Yeah, I talked to Jack. He's gonna He called me back and he'll be coming in at 4 40. He not coming in, but we'll talk to him on the telephone and He will He'll go over what he knows about everything about getting word from the governor's office. More importantly than just the curfew. If you are a bar, a restaurant, this is great news. You will be able to serve alcohol past 10 P.m. tomorrow as long as everyone's out your doors by 11. So all those details with Jack coming up and also he wants. He will also go into a little bit of more detail about why he will no longer be at the press conference, is he did? He did bring that up to you? Okay? Has no problem discussing. Okay? Yes, Good enough. Would you go? Would you fly into space? There are a couple of men paying $55 million each. To fly into space. One of them is a real estate investor from the Great Buckeye State, Josh Financiere from Canada in an Israeli businessman. So those are the three guys. They each ponied up 55 million and They're going to. They're going to fly a space X rocket to the international space station. They're going to stay there for eight days going to live there for eight days. And they're saying this is 100% not a vacation for these guys. They're calling this an actual mission. And this is the first private space flight for Axiom is actually um, Yeah. Yeah, and they're set to launch next January so little less than a year. And, um yeah. $55 million each 165 million. He got from those three guys for this. I'd say it's a hell of a deal. But, man, I sheesh. I'm in the wrong business house coming. The Trump. Billionaire. Real estate. This guy, Ohio real estate ponies up 55 million like I was Gosh, I should have gone back and learned real estate screwed up bad. You could still get that the book trunk. It's real estate for dummies or whatever you can get That's available, man. You could get that. And then you two can pay $55 million just to go into space. Well, I think most of these guys who do these real estate seminars and sell these rules state books, they don't actually own any real estate. They just write these come with these stupid books and phony seminars and then you pay $100 Apiece Forum. And that's how they make all their money. Right, Wala They're rich and wall up. They get about him in the real estate. I own one shed outside of Canton, Ohio, being baboon. Bibbidi bobbidi move! I'm a real estate a magnet. I'm a mogul. Alright, let's give away $1000 Now. "Jeff Ruby fame. Theo talk about an actual restaurant. Tourist reaction also later on his congressman Warren Davidson, the John Boehner replacement, doing a good job in the Congress, talking about Trump and talking about the shutdown in Ohio. Also later on is brand Cooper. Friend Cooper is the president. The Trump so to speak of Northern conducted Chamber of Commerce, Plus later on we have on the attorney. And Frank for teas from northern Kentucky. That argued successfully that Governor Bashir could use the powers. Shut down businesses and he's coming on at 1 45 today. I just received confirmation. His name is Mark Guilfoyle, one of the best and 1 45 2 days. So, Sheriff Dave, get ready for that, too. But until then Jack Windsor Investigative reporter W. M, F, D and Mansfield and Jack Windsor. Welcome again to the Bill Cunningham Show and Jack, How are you? Well, you're a great American. I'm delighted to be here and I'm jealous. I'm going to say I am grateful. The governor comes on your show on Fox. I can't get him to do an interview with me. So we're gonna have to compare notes. I want your secret. What You have to know the guy for 30 35 years. We like each other. We speak a lot off the air and I find him enjoyable and he's open And what can I say? So give me the reaction. Do not what he said yesterday and what he said this afternoon, and I sense that in eight days he's gonna pull the trigger and the reason being while you're eating and drinking, you can't have a mask on But I would think the retail centers, the shopping centers. Maybe the hair salons. Maybe the casinos. The Racine owes air. Okay, because retail establishments and others can keep the mask on. Why you're trying to fill an inside straight, But you can't keep the mask on when you're eating escargot. Yes. You're correct about that. Well, starting with last night, I wasn't surprised. I got the scoop early on what he was going to say, But many Ohioans were surprised. You know, we were previously told spread was not coming. Businesses schools. He congratulated restaurants and bars and said they were doing a fine job. We were told that people were going into the hospitals for covert and consequently Because hospitals are actually understaffed. They've shut down wings and furloughed employees that there weren't enough people to care for covert patients, So I think somebody logically would go. Okay. Let's look at that from an algebraic equation standpoint and let's solve for hospitals. Well, he comes out then and says, Hold the phone. We're now going to issue a reissue this mask mandate with a few provisions. Uh, you know, one. You have to put this sign on the door to all of your employees, and all of your customers have to wear it and three. By the way, we're going to create this new task force. Come out and monitor your businesses. So you know, talk about flipping the script without much do notice. So that was the first big thing you know, The other thing that I scratched my head about is, he said, you know, we'll review these numbers in a week. Regarding what will happen with restaurants and bars and fitness centers, but later on, and I don't know if you picked this up during the address, he said. We've learned throughout this pandemic that what happens today sometimes won't reveal. True impact for weeks. Right? So okay, let's let's talk about that. You're gonna look at it next week, but you may not even be any more clear. You know, one of the things that he said today and I'll say just one more thing. And then I know you may have some questions. We still have this idea that cases are infections, and that's not the case. Now. Let me not be foolhardy and stupid. Obviously, our hospitals are taking in more covert patients, which by the way, he also said, we've known from the beginning, the experts said. When it gets cold and dry, and people are in their houses more there's gonna be a problem for my big question is what have we done for nine months? Why are we surprised by this? Okay, But I digress. So cases aren't necessarily infections. But the thing that's disturbing is that we started utilizing these new tasks back in September. Now, if we're gonna talk science and make sure that we lean on the science, I don't know any reputable scientist who would do an experiment and change one of the significant variables without noting it on documenting his or her work. We? We started using his by next now test then the emergency use authorization issued by the FDA indicates that they can pick up non viable covert fragments. Other viruses and bacterial infections. Okay, I'm not saying that all 6000 cases air from that, But are we accounting for that? And here's the good news. You know, at the end of his call with you today, he said, You know, I'm the governor, and my job is to save lives. Well, here's the good news. The deaths are not going up. You know cases they're going up to 6000 day. And hospital. Total utilization is actually down. What is up is the number of covert people in the hospitals but those air not translating to death, So the big question is, why aren't we solving for that variable? I have one woman that I know her husband had exposure. He started to get sick. He called the doctor and said, I don't care if it's a Sikh zinc, vitamin D injections. Whatever. Help me here, and they said no, We can't do that. And so then he gets sick, and then he has to go to the hospital. And guess what they do they do with. He asked him to do weeks beforehand. So we have these therapies. We have this understanding. Why aren't we using This stuff proactively before people actually go into the hospital. Why aren't we looking at that? Instead of creating a brand new government program funded by taxpayer dollars to go out and potentially shut down businesses again? I think it's the misalignment in policy that continues to bother me and you and he also said, Because the data has changed, I would anticipate the infection's normally an infection to some serious fatal disease means you're about to die. In this case, an infection does not mean you're about to die..

"Employees to give you fantastic advice to find one near you. Goto fertile loam dot com. All right. Quarter till the top of the hour. 7 45 with some change Eastern time, Jerry Jeff Walker. I sought this guy out because I have read his investigative pieces in places like Statehouse news in Ohio during the Corona virus. I call it the scam. Dammika 2020. Jack Windsor joins us from W m F D T V. Is that correct, sir? Good morning. Jerry. Jeff Walker is correct, And it's an honor to be here with you and the 700 wlw audience. Great to have you with us this morning. We've got about five minutes, So let's get right to it. Jack has been I consider one of the only actual investigative journalists that air still working without an agenda. The only agenda is getting at the truth. And I have seen you and press conferences with Governor DeWine and been very, very impressed. Thank you. Not with the governor, but with you. So what? What's the big takeaway you've found out during This whole mess and the governor's reaction and his edicts and the like to covert 19 in Ohio. What we have in Ohio is a governor who came out of the gate in March after seeing mainstream coverage of covert and listening to his then health director, and he shot the state down for two weeks in order to flatten the curve and ram hospital capacity and frankly, it was hard, but most people were were on the ship that he was captaining them and happened that not happy, but Don't oblige, say, you know we're in this together so that swift in early action, he received a lot of national acclaim for that. At one point during the governor's conference, he was introduced as the governor with the highest approval rating. Ohio history. Now fast forward to the end of August, 4 state reps released articles of impeachment Columbus Station reports the results of their Facebook survey over 80% of residents, one of the governor not only impeached but removed from office. Last week, Vice President Pence asked an audience of the rally to applaud for governor to wine and they booed. So how did we get here? You know, in the beginning The potential strain on hospitals is what the emergency was about right. That never never happened in six months later, here we are still, with restrictions on gathering sporting events, businesses, kids wearing masks to school school districts all over the board as to whether there in person remote or hybrid learning Well, what's the justification for it? Jack? What have you found out? What I found out is that the goalposts move quite simply in the beginning again. It was about making sure that our hospitals were not overrun. Right Then we wanted Teo. Make sure that we want Um, being careless and killing more. Ohio then would succumb to the virus. Then we wanted to stop people from even going into the hospital and having to have a nasty bout with the virus. Now what we're hearing is after they stood up the Ohio Public health advisory system in July that gives a color code each of lives 88 counties. We're hearing that we have to stop the spread of the virus. And until we have a vaccine that a lot of people take, we need to wear a mask socially distance. And abide by the orders that were put on the books. What did you find out about it? There was one report you issued earlier this year, and I don't know if it's been fact checked out of existence but was was Ohio. Where they or were they not counting the same cases of Corona virus twice with the same people, So we uncovered a lot with respect to the data. That was one of the things that we found early on that, based on reports from people in the health care system, and within departments and health, they were saying, Look. We are counting multiple positive tests. When I checked upstream. They said, Well, we rd duplicating those. We heard a report a couple of weeks later sudden now we're not So we put it out in the public forum and we wanted to debate it. We wanted to get an answer while the answer Wass. We're not double counting cases were d duplicating If somebody takes three or four positive test that only rules up into one case now, of course you know the problem. Is that we've had some challenges with. Ah, the advocacy of tasks without some challenges with no what constitutes a covert hospitalization What constitutes a covert death? And how are we reporting these things at the at the oppressors? Because we're giving totals in worst case scenarios and not really diving in and explaining, you know what makes up the definition of the case, the hospitalization of that, But you know, the numbers have been wonky. And frankly, I think, ah lot of people feel like the administration intentionally put the worst case scenario forward in order to influence people to be, you know, more reserved and cautious. What about the trampling on people's constitutional rights and Ohio law and the the The stretching the bounds of what's available. In Ohio. I mean, Where we at on that, with the legal challenges to Governor DeWine's edicts. Well, let's take a look at what happened in Pennsylvania. A judge there ruled last week that Governor Wolf's orders Business restrictions, limits on gathering and staying home orders or unconstitutional and in violation of the first and 14th amendments, saying quote even in an emergency. The authority of the government is not unfettered. The liberties protected by the Constitution are not fair weather, freedoms and place sometimes they're good, but able to be cast aside in times of trouble. Consequently, representative Grandell introduced a bill called Restore Ohio and that bill it contains an emergency provisions, which means that it would Go in the law immediately instead of that 90 day waiting period, and it effectively strikes down the lines. Executive order 2020 Deaths 01 D. Ah declared a state of emergency on March 9th. And then, of course, without the state of emergency. All of these health orders that you are enforceable would disappear. I got you, Jack Windsor. Where can people find out more real quickly? I gotta I gotta break Facebook. Jack Windsor, Investigative Journalists. Twitter at Jacqueline's. It would talk again soon. I hope thank you very much. Jerry Jeff Walker. Thank you Have a blessed day, My friend. Alright you as well 7 50 to bring him in. And Jones on baseball next and a high of 67 for today And then later on tonight, dropping out of 45 degrees. Another cold One and then for Sunday Expect a little warm up with a high of 71.

"In the great American. We kind of begin over an hour and a half ago, speaking with Jack Windsor, W O M F G He noted that the governor has signed an order through the health department that would allow the quarantining of Children without their parents. Consent in that matter, was taken up by Mike DeWine, he said. Quote No one in Ohio will be forced to quarantine against their will. Wine says Crazy, ridiculous Internet rumors that Ohio plans to force covert 19 positive Ohioans, including Children to quarantine and FEMA agencies are false. The order creates a funding mechanism for organizations that want to create quarantine shelters, not FEMA camps. The spaces are an option, not a requirement. And so the federal government Has given the states the option of setting up these quarantine camps. If that's what the local officials want to do, assuming things get completely out of control, which they're not. Not just the opposite. So even though the black letter says one thing, and the governor says that no one will be forced to quarantine against their will. And exposure to covert 19 is not quite the same as infection with Cove in 19. In other words, if you're if you're with someone who has covert 19, and you don't have any symptoms that either means you're healthy, which is a good thing. Or it means that you're asymptomatic, asymptomatic to me means you're okay. You're good to go. But that's not the way it's being dealt with. We treat this thing as if it's the black plague when in reality it is not No. One in Ohio under the age of 20. Has died. A covert 19 Answer zero, and In fact, the experts say it is quite rare to have AH, young person communicate the virus to anyone else. It doesn't happen. It's very rare. Many more Children die. The regular flu are dry. Diaby stings than have died in covert 19. But six months into this, maybe closer, do eight months into it. We know what we're dealing with. But we act as if we're dealing with something we can't understand. If you watch this morning, I watch everything. We have great therapeutics way of great testing, And we also have good hospital care, including blood plasma, and we have a vaccine, about to be announced sometime in October. You put all that together. It is not time to panic. Now. Secondly, and lastly, before I turn things over to Eddie in the rock It appears likely That for an extended period of time. The group of young adults and Children. Most affected By poor decisions in urban areas will not be given the opportunity to leave and lento live better lives. Let me be more specific way of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, which goes from the High River 40 miles north of Dayton that operates a couple 100 educational institutions. I don't know this for a fact that I have to check it out. But I'm somewhat certain knowing Bishop Denis Ner is a man of God. That if he was given the opportunity of filling up Mohr Catholic grade schools and or high schools with kids from urban areas, he would do it in a heartbeat. A lot of Catholic education is under great stress because it is too expensive and there are vacancies and so school's air shutting down and the good old days there were large Catholic schools at ST Saviour's. And Ross Moines, ST John's in Deer Park, ST Gertrude's, the home of the Bulldogs in Madeira, All Saints, the home of the shamrocks. And other communities close by that had overfilled classes. Now ST Saviour's usedto have 1000 Grade school kids doesn't exist. ST John's and Deer Park, the home of Roger Staubach and Barry Larkin, and Byron Larkin doesn't exist. And the other ones are hurting directly. ST. Vincent has about 200 kids instead of 1000. There are literally thousands of openings in Catholic education all over the archdiocese, and I'm sure the case is similar in northern Kentucky. Some schools are oversubscribed, such as Saint Saint ex eyes full like 1500 kids, But I'm told that Elder could use another 1 to 200. I'm told that Mueller High School could use another one, or 200. I'm told that practically every Catholic grade school could use more except all saints and Ken what is full, but a majority have literally thousands of openings. In the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, with good teachers and good buildings with good curricula and good standards that would accept kids from Cincinnati public schools that are completely dysfunctional. Utterly dysfunctional. I don't know what's below an F. If you take out walnut, the 2000 kids at walnut, which are the cream of the crop and just deal with everyone else, Whatever it below isn't an F Is what CPS is below. In F. They can't even open their schools. They can't conduct their kids to the Internet. They can't conduct sports programs. What's all the elder Skoda's district's air doing Because the leadership at CPS are completely incompetent. Have no clue what they're doing. If they knew what they were doing. They wouldn't be in this situation. They're in now, which is economic emergency. If there was a deal struck with the archbishop with CPS, saying, How many kids can you take in the first grade? The second grade and the third grade and the Catholic schools and we will pay. Give that kid a voucher to go to that school. Archbishops ner, I think would accept 12 400 kids to get them out of the circumstances in which they're in failing schools and failing communities with no educational opportunities not connected to the Internet, not in school, not playing sports with efs. With bullets flying around. Take that kid to a Saint Ignatius or to our lady of victory. Take that kid out of that environment and put them with that child can function and grow. Does this make sense to anyone? That's time and says no. Well, it makes sense to me. I want to save those Children. But the teachers union And the political leadership and the Democratic Party will not allow it to happen because it would benefit those Children and maybe make them or independent loving mothers and fathers would love to get their kids out of those dysfunctional schools, Communities. Shots fired. Drug deals. Prostitution, robberies, murders, get him out of that community and show them there's another way of human life. But it will not happen because they're ensnared in a system that guarantees failure, independence upon government and not individual action that would benefit that child. I'll stay with this. And by the way, we welcome to Cincinnati, Donald Trump Jr. And Kimberly Guilfoyle. Welcome. Let's continue with more. Three o'clock You're home of the Reds. "And if you don't have a proper facility the state will take and at this point once again, Children under the age of 20 are not at risk of any serious consequence from Cove in 19, and there's no available evidence that they communicate that illness or virus to others, according Tto. Dr Redfield. So is the consequence. We're chasing something That is not a problem. It's a solution and search of a problem that doesn't exist because right now Miami University the home of the Red Hawks have to make a decision tomorrow at two o'clock or 3 P.m. on Wednesday tomorrow to whether or not to have in person education for the freshman and the sophomores. They got about 8000 kids ready to move in, and they got 1000 infections, but not one person is hospitalized. Not one is hospitalized out of over 1000. That tells me how serious is the problem? It tells me a couple of things. How serious is it? You know, The New York Times came out with an article last week that said, by the way, these tests are so inaccurate and so slow to process. They're not really a good way. Tio stave off if you're worried about, you know the spread of a virus. And we've seen that right? We had tests reverse in the NFL. The governor took a false step. And so are all of these positive. Maybe. Or maybe not. But the other issue is there are no hospitalizations. You know, there's also this thing called Herd immunity. It might be a great thing that these younger kids are getting this virus and not getting sick. And you know if they're doing the things that people around them who might be at risk of doing the things that they're supposed to do. This could be a good thing, not necessarily a bad thing. But we're looking at it as if you know they're walking zombies and bags of viruses that are just a danger to the world walking zombies because if you go to Xavier U C and K U Ohio State, which can't play football, but bring him young Which beat the crap out of Navy last night. Like 55 to 3. They can play football. The Browns can play football. The Bangles can play football, Deer Park and play football, but Ohio State can't figure it out. Isn't that unbelievable? It's unbelievable. It's I, You know, it's the number one fan base in the country. The number one college football program is in Columbus with Wexner with the James with your highs date with nationwide Children's Hospital. I mean, it's one of the best facilities in the world, and they can't figure out How Ohio State Buckeyes can play football when high school kids are playing unbelievable. It is unbelievable. Yep. Friday night lights. We're good Saturday. We can't play football. There's no continuity. I think that's the other thing that's starting to drive people now is that there's no continuity and you just said it with. You know, Cincinnati public schools. You have kids that wanna play football and they could look into the suburbs and go Wait a minute. All these kids are playing football. Why? Why can't I? And it's because there's no misinterpretation or miss utilization of information as it becomes available, and some people are making decisions based on hope. Other people making decisions based on fear now, Lastly, we have about a minute remaining. Jack Windsor GOP lawmaker wants to see if the wine can be criminally charged with his current virus response I had on Representative John Becker, who sent in this missive about a law that says that if you deprive someone of a several constitutional right in office, you could be charged with an M one. Is it fair to say the idea of criminally charging? The governor with violation of that statute is dead on arrival. You know, it appears today. I think there are. I think there are parts of you know that. And then there's another lawsuit out that has some teeth to it, particularly if it relates the business is being shut down without due process and without fair compensation. You know, those things were real, But, yeah, I think I think they're swimming upstream with it. But I think the idea based on my understanding is they wanted to get that out. And if people wanted their representatives to support that And they could go up the chain of command and say what you need to sign on as a co sponsor, to make this happen. I think Becker at all put this out there. So the citizens that have been you know, crime for months now for justice would have a platform. I don't think it's going to get very far, but I think for me, I think that there's still a lot we need to understand because the policies seem completely misaligned. From the data. Will you ask the governor these questions after two o'clock if you're chosen I will. I may want to follow up on the FEMA camps. I may want to follow up on, you know, he's he's already laughed off the idea of impeachment right that I get sued all the time. If that's throughout, they want to go. They could do it. But you know, the FEMA cancer are still bothersome to me. As it is. The lack of answer on who makes a decision regarding whether someone can be taken from the residence back to me is That right? There is a huge huge, you know, humanity issue If the government could just step in and say, Well, you're asymptomatic. You may not have covert, but you might have it. So we're going to take you. That's a big issue. Hey, symptomatic major, healthy. In my book, and I'm not a doctor, but I don't know Biology. I may have 200 viruses running around my body somewhere. But if if I could still have a two handicap, I'm happy with that. So All right. Jack wins their good luck after two o'clock but asked, Keep the public officials feet to the fire way because many of the media is another my potted plants. Amen to that. You're a great American bill. Thank you for choosing. We have a great afternoon. Jack Windsor. Thank you. Let's continue with more of the governor. And I'm getting a whisper in my ear from Louisville that on Thursday day after tomorrow. That they're going to announce charges are no charges in the death of Brown, a tailor. So I think I know the direction it's headed, but get ready for a big explosion on Thursday morning and afternoon. Hopefully not here on news radio 700 wlw 700 wlw 700 wlw. And and we've seen that right? We had tests reverse in the NFL. The governor took a false step. And so are all of these positive. Maybe. Or maybe not. But the other issue is there are no hospitalizations. You know, there's also this thing called Herd immunity. It might be a great thing that these younger kids are getting this virus and not getting sick. And you know if they're doing the things that people around them who might be at risk of doing the things that they're supposed to do. This could be a good thing, not necessarily a bad thing. But we're looking at it. As if you know they're walking zombies and bags of viruses that are just a danger to the world walking zombies Because if you go to Xavier, you, si n K you Ohio State, which can't play football, but bring him young. Which beat the crap out of Navy last night. Like 55 to 3. They can play football. The Browns can play football. The Bangles can play football, Deer Park and play football, but Ohio State can't figure it out. Isn't that unbelievable? It's unbelievable. I It's I, You know, it's the number one fan base in the country. The number one college football program is in Columbus with Wexner with the James with your highs day with nationwide Children's Hospital. I mean, it's one of the best facilities in the world, and they can't figure out How Ohio State Buckeyes and play football when high school kids are playing unbelievable. It is unbelievable yet Friday night lights we're good Saturday. We can't play football. There's no continuity. I think that's the other thing that's starting to drive people mad is that there's zero continuity and you just said it with. You know, Cincinnati public schools. You have kids there that want to play football and they could look into the suburbs and go Wait a minute. All these kids are playing football. Why? Why can't I? And it's because there's no misinterpretation or miss utilization of information as it becomes available, and some people are making decisions based on hope and other people are making decisions based in fear now. Lastly, we have about a minute remaining. Jack Windsor GOP lawmaker wants to see if the wine can be criminally charged with his current virus response I had on Representative John Becker, who sent in this missive about Ah, law that says that if you deprive someone of a several constitutional right in office, you could be charged with an M one. Is it fair to say the idea of criminally charging the governor with violation of that statute is dead on arrival. You know, it appears today. I think there are. I think there are parts of you know that there's another lawsuit out that has some teeth to it, particularly as it relates to businesses being shut down without due process and without fair compensation. You know, those things were real, but, yeah, I think I think they're swimming upstream with it, but I think the idea based on my understanding is they wanted to get that out. And if people wanted their representatives to support that And they could go up the chain of command and say, Listen, you need to sign on as a co sponsor to make this happen. I think Becker at all put this out there. So the citizens that have been, you know, crying for months now for justice would have a platform. I don't think it's going to get very far, but I think for me, I think that there's still a lot we need to understand because the policies seem completely misaligned. The data. Will you ask the governor these questions after two o'clock if you're chosen I will. I may want to follow up on the FEMA camps. I may want to follow up on, you know, he's he's already laughed off the idea of impeachment right, he said. I'd get sued all the time. If that's throughout, they want to go. They could do it. But you know the FEMA cancer are still bothersome to me. As it is. The lack of answer on who makes a decision regarding whether someone could be taken from the residence back to me is That right? There is a huge huge, you know, humanity issue if the government could just step in and say, Well, you're asymptomatic. You may not have covert, but you might have it. So we're gonna take you. That's a big issue. Hey, symptomatic major, healthy. In my book, and I'm not a doctor, but I don't know Biology. I may have 200 viruses running around my body somewhere. But if if I could still over to handicap I'm happy with that so All right. Jack wins their good luck after two o'clock, But as you can keep the public officials feet to the fire way, because many of the media is another my potted plants. Hopefully not here on news radio 700 wlw during the pandemic. "I get so confused with those. I'm sorry to put you on the spot. If you don't know who I think it, That's it. That's it. NT five. Yeah s o. You know, something like that, I think would have. They would have even went forward with any kind of articles here. If that would have been put in place. I think we need something like that. Little more checks and balances and a. You know, we're certainly on this show, especially are not saying Hey, we need a little more government. You know, in this situation, I think we do need a little bit more. You know what I mean? I do. I do it A little more government in orderto have maybe less no 11, government person making or bureaucrat making decisions for all 11.7 million Ohioans look, that bill would have allowed the Ohio Department of Health to be kept in check. So would a limited their pandemic powers the length of time that they're able tto, you know, unilaterally decide things and then it also removed the criminal element on and the stiff financial penalty for order violations. But the governor's veto that pretty darn quickly so yeah, it's something like that have been signed into law. We might not be here. Is there anything that you may have in front of you that you're like, man, I should have gotten to this. Is there anything else? Well, yes, so there are a lot of things, but I think the thing that probably matters most listeners is it seems that there's going to be a pro vision that will be applied to schools that petition their local health department. If they want to expand seating for high school sports, three criteria. One is the variance necessary to allow home in away family members to be able to attend to Can the number of Spectators socially distance in three Can the homeschool adequately protected groups from congregating school? Can you know? Check off those three boxes? It sounds like that 15% prevision. Might be variable, which I think would be refreshing for a lot of AA lot of schools as they roll into their fall sports. How likely is that toe happen? Do you have Ah, gauge on that? Well, it sounded like that. The governor said that local health departments we're going to decide so if they're able to meet that criteria are those criteria that I will say that number three is probably the hardest, right. How are you going to patrol the stands and make sure you're 5 ft away? You need to be six, you know, or whatever that's probably the hardest part. Craziness..

"If they're talking about an indoor event that could see 10,000 people and they're saying 300 are allowed in there, but that's based on this wording. That is kind of what I'm seeing. I have a friend. Who his son plays soccer. His son also plays hockey and he goes and watches his son play soccer, and they spread out and they're outside and they're you know, they bring their own chairs and all that. And there's no mask. They don't have to wear a mask. For the most part, there are people going tohave to wear masks at the far a spectator sporting events. The person that they're supposed to. Yes. Um, good luck with that. Um, you know the 15% when really bothers me again. What's going on in the summer way have contest now, right? Were it seems to me that we're tightening things up. And and make in putting more restrictions. So you know, I don't know and they are going toe. He did indicate they're going to pull the event. So you know the brownshirts air coming out, and I'm sure that everybody is compliance, and it does not. Then you know, they shut the game down or as school or do whatever. But you know, it's interesting, right? We've sponsoring the summer sports leagues and these types of restrictions weren't weren't placed. At least not not across the board. And the last I checked, you still get on an airplane and fly somewhere did on the bus. It doesn't make sense. The 15% seating capacity. Uh, Jack Windsor, I I appreciate you taking a few minutes to try to make sense of this because it is from one day to the next schizophrenic is not even beginning. "I'm such a wimp. Going to bed early. Actually, I was going and I was watching the whole Thom Brennaman thing kind of unfold on TV. It was so bizarre to watch that on a side note. But back to what you would ask me about the 12 page order from the Health Department. What? What? Give me the give me the cliff notes on this because it feels like Oh, we're being allowed to. We're being allowed to have sports and be Spectators. But it's kind of in disguise. Isn't it or or what is it? It really is and it It's It's kind of the same. All right. We've seen the movie before. You know, they get out in front of it and talk about how school they're gonna have control. Ladies, they're gonna have control and you know, it's not gonna be too bad and then you see Uh, you know, 15% capacity. I think they want Ah, small number of people there supporting the athletes. They have to be potted up, I guess is what they're going to say that I have to. Sit within a certain area. You know, stuff like officials can't use this thing was because apparently, that's a problem. Uh, who wants to be? Oh, by the way, who wants to use the same whistle? It's disgusting man. I can't believe they have to make a mandate. Stupid. They're like five things on the Dart board, and I think they just put a blindfold. You just Chuck the dart at it. It's like, Oh, man, we got the one with the with looking like that. You're so accurate. You're so accurate, but But then you know, the other one is wearing masks at home. Athletes are encouraged to wear masks. Oh, my Cobb. Odd really? And And then you know if there is any on dis is one eye I wrote the answer to the question down to go back and read it and understand it better because again, I'm not making fun of them. The governor's an attorney, He's very intentional with his words. But what I heard today was Hey, if somebody has myocarditis or symptoms of it, like what happens because You know that That's a pretty that's a pretty wide set of symptoms. And what we're hearing is that that athlete needs to go essentially two cardiologists and get a check up. And if One they have to, you know, scheduled getting and get it done in a timely manner and then pass and that's pretty disruptive. Now, obviously, if somebody's life is at risk, that makes sense, but the doctor he had on Tuesday, said. You know, there's a certain percentage 13% of know that they pointed Teo. But at the same time the doctor is saying very rare. By the way, very rare. We're not even worried about it. We're actually more worried about Athletes family practicing that hygiene distancing, so we're kind of getting a lot of mixed answers and again. It's It's like word salad. I just don't know. And until we get to that point where somebody has that Issue. I think that we're really going to see how it's going to be handled. And it sounded like the school district is gonna have a little bit of leeway there, too. But those are some of the bigger ones, you know. Overall sports are going to be ableto. I'm still not confident. Jack Windsor from WMD. Joining me W M FT TV, Joining me and hardest working investigative reporter in the business, these fringe cases or these These out like these cases that are on the very French. I'm tired of them being touted as the standard that that's what happens during these broadcasts. It seems like they talk about some fringe case that happened some crazy. That's not even close to the norm. That's another thing, Jack that that that hasn't wanted. What that just happens. At least once, every other one, If not everyone, but to further on. We're talking about the 12 page order from the Department of Health. Teams are going to be allowed to host 1500 fans or 15% of the fixed seated capacity. Whichever numbers lower indoor events. This is staggering. The maximum number of fan dropped from 15 hundreds of 300. I don't know if they're talking about an indoor event that could see 10,000 people and they're saying 300 are allowed in there, but that's based on this wording..

Actually, my takeaway from that is mask start even gonna help if there's fans blowing, so why even wear masks? Just blow the fans, right? What's that? "Under an hour, the The man the myth, the legend Jack Windsor from Wftv TV is going to join us. I love it. Just a few minutes. Ah, ago he sent out a Facebook post that said. Breaking news. Younger people are getting sick because we're testing younger people. Oh, so Jack's going to join us Live coming up in four. Thiss is breaking news on NewsRadio 6 10 W. T v. N this Justin. Younger people are getting sick because we are testing younger people. This has been a breaking news segment. I mean, isn't it? Is it like I'm bouncing back and forth between like livid and then laughing And then I kind of like sober up. I get living again. But then I start laughing. It's you go through those stages. What is it won the first one's denial and then acceptance and you know all of these things, and it's seven. Counties in Ohio now where they are, it's a mask requirement for seven different counties. Franklin Butler, Cuyahoga candles Hamilton here on Montgomery and Trumbull. They're rated that I'm sorry that you're going to say can't tell county Hamilton County do we have a camel toe county in Ohio? Not aware is that 89 rounds found in southeastern Ohio If it is They're rated at a level three in the new county virus rating system that's going on which is orange right now, Franklin, he said it was dangerously close. The purple, which is level for and that could be locked down. Um, and it was it was it, lieutenant Governor, Hughes said. That said they are not above or they basically the governor When asked, Is it possible we could see a new stay at home order? He says that at this time, it's not the appropriate action. But they're keeping an eye on the data and they wouldn't rule out anything. We'll cross that bridge when we come to it, which tells me he absolutely 100% is not going to be shy about issuing Stay home order. If we're under a ah, purple, or I don't even know how you think that goes if he if he does that, how you think that goes? I I think he thought there were protests at the state house before. I think it might be. I don't mind. He'll do it. I think it might go to another level. What Josh is indicating, if, in fact they do another stay at home if they try another stay at home. I think the like what has been said with regard to protest that we saw during the last you know, whatever. Several weeks, it would probably may best that what would actually possibly we just go through this color coded crap 20 years ago Post 9 11 What? What were we were yellow one day with than we were an orange and then we're going to go back down the green that really only affected people technically flying, right? I don't even remember. Remember. Every day was a new color coding. I I really I get it. They have to leave the door. Open a crack. They're not going to go back to that. I really don't think so. Level three represents very high exposure and spread. Residents are urged to limit activities and much as possible. This is the state's designation. This is what they're saying, and they're also saying that this is from our governor. He said that the red counties He was told the virus is spreading out of family gatherings. Tourist destinations, funerals, churches and some workplaces. But he said, workplace is not as much but family gathering birthday parties. Virtue ation parties, no protest mentioned whatsoever. Come on, man, You're governor allowed to not mention the protest could be part Of what is going on. I was watching this in a different room than you guys were, and I thought the same thing and is a matter of fact. I think we share a common wall. And I'm pretty sure I heard your brains both explode when it is just Nauseated in to me. That This, our governor who I voted for and who I am now shaking my head at every most every time he talks he has gotten he's been had The same way every other politician every other, you know, hardcore big mainstream media outlet is the protest magically had no effect on anything. It is. So intellectually dishonest. It's insulting and it it's insulting and he loses all credibility with me when he denies that you want to say family gatherings. Fine. You want to say tourist destinations? Fine. You want to say birthday parties. Fine funerals. Fine. Church is fine. Some workplaces. Okay, that's fine. For you to go right past and not mention protest is unfathomable. Further mobile to me. I cannot believe that you have skipped right over that. And you're not mentioning it at all, because it's not PC for you to mention that It's unreal to me there were you say those other things are the reason that this virus is spreading. And you don't mention protest. Are you freaking kidding me? Because if he did, there would be new protest at the State House, demanding he resign and calling him a racist bigot homophobes. You know how the game is being played right now, and it's that age group is this dominantly that is getting sick. That came right on the heels. They start designating the age group, which is right in the wheelhouse of protests. Yet they're they're just magically not mentioned. Well, I noticed another thing, too, that I've heard. They're saying this new testing is showing that people 15 years younger than than the previous average are the ones getting sick? They don't tell you what the previous average was, and they don't tell you what the 15 years younger is. They just said people are getting sick 15 years younger, but they still won't give you any numbers to go by. It's all percentage. If you go from 2 to 4 That's a 100% increase right on and I'm not saying those are the actual numbers. I'm saying they're using percentages. It's it's misleading because percentages are scary when you put they're big, and they're scary, and they were not based on.

"First of all, you know, the mask is not going to prevent anyone from getting Cove. It it is. It's meant to designed to help spread it. Slow it down. So spread. Yeah, not spread it. Well, no, it's it's designed to help prevent the spread. Okay, in the sense of it is designed to help spread it. Sorry. I know I know what you meant. Maybe it is, And that's why they really want you to wear the mask. You put it on, and it actually spreads to speak of my part. Sorry I got you. But to your point what we have to really dio, and by the way, when you look at you mentioned California and Florida what's going on? There is very similar to what's going on in Texas. If you look at you know the Southern borders you have You have workers that are probably coming up into those states and they might be bringing a more active, you know, infection with them. That's probably where most of it is occurring. But at the end of the day, you still have to have clarity around the testing. You have to understand where the positive tests are coming from. Covert 19 global deaths American deaths, The media now is fixated on On putting the hat on the head of Texans and Floridians and those who live in Arizona and talk about how great New York did every every night or so. You quit Chris Cuomo with With Andrew Cuomo, the governor talking back and forth about what a great job and everyone's promoting New York Maybe. Maybe Governor Murphy in New Jersey is the bellwether. What has to happen? So I ran to tell the tape again about six o'clock tonight, having tried to watch some of the media coverage. Dustin Johnson did win the golf tournament after an hour so rain delay, But I have some facts and figures in the CNN they Clinton News Network, the really the cable opinion network. Constantly tells us that America does a worse job than any of the country on Earth as faras deaths from covert 19 I have those figures I'm gonna share with you. Also later on I have on Jack Windsor. Going to be here. Teo talk about some of the research he has done. He's a television journalist. Talk about California, Texas, Arizona, Florida and Ohio also later on his Ken Cuccinelli, who's the interim acting homeland security? Secretary and he's going to talk about the monuments and what's happening to guard them. But let's get the facts, you know, you know, facts are stubborn things I have. I have Ah, nice relationship with a great state of Florida. Florida Saturday desk for the past eight weeks in May in June, so let's go the last eight Saturdays. Ah, the going back to the first part of May. So they were 50 47 47 deaths 43 31 47 40 today on Saturday in Florida 26 which is the lowest It's been since April. So the death rate is the president keeps saying, Thank God is going down as the infection rate is going up, not because all of the infections have been discovered it suppose every time you go to hospital today, no matter what it is, you're tested also nursing homes. The governors are much doing a much better job now and testing those in nursing homes. So the confirm case cases in the United States is about 2,637,000 according to the CDC. 10 times that have already contracted the virus, and they're and they've recovered from it. So to speak many without any symptoms, which means there should be about 26 million infected Americans so far, which is still far a far cry from we have to go about 12 times that number. Now to give you a confirmed case fatality rate right now it's 4.87% which is low compared to other nations. I'll give you those also. But if the confirmed cases are 1/10 of the total, according to the CDC, that would mean that of those who actually contract The Corona virus. There's a fatality rate of about 0.5%. According to the CDC. Point, Fi didn't say 5%. I said 50.5% of people infected with the kind of virus regardless of age die 0.5%. That means 99.5% of those infected recover. And that seems to be what Dr Katz said from Yale, like two months ago, in what she said as long as those under the age of 40 or 50 years old contracted, they have little health consequences, and they're very likely to recover. We should let them go to work. You would just continue with their lives and those who may be immune, deficient or older. Those are the ones to concern ourselves and worry about Dr Katz was right two months ago, and he's right now he's right today, so 99.5% recover. If they get covert 19 The death rate is about 190.5% according to the CDC. And as a whole Way had the lowest Saturday death total since March 21st on this past Saturday. And during the height of this crisis, about 2700 died. Per day right now and said, I'm sadly for if you're one of the ones we got. 270,506 on the typical day in America, 7.5 1000 Americans die every day 7.5 1000 which means of those Americans attributable to covert 19. We can argue about whether you die with it or because of it. It's about 6% of the total, which means The media coverage is 99.99% on a cause in which the total fatality rate per day is 6% and the recovery rate is 99.5%. 99.5% of those the ones who have it and they recover many without even knowing they have this and they have the statistics. But as I said the media now is completely focused on a couple states Arizona Which is a bellwether state in the presidential taxes, which the Democrats want to turn blue in Florida, which the Democrats wanted turned blue. So what I've done and I know many are driving in a truck and a van in the car. But the worst state in the union is New Jersey Governor Murphy and the second worst state, of course, is New York. So in New Jersey, For 100,000 residents in New Jersey. There's 170 deaths per 100,000 New York is 161 per 100,000. So if you could fix in your mind, say, 161 New York State and the media Loves Andrew Cuomo, 161. Florida The number is 15 out of 100,015 not 161 in Florida. In Texas, It is eight For 100,000 not 161. In Arizona. It is 21 per 100,000. So what I've done I've taken Arizona, which is 22 per 100,000. Texas, which is eight per 100,000 Florida, which is 16 per 100,000. And I threw in.
