PMS 2.0 015 - Grandpa McAfee, NFL Recap, & Aliens
Hello. It is Tuesday, October twenty. Thirty minutes of beautiful one ensure watching football is fun, but it's much more entertaining. When you have some action on the games guys, you've heard me talking about this for weeks and some of you are still on the sidelines, whether you're an expert or rookie you should be betting at my book. If you're the kind of guy that likes to bed a little and win a lot like me. Dodd. I'd like putting the numbers on the rule that you can create a big parlay. You pick three teams or three bets. You win them and you hit all three. You could turn one hundred dollars into six hundred dollars. You could turn two hundred and fifty dollars a four thousand dollars. There's so much bet on playoff baseball, hockey, prime-time fights and more. But my bookie is the only bed. I know you'll be happy with all year. I recommend these guys because I really trust them. On what it is, but I think we'll have that figured out for you follow along on social media find out digs, what are you thinking they have a really cool prop it up right there up on my book right now of which of the NFL murderers will die. I, it's Ray Caruth OJ Simpson and Ray Lewis. Oh rob it on their this. They put out this morning on who would die I, that is a nice little profit. We will talk about Ray Karoo technically didn't murder anybody, but he definitely wanted somebody to people dead because the lady was pregnant with maybe he did his time though he's come out. It'll be interesting to see how the world reacts to because you're supposed to do you do the crime you do the time. He legitimately did his time twenty years in jail, no longer in the NFL. Assuming he's very broke. Will people continue to slaughtering who saw it or not? Good word attack Ray crew. I don't know. It's very interesting. Like, do you trust our judicial system that twenty years in there he learned his lesson or twenty years, not enough for attempting to hire hitman to kill your pregnant girlfriend? I don't know. I don't know. I. We don't know situation. Making a living, how do you? What's he doing out? He's gotta be. You'll be in one of them. He'll be like flip would in a warehouse or something like that. He'll be in a Hewlett Barbara imprison. Oh my work for door dash. By the way. People have been shown of in my husband freaking me home on before he can me out. It's it's been freaking me out. It was a forty five minute delay on my door dash thing the other day, and I wanted to call in like yell at the guy guy answers sounds like straight off, hey, won't you have a seat right over there. Chris Hanson. Breathing hard into the phone. He's using one of them gaming your pieces things and I'm like, do you think door dash checks to see if this guy is on that little pedophile list or not to deliver my Bob Evans, that's right down. I have no idea, talked me two hours, but I don't wanna fight with the guy's fucking kids. Nice fall is here as you switch out, your wardrobe, don't neglect your underwear. They're fantastic. This past weekend was an awesome one for me. I got chance to do a lot of really cool stuff. I mentioned last week's on last week's podcast. I've something huge coming up on Sunday, but haven't even really got to think about it because so much happened. That is true. Let me set the story behind the pappy grandpa McAfee, three field goals for seventy thousand happened on Sunday at the belts game. Well, it's about Viteri helping out Nikki boy. Oh yeah. Big time hard. Big time. Nick solder Persson playing quarterback coming into the colts building in hammered the under Viteri MRs. Two extra points doesn't get sent out for field goal. All of a sudden it's a half a point under the over under my correct. Yeah. And I know how much that record means them. So that meant a lot he would. We be willing to put that off another week to give me a win. Either recommend a lot to me too. I stayed for that entire fucking game. We me and Todd were a costing people that were giving Lucas oil stadium early when there were still Albany needs is five. More points in there was like seven minutes left in the game. We had the ball very easily could have went down kicked a field goal. Now we need to points with five minutes left. There's another chance for venture that all time leading score that Viteri could've got in Sunday's game, people were just leaving like they were trying to beat the fuck in traffic. This is a once. Fuck it aspect. When we were saying those colts fans are like those horrible parents, you know, like you like, hey, mama down. I won the Nobel peace prize. You wanna come in the ceremony and the like. Like. Wherever it is. What's the traffic like on the way out? I, we get ahead star. We can miss the Nobel peace prize, but we'll see the beginning and then we'll be able to get out of there before. That was honestly what happened, but turns out just like I thought then it's areas a hurt growing. I was, I loathe it right away. Literally was watching him, kicking him like it looks like he's hurt. Looks like Viteri is hurt, and it turns out one hundred percent right coming out of halftime. He was late, which one it never happened like all Vinnie cert- Vinnie's vary. And then you watch the ball flights like, oh, he's definitely in. And then after the game comes out, he has a hurt growing, doesn't get the points record. Don't know what the coach are going to do for the next couple of weeks. I got a banger of a poem coming out as soon as Viteri FOX. You really want to work on it. We took our time on it. I feel pretty good about it. It's very good. It's a very and we thought we're going to be able to release it. This past weekend was excited. Maybe it happens at the raiders this weekend. If you powers through this groin injury by the way, snow game kick Oakland Raiders Jon Gruden all the time leading score potentially raiders Jon Gruden. So that would be a nice coming of age story for one hundred million. Coach, fuck them who knows was built their best to help any to. Oh boy, five turnovers just hand in a ball over Nathan Peterman. Teric Anderson. Colin Kaepernick still not still not in the NFL in. I am. I am not a big like you'll call and cabinet deserves a chance die because I think with every decision you make there are repercussions. I honestly believe there are repercussions, especially in a business, right? This is a business. NFL is the business with Nick. We'll get to your decisions too, but I do believe all these terrible quarterback playing football on a regular basis, only feeds the narrative though, like, hey, there's a guy, literally, there's, you know him. He's in every fucking game. He's in a commercial of every fucking game. He's very tall, athletic guy. Can you make all the throws? Nobody can your quarterback? No, definitely not your quarterbacks completing it to the other team more often than not. You should think about me bringing. It's tough, not to think calling Kabir. Nick is still out there. Neither here, nor there bills suck bills mafia, doesn't deserve it. What Josh Allen plays art. Okay, makes sense. All right, good doctors, Jamie, James Andrews, it's legit. That guy gets everybody that marketing that motherfucker has. All time the greatest of all time. I tried to get my need done by him. I literally got put on like a waiting house so far down. I'll have my assistant Dr. Check it out. I'm like, well, I'm not coming for fuckin- John Jackson, who's the assistant James am coming for you, but you know, it was a very interesting done. Got mine. Dr, quote, wake here in Indianapolis, and did a great job. You'll find job almighty. I'm right back in the game. Literally putting balls very well right now. We'll see how that goes. But before the colts game a seventy year old man eighty year old man, maybe I don't know how old that old balls guy was. I'd say he was on the Mayflower, so it's pretty low eighties from Baltimore. Nineteen eighty-seven, but I got a chance to do something with the colts which is really cool. The colts new PR guy, Matt Conti is a friend of mine. He was the, he was the assistant PR guy for the colts. Whenever I was there. He was the one who was told that he had to come talk to me whenever they were happy with something that I did. So he and I, we built up a French. He gets it. He's a guy that gets it. He understands that these are jokes and I'm not offending anybody. There's nothing bad happening. It's just jokes, but he and I, he became the head PR guy. So now he's trying to basically mend fences between me and the colts, which is a cool thing because I had quite a hard feeling towards the coats leaving because Ailes getting fined by barbarian for bullshit what he was terrible at his job be. I didn't enjoy the way they just hand out number one jerseys every which they still do. So a lot of one jerseys is being handed. It's needed some construction. So Conti is trying to basically mend fences like, hey, listen, colts have done a lot of good for you, Pat. I'm like, I agree colts have done a lot. They say, Jim are saying I have never had any beef families taking care me. Well, I've also done a lot for the colts though Conte sees that, right? So they asked me two weeks. Here's what we're thinking. I we have the sh shoot with Bud Light before the game. Basically, it's like a friendship tests with bud, like, will you come be the host of that with Mike? Absolutely sure. They're like fine. They paid me for it, which is really cool. And then a day later, they're like, hey, that same day you're coming to the Bud Light thing. Is there any way we can potentially do a cancer research fundraiser with you? I was like, absolutely right. Because I've done a lot of work with the military. I think I'm at like seven hundred and fifty. Maybe eight hundred thousand dollars. I've donated the military foundations throughout my career, whether it's tickets and money, and scholarships, and all that shit. So I but I kinda, although I still will continue to help military foundations. My foundation. Does that. I kinda want also help cancer because I got a chance to check out my family tree. And I've always said this a bitch is not in the Gardner that thing, the landscaper that tree, the one that saw broom saw in them all down his cancer. So it's it's something where I kind of wanted to pivot towards enough pivot, but also hope that out. So they said, here's the idea, we have basically just like Jack jackass, Johnny, Knoxville, bad grandpa. You put on a grandpa thing. You saw the uncle drew thing. You'll put on this old man mask that we're going to buy. It will be a good mask promise. It'll be good mask. You'll go out, you kick twenty yard thirty yard and a forty yard. Field goal off of a tea will donate seventy thousand. If you do that, if not will donate thirty thousand. If you only hit two out of the three, blah, blah, blah. I'm like, cool. Sounds good to me in between that conversation. And then I had to go to the WWE I had to do a full meeting with two different companies. I did travel to like three different cities. I didn't even think about this app completely forgot. It was even really happening until about Saturday. I didn't know about it. Friday, you're like, Yep, you're going to be filming this. Yeah. So I retired so I could focus more on these types of things. But what turns out happening is just so many things just are lining up that it can't even happen. So on Saturday, I'm literally sitting in my house now my golf dude. When was the last time you kicked a ball of tea because it's a very different ballgame. People that don't. I'm always at a bigger disadvantage than a person who has no idea how to get because to them just kicking a ball off a t- they're just kicking something for me. That inch difference is a huge difference when you're kicking a ball, it's like I started like almost like, oh, fuck seventy thousand dollars line for cancer research pro. This could be helping a lot of people and you're just going to wing it. You're you having kicked the fucking ball t in two years. You're just going to wing it. So I like got up out of bed and I was like Sam needed, come shack, symbols. What do you mean? I was like Longo none of the barn because it was so windy. So the ball Wednesday on the t. so I had to go down to the barn and kick out of the barn into my backyard. I kicked to Paul's off of a hat and I was like, Kat, we're good. Let's see how it goes. We're good. We're good. So I go there. Sunday do the Bud Light shoop beforehand. We ended up a warning guy named Ryan and his fiancee Cecil from Texas sideline passes because they knew there was like a newlywed game that she'll be pretty good by the way that should be a pretty cool video. Then I go into the stadium and it was also rushed. So quick. Everything was very quick soon as I do that Bud Light thing we go right inside for the cancer research thing. I sit down in the green room basically in the basement of Lucas, oh stadium. It was huge. By the way, the amount of room that they give these people who aren't on the team is insane was bigger than the colts. How big was that fucking room? We bought the size of a locker and it was the size of a locker room. I had a flat screen TV. I had dishonor waters the hotel. It was like first class operation. I'm like, this is so nice. Thank you soon as I get in there. Blue comes in coats. Ascott blue. He comes in with his grandpa masks my outfit, my cost, you and they're like, I, we're up in fourteen minutes. I'm like fourteen minutes. I haven't even put this fucking mask on you. So I put the mask on and it's fantastic as everybody who's seen this mask is failing. Absolutely great Fulda everyone, everyone, but there was no practice kicks beforehand because there was no time or place to do it. There was no time or place to do this. So I put the mask on. We walk out to the little thing. I am no, no more than thirteen minutes after I put that mask on, I am in front of sixty thousand people, right? So we walk out with the cane. The whole thing blew drew that skit up by the way, incredible job by him he knew was going to do well on the internet and has very thankful for blue in the coach asked me to do that. So I get out there and they're like the first one. You should definitely miss. In the first one I to- pope in, I realized that when I looked down with that mask the mass slides up. So literally the mask was us on my face motives in my face. Anytime I. I looked down all what that is. What's. Silicone rubber? It's like a robbery. Anytime I would look down it would push the mask up, right? So I looked down for that first one, I realize, oh, I can't even see that fucking ball writer. I kicked it. I to- poked I couldn't even see it. So now it's basically like a half blindfold like I can see the ball. But then as soon as I looked down, it just gets blocked by the mask and then I have to kick it. So I after the first one like, oh, no, could've never accounted for this. We could've never thought about this mask. Blinding me every single time. So then the second one to kick and it was just like, whenever I did the Guinness world record blindfold thing, it was just like I took a picture where the ball was in. Then I kicked and I was like, all right, good. And then we'd run back to the next one and after thirty yard line, we had a little trouble there could've put up all the fucking that tease. He's were, the teas weren't the best teeth I could Damascus on, but I could see you getting frustrated under the massive, get the fuck out of the way. I'll put it on the there was a lot of things happening, but mean not being able to see the balls was. Very interesting. We could never accounted for make the thirty yarder make the forty yard or finally, and then the mask reveal. The city was awesome. It was just the stadium eruption by the way. Very, very cool. It was a cool pop by them, but it was such an incredibly cool day with the colts. It was like really awesome to be back with them. It was just, it was fun. It was very fun. We did some really cool the family in coats, donate seventy thousand dollars than I. You Simon health cancer research center. If I wouldn't have made all three, they would've just donate thirty thirty five thousand I believe. So I was just pretty. It was pretty cool to be back there, but there's no way we could have accounted for the masks sliding up. I mean, not being able to see it was an insane. It was like, oh flock. There's a lot of people watching, and I can't see a damn thing when I was very, very the internet love to the internet, enjoyed it. And then the end Bill smack it was awesome. Undefeated whatever I hit the envel- beat the hell out of the bills. Let's keep it move, gets the bills in the Browns. I saw. For the heavyweights. It was. I do some scouting. They tell you wanna. Hit to who would play patriots, don't you. Winters only. Only it was a day though the guy's got a chance to go to the game enjoyed a little bit. Thank you for that. You know the colts that was very nice atmosphere. Colts gave us a Swayze coats to colts game is this week you was looked difficult because. I'm on this Kito diet. So stadium food is tough. Yeah, there was a pizza you're sitting right there. The colts supplied us with food and drink. Very, very nice. If the colts who was a first class, I've never been treated that good by the colts I walked in there. He just grabbed the hamburger patties thirty eating out of your hand. Only thing you can do, hey, you're savage. Have some respect for who for you. And so we talking about just grabbing meet hung sa- meat and in and out of your hand, like an animal you could Sosas yesterday though. Yeah, that's macking. Fried MAC and cheese by. Or not chose tenders cheese and chili gone. It all looks so good by those good. It was a beautiful day though. Colts get a big win. Vegetarian doesn't get the record button. We raise a bunch of money, university of love, man whenever just know that there was a lot of pain. It was very similar to that panic that happened. And I, you Bloomington, when I took edibles. There was like these people have no clue how close to being a fool fail. It was awesome. The very thankful for blue Nicole. It's very, very thankful. I wanna I want to talk about some good. What is it? This is a for the brand announcement. Okay. Okay. Did. Did. For the Brennan outsca. This is from a CFO article, and I actually wrote this. I wrote this out because I wanted to make sure I get all my thoughts clear. So what you're hearing is me reading something that I wrote and my thoughts about it. Move over Adam Viteri pro football has a new all-time place kicking king is the first line of this article about Louis ward, making forty five consecutive field goals in passing Vinnie's consecutive field goal record. It's very impressive. Very, very impressive. That Louis ward of the CF l. has kicked forty five consecutive field goals. Very impressive. But that is very clearly a CFL record. Vinny has the NFL record. This is apple to oranges. Yes. Kicking footballs through uprights is the constant, but the vastly different environments is what matters here. Ticking ahead game a mental battle between human and bull and pressure is a real thing. We see every single weekend. So although Louis ward has done is impressive and warrants potential shot in the NFL in a situation where the punter kicks off for him because he's got a little bit of a baby like it is nowhere near kicking in the NFL billions of dollars being on the line. Avatars running four twos off the edge millions of people watching not ten thousand, not two thousand millions of people watching. It's just a very different animal entirely at j. H gills tweeted me and said, it is very similar to when they said, each euro beat Pete Rose's record for hits, but they also included his Japanese league at bats, like these are two different atoms. I don't appreciate them coming at Adam venit Terry on this. First of all, I'm a, I'm a fantasy effect because he followed me. I almost on followed him though and told him to go fuck. Move over Adam venit Terry pro football as a new all-time place kicking king like Uber, chill, the fuck out Lewis ward, very impressive what he has been able to do, but in a game that revolves around pressure, you cannot compare what a c. fell record is to an NFL record. You can. You just can't do that. The fact that they even did that makes you wanna make them not even a league anymore, like CFL. You're not even a league anymore because his stupidity, but I think what they were trying to do is get a little height for their guy, which I respect. He was once a security guard for the stadium he's currently kicking in. Now he's kicking in. There has a record, but I don't. I just don't think it is anywhere near comparible. I think it's impressive, but it is nowhere near what happens in the NFL. That was clearly a click, bait headline just to get people to even look at anything from the CFO exactly what do they got. They got probably now, let's let's assume that some Canadian stadiums are very windy. Yes. Some Canadian stadiums are probably a nightmare to kickin. They might have seven thousand fifteen thousand. Fans in the stands. Who knows? That's like a high school game in Texas, but to compare it to a game that is being broadcasted on national TV with millions of people watching millions of dollars on the line billions of dollars, possibly on the line sixty seventy thousand people in the stadium alone. I just have no idea how they can even compare the two and they are by the way they were running with it. They are running with it very hard that he beat Adam venit tears record. It's like, no, no, no. No, no, no, you did not. You have a CFL record. You don't have today doubled down in the article or was it just the headline? Oh, yeah, they continued. They're talking about how it because it is impressive. I would like it to be known to be that consistent at your job. No matter what your job is is impressive. Sure. But that take advantage Terry. Fuck out of here. I bet you the kickers. Not happy. They did that Lewis word. Yeah, I bet you is excited. You think he is? No, I think if you have any any if you just know who you are, they should not have humility at him too. Little terriers. Yes. Software and. King rules, kingdom guys NFL. Yeah, you're like president of your homeowner's association. Comparing that to a king. You know what I mean? You're gonna different realm. So Lord, I made contact. I made contact and all my pitches in here league. Is there any MLB player that has made contact one hundred percent of the times he's bat? No. Your true. So I'm a professional and in professional baseball, I have the highest percentage of contact us a ball, best contact hitter of all time Volta. That's what it would be like if with the, yeah, unbought dumb, but there. I'm on fall. I did not appreciate it. I just wanted that to be. I had to get that out early good because I was not CFL actually sent me that Samya so read they, they're like, here's something you might be interested in the first line. I'm was sent back once you quit fucking toward. Why don't you not? I was not happy, and you're giving the guy respect as far as a kicker. Impressive, very impressive. He hit a fifty two yard or to seal the deal, which was his first fifty honor of the entire thing. So. That kind of says, there's a lot of things I want to say. It's been a Terry hit like six fifty yards in the first twenty because I was a part of that can say record just to reference, and they sent me that message taking vegetarians. You know, I was holding. Part of that. So you wanna come at us. Let's not. Let's not get crazy. Oh, what your team might lose the fucking forty. Fifth grade bowl. What are the uprights wider in the NFL too. I'm not sure. I'm really not sure. I have no idea I wanted. I enjoy watching CFO football because it's football on when NFL isn't on. So I understand the CF l. thing, but it's like come on bro to act like you're even on the same level there. Let's let's please relax a little bit. Let's let's please pipe down speaking of pipe and down. There's a head coach from this Cleveland Browns team just shut the fuck Derek, fourth overtime in seven games for the Cleveland Browns. They've technically played more football than anyone else this year from all of us watching their training camp through hard knocks. I feel like we are part of this team. Now, you know, we all have been forced to kind of have a little bit of a feeling towards this team. We have our favorites, but pulling for the Browns, not to suck seems to be a common thing amongst all fans after hard knocks, kind of made them humans humanize them. We're all like, you know what? We all want to dog bound to be a little bit. We kind of like them from the hut gut to Baker Mayfield being electric. They are a very lovable team. Let's talk about the only thing in my eyes that hasn't been exactly lovable, and that's you. Jackson's lack of self awareness. It started in episode. One of hard knocks twenty said, I'm going to win here. I know it was something I mentioned a one point that that really stuck out because he was the first time I'd ever heard a coach us. I instead of we because I think the coach is mostly the person who should be preaching that this is a we thing and not an, I think. Sure. So as soon as he said that, I knew that this was going to be an issue, but that's the Hugh Jackson difference after this latest game. He said he wanted to take back control the offense basically saying he wants to cook, Todd, Haley, although rumors on the street would say Todd with like that person. Especially that is just a wild, lack of self-awareness swinging Todd Haley's offense in two thousand seventeen ranked eighth in the NFL Hugh Jackson's thirty second dead last now. I know there are all liars. Ben aby bell being just a few, but Todd was hired for a reason to groom Baker into an incredible cubing. A QB's I coach is huge in its development. BA was Peyton Manning and Andrew looks. I quarterback coach McCarthy and Aaron Rodgers. Patrick Mahomes Andy Reid, Jared, Goff in McVay. You see what has happened there, Tom and Bella chicken. Now, Hugh wants to take away a brilliant offensive mind from Baker Mayfield jeopardizing bakers entire career because he's scared. He's going to get fired from not being relevant with that brownstein and also a complete lack of self-awareness. Hugh come the fuck on your. The only thing that is, hey, 'table in that entire breath. The dog that runs through the office, love it. GM chewing gum obnoxiously love him, Brad paisley, making a terribly awkward appearance of stoop dog. Everything seems to be lovable for the Browns except for the head coach has zero self awareness. This is absurd. This is just absolutely absurd. Hugh might forget that he was also calling the plays where they went one and thirty one o and sixteen o in sixteen fifty, or you want it. I'll give you every year that Hugh Jackson was a play caller seems record two thousand three, Washington five and eleven thousand seven Atlanta, four and twelve raiders in two thousand ten and twenty eleven eight eight both years twenty fourteen Bengals the first time with a winning record ten five and one that lose in the wildcard Bengals in two thousand fifteen twelve and four losing in the wild card. Then the Browns one in six one fifteen and sixteen this guy, this guy, there's a lot of ability to point the fingers, right? You can start pointing fingers, but at some point you know there's three fingers pointing back like, oh, it's the team sucks. Yup. Oh, this sucks. This sucks quarterbacks, which is a big deal. This sucks. This sucks this. But if you just have a trend of terrible, like at some point, you've got to have some self awareness and be like, yell, this is my full. This is one hundred semi phone and now he wants to cuck Todd Haley. Todd Haley has got them more ties than you Jackson ever. Got. He said, I know I'm going to win your is. You're just said, I know him on a tie here. Yeah. I mean, it's like there's no credit given like maybe it's his superior call. Play calling. That's got them to the point. They are from Owen sixteen to win every daily coach that Arizona team to a SuperBowl granted, they loss, but they were built entirely on offense. They had no defense on that's Todd Haley is a wild character. And we saw it in hard knocks episode. When Hugh Jackson said, when you're sitting in that chair, I can see how you feel. But when you were initially I'm in charge and Todd Haley he bowed down because that could have been a more. It's Haley goes like, hey, why don't you go? Fuck. But he's by the way he could've didn't. He bowed down to that. And now then return, Hugh Jackson's going to do this. You four overtimes games means there are four plays away from him for more wins, right? And that's all that. And I think if you listen to Cleveland Browns fans, they are so excited about the potential of this team after what they've had to suffer with you. Jackson's offense. The last couple years in now just because guy bangs a fifty nine yard or by the way patent Zoro he'd missed a thirty six, something like that. How or maybe it was a thirty order. I'm not sure it was in the thirties, but he misses the. He hits a fifty nine yard field goal there. That's the only reason why Hugh Jackson speaking there is because a roll the dice hits and it's just absurd to me that you Jackson has no clue. No, nobody on his team like y'all shut the fuck up to sit there and just hope that you want a game in. This will be one hundred percent, two hundred percent, maybe three hundred percent better than what. Fucking Donnie. I saw something else that was like the second half of that game. They had one of their best offense of half of the year, like only one pun. They had two touchdown drives, and I think field goal drive and apparently he's on very thin. Ice Hugh is included as soon as he said that he should have been fired. He should've been listening to you. We've had about enough, you bro. You you say you want to go with do more now? No, no, no, no, no. We're trying to make you do a lot less like get the fuck out of our city. That would be awesome if it's no secret that I was not a huge fan of Todd Haley in Pittsburgh, but he clearly has made the Cleveland Browns offense much better than it was with Hugh and Hugh as dealers fan, Hugh coming in to help with the off. It's super. As a head coach who is an offensive guy, and you say that now you're gonna start helping with the offense. What the fuck of you've been doing during the week? Aren't you sitting in an offense of meetings and probably helping with the game plan? I hope not like for Baker mayfield's sake. I hope he's not helping at all. Like I hope he's just out of there. It's just why this guy, this fucking guy. If you get fired though, do you think targets the job? Yes, for sure. Autograph there, but they've both been head coach, Todd Haley, be the head coach, Greg Williams, strictly with the way would look if Greg Williams was to be hired. And I, I'm excited for Todd Haley being the head coach of a team. Again. I mean, I like I do like. Taught sits down. He drops that same line. You guys are in those seats. I mean, they're definitely dog at you. The first you got. It's all it doesn't have meetings in the possibility. You go on the parking lot and you huddle around us Camaro. Rip it bowl, rents flicking one other guys cars. He's the best. He's the best. But the thought that Hugh Jackson thinks he's the answer because that's what he saying. Pretty much Hugh Jackson is saying that I'm the answer this is you Jackson being an eye guy in auto? We again, because even if you are going to start doing that, why are you announcing at a press conference? This is just like you Jackson not getting told information because he was leaking into the media. Last year. There was scared Adele things because he was the snitch to the media just like what if the teams have done this before? Like Thai hasn't McCarthy going back and forth? He doesn't like almost every year it seems like. But yeah, he does do it a lot. He'll relinquish playcalling at the start of the year. And then like by week eight or nine, he wants to do it again. So we'll see, but, but I'm sure it's not something he public random saying. He's never know thrown the coordinator under the no, definitely not. He doesn't kill, you know, taught Ailey doesn't have much tracker. I do though. A while saving since he has a better head coaching record than you. This is the worst I came around on. Nope, you call it episode one and you should have stuck to that. I know I came around on Hugh Jack city, which is a rap song. If you wanna. I came around on him and I shouldn't. I should know when bullets start flying guys that say, I instead of we will throw people under the bus every single time. That's the way I he's just trying to buy another week to save his job. Yeah, just like the Jaguars bro. A bunch of guys down are throwing everybody under the bus man. Jalen Ramsey said to the media, you guys walk in here. You see what's going on in here between each other and the coaches. It's like, we don't. Can you tell us what? Because he kept saying that you can see it. It's obvious what's happening. It's like, I would think you guys fighting with each other or the coaches who's fighting who like what's going on. I think that Jacksonville Jaguars locker room has become just a nightmare, just like what will happen in Seattle. This seems to be the same thing that happens, right? Seattle's defense was their thing. They're thing legion of boom. Let them the success. Jacksonville, Jaguars defense led them to success. You pay Russell Wilson. You play your pay. Blake Bortles eighteen million. Blake, Bortles gonna eighteen million Russell wasn't probably in that same area. There, then defenses and you're like, you're paying. This motherfucker more than us in. We are the reason we're here, and then all of a sudden I want you're supposed to keep business out of it. You're supposed to business out of it. Business starts lurking in, especially whenever you got a lot of big personalities in there, and it's only a matter of time for all shit hits the fan is a cane just be as good as limit for net is a cane just be little for nets gone that they unravel. There was more shit like that. He didn't believe in the Jaguars last year and it's it's always been by Boorda's like Blake Bortles early in his career. Got a great stats because they are always behind letting games and they were throwing Li in the games. And there was some point where he stopped knowing how to throw like, I don't know what happened. But then it came back and then left again. But then you could also tell it entrust them last year because during the playoffs they just didn't. You can tell they don't trust the pro that patriots game. Yeah, could've either traded for teddy or got teddy before the season for three dollars. You know, they let jets literally got Saudi for three dollars. You know what names footing out there who call. Call governing. Is still out there. You put him running quarterback with the Jaguars with a good even at a defense getting torn apart by the way. Yes, they keep talking one hundred yard rushers. They keep talking shit that defense hates each other to. I don't know why how that happens. That defense hates each other. It seems like it's a lot of egos. A lot of ego playing together. Those egos are fine when when you're winning, yes, everybody makes fun of front runners. All he's a front runner. He's a front runner. That means he wins a lot. That's what that means. That person front runner. They win a lot, but it does. It is a real thing. Whenever runners, people are used to succeeding, start failing. You learn a lot about people and that Jaguars team is failing quickly. Eight to see it. You hate to see with all those loyal fans for years and years and years. I real careful. Richer, real chirpy fucking fan base when they're winning. They're gonna end up on time. They're going to end up in England. Somehow, Tom Coughlin is going to probably reboot that whole team that teams are gonna start back at zero and those fans back for fucking. We were back for just a second in our, we. My sources rumors. Oh, they're just, they just floated out to me. You know, just a little Florida, floater, tall, my bring you lie down. That'll help at it's terrible. Everything realize so bad. Why is your so back? Because it's so old. That's what it is. Anything that he had in his arm is gone on. He's not mobile at on their line is just so there's so foreigners. Right? How come you liked? Didn't just realize that it's it's done well, how come it hasn't just realized that the time has come. I just imagined. He's probably so competitive. He probably can't admit that you think ribs don't bounce checks, don't bow. Especially if they're seeing what Peyton did. Yeah, to come back after that injury and just, you know, pull few more years out and play at that high level. I think he probably sees that and he's like, I think Peyton played one more year too long to last year. There's a lot of hand off hand off a lot of hand off that defense one. That's both of them a lot of hand enough which by the way you can call it system QB or you can just say whatever successful that was successful for, they still got him doing shit that it was ten years ago. So you know, you can't do that anymore. But if they do anything against the lie, they have the entire PR the manning PR firm against them. It's one Gina Smith went in for Eli last year. You would've thought you would've fucking thought that Aaron Rodgers was getting benched for Gino Smith. You would've thought to Tom Brady was getting benched for Gina Smith. The way a world acted was insane. It was absolutely. Now as Gina Smith dancer knitting in, I don't think so, but people will just the PR around Eli manning still. So straw hay and tells them. So he's Thomson completion percentage right now because they literally don't throw anything over like ten yards because they can't a lot of thinking dump success though in the NFL if you really need it. But in it's tough to watch ally. It's tough to watch. Whenever he retires and leaves was a great quarterback. You'll forget about these shitty years, but it's almost at the point now where you're like, come on. I wanna see what saquon can do with a with people in the box. Yes, with an engine, you know, with like with an absolute engine in there, possibly cooking up some real success for them. I am. I am a big saquon Barkley feathered that game on Thursday night against the eagles literally tried putting the entire team on his back like, you know, who doesn't enough, and this is probably every person that's doing take steak right on Kareem hunt is unbelievable. I forget about how good he is because of all the other weapons, he's a beast. He barbecue chicken barbecue, chicken, bro. He is so good that New England coming out party at last year. We had a fumble on his first touch in. Then they put him back in this guy must be the truth. Infants rookie his first touch bumbling, and then they're feeding him again and he was in. It's kind of like he's been lost in the shuffle because they have so many weapons, but homes is learning can run too, by the way, which is not a Chris Collins was like whenever we ran for a first down one time and then slid perfect baseball slide. By the way he had perfect Saudi played baseball and basketball. By the way, get this NFL player plays other sports. Fucking. But Chris Collins worth was like, I just heard seventy thousand people here. Narrow Arrowhead screamed get down or something. I was like, no, you didn't twelve yards with nobody around in like, this is what makes this is what will take Patrick Mahomes than the next level that offense though is beautiful. I'm scared. Andy Reid is wasting all of his blades. I don't know because Andy's got that. He's there. It's it looks like they're doing a lot, but they're doing like that very simple college offense where they literally have four options every play, and that's Patrick Mahomes at Texas Tech, and he's just so good at it because that's what he did already. It's it's almost stoppable his because he reads the run, and then he's if the linebackers go pull it and look for the slant behind. And if not though always have that fucking flared like tyreek hill over here, he reads now listen as a guy who was once scouting quarterback and a college that ran very much RPO offense. You read the end. You read the end to see what the end does down. But whenever you have five people running for twos on the same team, you can't just re the defense. Which is read everything. It's, it's, it's unfair. The only way that offense could stop unless they're playing the patriots and somehow the patriots. The patriots does somehow whatever the patriots do. They do it in it seems unstoppable. It really seems unstoppable. The only way you beat is penetration. So that's why the LA Rams game on Monday night in Mexico City. I watched this with WVU with Pat white. Any team that could get penetration on our line was we're fucked because it just completely disrupts everything, Aaron, Donald, an indomitable soup, potentially getting penetration on that line early is the only way to stop this type of offense. And this is just grant. There's probably other ways, but may just watching for years of success in Pat white. Probably one of the best to do it in college in the history of college doing it. It was whenever we would get beat is when they got penetration on our line. And that's why the Rams are potential kind of stumper for the Kansas City Chiefs adults getting hot to four sacks on Sunday. And then he just gripped us the fumble of like it wasn't even. I don't even know what happened. He's Aaron Donald unbelievable. He started. He swag to say, q. says, he talked, hey, queue says, once Aaron Donald starts getting comfortable when he knows you have no chance. He said he'll talk shit. I was like, I love from hills. He q. ache, you knows that. Hey, cues, a center at a playing him and eight you, I guess, hey, queue says he and Aaron Donald get along. He's, but he's watched. Plenty of his guards get let Donald confident and then just has to listen to it before the, hey, lined up Ben over for the snap, and he's Aaron Donald telling his guard like, oh, you bought to get this. Shoe is shift. SARS gosh, Bob seal later the chiefs are going to be very, very. I realized this last night that she's going to be very, very hard to beat at home too because their liabilities defense, but with seventy thousand. Allowed a stadium in the NFL Ford injustice, Houston artists going to own tackles getting off the ball, how that's sweet Caroline thing. Al Michaels and Chris Collins Moore spoke right over top of it. I'm like if I'm learning anything from watching the WWE people when the crowd gets going, you hear Michael Cole yelling at the commentators like shut the fuck up. Like literally, let's let the crowd heat here because the crowd is a part of it with the NFL. You don't normally get that. You don't normally college. You like there's a, there's an atmosphere, right? You can get chance and sings and the NFL you don't normally get Lucas stadium. I forgot quite that place. It's so quiet. So so it's always the two. We were walking around the outside before we came in and I couldn't believe like the atmosphere outside was so tame and mild and just like it was like a nice Sunday morning. Is your hospital amused to walk into the stadium like drums, banging people, screaming, like music class in murder. It's people are nicer greatest city inserts that you allowed when we're on defense and they're like, oh, shit. Quarterbacks while they're hard time here. Sorry, I don't want you to leave here with any bad. Working sir, but they were. They were thinking sweet Caroline. The entire place was singing sweet Caroline, and they just spoke right over top of it. I'm like, what? What are you? This doesn't happen in the NFL often. This is very much a college thing, and you guys just talking right, overlook that thing eat a little bit. The game was already over anyways. It was unbelievable, Bain, Arrowhead, very college, like atmospheres new film sea. Seattle didn't get any respect in that conversation last night and I've never played it. Seattle, never in my life up in Seattle. I've played at Houston whenever the game was really on Houston was a lot of stadium I've ever played. It played in Arrowhead. That was when they had Brady Quinn playing quarterback, though the fans were just waiting to boob right. That's all they were doing. They were there for one reason. One reason only it was the last game of the season. Bruce Arians was our coach. It was negative something. I busted my ass and warm ups because the field was actually an ice skating rink. So I went out to punt in the first punt I tried to warm ups. I just fell flat on my ass. It was a bad situations, Bruce Arians. His halftime speech was it's cold as fuck. Let's get a win and get the fuck out. Halftime speech. We gotta win, but I was so excited to be there because it's like the lower aero hand is awesome, which it is by the way cool shape, too. Awesome. Dude, it is absolutely awesome. But those fans were just waiting for Brady Quinn to fuck up. They were just waiting and waiting. And then he threw a pick six and like the second quarter first quarter in the place erupted like sarcastic. Cheers. Those back when their defense was incredible. They had like ten pro bowlers on defense in on offense. They couldn't do a single thing. They couldn't do a single thing on offense. Now they bring an Andy Reid. It's almost like it's completely opposite, and I enjoy that Arrowhead placement man, that's sweet. Caroline was a great moment that they just talked right over. I look out Michael's. I think he's very talented. I like Chris Collins were to a bit negative. He's a bit negative. I like Chris concept, but boy, they blew that moment. I thought. They read took the under last night. Yes. See, a lot of people were talking about how he didn't kick that field goal there or whatever. That's like a respect thing though. That's like a karma thing wherever you do that. I think the coaches feel as if it's karma if I bury this team whenever it's already over, that's gonna come back and get me at some point. So I think that's what it is. Cream was what a yard away though from picking it up or wear. I think it was where cream on it was. Yeah, they were a yard away from picking that up. It's like you pick up the first, okay. Seeing them getting buried, really ravens were not the ravens. The Bengals have been exposed for who they are dog shit. Now I don't have to worry about those the fuck and Browns that mess going on in the ravens. Go less the New Orleans. It a great day for the pits. First place. You the best job can you can now at the ravens everything seems to be funneling towards digs is conspiracy theory digs I'll let you take it away. All right. Well, let's just let's just set the scene. The ravens have just scored a touchdown. They are down one point. There's like ten seconds left in the game. All that to do is hit the extra point and it goes over time. They have Justin Tucker, automatic honest automatic, the most accurate field goal kicker of all time in the NFL Justin Tucker. He has hit two hundred and twenty two. Two regular season extra points in a row, three hundred sixteen straight extra points of view, count playoffs in college hundred and twelve out of one hundred and twelve since the field goal or the extra point has been moved back. Nobody else in league has been no. One else in the league has been even close to that. Nobody in the league has been tried and true and pure as Justin Tucker since Justin Tucker got into the NFL CFL. All he's going to do is sit the extra point. He's the ravens and the saints go to overtime to battle it out. But no, not so fast. My why not? Why not? Yeah. Well, because it's drew Brees and the NFL's rate for drew. I think you all realized that I have brought up all these brilliant points about this drew Brees in the game, and he throws his five hundred touchdown. You think the ravens going to be in that game. I don't think so. You think the ravens are going to beat your bees drew Brees when the ravens are the only team that drew Brees has never beaten. I don't think so. Now drew true reason. He's dumb baby, not driven. His done baby. Also if you watch the video, the extra point, Justin Tucker is very shocked at didn't go in because it started off right down the middle, and then just somehow tailed thirty feet to the right. That's God. God likes Therese. Oh, God. Getting some help offset you call. God. I'm gonna say. Yeah, maybe Zeus, I just say it was fucking I don't know. It's just a weather. Here's the NFL. It might not be then fell because the NFL if it was smart enough, which sometimes they're not could have easily just had flacco throw an interception the last drive and people like, oh, that's just Joe flacco would fly instead, they were going to have this well flat instead they're going to have Justin Tucker, miss an extra point. It's like, hey, you're giving it away now. Yeah, get cocky. Yeah, you get a little all you think we can just you think we're just knowing what anything fly by your little drew. Brees starter, Justin, Tucker. The guy who hits the ball, the most pure out of any these fucking announcers, by the way these announcers talking about it, I can't. I wanted to just crawl through the TV and slap them. I just want to slap them without stupid there. I can't fathom how stupid these people are. The commentate on games. Quote, Justin Tucker is known for dancing with the upright now doesn't that is that is not what Justin Tucker is known for you down the middle, every single, fuck every fucking time, right behind the uprights. There's an. Normally a stairwell that goes right up the there's like a staircase goes up in a stadium. Normally, if you watch Justin, Tucker's ball falls right down the middle of that every single time in this ball started that way. It started that way. And then she just kicked out to the right. I never seen now. Normally when you hit a ball that, okay, let's take the junkie. Let's think you the driving range whenever you hit a slice, you go outside and you get a little side spin. The ball comes in football. If you hit it fat with a soccer style, kick your coming, boom, you're hitting it fat, and you're kind of going inside out or outside in just like a slicing Gulf. But normally for that to happen, it has to go way left and then it comes back. That one seemed to go straight and then just tail off, it didn't make much sense to me how that ball happened. Also, his face after which is now the greatest gift. I'm going to use it probably every single day of my life. He looks like my spank thing for a long time. Mass-based John Tucker's face. I don't care because not only did we predict this because of the saints are drew Brees. Ravens only need being only team needs beat. Yup, but I also the Steelers are in I in the AFC. So both of them are good for you, but it is. It did seem, and they're also lined up right of center to buy the wing. So the ravens were lined up right of center in the wind seemed to be blowing left to. Right. So I didn't fully understand understand the move, whatever. We had a little wind in the stadium if it was hard left to right, we would wind up leftist center, so the Vinnie could kick it straighten and they would have a little bit more room to drift. Right? There's a lot of thoughts going on. You can lean a ball differently if the wind's blowing left to. Right. You can stand it up a little bit more so than it will fight the wind a little bit more. You can pull it towards you for a right footed kicker, if the wind's going right to left Soto battle through the window a little bit, there's a lot of things you can do, but that ball looked pure to me, and then it just turned at the last second. And that's a nightmare situation for Justin Tucker. 'cause you literally have. No idea why you have no idea why that half. So he's probably never gonna make a kick again, right. I hope it doesn't happen. This is the type of NBA shame. Justin Tucker has proved that he has great mental wherewithal or whatever. Is that the right word mental toughness? Look at me, here's good mental toughness sued. Oh, there it is. He seems to have that and he has a good swagger and he stepped up to the press conference by the way afterwards and took it right on the chin, which is awesome. But that is the type of kick though that could make you over think your next one and then it's fuck, but he's Justin Tucker. That was wild to me. I have breaking news for a team that also missed a kick to go to overtime k. Dallas Cowboys. Yup. Traded for more Cooper being done. ACDC, no more. Wasn't that a thing there for a while. So John gruden's dumping the team, what's happening? I called this last week on a quick hits. I wouldn't Gruden was on. I said, hey, you're getting rid of all of your best players. So you could get draft picks for these upcoming years. So when you leave Oakland, Oakland is going to be that sad because you guys gonna be fucking terrible, but then going into Vegas. You're gonna have all these draft kick draft picks sitting as Yep. You're just gonna. Everything's gonna go in and then you're gonna win. You're gonna be hero. It's surprising, but it's not that surprising, right? Because Gruden has no allegiance to him. It's not what you've said this before. Like when Greece and Kevin new GM's come in, they want their guys up there. Gus now, Greenwich market per hell. Football, I did read that. He has the same agent as Khalil. Mack and burden is trying to get rid of all those guys. I think Karl Josephs on there too, and they're trying to get rid of. Yeah. So you think he's just can't wait to see how much more acute for science for in Dallas. If he's Khalil Mack sage. Ninety million man. He's he was so good. His first two years in these fallen off. I, I can't tell if he's good or not anymore. I assume Amari Cooper. Yeah, everything revolves when you're a wide receiver around the guy throwing you the football. Let's remember back whenever Amari Cooper was really good. Guess who else was really good, Derek Carr was fucking believable. So ACDC became a thing. Thereby talked about there was hoping the bay area everything, and now it's all gone to shit that penalty against the law snapping penalty. He snapped him in the probe that guy. Great snapper unbelievable real estate guy down there too. It's got a bunch of commercial real estate in Dallas. That's not per- as loaded he is fucking loaded like next level, commercial, real estate selling malls, I think loaded. He just does long snapping as a thing. He's been there for like twelve years, eleven years. He's an incredible long snapper really good guy that call on him is fucking outrageous. So the calls on the long snappers for moving the ball. It's like holding on offense of line. You can call it anytime you want, anytime you want to call it, you can call it, but it's just whether or not the reference to be an asshole. That's kind of the way it is just like Walt in England called me for a whenever. I got somebody to jump off sides instead of calling it on the DUI many coated on me just because he's a fucking prick. That's kind of the way the refs. Sorry, it's like they, they pick and choose. They wanna blame it on the defense and they wanna blame it on the long snapper its position as that's exactly what it is. It's position as he attacked along snapper and they call it on him instead of the deal. I'm in the jumped outside like a fucking idiot. In a huge moment. It was. I can't believe they called that over. This showed the one earlier and then the after it and there's no discernible difference between the three that they could call it anytime. Literally, anytime in the ref has that conversation with the long snapper almost before every single game. So this this long snappers been having this conversation with these restaurant twelve years now, hey, this is what I do before the snap. This is my mechanics because every snappers different. Overton like elongate his arm. So he was further out. So to do that, you have to move the ball, and then you have to extend it out. And it's like, hey, this is my move. Basically you're telling the rest of this is my move. This is what I do every time the ref goes. Okay, good. Just don't change it from that. So that guy did the same exact thing. He always does in Rodney Harrison on the fucking football, nine Americans like a good call. As you've no fucking idea what you're talking about running or someone I think run arisons a really good football mind, really good football. But when it came to this, it's like, why are you even talking? Why are you even talking and then Tony Dungy. Fuck. I wish I would have wrote it down. He said something that just completely contradicted everything. He's ever done everything. He's how I'll think of it. Those two are really on one this week where I wanted to climb through my TV. Do you think in that instance that it was because of the moment that it was magnified like you say, that's something that can be called every play at a lot of those plays are extra points or the field goals? They're probably very routine. I feel like do you think with the score and that's the choice in the refs were looking closely and they were more diluted, maybe jumped out to them more than it did in any other instance. So this is just what it's like. Whenever you give the refs that that leeway did you make judgment calls because in huge moments refs are humans to the refs are humans do? So one of these shots to the head like all, it's a judgment call. You're giving. A lot of leeway it'd be like all in my head. It's just like four progress with stopped. That's their kind of Trump card for everything. They're like, oh, I call for progress being stopped. If a fumble happens late, they end all conversation. That's the same thing they can do with, oh, who's my judgment that that happened? That's like the Trump card and it'll be all thing. I don't know. I just don't enjoy the sought of judgment playing with humans. I just don't ended up when I was listening to Rex Ryan this morning in to your point. He said it was probably something that the Redskins coach is brought up with the referees before the game to watch. And then once again, right before that snap. So then maybe if they saw even though the stabber went over with the rest before the game of something that they thought they had to call if they jumped off sides, that guy's been snapping the same way for over a decade, though. That is the Wild Thing to me. It's like every snapper has their routine. It's it's like a golf, Sergio Garcia, what he doesn't forty five fucking pumps. It's the same thing whenever it comes to snappers they all have their same fucking routine. And by the way, the biggest mental. Little people, but what's that word and set a little person smaller person know where to start. So as an Zito. Know slipping your mind just forgot it. Yeah, mental little people are the lungs because their job is so minute, so minute you Lord you. It was not. But it was because they are their job is their upside down quarterback that has to make fourteen yard pass or an eight yard pass, and it has to be perfect every single time. So it just becomes like a golfer with their routine, and they just get locked in these routines and locked in over a decade that guy's been snapping like that and on a game winner, you're going to back it up to a fifty two yarder. It's, it's like you're so you you're so dumb. I can not let this play overshadow. How big of a fucking bitch, Jason. Garretta's all the time. He's the worst haze getting crushed today for good reason. Thank God. Why? Because they had like. Tw- twelve seconds left in one time out. And instead of like like every other team in the league would probably either, I don't know, maybe throw five yard Al, get trying to get ten yards. The middle get down real quick and call a timeout. He fucking ran a play with Zeke just to center the ball for the forty seven. So let me tell you why this is. This is a cover your ass. This happened at the colts a few times with Viteri. We give them a line, say relying today is the thirty eight yard line. So fifty six dollars where we're at the offense coordinator. Here's that they think, okay, we need to just get in thirty seven then. So they've done their job. Basically it's like we've done our job. We have done everything. We, you told us to get to thirty. You'll take it from there in all we would ever say is like, yeah, but a thirty seven yard is a lot easier if we would do that. But all the coaches think about is covering their own as we were told that the line was to get it to here, we got it to their. He didn't do his job. That is one hundred percent. What that is four. So I can see how you think took a coward way out because he did he did. He did that is instead of picking up more yards. He was just basically like the kicker told us where he wanted to get to and we got there. It's his job for not making it which is true by the way the kid enough like for that, that ball at that post that dog show was pretty hard. I think it's good from sixty plus good for that kid, but man, it's just it is a situation though that I see often it's not every other coach does that by the way there's a lot of not every other coach goes tries to get more yard for a lot of coaches also just cover their own ask, okay, we were told to get to the thirty eight. We got to thirty eight. That's what we did. This is just on top of him not going for fourth and one in overtime on the potent s- forty two weeks ago against us to speaking of a guy going for it in rolling the dice and it backfires timeframe. Everybody's talking about him going for two here in in London, which I love by the way. I'm a big fan of this move. I am a big fan of this move over time in London. We're already miserable. Skip back to fucking America. Let's give these people game too. Outplayed too. So it's like, let's this was not take it to fuck role of the dice here. One point we can still in this game, we can steal this game right now in make it happen. I enjoyed a couple of weeks ago. They had a fifty order and overtime for Ryan suck up who's one of the most consistent. It was four, thin, four, fourth in one or something like that. Ain't overtime. Variable goes for it. They make it. They scored touch on. They win variables a hero. He's he's a legend because he trusted his team, blah, blah. Now he goes to work for two. He doesn't get it and there's some people that bash him for these young. This is what a young coach will learn. It's like, you know, two weeks ago. He was a legend for this this week. He's not in your eyes and I, I love it. I love the way variable coaches by the way he's got boxing gloves on his walk in there, and he wants to win. I like the way I like them alive. That's who you are and you're going to do it every time go for it because like Sean Payton, one, four, five times, fourth down. Like if that's if that's what you're going to do, and that's always what you're gonna do be who you are and there's nothing. I don't know, Costa always. Like if you feel like our defenses really crushing today, I have a lot of confidence going into overtime. If we know confidence. Now you have no confidence one way or the other. It's one way or the other. You know, I, it's just very because Frank Reich, one, four, right? He went four. They throw the ball, oh, skits ball, low Houston. Texans get a win over time being being boom. Everything is a hindsight legend or idiot decision in the NFL. Every trick play. Every decision is a hindsight judgment decision. If it works your genius, if it doesn't, you're the fucking worst. You shouldn't be in the NFL. Nobody went for more than on fourth last year than Doug Peterson. Like it's it's, I guess it's like, do you have the balls? Because the, they always say the analytics, blah, blah, actually, you should actually go for it on fourth more often than they do just coaches are fearful for the job. Well, feel position. Yeah. Field position is a big determinator of who wins the game. It is. And as soon as you see all these, that's right. It can kinda scare you. It's like Gruden said they have all these stats. They don't know what to do with them. Basically, it is true because you have these stunts like if we win the field position, we're gonna win eighty two percent of the time. If we feel physician, if we do this, we're going to win Bubba bless now you have these stats in your head and you're like, well, they say if we win the field position, a majority of the time we're going to win. So why would we risk giving it up? Thirty nine right now. Let's completely fucks it up and go forward. It's like almost ignorance is bliss, knowing too much. Can also screw you, and it seems like that is the case I love for able though I like guaranteed players love him. Yeah, it looks like that Kevin guy, I love for able man. I don't know if I'd wanna play for him to be honest. Seems like a bit of a hard ass, probably yelling at people, I'd assume, but he seems like he's going to be a coach that wins. You know what I mean? Marcus mariota. Mario isn't a. He's not a world beater. He's he's not he, they're young. There is a guy that I don't think his second contract. He should make more. More than fucking six million. Five million. I don't think now that's no offense, Marcus. I just think that there's a chance they can roll the dice and pick up maybe a Patrick Mahomes coming up. You know what I mean? I think they should build the team instead of the quarterback. Marcus is a great quarterback and get the job done, but I like what variables doing down there in Nashville. They need it by the way that team needs. They don't deserve. They're always so close to being almost good every year we play them every year. We played like this year. Titans are going to be good this year, and then we get down there and our team shit and we, I don't know what's going into it is it's very weird division Houston to Shawn Watson rides on a bus. All the way the game picks up a win. They've won four in a row. Three JJ watt with one of the most relatable things I've ever heard him, say, said, who wish you could hop into showing Watson's bus get some cold beer right back with them. I love that was the most relatable JJ watt. NFL game after having his lungs collapsed and bruise. Now that he's, it's too bad that injury to fly, but he can play in the NFL game. That's crazy to me. He can't. He can't fly. That'd be scary, but we can definitely put them out there with potential. Four hundred pounds of humans crashing down on. Yeah, we'll put him on a bus that'll be. Are you going to have the bus around him on the field? Life. You don't mess with his cabin pressure. Do never mess the cabin pressure. I, you know, it's interesting because they have all those ways to beat. It was coming. He was shuffling papers. The plane though something that people do have to battle against when it comes to medical. It's very interesting to watch like guys who are hurt before getting on a plane on the way game like the conversation. I've never been a part of the conversation, but there's always a very long conversation with the trainer like, hey, you have to put these pants on. You have to wear these tights. As soon as we get off, we have to do this. We have to do that because the altitude, I guess is what kind of fucks with your. I guess there's a lot of swelling that how if you have high blood pressure, you're gonna plan really almost. Yup. Is it because are you this Zito fat is might be a little bit, but I'm pretty sure I've heard before. I'm not gonna do it. It sounds right. Altitude. What pressures didn't blow rollercoasters to you're not supposed to get on rollercoaster Russia, right. We're pregnant. Geez. Is that because you could potentially get scared and die? I think it's just precautionary, which is why even take a chance. I don't like the planes, but they're kind of necessity in this world. By then, how about this Shawn? Watson, just in his own boss motherly. That'd be a great. That'd be cool. Great. That's like everybody love everybody. Portait more short drive ten hours as those blesses comfortable. It's not like he was on a bus like we ride on a conversion van. I think he was a luxury. Imagine if you left driving. He's going Pittsburgh JJ. Stopping the guesting. Sure, yeah. Stop. It guest. In the middle of the wheezy Anna to stop at a gas station in Jacksonville. Got over their NFL game. Yeah. Yeah, I'm the quarterback you what I mean, come on her because of her movement. Dropouts started their own watch company. This company is growing like crazy and now with almost two million watches sold in one hundred sixty plus countries. They continue to revolutionize fashion on a belief that style should not break the Bank. Don't tell you how many steps you've taken or blow your wrist up with text messages. It tells time and looks good, damn good. Sunglasses are the best best. They have the best thing goes over. I'm not a big, watch guy. I was forced to wear watch whenever they came in. It was the nicest watch. I enjoyed it because it wasn't. It was looked like it was very expensive, wasn't very expensive, but my watch wearing friends who like, oh, nice, watch on Mike. Thank you. I didn't spend thousands like you did. This is a nice movement watch. I'm not a big watch guy. So whenever movement introduced me to their sunglass Brian whole new game, their facial decoration sunglasses are incredible. And some of those women, they're sunglasses, really bad peaches. Those cute, my head shook robot did move a bit more. Slash McAfee, what's upticks just came out what the raiders game or the cubs gave up. Yeah. A I o for Maury coupon fucking deal. What's the record? Are they going forward this year they're going for now, so they're not going for this year. So here's Gruden collecting first rounders to build up the next gun. What's that. The registered three six year grew. You know what you can do with her, you know what you can do with three first round picks. You can try to of them get up to the first pick and also have another one. Oh, so they raiders got the first pick in the NFL draft mixture. That's exciting. That's exciting to hear. Who's better Amari Cooper or Josh Gordon, Josh Gordon's unbelievable, Josh, de guy to patriots when it got him for about a fifth, that's what the patriots. Unreliability. Well, yeah. And he, I mean, just Gordon is play are just Gordon hasn't played many games. Cooper has Josh Gordon, though they figured out how to fucking use them with a state of the patriots. Here we have a mass whole Connor coming here. Bub this guy's the worst dresses like a child. He just got back from alumni weekend here. Come over here. Cone. Maria bud. Can't wait to hear this motherfucker. Your classic patriots are better than everybody. Man. A guy who comments on Tom Brady's post. Let's go. We're going to have a great week. He's basically Tom Brady's motivational coach. Do. If I don't know will I think he has enough motivation, fun. Have you seen what he does all those posts. Him foxy rates. I'm Tom. Yeah, they're not bad. The insulated flannel with sweatpants is. We trust like a twelve year old. You had homecoming weekend this past weekend. We can. Yes, Fairford university. Fantastic. Our voices. Great. Oh, yeah, lost wash minute. Listen. Listen to what they're pretty happy. Yeah. Let's my voice. A lot of things I lost two pairs of sunglasses. I. He gets a movement glasses. We got you. It wasn't nice to get around all the fellow Masol's does, and I, it was nice to be back. I got off the plane. I forgot. I was in New York City, and I was wearing a Red Sox. Tres I walk outside get a fuck you. I felt like I was at home again. Awesome. Which was awesome. Nice. Get back to the coast to coast. It's great to be back in a clean city, but you know, walking around and looking down and seeing cigarette butts everywhere. It was fun for a little. Yeah, I can imagine. It's like you're not there Blue's clues a little bit short. So patriots day day, big ones. Chicago Bears the line confuse me. It was a triple truckin. It was two and a half or something like that. The entire two, it was at three and then wants to two and a half for the game in nobody really understood why this was happening. I took the money, patriots money line, and it was only minus one, twenty five of these sharps, the sharps, the people that are supposed to know we're all over the bears. I, it doesn't make any sense to me why. And then the game starts happening while we're at the colts game, we have the patriots bears game on in the suite Zito's glued to the TV over there and he's like, they were right. That's what Zito kept saying seven at an early and I was like, oh, they were right. They were right. That's all I'm saying is there were right, and I was like, there's no way the patriots are gonna lose the fuck and bears, and then thank God is correct. How. Are the patriots fans feel after all the Vegas betting against them, everybody seemed to be against the patriots, but it seems the patriots always do with the patriots does. And that happened in Chicago. I would never do Zito so we haven't. I haven't really given shit at all. I said the first thing I said to him as well. We really did steal one today. 'cause I got homeless around ten, so we didn't get any real time to talk about. First thing I said, we really stolen humble pie over here. It's played like Louis patriot nation. What do you mean. Mitch. Dog shit student play like dog should. I mean why? Because he had one rushing touchdown. No, because he had over three hundred yards and two touchdowns three including the. No, I agree. Watch the game. He's twenty six fifty threw the ball yet. Not good. I know I agree with you, but I also don't think Mitch Trubisky. Is that good either? I mean, I'd say you're saying if he didn't play dog, he played like he normally does. He thought he was his decision. Making is good though. That's one thing as a bad Arnie to pull him put your Kobe percent. One yard short, two, two special teams touchdowns the odds of winning football game with two special teams. Touchdowns has to be one hundred percent. I think it's like ninety. If you have one, it's like ninety two percent or something like that. So again, that was a steel. We were talking about all week because that's spread after we beat the quote unquote best team in the NFL the chiefs, I guess the Rams, but I don't think they're making it. Three was just not enough. So why do you think the Rams are better than he's there? Anybody that scares the patriot nation. We you the patriot by the way to us. We instead of, I like you Jack. Cleveland. I don't know. Honestly. So I don't think the Rams are going to the NFC championship. I think the Vikings beat the Rams and the playoffs because they lost her in the regular season feeling by the way seven straight one hundred yard games. Kirk cousins is so happy that the is there so happy because you've got Karl Rudolf to open things up for him, and it's the fun digs on the other side, taking the top off that teams very good and ZIM Zimmer can get that defense to keep crushing. Zimmer was on game day prime with Dion. Sanders. Zimmer once coached Dion Sanders. So watching those two interact was pretty cool. Watching Zimmer be human because I feel Zimmer kinda has that Bella check, grizzly, kind of he was like, very cool, very nice. You could see why the team likes them. I like the Vikings to who if dalvin cook, if they ever just let him sit and get healthy and then he comes back to, I mean, that's a pretty good to monster in the backfield on digs and theline are probably the best duo receiver after Abyan juju. So I mean the Vikings have a serious did feel much Gordon. I mean, he's a stunt. Did you see that fourth and one that was an unbelieving credit hatch? Incredible. He so his locker is right next to Brady next year and he got there and they gave him the, hey, this ain't Cleveland anymore. You're not in Kansas anymore speech, we played football here. We don't do all the other bullshit, and he's just going to become the best wide receiver in the league at some point. Or do you think you just going to be a very good role player for the patriots? I hope we sign them if we do, I think next year there's the possibility of Josh Gordon having twenty five touchdowns not that absurd. You think Tom Brady plays again next year. If we win it, then we'll go back to back next year and then he'll call it think one more backward. If you're going to get six. On like twelve back injury back injuries, tough man. No, I'm not that worried about growing because it's the same way. We don't pin like our offense around one player. It's even if Broncos down. It's not. It's not the end of the world. Same way we deal with are running backs, right? So they Michelle goes down. Oh shit. What are we going to do? We'll James white still there, patriots patriots win without gronk. It's a weird thing. It's it's very weird because you can't say that the patriots are better without gronk, but I think they're winning percentage is better without gronk in well, we've he has been injured so many times, like you said. So we've won so many games without them in the new. We just added Josh Gordon. So I mean, so you think you guys have kind of figured out how okay if we lose the most animals player, it's no Parfitt physically dominant. Perfect. That's right. Look it up and Mollica. It's one of the greatest words. He's an awfully, though, isn't it? Okay. That's going for animal. Combining steroids. That's not bad. Normally is. He's he's not supposed to be that big that fast. That's that high of football when he just looks like he's in pain all the time going up to the line, and they just fucked. Got that illegal by arm on he is he isn't paying. I think so many games, Josh Gordon can't judge a fly ball based on that, how Mary that was a very tough luck and that's usually gronk. They don't anymore because you know, he is glass. But I, I mean, go to court and we'll get it takes a lot of big shots because he's a big target. I will not sit here and let patriots nation. Not respect what grunk is a human battering ram. Faulk boys don't even understand you. I you love Brady umbrella checks, so God damn much. You don't even respect the grunk whippy own whip. Y'all at the western Pennsylvania Interscholastic athletic leagues Woody. Hi, rob grow out products. It's always do. We. We love grunk after more than anything after he said he would rather retire than you go play for the Detroit Lions. Yeah, that was like, okay, rob is back being well. Lines are pretty good. Yeah. Yeah, you guys think you win the Super Bowl at least one of the next three years? Not this year though. I think this year because I saw was I think. I said, at least one. So I'm saying we might, I think we win it this year. And then one in the next two years number. He's done. After this year's at least one, we could also win all three. We could just went through row. That's also about the bully, and, hey, Red Sox are in the World Series. This clean sweep of Boston. It's not looking too bad. I did say this starting with the Red Sox, we really could go. There's people do people watch Walsers I think. So if you America's pastime here and there. Are you a baseball fan until the Red Sox cut? Good? No. So my dad, I, my dad's also a Massachusetts man. So my whole life, we've been SOX pats Bruins Celtics. I was at the four ring ceremony after they broke the curse and we got our championship brings in front of the Yankees. That's probably the coolest sport. What's your of sports? Like what sport teams do you like pats or one? And then I'd put Celtics in socks at one a. and then Bruins. So we're still Bruins number four number two Haughey's before. I mean, it's it's not because the, how do you feel about Rondo just fucking left talking Chris after spending on them? The thing for me is that now Rondos he's under the LeBron tree. So the respect for me as far as Rondo goes a little under dude. Have you seen LeBron commercial awesome of what he was giving his high school speech. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. It's the same answer he gave by the way Nike. I think they missed the boat here when he was at the Lakers. This first question was, how much pressure do you have to perform and they said, none. There's no pressure. I thought they were taking that answer in superimposing it over his high school? No, no, no. It was the same answer basically in two different times that that commercial really got me. I was like this. Do y'all like to watch me play basketball? He says it. There's like on. LeBron you're one hundred percent right in high school, you were selling out arenas all around the country. Y'all. Y'all like to watch me play basketball, so I'm just gonna go, I ain't going guaranteed no championships. He changes down whenever you want to Miami, that kinda was the moment what people ate them. But if you don't like LeBron after watching that commercial and bear confused by you just having, I haven't seen it for for one, but I'm more talking about how Rondo was the biggest LeBron hater I think Evenson over there to land Stevens version Rondo raise up every LeBron hater they'd just put them all on one squad and see what happens. The longest tenured Laker. Can you name them? We heard this this morning Brennan. Yeah, nailed it. And he got a four-game. And I'm also older than we because he came in thrown fucking haymakers game. Everyone else came into break it up. He came in swinging, who did he not? He wanted to go after mellow mellow and harden stand there. Yeah, I dunno. They said it was weird because him and Chris, Paul train in the off season together and there wasn't swinging. Chris. Paul. Rondo was swinging at Chris. Paul grant Ingram marine Graham finger finger Ingram Ingram. He came in, I think it mellow. He's shoved Hardin earlier in the game and got teed up too. So he was kind of just off his rocker whole night. Everybody was kind of Stephen Jackson, Stephen Jackson and pacman Jones were commenting on each others posts. Even Jackson said, I'm just here to see who got involved for their teammate. Stephen Jackson and pacman was like he like gave like I concur didn't say I concur, but it was something along those lines and then LeBron pooled, Chris Paul out of their though, which is very interesting. But Anna, both boys yell. Yeah, it's very interesting move Stephen, Jackson football or basketball basketball stack, five cuss stack five friend of the show front of the shot. No stand it. He was standing right in front of Rondo whenever Rondo I guess, did spit on Chris Baldo. They have an entire another angle that they zoom in on it, and he it was like a very sly spit. By the way, one of the he must have practice. That this practice into mere, don't move your lips. It was like, look like if intrinsic quest trying to spit it was like a. The the one you do through your teeth a glee. No, it seemed like he. We put it up. Tung chamber Dr. Yeah. Did you guys know Bleacher report thing? They did fight the Seinfeld? Yes, I did. So that was like old scale where like Keith Hernandez, and I don't know who was the guy who already boy. JFK skit and they put it together, but they did that for that. It was the funniest thing I've ever seen the NBA had the highest rated regular season game since warriors. Record-breaking seventy. Third win there for that rockets Lakers LS early in the year to begin ratings at the NBA keeps going up and up every single, especially think the NBA told the Bronco two Lakers didn't hate it. They probably said, get the fuck out of Cleveland. Wanted to be in LA the NBA I think could have potentially had a hand in this like, hey, if we get you in Los Angeles, we can put you on prime time every single night you play. Basically you in Cleveland stuff. We're, we don't mind it. It's a good story. We don't. We like it. Just a kid from Akron. We like it. We like everything you're doing. But boy, if you were to go to loss Angeles, this would be better for everybody. Do you think those ever said by the NBA behind closed doors, smart enough on his own to figure that out. And he just he's smart of good enough businessmen to know that and just say, okay, you don't even need to say maybe like a handshake like this is what's happened. I know they love having the warriors and the Lakers two teams. Now that people on the east coast will maybe stay up right. What. Concern Houston, which is only an hour behind, but you know, that's me. Well, it'll be at ten thirty. S. IRA naked. I think to your point though, like they just realized that the NBA is better when the Lakers are relevant. Well, so when I was a kid when I was a kid, we didn't have the NBA in Pittsburgh. I didn't really play basketball much, didn't know much about basketball, but I knew Kobe Bryant and the Lakers late night because when I couldn't sleep, the purple and gold were on TV late night. And that was like that was almost a team that I pulled for because they were on late night. And if it was nothing else on sports wise, that late night game was something I could. I go to bed Koby canes, no anal, I can Denver, but I wanted to bet. And it was. He got kicked up a film festival for that for what he's not going because they're no, they didn't let them in because they pulled his. For what? Because of the atrophy issue surrounding it because he cheated on his wife. Apparently, I think the other reason, the other ones, what the the, our word that rhymes with grape didn't come out though that it wasn't right, right. Proven that. I mean, I get tweets about Ben Rothlisberger even though he got acquitted. Well, see, there's another thing just like, right Lewis. Ray Lewis never came out and talked about the entire trial about how it was a literally. A jury came out and said that it was just self defense. It was always hidden. So now everybody thinks Ray Lewis really did murder. You just send it earlier today. Know that was me. That was my bookie. Oh, of course. Yeah. You're just quoting other people, but I didn't know that that was still happening Kobe because I thought after he gave that fucking twenty five million dollar ring lady was all number. He went for me to twenty four completely new. Kobe, rebrand. I didn't know that I thought that was just all accusations. I didn't know that was actually a real thing. Well, I mean, it is all accusations. Yeah, exactly. It was very similar to the Rothley favors. But Ben's lot make a movie. So what are we work from the mind of coke. Paint, man, Manning's got that off detail, painting, man, you see that clips. They were showing I watched the Josh Rosen. He made me bet on the fucking cardinals because of that that didn't work out. And Payton's hype it up, Josh Rosen. He's gonna be the next great one, and then they get blown up forty. You gotta remember Payton. His rookie here through like forty, five cents you league. Peyton Peyton is very terrible, his rookie season trying to figure it out and kept slinging it. So I think Peyton does kind of relate to young quarterbacks at struggle because he's like, listen, I was in the same position. Do you got a band now? We travel around. That commercial. I can't take it any him in paisley. We're a band. I enjoyed it. Enjoy the thought of good pace, but the pace has the worst. Couldn't they have somebody else in there? And it's like funny like, Blake, Blake, Shelton, Tim McGraw. Blake Shelton and Peyton Manning by the way in a commercial. If we're going to country musician in Bateman gimme, Blake Shelton that pays the guy from West Virginia mix, good music. He should not speak though, and I don't like that. They're giving him like making him look good in speaking because he's not. He was phenomenal actor. Yeah, we have to lease that Billingsley ones at TV starting wants a movie star, and you know, using either one and we've forced Brad paisley down our fucking hard knocks Ardy did that. He did. So he's a West Virginia guy. So I have to like China like him because he's putting on a love his music. Yes, he's very good musically. Very good musically, but stop to talk to them. I'm sure he's a nice guy. I'm sure he's actually, I don't know after that creepiest speech, he gave to Baker Mayfield about buying the RV and all that shit cuz cuz. 'cause people are watching. Unbelievable. Anything else. No, that's about it for me. FOX win. How many games? Red Sox in six who they played dodgers it's a big one. LA Boston is becoming a thing this year because then it's gonna be Lakers Celtics again. LA Rams patriots. No, no. I just told you that Iran's new saying if it was dick it, why do you think the Rams aren't making? 'cause I have a firm belief that if you beat a team in the regular season, when they come back around in the playoffs, they always win. So because the Rams beat the Vikings thirty eight to thirty one at home teams twice. It's hard to be teams twenty. It happens. All patriots Steelers, twice three times. Hurt on the note on. I know believe me quote is beat the team three times, not two times three times. It's hard to be team three times not two times because to is just division playing saying the saints. Biking's happens all the time. People beat the team twice all the time season happens all the time. I don't believe me. We're in the AFC east. I know. Because. I think we covered everything. The NFL wise. Especially, I think we did fuck can kill it. I think we did colts fans. How do we feel colts fans or good feel good. I feel good about injury luck. I think he looked for most of the game. You looked the most like old danger that I've seen. He was able to escape trouble get out of the pocket. He's real patient like, oh, to do the no receiver open up again, makes them place, but that's usually when he plays a good team and he gets it. So. He's number two in the league in touchdown passes Eric to you by the white ball in Detroit. Lions are back. They say they call a Mike Patricia yesterday on TV math atrocious seems to have the lions doing some good things. I'd only have a running back. I, I'm every killing Johnson second round, pick on sixty you guys man. That's awesome. I'm happy for the calypso Ariza time since we're at the game against got close. There was not luck bailed out at the one. We could have Iran I over for a touchdown, and he chose not to. I like we're doing their keep you maybe on the field a little bit longer medium so confused. They know what to do. They were like, we cheer, should we not sharing we? He didn't want to kill himself. It's crazy. I liked maybe he'll also stay off of mountain. He's also doing. Listen to talk about injured. He was too tough for his own good. Is it a smart thing? I get it, but it wasn't tough. Good. I mean he wasn't afraid to get hit competitors. Yeah, VA by the way, how do we think he's doing on the television. The show, we will say, friend of the show. Great man. It was love to drink with him knowing what it can do in a microphone because he's so fricking. Great. When he calls into your show, he does. It's like he's being held back in ninety. Yeah, I think he feels boxed. Your feels uncomfortable? It does doesn't. It feels as if he's uncomfortable in there and he looks weird too sitting there. Those three men booth. They pack them in there so tight. Can't use back up a little bit more feel like that whole areas much larger than the naked. I don't understand it. I might potentially get a three man booth opportunity at some point, maybe. Sure. If I'm in your change your whole mind there have the campaign backup. So much ruble. It's crazy. Crave you don't have Bruce, you'd sit on trade greens. Might be more comfortable for Tanko by the way, Yvonne must first tunnel under a. is almost done expecting to open on December tenth. He's got that shit from the planet universities from comeback. This thing quickly is that no, what he probably made this, I will say really fast. It happened really, really fast. Yeah, that's what happened. I think I think he used the cartel. Oh, you're saying the best tunnel bidders on earth are the cartel? Yes. You don't think it's potentially his planet's tunnel digging outsource for sure. You think he outsourced to planet earth diggers, cartel cars that they're using in this thing or definitely from his planet, their electric two hundred fifty five mile our magnetic real hyperloop ones go seven hundred miles. Tweeted one time that I was used. I used to be an alien by the way to somebody, and that's a joke, I guess. I guess someone said alien, Andy Launer very close together as far as names and then definitely LA's definitely going to that is he's going to connect the tunnel from LA to Chicago, Scott in New York. The aliens are just gonna run the underground. Does your brother lives? Two u. k.. Actually, no. The probably connect LA to the Denver airport, Denver airport, Chicago, Chicago to New York. Thought about the LA lawn Giffen fucking Denver airport. Needs an eye, replace the, oh, with an eye loons basically island on alien. He's definitely alien. Right? We're all in. Yeah, I'm literally all in. This might sound like just a gimmick. Elon Musk is an alien to make sure that he knows when his when he gets this gets back to him because of course they're all listening that we don't care. I don't care that you need to come kill us. I think I have a tesla. I love it. It's my favorite car. Appreciate your technology. It's faster than every other car that I have. That's most to be fast. It's more durable than every other car that's supposed to be more durable somehow just runs on plugging it into my house. I like what you've done along, but I do know that this shit ain't from earth. You are going to your universe to your planet, bringing back those concepts and ideas to here in making it happen, but I respect it. I respect yours at good for him. Fucking nine was youthful that when I was there, I seen it. I seen it with my own eyes. I won't lie with that was a UFO. Let's musk. He's figured out a way to disguise his own corn back to everybody. Coming in town visit IFO was an IFO identified as we know it. So. Playing games what you're doing. According to the center for immigration. This south Indian language Salou is the fastest growing in the US growing by eighty six percent over the past seven years. I've no clue what that means. What it went from, like seven people eighty six people. That's great. That'd be eighty six percent. I believe the math, quick math. What is this? Just said that in certain pockets of big US cities, the this speaking languages like taking over pretty much, it's still not one of the top fifty spoken in the world, but they expect it to really skyrocket here in the next few years. So I wanna get into, obviously everybody knows I wanna get into WWE and also want to get into movies. And if you watch the rocks blueprint, you get into China, you're the good spot. I wanna learn how to speak Mandarin because Johnson had just posted a video of him speaking Mandarin. And I know he's gonna make a hundred million dollars for the rest of his life. Every movie puts out because he can speak Mandarin, this is something I should really Rosetta Stone, the shit out of learned Bandra. Did he get the earlier surgery does not here now, does this first time growing here? This. Let it grow. Personally as somebody who's watched John CENA for so long, it's very weird with their very weird earlier, I think looks really good. John CENA for some reason. I think it just is weird to see him with that hair or lack of very weird or see with, but you go, oh, he looks good, John CENA with here. You're like, it looks weird. It just looks fake. It does. It looks like it looks like he's puts the thing on and takes it off and then speaks Mandarin, learn us, but you learning Mandarin or trying to read Mandarin would be the greatest content that we've these fucking hieroglyphic. The world's largest sea-crossing bridge to open between Hong Kong and China in two thousand eighteen this year that twenty billion thirty four mile bridge will go across eleven cities in effect around sixty eight million people. We these idiots still build stuff above ground. Their own alien crow park. But Neath I've need to see the Bill is gonna wreck. The only issue. The only issue going under the sea as you can never fix them. That's what New York City is. Currently. It's terrible. You can never fix it and you're stuck with that for eternity because they can never forget because it's under the bedrock, the subway, sixty minutes or whatever. That just came out this weekend, something like that. I don't know. Yeah, it was about how they can't fuck and fix the subway because it's under well, I wouldn't. Even. I assume that is the case because we're in that God damn bridge. What's the tunnel? Was it the Hudson now, Hudson river is in Italy, might be the river, but it's a Lincoln tunnel. I think it goes from New Jersey and New York where everybody in her mom is trying to get into the most popular city on earth, and it's only two lanes into lanes out and it's under bedrock. Can't fix it. Can't change. It can't expand it. You just gotta live with it forever because they want underwater. Maybe going over top smart until you get your own alien like you on musk smart. That's what you need your own alien. I, I don't know how anybody thinks he'll on isn't an alien at this point. That's how far into Ilan must be alien than I am. That's how far I Matt Groening time, traveler. You won't. Musk is a meal. I think we're all in sympathy. Maybe there's so many people, I think maybe after the show we, we maybe do a lot of research and we put together kind of like a grown at what you did for going on and then just are whipping out how do you create a car that's faster than Orlando, Ferrari and everything like that has no guests technology. What alien technology he speak into the mic. So and he didn't speak English either. You just go. He ran his words together, but I heard alien technology. Hawaii NS at the zoo killed the father of three clubs over the weekend suffocating to death. Strangled that mother fucking thing. I seem dateline like this. It's not good wives. Do. Eric thought they were. They were together for eight years. So it's about the Margaritas. Together forever. Case together, it's like divorce enough. Really. Really hit home in the jungle for Todd McCullough. NYPD is recalling almost three thousand body cams for one ignited and blew up over the weekend. So we got hover boards, vape pens and now body cameras was the Samsung buddy cameras, probably batteries. This also sounds like a possible. Yeah, they're blowing up. Sammy pull the body Kansas. If you saw at the one blew up one fucking detective sergeant over. I'm not doing it. Texas. Body cameras on every gun. Yeah, I'm gonna right back in precinct. Do five right back in. I won't worry blow me up. I won't be safe. It seems like. Host of parliamentary show. Nick Bronco blows collarbone house right here on. It's right here on the bottom. We have an your hurt yourself in Schmidt makes a list of things we should talk about each show. Very nice. Normally, I don't stick on today. We did. We've knocked out everything to be honest. I mean not everything on there, which is good. Probably pretty good shelf. I had to guess I assume it was rake Ruth released from prison for almost twenty years. We've talked about that right yet. I don't think it should have your thinking she'd been released. Not all murders are created, equal this type of murder where you kill your pregnant, girlfriend hire some either way. Same thing. I don't think that's a twenty year everything that's probably worth like a fifty year. It's very interesting because when I mentioned earlier it was like, well, people respect like you do your time right for the Crump by the way his his lawyer, David Rudolph staircase lawyer was rake Ruth lawyer. David Rudolph wanted me good deal. Tatum. David Rudolph was his lawyer. So I got a chance to talk to David Rudolph privately after the interview with my show about everything. And he was like, Erik gross getting out to this October. He was a client of mine house, like who's regular with us like all Carolina Panthers player who. Hired somebody to code one from his girlfriend or whatever. Yeah, David Rudolph was his while it is crazy, very, very small world for him. It's so. I don't know of recruit those. What type of world is walking into right now? Not a clue. No clue. The world has changed forty four years old. He comes out and he has the stigma around not even stigma. It's it's a label. It's a real thing though. It's a real thing where it's like people, things that weren't heard about way twenty years ago are now killing people careers as they should even do terrible things. He comes to light, whatever Bubba keep moving right growth. It's known what he did twenty years ago. And now he has no chance at all. He's never seen. I phone, he's well most people, goodness. People can't on earth bat tweets, that he tweeted like six, seven years ago. Spins on optimism for rake responsibly that he didn't tweet anything stupid. I don't know what he's he's going to have. I think he just wants to disappear probably be like bagging, groceries or something. We'll on how he chooses to handle it. Right? Let's try and get into the public. I do try and or does he just kind of put his head down and get back to work? You set up your own paparazzi and a gas station. Your. Coaching. I don't think rose going to. I think research is going to disappear from that would be the move. That's where my conversations with his lawyer. David Rudolph rake. Ruth is just gonna discipline side info. Sorry, formation. He could be wrong though. Who knows? This is what I heard. I, it seems as if his lawyer told me that he's just gonna wind disappear. Probably the right, move ugly. A lot of people probably wish you still in jail digs be one of them feeds disappears, undo anything wrong over again, keep moving. He doesn't exist by road. So wild. Take for me to have to. I'm proud of myself, very moral high too wild for hard to get on his side though. I don't know. That's tough. Man. It's tough to get behind the boy. The son lived and now he's like physically and mentally disabled. Girlfriend? I think he is messed up from complications of her dying and run them. So I thought it was like a dateline where he was attempting to hire somebody un-filed. Un-filed. Yes, she actually died. She shot four times. She was able to deliver the baby. Oh, because of complications of her being well, yeah, that's why I think it'd be more than is because it actually happened. And he said, no, that's the I thought it was because they keep saying hired somebody to do it. I didn't know what actually did happen. Oh, my guy today said that they were in the car together and he like had it planned so that this guy was going to pull up a side aside them while she was still in the car and she got shot four times. She didn't die that day. I think it was, yeah, a couple of days later, but she was a warrior like she got on the foam made the nine one one call and made sure they knew Ray this, like, that's how that, yeah, that's how they knew she hung on long enough to say, hey, just so you know, I'm dying. This is a guy who did it holy shit, that changes everything. Then what a terrible, terrible purge him only getting twenty. I mean, it also shows how good lawyer. David Rudolph is again on earth. That guy, he's your trouble giving David Rudolph's the guy that sucks though. That's terrible. It's like, what are you? Because I am a firm believer if you do your time, you know, you get it second chance in this world, but crime like that. It's like that's fours young, like he's got a lot a lot of time. He's like forty years left because I'm sure he was living pretty healthy. You're not living unhealthy. You're not abusing drugs and alcohol drew. You're eating what Stanton hots and a cot over. You're working out? Probably mentally. It's probably terrible. Obviously, twenty years being in a cage, but still he's got a lot of life left to live. I didn't know the person. I didn't know the girl died. I thought it was like a dateline. They saw it all on fold. Like he went to a cop who is actually. Which was natural to assume because that's usually the sentence that would give the other. Yes. I think that's why I thought Johnny years. I was like, oh, he must have got caught in the middle. I didn't know what actually happened to bring them up in the same case at all. You know what I'm saying? Like theme kind of case that really saying. But like. It's my close nowhere. Well, like she, he was convicted for murdering his wife, right? What he paid an outcome in the car. The whole prosecution thought he killed her right, but I think David Rudolph has been the defense for there's a lot of murders. I think he's been around a lot of murder. Granted, the Reich, Ruth one is a big one. So you would think that is a notable bring up. They would maybe mentioned, but I don't think there's any similarities between the two that it would be referenced -able. Speaking for David Rudolph, I would assume maybe that's one of those cases where he's like, I am not here to prove you in Assam here to get you the best deal possible because that's my job. God damnit. So they caught the guy that shot her and then he just wrote over on. Yeah. Yeah, I think so. He got. He got forty years. The guy that did it got forty years. The guy that shot her. So I probably kept him, I'm guessing kept him from the death sentences, getting information on who hired him, probably fight against how much you think repaid. That's what we need to know. We hear these ridiculous ones where people try to grant people that people pay on dateline. That's like five grand seventy, five hundred bucks. Sometimes it's like motherfuckers are dying for seventy five. A first round draft pick pay different. Probably he's twenty four and a first round draft pick. So he was playing for the Panthers. Oh yeah. Like he was a star of their t. like if thirteen point, seven million dollars contract or something. I think back then. So it's a pretty big one. Yeah. Fussy doing no longer on the side. I was never on his. I was already giving him the benefit. Did the crime you do the time? I didn't know that actually killed somebody though. That's fucking terrible. I didn't know the hitman thing ever worked by the way just like I never believed people in high speed chases over get away because all you see on TV is high speed, chase, just all you see on TV is hitman fake higher, bust Bing, bang, boom, keep it moving. I didn't know it actually ever happens, but it's such a fascinating thing to me. You bring it up. It's perfect because how do you treat this person that Justice was served this? What Justice said justices, he complied. He did it from what they say was a model inmate. He had a job. He worked in there and he did he's time and now he's out. And he said, all I wanna do is try to, you know, develop a relationship with my son, which is weird because he's a victim of it, but you know, it's, I don't know. What do you do with the person? Then I don't have your world like we are that's supposed to prisoners supposed to accomplish this thing you're supposed to be punished for your crimes. And then form. That's right. Ideally, if he's a different person now, I mean, that's a horrible obviously choice to make. But if you twenty years or eighteen years in prison and now you are a different, but he was a very young man when he went in there, what do you do with what do we do? How how? What happens with my Ruth? Yeah, that'd be very interesting question that time will tell. I mean, he's not babysitting my kid, but. I don't know what Casey, Anthony, rake, Ruth, both talk. That's what happens. Yeah, Dick's can see it happen and look. He's was picturing. Last night here. Nick rodeo, collarbone RIP Saturday, October. Twentieth. Notes. Says fractured fractured. Mine says, rest in peace. It just there's fractured six, twelve weeks. I have the medical version, the notes dot notch. Great one piece of shit. Auto used to have to functioning collar. Bones used to have two functioning was good. Clavicle is a good club. I think people would say the Nick Broadus clavicle was above average people reading too much, but there was some lace definition. Not a strong. It wasn't strong, but it was good. It was. It made it thirty two years. Never really got tested much model clavicle as opposed to the nation. Clavicle would say, I think we all is good. I do have a good model shame what happened? What did happen to your clavicle that had a good run for thirty two years there. Let's see. What did I tell people so far. Told them that I fell off a ladder working around the house real man. It was windy centered. I mentioned it was a pickup football game, but no, the real story is I was out with Zedong, Evan. We went out to go get some food. Couple drinks. Gotta look cited. We hit some pull tabs when a five hundred dollar tab. It was going to be a good day hitting us both times by the way, seems like in the Powerball when here because everybody's losing on all, we were riding high after that Chevy right in high boy for you that don't know Putin, which I didn't know what it was. You go to a bar and it's basically these little tabs pop open. It's just like scratch off. You're basically getting a scratch off at the bar. The bar rakes in money, one person out of five thousand wins. And if you win five hundred dollars while you're in the bar, you're considered kind of a piece of shit if you just close your tab and leave with dollars. Yeah, I mean, it's came Coker. Yeah. Supposed to spend it in the bar on your friends? It's stupid. It's a stupid thing, but it's a very addicting in enjoyable. Yeah, but anyways. The group you guys were with one five hundred dollars. You guys were riding very and you guys know. I've had some shit going on down the dumps more than usual, blah, blah, blah. But I was like this Saturday. I was like, you know what? Let's let it go. Let's have a good time. Oh, let's get out there. Let's go after that lasts. It was very positive nickel center. Wow, that's crazy. Optimistic, Nick weirdo. This works on mystic. So foxy says, he mentioned that he has to go back to the office to get a camera for your showing tomorrow. The old man bit. Yeah, I was like, okay, whatever. No problem. He was like, let's let's let's run back there and then we'll come back out. All right, cool. We walk outside that didn't affect your evening by the way foxy big day the next day we'll just go get the camera drunk and we'll go. We'll go back out. Just had to charge it up. That's all that's seventy thousand dollars for cancer. No big deal. I'll go out. I'll go back. Oh, no, we're going to get time. So we're gonna get an Uber walk, seventy thousand dollars for cancer. Life changing for someone who is a victim of anybody who could potentially have. We'll go. It was life changing trip for sure. Okay, sorry. So Zito I think was like, let's scoot their scooters. Wasn't it was I heard him saying, so you know, immediately in my head, I thought probably shouldn't. Probably my first thought was just stay at the bar and keep drinking. Second thought was getting Uber. Third thought it was like, all right, I'll jump on here. Everyone's doing it. Let's go defense though. I would never want to physical activities like scooter, electric. You gotta push start. I would never want to do that. You very much wanted to do it in so facto that I tried to sign up and download the app and it wouldn't accept my credit card, which was another warning sign that I shouldn't have done this and that Zito actually got the scooter for me on his account wasn't very nice. I appreciate it. Nice guy. So we get on scooters we go. We go the office foxy charge of the camera. Four blocks. Yep. Yeah, not too far, but amazingly fun. Like we're zooming on these things like this. Let's go fifteen miles an hour. Yeah, they're fast and very fast. You know, we're on the sidewalks. Apparently. You're not supposed to be on the sidewalk. Says it soon as you start the right, don't go on time. You didn't know that because I didn't have the app on my phone and tell you. That's the seat. I was like a lawsuit coming. Well, it sounds like Zito to like. What we won't finish the deal route off doing right now. But on the trip there got a little cocky and we really gunning it, you know, hammer down the whole way. And I'm thinking to myself, like, man, I can't believe more people don't get hurt on these things. These things fly how some old motherfucker get on this and just bust their face open. So on the way back, you know, I'm already I've already made one trip. We're good to go. So I start zooming down the sidewalk. Looking behind me seeing what's going on all of a sudden I will. Felt a little wobble, try the ditch. It took like one or two steps knew I was going down, tried to tuck and roll talked, didn't roll as much as I wanted to read onto my shoulder, snap, Aaron Rodgers. Santidad verd-. So mealy I knew something was wrong and I popped up and grandma shores like that fucking hurt dot her my tease, oh, fuck. I'm walking around thinking like, okay. Okay. Okay. You're right. You popped right back up. You pick the scooter up. You're good to get back on. You. Keep going. I knew I couldn't lift my arm, but my shoulder. I was like, something is wrong. He texted me for diagnosis. I told him it was just a sprain. A walker. I was like. I was like, all right. I either broke my collarbone. It's an AC joint classic Andrew lucked situation or my shoulder separated, which would have been the highlight that would have been the goal, right? There's a shoulder separation. I get home on my sleep it off CO. I feel tomorrow wake up, go the colts game with you guys have a good time grit. Bear at the whole time after that, and we should go get an x Ray, go get an x Ray. I'm in the x. Ray room. The x Ray tech takes the rays, and I'm looking at them there on the wall. I can see them and I'm like, oh, it doesn't. There looks like there's nothing there in by this point. It already feels a little bit better more loose with things. Shoulder separation. Here we go. This is good. Ligaments do need them, they'll they'll loosen up. They'll be good. We, I was like, oh, so nothing to jarring I assume because he didn't seem out of the ordinary. He's technically I can't really read it. I can't tell you legally. I'm not allowed to read it. I find radiologists for your school. Six years, but I was like, no big deal. This guy seems casual about it. I go sit down. The nurse practitioner comes back in the room. She goes, she's knocks on the door. Slowly opens angle yet. It's way broke. That's year seven. By the way, it's way. Oh, by the it's way bro. No. I'm going back now. I'm looking because I was drunk at a wedding. Nine, forty, five on Saturday night. He goes forty percent chance. I broke caller go, and I said, love that you fall. Just five and shoulder. Love, faller love what you're doing. So I think this is a message for everybody. These lion bird scooters are incredibly fun. They're saving the environment. One scoot at a time. You're not using gas, they're efficient, they, you don't have to pay much, but what they don't come with is a confidence warning. You're going to be tooting around on that thing. It's just a two and a half inch piece of metal that you're standing on by the way three inches medal across and you're going fifteen miles an hour, and you might be on there for ten fifteen minutes. You might really start feeling yourself. You might think back to the days in high school when you were Tony hawk pro skateboarder or maybe you're on a Mongoose BMX bike, then you were just fucking grind in everywhere. You had the shoes that could grind on and you think, you know what? I have good balance. I'm a monster on his thing. I've been on your ten minutes or so I figured out, I know where to break sore, but what it doesn't tell you say, listen, your confidence is wrong. This is something like you haven't done in ten years from now. You haven't done for fifteen years. Your body weight is going to send you one way in the scooters gonna go another way out of nowhere. When I was on that thing in LA was my first time ever bird scooting around. I thought on numerous occasions, I have no clue. People don't fuck themselves up because it's very easy to be wide open. And then if you have to stop with the quickness, there's a lot of dexterity there from thumb to break to everything, and then the Waga quick out of nowhere. And it's only three inches wide that you're standing on and there's there's a lot of potential for injury. Not that I ever want them to see them disappear, but I've no clue other going to withstand the lawsuits that gonna get not from Nick, but from humans. Exactly. Like Nick who not only popped their called abode, but potentially their face in head open, which is right around the corner where exactly there's very little this road one the other day. And I was like, there's very little between me in the street right now. The problem is if you have to for some reason because a flaw in the street or whatever. Bill from that, your feeder zero miles an hour when they're on their? Oh, yeah. To win a blink of an eye, be fifteen miles an hour up. That means you're going to be an athlete. So. Well, they don't tell you about the holes in the sidewalk that they give donkey towards down to the bottom. Indianapolis. Well, I'm happy for you chicken wing, and I think it's. Shots there, FOX. I mean, it's all on me. I know it. I'm an idiot guy deserve what I got. I think you're being a little hard owner's shelf. I mean, that's a very difficult thing when I was on it in when I was on in Los Angeles. I very much understood how fucked up on it because I, I have a motorcycle. I am a person who has a good balance. I can hover board around anyway. I have great balance of. I'm very lucky with that whole thing. But there was a couple of times rows in LA where I almost bucket it, and I'm like. You got some people that are very looking, mother fuckers, trying to spend fifty cents to get a quarter of a mile there. There's some bad situations that could be cooking here and Nick who's an athlete. New Orleans is now Frankie one arm, and I can't wait to watch his clavicle recover. You might need a surgery. They say, I think it's like five to ten percent of people who broke the collarbone need surgery. You can bet your bottom dollar. I'm going to be in. We're proud of you. We're thankful for you, and I can't wait to see how this turns into some contact. You can't use a right in for the next at least month, which is a sterile to think about your right hand. Awesome. I drive a stick, you know, can't do that or. Oh yeah, you have a manual transmission. She has to borrow on my car's spoiler my car's supposed to supposed to move in like three weeks. That's gonna be. Sounds like ties moving for two. We got movers so. I'm not going to be doing core. What's that? The company. Company tour. Let me give them a company or for sure, very grateful for that wasn't the company Bentley, but I didn't ask. Anything I can get this point Bentley's batteries dead. It's got one bus that classical too. Hashtag endgame, send us a picture of something, a person with one arm can do. That's what Nick's life is six weeks. Thank you so much. Listen to hope you're having a blast. We're so thankful for all of you so so thankful for all of you go and download my bookie dot AG first deposit, one hundred percent bonus. Helping Kids Become Thriving, Responsible Adults (Hour 1)
The. Live from the headquarters of Ramsey solutions. It's the Dave Ramsey show. Were dad is dumb cash is king and the paid off mortgage as taking place of the BMW as the status symbol of choice. I'm Dave Ramsey your host. Thank you for joining us. Open phones at triple eight eight to five five two two five that's triple eight eight to five five two two five Nicole is with us in Atlanta. Hi, nicole. Welcome to the Dave Ramsey show. Hi, dave. How are you today deserve? What's up? I am have roughly sixty four thousand dollars in debt income before taxes around fifty three thousand I work at a company right now that currently I have stopped besting over the next two years. And I'm trying to find out if his best to let and sell that stock as best thing or I should sit on trying it off. Well, no, I I would cash out anything that is not retirement. If you down to one thousand dollars starter emergency fund while your own baby step two paying off your debts and pay it on your debt as fast and as early as you possibly can. Now, that's a Suming. Of course, you're going to be on your every dollar budget. You're going to actually do this stuff. You're gonna play all the way through. Now. If you're not if you kinda going to issue this plan than you know, our advices, probably bad advice. But if you're really gonna do if you really gonna do it if you really gonna punch us debt in the nose then. Yeah, definitely cash out everything that is not retirement. Okay. So that me ask you a follow up question. The company does a sell they sell a portion of the stock to cover the taxes or whatever's left that am I going to be taxed again, or you would only be taxed if it has gone up in value since you received it on the amount that it's gone up in value. Okay her. So there's a they're selling off enough to cover the fact that this is a benefit this is income to you. And so they pay the taxes or they withhold the taxes and turn them in like, they're withholding taxes on your paycheck. Right. And that's what they're doing in terms of your income. This is part of your income. But then in addition to that, let's say you got that stock vested after they took the taxes out three years ago, and it doubled. Well that amount that it went up would be taxable. In addition to what you've already paid. Is that make sense it does a good job? Keep it up, kiddo. All right Caitlyn's with us in Denver, high Kaelin, welcome to the Dave Ramsey show. Hello, Mr. Ramsey. Thank you so much for taking my call. Sure. What's up? So my husband, and I have been kind of going back and forth on what our next step should be completely debt free. We have our emergency fund and all of that set up in our question is should we focus our intensity on paying our mortgage off or save for land. So that we have cash available when an opportunity becomes available for us to to purchase a small like five to ten or piece of land in kind of start the the little hobby farm that that we want to do in the long run. Okay. Is the hobby farm something you're going to build a home on? Yes. We would build a home from scratch, which is why we wanna buy a piece of land and not by a home that has acreage around. Yeah. Then. Yes. I would I would go ahead and say for the land pay cash for the land, then pay cash for the building as you go. So your home rent finish the Bill. Building that kind of stuff. Whatever you gotta do whatever you process is there, but you're going to end up living on this property. The answer would be no if the hobby farm was not going to be lived on. Because at that point, the hobby farm is a toy. Right. It's a second home a second investment. It's not your primary residence. But this is a transition piece for your primary residence. So it does make sense to go ahead and save up and pay cash on the to pay cash for the land. You see how I'm doing that? Yes. And that's part of the the conversation that we've had on on that one side. And then the other side is we don't know when this would become available. If it's in the next five years or ten years rush. But, but but the point is you're gonna instead of paying extra on your mortgage for your baby step six you're gonna end up paying extra on your mortgage because you're getting ready to buy some land for cash that you're building up that fun to do that. And it has the same Netafim five years later. Right. When you move into the house. And so your long term plan. Is you affectively you're paying down on the mortgage? That's why I said do it. Okay. Awesome. Thank you so much. Thank you for the call Paul's weather's in Washington DC. Hey, Paul, welcome to the Dave Ramsey show. Thank you. How are you? Better than I deserve. What's up? So my wife, and I are living in Washington DC, we make seventy thousand dollars a year, but then our job provides living expenses, so rent and utilities and all that as well. Should we take are fifteen percent based off of our seventy thousand and throw everything else that saving for what will eventually be our house, or should we take our fifteen percent based off of what we may calculating living expenses then. Yeah. Interesting idea, the concept behind all this is once you're out of debt except your home, and you got your emergency fund in place. Baby step four, then is fifteen percent of your income in retirement, which is what you're talking about. The idea there is it's not twenty five percent. It's not two percent. It's a good solid chunk of money going towards retirement. Wow. You reach over start saving for kids college and reach over and start paying off your house early. So the idea. Being we're gonna get a really good strong start on retirement in. So there's no magic to fifteen percent. You're not gonna fail. If you do fourteen percent. You know, it's just it's just meaning a good solid start now oddly enough when you run the calculations out at almost any income range it works out beautifully at fifteen percent. That's where we came up with. It was doing case studies. But. So all of that to say, it doesn't matter because the concept is punch retirement really hard before you move on and the baby steps. So if you want only do fifteen percent of your actual income. I mean, your actual cash income or if you wanna do fifteen percent of the overall benefit package, which includes housing both are logical. There's a logical argument for either it's just whichever direction you guys wanna go. But I wouldn't I wouldn't do it. If you're gonna do it on the seventy percent, I wouldn't do a dime less than fifteen. Right, right. You know, round up, you know. When you're doing your calculations and all that if it's, you know, fifteen thousand four hundred fifty dollars rounded up to sixteen thousand you know, that kind of thing or whatever the number is, I don't know your income, but overall, but that's the thing look at that and try to calculate that through. And you don't run some numbers out each way and out into the future was some feature value calculations and say, if I do it this way, this how much I'm gonna end up ten years from now if I do it that way so much I'm gonna end up with ten years from now in this direction. I'll have some money for house this direction, I won't. And so, you know, what are you going to how long are you going to be doing this job with the housing? Furnished. And you know, what your time horizons and just kind of reach out there and kind of build you a business plan so to speak for this money or for these different ideas. And if you look into the future instead of at Friday, it gives you out there five ten twenty years that gives you a good flies answer Friday, always give you an immature. Sure answer as people that live. Thank god. It's Friday to God. It's money always struggle. This is that Ramsey show. You wanna know why some businesses fail? They don't do. The math, no matter. So you guys know that I do my radio show on the glass here in the lobby of Ramsey solutions headquarters in at the brakes, I always go out and take pictures and signed books with people, and what you probably don't know is that it's not unusual at a commercial break for me to sign a curriculum book from a high school curriculum looking into the face of a sixteen year old that's taking my class my foundations in personal finance class somewhere in America from the very first time. I started teaching these ideas of being on a budget and getting out of that someone so they ought to teach stuff in schools. And so over the years, of course, we have developed a curriculum that now over forty percent of the schools in high schools in North America. Now, teach Dave Ramsey's personal finance curriculum called foundations and personal finance. Yes. That means we only got sixty percent schools to go. So we're we're. Halfway there. And that means a lot of people are learning stuff. And it's it's hilarious on Twitter to see the sixteen year olds who hate Dave. They'll ball guy on the thing. And then some of them love me. And and we're creating a whole nother generation of financial peace babies is what it amounts to. And it it's wonderful because financial literacy is a big deal. Not you know, being dumb about something. I'll get you killed. You know, you don't drive a car you. Rick your car. You don't drive your money. You're gonna wreck your money. You know, you're gonna be married. You recommend agent's knowledge is a powerful thing. Literacy is a powerful powerful thing. So we've been blessed to be doing this for a while. We've now had over four million highschool students graduate from this from from this curriculum, go through the curriculum. And, you know, actually, learn something about money or at least have the opportunity to while. They sat in the class watching me bark at them from video screen, and so one of the things that happens is organizations come alongside us and sponsor high schools in there. Area or sponsor high schools in a group or whatever and one of the organizations come alongside is Jackson's Jackson charitable foundation. They're providing this curriculum get this to two hundred and fifty schools twenty thousand students. So I wanted to get with my friend. He's become my friend in this process berry sto because we're cut from the same cloth. We both share a concern for the subject. I wanted to get with Barry ages. Tell you thank you berry as a CEO of Jackson and the Jackson Jackson insurance Jackson national. What do you call that? Now and the chairman of the Jackson charitable foundation. How are you bury? Thank you. I'm fantastic day. Thanks very much for having me on on the on the show today. You know, we're big fans of what you're doing. And and we couldn't be proud or this association. Honestly. Well, thank you. Now, let me sidestep for because I goofed up in the intro there. So Jackson is called what? Now that the company is. Called what? Well, technically. It's Jackson national life insurance. Cut jackson. Okay. Okay. Are Jackson national or something like that? And you're now the companies the largest provider of variable annuities in the nation today, which actually answered one of the questions correctly on the air yesterday about that. But out of the out of the company, then has has been formed a charitable the Jackson charitable foundation. And that's who is sponsoring the two hundred and fifty schools twenty thousand students so talk about the foundation, and why it exists a little bit. Well, the principal rationale day for starting to Dacian was to focus on financial education across the US because as you know, very well, and as you've just been talking about this is one of the Utah issues that we face today. You know, we're we're a retirement company at our core. And every day we interact with customers who haven't saved enough. We don't know what to do with what they saved. And so it's painfully clear to us that many many people lack basic financial knowledge, and it's a real pressing societal issue in view. So we wanna do everything we can't do the foundation to address that issue, and you guys have been addressing financial literacy for some time. And then last year, we all connected up. And got to sit down several got to meet you and some of your team and over here in our offices and got the talk through this thing. So what was the deciding factor for the foundation to say, we're gonna sponsor this foundations curriculum the Ramsey curriculum and two hundred fifty schools. Well, I I mean to me it was just a perfect and elegant way, honestly for us to continue to grow the impact of his nation, help young people learn the basics of personal finance and help manage their lives because you know, when we we studied your program foundations, personal finances. You know, they we studied it very carefully. And and it's clear to us that it's about more than just avoiding financial calamities. It's about giving students real life skills that they need to become thriving self sufficient adults and. Honestly, I mean, we really are impressed with how the curriculum empower students to take charge of their future financial future. And otherwise. And so our view is look if we have the means to do something to make it easier for educators to teach these important, topics. And that's that's the right thing for us to do. And we're proud to do it very cool. Now when you and I were talking we were talking about the importance of having these ongoing money conversations with the students, but it's not just at school. It's also at home so talk share with everybody. What you and I had talked about that day the importance of that it's critical. It's critical. I mean, the the behavioral research shows that that people's money behaviors are rooted, you know, not necessarily even in, you know, in their early adulthood when they get money. It's really in childhood, and you know, as with everything else in life children follow these ample sit by their parents and what they learn at a young age. So so financial education has to begin to earliest ages, honestly as you. You know, we were already deeply involved foundation in a program that's reach in the United States is reaching a hundred excuse me, one point five million elementary school students with an answer literacy programs, and and that program actually initially launched in Asia where we reach millions more. But but what I love about this program, and the fact that we're working with high school students is that these kids are actually entering an important life stage where they're gonna start making adult decisions around their finances. Many and many of them most of them for the first time in their lives. And so that's really what was so attracted us, and why we wanted to deploy the resources the foundation partner with you and ensure that as many high school students as possible get access to this program. No in Jackson charitable came alongside us and sponsored two hundred fifty schools and twenty thousand students mind boggling when you think about twenty thousand students you had to hear back. From some of the teachers the students have you gotten any response. Of course, we have. I mean, we've heard from schools in California here in Michigan. Where I am today in Mississippi really from everywhere all over the country. We've had people come to us and thank us. And and tell us about how impactful the programs are so you know, it's clear, and and it's verified from the feedback gifts these educators this program, really changes the trajectory of these students lives. Yeah. Very cool stuff talking with Barry stow, the CEO Jackson, national and the chairman of the Jackson charitable foundation who has sponsored our curriculum this year for again, two hundred and fifty schools twenty thousand students or Barry. Thank you, my friend. I'm honored to get to know you, and we create you coming alongside us. We're doing good work together here man, it's an honor to walk with you. Well that likewise, Dave. I mean, it's we're so impressed with your commitment. What you're trying to do. All. Always trying to do the right thing. And we're proud to walk with you. And if I can put in a plug, I would I would just like to say to your listeners today. Anybody wants to hear more about Afghan Dacian, and it's work. You can go to WWW dot Jackson charitable foundation dot org, and Dave we're grateful for you you too, man. Thanks, a bunch have a great day. You take care. All right. Good stuff. If you wanna learn more about getting this high school curriculum in your high school. Maybe you're a local business. You wanna sponsor just one class? That's fine. Maybe you wanna sponsor two hundred and fifty tools and twenty thousand students that's fine number one barrier to these students. Getting this information is not that the teachers are unwilling to teach you to the administrators or unwilling to have it. They simply don't have the money to fund the curriculum. And so that's not we hear up sponsors to cause this to happen. Get in touch with us if they Ramsey dot com. Click on our education tab, we talk -cation team. They'll educate you on this idea. It's a great idea. It's a Jenner. 'rational changing idea. This is the Dave Ramsey show. We're talking about the foundations in personal finance curriculum and high school students learning the stuff you and I talked about here every day on the air. And I thought it'd be fun to talk to them one of the teachers of the many thousands and thousands of classrooms around America. Teaching the stuff William Wolfe is with us. He's a foundations teacher at sun Valley High School in Monroe, North Carolina. Hello, Mr Wolf. That's how you're supposed to be addressed in highschool. Right. Hey, Mr. wealth. How are you? I'm doing great, Dave. I just say thank you for the Jackson Dacian. And thank you for Dave Ramsey. And you don't feel like you're selling them at the screen. They just really low Graham, and you're really impact, you know, kids to think you very cool. How long have you been teaching? This is my twelfth year and third year, teaching high school curriculum here somebody high school, and we've been back who are three hundred students here love it. How fun is that? So it's you've been doing it three years. So you've got some graduates out there wandering around in the real world coming back and going I really learned something in that class. Correctly at a young, man. Joined the navy and twenty sixteen came back in twenty seventeen shared in front of the class. How when the Dave Ramsey program that he is living on half his income, investing other half and how he's actually kept the Dave Ramsey materials in apartment, so he can look back at them and review. It was just amazing. Very cool. That's fun. They serve in his country. And he actually has a clue about money all on the process because he you thank you for teaching this class, man. We really really appreciate it. So where's Monroe North Carolina? What's that near near? Sure. We're just outside of strong, North Carolina a suburb of Charlotte, very cool. And what is your main area of teaching you teach this curriculum, obviously? And you are known as a blanket teacher, what kind of teacher, I'm career technical education and teacher and part of the career type declared station program and North Carolina is financial literacy. And so we're. Trying to, you know, promote financial literacy to me says we can very very cool. So what do you think the number one thing when the kids are watching this stuff that they look at and they go I actually get that one of the light bulbs come on over the top of their head because as a teacher, I know you can see when the light bulbs are coming on. Yeah. Well, it's really cool because I haven't journal everything very twenty minutes. Dave Ramsey and the nature annals. I read their journals the lightbulb moment is, and you know, they share with me how they're learning about how to state that free on their share me about the power of cash and the cash news student debt and host. And that a young late really today. Was this powerful story how she just be life after high school section and that really helped her focus on what she wants to do now. And I just think that's amazing. She just got that one part, and and can focus really on what she really wants to do for a career in the living. So it's really making a powerful impact on these students. Very cool. Very cool. Well, menu a hero. We appreciate you being in the high schools. Good people in their teaching our our kiddos and appreciate you carry in the curriculum and leading the charge on the front lines for the young people's financial literacy, thank you wolf. Okay. Thank you. God bless open phones at triple eight eight to five five two two five Richmond Virginia is Ashton calling. Hey ashton. How are you? Goodness. Also better than I deserve. What's up? So I just recently got laid off from my job was making really good money. And it took a job where I'm not making good money at all. Basically, I was too. I'm under qualified for the job that in right now, I'm taking quite a huge pay a lot of debt. Okay. You're under qualified for the job. You're in that pays a lot less or overqualified underqualified. Okay. So you don't know how to do the job you're in. It requires a degree, and I'm twenty okay? And it pays a lot less than you used to make correct. Okay. What did you used to do? I was a marketing agent for pharmacy. Okay. And you made what kind of money? Take home about one hundred thirty thousand. Wow. At twenty years old, you're rocking. It man. Pretty used to be. So what happened to that job? My boss the pharmacist is facing seventeen only counts of drug trafficking. So he was marketing the wrong stuff. Okay. Oh my gosh. Okay. So he paid you to do what what kind of deal. What were you doing? So there's a lot of medications that reimbursed much higher. So for instance, if you have a lot of pain, you might take if you take a civic dose of that instead of making about five dollars about thirteen hundred dollars and get those positions to get on board with switching the lower to the higher paying one. Okay. And that and so you were calling on physicians changing the dosage legally, I assume what you were doing was legal, but he got caught for doing other stuff. Right. He was selling narcotics about prescriptions. Yeah. Does the does the do other pharmacists, not do what he does? Then I've never heard of this. This is interesting. So I it's it's all independent pharmacies independent pharmacies. Try to find the high Remington gronk, and they will attempt to change them. We had headed down to science. Okay. So why can you not go knock on the door of an independent pharmacy and show them what you could do for them? I have there's only a few in my area and all of them kinda turned off about the reason why he was fired. I got one job offer. But it wasn't make it was making about five thousand dollars more than I'm making now. And I have I just had a newborn and insurance. He was willing to provide that. Thousand dollars will buy you insurance. Okay. You could have bought insurance and stayed in the same career field. What are you doing? Now. I don't marking agent for home health care agency. Okay. All right. Here's the thing. You you have the the ability to get your hand around what value proposition looks like and how to sell it to people and how to go through the rejection to get it sold to people and develop the relationships to get sold people. That is a high paying skill that you have selling is one of the highest paid professions in America. And what you do what you've learned how to do with you realize it or not was selling. And so I don't know what it is. You're going to sale, but you need to find something that you can sell and you've obviously develop you've fallen into probably somewhat accidentally a career field here, that's very niche, but you not to call them physicians and get them to do things. And so the medical device business the pharmaceutical business working for a drug company selling pharmaceuticals is, you know, those guys make good money both of those guys make good money in the sales world. And so you might be standing over the shoulder of a surgeon where they're inserting an apparatus into a patient that you sold to them, and you assist in that whole process, that's a medical device sales people and several of those guys and gals that I know make a couple of hundred a year. Now, they're not twenty years old. They developed a career over time. But I think you've got the skill set to go into the pharmacy pharmaceutical world or the medical device were. World, and those are the places I would be looking if I were you jump on the Ken Coleman, show dot com and read everything that can has got there and download his resume builder and download his process for tracking and getting into a position at a new job. I think you've been spiraling and falling backward. Because you were attached to an embarrassing situation. That embarrassed you even though it wasn't your fault. And it kinda stained you a little bit. Even though it wasn't your fault. Because that's why those other people are turning you away. But if you truly had no knowledge of all that other stuff, you're very employable in these other areas, and you just got a little bit scared because you got knocked down, and you got a new baby and you're twenty and you're just getting started in life. I'm here to tell you as your coach, you're better than you feel like you are right now, you got some serious skills. Young man, let's repackage them and go back at this job market. Again. I think you can make a lot more than you're making. Now, I may take a little time. To get it all done, and you may need come into something the entry level where you have chance to prove yourself. But do you know how to do this? You can prove yourself. So the Ken Coleman show dot com. That's the website to go to the Ken Coleman show dot com. This is the Dave Ramsey show. James is with us in California. Hi, james. Welcome to the Dave Ramsey show. Better than I deserve. What's up? So me and my wife bought a car about two years ago. I think or year ago, and we about twenty one thousand dollars on it. And my dad has an extra car. He was willing to give me and I was kinda thinking about just selling the car completely and driving. I would drive around the free car for work and everything just to get out from under that we would all about like six grand or left and get along to pay off the six grand. Okay. Right. And what's your household income? We make about seventy five thousand dollars a year how much other debt other than your home and this car. Do you have? We just we're renting right now, we, oh, we have another car the Prius. We right now. Oh, twelve hundred dollars left on it. We're going to pay that off this month. And then it's just that car. That's it. The rest of our twelve hundred dollars plus six thousand hole on the car, and and then you free, and then you're going to do what after? Save up three to six months in the new. Tells me. Okay. So I mean, what's what's the grand plan here? Where are you going with all this? Why are you? Money to buy a house. Okay. All right. So if when you say it that way, what you're saying is I'm willing to sell my car because it gets into a house faster. Exactly, given the data. Give me a car. Yep. Okay. It's an old beater, but I mean, that's I don't really need anything fancy. Yeah. I mean, we got a goal. And so we're going to pay a price. Yeah. And the goal is not the car. The goal is the house and that's a good goal. Yeah. That's your trade off. You're just while. I'm trying to force you to say it out loud is I'm not on car too. So my car, I'm so my car because it gets me house faster. Yep. We're just kinda nervous about you know, the whole we haven't new car then get into an old kind of just an older vehicle. Yeah. Run down. Yeah. I guess. Yeah. But I mean for twenty thousand bucks, you can fix that Okara lot. So yeah, I think it's a good move. I think it's a good movie. 'cause I think it's not just a mathematical move. That's good. What's good about? It is is that you guys are as a team you and your wife are committing to sacrifice to hit a goal. Yep. And that's what this car sale represents. I think that's more important than the actual sale of the car. So you know, you kinda just going along. Let's by car. Through that crap. We don't have a house, and we're boxed into the corner we painted ourselves into the corner. And so, you know, and now you woke up when I wanna get above this. And I want to develop a plan a strategic plan to actually do this on purpose this money thing and see all of that stuff that I hear in this conversation is the most important part of where your head is right now. James sombrero, proud of you. I think I would do this. Yes. Kristen is with us in Atlanta. Kristen how are you? Wonderful. How are you better than I deserve? How can I help? Well, currently my husband, and I are trying to tackle your baby steps we're new to it. But I've been listening to you for about four months now, and I'm madly in love is your philosophy and how to tackle that. Currently we have about ninety eight thousand worth of debt together on that's not including our house. We had two boys ranging in ages seven three are two star. And we're looking to to add another one to the family. I'm kinda at the point my life where I one of these done having babies, they'll love you. Mommy, and we're looking to navy starting next year. We're only to still have a lot of debts, and obviously saving would be really teaser to set ourselves up play success having a baby. I just kind of not sure what to do. Do. We wait at a year or two until most of our debts not out or we go ahead and say, hey, let's do it with us still young and we'll keep going on with your program, and hopefully manage it somehow. What does your husband make a year? Fifty and you're ninety eight thousand dollars in what kind of debt? It ranges from student loan to he locked loan credit card and a car. Do you own your car? Tell me we recently actually just tied it in and graded for minivan. So we're kind of set up for bigger family. So we're at about forty three thousand. Well, that was pretty freaking stupid. Yeah. I know. So sell the van. Okay. Your dad, and you wanna have babies half of your debt was a stupid van? Right. And you called talk radio host to ask permission to have babies because you bought a van you couldn't afford. I'm fussing at feeling it. On it. Okay. I mean, really you just traded the right to have children financially for van so trade back. Tried back. The reason this doesn't make sense in your mind, and in your heart is your overwhelmed with debt, and you're worried about whether or not you can afford to do this. And the reason you can't afford to do this as you bought the hand you couldn't afford. Right conclusions. Real simple, sell the van I worked too. And and I make commission on top of what I bring home Monday. I don't know conversation 'cause I was like. Okay. 'cause I was like. It does every in about seventy based on salary and commissions can range from you. You can't afford. And so you're having to ask in your own mind. And then asking me whether you can afford to have children. Reason you're asking the question is your pinched and the reason you're pinched. If you bought a van you can't afford. But that's the bottom line here. And so, yeah, I think you ought to have kids. Are you going to quit when you have kids? No, no, I love working and also in Amman. Okay. Get a five thousand dollar van and sell this fan. It was a really dumb idea. You doubled your consumer debt all in the name of babies that aren't even here yet and a place to carry them in a car. You can't afford. It's just not. You even knew that. Because you know, what you said when I asked you about it. My husband's gonna kill me. Well, he's going to kill me on. How all happen win for an oil change and timeout with a minivan. But to be honest, I was doing it in an effort to have a reliable car 'cause previous cars were all used and we're not reliable in costing me a fortune. Culture, forty three thousand. But I looked at this Vannes of gun hill. Darla. I don't think I help you. Okay. I mean, I'm not argue with you about this more. This is a this is a dumb move. You can't really justify it. You can't really rationalize it. If you're not going to undo it. I can't help you. Okay. You do what you want to. It's okay. You're an adult. You're led to do what you want to. But I'm not it's absolutely absurd. The whole process was absurd. How you got? There was absurd. The decision was absurd. The fact that you're now worried about having kids because you made this decision as absurd, and then the fact that you don't want to undo the decision as absurd so that that's what you're facing Kitto.
