"Them past the hour. Now, this is the overview of what's going on the world. The news talk radio, courtesy of the D. J. V. Show's hosts. Jennifer Horan is here. Victoria Keelan. J. Kerschner is here. I'm Doug Stephan, with an overview of the top 10 stories and perhaps anecdotally during the hour will have time to get to the people who are on the list. As well. Maybe that's a good place to start because a lot of people don't know who Rochelle Wollensky is. She's number three on the people list. This week's did a lot of testifying. S so what's the story? Ladies? What do we know about Rochelle Wolinsky and why she had She took up so much space and oxygen this week. It's surprising that it's not Dr Fauci Rachelle Belinsky. If you don't know if that name doesn't sound familiar, is the CDC director and a lot of this story. In fact, I think the biggest story nationally this week Maybe even globally is whether or not the cove in 19 virus came out of a lab in China. And for a while, people called you a coo coo or conspiracy theorists, If you believe there's even a possibility, I think all of us the word games, conspiracy theorists and cuckoo because we all believed that There was the possibility that it came from a lab in in Wuhan, the Wuhan Institute of Virology, and this week. More and more evidence is stock is stacking up, and it's really is it's funny because the evidence has been there. It's just what evidence World Health Organization covered it up like that, but also the meet the media. I think in reporting it in this country also covered up. I mean the same information. That's out there right now was out there at the end of the Trump administration. When Secretary of State Mike Pompeo did this high level hush hush investigation into China and whether or not This was an intentional breach, whether it was an accidental breach of this lab, what was really going on behind the scenes, and it wasn't until this week when the Wall Street Journal broke the story that the Biden administration's scrapped that on day one, saying that they would rather favor in international investigators to come in. And take a look scrapped it for the reason was was very vague and I would like some clarification from them because they said that something bad practices or something like there was something about. The way that they have obtained the information or that they got the information. And so what does that mean? You don't like the information? So does that mean it's too anti China to approach it like what's the deal? And I think that's one of the questions that should really be called on for transparency, say, because it is vague. You're right about that. And it's Vegas toe, why they would kill an investigation. It seems to just be in an American interest and not political. For political reasons. Perhaps I don't know. But anyway, so now Biden has come out, said after saying that they're just gonna let international investigators deal with this like on Tuesday of this week by Thursday, by and I think maybe saw internal polling or Whatever and came out and said, Well, I want a 90 day report on whether or not this was created in a lab or whether it happened naturally in animals and part B, whether it was released on purpose. And whether you're going to get to the bottom of that that G and Americans funded it. I mean, there's a lot to this and it's not about you know so many. I think so many people want to say Oh, this is about gotcha. We just want to gotcha. 2000. No, no, no, no, no, no. There is a function research going? No, I mean, look, that's always fun. But the idea is you want to live through this again? Do you want to go through another one of these outbreaks Because there's gay to function research going on in this country in 12 labs gay to function research is it's BioWare, Iet's bioweapons. Essentially, it's taking virus, making them the world's stronger The Germans started it. And now it's continued. Yeah, Russians air on top of it Perfect Speaking of the Russians and our relationships interesting because we've sort of separated out the Chinese and the Russians as we normally there together. In terms of the countdown, But the whole business of what they're doing, Victoria you've been talking in our tech reports about the cyber security problems. The laughable insert this week is that the T s a is now in charge of security when it comes to pipelines who came up with that wet dream? Is like needs to have their head examined. It's not even funny. It zits offensive. But anyway, going beyond that these attacks continue and the Russians are behind them. On in front of them and all around them. And yet these companies they're still paying for. You know, they're all these cyber attacks using email system, the State Department The International aid agency uses the same system, according to the folks in Microsoft, So that doesn't doesn't bode well, particularly for our state Department. Security, does it Well, it doesn't bode well, really, for you know, for a lot of lot of different agencies and companies. So Microsoft has now come out saying that the hackers who were behind the solar winds breach, which was basically the worst data breach we've ever had. That hit US government agencies. 150 agencies apparently think tanks, other organizations, big companies like Microsoft. So now Microsoft says this group called Nobel. Liam has targeted 3000 email accounts at various organizations this week. Most of them are in the U. S. And so they believe that the hackers are the same group. From solar winds, which is a software vendor. And they say that now this is this is once again ransomware and see this is the problem with the colonial pipeline when we found out last week that they paid $4 million to get their data back well, the average ransom asked in 2019 even early 2020 leading, you know, before the pandemic, the average asked was $10,000. So that Zeus easy thing to pay inflation. Victoria. Yeah, I mean, now, now and and so Now they're you know they're going after insurance companies. They're going after everybody. And it's it's $60 million is the new Ask and you know, and these companies what we say last week in the tech report that ransomware attacks have increased 349%. In the last Like a year and a half. I get paid off, right? And so the more paying, the more they're going to keep asking so Yeah. I don't think the T s a is going to be able to really solve this. What a joke. It really is a fed s. So if everybody thinks the Biden administration is this wonderful group of new finger thinkers, where'd they come from the Homeland Security Department and technically t essa? Yeah, I know. But I'm just saying I don't look there. Obviously the T s a themselves. They're not gonna be running this. We're gonna have some contractor come in. And they're going to have you know, cyber security put in place. That's that's the whole deal. They're running. They're running this operation. But Homeland security created this mess in 2000. This is right after, but this is literally a relic from 9 11. So, Yeah, it all needs to be updated. Needs to be changed. I don't know why. I mean, you know if if the space force that Trump started, If that was supposed to be something about cyber security, I don't know why they're not running it, then that's a good question. All right, coming up. That's probably why a tie connection between number three race relations and police reform in this shooting in San Jose is their connection, plus China, which is at number six needs to be in our focus, and it will be right after these words. Progressive motorcycle presents road wisdom from.

"To the 12th. This is the talk radio review and overview. Of the stories and the people, courtesy of the folks who participate with me every weekday morning on the D. J. V program. Doug Jen, Victoria DJ VI Victoria Keelan Instead of General Horn being here this week, she's off. J. Kerschner is here Who's a new Enterprising member of the D JV squad, so we could call it the D double J V show. Just thinking about that? Yeah. All right, so J will participate. And so Victoria and you with your thoughts. Better, etcetera that we may even send you to our to the social media page to have some input on some of these stories. Some of the things that we've had this week as they apply to the top 10 stories and people on the list is a matter of fact, at number 10 on the people list. Actually, it's a tie between the boss and Larry Flynt. Passing Larry Flynt and then the Redbridge station. Of all the things that he did that people thought were despicable during his life, hey, was responsible for lots of the From in your magazines as that pretty good, huh? And it has been a lot of talk about him since well it through his whole life. He's just been a contrarian, and he Was a smut. King porn King. However, you want to call it but is passing was of note for sure. Then Maura of note. You're the New Jersey and here, Victoria so you can talk about the Bruce Getting accosted, and it seems abused by some local constabulary is there and that's why people were talking about him. Yeah, And this is unfortunately this has made national news and his really damaged Bruce Springsteen's reputation. What happened was he was riding his motorcycle. There's a state park about two miles north of where I am on the on the Jersey Shore. And he was riding his motorcycle up along the coast and some fans, I guess recognized him. He's you know, he doesn't hide. He's sort of out in about a lot of the area, and so some fans recognize them. They flagged him over. They asked if he would pull over and take pictures. He pulled his motorcycle over. He was sitting on it. It was parked. He took some pictures. One of the fans to say thank you gave him a shot of tequila. They were there They were drinking and Whatever. So he took a shot of tequila. And then he got busted immediately by the park Rangers. So they he did a blood that he took the Breathalyzer test and he blew a 0.0 to in New Jersey. You have to have more than 0.8 level of alcohol in your system in order to be considered driving into the influence. He had only a quarter of that. And then the reports that he was swaying and he was glassy eyed and all this at 0.2. He just took a shot. No one is swaying and glassy eyed. So a lot of people locally here are very skeptical that these air some park rangers, who just wanted to make a name for themselves. Unfortunately, though, what happened is this. This happened back in November. But you know, he's had his jeep. He has a new Jeep ad that aired during the Super Bowl. And it was the most popular out of the night. And it was a really wonderful message and big deal for Jeep to have Bruce sign on to, you know, to work with them. And so they had to pull that because of the drinking and driving implications, which I understand. I get that you're a motor company. You know, you don't want to promote drinking and driving. I get it. But the problem, though, is that when he goes to court, this will most likely get tossed out. Because how can you be? How can you get charged with D? W I If you don't even if your blood alcohol isn't even at the limit. So I'm not sure. And you know, someone actually said yesterday that maybe, you know, Bruce is very public with his politics. There's a very good chance that the park Rangers didn't like his politics because he was very anti trump, so there's a possibility that that played into it as well. Lots of penny. Any politics and foolishness going on. I think from my point of view, all right Number nine, a focus on Ze Jinping, who is the leader of China and that because of the call he got this week from Joe Biden. And then the focus in our country afterwards. What are we going to do? How are we going to do it? This guy is he's nothing these dirt as far as I'm concerned, and I don't even like talking about it because of that. He's It is just why I s O. I dig myself a hole. Just got to keep moving. Mark Cuban is number eight on the people is this week and he's got something very interesting going on that has been started. You were talking about that on our The technology said. We do on the D J V program, so give us the background of that. Will you please Victoria? Well, he's in the news for two reasons. The larger reason is because he said that the national anthem may not be played in the next season of the Dallas Mavericks games. That's the real reason why he's on this list. Secondarily on guy think that actually we didn't talk about this on the D J V show, but I think that he's onto something there. If you want to eliminate the controversy and the constant negotiations of The players have to stand Can they take unique? And you know what one of the rules and it seems to just get everybody so worked up about you know how people react or protests the national anthem, So Mark Cuban says none of this has anything to do with basketball. He's not wrong. I never understand why it all has to happen with sports. But he says, You know what? We may just eliminate that entire section of the game. And just play the game, and that's it, and we take away the controversy. And so obviously some people were on his side and other people were against it. So that's why you know I was in this O. J. But the audio aspect of it. He's also starting a podcasting app called Fireside, So that's a secondary one. Jay, Let's ask on our social Media, Twitter and Facebook center etcetera D. J V Show about the pot Lana politics, but Whether people would prefer to sing or hear the national anthem before sporting events and public events or pledge allegiance to the flag or hear America the beautiful or do nothing, but let's get started with the game. Maybe that you can come up with some variant on that. I like it. Weigh in on this at D. J. V show Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Right? That's the deal. Okay, let's see. Next up. His doctor Fauci is number seven on the people this this week from Talkers magazine. Find the list at we haven't posted. I think We have our Facebook page J. Where do we put it around? Our, um, regular website. I think we posted there. Sorry. What was the question? I started taking that question. Where do we find the charts? I think we put him up on Facebook and Rios and put him on the website will be up in all social media, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram is well, there you go. OK, complete list. So anyway, Dr Fauci, number seven on the people list. Because, uh, because, well, because he's always on the list. It seems your husband for the past year. Well this week his hair, he made a video for people to see how to properly double mask. And that kind of went viral Because a lot of people have been There's been some confusion naturally with the double mask sort of recommendation, and then So Fauci showed how you can if you're wearing one of the medical mass, so one of those blue masks And how you can make that tighter around your ears and tuck the sides And so their isn't that huge gap you know of where air can fly in, and then you cover that medical mask with a cloth mask. So he's ah Trying to get the word out, and some people are. I've seen a lot of people on social media using the double mask now, which is good, and you know, it's it's a lot more protection, so I think that's really good. Unless you have a mask like Louis and I have the halo life mask and that has a nano filter built in and that's actually a mask where you really shouldn't do a double because it's the mask itself is very sealed to your face. So you don't really need it and the company sent out an email actually saying, Hey, our mask is not designed to be doubled up. So you have to just kind of know what you're wearing. Right. All right, So the other people on the list Matt Gates and Josh Holly, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Lindsey Graham and Mitch McConnell, Bruce Castor, David Shane. Joe Biden and Donald Trump. Okay, those were all list the people as we continue with our overview of the people Listen, the story list so having completed the top 10 people list in a moment, we'll get to the stories that are on the top 10 list from Talkers magazine. I'm Doug Stephan, with Victoria, killing a J. Kershner. On the talk radio review..

"Program. Doug Stephan, Jennifer Horn, Victoria Keenan Jennifer Off till next week. J. Kerschner is the J this week. She's in charge of social media, which cut That's the same. That's why she's here interested in people who have lots to sane and I wanna address that, as a matter of fact is we get started in conversation in this hour whether it's thought control the cancel culture. Um, if we don't talk enough about things that are controversial, whether we like him or we don't like him. This is a precious commodity that we have in America that unique here as compared to pretty much anywhere else. I've been in the world and so by not talking about whatever it is by shutting people down. We are failing to protect, in my estimation, the things that make us unique that is, we want people to think for themselves, even if we don't like what they're thinking or saying I find some of the stuff that comes out of the mouths of some people, whether it z local stuff that you see of posted on Social media or national whatever it is, it's horrible stuff. But at what point do we exercise the freedom of thought? And allow people to think what they're thinking and then challenge them rather than very their thoughts. It's kind of like the free market. We they have a free market or you don't have a free market. I'm gonna know me by any means. When it comes to this. I'm not. I don't understand, always, frankly, have a free market works. I'm mostly because I'm not sure it's really a free market anymore. I think the huge business corporations multi nationals have taken away the free market like some People are trying to take away free speech. I don't know that is a zoo. I said this before Twitter and Facebook and Instagram and all these other they were privately held. So I guess they can do what they don't guess they do and can do what it is that they think they ought to do. To curb people's ability to express themselves, even if with they're saying is stupid. I mean a lot of stuff that, Trump said. You name it. It doesn't make any difference. Who said it, or is it either stupid or important? Or whatever, but we're buying into this Cancel culture in a way that I think brings us a little closer to the precipice of becoming just like everybody else. And I never wanted America. I don't want America today to be like anybody else. I want us to be our own self and have our own stuff. But the world has gotten smaller. We have people who are thought controllers. Frankly, we are capable or we ought to be. And maybe this is part of the problem. We aren't may be capable of thinking a discerning About what other thoughts are, whether we find them usable, helpful, not helpful, bad whatever it is because we're not teaching people how to think we're teaching people what to think. Not how to think the government can't make you maybe you can. We're getting in that We're moving in that direction. The government can't make you think a certain way. But yet the government does. I can't tell you many times, and I've said this on the air and I say in my personal life on the farm It's the government this the government that we got to do the government this problem, blah, blah, blah. It's all about the government. Our lives are not our own. We can't make what we're worth. Because somebody tells us this is what we should be paid. And then are they go up and down that street as much as you want to. We're messing this up. And so I don't know. Frankly, we're okay. Doug. You pointed out a problem. How do we fix it? I don't know. Frankly, it's kind of like, how do we fix the problem with China? See that Biden has announced a task force. To come up with a new China strategy, examining our military posture and the growing challenges that we have with China. Meanwhile, he has a phone call with him and Hey, calls the guy that's the leader of China and has shared well wishes that a warm conversation, he said. But he raised some concerns about Stuff like economic practices and human rights. But where is the bottom line of the virus, pal? You screwed the world over with the virus that you created in the Wuhan laboratory so well, who's talking about that? You know, I get that we need to keep our our mind our eyes on China. And Russia and Iran and whoever else And so this task force is supposed to. According to the directive, both still Leland. The civilian and military experts are going to be involved in it to recommend What we're supposed to do with going forward our path going forward China Of But what does that sounds weak to me? That sounds like a week. Statement to me and I'm you know time. I don't think it does. I think that his he's been very clear that he's he's going to have a different approach than what is that well, His approach is to is to get back with our allies and that it's going to be a multinational approach to essentially circle the wagons around China. And and squeeze them, which is exactly what under Obama. What Obama wanted to do. That's one of the main things that the transpacific partnership was supposed to do was when President Obama said Look, if we don't If we don't put the squeeze on China right now they're going to rule the world. He said that Six years ago, eight years ago, and so this is and then you know, I've said this before, and Trump took a different approach. He you know, went directly at China. It didn't work. And so Biden has been very clear that his approach is going to be one with our allies. And you know everybody is affected by what China does everyone. We're not all of the country. That has everything stamped made in China were not the only ones. Everybody has that problem, so I think it's I think it's actually wise to get together with our allies and reinforce that we have not had. We had four years of AnAnd ministrations that did not care about our allies, and that's how they feel. That's how he felt. And so I think that it's You know, I think it's a better way to approach it. When you have more people together because we're stronger together. They were holding them accountable and so be interesting to watch and see if this works. I'm not suggesting awards. That's not what I'm saying. Just cos something has to be done. Right, But there's no evidence at this point, so you can't put China on trial evidence on the There's no. There is no proof that it came from that lab. There's no proof there's no books up. So what's the proof will prove is it? Where is it? Anybody give it look, I believe it came from the lab. You do, too. But what I'm saying, though, is in a court of law. If you wanna hold China, China truly accountable. There is no evidence there is no proof even if there were China has so much. Influence on the world scene. They'd buy their way out, or they threatened or they do something. It's like a big bullies like Al Capone. Okay, so then that right so then not even furthers my point that there's nothing you can actually do. You can't just say OK, China did this. We're gonna hold them accountable. How You have to. You have to circle the wagons and you have to squeeze their profits. And that's that's the only way to go after them. What else can what else? Can you do A tous point? I don't know. We're not gonna declare war on him, even though they've declared war on us in a manner of speaking. All right. The Saudis is another one. Uh, the Saudi government and what we We've begun back the one criticism that I have of George Bush, the father but was our relationship with Saudi Arabia? What it is that they think they ought to do to curb people's ability to express themselves. Even if with they're saying is stupid. I mean a lot of stuff that, Trump said. You name it. It doesn't make any difference. Who said it? Asses if either stupid or important or whatever, but we're buying into this Cancel culture in a way that I think brings us a little closer to the precipice. Becoming just like everybody else, and I never wanted America don't want America today to be like anybody else. I wanted to be. Our own self and have our own stuff. But the world has gotten smaller. We have people who are thought controllers. Frankly, we are capable or we ought to be. And maybe this is part of the problem. We aren't may be capable of thinking a discerning about what other thoughts are, whether we find them usable, helpful, Not helpful, bad whatever it is because we're not teaching people. How to think we're teaching people what to think Not how to think the government can't make you? Well, maybe you can. We're getting in that we're moving in that direction. The government can't make you think a certain way. But yet the government does. I can't tell you many times, and I've said this on the air and I say in my personal life on the farm, it's the government this the government that we got to do The government this blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. It's all about the government. Our lives are not our own. We can't make what we're worth. Because somebody tells us this is what we should be paid and you know, they go up and down that street as much as you want to. We are messing this up. Meanwhile, he has a phone call with him and He calls the guy that's the leader of China and has shared well wishes that a warm conversation, he said, But he raised some concerns about stuff like economic practices in human rights. But where is the bottom line of the virus, pal? You screwed the world over with the virus that you created in the Wuhan laboratory. So who's talking about that? You know, I get that we need to keep our our mind our eyes on China. And Russia and Iran and whoever else And so this task force is supposed to. According to the directive, both still legally the civilian and military experts are going to be involved in it to recommend What was supposed to do with going forward our path going forward China Of But what is that sounds weak to me. That sounds like a week. Statement to me and I'm you know time. I don't think it does. I think that his he's been very clear that he's he's going have a different approach than what is Trump well. His approach is to is to get back with our allies and that it's going to be a multi national approach to essentially circle the wagons around China. And and squeeze them, which is exactly what under Obama. What Obama wanted to do. That's one of the main things that the transpacific partnership was supposed to do was when President Obama said Look, if we don't if we don't put the squeeze on China right now they're going to rule the world. He said. That what Six years ago, eight years ago, and so this is and then you know, I've said this before, and Trump took a different approach. He you know, went directly at China. It didn't work. And so Biden has been very clear that his approach is going to be one with our allies and You know, everybody is affected by what China does. Well, everybody. We're not the only country that has everything stamped made in China were not the only ones. Everybody has that problem, so I think it's I think it's actually wise to get together with our allies and reinforce that we have not had we had four years. Of a new administration that did not care about our allies, and that's how they feel. That's how he felt. And so I think that it's you know, I think it's a better way to approach it when you have more people together because we're all together there were holding them accountable and so the interesting to watch and see if this works. I'm not suggesting it won't work. That's not what I'm saying. I just somebody's something has to be done. Right, But there's no evidence at this point, so you can't put China on trial on the There's no. There is no proof that it came from that lab. There's no proof there's no process, you know, talk. What's the proof will prove, is it? Where is it? Anybody didn't believe that? I believe it came from the lab. You do, too. But what I'm saying, though, is in a court of law. If you wanna hold trying to China truly accountable, there is no evidence. There is no proof, even if they were China has so much. Influence on the world scene. They'd buy their way in out or they threatened or they do something. It's like a big bullies like Al Capone. And so then that either right so then not even furthers my point that there's nothing you can actually do. You can't just say OK, China did this. We're gonna hold them accountable. How You have to. You have to circle the wagons and you have to squeeze their profits. And that's that's the only way to go after them. What else? What else can you do? A tous point? I don't know. We're not gonna declare war on him, even though they've declared war on us in a manner of speaking. All right. The Saudis there's another one, The Saudi government and what we we've gone back the one criticism that I have of George Bush, the father, It was our relationship with Saudi Arabia. Even they they wanted to get in the way of us going after Saddam Hussein, But Bush told them to go fly a kite. Spend time during the day this program has heard all around the clock all around the world. Kind of a cool thing. Jennifer Horn is here to be heard. Victoria Keenan is here to be heard. J Kerschner is here to be heard. And certainly I'm here to be heard The looking at we're thinking about vision. And what it requires the person who is a visionary. Is that the right word vision year a visionary, I guess, visionary if you are someone who inspires people. I think a lot of people are inspired by those who look ahead and see things I was watching an old movie with with Nicolas Cage. And Jessica Biel about some guy who saw the future and it was I saw that last night. I was thinking to myself What would the world be like? Really? Because there are some people who are very sensitive that can sort of see into the future. On day. So why don't we sometimes dismiss those people, though we think Oh, my God, Those people they're strange because they don't fit in. And how many in your world? How many times do you dismiss people who you think are crazy, But then they turned out to be right. About certain things, and I just I just thinking about how we can go beyond all of this stuff. I I'm I'm sort of recoiling a little bit because I think we are in danger of going Backwards instead of forwards when it comes to all of the negative anti trump stuff, So the PGA doesn't want to use his golf courses for tournaments, and the banks don't want to do business. What is the Deutsche Bank has $300 million with the loans to Trump's organization, and they don't want to do business with him anymore. Really Deutsche Bank Yeah, You're 300 million in and then you decide, Well joined your bank is trying to get any kind of positive press They can right now because they're in a lot of hot water, And so they've got their hot water. Well, they've got a lot of their under investigation in the Southern district in New York right now, Andre. Lot of it is tied to Jeffrey Epstein's money. And the money that they did not properly report that was sort of being funneled around and paying for child sex rings and all kinds of stuff that apparently Deutsche Bank knew was going on with their funds. So, yeah, they're literally grasping at straws for any positive publicity right now. Why is positive publicity limiting Donald Trump's life going after Trump questions? Well, a lot of people feel I guess that he was responsible for the insurrection and You know it Z. I think that's why people are jumping on that bandwagon. I think it I don't know. I don't know. It's why do you think then I guess the question is, you could answer the same question. Why do I think I don't know that they are getting positive publicity. I think. I mean, look, I've said it for a long time. It's not anything new from last one. Stay on. I think that people are trying Tomo make trump the bad guy because they're scared of him because he's somebody who's disrupted the apple cart. And so they don't like that, and I think Republicans and Democrats alike. Have feared him because he shakes. He shakes things up and because he's someone who can be controlled. I think you're right. I think in a way he has done that. It's just his way of doing it. It's too bad. He wasn't There wasn't a different way and I don't know what the different way might have been because you know you don't rewrite history, but he's done a lot of good. He has shaken up. Things. I thought it was interesting. We were talking in the technology report about some of the big companies that aren't spending on giving to politicians are making No political statements, I suppose, in a manner of speaking political contributions, but it's not just them. It's a lot of different corporations and what this is doing. His flesh is sort of flushing out. The mess that our political system is that corruption in our political system, and I hope people don't go to sleep on this and it's not just the Democrats. It's not the report both parties. You know, I've said many times that Republicans and Democrats are actually working together on this, and they're they're dividing the heck out of the rest of us by playing this game of political chess with one another. Well, they're all in the swamp together. They're all working together. They're all high filing their inter and drinking scotch. While the rest of us hate each other and, you know, can't handle being in the same room with people that disagree with us. A lot of this stuff is just Nancy Pelosi and Mitch McConnell are suffering at all. Absolutely not. They do this because They're all in there all in it together. So Marriott Blue Cross Blue Shield, Commerce Bank, among others. 18 t, Comcast Airbnb MasterCard Horizon. Dow hallmark. All of these places have these companies have stopped, they said. They have stopped with their political contributions. And you know, the part of the company said anybody who any politician who voted, um, too, I guess to challenge the election results. A lot of the companies have said that they're not going to give money to any of those people, and I forget how many there are. There's like a whole Lord Stanley Murray in their legal right to do that. Why? Why? I guess they feel that they that it's not if it was not a popular or right thing to do. So, what this is doing? This is this is creating morally superior. This is created a morally superior class, right? People who think that they're better than everybody else and that they have to tell the rest of America. What to think, and you look like a larger problem, though, is that corporations run this country, not the government. I think that's the larger problem is breaking out. McDonnell's Altria, the tobacco company. Let's see your Bank of America is looking a list of people that have been flushed out here. They're donators that are silly enough to say, Well, we're not going to give anymore. So all you're doing is calling attention to yourself by we're good Corporate city. Good corporate citizens. And we're going to give money now, you morons. Yeah, This is what I mean. This is what Apple and Amazon are doing in respect to parlor. I mean, this is what s so these big corporations that air you know, trying to justify their behavior, Okay? Well, we're now seeing I mean, like Trump a trump be somewhere in between on Trump. He's woken America up to what is happening now it's our job to figure out if we're gonna fix it. It's not about from. Just settle for the status quo recently make it about Trump is because they hate that they've woken up America so you can either choose to take the lessons and move forward. Or you could put your head back in the sand because you think that your political team Is on the up and up. But I does anyone really all that, though I mean, I don't know. I know some hard core Republicans. You think the Republican Party can do no wrong. I know hard core Democrats who think they can do no wrong. But in most of America's in the middle, I think there are major deep flaws with both parties..

So I have no idea if he's on social media at the moment if he's allowed to, but Ah British judge ruled just within the last half an hour. That Wiki that he is, of course, the founder of Wikileaks. We know that. But the British judge has said now that he should not be extradited to the US to face charges of violating the espionage act because he's at extreme risk of suicide. That's the reason that the this bridge is British Magistrate. The Ness, a barrister has said that the defense had provided compelling evidence that he suffers from severe depression. That he has written a Will. He saw absolution from a priest and a razor blade was found hidden in his cell at Belmarsh Prison in London, where he is currently charged with 18 federal crimes, including conspiring to obtain and disclose hundreds of thousands of pages of secret government documents, classified diplomatic cables sensitive military reports from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. In all of this. He has dumped on through the Wikileaks website. And also he did direct love. He did direct data dumps two journalists. Well, so obviously the U. S. That would make me depressed too. If I thought that that was my only option. So now there s so now I guess the British court is being more sympathetic to him. So we'll see where it goes. But that's a that's a big win for him because face it, you know, saying where he is in London is nothing compared to the charges he faces here. Wow. Speaking of jail, there's an execution date that has been set for a woman. Federal death row inmate. She was supposed to be put to death and that was apparently taken off the table. And now Lisa Montgomery Always convicted of strangling a pregnant woman taking the baby out of her womb eyes now now scheduled once again for execution. Was supposed to be December 8th. And now it's back on for January. 12th. Apparently they're trying to stall it till bride becomes president because he's against the death penalty. And you know, you wonder she has a history of mental illness is that What do we take into consideration when somebody does something like this? And I'm not a bleeding heart. So it's not first looked at this before. I really dug around Victoria sort of pointed me in another direction. I thought, Oh, this is heinous. This is horrible. This woman deserves to die. And I don't like I don't like the death penalty because I don't really mental illness. Make the woman who had her stomach carved apart feel any better. I mean, I don't think it does. You're still removing the rights from someone else at, But was she aware of it? Is that the question? I'm not huge death penalty advocate. But my and I've said this before one of my best friends lost. Grand parents of the night stalker, Richard Ramirez. And she said it was the only thing that would give her closure to move on. And you know what? She deserved it and he didn't And so I mean he raped her grandmother and ate her eyeballs. Good morning to that. I mean, do you really think that that kind of person needs to be sucking up here on the planet? Don't so I think for victims if it does give them closure. They should be a part of that decision. I think. Hmm. Well, they're obviously different points of view on this. If you are, depending on your religion, sometimes there's Staunch opposition to it. I don't have because of religious reason. I just think for the most part of it isn't a defect. It isn't a deterrent the other side of his sound like paying for people to be in jail for the rest of their lives when they're going to do anything, anyway, we're just paying Haven't sitting to sell or to work in the weight room or a cream or criminals of people. They're going to get out. Who knows what that goes on in prison? It's not an easy and my friends. That's the person I talk to you about Richard Ramirez. He died of hepatitis C in prison. He wasn't even put to death. I mean, California doesn't usually keeps people on death row for their whole life. But I mean, think about the medical expenses that go into treating some of these diseases to a lot of times, you'll hear the argument that it's cheaper to keep people alive than it is to put him to death and again. I'm not advocating. I think it should be only used under the most serious of circumstances, but Man, I don't know. Well, the last time a woman was executed by the government and our country was 1953 so that tells you something about the public focus. On women being executed or what the public feeling is the emotion that's attached to it. I think it's the crime. I don't think it has anything to do with the public. I think that that women statistically are not mass shooters. They're not mass murderers. They're not serial killers, and that's statistically they commit. That's true lines. Why Why is it white and women not grab a AK 47 ago? Shoot up the post office or things that guys do? What is there other than the obvious that that keeps women from doing stuff like that? I think it's a really interesting question. And I would if we ever had like a criminal behavioral expert. I think it would be really interesting. You know, you see the FBI profilers toe on different shows. I think it would be interesting to figure out what they know about the differences. I don't know the hormones. Maybe. I mean hormones are pretty powerful. Think psychologically. Women. Women are more maternal women have an empathy that I think men don't rap on And so I feel like I mean, there's probably some real physiological differences in the brain chemistry of how people treat one another so What does that say about me? I'm in touch with my feminine side. Is that what does that mean? I'm like, hopefully means you're not gonna be a serial killer. That's probably I mean, I think you probably would have gone down that path already. Despite your life. I've had play. Yes, I've had plenty of opportunity. This lady, by the way, is 52 years old. So this was she was quite young. And apparently she wanted a child. And this was the only way I think I remember vaguely what went on with this thing. She was that she couldn't get pregnant. She couldn't have. She didn't have a baby and she wanted one. So she just saw somebody pregnant, killed him and took the baby. I think the baby died. Obviously, that's not a balanced person. That's a personal, severe mental illness, right? Yeah, yeah. Right. So there's that I noticed that California is turning away a lot of patients at Jennifer. There are all these hospitals around the country..

"Yeah okay. Yeah a little less resistance. I thought when I saw the holes actually thought that was Kinda like cooling. So you know if your hand is going to be on. It does do that as well so you do you know. You're you're not. You're not going to get the hand sweat on the mouse's much and what's also cool is like the company's thought about it like the components inside have a waterproof coating on them as well so you know either you're sweating or you accidentally dropped your beer in your mouth you you know you're not gonNa ruin it so You mentioned cooling on a mouse actually did like the first article that I ever had published back in. Let's see if it has the date own whenever it was I in two thousand and three. I modified a little logitech. Mouse cut a hole in it. Put a grill in it and have a little fan that I took out of a laugh. Factually votes on the palm of your hand. No that makes sense. I mean you're getting into it in your you know in and sometimes it's nice. You know these in some of these old mice have a wireless mice here. The the the rubber stuff gets a little gummy after a while. And you know it's just it's if you're gonNA be grip in this thing the whole time it kind of makes sense that's another big gutter as I say the plastics that a Lotta. These gaming meister made out of PT. So it's a lot more resistant to wear than some of the other typical ABS or nylon plastics. That you'll get So they have a lot better where I know my mouse at work that I use is just like a standard Dell mouse and already have wear points from my pointer index fingers. And I've been using the mouse for less than two years. I've been using this Corsair Harpoon for three to four years and like the plastic on. It doesn't look used hardly at all and the rubber grip has worn on my thumb and pinkie on the side but the materials that they use like I. I have some cheaper mice that I've reviewed and looked at the rubber on the sides of them. You go to like us. Didn't pick it up and it's oily and just you can tell it's not that good of a plastic or rubber and it's just breaking down. This is my daily driver mouse here at my desk that I use and it's I'm so happy with like the just jeopardy. I don't think Jim ever thought that there some of the mice I like it. You got me thinking. Well it's just I we. We are off times kind of approached it from a more utilitarian like what he you know. We weren't gaming site. We still aren't in a Lotta ways and so you end up. I think this is a logitech five ten which has been age. Just a workhorse. I have absolutely worn off all the paint from this thing. It's been I had a frontal four five years it continues to be or course. No it's interesting to see a bob also in that that the the the lights. Rgb LIGHTS ON OUR GB Raya after RGB are Biji. I Y- back at the. Bg's on my Red Red Red. Yeah yeah I was thinking KGB. That's But the the mouse also showed it on the screen here. The mouse also has complete control. Right so you can control all the lighting on the mouse as well the DAMASIO look at. How many different lights are in that thing? There's so I'm bringing up here again You guys can see it. But there's just a lighting section here and a lighting section on the the scroll wheel this gives you the controls in what's cool about the software to is. You can actually finally tune the the sensor as well so this uses an optical sensor in the bottom here and in the software you can select your own DP. I believe it's up to sixteen thousand. Cpi ON THE MOUSE And you can find that as well You can find tune your lift off speed. You can find you in a lot of stuff in these which is like again if this is like something you WanNa do professionally or you want to just be better. It's good to be able to not just plug mountain but you know fine tune into where feels good and the you know what you're seeing on. The screen is kind of what you want. As far as a moving this far the mouse is moving this far now all that kind of stuff. Yeah Super Cool. Yeah no I think if you love lights if you like that kind of feel like that kind of look You know there are folks. Maybe I've fit in this role although I'm different. I'm a monitor guy like I onto be lights on the Monitor. That's in front of the front. They're actually I'm reviewing one right now where there's a bar along the bottom that it hooks up the software and IT connects with your game. So if you're getting shot the RGB's will be read and it will interact with your game. The that works like you like it. It's free. I just hooked. Us Monitor up to review so I haven't really with that all that much but my speakers are raised speakers than they do the same thing they connect with. Whatever Game Your plane and depending on what you're doing the RGB's will be different colors. It's cool yeah. I don't see it being that useful. I'm not looking down at this bar per se in my game so I think it's just like again it's kind of gimmicky in that sense. That's Kinda Fun. We find storage that way like I have ninety terabytes of storage here. And that's why people like. Yeah what do you need ninety terabytes for Y'all works 'cause I wonder? Yeah that's that's my thing that's what I like doing and you guys Also we didn't spend a Lotta time at the beginning of the show talking about this but you guys also have a weekly podcast that you're doing if folks and you live your your Wednesday night so we're Thursday so if you're looking for something you're listening to this showing man. We'll talk about as well see. I subscribe down here and that one of their case. So yeah so you guys so think about what we do here on home gadget geeks except it's really kind of gaming gaming rig high end focused. Yeah we we start the review off. We go over our that weeks reviews right. Kinda give a recap of what we've looked at and then of the news stories of the week you know. What's coming up with the new rumors? Hey so and so found a leak on the CPU. Or here's the latest Financial call from who was that we own the MDC financial calls right. We'll talk about that kind of stuff. Talk about what we've got coming up in the next week reviews to look forward to then kind of like a review of page. Do Anything Tech related over the week you know. Yeah put in this cooler? I play this new game. Just kind of casual there Okay quick lightning round. Is We kind of wrap this up? Ryan? I'll start with you. One thing that you're looking out into the future or maybe it's coming up on a review or maybe not that you're super excited about. I'm excited to put this cooler into my test rig. I've got that Enzi Cracking Z. Seventy three here. I kind of mentioned it earlier. Have the screen on the pump housing. So I can customize at some really kind of looking forward to put that together also. I'm kind of planning to do a full custom hard tubing water cooling build in my main rig not in my testing system but in my main rake right. I have a really nice case that I like. I just want to kind of showcase all of that. So those are the things. I'm looking forward to all right Bob. What about you as far as reviews I got a? I have a new case that came in that we saw sea as it is this. I mean it looks like this crazy it looks like a transformer in very high in case. I think the case itself is five hundred dollars and I was actually surprised a company was going to send it because some of that stuff usually only goes out to a few people but we were lucky enough to get it in so. I'm really excited for that. It's called the T. wings in it's from a company called F F S P So I'm really excited for that and then future stuff. I will be so just like how you said you were thinking about doing Redoing your podcasting Ray. My main gaming and video editing podcasting rig is just like the sides open right Allen and Vance doesn't work and I'm GONNA be upgrading. That already have a case and I have all these parts ready to go into it. it's a high end desktop bill. It's GONNA upgrading. From Sixteen gigabytes of Ram to sixty four is going to be. It's GonNa have a ton allergy. Be Lights in there. I'm putting seven of those fans that have thirty six argued be lights each in In in there and hooking it all up and be all be controlled via softwares. I'm really excited to do that. I haven't had time to rip this art do that soon. So maybe just put a key put up cam a Webcam on the on the bill and not on twitch right. Yeah we will be doing a video the guy so once a week. I try to make a actual video for Youtube. So we'll definitely be video on that so I'm pretty excited for that as well. Yeah they changed. Its sick when you start thinking about like what can I stream on twitch? Yeah you know what's GonNa be? What's that thing and it's you know twitches gotten kind of weird in some ways. I mean there's still a lot of gaming that goes on out there. There's a lot of strange. There's a lot of strange streaming. That's going on out there As well so if you haven't again think computers dot org just remember that had out there and it gets described watching on Youtube. Subscribe to the PODCAST Get caught up on Wednesday nights. It's a great time. You guys are are slowly becoming my Wednesday night kind of background. We're GONNA take convert you to a Gamer a usually i. Might you still own I. It's funny game with my kids when this would have been early cheese To Ninety seven ninety eight we pay a lot of command and conquer and I put it in a networked had three P. C.'s. At the time I was dirt poor but somehow at three P. C.'s and We network them. And then we'd played the network version of command conquer. We played a lot of games for the kids. Start playing more and more. I just played less and less and I just I think after awhile you drop out a little bit and then you're like it's so hard to get back into today's games like if you haven't been gaming and you just start and you start playing the real games right four night and in that group. It's hard like I'm not that good at it and I I had the same thing so I mean I I run..

You don't WanNa to get the wet. We want the liquid in the system but at least you know see what it's like and then soft tubing is kind of the recommendation next where where you don't have to use a heat to bend that that to being to get your perfect bands or spend less money on fittings to make Ben's that you like everything but I'm super excited to do a really nice build in this case cool. Dan Ryan Ryan. Thanks for thanks for saying yes in coming on absolutely that's it's an hour and twenty minutes. I'm sorry no no no no no no. I love it. Don't don't apologize this. "That's the DEL project a remote. It's not okay yeah sweet that Super Bowl. That may be one to take a look at if you're if you're still in that media center space and you don't want to shell out the one hundred bucks for some of the more expensive remotes this kind of might be in between the names. Let's do one more before you. I think we're GONNA get back. We're going to get back to cases. You've got the in win nine zero five this this is this one's hot off the press just published today so and a ever get sick during cases they take a hud exclusive live exclusive here every now and then they take a lot of room. That's one thing so a the the boxes for them. Take up room and you've got the case out and so you got double the space and so every now and then but this one I was definitely not unexcited excited. I was actually pretty ecstatic to take a look at this in one nine five we. I saw it at CAS twenty nineteen in January. did a quick video and preview of it knowing that it was coming out later in the year finally got her hands on it and I was lucky enough to take a look Atta. What what what. What made you so interested in so you know we Kinda talked about? What makes a case expensive or you know. Maybe better than the others. This is the case that I mentioned engine. Previously that has the four millimeter thick aluminum shell exterior so as you can see there in that image it is a single piece of four millimeter millimeter aluminum that wraps all the way from the rear of the case beneath up the front over the top and around the back It's a kind of a hairline line design pattern texture to it so you have really high end material there. You've got your tempered glass. Side panels in win is known and for making very high quality cases and having a lot of innovation with them right there. You see the removal air filter up front a lot of cases. It's typically have intake at the front on the facade there this case has a solid aluminum panel so they've designed an intake section below their kind of call it a tunnel so that provides passive intake for the interior of the case in the PSU area author is the ability to add some fans in the lower section for some active cooling and then on the second image. They're on the right side of the case. You've got some ventilation for for the front fans that are inside of the case and they actually work as exhaust so typically. You're taking intake in from the front in this design. Your intake fans are on the bottom and then you have a single exhaust at the rear into at the front that pushed the out into the side out. Those ventilation holes air. No looks beautiful that these Sali's holes here. Yes cards showing yeah and that's part of the design right. I mean it's it's yes it's exhaust but it's kind of a pretty exhaust right yeah yeah you know their their artistic mystic. They also every year at a computation six release. I don't remember the name signature series that they do but they have some pretty wild art looking cases you know one year they did kind of a clear pod and some that move with hydraulics are Pistons and things like that and thousands of dollars and very limited run on those cases but we're showing the back of the computer. I'm assuming this is where components kind of go anything anything unique there you you kind of have a case within a case on the nine five so you have that aluminum exterior right there. You can see the ad in slot covers I to allow access so they're kind of actually deep into the case a couple of inches which is a little unique because most of the time those are right right up against the back of the case in this example though they they kind of hide behind there and just add for a more artistic and high-end look to the back. How did he do on fingerprints with that. Aluminum's shield that's their captain America's shield. That's on there had to do with fingerprints. It does pick up some fingerprints sprints and it had some from the factory bill your PC. We can lift prints but it wiped down. I'm pretty pretty nicely with a microphone. Were closer than on the interior. We've got a spacious. Che's interior most of the cases. Nowadays one thing we haven't talked about is optical drives most cases now are not including optical drive trays or opening so you have all all that extra room towards the top right there to work inside the case so that's that's. Nice you've got your large motherboard cooler cut out that kind of square rectangular shape towards the top left there that allows you to gain access to the backside of your CPU cooler if you have the motherboard and everything installed so they want to change out coolers. You don't have to take everything out. You can usually just swap yup right there yeah. I've seen place to put an optical drive. If you wanted to know wow okay absolutely not it's twenty nine hundred. Mike we'll but Ryan a lot of the listeners of this show. I would struggle a little bit that they'd be like probably keep an external optical in the I. I guess I'm just thinking of for people who don't have the Nas- right have one computer. You're like a kid with a non techie family wants. He wants to have his SST for his. Os than he wants to have a spinner in there for for data. It just surprised is me. That's the trend Egg. It doesn't surprise me right. We're going all towards Sata are stored solid state but yeah wow okay. I didn't know they're already making that move. It's like removing the headphone phone Jack Right. It's been there for quite a while others. There are absolutely no openings for optical drive here. Thanks Apple. It's okay fans fan pretty good in this one of these. I'm assuming these am with the case yes so this case comes with three of their serious loop fans they have a RGB led ring being around each side of them which is nice one kind of unique feature of those fans as well as on that center hub there some ventilation to bring some air into the fan ban a hub and bearings to give a little cooling longer life as well rubber pads on the corners to reduce vibration from the spinning things things like that that you'll find in higher end fans yeah. I'm definitely starting to see as we've got look these last few cases just what makes AACSB premium case of premium right as I've played with twenty thirty dollar ones and they don't they don't have these features right yeah. You'll you'll find multiple drive mounting options there so now. I'm just kind of going through component installation plenty of room for a again modular power. Supply is my go-to there. He's got the motherboard and cooler installed clearance was a little bit of a possibility of an issue so one thing to keep in mind when building a PC is component size is an compatibility so right there you can see the on the top image the cooler height scroll up just a little bit there where the the cooler would have been this one spot here that one right there yep so you can see the top of the white. The white top of the cooler is right along along the edge of where glass is going to cover so you've got some clearances there to to to watch out for at the deal with it does it does not all components fit right. This is one of those where you gotta kind of. Make sure you're matching your components typically. It's it's billed as amid a tower. It's not quite a full tower because you don't have as many expansion slots but it is a pretty large Tara case. I see a lot this too on the backside. So you've got on the back side or the drives that are mounted there. Yes figure two and half and three and a half inch drives have mounting locations on the backside. Just cleans up the interior do you mount do not put a three and a half inch drive a spinner on here. Just breath breath don't or or do you prefer. Would you prefer to have SSD for everything yeah. I'm solid state on everything other than my Nasr Storage but but I wouldn't be opposed to it if if I wasn't a fortunate enough to have solid state storage yeah yeah now I just box I pulled apart just had an SSD in and actually evanescence Vanessa's DJ sitting at this well. Let's get rarity. I mean I remember when I saw. Let's say driving now. Mike you got all these xers liner and something will come along here that needs it is is kind of. Nice tyrannus some equipment down of having a few extra parts. I kind of pushed when I was going into the crypto space. I pushed everything out to something working working. 'cause I wanted to get as many things working as possible and now I'm kinda pulling things back in. It's kind of Nice to have a few spare parts. You know Kinda think I got a spare this spare that I did. I did have a weak moment where I thought maybe bill the PF censor outer an an about an hour later. I'm like okay. I'm not going down like I'm good. I don't need another another thing to do. So well you do and then of course assuming this is the finish build it is it is and I actually went ahead and purchased some additional three additional in win seriously fans to put in the bottom section so instead of just using the passive air our intake. I outfitted that with the three fans bull some extra Aaron and they pull it in right from that front tunnel opening the gum that angle in that that flat part there and it's a pretty wide case so there's quite a bit of airplane in one thing. I didn't note at the front of the case. There's that little light strip towards the front want that you can't really see on these images. If you go to that one right there there's kind of a little dip that has addressable. RGB's as well so you can set set that to be whatever color you'd like. Have it run through pattern that image there shows the fans running a rainbow pattern. It'll mimic that pattern on the front or if you have a motherboard where are you can customize those things. It's works with compatible motherboards as well yeah super cool. Did you find okay so this really looks best in in a darkly in an dark darkly in a dark room right. lights are on you. Don't see these lights as much to do right now. It's sitting right next..
