA think targets that would be worth it. Do all the gymnastics. I don't know if it'd be worth it to do gymnastics for anybody else. All right. So let's say they manage to try to get these three guys taken by other teams to get their contracts that they can get one hundred twenty five percent of Davis's contract. He still would have to waive that four million dollar bonus trade bonus. Now on the one hand a lot of people are arguing. Listen, if you have the opportunity to play on a team with the Braun and another superstar, you're making your life easier for a small price of four million dollars that you're gonna make up in any any number of opportunities, even potentially something, the Lakers can do behind the scenes without telling people that doesn't get hit by the cap. And then plenty of other people very rightly saying, why would you ask someone who is not even technically a part of your team yet to give up four million dollars because of your own negligence? And understanding how the timing of the deal would affect your cap space. Where do you fall on that? So I, I don't think eighty is going to give up that trade bonus like he shouldn't have to anything. He look at this. I mean he's a free agent a year. So they, they need to do everything right by him. They should be at him to give up anything in my reporting on it. He's not gonna do it. You know, I guess, I guess I always qualify it an ethnic qualifying, not sourcing qualifying yet. But you know that if there was a chance of real chance. You don't have a you have a conversation now conversation when there is a real chance. And I don't think we're there yet. So if you know let's see what he said, if they really could get Colli. I, I don't think they will. But let's see you get to that stage. That's the only thing holding out, maybe a different answer. But my understanding is not planning on waiving. That, that's, that's his money. You could have been different had the Lakers done the deal differently with face in mind before pulling off that trait straight ahead. Lot of is on the World Cup. Coming up on Thursday. Sportscenter allnight continue to be in radio..

Sweet just said if you lose this game, he'll take it to your f- in gray. Basically don't beat the Soviets and then step on your Johnson's, and you know and lose to Finland and then he also step back. It's Finland for God's sakes. But if you step on your Johnson, you've got bigger issues than a game. Yeah. Well, if you skate if you're stubborn. And it just doesn't matter at all the game you have to seek medical attention immediately. Then you're getting a. Yeah. That's that's a that's a bit of a problem. Then you're part of the unsullied on game of thrones. I'm sorry. There's a there's a group of people that have their whole army of them. There's an army of people in game of thrones that have lost their will to live. Yeah. What kind of crazy as show is this that that thirty million people are watching tonight. Why? Yeah. That's there's a group of Unix in game of thrones. And they're mean, there's some yes. Army? They've lost. They've been John Lewis thing literally they've been John baba did. There's geldings in game of thrones. Yes. Yep. The unsullied. Okay. And I'm I'm once again bear. And they're there to for my obstinance when it comes to watching game. Good name just stopping so main. You ask him to wrap? He's like, no, I'm not doing it. I don't have to. I don't want to you can't make me like trying to get a three year old to do something, Sean editing to hook up with Sean for our weekly chat. If we do great if not maybe we'll send somebody to check on. I do like the there's the text line has several nine or and or bears discussions, and it's like Kay. We need linebacker. You need to kick. We would really neck to but not five pass rush. You had a guy hit the crossbar and the upright to take you out of a playoff game. Let's deal. Want Robbie gold Khalil Mack? Boy, John Lynch out John Lynch impression, by the way. I think it's perfect. I think it's absolutely perfect. The leader of the unsullied, by the way is his name is grey worm. No, I'm not making this. No, it's that's his name. And when I was it's great worm. But it really should be no worm. So I always thought his name big worm. I know it could have been at one point. Perm big worm? It's there's there's nothing's my dragon. Ooh. A Friday game of thrones matchup mash up I'd watch that. Did you is there a deebo type character and game? All that's what I would need. Game of thrones. And I had to drag him depot, did you watch any of the Utah rockets came less than I did. I watched the whole shebang band when you so Utah had their game. They had their their come to Jesus came out of a Mitchell's too. Good to net to be was good on the head, and the rockets miss a bunch of shot, I'm blanking on his name. But the guy was out of his mind in the first half for Utah hitting threes. Talking about the the Demari Carol guy. Yeah, he had a massive massive game. So Utah had their game. I didn't think that they were going to be a soft touch. However, the rockets. I refuse to believe. Even if Chris Paul was there, you miss twenty-seven threes in a row, you can't tell me that that doesn't leave a Mark. You can't tell me this not in your head. And you miss almost half that number in a key close out game for last night. The rockets missed thirteen threes in the fourth quarter with Chris Paul on the floor, by the way, as a fatal blow for them at all I refuse to believe that that's a part of their psyche right now. Yeah, that's refused to believe that. But that was what I was thinking about watching that. And relating to today that crowd was psychotic. Can you Utah? I mean, first of all they're angry about living in Utah. But I mean, it wo- that crowd as a home crowd, and we've talked about the architecture that building and just what kind of you. It goes straight up. Everybody's on top of you than it luxury box. There is a cacophony of sound. I'm expecting sharks fans to be much the same like just be unhinged tonight. That's drink to the point where you're just ready to let loose okay, right? As the anthem begins. Just might not be the best advice to give out on a fifty thousand watt radio station. So I'm gonna go ahead and. Just be hydrated point be well hydrated. That's all I'm I'm sorry. Yeah. We're going in that direction. You check everybody. Have Cooley Jae Crowder, not Demarco's. My phone Jae. Crowder was the one that got loose. Those two look alike. I did agree. The way it was the same the same player at the same place. But that was my fault. NBA guy. You know, we had an English teacher in high school. I'll take the zero I'll take with you. I'm Carol that still watch the game last Bob Davis. That's still my favorite one. He was arrested in coach to three times a semester. You don't want to hear your dog ate my homework. I came in late. What if you could just say say, I'll take zero so three times this semester. He was the wrestling coach so forth time, you had to grapple. Oh, no, you have to wrestle four-time. You're flunking out. But he just didn't he flat out. He wanted here excuses nothing. You could say I was out drinking Homer. I'll take zero gave me three times that was it. But the fourth time. Yeah. So divide. Carol Jae Crowder. I'll take zero. When he had though, you know, the the would it be fair to call him the outlier like that was. Kinda the quintessential Utah with their backs against the wall. They haven't been scoring to the level. They need to against the rocks heart, though, a lot of heart, which is what I expected where are you going to get those unlikely points from now he was the most likely of the group and he'd kept him afloat, especially in the first half until you got to the fourth quarter with the rockets missing their shots, although he did make some big three's in in the second half. And you just knew it was only a matter of time before down Mitchell got going. Yeah. That these young into game still, but Mitchell is too good to have the series that he had in the first regain, you know, the I did not use Google translate. But I watched a point guard shoots six of seventeen. I knew the Ricky Rubio was the translation of Russell Westbrook. The Spanish version of the English there. You taught move the ball around. Here's wide open shooter in poor Rubio can't shoot the rockets. One six six of seventeen the audience is trying to help you out of your five three Rudd says. Help rod better understand the unsullied by comparing them to the dodgers for Cowboys. None of them have handled the family jewels. In decades. I could get that comparison do that ninety-five unhinged. Good rapper name. He just goes off just goes off. Here's a beat and yes, just go. She flow is the I actually think that'd be a good album name on hand on hinged. You know? Just like just a time in your career. We'd just like. Lose the narcotics years that Utah crowd was on hit. They did they did a hell of a job. You could you could feel it through the broadcast. I got he's people. Are they stood for the whole second half? They didn't show game of thrones didn't show the actual removing of that. Okay. Now, we have not yet Fischer everything else, they do everything else. Help the the unsullied. It's a whole army of them at someone says his great worms new pick name inch. People. How man today? Right. This is what happens when you can't find Sean us. Yeah. It's although there was a. There's a lot more entertainment value than a lot of giants offense recent bitch, really, really. But I do I want to get John's take on the bad flip thing with you have to talk to him. I need to move beyond this unwritten rule things sometimes a baseball. I in agreement traffic.
