"Down to Z and I can't read everything on the air, what they say, like bio gender, having a gender that is closely related to nature, blur, gender, also called gender fuss. How about boy flux burst gender? We move on to the sea categories of kale, gender, cast gender, cast flocks, canvas gender, candor gender, et cetera, or gender, et cetera, of fluid, cisgender, cloud gender, all gender, then move on to color gender, move on to the D category, then I fluid genders, Demi genders, DOM genders, their agendas, ego genders, epicenter, essie, pig jenners, and then move on to the ease and the F's and the G's. It goes on to every letter in the alphabet. And we're exposing children to these issues when they're not age appropriate, maybe if one wants to be a college, maybe some liberal art school and you're into women's studies department. This is an interesting topic, but there's not 72 genders. And when teachers and education experts can go to Google and say, what, how many genders are there? They now have proof and evidence as to the answer. Well, I'll tell you what Jack Windsor. I tell you what, two or three years ago, if somebody had said America would have this kind of debate, I wouldn't have believed it. John waynes are once again, what is your website to the American people to get more information? But most importantly, just Google genders and see what happens. Jack Windsor, what is your website? It is the Ohio press network dot com and we will be releasing a story in the next 24 hours on what's going on with exactly what we're talking about in the state of Ohio and you'll get to hear or read what certain elected officials think and what the Republican candidate for U.S. Senate, JD Vance says about it. So we'll appreciate the opportunity to talk about it. Huge race. Big race title 9 non compliance will result in forfeiture of federal funding for school food programs. So the federal government under Joe Biden the Democrats want to starve children to convince them there's 72 different genders and the power, the power of the government will be held against you and do not resist. If you do resist, don't become part of the Borg, and then you got a problem. And Jack Windsor once again, thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham show. Resistance is futile. Thank you, Jack. Thank you, really. All right, let's continue. Wow. Bill Cunningham the great American with you every Sunday Night Spend your afternoons with Lisa dent, weekdays at two on Chicago's news station. "How many genders are there. Anyone can actually do that and there's a comprehensive list of genders that range anywhere from 7 to 11 to 93. And including women's health was in exactly a controversial website that they've listed male, female, cisgender, says yet, intersects anatomical sex transgender non binary and it goes on and on and on up to about 93 different genders. And so it is now is now permutated itself into the culture that there's not male and female. There's anywhere between 7 to 93 different genders according to Google. So if you would Google what's the capital of Mississippi, the answer is Jackson. If you could go, how many genders are there? I thought there'd be two. Oh no. It's like 92. And so as a matter of faith now, they're un men and women. There's every conceivable different gender in the book, and that is what misses Google tells me. And so when someone says scientifically or for a health class or something, let's talk about gender. If somebody with Google, how many genders are there, you get so many different genders? You can't keep your head straight the first line is this. There are many different gender identities, including male female, transgender, gender neutral, non binary, a gender, pan gender, gender queer, two spirit, third gender, and all, and then it goes on from there. What are we doing to the children when it comes to biblical notions of a man and a woman, Adam and Eve, and now it's 93 different genders, including pan gender, genderqueer, two spirit, third gender, Jack Windsor, we're in trouble. We are, and look, I'll give you a heavy opinion here. The original sin was The Serpent said, did God really say? And that's really what it sounds like. Is it really just a male and female or all of these other things? But I'm going to say this one final thing, Willie. To me, is the father of a 9 year old daughter. It's not even about all of that to me. It's about just my daughter, gets to go to the restroom without a boy who wants to identify as a girl walking in or the same with the changing room. Can she compete against girls in sports and not have to lose a scholarship to somebody who's a mediocre male, but a superstar female. And by the way, do I have a right to know if somebody in her school approaches her to talk about gender identity? Yeah. Those are the issues. Those are the things that are really unnerving to many Americans. I mean, all of these other things they can talk about as adults. But it's really trying to explain calculus to a kindergartner. That's what we're doing. We're you read all those things to me in my head started spinning. Imagine what a four or 5 year old or an 8 or 9 year old or a ten or 11 year old feels and emotionally goes through when they're exposed to all this stuff. That to me is the crime in it and I'm not saying that it's a crime to me it feels like a crime. To me it feels unnecessary and it feels burdensome for the kids. According to medicine net, there are at least 72 genders in today's age, one does not need to fit into any one or two categories and then the listing of 72 genders go from a all the way

"By Billy Cunningham, the great American, of course, what's happening in Ohio, what's happening in the Midwest, what's happening in Michigan, what's happening in Illinois what's happening in Chicago is similar to what's happening all over this great country of ours. It looks to me as if there has to be angst and fighting and fundraising going on in division. So liberals and leftists and marxists of every description want to come up with some other cause that didn't exist maybe a couple years ago and use that as the dividing point between those individuals that to understand the way society works and those who do not want to have fundraising abilities to go to American corporations and businesses and foundations get lots of money. So after the Human Rights Campaign had an almost disband after the oberfeld decision about 5, 6 years ago that declared that gay marriage was in the constitution, they simply couldn't say, okay, we got to disband now we won. We won the whole argument on it. Had it gone to something else. They had office buildings. They had rents. They had hundreds of employees. They had millions and millions of dollars coming into the coffers, and so they created something called transgender rights and also LGBTQ+ rights that to be applied against 5 and 6 and 7 year old boys and girls. And this is so outrageous that if somebody two or three years ago, I said, let me tell you what, 2022 is going to be a big issue. Nobody would believe it. Joining you now is Jack Windsor. Jack Windsor is the editor and publisher of the Ohio press network dot com. And Jack Windsor, welcome again to the Bill Cunningham show. And Jack, first of all, what's happening here in Ohio is extremely similar to what's happening all around the country because it isn't about the Midwest. It's about everything that's happening. And here in Ohio, bob paducah who was a good close personal friend of Donald Trump, et cetera, had received this letter from many concerned Republicans about title 9 in the application of title 9 to public schools and a day care centers and Catholic schools who received some degree of federal money, so can you tell the American people about the title 9 involvement, which really involves according to liberals teaching 5 year olds about gay sex, explain what Tara knight's interaction is. Really, thanks for choosing me. It's always great to be with you and your fantastic listeners. So in January 2021, president Joe Biden signed an executive order to extend federal law under title 9, which protects women and girls from discrimination to include gender ideology and sexual orientation, three months later, the executive order on guaranteeing an educational environment free from discrimination on the basis of sex, including sexual orientation or gender identity was endorsed by Biden, the Democrat. And what parents have wanted to know in the wake of that is, well, first of all, Biden through the Department of Agriculture threatened to withhold money to schools for free and reduced lunches. So basically withholding once money from the kids most in need, if schools did not abide by that second order that he issued in March. And so parents wanted to know, our school is going to lose lunch money if they stand against Biden on this title 9 stock. They want to know who can use restrooms and locker rooms, whether both sexes will be allowed to compete in girls sports. If boys can sleep in the same place as girls on school sanctioned overnight trips, whether students and teachers can dress consistent with their gender identities and parents and this is a big one Willie in Ohio. If parents will be notified of school officials have conversations with their kids on gender identity and if parent preferences for their kids will be honored or ignored. Now, I spent some time over the past week talking with school officials and parents and their legal counsel and for Ohio school districts that account for about 63,000 students. And one of those districts is the 5th largest. And what we've discovered is that one district does have policies that seem to be clear. Students and staff can dress according to gender, students can use restrooms according to gender identity, but other districts are very ambiguous with their standards. Their cobbled together and these are the decisions that are driving what goes on in the schools every day. And parents have been trying very hard for over a year to get schools to put down in writing on paper what the policy is, but they're not doing that. And so what you have is parents who are going, wait a minute, what's going on? I don't even know what the policy is now. And you think about Ohio, which is kind of a red state with Mike dewine, et cetera, election is about two or three weeks away. Of course, they're very likely to keep the Republicans in charge. I'm reading a case out of California, California teacher fired, allegedly for refusing to read LGBT books to 5 year olds. This is a Christian, and she is she is suing now, represented by the Thomas Morrison society. Her name is Nellie parson Cova is suing bright horizons a nationwide child care facility for alleged religious discrimination harassment and she works at this she's been at this day care center for about 5 years and they're forcing her to read to 5 year olds about shall we say sexual positions, sexual practices and calling it promoting diversity and including same sex marriage and same sex sexual activity and she says my religion tells me I can't do that. And when she refused to follow the dictates, she was fired, now she's in court for the next several years. And so what's happening in Ohio is very similar under title 9 happening everywhere. If you're in a deep blue state, it should not make any difference deep red because it's a constitutional matter. But I'm also reading from title 9 if I may share with you and each of our listeners in addition access to restrooms, locker rooms and sports teams will be based on sexual identity. Students and staff members

"No, because I know I I talked to him. You got 50%, for example, Sycamore community schools or Lakota saying they must wear a mask. You're going to kill my kid. On the other hand, other fathers mothers saying if my kid wears a mask, you're going to kill my kid. Because in the talk radio world, there's not unanimity about wearing a master getting the vaccine and, well another issue. We were told in the beginning about 75% 80% has herd immunity. In Ohio among the adult population. It's above 60% vaccination and above that, or natural immunity, those Ohioans that have have it and have the antibodies. So we're at 77 75%. Is that a good number? That about 75% means you have heard immunity. So if you take the numbers have got the vax and those who are naturally immune. You're above 75%, anyway, So why do anything we got herd immunity. I think we probably are seven close to 75%. The problem here is with this Delta being so infectious. Community might be up to like 90 or 95% now, and so, delta just change to the complete calculus of this thing. Are there more variants like Lambda and Theta and Zeta? When does this thing end? Well, I think I think it's going to end or I don't know if it's ever going to end. But what's going to happen? I think it's eventually everybody will either get a vaccine or get the disease. And then we will have At least partial immunity. And this thing will be much more like a regular virus that we all come across and seasonally or every year old trail. People will still die. But the young people will be relatively protected. All right. So this thing will be with us through the end of the century. I think so. Yes, I don't think it's going away. It's going to be around. Do you have any questions for me in the talk radio world? How about those Reds? I'll tell you what. What happened with official that last four games was fabulous. They're one game up now for the last wild card spot, which means they played three games against the Dodgers. Two in Chavez Ravine. I'm jumping ahead myself a little bit, but nonetheless, if if they can hold onto that spot, they got to beat the Dodgers. Then they got to beat probably the Giants. Then they're going to be probably the Brewers and then they go to the World Series and be probably I'm going with the New York Yankees Deva reprieve of 1970 76. I think that's what's going to happen. Yeah, They got a tough road, but they're looking good. All right, we'll have I asked you the tough questions. Dr Stephen Black. Those are tough questions. Did you answer him? I hope I did. I hope I gave it my best. You did Dr Stephen Black. Thanks again for coming on the Bill Cunningham show. Thank you. All right, Thanks. Really Appreciate it. Dr Stephen Blatt. So here are the numbers. But we're going to have later on. We're going to have Jack Windsor come on later. There's about 2.5 Million Ohioans between the ages of zero and 1992.5 million of that group. There's been a total of seven deaths. And we don't know how many of the seven deaths died because of or with Covid. And so it's damnedest thing I've ever seen. Do not get between Mama Bear and her cubs. That's all I'm telling you. Let's continue with more. "Vaccine Million lottery based incentive system intended to increase Covid 19 vaccination rates was not associated with an increase in Covid 19 vaccinations. So here we are, we're going to announce spend taxpayer dollars to send people out into neighborhoods and by the way, how do they know where to go? They do They have a lot of data on Certain neighborhoods that are lagging behind other neighborhoods in the United States. I would guess based on Ohio's overall vaccination rate that some of those neighborhoods will be in Ohio. I can tell you those folks are not going to be welcome at my house. And if they do not, they're not going to come back. I promise you that, But now now we've got you know good money after bad money, So the vaccine lottery didn't work, And so now we're going to send what henchman around to try to induce people to take the vaccine. You know there's a lot wrong with this both from you know an inducement vantage point, but really, from a bioethics vantage point, and but nobody whether it's the governor, Dr Vanderhof, our folks in mainstream media really seem interested in talking about that. Listen, people know at this point where to get a vaccination, and I love how they're trying to spin this or position it like. Well, there are people who don't know No there you I'm telling you, you can go across these United States stop in any city. And you can take just a random 100 people in survey them and they know where to go and get the vaccine. If that is, in fact what they want to do. This is the silliest thing I've ever heard, and you talk about cramming something down people's throats. And like you just said somebody knocking on your door. There's going to be a lot of problems. If that realistically were to start. They're going to be guns shoved in people's faces. Get off my property. I mean, what do you have people standing there with the igloo cooler on wheels with dry ice in it? And they've got, you know they got jabs in the in the igloo cooler way. This is the silliest thing ever. And it's just It's just goofy that our government is wasting all kinds of resources. If, in fact, they are trying to get this up and going when we got the problems at the border. We got all these energy problems. They're you know, they're trying to blame. You know the fact that we have a you know, I just remember from the condo collapse a couple of weeks ago. They're trying to say that you know that behind that is, uh, you know that there's global warming could be behind. It's unbelievable all the things that they could be trying to spend or do their resources with and then they're going to possibly Try to go this direction with it. It's crazy. It really is. You know, I think it was June 24th July was talking about the vaccine lottery and how how it helped reverse declines in vaccine rates. But the study that came out of Boston University said that actually, after, uh the vaccine million program was announced, Uh, vaccine declines slowed. To a greater extent in other parts of the United States, and they didn't They didn't Ohio so once people were incentive, they smelled something fishy and you hit it. You hit the nail on the head. They ditched the idea of getting the vaccine faster in Ohio than they did in the rest of the U. S. And by the way, people are smart and You know, DeWine and Vanderhof. They're not the only ones publicly suppressing information. But they are our state officials, and they've repeatedly said that vaccines are unquestionably safe and effective. They've denied risks associated with them and You know that? That's just when you think about the vaccine movement, right? They say there are Baxter's and Anti-vaxxers vaccines have made a tremendous leap forward in the past decade, but that's contingent upon public trust. And I feel these types of things really set that movement back. I'm not anti backs. I have all my vaccines. My daughter has had vaccines in the past. But this is not a good look for public health. And it's not a good look for the vaccine movement, and it certainly doesn't build trust. Hey, we're down to the very end. And here we only have a few seconds left. But the Ohio Press network is up and going, yes. It is. Yes, we are officially exciting, at least on the Facebook page. Yes, We're still probably 30. "A way to use a credit card at a blackjack table yet for starters. Do you find lots of just blackjack tables that pop up around? No, no, no, I'm just saying, for instance, I was there yesterday and at the casino, and I and I one I have. So I have some of that cash. That's okay. Okay. I left some for the wife. You know this morning, so she she took some and I took some and I put the rest in the bank. And so I like having that I used it as it's Starbucks. Today. I use that and I will just use cash until that runs out. And then that way, I know I'm not even tapping into the bank account that that's a nice feeling. But I just I can't even remember the last time I needed cash on hand. I always have cash always have cash because what happens if I mean how many times have you gone up to something I have. You'll be wherever fill in the blank. And they're like our credit card machines. Not or this is cash only. I'll see that a Kroger sometimes to some of those machines and stuff. I guess you guys don't run into that. But I I absolutely have. I just like to be prepared because I think that's great. But even if I did have cash on hand, it'd be like $3 to join the lottery pool at work or something like that. It would be it would be. Nothing would be no money at all. I'd salmon an anomaly because most people don't keep cash. You're right. I mean, I'm in the minority for sure. No people. No. I always have stamps on me. So I have no figure have no stamps between the two of us were so prepared are we are definitely prepared. So the show as the governor and his people are calling it. Will not go on. So that's it the show and it was, uh, in case you're wondering. I have some stats about this. The show 15 month run, the governor's ended the regular coronavirus briefings. It has happened. It is over. Um, but he does say he could call a covid 19 press conference at some point down the road. So it's not out of the question, but for the most part, it is done for all intents and purposes. Regular topics. A regular updates rather have completely ended. So they called it. He's the staffers there for DeWine have called this the show. That's what they nicknamed it. There were 168 episodes as they're saying. Available now on time live video. We've talked about this at work where we've We went from that point where we were carrying it live every single day every day with the governor As long as he was talking. We were showing everyone what he was saying. The updates. And he was it was happening on Saturdays and Sundays. Even and now we've gotten to the point in our newscast anyway, where there are some days we don't even run the latest coronavirus numbers, and that's smart. If you ask me because I think it's it's become. It's mid level too low level importance to most people, especially in this area. Fascinating the way that's but that the way that happened at one point I really thought to myself how do we end this? How do we move past these daily updates like this? It was almost like we were addicted as a community. To this information because it was so new and we've never been through anything like this. And now no more show, I guess kind of fizzles out on it. I mean, you knew I felt like I It was fizzling out, and it started a long time ago. I think it uh, 168 episodes. I'd say it probably went 100 too many. At that point, and I know look, that's not to be mean. That's just to say he would come on and go my sports team today and he would talk about his tie and Fran would be standing there just kind of recipe longingly staring at him, which was uncomfortable. I'm watching it going. What do they do it So I love them. But I I do agree with you that there were moments where you were thinking. Do we need To be live for this. And so we would as a TV station. We would say Okay once the actual update is over, if you want to follow along can go to the website, But we're not going to carry this live anymore because there were some really long briefings. Those are not easy. So what's interesting is at the beginning. In case you're keeping score from March 16th march 30th when all of this was, you know, going one point 2/1 1.0.2 tuned in. To the Ohio Channel Facebook YouTube, and they were saying, that's what people that's over a million people were tuning in to watch that those Platt factors. Yeah, I don't know what else right a local TV stations. They were huge. They were people wanted more information. I mean, again, even on Saturdays and Sundays. So in the final days, they're saying fewer than 10,000 live views, and I think that would have been There wasn't any regular and there were no major networks carrying it towards the member. The last time we carried one live, it's been so long. Well, I take that back when he announced vaccine Malian The actual announcement when he had a prime time address. We would carry that. But as far as the regular Tuesdays and Thursday briefings, kind of what it turned into, we stopped carrying those live a long time ago. This is fascinating, the way people were so intense to know more, and that did that faded away Wine with the wine wine with DeWine were shirts with act and remember. There were T shirts, fan clubs, and I think he you know, he got a little he got addicted to it. It feels like 10 years ago. If you really think about that time And then, uh, he he was bringing in doctors and other experts, none of which challenged him. By the way. It was always people who are 100% in line with them every single thing that he would say as a matter of fact. Um, from what I remember, And I know the listener you remember, it feels like Jack Windsor was the only one who actually challenged Governor DeWine on a normal basis. And then that kind of went away a lot of people. According to this article, you know, not everybody was a fan. That in this together that got old pretty quickly. We're all in this together. People like you stood on a good I'm gonna score Did hear that a lot. Yeah, and they were saying That message, of course, was Ohioans that had lost jobs or close businesses, which were a lot. Um, we're just fed up with that. That got old really.

"Ignorantly or blatantly neglected to inform Ohio once during a press conference called to address vaccines and our kids and adolescents of the potential harm that could come from well, yeah, he also Jack, at one point during that press conference, was talking about how You know, he starts talking about adults, a variant all these new variants, and he's like it will inevitably lead to more hospitalizations and tragedy. Yeah, yeah, like, wow. Great message. Kids. Take this or you're going to go to the hospital and you're going to die even though we know that the evidence is That if you're under the age of 30, your chances if you're healthy, that your chances of dying or, you know next to nothing. The other thing, Jack, what do you think was, Um what? What do you think? Held wine back from going ahead and saying, Listen If you want to play sports and state of Ohio, it's mandated because because I think we were all convinced he was going to lay the the manned ation hammer down. What do you think stopped him at the last minute because I have a feeling he was on his way to doing that, and then just the rug got pulled out from under him at the last second. Mhm. You know, there's so much swirling around in my mind about that both before the pressure and after the only thing I can surmise, is that He may have received legal guidance that you know what? Mandating it or appearing to mandate it. Um, you know, could create some sort of hurdle, you know, and that kind of leads into the one statement that he said it was somewhat Controversial. He made the comment that the Pfizer vaccine has been approved down to the age of 12. Now the FDA issued an emergency use authorization for the fighter Mrna shot in December of 2020. And they expanded it to include adolescents 12 to 15, but EU A is not FDA approval. So you know he kind of minced words there and that might be a little bit ticky tacky. But words matter because FDA approval requires six months of data and an additional six months for the data to be scrutinized and wants the health emergency ends. Only those products that have approval may be sold on the market, so there may be something there. The difference between FDA approval an emergency use authorization that prohibited him. I don't know, but that would be my guess. But I'm not an attorney or not, or doctor, but that's just my gut on it. The hardest working investigative reporter in the business, Jack Windsor joining us now, you know, also early on. They talked about myocarditis and you know it was It was convenient for them to use it early on, and I don't mean early on during this presser I met earlier on during this whole pandemic. And now they don't want to mention it at all. They just kind of want to sweep it under the rug, because, well, it no longer fits that narrative, does it. You know, it doesn't And that was something that I just blew my mind. The mile card itis is something that Vanderhof talked about quite a bit last year during those covid pressers even more kids. And parents that it could be a symptom of covid. And then even though it's it's not very common, it could happen and you know it could cause serious issues and he made quite a big deal about it. And that same concern by the way over heart inflammation. If I recall correctly, is what stopped the big 10 initially through starting football season, So on one end, no matter how small the risk, it was highlighted that now that it could be a serious side effect in our kids, adolescents and young adults who take a vaccine It's being completely ignored. And they're in, I think is one of the rubs. A lot of people have. There is a moral obligation that our public health officials have to give us all of the information, because if you are going to consent Some sort of medical practice, or, um, you know, shot. You need to have all the information so that you can make that benefit risk calculation on your own, And I think that's one of the things that a lot of people are very upset with. That's the feedback I got on Friday, anyway. Hey, I also wanted to get your opinion on this because I haven't talked to you since it happened. But were you surprised at the governor? Lifted the health mandates earlier than basically where he was headed. And he was going to be forced to do it. Um and and you know what I'm talking about? Are you surprised by that? You know, I'm really not because this has been one of those things. Um and I'm going to say this, and it's making a statement as a fact. Not as you know, um, just an opinion the governor has has never once come out and said, You know, I could have done things a little differently over the last year or because I'm looking at information differently now than I was six months ago or six weeks ago over six hours ago. I'm going to do this. It appears that he has doubled down on decisions that he's made previously and then when he's had to let up, he's really tried to position himself in his administration as the folks who created the environment where they could quote, you know, let the orders go early when the reality is that the Legislature was going to step in and drop the hammer. But of course, he wants to chalk that up as a political victory for himself well, and I'm glad you brought that up. Are you kind of explained it to the audience because that's something I feel is very important. As we move forward to the primary that's coming up in May. I know it's a little ways away, but I saving lives by telling lies. That's what I had to do here in state of Ohio. Saving lives telling lies beating pies? Yeah, Uh, I just heard my favorite clip of all time. Josh Cup election. Thank you. That's for you, Brother. I love you Any chance governor that we could, you know, have fireworks, mortars. You know some things that you know, maybe are kind of unsafe on unsafe. You can blow your arm off, not be able to get the jab. Get got to get your jab. Well, you're so hell bent on that on that jab. I'm telling you, Wow, Hardest working investigative reporter in the business, Jack Windsor Dude is always at the blast. When you come on, man. "O'clock. Now is the curfew. And you know, the governor waited till the last part of his pressure to to make it specifically. I mean, I know yesterday was bring being reported, But there is just some sort of you take some sort of solace or or I don't know it with the word that when you watch him say it. When you watch him say 11 o'clock is now the curfew in the thing, though that is, I guess a bit troubling, at least for you, Josh. Based on what I you know, witness we're watching. It is the two weeks before they revisit any. I don't understand that. And I don't know if station you have a you could help me on this, but Don't get it. If it's seven days below 3000, then we're supposed to go to midnight. Well, we've had two consecutive days below 3000. So theoretically, could we not be a week from today going till midnight, But the governor said We weren't going to review it for two more weeks. Somebody help me out here. I know it wasn't great at math, but I'm pretty sure that that sounds a little contradictory to me. Doesn't that What? Why? You know, I can. Definitely I think there's a lot of folks out there who would be thinking the same thing in that way of measuring But isn't it interesting that one week ago we were just talking about how It seemed like we didn't know what we were aiming for. When it came to adjusting the curfew one week ago, we talked about that. And how what? What is the marker? What are we watching for? Because the governor kept saying we're not there yet. And the question was, well, What is there now? We know, And it will be interesting to see if if this is the path, we continue to follow as the numbers Change because we've seen this real significant drop over the last week in cases hospitalizations these air important improvements in the numbers that we're seeing, and it will be interesting to see how the governor reacts to those numbers as they continue to play out. Well, I would think that the based on the barometer seven days correct. OK, so yeah, that makes perfect sense as to why you put Little Josh, and I think a lot of other people I did not hear anybody in the press corps asked him that that's the thing that's a little bit puzzling, because no, it's like, Is anyone paying attention? Really as to what he said was the barometer. Then he goes. We'll revisit it two weeks. It's like, Wait a minute, two weeks. That's 14 days. You said seven days every every seven days. You would you would look at it if we begin. That downward trend then it would then morphed eo midnight unless this is what you and I feared, Mark. Maybe the slow roll. Well, what I mean was is we have to do two weeks at 11. And then you know at least two weeks at 11, as long as there's seven consecutive days of under 3000, then we can go to midnight and then you've gotta have the least two weeks at midnight. And then if there's seven days below 2500, then we can go toe. I don't know. He's and gentlemen welcome again to the Michio Game show cast. Mike's curfew like That's that's where on that right now, And I just Why didn't anybody in the press corps asking that every question was about shots and schools? There was not a lot of questions, but I'm trying to flip through Jeff Read IX. Twitter account because he is our reporter in there, and he's tweeted 30 times in the last hour, trying to see if that was address. We should try. To see if he'll do rock paper scissors to see. You know which way we go with this. Can we go? Seven days? Can we do I hear five days Do I hear we got $7 I would do here by 55554444 days because if we're going just off the parameters as they were laid out If we make it till next Tuesday. Ad under 3000. Then Wednesday of next week. We should go up to midnight. Not trying to weeks. What's behind door number one. I got nothing for you, man. I'm And this is why we need to get Jack back into the press corps hats and press conferences. You can ask Jack Windsor s so he can ask these pertinent questions. So station I'm giving trip. We're stalling here to give you time to scroll. Yeah, I know she's she's looking at trying. Oh, man, I am trying. But you're there were a lot of questions asked about the vaccine rollout, and I'm here to tell you the questions were getting in the newsroom. Have everything to do with the vaccine and how to get those because so many people it's a man I I'm not in a group that is able to get a vaccine yet so I have not attempted. But the stories that I hear from emails and messages and phone calls. People are just banging their heads against the wall trying to figure this out, So I know that's where the focus on the vaccine is coming from, because the reporters there are trying to answer the questions for these people who are saying, how can I get vaccinated? Well, you know, in a kind of an answer to that, at least I know that President Trump had a, um he had the he was going to use. Uh, Troops. Probably the National Guard in the states to begin facilitating distributing this I did here this morning. I'm not sure which show it was But I did hear that now The Biden administration is either looking at it or about to make that happen and use some of our military to get this all distributed and try toe. Try to speed this thing up because you're right. I mean, they're a lot there are certainly clearly there are more people who want this. Then what is available right now? And how many you know they can get it gone. I don't know..

"It is like a game show the way that the governor is presented this If it's below 3500, you will be able to go to 11 P.m. and then another. So what is what are the numbers and what is the actual truth to this thing, And where are we at with it? So I will. I'm gonna caveat my statement and let you know that I've reached out to the governor's office again to seek clarification and I'll get to that in a second. But as he announced yesterday, if numbers dip below 3500 for seven consecutive days, they're going to extend that serve you 11 PM if numbers dropped below 3000 for seven consecutive days, then that's what if he gets extended to midnight, And then once it once we go below, I believe 2500 there. Um Than folks. I'm start when hospitalizations Simple 80,000 no 2500. The curfew will will then be lifted, But according to the guidance provided by the governor on Tuesday, o D. H can reinstitute a recommended reinstitute the curfew. Now, Here's the controversial part a send a message to the governor's office and asked. Hey, are you Are you going to extend the curfew? And he said yes. The number's on Wednesday, which is today triggered the policy, the governor announced yesterday. So it'll go to 11. But then I also asked about alcohol service, and he said the last call order previously in effect expired weeks ago, so alcohol failed for in person consumption. They happen after 10 PM tomorrow that the curfew will begin at 11 P.m.. So my understanding based on just reading that directly is that bars and restaurants concert off the whole past 10. You have to have it, you know, consumed and ready to, you know, Get out the door 11. So the so the alcohol, So all right. So then the bars all of that is off. The restrictions are off with regard to the alcohol sales and each you know, as we move back to midnight, and wherever you know wherever we go from there It sounds like that. That's all those restrictions are off on the what? The liquor license and in essence, as I read into that now, it seems like that curfew is contingent upon hospitalization numbers. And based on what the press secretary. The impurities said, You know that last call order has expired. So all that's really stopping. That is the curfew. So yes, I'm reading into it that way. I think you received feedback that that may not be the case. I've reached out again to the governor's office to see clarification. But as of this, you know this call. I haven't haven't you, Jack, and that's what it is. I'm really good friends with two bar owners in Columbus. And they've been blowing me up on tax and we've been going back and forth and they're trying. They just want clarification. And this is the problem. I think, Jack with all this stuff, and we've got about a minute, but When there's okay well, but it's this number, but this was an effect. I never saw an announcement, saying the liquor control Commission 10 PM Alcohol sales cut off expired. But apparently it did. And then you're throwing his bar and restaurant owners into complete chaos, Jack, they don't know what the hell imagine that it's confusing. Imagine that. Yes, And you know that's that's been the modus operandi of the entire time. I've had local leaders from around the state reach out to me and say, You know, the governor announced things that were going on in our county. And the lies on never lies under the governor's office communicated with us, So it seems like a lot of times. You know, Some people are way out in front and, you know, not kicking the communication back to the people that it matters most to So that is that's very frustrating and disappointing. I can imagine right now being a restaurant or a bar owner and I would just be living. So what I understand is if we go below 2000 hospitalizations at bars and restaurants, clothing will be optional at that point to O. Uh, dude, you it's on or off. I guess I don't even go to heart blaze there. Well, maybe we'll start our boy. Josh is about to terrorize the bar going. Residents of Dublin, Ohio. Doctor's gonna get a uber gold card, man. "Loamy. It's me again. Thank you for listening to the mark Blazer Show with Josh Cease. Let's bring him in the hardest working investigative reporter in the business. I speak of Jack Windsor and Jack. How's it going, brother? Thank you for those last minute, but thank you for coming on today. You doing okay? Mark. It's an honor to be here. Thanks for choosing me always love talking with you and Josh. Yes, I'm doing well, very cool. Do we want to start with why? You're not covering the pressers any longer? Yeah, let's go ahead and break the ground on that. So I'm currently without press credentials that would allow me to participate and ties, pies and lives that TPM doesn't There's tais leis. And Here's what happened. Actually, Mark, you and I were having lunch when I received the call in office from the Ohio Star be managing editor. I remember that I remember that. As you know, I was doing statehouse reporting, in addition to managing new side Now I'm an independent reporter, so I continued to handle the covert pressure on behalf of the station. I was representing Also handling all the work at the star. And as you and I discussing some text messages off line. I'm also working on a project to launch a new news service here in Ohio. That will be a little bit different than the star. But it's it's a good fit. So all of that to say, I want down my work with the TV station and stepped fully into my Ohio Star work and the other project, and I approached the governor's press secretary and requested to have my credentials transferred. I just think that's integrity right to the Ohio Star because all of my work had totally shifted there. Unfortunately, the governor's team took that opportunity to say no thanks. Your highest art isn't associated with a print newspaper radio station TV station, So we respectfully decline your request. Now I still have the opportunity to apply for membership with the Ohio Legislative Correspondent Association, which the governor's offices said. If you remember there, then we'll live back in. But the OLC a when I look at their roster and their membership or their leadership These are the folks that have criticized my work, said I'm not a journalist. So on and so forth. I will give them the benefit of the doubt. But I'm not gonna hold my breath. There is that they're going to accept my application. The good news is the governor's office still communicates with me, as do other state agencies. I'm simply not included in the press pool to ask questions during the pressures and I'm not a lot on the floor of the state house that I consider a report from other places that the public is allowed to be. You know, Jack, I think I asked you the last question. Last time you were on I go. Are you worried about the cancel culture? What's going on? You said Oh, I will be canceled. Huh? That's what I was faster. And I thought, bro. Well, you know, in full transparency, you know, that request was already out there the transfer and immediately it was met with a well take a look at your request. And I should create. What do you want me to send over? And they said, Well, nothing will just consider your request. I thought OK, Here we go. Wow. Yeah. You know what? I can't wait. Just we have to talk to some people here in the building and see if we can get him on a. You know, some sort of a small we'll pay you like we'll pay you. Maybe. And I don't know, candy flavored Kraft macaroni and cheese. That will be your salary, but he will be a technically and I heard employee he can. Yes. You can represent TVN at the press conference. We got to do something like that. I mean it. I wonder if we could get that worked out because Then they have to honor that and let you in there. They would. And you know, this has never been about me. My heart breaks because there are millions of Ohio and Adele East. You know, in the hundreds of thousands that I know we're grateful for their questions that I was able to pick from them. So the questions that I asked you not necessarily my own and it's a shame to me that, you know, hard working Ohio and you don't have access and privilege granted by the First Amendment Free press. Are now kind of closed out. Because I, you know, obviously rocked the boat too much. Unbelievable. Jack Windsor joining us right now. Hardest working investigative reporter in the business. Jack, bring us up to speed on what? Josh and I were kind of making fun of earlier. "We're live on the 16 W T V and Facebook page right now. And we got what, Like, kind of more news. Yeah, I'm trying to clarify this. But our good pal, the hardest working investigative reporter in the business. Jack Windsor is saying that that previous Alcohol order expired. Which WASP the weight. It was the liquor control one. Okay, hold on. This is just coming in. He got an email from Dante Ernie. The anti Ernie, This is Mike DeWine spokesperson. The last corner previously in effect expired weeks ago. So alcohol sales for in person consumption may happen after 10 PM tomorrow, but the curfew will begin at 11 P.m. tomorrow. So there you go. Okay, so that I did not realize that expect I must have expired at the end of the year. The more I think about that, Well, November 30. It's not the end there wasn't November. 30, I think was December 31st or, well, the question Now is, Was it something that got by them and they go? Oh, we need We need to fire that back up. And because they listen to this technically doesn't matter, Josh because if they extend the curfew to 11, they're saying 11 o'clock. They're not going You can buy all the way up to 11. Gotta be out by midnight now. Kind of what they were saying before 10 o'clock Gotta be out by 11 was the previous when I believe so Now. It doesn't matter. It doesn't 11 o'clock. It's 11 o'clock. You could buy a drink at 10 59, but you have to have it finished before 11 o'clock. Yeah, this so the governor is confirming this. So I apologize. But this was not post until after we went on the air. Okay, so I apologize for any This communication calling you about it. Yeah, there was. I saw the phone's going crazy so and so well, that's just it. And you guys, That's great news. You've got to remember. Remember this too, while you're listening. You know, Josh and Eireann. If you hear us talking to each other, we can't sit and stare at a phone and get all these different updates, you know, And if something's breaking, we try to stay on top of it. But we can't look at that. And then also focused on you know, talking to each other. We're trying to be funny. Damn it, Putting on the Mike DeWine variety hour game show. We can't I can't always be checking the Facebook too. So yeah, that is fantastic news. So, yeah. Governor. Dwyane spokesperson Dante Ernie confirms. That that order expired so bars will be able to serve past 10 o'clock but everyone must be out by 11. So there you go. That is fantastic news. Alright, So though you could buy a drink at 10, 45 and also I'm starting according to Jack that it's now that if it's below 2500 that'll be midnight and 2000 and B when the curfew's lifted. I gotta get clarification on that because that wasn't I thought what we read and heard yesterday, Right, Jack, if you are, if you're able to we're trying to get him now. I tried calling him He did not pick up, but I would like to, because Jack doesn't post the man researches allegation and numbers. Better name by in the world isn't post anything bogus is what you're saying. So I'll keep trying on Jack may well, get him on later in the show here. So what happens to your body? Man, That's that's good right there, Brother, I You know, I like the burrito with with traditional steak, black beans, little bit of guacamole and brown rice and I'm good to go. You know the thing about for me the stake there. It's it ends up. It seems like I Maybe it's every time just about I try it. It's chewy. It's old. It feels like I don't know, man. It's only it's not only I've had beef jerky that was probably more tender for the most part, But don't get me wrong now that the Sean Mendez Bowl is in, Oh, man. I think they're stepping it up. There are stepping it up. You know, I was gonna say that, uh, you know, I went through, I went through the time of my life. It's hard to discern right now where I was really regimented with my eating program and exercise water intake, And at that point food was fuel. So if the chicken was chewy or the steak was a little good, you know, ah, little to robbery or flattery. So be it. You know, maybe I'm all right with it, but I get it, man. It was it was to serve one purpose so you could push up more weight. That's really at one point, right? Amen. Brother. That's it. I got you s O hardest working investigative reporter in the business. Jack Windsor, joining us and managing editor of the Ohio start. You're still with W m F D TV as well and Tell me where you at the pressure today. I actually was not at the pressure. I mean, I was I was listening on guy covered it for the sake of understanding that you know. Judith, French former A lot of Supreme Court judge was named as director of you. How Department of Insurance We saw that the numbers for hospital utilization for cove it continue to decline, and that's good. We heard a lot about vaccine distribution, but then also talked a little bit about that covert variance. I was there, listening. I will report on it, but no, I was not as hunker down. I'm working on some side stuff right now in a couple of deep investigative dive, So you know, really trying to divide my time wisely. Yeah, and we're seeing a downward trend and a lot of people are. I can't believe it right in time for the inauguration. We're seeing a downward trend. Sorry. I have to say I got to state the obvious, man. I mean, that's the the timing coincidence? I don't know. I don't think we'll ever really know. But we are seeing a downward twin trend. You know what? Josh and I were kind of talking about as we're watching. At least I was saying to him. Yeah. You know, it took 19 minutes roughly for the governor to bring that up and start talking about how there was a downward trend and he goes, but we're not sure yet If this is if this is an actual trend, or it's just, you know, one of those things, and it'll go back. I mean, I was just like, Wow. Can you at least please Give us just say the good news and leave it at that. I mean, I am I am exhausted with this, and I think a lot of people are because if it's good news, brother, then he may have to start giving us some of our freedoms back and he's just not ready to do that, Ma now come on. You know, that's exactly right. Several months back. I did a Alive feed, and I was talking with a couple other people who joined me on that show and we talked about what they call the epidemiological playbook or the public health playbook. And the bottom line is they will flat out. Tell you if cornered and asked, you know, do you report, you know? This within a certain light, and they do. They don't want people to cast off restraint. But look at this critical right. It's not just the three or four day drop, as he talked about it might have edged up a little bit for five days ago. The reality is we got through November and Thanksgiving pretty much unscathed by a significant of pick which they predicted which they predicted Jack that we were going to get just massive carnage, right? I mean, especially after Christmas, and you're right, man. So continue. Sorry, but I just had to point that out, you know? That's it. That's it. It was Thanksgiving. And then it was Christmas and New Year's Now Dr Fauci is saying, Hey, you know, we're gonna see a longer tail on this Christmas thing that when you follow the CDC guidance, you look in a 14 to 21 Day window. You know, I could be wrong. I hope I'm not. It appears that we got through that impatient. That utilization is down. 30% ICU beds down. 30% inventor down 32%. That's positive. But of course they talk today about that variant and how it's more contagious. Well, let's hope that it is more contagious and certainly less deadly. But, yeah, it gets very frustrating because you can almost predict it right. You know that. Well, if if this numbers down, they're going to talk about another reason why we should get the vaccine and be continue to follow mandates on masking and distancing and You know the whole nine yards? Well, and that's just it, man. You you brought up the variant thing, and that's actually I had that on my notes. I jotted that down because as soon as he started that with Dr V, I go Oh, here we go. I knew it. They can't There's just no way to say that. You know, we might be ending in Josh kind, I guess summed it up, But there's no way they can't just say that we might be ending. What could be a complete, you know, one year nightmare for a lot of people and, you know, think about this, too. Um, There are a lot of people complaining about this. You know the curfew and so on with good reason. It's done nothing to knock this down. I mean, we've seen the same numbers. We've seen it go up during that during this whole time, And then I I kind of pivot to what California what's going on there? Their case count is three times higher than it was two months ago. So those strict lockdowns how's that working for you in California? There's there's so many things that point to its They've got to begin to loosen the grip here, and I don't know if the vaccination is going to be. I hope, because then there, you know you got those stories out there, Jack, where people are saying, Well, you know, Dr Fauci saying what we're going to continue to mask and social distance and all that for several months after.

"So when we we treat it like it's the thing that is kind of, you know the Iron Curtain and it doesn't get T people. That's really not the case. Um, it and you know, it does seem like we've got the vaccine. We've been a year into this, and yet we're still supposed to wear masks, socially distance. And, you know, do the things that we don't want to do what they would call the new normal. S so it'll be interesting to see how things play out because you and Josh and I think we all kind of have a threat of belief that there's a lot of political messaging here. So as Biden takes office tomorrow, what's that going to look like the next 7? 14 days? You know, 1 to 2 months it'll be It'll be interesting to watch. I think you had something last week didn't blazer about the number of deaths that have been predicted over the next month? Two months? I'm gonna do that right now. Follow it. Sure, Jack. Real quick. Here at the wrap this up. I wanted to ask you We've already seen the cancel culture going to effect so scarily, you know, so frighteningly harsh against conservatives and Biden's not even in office till noon tomorrow. With what you do and how you press and you ask questions, and you don't let things go and you don't just shut up and accept the narrative. I'm just curious if you're concerned, or You have any idea how much harder your job and your ability to stay on the truth is going to get and you feel like that You could be threatened just as much as anybody else in this Cancel culture world we're living in Funny that you ask that I was interviewed today and we talked about just that. And to try to get through that briefly. The answer is yes. I do believe that. You know my days of having access to the governor and other state officials. Those days are numbered. That's not gonna happen anymore. On I will be canceled. So I will tell you that right up front number two. Throughout the coverage of this pandemic. I've already had death threats and you know other terrible things that you know we've worked through and I won't talk specifically about those, but I do think it's going to get harder. I mean, the Ohio School board member who went to Washington D. C on January 6th. They tried to make day being mainstream media tried to make an example of her and so there's a person that has a first Amendment right to go and do what she wants to do, and she's being criminalized. So I worry about the freedom of the press. I worry about people who aren't in the press their first Amendment right to speak out. Not only are you are you being silenced, they not want to criminalize your speech on Di Think That's the thing that we're going to really have toe. Wade through and battle through and in the days and months to come. I think that's a very real threat. I don't think it's conspiratorial conspiracies thinking at all. I think it's reality. And if you look at Twitter, Facebook instagram any of those platforms you already see that it's taken effect. Then we better wake the hell up pretty quickly. Hardest working investigative reporter in the business. Jack Windsor, with W. M. F T TV and managing editor of the Ohio Star Jack is always The time goes so quickly, man when you're on the air. Oh, so many things that we want to talk about, But we'll have to hold on to him till the next time. Thank you so much, brother and we'll talk to you again soon. Josh Mark. Thank you guys have a great afternoon to brother traffic.

Love it even coming as they say, You know, For the first time ever, I was actually thinking of writing to Pope Lay off and Just when I do. They've teamed up with singer Shawn Mendez. And they have a new burrito bowl and now I'm saying, Well, wait. Don't just hold on a second. Maybe now I'm going back on. It was just because I can order the Sean Mendez bowl and find the new cilantro. Lime cauliflower, rice. Chicken, black beans, roasted chili corn, salsa and romaine lettuce. All topped off with guacamole. So there it is. I I think I'm back in. I was I was going to skip it. But now I'm going. Wow that Sean Mendez Bowl. It just brings me back if you know what I'm saying. Well, it's soundly disheartening If you go, too, If you're on Twitter, If you follow the ethical skeptics, there was ah, something published there Today it looked at US deaths. Um in home. From ages 15 to 44. When you start to look at that number and the excess number of deaths now I'm not saying this is the case. But then you start to go a wait a minute. Did we really save lives? By keeping people at home did we cause more damage in an age range that wouldn't have otherwise, you know, died and you know the people who are the most at risk. As the governor talked about today, the 70 to 80 year old Um, you know, I just again It seems to me a lot like misaligned policy. Um, And here's the other thing that they're not going to tell you, by the way is the vaccine. It doesn't stop the spread of the virus. It's supposed to knock off the most severe symptoms, but it's not stopping the spread of covert..

"You know something along those lines. You know, there's a better answer. Then I'm not going to answer that. I mean, he always does that and I feel like I'm critical of him for that, because It's like you're calling this attention to this, and then you're going, but we're not going to tell you anything about it. I mean, we're not asking for you know, different pin codes to get into a certain you know, things that could be holding weapons or, you know, it's just the way that these air treated When you watch this thing, it's like they're almost all breaking each other's arms, patting each other on the back during it, and you know, I'm I am the first to tell you this weekend if you're planning on going down and being part of, you know this armed protest And, you know, I think it's a bad idea, for starters, and if you're going down to cause trouble, really, it's a horrible idea. And I think this might be a way that they're just trying to flex and say, Look, don't even think it If you think you're you've got what it takes, and you you come down here just know you're going to be met with the most unbelievable resistance and hopefully it's a deterrent. I get that part. But Boy listening to this. That's the thing that got me the thing you zeroed in on his gins are going well. We're not gonna allow hate violence and destruction to be part of our city. They have no right to incite violence or harm, intimidate others or destroyed property. And I was saying in my car I'm screaming. This is exactly what you allowed this past summer, and the hypocrisy continues its unbelievers off the charts, man. Hideous It is And you know, it's interesting Governor do one encouraged piece that sympathized with you know the Floyd in the BLM protesters even when things got destructive and violent Now, obviously there is a small segment of those people who were protesting that turned those things into violence and oh, by the way that resulted in somewhere between 25 45 deaths around the country. 700 officers being injured in about $2 billion worth of damage around the country. But what we what we heard from the wine what we heard from against what we heard from? People like Joyce Beatty. US congresswoman was that it was justified in factory Spade. He took a swing at an officer right past summer. Nothing happened there. Cleveland Mayor Jackson dating Mayor Whaley. And of course, get there all had the audacity, you know. It's a sanction sign, you know, voted upon your war. Violence is not okay. What happened? It's capitals. Wrong period. Heart stopped inside. Inside, right right that violence, not and it's not okay. But you know what? It would have been nice if everyone had taken that position last summer, because what you have is you have people who are now confused. I mean, when shared Brown comes out and talks about the constitutionality of contesting an election. And you know, the sanctity of this country is being threatened by people who are rising up in in in wanting to protest I go. Wait a minute. What about that 14th amendment of the Constitution, which says that people have equal protection under the law. And why did we treat things that happened in the summer differently? Then we're treating them now. There were two sets of rules right now in this country, and that's what people are upset about. And that's the thing that really worries me. The most is that there are two sets of rules. And if you don't abide by the rules of the socialist agenda and the mob media, then your doctor, your criminalized. I mean, my goodness. There was a state school board member who was harassed by an Ohio Senate caucus legal counsel on social media, and then the dispatch picks up the story and runs a hit piece on her for going to peacefully protest. You know, in the state capital in the summer, people were peacefully protesting. It was peaceful and a small percentage of people were causing violence that now if you're involved, there was a small percentage of people causing violence. But all of it is bad in your racist. You're a bigot. You're homophone. You're you're evil. That's the problem. There's a double standard, and we really need to figure that out soon. The problem is the people who want us to come together the ones you've been pointing fingers and criminalizing people for the last four years. No question about all of this. You're spot on once again, and I fear Jack that the two sets of rules that we're talking about are going to be Shaved down the one set and the set that we're even attempting to go off of is just going to go by the wayside.
