And as far as the chief pharmacist, Katie, he goes. I'm the one that the doctors come to to ask me about side effects. They don't know the side effect from Z Pak let alone from all this Kobe Bryant. So all these let me just ask you something. If there's three vaccines that are out there, and there's immunity to all three of these countries, companies Moderna, Pfizer and Johnson and Johnson, right, they're not liable for anything. And then you have people that are non stop getting the vaccinations so called first off, Look up the definition of vaccination. They're not vaccinations. They are like a flu shot. And people right now are basically guinea tapes. They are getting shots that they don't even know what's in the in the vaccine, actually, Okay, so I'll respond to that. So first of all my response to that is We're not guinea pigs. Um, 70% of the country has already received vaccination wrong. It's an accurate according to Who Is it inaccurate Doctor de Lyon to the doctor that came on CNN just the other day, said 52% and Peter Peter Hotez. Yeah, because there are many that have gotten the first shot that never went back for the second. Okay, so let's go with that for a moment. Let's say that the 52% numbers, right? We have half the country that is fully vaccinated. Uh, what's happened to all those people can All I know is there are Brian. There are seven people that me and my wife are directly connected to several people in seven, he said. 7 61 that have died after getting the vaccine within three months. That did not have any. So Let me ask you a question. Then in regards to that, and by the way you mentioned seven people. I'm talking about half the country, but that's okay. So let's talk about that people in our network. So let's talk about people that that he let that he and his wife no direct. So let's talk about that for a moment. Do you know their medical backgrounds and the doctors are Anything on the death certificate or the doctors or anybody confirmed. That they had their health complications and they died because of the vaccine. Or you just assuming that all I'm saying, is there right now, that is the commonality the only common denominator It's not what I asked vaccine. They all got the vaccine, and that's the That's the deal can. That's not what I asked you. Right? I'm just asking another words when I go. You're not answering my question. If I want to go down to the if I want to go down to the doctors today and go get a vaccine. Do I even know if I'm getting Pfizer Moderna or Johnson and Johnson? It's irresponsible on your part to make an assumption that they must have died because they've got the vaccine because there are a lot of people out there that die and some of those people got the vaccination. But I haven't seen any evidence that would point to. They died because they got the vaccination in Canada were diabetic or had underlying conditions that there's people that have died of covid that don't have any underlying conditions. 4% So the point I'm trying to say I'm sorry. Now that's not my opinion. That's according to pretty much every infectious disease expert that I've spoken to, and I think most of you spoken to Bronx. I heard one on your show. Give me the name. So sure enough, there's a crack and it goes from that time to know that crack has traveled. Okay, so the mirror the cracks start to 29 a half inches in from the left side and arches up and then back over to the left. Arches over that 29 a half inches tall, So I got a big chunk of mirror that's cracked, and it's now I think they glued everything to the wall. You and they glue everything in these homes, so I've had an estimate of $700 to replace the mirror, which I think where you located. We'll be right there. Yeah, Okay. Come on over. So So My question, of course, is safety first. Is there any reason to be concerned about the mirror? Falling off the wall either fully or in part. If I can, and then try still toe get it replaced because I liked him in that big mirror in there brings in more light. And it's kind of fun. What kind of I don't know why you couldn't do that when the mirror is installed? They probably put on a 7 Ft mirror, You know. Six dabs of glue across the top six across the middle and six across the bottom. Or something like that. And then they pressed in yousa paneling and he sieve or a sub florid, he sieve. And they just push the mirror against the adhesive and, uh, that keeps it in place, So everything's probably going to stay there and in earthquake isn't gonna be any worse for won't be any worse for wear, even with an earthquake. "Greatest and then the alarm goes off and you look out and there's nothing and you are so bad at that weather person because you feel like you're betrayed. Talk about being on the other side of that, like, how nervous do you get? Because you're in a profession where you make predictions, and if the predictions are wrong There's no like fudging it right. People can tell. They literally look out the window in some cases. It's tough, and I will say many times, I will tell the camera. Don't be mean to your local forecasters because I do the national weather. Right? So I I, you know, Listen, I only got interesting. Wrong. Yeah, broad, But, you know, I'll give you a forecast of DC and Philadelphia and New York and then Boston, and we did pretty well, like relatively speaking, But we got Boston wrong. Boston like maybe got four inches and we were predicting, you know, over a foot for Boston on D C was a bit of a bus, too. Although you say that you got about seven inches where You are, Um, but the bottom line is it's really tough and that whole thing of it. It's not an exact science. There is something to that. I mean, you're looking at different layers of the atmosphere you are looking at where the low sets up and who you can't predict where the heaviest fans are gonna come in. And then if you get the trajectory just off by, like 10, Miles, you know, that means somebody doesn't get something, whereas The other person gets a whole lot. So it really I mean, the forecasting is getting better. Um, but still, you know, that's why you see these big discrepancies like you know, anywhere from three inches too. 15 inches, You know, like it Just, unfortunately, not right. I think we did pretty well with this one. With exception to a couple of, you know, a couple of areas where we kind of hit the jackpot. Um, but, yeah, You just have to be a little bit forgiving. There have been many times so I mean, no, not not a whole lot. We just overlook it here in Chicago. And also do we have to get out and shovel those sidewalks. So what is the verdict? Can I get sued down to brass tacks, if in fact I don't get out and shovel the sidewalk. Well, The interesting thing is the myth is that you can be sued. If you do shovel your sidewalk and someone slips on it. That's why that's an excuse that a lot of people have used over the years to not shovel. They say if I do shovel and I leave a little bit and somebody slip, they consume me. That's the missus. It's been going around, and that's Absolutely not true. And you, you shovel. Somebody hurts themselves. They can't do you. Um It's also not true that if you don't shovel they consume you. Because the fact is you didn't put the snow there. Don't you have a don't you have Ah, Visitors statue is there in ordinance in the city of Chicago? The In fact you're responsible, clear that public thoroughfare in between the boundaries of your property. Yes. The municipal code does say that you're responsible for clearing a path and it should be 5 ft wide, which a lot of people also don't do. They cleared like one footstep. Why, um, but the most that you can do that can be done to you. Really? For that is a fine that ranges from like 62 500 bucks. Um, that's not really enforced all that much. I know a lot of folks might contact their alderman. They might, you know, call 311. If you complain a lot about a repeat offender. You might be able to get the city to slap them with a fine, but a lot of times the city will maybe do a warning or two or three when they get out to a property so Kind of, you know. Zahn a corner. We have a lot of sidewalk and we always have it cleared down to the pavement. Um, so I think it just depends kind of neighborhood by neighborhood. I think some of the problems are some of you know, you've got tickets storefront that were there. That's where they're going to be some issues that not getting shoveled. Um honestly, some of the worst offenders can be Um, Parks, Properties. Um, the post office sometimes not so great. You'll see a lot of strip malls. They make sure the parking lots or shovel but not the sidewalk. So But I feel like neighbors being neighborly are some of the better shovelers. It really is. It really is important. Petty.
