"Right leaning pollsters concluded that trump would lose and he did better than expected. And you know the house races that we lost there were seventeen us to be tossups. The gop one at one and that is that's what you call a red flag that would require investigation. I think certainly justifies it. I don't mean legally requires it but we are. I'm very concerned. We're not going to do our due. Diligence and look into those and into the senate races from what i understand. The results in the senate races were actually predicted but they are nonetheless heavily. Reg shifted and i think that warrants by which i mean. They got much much higher percentages than was expected and by predicted. Maybe i it was predicted to be about the dead. He was something. I don't know that it was good. Necessarily all of them that they would wing and you know susan collins maybe exception to. I don't really know. I'm thinking of more of the Kentucky and south carolina from what. I understand the exit polls at least support Support of the outcome but but it was a heavily read shifted outcome heavily. Rich right now. It seems like they padded the no conceivably and. This is speculation. i want to be clear. I speculating but it could be that. There was a desire to make his popular vote. Total look better than it was In order to let him. You know to lodge court challenges. That's kind of one. One theory that i have heard or it could be that nothing happened but there is an obligation. I think as diligence when you continually see shifts and they're almost always to the right and that's even you know. The pollsters actually have been adjusting their exit fall. They did starting on twenty eighteen. They there was like a not very well reported but there was an article where the pollsters were saying. Yeah we're going to shift our numbers alter the right because we're tired of our numbers being off. So you know you so so there. You are duty of investigation. And i think we need to demand it. I don't think right now i don't. I don't think the biden campaign is in a position. At the moment. I probably would not advise them to go out and say we need to investigate these that. I think we need to think the media she probably you know the more mainstream media. I wish they would say it. But i know that they want so. I don't know it's on us. Yeah let's do it. But i you know i i w- we need to focus a lot on domestic interference to and it feels like it feels like we didn't get the russian interference that we got in two twenty sixteen but we had the we had those exact same kind of Ploys picked up by trump supporters here in the united states and they tried to do it but they did a really shitty job for example guiliani Trying to get the. And ron johnson trying to get this job one hundred laptop thing trying to get legs for that and it never worked or jacob wool making his own robocalls in michigan wisconsin and pennsylvania into you know into groups and districts that are heavily populated by black voters to say you know if you if you show up to vote. They're going to you know. Put out warrants and they'll know where you live and they know who voted for and you know putting out these fake robocalls. He is now being charged with crimes for that. So that's what i feel like. Manafort and kalim. Nick with the kremlin help. We're trying to do in those three states in two thousand sixteen. Now you've got some. You know twenty-three-year-old sec band shit had tried to do it here. Locally for for trump. but it's you know just because it doesn't come from moscow doesn't mean it's now it's not happening from inside the house right. The calls coming from inside the house basically and so. It's it's very concerning very concerning and i think you're right. I think it's going to be up to independent journalists and investigative journalists and and to look into these things. Because the i you're right. The biden campaign is a not not no one. It's not a good time to question the outcome of this election. Not for them but the you know there have been america vacuum that the right has taken advantage at and really. I think that i mean. There was britain media about the vulnerabilities with equipment. Although one thing. I noticed. I have an issue with people who do headlines. They're really bad at it. And so it took me a long time and really carefully watching the market. You realize that almost all of these articles that were coming out with serious problems involved. Espn us because they wouldn't put it in the headline And they should have because you can see how effective repetition as you know the way that the republicans are saying dominion dominion dominion. Everyone thinks that they are the biggest most corrupt worse vendor and. They're you know. As far as i can tell they're really not by far. Yes is the is the bigger problem and and but there has been a narrative vacuum and the television media in particular really fell down on the job because for so many people. It's not real unless it's on data show or other shows and for the or joy reid and so for the past year every night there should have been a segment on election security and have a. Gop was blocking efforts to secure the election in particular. The safe act because they're only allowed to to even tell their own followers that they're victims because nobody knows that nobody knows the democrats champions the safe act and that the republicans killed.

But the governor appointed Democratic Majority State Elections board agreed to extend the deadline by six days to November 12th, part of a legal settlement in state court, with advocacy groups that suit to his absentee ballot rules amid the covered 19 pandemic. GOP state lawmakers went to the U. S. Supreme Court for an emergency stay of the extension after being rejected by a federal appeals court. They accused Democratic appointees of trying to circumvent state law and rig the elections. Five justices declined to intervene in the case. Three justices dissented for NPR news. So. You're one of those people I saw. It's it's weird. These like weird landmarks that we in in conversations we have recorded unfortunately. I'm able to hear exactly what we are thinking not long ago but I mean global pandemic does sort of change things you know that it does. Because a couple of bumps in the road that's for sure yet I don't feel great about some of those conversations being on record that being although I think there's like the post. Post. Nevada TROPPO. Stumbling around, but it's like I would have had the prize of being right? But I also have experienced no happiness. Yeah. No. Right I had so much hope I also regret how much I leaned into the like Joe Biden his Dad Joe. Biden is a rapist stuff because I. "So. I've asked you so many of the questions I wanted to have because I got excited So. When we talk about exposure in particular. RAISING MONEY IS SORT OF A. A side effect of how you get covered. Yes, and I'm really curious about something because for anyone out there who follows me online? You know I really love data science and I'm fascinated by the way that the GOP in particular has been able to tell the story that these liberal owned media companies are censoring conservatives and I'm like Super Ironic 'cause like Jacob wool who's a white supremacist is verified on twitter but Korea Bush can't get verify it get better. CanNot I don't understand why that's happening. I. Don't understand why women of color who are candidates are struggling to get verification, which is, which helps them not be victims to Bob's pretending to be you or any of these other candidates spreading disinformation. I don't understand why it comes out in the news this week. In case you missed it a dumpster fire. There's a lot of information to intake that there have been all these back door meetings with facebook and all these super scary conservative groups that have nothing for the ladies at all so I'm I'm curious. What you want to say to those media companies, who for whatever excuses that they make, which Zuckerberg just made in front of Congress? Are Censoring you. And how again how do we help you change that? Do we need to start a tweet storm tonight and demand that twitter verify your account? I'd be happy to lead it. I would love that do that. I would love that. Yeah it makes no sense because it's not like work is not being done. It's not like we don't deserve to have a verification because all is saying is that yes, Corey Bush who she say she says she is and the thing is doing the work. As an activist, you know so many people want to come at you like this thing is real. Let me just say if you have not heard about what has happened to activists all over this country what has happened to Ferguson activists there are people connected to our movement that have been murdered. There are people I don't know how many times I've been I've had death attempts debt. The death threats, it would be great to have the media be great to have twitter be able to say this is who this person is. This is who this person stands for it. Be Great to have the media actually care about and not only say, Corey Bush running or this person that's running but talk about who we really are. They'll talk about the man they'll talk. About the GOP candidate but they won't talk about the woman that's running they won't go. They'll just say the name and so we have to speak out about that. But this is the thing if we don't say anything about it, they don't have to change it. That's the thing that I've noticed we have to not only expose it but then talk about it and demand they. Give us that gives us that voice we have to be at the table and the thing is I know sometimes you WanNa make our own table and that's great. The problem with always having our own table is that there's a table over there was a whole lot of power that we miss and so we need to be at that table and we need to make our own as well, and so I would love for everybody to do if you could do a tweet storm tonight and that twitter about not verifying me at Corey Bush the. H. I deserve to have a voice and deserve people just know it's me and yes..

"Hey welcome back There are two subpoenas right. Well there's many but These two subpoenas for trump's taxes and financial records that will likely hit Scotus in the next thirty six hours. I is trump V.. Vance which is the Manhattan. Da case where Vance dance cy. Vance subpoenaed masseurs eight years of tax returns. Both the District Court. Any appeals court refused to issue an injunction blocking czars from handing over the documents but Vance has agreed agreed. He would not enforce the subpoena until Scotus ruled as long as trump filed his appeal within ten days of the Appellate Court ruling and that deadline is today and that was very smart. Move by Vance Considering that you know the District Court and the appellate court didn't look like they were going to grant the stay basically Vance said tell. Oh you what if you file within ten days then I won't you know enforce the subpoena you don't have to get an emergency stay and So so trump did that. Today he filed with Skoda's in that case and that's it. It's good that you gave them a ten day window because he could have put put it off for ninety days So he filed that case today. Eh Vance now has thirty days to respond though. I'm sure he will do it sooner than that. Because time is of the interest Of You know time is of the task. It's yes interesting interesting interesting. Time as the water of interest at hymie wetness by Steph and After that thirty day window Vance has to respond. I think he'll do it tomorrow or next week. Then trump has fourteen days to reply so December thirteenth is. The next coat is conference where that's when they decide things like this so as long as vance files before November thirtieth could be considered by the Supreme Court in December if not the next conference is January tenth breath if they take it up or arguments would probably be in April with a decision by June. Twenty Ninth Time Frame. You're looking at now. They all after impeachment stuff probably. Yeah now there's the DC case where the oversight DEM's subpoenaed czars as well and as we know yesterday. The Appellate Court refused to rehear the case and bank. In this case. That's in full of for like the full panel. Instead of a three panel three judge panel in this case unlike Vance's the house oversight Dem's have not agreed to hold off enforcing the subpoena. So Oh I expect trump to file with Scottish for an injunction to block Maziarz According to Steve Vladeck on twitter and he says the decision we We all read by Judge Howell A stay is usually not granted except in the trump cases. He has received a lot of stays granted. I think that the court is probably very very conservative with things having to do with the president he says we could know By thanksgiving if the Supreme Court will grant a stay in this case because applications for stays tend to be resolved much faster than cert- s- so while the Gino the January and then the June decision timeframe April oral arguments timeframe Vance case That takes a long time. This is just for a stay and so th th that could probably be done. Maybe by Thanksgiving we might right now. Is it fair to assume that stay would be a win for trump because I mean aside from it being delay tactic would it be like a indefinite stay It would be until they decided whether or not to hear the case yeah and so it's it's a win only in net it's a delay right for trump because it granting stay doesn't even have any doesn't shouldn't indicated all whether or not they think there's any merit yeah give me a little more context legally really as to what granting estate means it means. there's delaying essentially court saying Mazari's you. You can't hand over the stuff yet until we figure this out uh-huh so it's just an injunction to stop the subpoena from being taking affects. Go from everything you can Ford F from happening. Yeah it seems like Kind of in in committee though you can like tabled something in you. Effectively could table indefinitely. And I it seems like sometimes when things are stayed there like state indefinitely right. Well there's limits. They have to file their responses. In a certain amount of time it would definitely push it back. Yeah but but there's no way this is the end of it stays granted that it's not GonNa be ultimately decided upon later date it will be decided sided upon breakfast as granted because if they have like here. We go go's grants this day that likely means They will take one or both of the cases up on the merits and decide them. This term so by June will know on one or both of the cases if they deny the state that would be a huge loss for trump and bazaars will likely hand over the stuff seekers seekers it. This isn't because everyone was like Oh constitutional crisis what if trump ignores the court or the court if Skoda says We're not hearing this. No stay and of story. It kicks it back down. It makes this the second. I think it's the second circuit could be the DC circuit makes their ruling stand. Which means yes? They have to hand over the stuff to the oversight and this is Ms Ours. This isn't trump so ms ours isn't going to not hand over the stuff. They're the ones who asked for the friendly subpoena in the first place. Bright totally. Yeah this is. This is trump suing wait. Trump's in Congress or trump swing was ours. He Soon Congress. Okay well also I mean if it it goes to Scotus and then they are like. We're not having this miserable. That'd be legally protected when they do hand over the Congress trump won't be able to. I mean to some right yeah. They were legally protected Nina. They were legally protected when the subpoena was frankly like this is xtra ironclad cloud legal protection. Yeah the you can't get more ironclad and then the Supreme Court saying you have to do something. Yeah we'll since congressman as ours are essentially working together. I guess suing one of them is kind of like suing both of them. But if you can can he can he separately sue MAZAAR. 's Not really not in this particular case I mean he could but it wouldn't. It wouldn't stop this released of materials And and honestly in the in the Mazari's case where the stuff's getting handed over over to Congress there is more of a chance of irreparable harm So there's more of a chance that a state could be granted because because this isn't grand jury stuff Whereas in the Vance case it is it is the New York state grand jury? That's I think considering this case so that's more protected. So that's why judge Burrell. Hal denied the stay the appellate court but Vance said. I'm not going to act on it until bill. y'All sorted out but but you have trump. You have to file in ten days not ninety. 'cause I I should So yeah here's the storm in Ashi was confirmed today. He's he's never tried a case He condemned women's rights and diversity. He refused to answer questions during his confirmation hearing. Every Democrat voted against against him. But it wasn't enough so he will sit for a lifetime. Appointment on the second circuit. Court of Appeals. God Damn it and we have a Roger Stone update the jury areas out literally They are deliberate deliberating. And they've asked for a few notes. According to Glenn Kirschner There is a deficiency on the third count of lying to Congress because the indictment treatment says When prosecutors together indictment they said stone falsely testified that his go-between was critical stone actually did not specifically name Krecko in his his testimony? His lawyers sent a letter leader to the house after his testimony saying the go between was Krecko let's call it technical deficiency in the evidence Kirschner believes we should have the verdict. May Probably Tomorrow They might clear him on. Count three because of this technicality but he will probably be found guilty on the other six counts dude faces up to forty five years so that until two years. I can't imagine him spending even. Yeah I guess we did this Manafort Yeah I think he'll probably get. It's it's judge Jackson. If you're nasty girl and she's read pretty pissed off uh-huh read very pissed off and over stone blood under the redacted stuff lotteries in jail. The less are the longer she goes without seeing his face again. She gagged him like three times. Yeah unless you just goes to say hello behind bars tonight Lou. Pebble is really. I think maybe he'll get seven to nine years. That's lamb That's a long time. Yeah I mean I would love to see that. Probably be more like three or four years. Yeah even even that because I mean I think what Manafort's done is much worse than what stone is done and Manafort got like a sentence around that time but at that time he was cooperating in quote unquote metaphor too. Yeah Yeah So. Stone has not even tried to cooperate with any shit at all. Yeah that's true and he's he's he's violated his gag orders repeatedly yeah but it would be against justice ethics to take that into consideration in the sentencing. Well all I mean if you were to take into the fact that he's not cooperating at all. Yeah he's done nothing to help justice system whatsoever. Yeah she could throw the book out him but again the book isn't going to be I mean there's there's guidelines sentencing guidelines and so I'm thinking somewhere around seven yeah that'd be dope I'm going it'd be pessimistic and say yeah two years. Andy the McCabe It's not that's not a segue MC McCabe. His case deadline is tomorrow Though today Judge Reggie Walton has required government lawyers to explain to him privately why they abruptly shifted their legal stance citing concern that he the judge it was manipulated by the Department of Defense Department of Justice. we'll keep you posted as to what happens in this case yesterday as you know. The Department of Justice stopped blocking the foyer release of the McCabe documents arguments about his removal and they had said they were blocking those because they were investigating him. So they're like we can't release these documents because there's an ongoing investigation into a criminal investigation into Andy McCabe but then they said we're no longer blocking the foia case and a lot of people took that to mean including me that they weren't going to indict him because you don't want release these documents unless there's if you know if there's an open an ongoing investigation so it would seem that by no longer blocking them they they indicated they don't plan on indicting him but the night is young and we know that trump was seen yelling at bar in the Oval Office. Today there was an animated discussion.

A lot of crazy stuff is happening into let's get you right away, Scottie Pippen, all Scottie, Pepe. Remember the Scottie Pippen, days, Pippen, Scottie, Pippen, his suing a comedian. Yes. Did you hear the story Canadian and her husband rented his house? Okay. At thirty thousand dollars a month. I'm like, what comedian comedian? And I never heard, I've never I'm like, if it was Amy Schumer, you'd be like, yeah, that makes and his naming their four-year-old, daughter, five-year-old accuses five years at the time, five year old daughter of defacing his home with crowns, which by the way, Krantz, you can't get that out of any that'll never come out. They said pets peed all over the rugs pets and kids, Scottie. Pippen, is very angry at these people, they wouldn't have done this to hold grant. Oh, well you don't do that. He'd have the goggles on that weight. So who now and their house, he rented out for thirty grand a month to a comic? We don't know yet. What's her name? Her name is her last name is Glazer. So it's not Alana Glazer. No former Chicago Bulls star Scottie Pippen, has accused young girl of defaced, his Florida mansion with markers, and crowns markers. So now that actually look you have mansion in Florida. It's gonna get like craft also like don't you a little bit is on this family to, like, don't you make sure that your daughter? What their excuse was the cleaning crew didn't show up enough. What that he still you left someone else's house like yeah. Can't take care Strouss study biff, but so far. I'm completely on board with Scottie Pippin. Yeah, I get it. And I understand that you can't really vet who you're bringing into your home. But yeah, they have to just if you are the parents of a four year old girl, and debt person has put marks on the it is your responsibility to get high up. Hire someone to. Clean your. If you're spending thirty thousand dollars, right? Mon new grant for through grant, and it's gonna be less than that. I know that's saying, oh my God played to the suit filed last year. Pippen said the girl was four years old damage certain elements of the property with coloring tools. That's his fault. Also. How does hollering, maybe the dad is a really bad drawer? Thank you. Let me get some coloring tools Lindsey Glazer. I can't believe we're Avalon a little over Stanton. Okay. Keep going Jacob wool law had a big fan of ours. Okay. I I just I made a. Shit. And I when I watch Jay comedies heart. Okay. Glazer statement. You guys been doing it. What twenty five years, if you look at our stuff, and they don't like it fine. Whatever I get from it isn't whether or not, it's even good. Yeah, it's just jarring. This even happens to me here in LA when you're like somebody is deemed successful. Or if we're not taking anything with them, the jarring part is. How do I not know you? Yes, that's the jar bridles. No. Who you are? Then you have got to be doing something in a universe. That I'm not that's the weird feeling symbol, but I would be on my radar right? Especially because he has in both seeing you either be an festival that I've been at you'll either be getting some buzz that I've heard of you'll be on. This was not a lot of people doing the Virgil and the and the store on the same. So here's the here's the woman said comedian this in a statement from her spokesman she's got a spokesman Jan. You don't have a spokesman you need a spokesman. Dan? Get one she dismissed Pippen's clan. This is her this quote, who would have ever thought that Dennis Rodman would be strengthening relations with North Korea, and Scott, nobody thought that nobody on and Scotty. No tip in Pippen, what the hell does. That mean would be a crate, winter a loser with those six rings would be the crazy one suing little girl..

"You could go there. We'll we'll see college and bachelors degree has become a it's high school two point. Oh because the bachelor's degree doesn't matter anymore. If you don't go further and get a higher, you know, your NBA your master's or your doctorate or something like that people aren't paying attention anymore to a bachelor of arts bachelor of science. They don't care about it. They become ridiculous to easy to get. Because again, anyway, most of your requisites that you're taking in highschool. Anyway, these kids are taking college courses when they're sixteen seventeen years old. So so it's really it's really gotten ludicrous in that. So on the chat breakthrough show we were sitting around the other day, one of the things we're about to do with our podcast is we're going to start predicting the next celebrity scandal because we had Jesse small. And then all of a sudden we almost forgot about Jesse. And Kelly came along. And now we're like, oh, I don't care what Arnold killing kids. Becky for full house is going to prison. I would have never predicted this one. No, this is. That would. Predictable. We all. Smell it even notice name and and Becky from from full house. I would not pull that one out of every banks for this. I will say to your point about bachelor's degrees. And how much do they really matter? I mean, I'm sitting here hosting a television show, and my bachelor's was in criminology, and my minor was Brenswick psychology. And that's all that's read my mind, read my mind. Okay. But so look look at the praising things we talking about Jesse. Let's let's kind of switch gears. Go to Jacob Wolfer a second. So I didn't know Jacob wool was in. So obviously, he is quote, unquote. All right, tweeter Donald Trump's retweeted him a couple of times. And he is he comes out in. He's in. Minneapolis. Right. He's up there. Laura Luma's up there. And they're basically saying this is a dangerous place. He's wearing his his bulletproof vest, and and he goes to the police department. He's like look at these death threats that I've gotten well. He's actually he went out and created Twitter accounts that were fake and sent himself death threats. So I don't care what side of the political. Our you are if you're threatening yourself with death urine idiot. So it had somebody on Twitter today who said. The right is not outrage they were gleefully. Outrage you're happy whenever jussie smollet during the whole thing. But they're not putting Jacob wall on with rob Roberts on good Morning America and parading him around as this guy who's been victimized heated. This didn't go fake his own beating the news around his neck. He created fake tweets and sent them to and then he was just as a twenty one year old Kip ignorant enough to go out there and try to pretend like those were real deal. I was wrong. It's outrageous. It's wrong. Go way give it was wrong. But the point being we're not giving him airtime Tocom, and we're not going to suspects on the street that could potentially innocent. Now, you're going to those guys say those guys beat me up cinema jail. This big difference. I also don't even know who this person is ship..

"And they wanna hold onto that history. Because that's the most meaningful part of the broadcast. Right. I mean, it's not it's certainly not the games that they're getting anymore. And I think that's why you kinda can't be the CBS be game. Because nobody watches the CBS be game. CBS be game is going to Cincinnati. And you know, the fans of the jets they're not it's not a Nash, it's a national national game. So I mean, my my whole thing is any night game in the NFL and really in college too should be fun night. It should be different. It should feel looser actually thought would Joe buck. Troy Aikman did kind of doing that lounge act last year during Thursday night football where they're just kind of looser and funnier. Yep. And a little less serious than they were on Sunday after that was the right idea. It just should feel like fun night. That gets you know, we got his money. It's an extra. It's extra football. And you know, again like somebody thought that and hired Dennis Miller. Somebody did the thought that in hired Tony Kornheiser. So this is again, this is the variation. We're we're we're going through this thing. We are not an absolute half to watch NFL broadcast like we were in nineteen seventy five. But how do we artistically differentiate ourselves and make make ourselves standout? In the pack as kind of the second national night game of the week. It's just a really interesting puzzle. Yeah, I think that, you know, hiring the comedian hiring, the whatever you consider Kornheiser. I mean, part of that is just looking at is trying to break what made John Madden, so great down into particles and just sort of like an in trying to reproduce that, you know, piece by piece, and you know, that's just a mugs game. Right. I mean, you you you can't you can't recreate magic. And and it's going to be interesting to see where they go next. You have any ideas or thoughts about what's what's next for the for Monday night. I think Tessa tour McFarland together is the simplest solution. But I'd be shocked if they don't call Peyton Manning absolutely shocked, and I'd be I'd be shocked if they don't just spend some time thinking about what they're gonna do because they have time. There's not we don't need. Nobody needs an answer on this Vert, you know, view weeks or month or whatever. And I just think at some point I. I think they know they could roll out Tessa toured bugger and be fine. And now it's sort of like, but what else is out there. What things do we need to think about? So I guess I'd make them the betting favorite just because that's the simplest possible solution are David now. It's time for the overwork Twitter joke of the week where we celebrate a gag that was so obvious that all of media Twitter made it at exactly the same time. David did you see that conservative gadfly Jacob wool was permanently banned from Twitter after he revealed a USA today that he was going to create fake social media cancer try to monkey with the twenty twenty election. Yes, I if that is your plan. Do not reveal it to USA today. Of all places, right everybody. Everybody in every airport is going to see that. It was an overwork Twitter joke to of course, go back to the hipster coffee. Shop bits. At the hipster coffee. Shop looking at my phone. It tells me Jacob all has been suspended. People are crying pouring out there law tastes for a real one. I liked another one was I told everyone in the coffee shop down the Jacob bulls account was suspended, and they all said who the hell is that thanks to Eric fell key for that one. David important news from the baseball hot stove league. Last tuesday. Someone tweeted that the ownership of the San Francisco Giants wanted to offer Bryce Harper a long term contract contra the wishes of the giants president of baseball operations. This is a standard baseball. Rumor accepted. The source tweeting the story was smashmouth. It's a smash mouth is whoa, JR. Now, or maybe Jeff passan Smith. Smash? The has got has got the scoop..

But maybe it's not. And I'm Thomas method over there's Andrew Torres Esquire. How you doing Andrew? I'm great. How are you Thomas? Pretty good. Pretty good. We've got some contentious stuff to talk about today. That's for sure we're gonna talk about everybody's favourite lawyer who you think you you end the LA times sounded the alarm early on this guy. But we'll see. I mean, there's been some major of Nadi news recently. And we'll see what we think about it. You know, could be it could be an elaborate Jacob wool hoax or not. We'll find out. And then we're going to talk about Jim Acosta in the fact that he was barred from the the White House press pool. And there's a lawsuit that even Fox News is apparently agreeing with so I'm I'm curious to hear Andrew take on that. And then we got a great listener question about the Oklahoma. I say great, but it's also pretty pretty alarming. Oklahoma just elected a governor who's an anti van. Or so we got a question about that. That's not good news. Alright. So lots to talk about. Let's let's. Of the payment that was made in October twenty sixteen his longtime lawyer and advisor evangelical still believe in the commandment, thou shalt not have sex with a porn star says. Been one an arbitration in. However, whether this president violated that commandment or not totally irrelevant. Our support of him. All right. So everybody's favourite scumbag. Michael naughty. No. I don't know. I, you know, there's been there have been a lot of reasons to be skeptical of this person that I think you've highlighted well on the show, and I for one don't really trust him much. And I don't I don't think we need a Trump to beat Trump, by the way, I think we need to we need a policy wonk bookworm somebody who's going to really know their facts. And what to what to do once in power? But anyway, all of that aside, Michael Nadi apparently reportedly arrested on suspicion of domestic violence. Now. This is a weird one. I don't I actually refrained from tweeting about this. Because at first I was like, wow. Okay. That's you know, it's kind of along the lines of what you and I have predicted about this guy that he's not really on the level. He's he's involved in just not paying a business partner. Millions of dollars like refusing quarters to pay it, right? But you know, that doesn't mean that somebody is also a domestic abuser or anything. I of just didn't tweet because who knows what's going on here. And sure enough he is alleging that it's Jacob all the stupid surefire intelligence. That's what he's saying. And I I can't help but laugh a little bit because his tweets now are essentially like guys I have letters from all of my ex wives about how. Well, I treat. Essentially what he's that's. Yeah. I've had to there. It's only two X wise. But. Look at these statements from my my first and second wives saying, I've never whatever hit a woman. But, but that's that's the thing is that you know, to be fair, though, his ex wife second ex wife is I like both of them are saying that wasn't. I wasn't abused by this guy wasn't me. So at the least clears that part of it up. It wasn't as though he was abusing his his his ex wife, but you know, could just be somebody else could be a girlfriend could be anybody. So what do we know? And what what are your thoughts on this? What what thresholds would would police need to have to be able to make an arrest like this to begin with? Yeah..

"Okay. So wait who are the who are the Trump responders? So there's a couple of big ones. The there are these two guys. The crash steamed brothers who Eddin Bryan Cranston, who there's just like these bloggers each of them have I think half a million Twitter followers. They run this website called hill report, which is supposed to sound like a newspaper, but it's just their website. Like the best way. We're playing them Twitter will not verify them because they're not legitimate. And so one of the brothers got an emoji of a blue diamond and put it next to his name. So that people would think that he was verified on Twitter. Okay. They kick started a children's book called oh God, I want to get the exact name because it's wonderful. Because it it's just saying the phrase bums me out so bad how the people Trump Ronald plump, and it is a children's book about people fighting back against Donald Trump and his evil hairpiece. Which is also a squirrel named we've Bannon. Oh my God. But before they were part of the hashtag resistance the crescent scenes have like kind of a checkered past like people looked into them. And it turns out that a couple years ago. They were raided by the FBI for allegedly running a bunch of Ponzi scheme websites. But the reason that I explain the idea of Trump responders to you is because this hipster coffee. Shop thing has to do with a with a gentleman by the name of Jacob wall hall. Kickable Jacob wool is her name is a Trump responder. He's he's a a term Trump supporting Trump responder. All I know about Jacob wall is he's always saying the most incendiary staff and he's like nineteen twenty. He's twenty he represents itself as a very wealthy, man. And he's one of the youngest people to be permanently barred from futures trading or something. So so wait, so Jacob will so cranston's are liberal Trump responders and wall is a conservative term responder. And so like, here's an archetypal. Jacob wall tweet. He's responding to Donald Trump saying many gang members, and some very bad people are mixed into the caravan heading to our southern border. Please go back. You will not be admitted into the United States unless you go through the legal process. This is invasion of our country. And our military is waiting for you Jacob. Everything was fine chatted about his new job and relived his glory days. Watching varsity football team defeat episcopal high. God damned Piscopo high. Why could beat Georgetown, high got some skeletons? I'm sure any kind of high with a religion attached to it has some problems he mingled, and he replied that. He's hanging in. When attendee ask asked him how he was doing hanging in. That's that's good that he's doing good. He was wearing the same dark suit and blue tie. It. Look. That he wore to his second Senate Judiciary hearing at one of the alumni events. That's crazy. That definitely made me think he needs to listen to hysteria, and maybe decide to use stitch fix or some other such program and get a couple more outfits, your judge for fuck sake.
