"Why Thursday Edition and with no further ado, we head out to the practice field where the bills are on the grass field today, and if the bills are on the grass field That means our own Matic lab is there is well and she is waiting in the wings to bring us the injury updates. Manny how we doing weather Okay out there? Yes. Not too bad today, guys. I mean, there's a little bit of a wind out here. It's Not bad cold. They're Boyko is saying hello in the background. Yeah, People aren't too bundled out here. Of course, the wide receivers are standing right next to the heater right now, as I look to my left, so maybe the players are a little bit colder than me. But yeah, weather is not too bad. Hopefully it's not gonna be too bad on Sunday, either. Did I just catch your proximity alarm Going off there in the background? You got hurt. You got people Photo bombing going on for a quick second because Derek Boyko, R P. R director walked by me and he's in the bubble, and I am not in the bubble. So that's how things are working. Now, with the updated protocols. It's kind of You're either in the building or you're out of the building and I'm out of the building. And so I have to wear my contact Tracer when I'm not practices, And if I get too close to anybody in the building, it'll go off. I know that. And I'm not gonna worry about the weather too much. You look but if you start wearing ski goggles to practice then then I'll worry about you. Maddie for now, you look okay. If it's too windy off, they're doing that. What about what about our guy? John Brown? Is he do you spy him anywhere? I'm really interested to see how he's progressing any way to tell Yes. Oh, no, no. John Brown at practice today. We know he can't play this weekend. But I do think I spy him running around right now on the field. There's a couple guys who are on the field to the side doing workouts, So I think John Brown is one of those guys. Looks like he's talking to Chad whole right now, so it looks like he's progressing. I mean, it's good to see him on the field running around using those legs getting back into football shaped, hopefully getting back into playing shape as well here in the next couple weeks for her fans that are unaware he is still on injured reserve. He estimates a minimum of three games and this weekend's game would be game number three, so the earliest He could return and be activated off IR is next week against Denver. But there is another receiver on the list. Matty it's Andre Roberts, who popped up on the injury report yesterday with what was listed as an Achilles injury, which always gives you pause, knowing the severity of That kind of injury, But I guess we should be encouraged that he was listed as limited yesterday. And do we see him out there again today? Yeah, he was listed as limited yesterday. It just like you, said Chris and then one straw. McDermott spoke to the media this early afternoon. He said that Andre Roberts was going to be out here in a limited capacity as well. So, yeah, he's out here today. Hopefully, he's good enough to go later this week because losing a guy like him would just how productive he's been this season would definitely hurt the bills. Especially going up against a team like the Steelers. I think you wanna Have everything you can get from all three sides and phases of the game. So he is an important piece to the equation this weekend. Okay. What about any of the rotation at offensive line? Yes. So we saw John Feliciano come out in the game kind of early there When a lot of players were in and out of the game. I remember Devin Singletary came out. Jack Moss came out cold easily came out. Everybody ended up winding back in the game. John Feliciano. He was rolled with the knee and a foot injury that he's dealing with, but he was labeled as a full participant yesterday on he is here today. Practicing today. Nobody isn't I guess it wouldn't be read this week because they're practicing and red because of the color rushed jerseys, but he looks to be fine and pretty much normal as he has been the last couple weeks. Yeah, I mean, Feliciano's foot would have to be hanging off to get him off the practice field. Quinton Jefferson, another new name, added to the injury report. I know he was on that injury report earlier in the season, but for the last three or four weeks, he has not been there. But He pops up on the injury report with a hip injury and was a D. N P yesterday. What's his status today, man? Yes. Oh, damn. P Yesterday I see him out here right now Going through individual drills with the defense of line in the rotation. Hey, looks like he's out there doing everything that the other defensive linemen are doing right now s o. He was labeled as strong. Victor is saying that he would be a limited capacity today as well. Then I guess the only guy that we didn't see yesterday and may not see today either. Is Jew Con Johnson right with that that ankle injury? Yep. I do not see Jacqueline Johnson out here today with an ankle injury. So he I would say is one of the few players missing practice today. That is not on the injury reserve might be the only player Missing practice That's not on IR. Good stuff. All right, Maddie. Thanks for bringing us up to speed. We know you'll keep us abreast of any changing situations out there. We appreciate it. Yeah, no problem. Good to see this team healthy for weeks. 14 came into that. Thanks very much, man. We appreciate it. It's magic lab are multi media reporter out on the sideline that makes an update from the practice field..

"On the family more but also I. I, like. I love learning and I know you do too and you're so good. You're always taking like some kind of seminar Webinar masterclass something. I was dragging up when you're on the plane to go to Kabul googling how to relax I was like let's show you. I love that. But I really do love and I find that you on my old lady walks which I actually just loved so much because I really spend that time learning something. So whether it's listening to a podcast or listening to class or you know anything like that I, just really doing it. So I'm enjoying these interesting groups of women. Like I've always loved creatine cultivate. Jacqueline Johnson and the amazing job she's done there but I didn't know business checks until I had him on the show and started researching her another incredible group. So anyone out there you know I'd love to hear what other you know kind of groups are out there that people are loving and learning from and sharing with because I think especially right now and I don't mean necessarily like. You know how to blow up your business or that. are like just being there for each other. Especially, since changed. So quickly right now, all this stuff. Is just so. Precarious and it's nice to hear on the cutting edge what people are doing, and even if it is with business, like how are you maintaining your business during these times like or do you have any tricks that you can tell someone else? So they don't go under like were you were just talking about with the restaurants and stuff like that like how can we all help each other right now? So I thought you know I'm GONNA I joined a couple of groups not just to learn because I do want to learn, but maybe I can help a little to. The Community of it is is so cool sharing and you know I think that we don't always know people who do things similar to us. You know maybe in your friend group, you don't have people to connect with. That run a business or whatever it is that you do I think it's so cool when strangers can connect based on you know similar interests I agree and also one other thing that I've learned recently I don't remember if I told you this, but it's Mac has this group she's a part of called girls with goals. And so helped her get some speakers I made some calls but you know some business people and celebrities that I knew whatever and then she asked me to speak at it, which I was very honored honestly because you know that could be embarrassing for your mom become speak of the amendment but she was very cool and she asked me to do it and I had such a great time and I'm actually going to be on the board now. So I would actually love to have you come speak with them as well. But I love doing it, and that's why when they asked me to be on the board afterwards, I was like one hundred percent. Yes because I think it's an incredible organization but I'm going to start speaking I was asked to speak at one of the boys and girls clubs. This is such a great thing because especially the kids at the boys and girls clubs, you know they don't have a lot of their after school programs and everything because of cove it and they're trying to you know. Help these kids. You know get get passionate about you know different kinds of businesses and ideas and stay connected and it's just a really great way to volunteer your time and you can do it all in zoo. Great what are you going to do about the happiness project this year? What does that look like? Man So we are setting up to do buzz like the same experience, but let boss drop. So a limited amount of volunteers obviously with masks, we'll go to.

"To that mindset which she sort of doesn't the movie as well. But yeah, I don't know I'm never going to two thousand girl power and partially because I deeply resented. The, tough thing to reckon with because you do again, want girls to have more power and do sort of to implant just the seed of the idea that like, hey, girls, you can be in Nyu math classes hand be good at stem, but it's also like how are you then going to use that? It's it's about what you do with the tools that you're giving and right now they're just like let's use these tools to help build the capitalist machine thing. What are you GonNa do with the buckets of Ducats once you've acquired the bucket dockets gallery, are you going to redistribute? Distribute the duck and the docket. The I mean like in the Song Cinderella I, think some of the lyrics are can slay my own dragons. I can dream my own dreams. My Knight in Shining Armor is me so I'm going to set me free. I don't WANNA be Blackson. Go. Way. Is so good. That's not a cheetah girls. Original bt Dubs Oh really another group I think it is some European group also recorded that song prior to the film, and then they repackaged it as a Cheetah. Girl Song for the movie cannot remember the name of the group. I thought that Gallery wrote Cinderella as she claims in the film I know. Yeah. Also, there was like, oh no, there's authorship issues that never buds well for a group. Does Not I get. The last thing. I. Wanted to talk about was gallery. We've alluded to this heavily. So baby I won't even be a very discussion, but Galleria and her mom Dorothea I am just now connecting Dorothea. Toto? Okay Jamie NOPE didn't make that connection either and they love the the wizard of Oz. There's the scene. Right before toto goes down into the hole, which maybe as Todos on version of ause who's to say where? Where Galleria. bummed because of the global get down thing is like well, maybe we'll just go home and watch your favorite movie and she's like the wizard of Oz can solve this I remember really liking that. Was My favorite movie when I was a kid but Dorothea, I used to be more like I feel like it's it's interesting I I want to. Give props to Deborah and I also want to give props to Alison on the way that this character is written in the movie because it like I. Feel like there's multiple reason on her when I saw her when I was a kid. I was definitely like, okay, this is like a parent who is going to be withholding from their kid who wants to do something cool like I've seen. Seen this character I, get it. But when you revisit this character as like we were saying, it's like, Oh, you totally understand why she's like she's protecting Galleria. That wasn't. She wasn't just say that she she meant it yet. I mean she was looking at this contract and Jaakko was like standard contracts. She crosses out several subsections of the contract looks at him and says standard revisions which, yes. Take 'cause she's like she's like a famous fashion designer. She would know all about this shit and she would be released like you know like really skeptical and she would know this whole world and get just I was very teamed or Thea on this watch really cares about her kid I also thought it was really bad ass that she was so mean to Jackal the second she met him like. Maybe a little bit too. But like she I, don't know I don't care. But like it was stupid. So aggressively mean and then gallery was like you don't know who Jacqueline Johnson is, and then she named five hundred facts about him. She's like, I, do know who he is I just. Yeah. She said I read I'm lucky. Yes, you do mom. You. Yeah. I I mean harkening back to like ours Ian on episode on the Matron where we had a big problem with the way the. Parents are treated in like her mother was this like hysterical woman who has to put on a stress helmet and then, but her dad is like the Cool Dad who? Gets her and like is chill relaxed and I think they're on the on the very surface. There is a similar dynamic here in that like you have a concerned mother and then a Chiller Dad. But I feel like it was handled way better here because you understand where the mother is coming from, she's not presented nearly as much as being this like hysterical like shrew mom who's like, no, like she's looking out for her. Her daughter, she knows stuff. She knows how music is recorded. She knows about contracts. She comes in very informed and She's also just like characterized beyond. We get to know more about her character that like conceptualizes why she so concerned for her daughter and like her daughters, friends and stuff. So I liked that I? Always get a little. I. Mean. There was a live a bit of cool debt daddy going on here. and. That was like come on, did it would be fun if we let her do the thing and but it, but I did appreciate that you get something you don't get, which is a little like look at what their relationship dynamic is. You get like a sweet moment with them that doesn't seem particularly aggressive to either character, and you almost like. So I was more lenient towards the way that result. Result, it wasn't just like Dad's, of course, as we know our way cooler than Moms, and that's why this is happening like you get a look at, she gets to speak her piece saying why she doesn't agree with it..

"Please welcome to the podcast jacqueline johnson. I want all my interest. I i follow you around a beer hype woman. The crazy thing is is that i'm a type that when i first saw your book i was like i don't need to read this. I guarantee yeah. I know everything that's in the show. I'm three on the anagram so i think i know it can do everything better than everybody else and then i read it and i am a three and i don't feel that way so please don't speak for all. Not all threes are like this. What's cool about the book is that i want. I'm starting with the book and then we're moving on but what's cool about the book is that it's not so like shell up card. Here's how you fire people and that can be hard. Sometimes seems like there was a lot of comfort because i don't think a lot of people really talk about that were you. Did you learn things okay. That's good. I learnt to have a work party yes and i. I wanted the book to be like that. Real talk advice because that's how i felt if every single book was like be authentic beers and i was like no they don't pay taxes what taxes like what are we talking about. How do i negotiate stuff. What is this caused me like the stuff that no one talks up so my first question in your work party today is we all hate our jobs. How do we make it better. I mean amen. I think it's really really challenging. I think even for me where i almost feel sometimes. Women are posting on instagram like oh my god. You have a dream job so i'm sure you guys get that too and i'm like i am dying. I think it's really hard but i think the best part about that is like one being really honest about it and kind of saying like this is what <hes> my work really is behind the scenes. It's not just interviewing people or do quilting. It's like being an acute outfaced exactly like it's excel spreadsheets and nightmares so like it's all of those i think so. I think that's part of it but i think also is understanding. That work is called work for a reason like not. All work is fun and that's sort of the preface of like work party is like it's it's hard work. It's not just like all day fun and kind of cocktails. I think it's just about enjoying the things that you're doing and knowing that you're contributing to something bigger her and i think that's the reality of the situation is not no one's job as fun doesn't matter like part of it is going to be challenging difficult and just boring and the other part of it is exciting because they're able to touch people in a unique and interesting way and like bringing audience together at least for me. That's what keeps me going sure but like it's kind of the i work is not fun. I agree my mom. Has i've said it before. She's great line and she says honey. That's why it's called. Show business and not show fun because everytime when you're like like i just can't believe they screwed me over like this and she's like are really because that happens to marry all the time these it's like. It's not rupaul best friend's race yeah on the show okay. I wanna do circle for everyone what they thought they were going to be when they grew up. What did you think when you're young. I'm going to be a doctor. I'm going to be this thought. I was going to be an actress. Oh you do the headshots. I was like in third grade. My mom used to dry from orange county. My mom used to drive.

So I went just literally just help us out west for that was there for one day arrived at eleven PM the night before was there for the day left like seven AM the next while moves, okay? So I I was like felt a little bit is oriented because I was arriving in a new place, my hair the hair app. It wasn't glanced squad was a different one. But like the fucking cancelled. I didn't even ring hair tools with me because I was like I have a win it like, I don't need it. Yeah. So my hair I like couldn't work out. I would plan to work out that morning. But then once I realized I wasn't gonna have a hair point. I was like two risky like I can't start my hair over right? And it was already kinda straight like do K ended up like doing it with her iron. But it was like. All over the J. Well, it is on Instagram. So she's obviously very heavily involved. Okay. So go to the panel and the women on it where like all super impressive like a not not that we're not impressive, obviously as business people, but they were on another level. Like, they were probably at least ten years ahead of me in their careers. They had honestly struggled with a lot more than than I had the first one is the one sitting next to in the picture is the founder page denim. Yeah. She is she told a story about how she move from Alaska when she was like she finished high school in like a year and a half move from Alaska like to go into fashion. Choose a model she show with eating disorder. She talks about being briefed. And she like truly went through the ringer. Okay. Second woman is the page, Adam. And then she's done them. And and people didn't take our series. She was a founder baba. Okay. Second woman. She she is the CEO or she runs. The company called lifeway foods, basically, it's like a it's like a Kefir company, and it was a family owned company hurting, dad. Yeah, she's Russian emigrates her parents started this company like worked so hard her dad passes away from a sudden heart attack when she's twenty seven she has over this publicly traded company, and she talks about how like literally in the hospital. Someone made a comment like a twenty seven year old girl can't take over the company, and she's like lit the fire under me to like go for it. I guess company third person Camilla all aka Matthew, mcconaughey. His wife talked about coming from Brazil, having no money, not speaking English cleaning houses, making him in the back of a car with her mother and like literally just like live the true immigrant life. Yeah. Until she got it. Then the one where did they how did she does? She talk about meeting. Now he was on. That was. Yeah. No. But she talks about her foundational river. Okay. The last woman was senior VP at Joe which owns like every liquor brand, including ego, very male culture. Like, okay. So they all talked about like they're insane struggles to like like get to where they were. And how -ccomplish they were. And I just felt that they had so much more substance to what they were saying that I felt like the little girl on the panel. Like I felt so like oh my God. I don't know anything. Maybe someone ask someone even asked a question like how did you like like figure out how to pay bills? And I was the first one on the road. So I answered it first. And I was just like I live with my parents..

"But it's just that like it's like watching your kid. Yeah. Really like you just want them to do. So. Well, and I was telling you, I didn't have one cringe moment, and I kept looking at the audience and just sort of like gauging their reactions to things and they would laugh and they were engaged. No one was like dozing off for like, you know, doodling or doing any did notice any reason I didn't notice anyone on their phone someone had to be on their phone because they were posting pictures posted him afterwards. I'm not really sure. But I actually when I because I was facing the girls. So it wasn't really facing the audience or tried to make a concerted effort to keep looking. Over right to the audience. But whenever I looked over. Everyone was looking up. Yeah. There was certain people that were looking down taking notes, but that was a lot of press people. But other than that feel like everyone was so engaged. And I think that the conversation was flowing so smoothly in so fluidly. And I just feel like each of you brought something unique to the table, which was good. It wasn't like one was speaking over the other or just feel like he was very successful. I feel like you got the pros of knowledge which was sort of the end goal. And I it was just I think the reaction at the end like you said there was so many men that the the man that had the question I thought it was genius, right? Because there are so many men that work with women the donor how to deal with women and don't know how to how to be in that environment. So I thought that was mildly perfect. I think it was just overall incredibly incredibly successful. And they're very proud of. I'm bread. Yeah. It was very yeah. We did good. Went by so fast. It that. We really didn't have time. I thought we were going to have a good fifteen eighteen minutes for questions, and they're really just was no time because things came out of the conversation. I really didn't expect right. But it shows me how this this concept really does work and how people really like it agrees. That's great. And the girls were terrific. So thank you one more time to Jacqueline Johnson and Whitney Casey in Brooklyn decker. You guys are Rockstars. And we all we exchanged numbers afterwards were texting each other's really really sweet the one bummer to the whole thing is identified get a cookie. I know I'm so I didn't get one either. It's not just you. It's so not okay. I needed a cook. Because then what happened was so so it's over, and then we took pictures, we're hanging out, and you have to tell you. So so Whitney said some incredibly kind things to me afterwards about you know, me as a host, it just whatever I don't need to get into it. But she. Said all these nice things to be an I have to tell you that. I was so overwhelmed because I'm so impressed with her resume, and what she's accomplished and how she's been a host and interviewed world leaders and whatnot that to hear that kind of praise from her I found so overwhelming..

"We finally got the key went up to the room. And what was funny was. I went from the j w Marriott in Minneapolis in Eden. Prairie. Yeah. Is it needing prairie? Where's the ball? Mark. Erica, technically. What's that thought? It was I think it's eating for. I don't know. So I went for the j w Marriott by the ball Varga to the j w Marriott in Austin, Texas, the room looks exactly the same. And it's the same row, but it's like. Confuse me for a moment. So it was so crazy. So I unplugged my stuff and got situated, and you know, me usually not to be TMI. But I usually don't like go the bathroom when traveling. I was nervous. Yeah. I'll couldn't stop such a flat stomach anyway. So then I thought okay, I have a little time. I'm gonna close my eyes for thirty minutes stretch out. And then we get up get ready. And of course. Like I could. But I was I just laid there whatever. And then it got dressed, and it was trying to figure out do I curl my hair. Do I pull it back? What do I do? And all right. So Finally, I got my little outfit together. I posted pictures that you can go look at from yesterday. But that little dress. I'm wearing for everyone that asked his ARA. So it's really it's such a cute dress that has a lot of stretching and it's a little boat neck and his belt and super cute anyway. So it got myself ready, and I take all my luggage with me. Because I wasn't going back up to the room. So I came downstairs got into the green room. And that is where I saw it. Yes. Yes. So we had basically one hundred sixty bags to unpack and fill up and do all that. And we probably had what maybe half an hour until the show. Yeah. Like that point. But it was easy. I mean, I feel like we just threw it all together. Yeah. I really was what was amazing to me. Like you just started talking about before. So I've never been to south by southwest before. And I only got to see a fraction of it in one of the hotels, but it's room after room after room of events. And so at one point before it started, I was going to the restroom, and I can't tell you how many people came up to me and said things like, oh, my God, you have an event here where what time I didn't know. Oh, I have another event or only got I want to come to your vent. But my boss is making me go to something something or just like like that. Yeah. Because there's so much stuff going on at the same time. Many. I think this show before is the podcast before it wasn't a huge audience. I feel like there was like. Ten or fifteen people in there. Yeah. No. It wasn't very many that. I saw come out of there. And I thought we had a really really nice Tournus agreed really nice turnout. But I think for me, and the reason why I was so nervous about it was a new we were filming it, and I know that I have a bigger picture in mind for the whole work concept. And so even though, you know, I'm good live. And obviously, it's the podcast doing for a long time. It felt weighty to me. But I went into the bathroom before it started. And I ran into Brooklyn decker and Whitney, Casey. And it was really nice because Brooklyn, and I have a mutual friend. So we hugged too were talking. And they told me this really great story there like is. I think you so much for coming. And they're like, no, thank you for having us. They said they were at a meeting, and you know, the reason capital for your for finery which is their incredible app which you heard about on the show yesterday. And by the way, if you didn't listen to yesterday's show goals. Listen to because these women are just amazing mildly in love with all three of them, Jacqueline Johnson to from Creighton, cultivate, so anyways,.

"Are you good? I'm so happy. You could be here. Oh, fun to get together. Very exciting. I have a lot to catch everyone up on. And I want to hear what's going on with you. There's a big MRs Lee up date, but I need to wait for Natalie because you kill me if I discussed MRs Lee without without her also tomorrow, Jamie Lynn, Sigler is going to be on the show with her hurt. She has a new podcast with her best friend Jenna. And it's really great mama says it's so good. And so anyway, so they're gonna be on the show tomorrow. Don't forget south by south west March, eighth International Women's Day at twelve thirty amazing super excited about a Brooklyn decker Whitney Casey Jacqueline Johnson from Crete. And, cultivate, it's going to be really really cool. So super excited about that. We have less than ninety seats available now. So if you wanna go if you're going to be at south by southwest and Austin, Texas, make sure to go you have to like favorite it? That's how you do it. Apparently. I don't know. And I gotta tell everyone what happened with Terry. I got give you an update on cocoa sleeping issues. Oh, you don't even know. But I the Oscars. Yeah. Did you watch? What did you think? I thought it was good. What did you think? Did you watch it live or do you tape it? And like I can't do the commercials. What did you do? I taped it fast forward. But I did watch. This is what I did. I watched the walk ins the red carpet. And then we went down to bluefin and had dinner. Oh, that's art. So that we were kind of like an hour behind and I didn't look at my phone. Didn't look at any feeds because I didn't want to see what happened. And then we came home and went in the movie theater and like fast forward Adel goodstuff idea. Yeah. Now fashion. What did you think I loved it? All I thought I thought it was I thought it was I thought it was good. I thought I expected lady Gaga to do something more extreme I understand the classic. I loved her McQueen dress with the with the bumps on the side. I thought it was like it was classic. But it had a rockstar edge to it yet. What I didn't love was her after party dressing was weirdly, very similar. Did you see it? It was like a black tank dress with a ballgown skirt. Right. But I didn't love the neck lane on her. Yeah. And I just felt like it was too similar, but yeah. Less exciting than the I I think you're probably right. I think that's probably why I expected more than seeing the side by side of the two. It's like, oh, well, they're so similar yet. One of should have been edgy. I feel like I think the after party could have been like goal. Yeah. For having won like some cool. Did you see that picture of her with Madonna? No, there's a picture of her with Madonna at some after party. It's epic K Madonna's like. Holding her. So Abby Lee it's like being held by the Queen..

"And now you can live in it two times a week right here on podcast one. Welcome back. Everybody hill. Okay. I have to say something about south by south west. Yes. Okay. So you guys know doing this panel south by south west, it's Brooklyn decker Whitney Casey from finery. And of course, you know, Brooklyn from television and movies and modeling and Jacqueline Johnson from creating, cultivate in incredible panel. It's called work women, offering real knowledge twelve thirty in Austin, Texas at the j w Marriott. It's going to be repurpose here for Brazil, the reason why I'm bringing up this way. Yes. I want you to come. So if you are coming to south by south west, please come and see it it's free, and we would love to have you there. And it's going to be a really cool interesting discussion, and we are opening the floor two questions because the whole point is creating a community to help each other. Now, here's what's crazy. So I posted on my Instagram. Do you know where I'm going with this? Now I posted on my Instagram about this event. I did not have my glasses on it was in the morning, but I was so excited to get it out. That I didn't like look at it and look at the spelling and I spilt Austin incorrectly. Oh my goodness. And I sort of pride myself on being pretty good speller. Right. But I was just I don't know quickly hit send and the first three comments were rags. Oh, God about the spelling of Austin, and one gal even wrote, you know, the definition of a noun, and and how ironic that I'm talking about offering real narrow gauge when I'm spelling Austin wrong. But it brought up an interesting thought with me, which is this is the whole point of work. You know, we don't we don't know everything, right, okay? To make mistake. And when we were talking to teddy yesterday part of that conversation was I really believe that people are so scared to look vulnerable to make mistakes. Let anyone they don't know things that they don't want to put themselves out there. So yeah, I spelled it wrong. But guess what? There you go. You offered me some real knowledge you told me to fix it. And I did I love it. Good. That's the best way to look at it. Right instead of being like or saying something nasty back. Back. It's as simple as that. Just hey made a little typo. That's it. Everyone's human, right. But it was just interesting to me that the knee jerk reaction was something negative as to. Hey, listen. Right. You may wanna fix that. You don't have say totally very very interesting. But I think it's a good jumping off point. And anyway, I'm excited about art. So we've lots to talk about this. We have to finish my fight. With terry. Mrs Lee, we gotta talk about oh, we've to talk about. Coco's sleeping issue before we get all there. I have to tell you, remember Betty Buckley pillar day. Yes. I was telling you that I went in sixth grade, and my whole thing she's now starring the touring company of Hello, Dolly, really. Yes. Oh my God. Because I wanted to take Katharina to see a show, and I'm like, oh my gosh..

"Yes. We are joining a network. Hey, unofficial pod. Fam-? They are called dear media, and they're all about putting an emphasis on female hosts and voices. So we feel very privileged to be part of that. So some of their shows include the skinny confidential yes with Lauren Everett's pasta. She shoes. Yeah. Which I think a lot of people are familiar with. So we're very honored to be in this company and to be part of a movement that is celebrating women's voices. Yeah. Well, a lot of people know the podcast industry for the past ten years has been very male dominated. So we're kind of like, you know, what let's try flipping the switch. Let's try something new here. Let's have some ladies share some stories. I think the biggest difference for our listeners from our listeners point of view is that you will be hearing us in your feeds every single week now. That's right. Every wednesday. We are doubling our frequency. We are Dublin down. Yeah. And, you know, most of you know, that we're all about interviewing brand founders. That's not going to change. We're going to have a founder on every other week. The damn good stories behind the selling beauty properly. And then we're going to have the our godown episodes, which is where we dive into hot topics products, tips and trends, and we have if we have an opportunity to chat with a really cool makeup artist or an influence, our or give you the damn goods on ingredients. You're really interested in separating the greats from the gimmicks were always trying new products. And you know, we, obviously. Look at our analytics, and it seems like you guys like them fifty fifty like our founder episodes as much as going on. So we're just going to keep doing that more often. "And that's I mean there's pros and cons to to both. But if you're going to provide some advice to someone who's looking at dedicating the next one to two years of their lives to really put themselves in a position of in have influence. What's your feedback on the difference between doing it under your own personal name or brand? So I think the answer to that really depends on how intertwined is your brand with your personal life because it can be very different. So I have my personal handle which is MRs Britney Hennessy in. It's all about before. I had the book it was all it was like, my portfolio was all the influence or work. I had done. And now it gives advice to people who want to be influencers. I could also have a handle for my book. I have an influencer empowerment brand called like duct tape in a dream that also can have a handle I could have all these handles. But then that also means I have to manage multiple hands. And it's hard enough to be consistent on one. Let alone I'm three and that it then you're follower count. Also, get split between all of the handle because you might have three handles at each have three thousand followers, but if you would have had one you'd probably have ten thousand, and then you'd have you know, the allusive swipe up feature cigarette stores, though, I. You know, a good example of someone who has three handles, and it it makes sense Jacqueline Johnson. Who is the creator of creating, cultivate, which is a brand for be male entrepreneurs in it lends itself to creators, she has Jacqueline Johnson, which is her life and her style, she has creating, cultivate, which is for that brand. And she wrote a book, and it's called work party. And that book also has a handle, but they're all different enough that the content can be spread out across three different accounts and people might follow one account and not necessarily be interested in volume the other ones. So if you if you can make that distinction, I think it's okay to have multiple accounts, but based on the content being created if somebody is likely to follow all of them, then you probably should just have one and do it under your personal name. And then just use the hashtag of your business view. I would you know, that's that's the default. Looking back. What i've. Learned over the last couple of years of growing brand always used Mike Dillard, as my personal brand for the last eight nine years, and then we launched self made man as a podcast and twenty fourteen twenty fifteen and the goal is to really build that up into the primary brand. And yet, I'm realizing I'm still at the center of influence for everything that happens underneath that brand. And the relationship that people have is still with me regardless of the logo. So, you know, we have we have our self made man Instagram account that we we pushed pretty hard for awhile. And I've just been debating on whether or not I should close that and just put all of the activity under Mike Dillard. And this is something that I want everyone who's listening to this to think about is if I were to continue to put all of my time and effort to building up the the business Instagram account in that brand then all of the audience and all of that relationship equity. Is with that specific brand account. Well, I don't know about about you. But about every five or six years, I kind of get inspired to pursue something different. Maybe it's different contents. Started different business. Whatever may be. But if all of our activity is under self made man, and I am inspired. Either sell the business are our go do something different than all of that is lost..
