"That's what people think about me. They think I'm a democratical Democrat. Yeah. Yeah, and it's like, 'cause I tell people, you know, I'm not a Democrat. I'm not a Republican. You know, for me, I'm just me. But, you know, I think if you looked at my values, the way that I grew up, you know, I would definitely be a Republican. And but, you know, we don't live in that time. So, you know, now in the Democrat, but this is something else that has been boggling my mind is because we've seen a shift to where the Democrat party right now is really not democratic at all. We have a president who has Democrat that's his party that he's representing, but in every area of his beliefs and his actions, he's a Republican. Absolutely. It's been a shift. Like we've seen this coming because even the Republican Party are becoming more Democrat because the Republican Party has been kind of taken over by, you know, the QAnon, the kind of crazy crazy people, you know, that I've been more extreme, I mean, basically, they've been taken over by the Klan. So all people can order Republican are now going over to the Democrats, whereas some of the people who are Democrats are now being pushed into a radical space when they're not radical, they're just regular Democrats, but it's the shift in the way that we've been the way that politics is viewed. So because I'm like, why are Republicans whining about Biden because he's a Republican? He's one of you. He's one of the boys. Because every time I say somebody call him liberal or progressive, I'm like, what? What are you just don't know?.

"Did you see what stupid crappy did you know today, you know? But now when it's regular politics, it's like you said, you know, all of a sudden I hit the tiptoe on certain subjects. And it's exhausting, you know. We shouldn't have to. And we wonder why people are angry because we're tired, but we don't know how to untangle ourselves from this. Because there's no buffer in anymore. Exactly. Like, we can't we can't step away from it because it's coming up no matter where we go. You know, it's just there. And it's in your face and it makes you. Because it does. It makes you angry. Like I'm angry, a lot of the times in this pandemic. You know, even though I know, you know, I know what's going on, or I think I know what's going on. It's so hard for me to not be angry because I see the impact of what this is having on us as humanity. And I see the callousness that it is building towards each other. It's been hard to kind of keep that balance because you know my mom, she passed away from COVID. Right. And she got exposed because somebody that my sister's partner worked with went to work, knowing that they had COVID. And didn't wear a mask. And my sister's partner got sick and, you know, my nephew got sick. My three year old niece got sick and my mom got sick. And it makes you angry because you know how easily it didn't have to be that way. That, you know, just wearing a mask and staying home and treating this pandemic. Seriously, you know, as a pandemic and just thinking, you know what? I don't want anybody else to get sick. You know, I don't care what their survivability is. I just don't want somebody to get sick and I don't want to get them sick..

"Yep. Because we've chosen. And the battleground, you know, it's not like the real Civil War. You know, this is something new and where this battleground is being played out is on the Internet. Correct. Because for the most part, here's the thing. When we see each other in real life, for the most part, we don't act the way that we do online. And I believe a lot of the players in this have realized like, oh, we can easily control the people through outrageous behavior online. So, you know, what resonates to people like with Trump? You know, a lot of people supported Trump and they're like, you know, I don't really care for his politics, but he's entertaining. He's not a politician. He's not, you know, somebody else. They were like, okay, he's bringing new blood to this. And they supported him, right? And you're saying they're like, but he's an awful human being. Exactly. Is he human? Exactly. But he was able to polarize people with this idea that he's not a politician. People are so fed up with politicians that they jumped on board, not caring what exactly his politics were. Exactly. And that's kind of and we see this cult of personality in the U.S.. You know, we, if you have a celebrity and you criticize that celebrity for a role they play in a movie, then all their fans jump on you and they're like, no, no, no, you're a hater. You know, they start attacking you, they say you death threats. And you're like, when the world, I didn't like a movie he was in. I didn't say it was a bad actor to that movie sucked. Exactly. Exactly. And so we see, I see the way that people are using technology to kind of polarize people and people treat it like a game. So politics has become another game. And we pick sides. Like we would pick sides for dodgeball. And we're all just throwing these balls at each other and trying to knock each other down, not realizing, like, wait a second. This isn't a game. This is our reality here. And the reality is that we need each other to make progress. Exactly. To learn from and to create a balance because that was the whole part or and I know it sounds kind of naive, but that was the whole idea behind having a bipartisanship was to create a balancing government so that one side was not more powerful than the other. But guess what? Guess what? Well, you know what?.

"And we've seen how well that works out. Forcing you to make a choice, you know, and what I'll ask the audience to do is do a little bit of research about the founding of the. Committee on presidential debates. Okay, because that came to be as a result, we're going to go back to the days when Ross Paul Rowe was running and alive when Ralph Nader was running and his running mate was helped me out brotherhood. I think my brain always shuts off during those times because they were able to get on stage, maybe once. A long quote unquote Democrat and Republican presidential candidates. And the manipulation began. Imagine no cardi's for a second. Just a second, I know there's people out there. Hang their heads and go, oh my God, here he goes, right? But imagine imagine this country with no political parties. Now imagine also no more corporate media. Imagine getting rid of Fox News and MSNBC. The two, the two corporate networks that proposed to be left and right. And then you can dissolve the others as well, I suppose. I actually get media that matters. Because the only way you're getting it right now and it's still debatable in some regard because of check and checks and balances, so to speak in journalism. But when some of your by the people for the people kind of media is coming from independent media online. Imagine if that was a norm, again, with proper checks and balances and protocol. So you're not exposed to that. You have to work to get the truth today. And that's the other thing, too, is that, you know, even that's been manipulated because it has and there's no regulation, which. Exactly. I always feel like such a weirdo. Because I'm always like damn the system. We're gonna carry it all down. But at the same time, when it comes to the Internet and stuff, I'm like, you know, we need to find a way to regulate the information that is being put. And maybe not regulate it as so much as make people accountable for what it is that they are putting out there. Because that's the other thing, too, is that, you know, like Fox News, for example, you know, our media has to be I wouldn't say regulated, but they have to be registered. And whereas a lot of news outlets are like CNN, for example, are still registered as news outlets. Fox News is actually an entertainment. It's no longer registered as a news program. That's correct. And you can tell, because there's no fact checking, you know, they go on and there's no accountability. And that's when you just watch Tucker Carlson show. Yeah. That's definitely entertaining, you know? Yeah. And as a journalist, like it's been like, I love the media..

"And what's crazy in what was crazy to me was the fact that they only had like two or three vacancies in this building. And I just sent their like, you know, anywhere else you could buy a house, but there are people where it's nothing to just spend $10,000 a month on rent. Wow. And I thought it was getting expensive around here. For I don't know. I consider myself living in the country. Compared to most of Florida and even in this area, people are paying wrench in the 14 $100 price range. It's insane. I think that was one of the bad side effects of the pandemic too is just so many people that, you know, like I said, people here in LA, you know, they have the money. But when the pandemic hit so many people were trying to figure out, since they were working from home, like wanting to live somewhere else. And so a lot of people kind of flooded these small towns where cost of living was relatively cheap. Exactly. Now that they're there, they're kind of gentrifying these areas and where you could probably buy a nice home in a small town for maybe 30 or $40,000, which is good for that area because of the wages that people are getting paid and the cost of living overall, you know, now those same homes are going for a hundred to $200,000. And we have real estate investors who are just buying up these properties. And then, you know, charging so much more. One of my Friends was sold her house recently. And she got four times the asking price. And, you know, it's just it bogles my mind because I was like, but who would want to live there? And that's the other thing that people don't understand when these real estate developers and investors when they buy a house, they're not buying it to live in it. And they're not necessarily buying it to rent it out to make a profit either. It's literally just to say that they have that property. It's kind of like monopoly, you know? It's a body places and they're just keeping them and hoarding them and not necessarily reading them out. Here in Hollywood, there's a mansion that is, you know, we see it all the time and it's just it's very unique. It's round. And you can kind of see it from the road. And it's been empty for probably about ten years now. And they recently sold it and the people who bought it aren't living in it, like they just bought the property to have the property because of where it's sitting in the Hollywood Hills. You know, is so much more valuable than the house itself. It looks good on the books, right? Exactly..

Automotive Predictions for New and Used Car Sales in Australia

"Maybe just to start off with. Can you give us. What do you think all the intimate going to have the biggest impact on the market this coming year and the volume for the market. Well this is a question. John because right now we seeing for the first time in as many months as far as this year's consent some movement in the exchange lost jae saw some walled swings in exchange but it settled at that made seventy. Us dollar price point for this try and dole out and around that sixty five euro in the last two months with the uncertainty around the recovery and the potential longer locked ends in sydney and the slowing of the australian economy notice buoyant as it was in cuba. One and q two of this year. What we're starting to see is the australian doll awaken. So that dollar is now pushing down towards the seventy three seventy two. Us sense and the euro is pushing down to toward sixty cents and potentially allow most people in this country look at shines right unless they're traveling advocacy so most people are very much oblivious to it but the exchange right as a significant. Bogey given that everytime this country is imported. Now we've had higher prices because of demand and supply prices up and there's been very little discounting from oem's and very little discounting from dealers so there's been good margins because it's been good demand but with potentially softening economy going forward the never ending bullish feelings that we've all had for. The last eight months may infect dissipate next year and what might be more of a concern is if the pay starts lifting interest rates and moving writes up will help the currency but the consent is that if you have. Us economy and global european economies coming out of covered and rebounding strongly with low interest rates and stronger. They more likely to move writes up. Ilia which will make the currency stronger and that will then is bad news for straying importers and ultimately customers because even though we might be traveling as we're still overseas products and products will start to continue to go up.

"Rusty kim jae rivers. Welcome all of you to talk by tony. Thanks great to be here. Thanks thanks. Thanks a beer. It's really excellent to have you here to share this topic. A lot of times have people on the show like. Oh here's how we built instagram. Are we using this cool library to scale like the largest django deployment. Or here's how i built flask in our evolving it and something like that and data science and that's great but i think so many people out there listening like well. I'm not building those kinds of apps. I'm building something entirely different. I don't spend a little things. And i think actually that's where a lot of the magic is for everyone out there listening. You know we all have these things that are in our day to day and it's just like you know that is i. I'm not looking forward to that. But so many times a couple hours python or other codeine a little automation and then that becomes automatic and life is just you know it's so rewarding to do those little things. I am excited to share the ones. That i did. This person never got past my intro and one of the hugest biggest critics huges is not one of the biggest criticism. Now i wanted to. Biggest criticisms of the show was that i have not changed intro music and four years and i know the answer music guy rich on it and Because is always going to be my mommy. I can't i can't think of a a solid twenty really for either of them. And i think the only difference between i want to say the only difference. He'll make clyde songs he just he makes shit that you listen to in your car or you know at home if you in a move or whatever he don't make club hits in nori does have enough personnel Way more personality. Like the the jada verses fab joint think zeta hey away more personality. Ain't he got stupid drunk like halfway through so it was used as room for him because he was having fun. I'm good enough as this person. There's always somebody who's like super delusional. Like i should go up against this person. I know you. "Want you to do these things. But a lot of the experiences that i've had have been like if i do these things you gonna you the first person to tell me to pull my skirt like a and i talked to her like. Are you really ready to hear like man feelings like i. Do you really ready to have do that. You involve tell you that. He's scared he don't know hyogo. Make it through the situation. he's worry or or vulnerable. He don't whatever he's insecure. he's he feels inadequate. Like are you ready to hit him. Conversations you not gonna tell him. Stop being a bitch or you know. You've been sensitive right now. Like i can we. Can we really do these. Things can be accepted. You know by some of the people who who really want to do these things. I don't know. I don't know i'm almost at the point now where i am. I'm like being alone. Might be cool. 'cause i don't know if i could deal anymore i don't know i don't like a woman right. They're not enough. I is funny. And as you say that i just had this conversation yesterday and i was like a lot of times what happens ease without dudes saying it is the action of not feeling safe and we do a lot of see where we're realistically if you like. If you didn't feel safe you wouldn't do this thing like Sometimes we just make bad decisions. Go into the some girl. You don't really know house right. Like i don't know this could be said this could be whatever right but like you said you'll do all these nasty things in for the sake of pleasure right. Well being tell you how i feel. Let's say the things that i'm afraid of or do whatever light like you said like being able to tell you something that i'm afraid of you either comfort me or don't or just listen right I don't feel safe enough that you won't take that in response to be in a negative way that'll shut me down even further right and so that's why a lot of times people get into these situations where.

I know i took you here And as like a key watching this happen. I'm like i'm trying to do this like that's not her. We was not telling the story to the wrong person and then it got like obviously escalating now now hands on. I remember being a kid and skipping and it was fine and one day i was skipping and subdues ao. Don't do that more. And i was like well. Why can't now we love skipping. You don't do that. i was a i So it was a lot of a lot of that. "Saucer. Where'd you get the about their family game. Three they clowns game on a little bit game. Three and i told myself we wasn't move back game now. I've seen guys get a little bit of a break before you play in the western conference finals because right now. The clippers and jazz are not up at two to. What does the experience like watching those games knowing that. You're gonna face one of those teams in the western conference finals watson film on what you guys may look at it as like watching the game. But i'm really really for that second in both teams. I'm watching how clippers are going small. Shake up the series a little bit with that. I'm watching How how both teams just attacking one another. I'm just watching watching their the. Those guys can be opponents. I'm just second their game. Their game plans in china apply. It put myself in those situations. But i'm on a nightly basis. I'm watching these guys. I'm looking forward to talented. Nick as a veteran and wanted to lead. Is this team. Can you just acknowledge the growth of some of the young players on you guys squat. I'm a huge fan of eight inch anytime you get drafted and you go in front of luca you go in front of. Trae is hard for people to say. The dow's a good decision but thousand good decision. What about mikhail bridges and those long arms. Basically dragging down to the floor locking down on d. in johnson coming in off the bench and even campaign reinvent himself in playing quality minutes. So just talk about your young core group of fellows. This really stepped up gaining their first playoff jamie. These other guys just mentioned that stuff for the first time in the post season you wouldn't even notice it by by watching watching them play. I just feel like they're all fearless. They all wanted this moment. They often pair for this moment. And then prepare for each. And every game the same way they. They're going into knowing there. There's i've known what we won't ask them as a team and they're trying to apply basis and that's what you're saying you saying a bunch of young guys who just fearless and not scared of the moment and stepping right into it and i just feel like i saw from a distance and it was part of the reason why i want to come over here because a lot of young guys is fearless. Play heart in the right way. I just wanna be part of that. But i'm going to be a big brother to them. They ask questions on a daily basis. I'm here for christmas. Here form coaching. You've been there airport and it's just been great. Great chemistry has been great to just see these guys really try to learn and try to put their imprint on a game of basketball especially at this at this level jay. Thank you so much for taking the time to join us. Change your all family. We appreciate back with much more apt to this day tuned. You're watching jalen and jacoby. "The group had what it took a couple of missing pieces and i felt like when chris sign. It was easy decision for me in a sense of. If i wanna leave miami where i wanna go. Calm the pieces that were already in place. I felt like chris. He's proven in his league. Being ought to be argument. The one the best they ever played a game so it was not an easy decision to leave miami by the time when i made the decision to come to phoenix but like it was. The best isn't myself manford his own gets. It certainly feels like a really good vibe in phoenix with the crowd and with your team in obviously sweeping the nuggets helps you guys did a good job with no can stop the mvp. The lead the joker but he has a good job limiting in. What was the strategy going up against. The mvp deandre them. Different looks making the toughest possible on him making them feel your games for forty eight minutes. Put your hands on them a little bit. I just say he's a great player. We know he can pass the score. We wanted to make it as difficult as possible. And help the andre as much as possible and cross greasy and i post ups and stuff like that but i think today and get a great job of just making the tough each and every night and basically making them work on both j. so many times in this era analytics players get judged by stats and chris. Paul's greatness will never be judged by him always having gaudy numbers so for those of us that don't get a chance to play. We're chris paul kane. you acknowledge. What the chris. Paul impact actually is on a basketball team. I mean he's he's the brains to the machine. If if that makes any sense he's the one who orchestrating every based plan everything in line especially if you see you see you can see. His work is worth in the fourth quarter. Look at out we play and look at how he dictates the at how he controls the game gives shots knife and not getting yourself a shot he just control the game at a at a high level like his his. The mental part of the game put him like the best player i ever played with mentally. You know just him or extreme orchestrate the whole game on both court talking being the leader and just consultant the game. I think like. I said the point of this whole series nominated and we put. The ball is hands. Did not only just get his shot. We'll make other guys myself and other guys may be more aggressive and get their saas as well so he does a great job of just lean our team especially in those fourth quarters we we depend on the ball to make plays not only for south before the people that he does. He does it all night on ninety base. So in the previous series guys played the lakers a lot of times. You had the matchup of guarding lebron james. What is it like when you canot going into the game. you're going to have to guard the bronx. I'm up for the challenge. What else to say. I want to play it. Because i i want to get my chance. I wanna give my team a chance to win. I felt like. I do a good job and just making it tough. I don't stop anybody. It's tough to stop guy in this league. With the way we score away league scorned but you wanna make it as tough as possible on guys in the.

"Well in this one. The jazz threatened a little bit in the fourth quarter but never really got it down to. It's sort of striking distance at the end. Jalen donovan mitchell. Seem to be one hundred percent. Do you think they can get him back. Healthy for pimple game five. I believe if he needed to go back into game could have put him back in the game health healthwise he'll be just fine. The thing i'm worried about as usage see you look at the stats sheet in. Utah may seventeenth threes. But how they're getting them in this series is it necessarily how they're got. They've got him during the regular season. And it's because they need spider mitchell to be outstanding because either they're behind and or they don't have currently and on the match ups just are more favorable to your best player on the perimeter. Because he's a guy that you could get the ball to go get a shot for him. Go get shot by everybody else. And they're gonna need my god join clarkston also big game. I anticipate the next game. That these two teams play. Jordan's gonna have a big game because his team is going to need it. That's why the sixth man of the year absolutely jalen very quickly. I want to talk to you about a story. The atlantic reported yesterday about luka doncic and serve the turmoil going on in the locker room in the front office with the dallas mavericks very quickly. Do you think that the mavs should be worried about luca staying long-term endow no because i like aaron rodgers. He went to the podium after they lost a playoff series and was asked a question after his book. Forty forty six and fourteen. Do you want to stay in dallas. And he says. I'm gonna resign. So there's no reason for dallas to worry now however the employees that allegedly doesn't get along with luca. We'll know the answer to this really quick. Because if he stays with the team. Luca resigns then. It goes against the article if luke re size and he gets fired. Its poorest article. The answer is going to be in front of it. And i'm sure mark cuban already heard what he needed to hear. And that's that luca plans return jalen. Who is joining us right. After this very short break jae crowder. This is a guy that played more defense in the previous game that i played in twenty years of organized basketball joining the show knicks. Watch judge stay tuned. "That was the first game in the second game. Not as competitive. Not as interesting because it was. Another clipper game. Where kawhi leonard and paul. George showed up. Of course. i'm talking about for against the jazz. The clippers again fell down to in the series and now they find themselves again tied up. What was it about this performance that got them to even the series jazz. Gotta need to get my colleague bay but the main thing is when you're two star players in back to back playoff games each score thirty. That hasn't happened many times in the history of the nba play-off plan on their home. Floor always is great for me to watch win collide the size. The he's about to take over and everybody that's watching this year's playoffs. You know my favorite thing about the jacoby. It looks different like so many times. I'm watching nba basketball. And i'm seeing fire guys standing around three point line. Everybody jacking up the three soon as they get it and not working the game. I'll see chris. Paul work the game. I'll say it kuwa- leonard worked game. I'll say if pj tucker and jae crowder be tough physical defenders that are also knocking down threes. That looks different. It looks different in. It's refreshing and the other thing for the clippers. More three point shooting. He's always doing the have one of those games in the series where he makes like five gay unfortunately for the jazz that was in this game and rudy gobert see and favors is the defender on those. That's why you want to get him out there to spread the floor and take advantage of those guys. He did a terrific job of being production down. Mitchell played.

"Trae young. Who we've all seen him shoot from deep and we'll see him get that floated off but it was really tonight was his assist his playmaking which is excellent passes like that to capella in a couple of collins collins in the corner that was just fantastic where he went up and went under two defenders hit causing the corner with a little wrap around trae. Young was true that one right there. Trae young is truly playmaking last night and it was great to see it. I'm not so sure that this is the seventy sixers series. I'm not gonna call for the hawks either but this does look wide open when you see. Joel embiid go over. Twelve in the second half looks like he needs treatment. Look he's getting picked on in the pick and roll. They can make this typical. For the seventy sixers pete and being in the building. Certain plays happen. Rejuvinated the hawks team and the crowd and you just showed a couple of those john collins. Dunks were game changes. The hawks were trelew for most of the game and then they finally got themselves back in the game and college dunks and trae. Young's passing were very crucial eighteen assists. He's only got before twenty three other than isaiah. Chris paul to have that many points and that many assists in a playoff game before turning twenty three years of age and he could have had a few more assists. He was out there playing around. You see the one hundred fastbreak. He tried to throw it out. The backboard go run down there their contest at tech contest at. But that just let you know how lock the trae young was is the playmaker and i also have to say one last eight for the casuals. Trae young is steph. Curry both are four level scores shelter. Iota philips my nephew who got that from with dan. A him dame is steph. Those guys already different category. He's also required to play. Make like that's what makes him different. The eighteen assists colby. He's their primary ball handler. He's their primary initiator of offense for the golden state warriors. That is draymond green. So i just wanted to show people. How different both of those guys are getting. Their numbers. steph. Is the best in the league. Moving off the ball cutting off. The ball pass relocate. He's the best at doing that how he gets. His thirty is way different in most cases other than shooting the long ball. They how trae young his numbers jalen..

"Would you do for got it finished. Second in the mvp race the average thirty this year and it's the most physically dominating force we have in the game. You also want him on the other to give you post ups to get to the line to give blocks to give you rebounds. And i noticed that. A guy plan with a torn. Meniscus jacoby doesn't necessarily get optimal conditioning in the second half it showed he didn't make a field goal and also when they were going to the time out he was laying on the floor. Like larry bird in the late eighties would a bad back. The big fella was fatigued. He has to do a lot for a squad so as long as his help and his ability to his ability to like rian bit his conditioning during this series. Because that's what you have to do like certain tires like as a guard before the game dribble rule. Heart take it through your legs. You go full speed drubel that you have to do all of that stuff and as a big he asked to also and i noticed when they were out there warming up before the game. He was the final person to come out there because he's trying to say everything he can't for the game so i believe joel's conditioning holds up along with this health therefore i believe they advanced but now they just made this a really tough jacoby because the hawks are confident the hawks ask some questions of the seventy sixers in the second half specifically.

You can't leave them open. Anyway behind that heart all the money in the world and you got Defenders on the other end. That'll just say like, okay, so all right. That's three four. I'm going Philly Celtics fan. I can't put Boston over Philly. I can't I see. Okay. You got your birth. No, Seth Curry, Danny Green who will defend his ass off on the other end. And then you got it back up for Joel and B-Max Dwight Howard show that he can be serviceable a second Main Service back, but not until you tell me what Simmons is going to do and how he's going to play. I can't I can't buy into that. You're the one who took back is going to make him shoot on that Rhonda Rhonda back is going to make him shoot and we just watch the exhibition game with him. And when he did he's going to marry me pull-up three-pointers. I think one he wasn't even here's the thing about it wasn't even involved in the office because social media will explode the moment. I mean for about 319 about my thing again with filling if I'm feeling I make that move but I think that's what I think that's what hard would be best suited and they you let Simmons Jersey And I think Joel embiid and hardened together. That's a better tandem angry much better time. I don't think I don't think there's another team in the Eastern Conference. That would benefit more than Philly. I just think again to my point the shooters thing which would be more sugar than he had in Houston. If you really think about it, Danny Green Seth Curry. Okay, Ronda Shooters, you got your well and be Turkish bath every once you can bang down low we can defend on the other end. I mean, they're good team here the window what that if if they can find that one piece and that to me that's going to be the key off. They do art and you're saying you say those four right now. What were y'all before? I just Boston here we go. Here we go. Boss is five six. And they're going to be right there to his Toronto Oakland agree. That far behind you sleep on Toronto 7. I'm going to put Indiana and all the depot is the biggest question Market, you know, he's he can talk to you far but I haven't seen them be the same old people since the injury when that dude was a bad man dropping 35, like it was nobody's business. That was all the people I was like man look out. He didn't gave something when we get Kyrie 38 onetime 38 people. Can I read but yeah, so that's a big question mark, but I'll put them in seven eight the last spot. I'm going to put I'm a while maybe now I'm glad they ready Atlanta is going to be maybe praying that could be really really
