Good morning J T in young Miami was happening, saying, Let me tell you something. Corona bars up a lot of someone, but I promise it really need to grow some of because that's sitting on lockout in his heart. Yes, Thank you, Lady Ichi. You're disappointed about howto came out. You, of course, is like we was waiting on this moment for so long. Anyway got a leak And when it came out like that we ban was trying to put it out with everything. Everything. We try to think that we got a date for the label and everything will be like it's not the right time because Hey, Hey, hey, Kobe. We never was able to put him on a building momentum. No, like that have a need to be because everything in a being canceled, so we try to find a proper rollout for it. And then once we get set appointed figured out, we had a proper role out. You know, all of late Last matter. Movement came now so we couldn't even start rolling out the Anyone with Patty thought and we was all found another day. We woke up one day and I just heard a snippet. And I'm like somehow, you know, like, just put it out of your problem, and it makes being no. I just mean a dropout. I'm foot active. So, yes, I have seen a nobody You see, And I was going crazy, so they had we not like he left in the morning. We had to put job's out the video banana cop. And put out an album at Saturday morning, which was Friday night. And you didn't get a full week of sales. It was only like 34 days because I had to put the Mosul fast because we didn't get thrown out because they're like no booze. No, Marge, we just had to seal. Cures feels like that was so it was just like a situation. You know? Howto intermediate look crazy. How do Adam get leaked in 2020 questions with me? Is that so? Okay, well, regardless of how everything happened, Congratulations on a fun as the best album, you know, Regardless, I mean, I get it that you know, sometimes life don't happen the way we wanted to, But, you know, I was looking at it for both of you guys have both been through a lot in these past couple of years, so just to see the success it should have had I think that's amazing. And I think the out from his dope, so you know, I think it's about we home during Corona by was it's a good time to have some fun music to listen to. Because sometimes things are so heavy that you like I just want to turn up a little bit also is like a bad thing. Because you know my music is kind of like for the club after the club, closed our music and not ready for the liberal his knife. So I get Sam a current No makeup on and it's just there in a moment because I live at it. Don't leave them lying the most So Valium is hoping So when I do go my little places in Arlene, I hear you're gonna look like he's just like good in the club, but we don't make music but liberal around the land a little bit, So I see how we went around in the land of the blue. I get a little taste of what? What capacity having a little bit a little taste of the world over. It would be like Dominated because it would be like we got it and we would have been able to push it a proper ways. His heart was the push our music We know confident, you know, understand. I know probability of it was just like just a social media post the pitches, which nowadays is a given hers. You're talking about Utah. Greg and I want to ask you about something. J T said if you go broke Just don't be saying you never saw Yano data so young boys, and we don't even want to get out barking stuff like you know, it's all made us or because he was broke for so long, so it really bothers him. That was a A reach. So nice. You want to excel rich. You could set your broken bones with no words and two of them. Ooh! I got no money cos Every so called maybe fresh is I Oh, my God. "All right. This is one of those questions where it's a really tough forced choice. The question is this Which is a less enjoyable team. A the Phillies be the Sixers put another way Who's aggravating you more right now. Such a massive this question. My denied who is aggravating you more right now, which is a less enjoyable team, and they're both Highly UN enjoyable these days. Hey, the Phillies be the Sixers. You can weigh in on Twitter at sports ready of W. On Twitter. Of course, you know, you can hit himself on the phone lines as well to 1559 to 94 94. We'll get to something related to J. T Realmuto coming up. Let's talk to Bill and fair amount is with us. What's up, Bill? Bill. Bill. Not quite ready to roll. We go to Tim. Tim, you're on. What's up, man? Tim Gunn's over to go on. We go to Joe, Who's with us, Joe? You're on. W Yeah. What's going on? Hey. Listen, I want to weigh in on the whole, You know, we're talking about this competitive advantage. Disadvantage. I mean, Philip Rivers been playing for the Chargers in front of 20,000 people for the past 40 years. I mean, You know, every few minutes in the U. S can only sell 20,000 tickets because the charge is always 20,000 tickets that like what the where we're going with this. I mean, you can't bar people from doing stuff that's legal. I mean, if it's legal in the state for people to gather With that amount of people in the fans. How are you going to say you can't do that? I mean, you're the reference you're making is a bad one, because the charges only have about 5000 fans to begin with, and that's on the owner for for placing them where he put them, But I mean, you don't think you don't mean as a Philadelphia Eagles fan. If they're facing a team in a very important game of the season, where you know in the crowd can play a factor You're accepting of that. I mean, if that's the way the cookie crumbled, and it's just you can't bar people from doing stuff That's legal mean like I said the charges that they have a home field advantage. It never happened. I mean, you know the Eagle Sands have to suffer because they always sell 15,000 tickets. That would be a competitive advantage every single week for the past 30 years that we're going to rise like that logic, Joe, I love I love they're allowed to have fans. They just don't have fans. That was also temporary. Okay, right, but it's just, you know, it's present and it's a hard thing that To navigate through, but I and and I don't think that you can bar people from doing side. It's legal to give me a great performance in a movie by comedian That was pretty cool. That's kind of like sports, and it's a communiqu actor actually doing like a more dramatic role. If you guys got to see uncut gems with Adam Sandler, but he was I thought he was absolutely great in that almost got nominated for an Oscar. Yes, Russians. You're an answer. I am not a huge fan of Adam Sandler. I think he's great, creating a movie and then crapping all over it, But that was a very He was very good in that movie. Very good. Not good enough. To describe J T. Romi too. These days. He is great is not good enough. He is an exceptional Exceptional baseball player John he remains on sign the Phillies have less than 50 games left in the season. I don't know the numbers. Probably about 45 or something. He's unsigned. Where do you mean? I get John's opinion on this all the time and James and where do you sit on the J tier? Amu death? I am of the Strong belief now, based upon many things that I can discuss in depth that J. T. Rowe Muto will be the starting catcher on the team not named the Philadelphia Phillies in 2021. I am so strong in my belief that I would almost place a wager on it at this point, and you know you have reporting rolls here? W ere you reporting that Oryu opinion, a pining that this is an educated opinion based upon and I'll give you Ah, let me give you one example to start with one thing that I've always appreciated about J T Rue Muto and is one season as a Philadelphia Phil going back to last year. When we could go in and out of the clubhouse when you would go in there, whether he had a good performance or a bad performance. He was always there to talk to you. There are many players they'll hide in the showers. The leave early. I don't have to deal with these questions. J T no matter what he's always there. He answers the questions, very even keeled. Whether it was on him or not, Whether it seemed like it was a question that was criticizing him. He wouldn't lash out. He would never speak poorly about his teammates or the organization. Most importantly, the exact type of player you want on your roster. What has transpired this season thus far last night in particular when he finally addressed the media when he was asked the question about fans saying, Signed J T and putting up the signs. Ah, he spoke at length and ended it by saying and keep it up. That is something that J T. You're a mutual would never Ever do the type of knowing what I know about J. T. Rowe, Muto and the fact that his teammate the face of the franchise, Bryce Harper has been going to the lengths that he has screaming of frustration with the organization. He signed a 13 year contract with screen to me that we know They haven't had any conversations since February since February, talk about a bad general manager you at least make a weekly phone call to say, Listen, we want you back. We're gonna work this out. Don't worry about him. The fact that we haven't even spoken and J T Ra Muto is setting records for four through 14 games. There is going to be a franchise willing to give him what he wants. And it will not be the Philadelphia Phil. Well, I'll tell you this. So what he said last night. I see it quite differently. Then you And here, And here's Why So, yes, he encouraged for those that missed that. He you know, really matter, Frank. Let's listen to it. We'll listen to it and then react. Here's real Muto after the game last night zoom called type stuff with the press. Ah, and you know, we know the deal. I mean, he's been playing great fans of ensuring hard for him. There's been signs out there signed J T the whole thing. Here's what he said after the game last night, and it's hard not to be aware of it. To be honest with you. They definitely They make their voices heard. And I certainly appreciate that. You know the passion that they have for this team, and the backing that they've had for me is obviously greatly appreciate from Ryan and I definitely hear it also. Keep it up, Guys. Keep it off. Guys know John. Here's where I disagree with you so much. By the way, maybe he won't be here. Who knows? I I've said before. I think it's 50 50 because once this thing gets to an all out bidding war with any number of other teams that scares the heck out of me. But and I do think that fills want to sign him, and we'll prioritize to make a huge effort will see. Ultimately they get it done. Here's where I interpret his. Hey, keep it up. Guys line very differently than you. That's in me is a guy.

We need biomedical engineers, which are here in on J. T campus computer scientists, artists, people that are into story development. And then we're collaborating with a lot of the large pediatric medical centers. This idea A start up culture is extremely important to not just N. "Mark siphon jewelers dot com Right there in Montgomery fell through 309 I'm going. Take do my vote right now. All right. I get the sense Jackson a vote on his burner account, so he's not 50 points to 49.8. Fritz is winning right now, but it's only this right. There's a measly amount of votes. So let's get out there and vote. People wanted to retweet. It. All right. There you go. All right, Let's Jim Salisbury's coming up at at four o'clock, NBC Sports Philadelphia He's going to give us the latest. The report that came out from Todd's lucky today. Is that the best bet At this point is J T. Realmuto goes to free agency and then from there, the Phillies have to try to get it back, and we'll ask him what he thinks. If he thinks that's the case, and also if that bodes well for the Phillies, I actually I I believe the McLintock I saw Kevin. The Gandhi called it embarrassing that they ah, that that this is gonna happen. I really think that that's unfair to call embarrassing. You just want to just open chequebook. Of them six years because that's what he wants, like, Come on, dude necklace. Things were easy to jump on. I think we all do it. At times. It has been a very good man, but his job is to get value for the franchise. He won. The more players he gets at a cheaper price. The better job he's doing, That's his job. That's why he's there. I don't think this is Clint. I think this is more on Middleton. Like if if they want to re sign. I'm ready. He'd be very signed. It was about just just give him the contract. Now That's that's a job. John Middleton already is on record as saying that these are the type of moves that he is involved. Jake's out of $2 million relief if you want to hear it again. Please. I would love to hear it again. Signing Bryce Harper is there's a direct link between that and achieving a strategic objective of winning the World Series signing a relief pitcher. For one year for $2 million. It doesn't have the same impact. I'm not touching that decision. I don't think I want to know about If the Phillies have a bad dope in this year, we could maybe play that a lot. Yes, we can. So he was not involved in bringing that Hughes guy in jail, he might leave because of him. He's with the Mets. This year's in Houston. They just signed him Silicon crazy. Oh, my God, Anyway, so like that, in the Gandhi tweet in Barris is embarrassing. They commit the Bryce Bright one Bryce wants J T they trade for J. T. J T is the bright spot last year than they squabble. What exactly is contact doing if J t walks all ask the same question I have for some time. What is contact exactly doing to make this team better. Did he tweet that from the 700 level while eating a wa wa hoagie and having cakes and tasty? Yes, and would arise? Yes, I I just I mean, I think that's unfair. So if if J T J T Realmuto his agents and by the way right now, like if I'm his agent and the Phillies are offer only offered three years and they want six. Not yet go to free agency. That's fine. But like I'm not going. I'm not going to rip the Phillies right now. I don't know what the ask is for you, and I think it actually is going to be better for both sides to go to Freeze II. See why this is happening. The feeling like you're not going to find a better Sometimes you just need to go to free agency and let it work itself and J T is like, well, I can have their own bit on me. But I am starting the worried that someone's gonna outbid them and he's going to leave that. It's it's aware you mind. To the phones. We have. John Columbus, New Jersey, John. Go ahead, man. What's up? Hey, guys, how you all doing? Don't Well, John, How are you? Good. Good. Hey, listen to you guys every day on my drive home from New York working work in New York in a live in Columbus and yours. By the way, Jack Fritz has my vote. So he's the man. Where is the Where is Columbus, New Jersey. Just south of Princeton. Have the Columbus Flea market. Okay, um, they're like north of Carrie, who It's like, right there in the central. Okay. Used to drive through Columbus. Jonah, my drive here every day when I lived and I used to live essential jurors like by Fort Dix and I should drive through Columbus. Yeah. Yeah, Exactly. That's not. It's a nice little farm community. You know, Seoul? Well, but I'm glad that we can. We can have you on the right home everyday, man. I have a little observation, and this is like two years of observation. Jack is a lot nicer to Joe. Then he is to John. Yes. With that. You have You guys noticed that yourself? He's made that when John when joking down, you know, filling in for Ike. You know, Jack really was like Brule to John. But he's always like Gim softballs. Jo. What's up with that? He's disrespectful to me what it is what it is. You know what it is. I'm a kind person and he takes advantage of my kindness. And I'm a mean person. I bully him. That's really what it is Jonah bullying Jack to do this. I don't think you mean but I do have a question. I do have a question and I thought about it on the ride home today is I listen to Joe all the time. And by the way, Joe I won't show you. I love your show is like you really get the of the You know the blood pressure boiling. I like it. And you're very insightful. So my question is, Were they originally from if you don't mind me asking me, John. Yes, Yes, I lived in cream Ridge for a while. New Jersey. But I'm originally from Mama's County, New Jersey, and then I moved to the ocean are local guy. Yeah. Local guys. Okay, so I like your cakes are like I mean, you have the ability to separate yourself from, you know the local thought process. So, you know, you know what I appreciate appreciate. So you don't really buy it immediately. And you know, you're contrary in with the No with the Carson winds and all that. I'm just I'm just telling you how I feel, John, that that's what I'm doing. I like it. I like that. But, you know, to answer your question about the fake noise. I mean, we're at the point. I mean, we all love sports, obviously, and we're at the point is, I don't care how you get those guys on the field and play. Let's do it. Let's do it. And you know I have. Ah, a lot of experience around go, but, um, I I'm I've been involved in setting up a covert testing site, right? And I I am like that is I baffles me. Do you realize that there is a three hour test Right now? There's a three hour test. There is a 15 minute test. And that will give you results..

"Games out of a wild card spot by that point not division I'm talking about a wild card spot right properties are we not well then they're not gonna trade J. T. we won't tell it's not gonna happen if they can still make the playoffs they're gonna take their point your chance and this compromise season it would have been a really realistic conversation if the trade deadline would still July thirty first and you had to want to go and you had a lousy season that you played for four months they're only gonna played one month so they can only be so far out of a playoff spot I don't think they're going to come up with the decision that although we can't make the playoffs so we better get something form rather than not think would better trade KATV I moved out right now the way this is Chuck Chuck out I think the canton of J. T. Realmuto being traded in season are less than one percent okay let's get it what what do you think the chances are in being signed before the season starts are less than one percent nine zero but D. A. highly unlikely I don't think anybody's guy a day you won't have a rash of sightings between now and July twenty third to twenty fourth when I do start date is people are going to be just worried about getting ready for the season with not enough prep time while avoiding the corona virus I don't think anybody could be able to sit down and hammer out a million dollar a hundred million dollar contract anyway no delays or any other T. with any other player okay other things that the DH brought to my attention you know I keep hearing people talking about how the DA's helped the Phillies helped the Phillies I mean I guess I mean to me it Jay Bruce and and if you're counting on Jay Bruce Roman Quinn and Alec bone to B. U. T. H. a guy that's ever had about double AB that's not that's not really the H. material in terms of thumper I mean J. brutality had a couple of amazing weeks when he first came out that he's you know you know it the back of his baseball card says and it it also got me thinking that they need a better backup catcher I mean if if they're gonna get hopefully they can get J. T. out from behind the dish once in awhile to DH which means a lot to alot of snaps which I'm not looking for that so it seemed to me it means that you need a better teacher better backup catchers they can get GT office feet a little bit it's not a bad idea about Katie doing did some DH again I'm not with you I'm not a huge Naft fan that's a trade day could make that's something they could do that if they could upgrade catcher they could try and get someone else's third stringer be better than the Phillies second stringer that's something that could happen over the next couple weeks and even into the first week or two of the season because when you get within a week or two of the season now you're only three weeks away from the trade deadline so it's not as far fetched thing all you can't make a trade to your closet to trade deadlines you are close to the trade deadline you're only three weeks away right even though you're only two weeks into the season yeah so it is it's all jumbled it's all weird and wacky and we may get some weird wacky results out of it but I'm trying to fit the new norm of sixty games into a hundred and sixty two game thinking and I don't know if it's doable or if teams will try and do it like you and I are yeah right hi Leslie for what you're gonna have to get your take on the you know the Luther college you know little league starting the guy second base in extra innings I mean I I hate it personally I'm dumb assuming you do too when you were talking about implementing it over a hundred sixty two game season I did hate it but we're making so many exceptions because we're fighting this fight on another front that we're not used to with a crowd of buyers being what it is I don't know if you caught last night Dick riding on and Dick was he still didn't sway me I still disagree but at least you gave me food for thought because I I complained about the Belmont Stakes writing their distance back from a mile and a half to a mile and an eighth and one turned it compared to two thirds and your schooling with history your school which could get here it's not really the Belmont Stakes if you run at one turn and run it into my own eight and DJ try to win me over last night to Jody they just couldn't prepare for it tracks were closed while in New York which certainly close they had some racing in Arkansas and some racing in Florida what this season just got so screwed up that they had to make a judgment and they had to like tradition go out the window I'm kind of like that would D. H. here and those start runners at second base I'm gonna cut everybody some slack because this is so out of the norm of doing things that you've got to react to a situation that has kind of been points down you because of a pandemic that you had no control over it's only going to be for this season and they'll decide thereafter I'm probably gonna go back to not liking it but in this season where you're taxing pictures to begin with right hold pens have more importance than ever before you don't want to just run him into the ground with a sixteen inning game yes if it's just for the here all kind of hold my nose and live with that I guess I'll ask me this question again when I see that over and done with and we're contemplating twenty twenty one fair enough the ECB forty what role do you see for after adventure have work you think he's independent think he's in the rotation think he's what do what do you what do you envision for him to great question I honestly don't know my guess is they would like to have him as a starter because they're going to profile which started can go forward as a starter we've seen some guys started reliever today become started revert to being started after the fact I surely believe that they hope they believe could not to be there let's say number two picture by Gareth nola in twenty twenty one so I think they will attempt to stardom now when when they start playing games if a starter gets four solid innings then that's going to be yet I stabbed it will be completely and I mean completely off the charge wacky this year is going to be wins by pictures because the world is gonna pitch five innings if you want to get a win as a starter no starter is going five innings and tell it I would say mid September I think pigeons gonna started three may be advanced to four by the time we get to late August they'll be up to five anybody past five is it happening to last through two and a half weeks this season so I think that all really for you what we might see a relief pitcher over a sixteen game season which is basically a third a relief it's win three or four four five you might see a relief pitcher win six games this year N. F. L. one third of the season which would equate to an eighty win season as a reliever but you might have a relief pitcher win six games that you're a real good team I thought of that I mean I you know by the third week of spring training they're usually stretch pictures out to beat going fight you know eighty to ninety pitches right five innings by the third week of spring training so I kind of figured that by the time they get their opening week they try to be up to the eighty ninety PMR what but what precedes the first three weeks of spring training three striking out their arm right these guys have been picking during the offseason right I don't know how much throwing any pictures done we gotta wait till they get to camp and whatever media assets they're going to be you're gonna ask the guys know pay enteritis like well how much going did you get it during their downtime during the pandemic and I just I don't see it I I think I I when I say September first you may see pictures going five innings I really mean that before I had now burly and yeah share this topic to church yeah those guys who could be pitching five innings within two and a half weeks by the middle of the.

T. as a ball or a bear market this is a covert market you're right that this is being driven by the virus right now more than anything else and what has fueled this latest jump in stocks we were up substantially yesterday over two percent on the Dow and the doubt eighties S. and P. five hundred up over one percent what's fueling this is a reaction to the virus number one is that we are re opening the economy beginning to start businesses back up again so there's a lot of by a motion about that the other has to do with vaccines and just look at some of the things that ever happened now when the big company moderna pharmaceutical announced that they had some progress in their initial phase of vaccine development their stock jumped twenty six percent overnight another company nobody nobody backs stock up ten percent just after they announced they were beginning phase one the very preliminary phase of vaccine development I jump in stock there also it is a really a motion that's fueling it here more than economic numbers and there are still questions about how quickly we can come back from this some financial analysts now J. T. are saying that that it could be twenty twenty two before we get back to pre virus GDP levels so it may be a long climb out of this here there's one other factor that could be influencing all of this and that is J. T. that more people are at home now and it has been the numbers are out there there have been seven hundred eighty thousand new accounts opened I had three of the largest online brokerages in this country Charles Schwab E. trade and interactive brokers that means that you of nearly a million people out there who are now new be day traders right so they're saying this moderne all looks pretty good I think I'm gonna jump on that so it may be as one and and this is a great line one editorial in business insider put it this way it said the recent rise in the markets is a result of a perfect storm of stupid now the question is can we sustain this but look at this president trump has been able to hang his hat on the markets of course I has been quite an accomplishment to keep it where it is if we can go into the fall let's say we get to September October and the markets are still relatively stable where they are now even not going up from up from now can you imagine J. T. of the president could say you know here we are in those still in the midst of a pandemic fighting this a pandemic that overtook the world unfortunately we lost over a hundred thousand lives in this country but we have been able we've been able to maintain your four oh one K. in your retirement plans to protect American citizens I think it's game over I think it's game over at that point if if we can do that you know if you're the chair of the DNC I mean you got to be just mind boggled right now on your head exploding on how how this is going to eat first of all you have to widen hook you can't remember what day it is and then you've got the potential for the market bounced back and shown signs like you said you know right before the election and all of a sudden the corona event is starting to you know win away and now the market is reacting positively to all of that and now we're gonna see bigger you know better numbers and even the president said we're gonna be bouncing back better than ever before so you know the president's economy is you know already spoken for itself we we see the bad market having not because of the Kronos of it not because the economy all of a sudden went south and said so you know I I gotta tell ya I think we are going to bounce back even greater in fact we're gonna be talking with bills infer from day trade fund dot com a little bit later this spring the bills are for Jay Ratliff rather from day trade fund dot com later this morning about those day traders you're right so many more right we're going okay how much Netflix can I watch are gonna be derived from else here and take a look at my money and yeah I I saw those numbers were people jumping online so that that's the I think good news right now with Wall Street and where we're headed and all this so short all right bill I appreciate it thank you but if they say they'll see you tomorrow six eight two Jane Alabama's morning news horrible situation in Minneapolis is for police officer down fired because of what took place and clearly on the video should not have gone this way as one man is dead after the actions of the police details coming up three minutes Alabama's morning news.

R. each time saving traffic next on the ten all right little Conway in alongside sheriff prior for Houston's morning news here you were talking about the the border situation and Mexico maybe not doing much testing in their country isn't it interesting how border suddenly matter I'm sorry you're asking a Texan hello I mean it's it but isn't it funny though like like for the last couple of years all we've heard is this open borders this and open borders that and we're the only country that does that and now you hear in the news it's like well Europe is basically locked their countries down president trump was right when he first banned travel from China in that in January and he was called a racist for doing so now you know we know that that saved literally thousands of lives and as much as it would be great if we could do business back and forth with Mexico if they're not gonna tester population it creates a big problem for us and I just I find it interesting that suddenly borders matter and it in prior to this when you ever you talked about borders it was it you it was one side or the other right you're either all open borders or you're a racist there was only those two point points that could be made and now when I see progressives suddenly agreeing with the idea that borders have a certain amount of significance and importance I find that fascinating another story that it's kind of funny to me is I've got some friends in California and they've been reporting to me out gun sales okay and in the wake of this whole virus thing there's been an enormous surge in firearms sales and people wanting to get firearms and one of the friends that I have out there was telling me that there were were a lines outside of gun stores that went blocks in California and that many of them were actually progressives who wanted to buy firearms and they thought because they had been told by the media for years that they could just walk into the store and walk out with a gun and they're all scratching their heads gonna wait you mean I have to get a background check I mean it kind of ties to this idea it's like wait borders have significance there's a reason to control borders it's crazy but you know what it's one of those little lessons I guess we're learning through the process of this pandemic coming up Ron de Santis the governor of Florida wants an apology and his rant is epic Nancy Pelosi says president trump has do do on his shoes so we'll get all that but first traffic and weather we've got Julia hardy at the traffic center with the the traffic report Julie what's going on the road we've got a new accident on the inbound side of two eighty eight can be right around the L. four with just a smidgen of a back up now we have a new problem on two twenty five a cleared up earlier when it Alan you know and now there is one in the back up right around here so the left side is still blocking your backed up on Disick's tends to give yourself an extra five through there if you're trying to travel on the inbound side of forty five the Gulf freeway as you move from Scott it to sixty nine it's going to take a couple of minutes we are starting to pack it in hi Julie hardy legal because windows dot com twenty four hour traffic center Terry Smith from the weather channel here with our weather report well it's a quiet day it's going to be another war price there we are going to see more clouds and rain though over the weekend.

T. was center for building inspectors online how you doing JT Hey good cleavage governments good just want to get you in here Dave I know you're busy rex doing inspections on a Saturday what is the biggest thing people need to know about the building inspection and what you guys are seen out there doing all these inspections all these homes are selling center for yeah definitely everybody's got a big push to try to close before the end of the year so we've just been swamped here lately you know new constructions are on fire we've been doing tons of new construction inspections which a lot of times people don't even think about doing an inspection because they think everything's going to be perfect and it's not always the case you know a lot of our builders do a good job but they definitely need a an actress that I've gone on things while you know all the treats people are working on the same house and think that mess so we have been doing so many of those right now and then what that leads into is the builder warranty inspection so right after that your marks that builder basically says Hey how's yours we're not responsible for anything homeowners and then have us come and prior to that date has to another inspection of their less than you know one year old house those are on fire right now that's a great idea the builders they are they all mean well got great builders central Florida but it's just there's so many trades people like thirty forty people all over the house doing different things and the county inspectors are there for ten minutes yeah exactly and they're looking for you know the main building code type things and you know sometimes things get messed I mean I found all fours and houses without insulation and I'm not you know most of time it's just will nickel dime type cosmetic things but you still want to know those things so that you can say Hey Mister builder let's fix this up before I close on the house so that's been really really busy right now the resale homes have been on fire commercial property inspections we do tons of services special services thermal imaging mold testing rate on testing well water testing I mean it's just all gone bananas right how often do you do this brew this alone arranger Bruce would often do you do new construction gosh now you know I would say probably twenty five to thirty five percent of our jobs are new construction you know I got I got a situation right now I've got a buyer supposed to close to almost a million dollar house right he's close to close on this house and the builder is pushing him to close he's like Bruce I got a supposed to have hardwood floors on my stairs and they they're there the house is not ready and they're trying to force me to close and he's like it's just not ready I told him you close when the house is ready you built you bought the home and it's supposed to be a completed project you're supposed to close when the house is ready you know there can yeah there could be some knock out stuff a couple of times I think that's don't be on reasonable okay as a consumer but you have to have a house it's finished and yeah it in you you know the thing that you have to think about too is that once you close on the house now you guys are probably living in it and yeah you have to accommodate your schedule to get these people these traits people and these things are I'll try to get nineteen ninety eight to ninety percent ninety nine percent of the stuff done prior to like like you said punch out list typical you're gonna find the the neck in the cracks in the caulking issues and stuff like that when you move in they can do that later but you know it's a small time that's going to come out of your pocket and your your household to get these people in here to fix the stock to see how would somebody reach if they wanted to I have their home inspected yeah absolutely so our phone number genetic is that the office.

"The Buffalo Sabres J. T. Miller three twenty one into the extra session getting it done for the home Canucks as they pick up two points in a victory the Sabres get the loser point in the O. T. loss and it's a six to five finalists we welcome your insight or in our studios I'm Brian Cole the along with Paul Hamilton this is the public about Sabres postgame show well they were I guess you want to look at it in a positive way there were many times during this game that I'm sitting here thinking the Sabres are going to get no points and start the western Canada trip off with a no for four point sort of showing and then there were moments like after Jack Eichel scores in the in great they've got to and maybe for tomorrow in Edmonton the penalty call and Henry yucky high roofer tripping negates Michael's goal which would have been a really nice script to end it with Michael just continuing to play very well he had to assist in the game okay we had three assists in the game and could have been well the endgame well actually right now and change that yeah the NHL sent out a tweet he has a lawyer from a very right now to help the change that which would take it away but they have not changed on the official score sheets that's right unofficial score sheet it says Michael has three assists he may have to but he could have the game winner but yucky Haru ends up getting that penalty which wiped it off right away and then Miller gets his thirteenth the season on a blast as he beats Carter hotness we welcome here to the public about the post game show we'll get your highlights coming up break down of this game a look ahead to tomorrow against Edmonton we'll update you on the standings with the Sabres getting a point here tonight highlights for in a minute Paul let's just to kind of recap this year I mean there's a lot to break down here with eleven goals but just overall this game if you score five goals on the road you should win and there's certain different reasons why they gave up six but I mean the biggest of all mean they've got to have the goaltender not let in six goals let's be honest the goaltending in this game by both teams is around us I neither goaltender played well there were a lot of goals that both goaltenders would want back and yeah I may have the Sabres you know give them credit they didn't play well this whole game but I mean from start to finish but they got behind five to three and found a way late in the third period to get a couple of goals to at least get a point out of this game and I call was not happy he thought he had won the game for the Sabres but yogi Hari what a rough evening real rough afternoon both I guess we're in afternoon evening and he you know he had taken an interference penalty and that white to go off and I can go over just a power play goal yeah and it's as we start to think about your guitar is rough night part of it was Tyler Myers scoring a short handed goal the special teams breakdowns just continue and Tyler Meyer shoots out of a cannon just blows right by yogi Harwood beats him to the net to score and that giving Cooper a short handed goal one buffaloes on the power play try to take the lead Paul Brown just horrible weirdness bio here are you you you have to understand that there might be players coming up he didn't see Myers coming by the time you saw Myers had blown by am and there was no way he was catching him six to five the final as of the Sabres do get a point of the give some points in what five of their last seven so that makes you feel any better about it tonight but tonight Paul too you'll not only delight in six which to me is very disappointing but it's who scores levo with to roost cell with two Tyler Myers gets his first goal of the season I mean these are not that you know this is not all star academy coming at you here and the goals you know these are their best players just making great plays like sometimes that just happens because there's good hockey players these are these are the third and fourth liners for Vancouver getting it done tonight and that to me adds to the disappointment of this loss at Peterson Besser and horror that they hold them off the board and that's almost a nightly thing I mean it's it's rarer that the Sabres get beaten by the stars of the other team I mean it's almost a nightly thing now where the bottom six guys absolutely kill the Sabres just kill all they they I don't know what it is but they just cannot seem to be able to keep this bottom six guys off the score sheet we'll change the other night scores his first as a flame Myers this night scores his first as a as a Vancouver Canuck Bruxelles as to leave all has to I mean it's just a it's it's almost a nightly thing for them six five the final we will continue to break down this game but I let's get our highlights in from period number three as I will pick it up with that game tied at three but a ton of action into the third into the over time as we get to our moments of the game here they're brought to you by first jewelers for all the moments your life go forth to for here is that Myers goal he gets to the net Miller finds ME beats you'll be Haru while buffalo's on.

T. okay dot com. well in the interest of full disclosure a I guess I should say I have a nominal amount of stock very small they are a very small amount of stock that I bought a couple years ago in in the the companies that were pushing for legislation and or hoping for the legalization of marijuana I don't smoke dope never have and I was reluctant to try C. B. D. oil when I did originally a couple years ago it it actually didn't work for me I I I used to put some on my tongue I had like drops of this was using it just didn't do anything for me but I I have sort of an ongoing medical issue and and something I've talked about before on coast to coast in little bit last night and I I just out of desperation I decided to give it a shot and I went into a local shop tried it and I'm having this really surprisingly positive response to it so that's why I want as Christopher Bouchet who's been on before on coast to coast AM. to give us a little bit more insight he's the guy who co wrote the first California and Colorado industrial hemp legislation act back in nineteen ninety five which still remain sort of a model for a state legislation regarding industrial hemp but he's also an expert on C. B. D. oil and he's agreed to join us on coast to coast AM and so thank you Christopher for giving us time I know you've been on coast before were you talking about CBD oil before when you were on. yes we were yeah I think it was in two thousand fourteen and it's a pleasure to be on here in and I'm so glad you're talking about it. yeah you know it it to to circle back to someone who just said the show is always been very pro hemp it not in it up for that matter to I think by and large pro marijuana legalization because it's just the freedom issue and to me that even though I don't smoke and I I just believe in government should provide more freedom to more people specially obviously adults but I I I I don't know I really I been researching it and I can't figure out why it works so I know you're not a doctor but I know you've also research this because you had to make the case for it explain I mean I know George's had a commercial on everything but C. B. D. oil is different than medicinal marijuana but I think most people may understand but just to to draw that line that distinction how would you explain the difference. yes then that's a good question and I always like to tell people that that C. B. D. actually regulate your serotonin in the question is what is serotonin and serotonin is a neuro transmitter that are made in the brain in the intestines in what serotonin does it regulates the mood it regulates nausea appetite bone help sleep the motions even sexual functions not my problem that wasn't the that wasn't the unspecified problem that I mentioned earlier I just with very clear that this. yes it it really you like I said.

"The Phillies look this one started early and it started with a bang right off the job second batter the game J. T. removed so just continues to have what is been MVP caliber second half it's a home run down the left field line one of the Phillies the next batter as Max free the a left handed starter for the Braves Hong a breaking ball of the plate and Bryce Harper did not miss it crushed one to right center field so the Phillies have a to nothing lead a back to back home runs the next batteries Hoskins almost made it back to back to back with a double off of the wall. but you know what batters later Corey Dickerson made sure they did get three home runs the in a because Dickerson hit a two run shot down the right field line that at that point again given thirty three RBI in thirty three games with the Phillies the first get three home runs the first inning and they're up for nothing as we go to the top of the second inning and a case of Argus tonight as usual US couple so he hasn't really had it a base runners on base the whole time he got the first thing we strike out second in a double to walk any dance at a trouble there were to strike out Vargas is not used to getting many strike out to get some big ones tonight to to limit what became damage against it but it wasn't overwhelming early in this game that top the third inning is with a brace fired back you knew they were their offense the credible Sir offered around a coup you single follow up by us yeah I'll be single so they have two guys on Freddie Freeman coming up for a free man does nothing but hit the Phillies he gets a basic to right field to not gonna run four to one but great play by Bryce Harper after the game. dhgate cap was there was one of the better place you'll see a rifle to make its price had a kind of spin around from his left side and fire on target. third base the gun down the runner there so while the any sort of go off the rails defense in the in the third inning both help the Phillies and hurt them as this thing went out but they get a raw run around a third base there's it's four to one the eleventh assist of the year after this is the year for Bryce Harper the most he's had yeah is thirteen and that was back in twenty thirteen so it's been a long time his Bryce Harper played this level of defense both range wise make it plays the field I just what is our I think for for what we heard about price and I thought I said all winter he's not as bad offensively as people made about to be Bryce Harper said a very a very solid year out right the only threat is love based on right so that was followed up by two walks is were Vargas sort of lose it walk to Donald to walk to Camargo bases loaded Dansby Swanson single center field make a forty two they hold the runner third in this is where either the bridge could be more aggressive there they decided not to be so it's forty two bases loaded the next play tough one for the Phillies it was a chopper to the mound Vargas feel that with love flip to remove so I thought Gee T. was little quick to try to stab at the ball was it was kind of a low cost but. try to say about it touch home and the thirty first they'll play well in that not getting the run or at home because the ball popped a remote those gloves everybody say forty three the next batter awesome Raleigh crushed one the left center field of Scott king re on the run diving played in left center field to save Roy a bases clearing extra bass said was only one run on a sac fly that metaphor for Vargas get the strike out of the picture spot to end the inning four four through the top of the third Vargas was done after that it became a bull pen game and with the cast off the Phillies have in the bull pen you felt like a boy the brace of for the bore through three how many they can have their the game well from then on the bull pen with outstanding but first we got ourselves a leave for the fillets with Scott king agree on kind of crazy play hits one dead center field Rana could you your leaps is glove over the walk out in the bushes takes a back a look like he caught it but on the way down the ball popped out king greenhouse flee from the jump which the manager pointed out after the game inside the park home run awhile play though is a five four lead and at that point it became a bowl game a credit tonight goes to all these guys Nick Vincent Blake Parker ranger swore as Jerry using though he allowed a run later and and Hector there six innings of one run baseball against the Braves an outstanding job of the bull pen the fourth of five four lead bottom of the six a nother home run by Corey Dickerson what we'll talk more about him here find out because he has been incredible I really great pick up bye bye Macklin taxi to another home run to tonight both offer lefties which he was he came years were put to guy but he's adjusted and become a guy they gave we'll have to play almost every single day now down the stretch that made it six to four in the top of the eighth and I want to give your use credit for getting a ground ball double play in the seventh of just some of them with a runner on base got AD editing in the eighty allowed a home run to Camargo look here use this how. bull pen the more they catch the less perfect you're gonna have to be I'm not going to like a blast use in Africa ball right to left you get a big goal plan to seven that was it though that's all the Braves got six innings of this Phillies bullpen one runs the land a brace tonight tonight was a big win eight eight seven two nine nine four nine for will come back all your phone calls your reaction to a Phillies win tonight seventy five is sixty nine and the
