But I think the biggest thing if you're Brian Flores, if you're Gerard Mayo, that you learn about the situation in Miami with Flores, especially as an African American coach, is that relationships is pretty much the only key for you. Because it's not going to matter ultimately, I look Brian Flores went down in Miami had two winning seasons, one ten games this year with the dolphins, got fired. So ultimately, the reason why Brian Flores got fired is because he couldn't get along with Chris Greer and Steven Ross and played friendly in the sandbox. So when I look at this, I say, okay, at least when I go to Houston, if I'm Flores or if a Mayo, I'm teaming up with Easter being casario and where are the we're either going down with the ship together or we're making this work, right? There's really no middle ground because they'll give Mayo or they'll give Flores two or three years. But that's also a song of Alicia, they're gonna give casario an Easter B as well..

And so now, without Tyrod Taylor, being available, which has been unfortunately for him, the story of his career, they have Davis mills at quarterback. Last week against the bills at buffalo, their first half of offense was one of the if not the worst first half offensive displays I've seen in NFL history. Just your quick take a lot of crappy, you've seen a lot of crappy animals. I've seen a lot of crappy NFL football and I'll tell you this one takes the cake last week. You're quick like one minute breakdown of Houston if you have one. I don't have much, I am interested in a little reunion with the expatriates, many of whom. And I always believed that if you really want to know what's going on, you need to speak to the people. That deal with it every day that see every news story that seats that sees every report that comes out from from the great journalist from that particular city, And it's hard for for anybody else to do that, because they, especially for me, because I'm I'm worried about what's going on with the chaos and Philadelphia right now. So it appears from from where we are right now. I mean, this is the This is the bottom line with with the Houston Texans into Shawn Watson. He wants out Right. What is really going on in Houston? Because to Shawn Watson once out, Okay, great. You want out? What does he really want out to where he's willing to say? I'm not going to play. I think any franchise quarterback that's making as much money as they make they get to have a relationship. That's a little bit different with the owner and with the GM. Then let's say the running back or on offensive lineman or a defensive player. Just because they're the highest paid player. They're the most important player in all of sports. The quarterback. And when you have one as good as to Shawn Watson, you wanna make sure you're including him in the decisions? I'm not saying that you allow a player to dictate your moves. And no way should've quarterback be telling you hire this guy hire that guy hired this guy, But he should have input and you should listen to him and include him in the decisions and part of the faint part of the problem with Shawn Watson, is that Houston's have majorly screwed up their franchise by trading one of the best wide receivers in the league while taking a bad contract back and return while making bad trades toe. Bringing in an offensive lineman. That's fine, but giving away high first round draft picks, so they have made big mistakes in getting where they are right now, with four wins like you can't You look at the Texans. It Z only half about the town and the players they have on the team. The other half of it is just total dysfunction. Right, so the owner Cal McNair doesn't see that there's a problem. So the short Watson after finishing with four wins, and this Easterby, dude, and I'm reading from the S. I Oracle. This Easterby guy has this end the year Totaled, like team teams there. He gives this long, long winded, rambling message to the team toe where players are leaving it, and they're saying I'm pissed off. What the hell was that? Right, Like they're so furious after these air. Some players I don't know about all players, but the tone of the conversation of players afterwards was yet we're screwed. This guy is nuts, and he has no idea what he's doing right? And the owner doesn't see it that way. And I think I think we can all relate his sports fans. If we've had a team that is bad, and They can't seem to get out their own way. Examples. The Knicks bad franchise that starts with the owner, the Mets now old Mets, and they just sold her team right. Bad franchise starts with the owner. The Bangles Bad franchise starts with the owner, even Connor Greens jets. That franchise starts with the owner, and I like the coach that they hired. The enemy is not gonna take that job because my guess is he'll have another option, and his greatest coaching to Shawn Watson is If you're the enemy and you've got good options.
