A Reminder That Marxists Separate People, Don't Believe in the Constitution or God

"You were. I was listening earlier to the Professor. Review your book, and he was commenting. That Marxist separate people, according to group identity and not individual identity. And American Marxists don't even appear to agree with our declaration of independence, uh, that all men are created equal and endowed by their creator. Because Marxist no matter from where I don't even believe in God. Not only don't they believe in God marks specifically condemns. What's all this stuff, he says about natural rights and the creator and so forth. That's archaic. That's a throwback. Any demeans and and he dismisses it. In one of his most popular works, the Communist Manifesto, which is also a very thin gruel. If you ask me, but nonetheless. He specifically attacks the declaration. He specifically attacks American Uh, capitalism. Later he attacks the industrial Revolution, of course, because that all proves that Marxism is Is crap. It's crap. None of these so called revolutions are the people rising up and so forth. It's just not and they're not now it's a matter of people putting the shoulder on us. But you're exactly right. I'll tell you what else is interesting. Julie in my book rediscovering Americanism, as professor Ken Corp also pointed out Explain that the so called early progressives and that they self identify. Of course, they are the progeny of marks so their early Marxist American Marxist, But that said Every one of them condemned the declaration of independence, every one of them. Because you cannot believe in natural rights, Natural law a creator. You cannot believe in any of these things you cannot believe in Western enlightenment. You cannot believe in free and voluntary commerce. And be a A progressive

When to use Jargon with Paul Copcutt

"Was having a conversation with the client. Just the other day and i suddenly realized that i have been very guilty of overcomplicating something or perhaps maybe not even complicating assuming my client understood what i was saying from a pre in a previous consulting corp. I was having with them. And if you know the old analogy or the older explanation what is hume stands for. If you assume that it makes an ass of you and me. And i was definitely guilty of this. We were talking about lead magnets and in marketing in when you talk about. Lead magnet sits very common term. Market is talking about it all the time. You might be familiar with it yourself. You might be using magnets here on real estate. Investing business and marketing. But i shouldn't shouldn't assume that everybody knows that and so i was having this conversation. Move declined and then she shared with me that in fact she'd had to go away and kind of find Do some research and find out what a lead magnet meant. And so that really did underline for me that we need to be very cautious when it comes to jock and industry jargon. Show a good example. Might be the name of this podcast. Rei branded when i when i was kind of coming up with a name for the podcast the feedback from people who are outside of the real estate investing space is that rei. I didn't mean anything. In fact i think there's a quebec store that is rei. And i think it's an outdoor pursuit type business. Maybe and maybe in the us. I can't remember now. But i left. It still kept it as rei brandy. Because you know my target market all real estate investors and professionals associated with the real estate investing business so i felt comfortable and keeping that that acronym in as part of the name of the podcast but when all having conversations and i've been doing a lot of reading and kind of personal development professional development around marketing recently for my own business and in that in that research and doing a lot of reading there is a lot of use of jargon and and even i was having to kind of go in and won't hang on a minute. I don't quite understand what that means. And sometimes we do spend so much of our time kind of focused within our own space within our own industry within our own markets that we forget that sometimes. We're we're over complicating

"Lot of foreign basketball players. But i don't want you to think like that. I think about so we can't pick myles garrett because he was just retired from basketball game agean just like on a fast break going towards the net and frigging myles garrett in a new so you can see all of his muscles is just lurking there. I'm gonna go out of the box. i'm gonna pick mci becton. Oh my god. There is a picture of becton. Just left tackle standing next to ali. Vera cox guard and sh- rocking because like very cox is an offensive lineman and he looked small next to him just watch avert tucker is soccer. I'm sorry. Allie barrick cox. Because i was thinking about him saying i'm sorry lives of tucker is i'm six foot six foot. Four and three hundred eight pounds and he looked like a child. It's incredible. I wanna stand next to beckton so badly just for the photo. Guess i for sure intimidation. I want mci acton in the pain. I love him man. There was a game last year. I think they were playing the cardinals and the cardinals were like swag surfin on the field or dancing or something and he looked so set he was looking at them and it looked like a kid looking at other kids getting outside. But it's such a funny photo. Yeah that's a great one okay. I yesterday shared that. I'm watching on the internet. That i'm watching hacks which i really enjoy on. Hbo and if you've seen it it's about a jean. Smart plays an older comedian. In las vegas who has a residency and Hires a young female writer to kind of fresh up. It's very funny. You a lot of stuff. So i haven't done this in a while. Can you recommend something for listeners. The most recent case of rupaul's drag race is in credible. There's a moment where someone comes. Onstage and admits that they were wearing something they bought off the rack. At h m. And and rupaul gives like this incredible speech. And it's like the most fury i've ever seen from someone on television any. Nfl coach no no nfl. Coach has been angrier than rupaul at this poor person wearing in an h. m. off the rack. That's incredible it's worth watching for that one moon but also the entire seasons in caribbean. Ask i to watch that a question for so recently dylan where this is going. Packers running back here revealed that he named his squad has famously. Large quads quads. Father and quad zillah. So you. I thought a very funny joke response. You said those are sounds like pizza toppings your during the pandemic. I have a question. I was wondering if you could help me. Brainstorm names for saquon squads so that he can strike back because qualify fathering quasi was pretty good. I would have done quad father and qualified their part to personally. But it's funny the bit. Which i think is is well earned thank you. I mean it's this. This simple like shouldn't just be saquon barkley. One quad saquon barkley mccoy like he's just say he doesn't need start going by sake wide. Oh god yeah. It's that simple like the you're ready. Have quantum like you're so close why not take it. That's a good point jake. Take the easy are is what i say like. These are the charts bar. He wants to hit the home run. That's true what if he named one quad girly that'd be really weird. Who else is quantum. Chuck quad like theft commentator. That's weird to i yeah What if he went in a different direction and called one of his legs. Qualcomm hussein really strange. That would be really weird. Oh's it that much stranger than than chuck. Yes it is. What that would there'd be a lot of hand wringing about hussein in nfl mediais and cheese lease. You kneeling was bad. Kaddam hussein That would that would cause major stress in have plenty of talk about. that's true. Yeah yeah that would give us a wholesome it could hamas hussein seeing loses endorses. This is such a weird question. okay. I'm gonna i'm gonna end is always the question from lenny. So lenny is not on twitter. He is not the person who goes by complicit lenny but he does look at twitter and he just wants to know how you feel about the fact that sun mankind is accruing followers at a rate. That means she's probably going to surpass you this year. I've already had one member of the cavs families are being followers very quickly So i've already made my emotional piece with that. How would you feel if she passed you at some point. So the the tree using it's always frankenstein is the doctor in the monster is just called the monster right so i would feel like frankenstein watching the monster overtaken I don't know who. I am in that metaphor like i am a ten minutes.

"And now it's time for dinks and dunks. I'm getting paid for this right now. I'm bringing this one on you. I should've sent it to you beforehand. But i just thought of it before we starting. Nfl they asked us for the most improved position groups in the nfl and we named a few. The one that i ended up talking about was the chargers offensive line potentially being most improved group as wondering you don't have to pick the most improved group. What is a group of players your excited to watch this year because you think they have a chance of being a lot. Better brown secondary. I don't know if you heard the home that you did there. But it was so like deep and like loud and like you always do you do a lotta homes but that was the most m- you've ever done. I've been practicing during the offseason. After i as a regular guest on other podcasts are used to host. Espn daily. i feel like that Is an important part of answering questions at this point breath secondary. Yes that's a good answer. I secondary yes. I feel like it's super high up there. You got hill. And john johnson from the from the rams to above average possibly very good players at us positions of aids. Now you're not relying on greedy williams who has hurt the past couple years pretty consistently You get greg newsom in the first round corner get grant del back from a torn. Achilles and denzel work to me is still a top. Ten cornerback when healthy. So i mean that's a really really exciting group to me to watch. Yeah i agree. I'm also excited to watch the ravens pass catchers by the way we're talking about them and i was just kind of talked a lot about much. I like to rashad bateman from the draft. But yeah. I just think it'll be interesting to see how they're used in that offense and whether these all right we talked about james harden would be if he was an nfl player. You gave a very thoughtful answer. My question for you is a lot of people say any. The nets are so good that anyone coach them and anyone could play with them so which. Nfl player do you think could be the fifth starter on the nets and not embarrass himself. Oh boy again. This is a question. Where if i say the wrong person and an. Nfl player is listening. They're going to get very mad. That i did mention them. Who would be A.

"This great chart by this sam hop in is his name. He's a listener. Any that's awesome chart and it has all the different quarterbacks using a sports solutions data their accuracy to various levels of the feel teddy bridgewater. It's pretty dramatic. So deep he's orange which is bad for you nine percent. so that's in the bottom. You got up by thirds intermediate rises to seventy two percent yellow short accuracy ninety one percent. Which is the best of any quarterback in the nfl. So some of that is a function of the panthers. Offense under joe brady is teddy ball. Said okay. if you're chris ballard and you saw that chart and you saw the carson wentz line how would you feel It's like shades of red. That i didn't know on he. Okay i would see the carson wentz has one green spot which is scrambling so i get guards who is on the move man it is. It's a rough look for carson. But yeah it's who you know. The other interesting about the start is kirk cousins has like all greens like in the state we were talking about. Derek carr being like the post Kirk cousins. The ultimate. Always looks amazing. Statistically quarterback rick spielman may have commissioned the turn kirk cousins is like the like when people want to kill us on analytics and like tell us to. You know staffer pocket Protect what do people say to nerds. Get us from in a locker. Watch the tape. Bridget's watch the tape kirk cousins the ultimate. Like your numbers. Lie guy. dr bob caldwell. Shouldn't your work be done before you get on an airplane so you don't bother people around you. On your laptop this is because i once again reiterated my stance that reclining on planes between the hours of nine nine to nine. Am and nine pm. On flights of under five hours is not cool. Didn't say i'm not like saying you should go to prison. I'm just saying what. I believe because some people want to get on airplanes and work and it's impossible to work if you're for the person in front of you is reclining because you can't have your laptop out and and i said this on around the horn. I can't believe they let me or they put it on their twitter account. Whenever reclines the person behind you decline in. It creates a horrible human centipede effect. Where the person at the end has to eat. You know what bill do. Degree or disagree. I'm just going to say that. I blocked this person and i went back and looked i had blocked in those because he told me to stick to football so i'm not i don't feel like i'm upset to say he's an idiot to suggest that you should have your work done before you get on. An airplane No not be reclining. Sucks like i technically. Yes like i stand that you're space is technically the space you can recline into. But that's still sucks and people should be more empathetic and at the very least you should not recline your seat back at full speed without seeing. What's behind you. If the person behind you is maybe working on a laptop because that is not a friendly thing to also tall. People think at the tall. Blinky knees Austin this is a good question. I don't all this Gregg roman said lamar might be under center more this season. Not so he says a ravens fan. Gray romans lamarche be center. Does that make sense. I think it's really interesting bill. Because lamar was under center believed the least of any quarterback since he's come into the league. He's been the least of any quarterback in the nfl. So because i was trying to grab like splits and see how he performed and they're just meaningless because it's always so that's not an exercise you do I think part of the case for it is that play action works better under center. The ravens use a lot of play action. But it would open up a different part of that actually was looking for stats on play action under center versus shotgun and ben baldwin. Had done the work. I think the he did two thousand and ten to seventeen or something anyways. I founded off outsiders First down play action. Eight point three yards per play. I down shotgun play action. Seven point eight so pretty meaningful so you can see why but are. Do you feel like that makes sense for ravens. Given lamar skill said and some of the issues with the offense. I hate it. Ooh lutely hated. Here's why yes what. What in two thousand eighteen and twenty twenty nine hundred he was. Mvp what we all saying about gregg roman and the ravens and how smart they were. we were saying. Oh man you gotta fit the offense to your quarterback strengths and the ravens have done that with the march jackson. So you're now taking a guy who not just at the nfl of lena. But i went back to the college level and looked at his college. That's oh he. He dropped back thirty six times under center in three years at louisville this funny because they were always saying we're on our and they right and you know why chris he's really good story and the shotgun like yes. I understand that play. Action works better under center. I know the shanahan style offenses to be under center. And i think you can make it work by like. This is the exact opposite of what we settle the last couple years about the ravens where. It's not building an offense to your quarterback strengths. You're now building offense where your quarterback is being asked to something. He has not done at any level. Like lamar might be able to do it. Because he's super talented. And i think if you wanna go to play action you know if you wanna mix it in. Maybe one more time per game or haven't under center one more time per game that's not going to be the end of the world. But if a significant portion of their offense if it's ten percent or twenty percent more than it was under center that is a negative for me. Like i think the benefits of you know getting play action and getting that sort of cheat code of plaques under center is going to be more than countered by lamar going to a place where he is not comfortable. Especially because you're rpo game from the gun should be so effective because of what you're able to do running the football out of the gun with lamar in the bax. And you spend the first round pick on jacob dobbins last year Right atop of that like to me. It's not as if the ravens had a super complex super interesting super varied passing attack. Last year throwing downfield epistle they have had a very rudimentary like downfield passing game and to me. That's not lamar to me. That's the sort of the they haven't really given him any answers. Like a lot of their passing attack is just verts downfield and then The deep over route where you have to clear out there expecting so frequently single safety. They're thinking okay. Capita safety in the boxes at the running game. We're only going to face the glass safety while we're to run for because that's going to challenge that deep safety in the middle of the field. They're going to give him basically had to pick which one of the vertical asi has to take or. We're going to run that clear route with go out and then run the deep over behind it. 'cause that's going to clear out that deep safety in the middle of the field we're gonna have a wide open guy running over the middle of the field behind him and that does happen. It does work but like you have to have more than that like..

"Don't want to jinx it. I don't want to say anything i wanted. Just that jason garrett play well in obscurity. I don't want to call attention to him. Because i was so excited to see him play last year but like they're counting on him to be a starter and i. I don't think the best case scenario is he's as healthy and boasts healthy and the the front floors back to what it looks like or close to it. Looked like in two hundred nineteen and they're awesome on defense but like i just can't if i was niners fan i would be very scared to count on jason for it to be healthy for seventeen games not even sixteen game seventeen games in twenty twenty one and to me i mean i just i think it makes total sense than during richard sherman back on so many levels and maybe they just don't want to do that maybe they wanna go in a different direction. But i would feel so much better as niners fan if i saw that. Sherman signed back with that team on a one year deal. Yeah it's interesting on that that he really sounded like he was gone after the season like the way he was talking about it. But still out there There are other teams like seattle. The jets you know that also makes sense for him But as far as barrett yet also like to cookie tar has had injuries in the past on word. Order has been injured like all. These guys are good players. But it's like i said it's a very fragile group. They also brought back on williams. Who's a very good nickel at by. The way is another interesting thing. So williams and barack are both on one year deals on and yet they. They waited until the third round to take cornerback. Ambrose thomas michigan. I don't have strong opinions about him. my buddy alex. Sherman is being benign fan told me that the signing suggests that they're going to use more press coverage there's been reports that and he's kind of like a press guy but i do think like okay. You got these one year deals and there are injury. Prone like i'm surprised. They didn't draft higher at that position. Given the looming needs. I mean maybe they really like thomas and they think know he's a he's a gem but it is definitely like if you had to pick one part of this roster that could break. That is the part and i mean i i would assume maybe it'll be steven nelson instead of sherman. He's still yeah. Sure it'd be easier to address if you weren't paying jimmy garoppolo twenty five million dollars but that's another conversation for an okay. We'll speaking of breaks. I said that earlier before you talked. So it's not a really good segue we're gonna take a break and we're gonna come back and answer some more of your questions including talking about the broncos and the ravens the second round is in full swing and the action increases from game to game. This is where the contenders are separated from the pretenders to give us some the.

"So that they think he's that guy apparently a lot of teams don't Michael pittman fun fact. Not fun fact most penalties of any wide receiver in the nfl last year. Despite not i randomly was looking at this. it's pittman and then tyreek hill gender hopkins. I did not expect to see him in there because he wasn't like a huge vertical threaten. Some of that is phil rivers. But i think they want him to be this like the true x number one outside guy. He's got the size and speed. He just wasn't quite that guy last year now again. He was productive in not. He didn't play every game. But i thought that was kind of weird. It is strange. I will say i really hope that there is at least one reporter embedded with philip rivers for the first time to the nfl season. I wanted know what he's doing. I wanna know like if he just starts yelling at people. Randomly like at the delhi Like i need to know if he has withdrawal symptoms for week one so many publicity of him coaching kids and it was everything and he friend will brinson posted it. Maybe sounds like he would do. And it was just everything i would want. I was like this is the hard knocks forget. Nfl teams. I just wanna watch. Philip rivers coaching youth Mantra percent tears lauer asks what kind of football player with james harden be. All you take as your. I knew this was coming and i don't wanna be critical because i know how near injured your heart. Your beloved brooklyn nets are. Here's my calm. And i like this one. This one's pretty accurate boy. I'm going to say it's not mean. It's positive i'm gonna say steelers era levian bell and i think here's why because the bell is like he was famous for being so patient and making it look easy. He was almost lethargic at times with how he ran. He was patient. He was waiting for that. Hold open up. He played a different style from so many other running backs. Where it's you know you've got the fastest possible james harden. That's not his game Versatile he was able to exploit the simple things like just running outside zone effectively running counter effectively hitting you know winning. Those is the matchups one on one against linebackers and overmach players into big plays and james harden. You know he's just hitting Exploiting that sort of trick of being able to get tons of free throws by getting to getting in the pain He has his big plays from threes. But i feel like he is sort of like you know. Like lebron is lebron. All these players were so exciting and so explosive. And james harden not really. Explosive isn't the word i would use you. Just he gets done in a totally different way but it works for him. It was so much more thoughtful grin. Anything i was getting to say and now i don't want to say anything. I wrote down torrey smith the king of faster your own. That's perfect. it's not because hardens. Not like a speedster is just different sport. But i was thinking in terms like effect on defenses in the game I love how much torrey smith who's who seems by all accounts to be a lovely human being. He really owns it now on twitter. Like if you make jokes about it. Which i really enjoy our is six foot five. So he's kind of built like a beast like a blocking tight end. I would say who also draws passer gertz okay. Listener zero zero six. I this is a question. What do you think the niners. Defense with d'amico ryan will be like and also have. They addressed the secondary so bill. I just wanna start off by asking. You did a blow your mind win. The niners announced that d'amico defensive coordinator and you realize holy shit. i'm old. It's been a rough few months for me. Patrick's tan junior entry at the nfl. Asante samuel junior dot. Hurry toward the nfl. Like it's not even like someone. I not even someone i up watching like i wrote about us on samuel for years as a as a professional writer so to make a ryan becoming dc like it hurt. But it's just one of the many ways that i was upset and cranky about getting old this offseason so that hurt but i mean when it comes to him as a defensive coordinator like my attitude toward coaches is. Nobody knows what makes a good head coach. I think that's also true for the coordinators. I mean robert solace a guy who when he joined. The niners was seen as a hot prospect. But he was with jacksonville On put on a pretty bad defense behind. Gus breath i mean he has made you drives over his time with the niners great defensive coordinator by the time he left so i think with me. Go ryan's it's not a satisfying answer. But i think especially early on so much. It's gonna come down to whether the guys he has stay healthy. We saw solid do a good job of making. Hey with the players. He had button. Obviously the defense was better when he had a full complement of players to work with. So i think it is notable agree with everything you said. I also think it's notable that They kept crisco cirque. Kazaric the defensive line coach who appears to have done an excellent job in by all accounts is a major key. I think to the success of that unit. I mean this is a unit. I in san francisco. That's gotten really great. Play out of unexpected pass. Rushers right like kerry hyder. She's now a seahawk. So i also think that's important because to the question about the secondary so the niners basically brought back everyone but richard sherman will accept whether it's been awesome to seattle. So you've got all the db's came back including some injury prone winds as we talk about a second but to me the success of that group is going to largely depend on what it's dependant on over the last few years which is the pass rush so it's almost like nick bosa coming back. I think is as important to this secondary which is a bit of a fragile group as any of the individual players Absolutely i mean.

"Know what this team is by to almost to a t. There the afc cowboys down. Yeah like super invested at receiver and running back like deep super high end offensive line. A lot of guys on defense real name by you know by the sky. And maybe he'll be good but like some question marks on defense nico autry. I mean like you know budhu. Pres there I can't think lawrence you know like some a first-round pick at cornerback in caleb farley A veteran cornerback on the other side. Like they're a team were like they have seven or eight. Just bona fide stunts and we saw what happened last year at the cowboys went three. Those guys got hurt in september. They were a mess of a football team. And i think we're trying to see you know. I think they're ceiling a super high because all eight of those guys are healthy. That's a scary football team. But if they lose one of those guys together probably gonna be okay they probably gonna win the division if they lose three of those guys we have the nfc east from last year the afc south might also be comparable to the nfc east. But people don't like 'cause fans right now are shaking their fists in their car. Carson wentz is right there. He was useless. yeah. I don't want to exactly really makes sense. I think one difference again. The titans defense was so bad last year. They just need to be like a below if this offense is as explosive as it should be as it could be. The defense doesn't need to be. I would just say like below average is probably good enough to win the division in my mind. That's what i was. That's what i was telling myself about the cowboys last year to equipment. We might actually be right right. I really like to me. If those eight stars those guys who are to me top five top six at their position all stay healthy i think they can compete with an average health season from the chiefs or an average health season from the other teams in the top of the but again that's risky. Let's let's wrap up. The julio discussion by talking about some of the other teams involved by which i mean the other teams that didn't make the trade The entire nfc west barely the entire nfc lowest. Every team is all just relieved that no one else in the nfc west signed. I thousand yet had actually said that at a nascar race today. He also said that. I think it was his first nascar race which i was like confused. I was like cuff of the nascar fan. And then you'd real bills anyway. So i think all the rams seahawks and the niners are all kind of pulling down their guns allah michael scott and helps in the office but the packers were team that i have to think there. There's some i guess. Disappointment amongst the fan base mainly because probably there were hoping it would be like. This is what we've done to bring aaron back and then the patriots were the other team. I feel like that was really sort of being position. Does a likely trade partner. How do you feel about those teams today. God i mean. I think there are like like the ravens. At least there was some discussion at them. Don't think that ever really made much sense. The the chiefs like the chiefs. We're going to do something and just blow away the league and just try to fit. Julio john their cap for like a year the cap is back yeah. The cap isn't real. And get the falcons just treated the way like a hall of fame player for a second round pick next year just because like just a. We wanted to get rid of him. Yeah i mean like i would have liked the packers just for like the sheer entertainment value. Like i like you know. The they have the announcement. I can picture like the press conference. Julio jones becoming a packer and then like aaron rodgers like sneaks onto the podium and like hugs bryant constant. everything is fixing the packers is only like the scariest demon football again But that didn't happen. That's fine. I'll do about that but Tennessee the only thing that didn't make sense was just because julio is probably going to get more expensive after this year. You would have figured that i always. I would've figured he was going to go to a team. Had a quarterback on a rookie contract. I think that always made the most sense. In which is why. I lean towards mayo jacksonville as possible fit but i do think that you know tennessee at this point. I'd like you said. I think they're all in over the next year or two to win with this court. He kept saying jacksonville. Which i think makes total sense. And i actually i live and i was like you know. Bill barr wrote. This great column talked about jacksonville and it makes a lotta sense and the looks on. Everyone's faces of utter disinterest. When i don't like jacksonville no we want to talk about the patriot. Oh god i'm confirming ever what. Some suspicions is Yeah i i agree. I i think it's also noteworthy that the falcons give you guys a small win that you didn't have to that the team didn't have to eat. Any of julio salary because i think if it had been one of those other teams. I'm sure they were all asking for that. You know and the fact that the titans took his entire contract is a is a small consolation for kids fans to lease the greatest wired franchise history. Okay so i would. There's been a better time. To announce his trade for the falcons but they didn't bury it friday at nine pm like if they could have done it during the Like the announcement of the senate race that would have been the best time detroit. I think getting the hawks w really was huge. You know maybe they put in some calls got got some fouls on xtra fouls joy labidi. This goes this goes all the way up all right. That's enough polio. Talk for today. I promised mail bag. I asked for questions and you guys sent in some great ones both via twitter and also in the reviews on the items page for this podcast in. I really like the mall. We're going to start with one about a player that may tyson. I talked discussed a bit. But i want to discuss with you in more detail. Bill the question is from that. Oakland kid who asks will derek carr play well enough to get him another extension if so what does that look like. Four years hundred million dollars. I find derek really interesting. Because it's like he plays for a team that seems to be constantly trying to get rid of him or constantly debating whether or not. He's good even though he has clearly been one of the better parts of this football team or the last few years so he signed his contract in two thousand seventeen. This kind of got me thinking about it and it was very team friendly deal by the way they could have gone out of it. As part of the reason why their cars constantly rumored to be on the move is because the deals reasonable and then get out of it since let me let me just. This is blowing my mind. It's two thousand seventeen may steal. It was coming off a couple. Hit the quote unquote at the pierre. Hurting like kind of ridiculous but twenty seventeen. So since then. The raiders gone six nine four and twelve seven and nine eight you know. I don't believe winds are quarterback stat. Here is where their defense ranked every single one of those years..

"Clearly they value running the ball in tennessee and they're paying running back and a couple of offensive linemen big money because they wanna be run for simple team and they happen to run first football team in the past. Now they're going to have tannehill making significant. I think he's going to be top five for cabinets for quarterback this year and probably somewhere in the six to seven range next year and then now gonna be two extremely well compensated wide receivers and julio jones nha brown and that ended up as a real sort of like just you know cluster. Where you had a a a coach. He was upset. You weren't running the ball enough and a team. That was built to throw the ball when it came to the finances of that roster so i think you have to change and will that be for the better. I think it's hard to say. But i think it's really interesting. The idea that julio jones might be maybe replacement over the next couple of years for derrick henry then maybe more comfortable. Settlement corey davis. That's a good way to think of it. I think You know our colleague tron davenport Titans tweeted out a statistic from saturn info. About how the titans face. I think eight-man boxes and anyone any team in the nfl. And you know it'd be interesting again to see how that changes with the president joe's another stat that stats and info thought. This really blew my mind so they ranked the top wide receivers versus man-to-man defense on a yards per route run basis. Meaning witin the receivers who face the most man to man defense or singled out the ones who exploited it. The most aj brown was number one in yards per route run and julio jones was four so defenses are going to have some very difficult choices when facing this team and Yeah it is just like you know. Obviously this is one of the most intimidating groups of skill players now in the history of the nfl. Et yet does i. I just can't. I'm just very curious to see Like we've been discussing kind of the next evolution of this offense because again like where would you let me ask you does like. Where would you rank this group of skill players. I mean obviously tight end is not with jonnu gun. Now it's anthony for sir is not as impressive. But where would you rank this group of skill players in the nfl Preview the arsenal column. Coming up later this year. Spn dot com. I'm they gotta be on top five for this kind of feels like outside of maybe the chiefs and the ravens like this team. Everyone's gonna wanna play on in madden right for you. Derrick henry julio jones nha brown and like anytime you have the ball in one of their hands like there's serious threat the ball's going to the house for a touchdown like it's just you know when these three guys are all on the field. It's going to be really scary. And i think that's maybe like the one concern. I have about adding julio jones's not just the injuries because obviously we know he missed half the season last year with a liquid calf injury or a hamstring injury. If i'm not mistaken mcknight's not that serious like it's like a broken foot or something like it was earlier in his career but one of the things about julio that nobody really talks about and it's not doesn't mean that he's a fraud mean that he sucks like it just i. It's one of the things you have to account for with. Julio versus other superstar receivers is that he's on the field even when he's healthy or relatively healthy on the field less than just about anybody else. Like you know for your top tier wide receivers. You're andre hopkins. Your davante adams. They're usually playing about eighty five ninety ninety. Five percent of the steps in a typical game like gender hopkins over the last years as played ninety percent of the stops or more forty three times adams twenty six times someone that keenan allen who has an injury history twenty one times ninety percent more of the snaps over the last three years. Julio's done that three times. Like is a guy who he's incredible on the field. There's nothing i need to do to explain. How good julio jones's when he is on the field but i think part of keeping healthy and part of maintaining him and having to be so super-efficient is that take place. He has to have snacks on the sidelines. Where you know that that we're even if he plays a full sixteen game season on paper. You're losing out on a game or two of saps over the course is he's being arrested more than other guys were in that tier obviously doesn't take away from what he does when he's on the field but he's not on the field quite as much as other acts it's load management right and it is something that is very i think the average. Nfl fan might not notice that. The average julio dynasty owner like myself definitely knows that we see him running off the field and its. I'm not complaining the on way worse which by the way it is funny. That now arthur. Smith's coming land under like switching places. And i was excited to take advantage of the whatever touchdown the red zone offense bullet. We'll see how that goes but yeah you're absolutely right and it is a thing where i think if they still had jonnu smith i might say well the titans are probably gonna continue to use as much twelve personnel as they have in the past. But i think the notion is okay. Now you've got. Julio jones josh reynolds from the rams slides down to a wide receiver three which makes sense. But you're right like julio is not going to play as many snaps as your typical wide receiver one eight. Which is what. I how i would describe him in this offense so it's explosive but there's a yeah it is not dobkin straight. Yeah and i get their henry. He's playing typically sixty sixty five percent of the stamps from week to week. So maybe it's the thing we can say. Okay we have to were these. Three absolute game breaking superstars on the field at any given time. And maybe before this trade snaps really going to have one guy. You only gonna have jay brown or derrick henry but not always both on the field on first out and i think that You know that's a real advantage because you look at this roster before this trade like they were so dependent on ryan tannehill. Aj brown and henry staying healthy right. If one of those guys got hurt they were gonna have the worst depth chart at that position in the league. And now those changes now. You of julio jones take some of the pressure off get those guys more arrests. You'll have the ball on the field obviously for the important towns and that's going to be a really scary tria. Let's out a little bit then and talk about the titans because before this trade i had really pin them massive aggression in a week division. And i think that part of the reason. Why i. I liked this train. I said this. The beginning is because i do think the divisions very winnable view them as outside of the top tier of afc teams below. Kansas city and i would say cleveland baltimore probably in that group as well But i do. I do think this makes them the favorites to win the afc south. Obviously there question marks up and down this defense with which has a ton of turnover was one of the worst defenses in the nfl last year. Did go out in sign. But do pre Ginormous jenkins drafted caleb farley and elijah moulton go dogs brought back all the linebackers. Do you agree with me that they should be the favorites to win. The afc sows like looking at it. Through the lens of how competitive this team is with the assumption that they are all in which is why they made this trade. Do you think that they are right to be it..

So they've got that going out and going for them it was they almost blew it at the end versus the sixers and i honestly was about text charles macdonald just mental health check but yet so the provoke inside of this. I've already talked about a lot. Just kind of you know some of my puzzle like just i guess being a little bit confused by some of the decisions may with respect to the time line terms of restructuring. Mad rafting kyle pits. This is about kind of what has been expected for. A while. In terms of the return i think if the falcons a gotten a first round pick back falcons fans would feel a lot more well up better about it but they didn't they got a twenty twenty two second round draft pick in a twenty twenty three fourth-rounder they're sending a two thousand twenty three six founder to the tennessee. Titans so bill. I wanna talk to you. More about the tennessee side of it Because this is a massive division potentially playoff changing trade. do you like it for tennessee. Who i think will k with it again. I think i. I think it's fine. Like i understand why they did it. I think it's an okay decision. But it's not the sort of slam dunk. I think some people are making it out to be right now. Let me it's not. It's not the entree hopkins trade where it was like. Oh not only. Do we get a superstar. Receiver we get rid of this awful contract. We train a second round pick. That was like an obvious over the top victory for arizona even if it didn't fix their team necessarily tendency so here's let me try and make a couple arguments and you tell me whether they changed the way you feel about. I don't know i mean are you. Where do you start on the still. Actually before i get into it. I think that it makes a lot of sense for tennessee. Given their time line given the the do want to win now given that they're in a bad division given that they had a massive gaping hole at wide receiver. that said. i don't think it changes the landscape of the afc. I i'm i agree. I mean i think. That's basically where i come in but i don't know i think they should have made a move but i don't know that a move for a expensive veteran wide receiver as good as Translates these incredible. I have some questions about the way. They're building their team here. Because i always think about the people who leave the patriots right like about how guys like bill. O'brien and john robinson here who is the gm of the tennessee. Titans who's done a good job overall about how they build their roster and think about what. This offense is now in terms of how much they're spending at the very top. They ryan tannehill for next year on a thirty four million dollar cap Derrick henry at fifteen million teller the one their left tackle fourteen point. seven million. Roger sampled their starting guard at twelve point. Nine million now. Julio jones coming in at eleven and a half million right now but flee know something about julio jones he is someone who is pretty frequently with two or three years after his deal agitating for a new contract and if he plays well this year i would expect him to get some sort of new deal from tennessee and a pretty significant race probably his last major contract in the nfl and then on top of that you have aj. Who's going to make one point. Eight million on paper for next year but is gonna come due for an extension and you gotta figure that's going to come in around twenty twenty one million dollars per year. I mean that's ninety million before you even get into any new deals for jones or brown. Maybe you cut sappho. That's not out of the question. But like they're going to spend probably something around one hundred million dollars of their catholics about half of the cap on six five maybe offensive guys like that's not. How teams typically win in the nfl. It's typically how like teammate. The patriots have one in the nfl. This is not really how bill belichick has built his team's doesn't mean it's right or wrong but i think that sort of is the first thing that to me is just raises some questions about what the plan released here so i screwed this up because we should have done the football side of at first and had like been very fun talked about just what it incredible assortment of talent. This is on the side of the football and then the buzzkill cap stuff after. But i actually think there's sort of intertwined bill because you mentioned derrick henry. That's a contract that the titans can move on from Part of the reason. Why yeah. I didn't object too much to it when they did sign it and i also think there's a that sort of ties to the football side because you look at this titans offense which is one of the run heavy offense if not. I think maybe just behind baltimore in book do. Yeah okay so you look at that and you say well why would you trade for an elite wide receiver. If you're going to run the football. And i you know. I think that's an assumption like we are making the notion not only that derrick henry will be on the football team for several more years. I guess would be two more after this season in the idea that this is still going to be a very run. Centric offense that's based on the offense. Set the titans were and we know that they've got any offense coordinator and todd doubting because ardor smith which you know. I've said i view as it's not a good thing for tennessee because how good are there. Smith was but i think the in many ways. It's easy to envision. Julio jones slotting into this like play action heavy offense and taking advantage of those wide gaping holes in the middle of the field and the deep ball that ryan tannehill has been very efficient at throwing I also think that there's a reason to believe that if you have a jeep brand new have julio jones offense is going to evolve a little bit yeah absolutely fair and they did lose. China spent this year as well. So it's not as if you figure they're going to come out and run more twelve personnel than they did last year. They're going to evolve a bit on offense. That's totally fair. I think they have to. Because i think if you don't you're basically the stefan adam phelan kirk cousins. Dalvin cook where you have a team that you know wants to run the ball..

julio jones Julio jones john robinson Nine million fifteen million seven million ninety million Eight million jones thirty four million Roger bill belichick atlanta Derrick today ardor smith last year Smith twelve point eleven and a half million

"Frank randall. Welcome to the voice by podcast brett. Great to be here. Okay so you are with knowles corp and i believe knows corp is kind of like basf. When i was growing up there are the components supply chemical and almost everything that was used by consumers back in the day. Actually don't know where they stand. These days of private acquired divested three or four times. But why don't you tell me about knowles. One of the most important ingredient components suppliers out there. Happy to happy to It's fun place to be This is my tenth year with knowles. And really when i joined i didn't appreciate the brand And as you get into it you really learn the heritage and really starts with knowles founder. Back in the forties of the last century Kinda technically inclined trying to stop some problems and ended up Chicago had a number of hearing aid companies that were supplying to people who had hearing problems in the fifties sixties and hugh worked very closely with them to come up with some new concepts. To frankly miniaturize microphones and speakers so in the old days The hearing aid was sort of a belt. Pack and then you'd have something that sat on the table and something went up to your ear a contraption and at the end of the day by a couple of things miniaturising speaker and microphone but also more importantly taking the power way down That was able to really enable it to go to be a worn device up at the air so in hearing aids. Today there is typically two microphones and one or two speakers on each year. And that's kind of knowles inside and what we've been able to do over the years. Is it translate that expertise on high quality audio super small super low power in two different of the same and One of the biggest things we've done That are no. The last fifteen years is invented. New class a microphone. Which is the men's microphone so it's basically a silicon wafer where the structures are built using standard silicon techniques and with a little magic we a- carbos up and put him in a little boxes and test them and salacious is voice enabled. "In any given year hundreds of kids language behind bars in australia. The minimum age of criminal responsibility is ten in other words of both graded can be arrested and brought before corp camera is the only jurisdiction has taken steps theresa age this week on women on the line raise the age campaigner and solicitor. sophie Explains why locking up. Kids is not only traumatic for the child but exposes them to further And in the second half of the show to win times marissa's Chats bronwyn carlson a professor of indigenous studies at macquarie university. We want to thank maria for giving us permission to play his special international woman's day coverage but first up. Let's look at the campaign to raise their age. Welcome to woman on the line sophie. Thank you very hurt before we look at raise the age campaign. I thought it'd be important to discuss some of the issues that kind of a span the campaign. so let's stop from the top. What factors lead to youth offending proably aware but in australia children as ten year old can be arrested by police and putting the present. So we're talking about extremely young children when we talk about these ideas offending offending anything Maybe an out of home care who Throws them dinner across the room because they get frustrated right through to the things that we might move typically think about like lifting or Some sort of property graffiti something like that. So there's a whole Spectrum of how young people might get caught up in the criminal justice system aboriginal and torres to own the kids of on will likely to be picked up by police arrested put in prison cells than non indigenous kids and the reason that this is a combination of voice over policing so these kids just thing more visible to police and police targeting these these children more often and policies which make lot hotter for these keys high level of poverty and more insecure in unaffordable housing. Things like that got you. And so what happens when children do come into contact with the criminal justice system i had is there. Life generally pan out so again it really depends on who the child is So as i said keep the jiang. ten can come into contact with criminal justice system for that means they might be arrested by police. Taken to a police lockup cell or the night with they might be held that we brought before court and it will be decided what happens to that child Kids that i worked with minimum territory. you know often within sent to sent to juvenile justice detention centers so effectively presents You know where they can be held. If any length of time ed alternative of course his kids particularly to on average charge two kids who come from more privileged background. They might get diverted by police. They might be given a warning that might be taken hunch their parents so a lot hangs on how the police interact with the children. Right the reason. I ask that question was to sort of look at what happens. Like how does prison exists the issue so these kids are going in for minor problems but what does the criminal justice system due to them. Yeah so you almost nothing. Good comes out of the criminal justice system. All the medical evidence tells us that The younger child comes into contact with the criminal justice system. The more likely that they will stay engaged. So that means you know you pay if a kid is eleven years old when they first have contact with police them much more likely to later in life including when adult continue to have that that contact with the criminal justice system and there were lots of reasons to this. But they're all pretty simple when you when you take a kid a child away from their family away from schooling away from all those social structures and support if extremely traumatic for the child. A young person's brain is developing until the about twenty five itchy tilles very young so it disrupts the way brain can can form mature and clerk even basic things like egypt taken out of the formal education system. Says six months very hard for you to reengage with that when you get back. It's very hot. Eatery engage with your friends and your family and third. These kids have a lot of difficulty issuing than normal lives in the community officer being disrupted and very traumatic way by putting these children tension sensitive

Saddam works samsung's involvement is the strongest indication. That nintendo is serious. About updating the council on a large scale quote the led panel will consume less battery offer higher contrast and possibly faster response time when compared to switch his current liquid crystal display said co founder of display consultant the ds the latest model will also come with four k ultra high definition graphics. When paired with tv's they said that could intensify a longstanding complaint of developers who have struggled with the difference in resolution between hand-held and tv modes and now face a bigger gap between the two that can intensify long cynically. The nudist plays resolution. Mir's the current switch and switch life but is an upgrade from the switches. Six point two inch and lights five point five inch size if the consuls housing remains unchanged the new switches likely sport a thinner basil parris lilly. How do you unpack this. would you be excited for. Would you buy. Do you believe it. So i have three switches in my house already. My kids you're buying this no matter. What no yeah. I'm getting it absolutely. This is the one that i've been waiting for. I think the biggest thing that i took out of this. It's not only as an led screen but the fact that you're because of the power consumption is going to be less. You're going to get more battery life. That's obviously been a big thing that we've wanted with the switch in portable mode on thing which they don't talk about in this that i'm hopeful to see what whenever we we get the unveil. This is better joy cons potentially You know probably thinner. Basil's noted mentioned mentioned it in there as well. The fourcade thing is interesting. It's clearly the logical step to go when it's going to be in tv mode so speak. Yeah i guess. I really don't care when it comes nintendo with four k And i know there's obviously been some speculation with developer support on this. How are if it is going to be going from. Seven twenty pm scaling. All the way up to four k is that gonna put just make an extra workload for developers. Like i said to me if it stated tonight ep but it had better battery life better a bigger screen. That's enough i. I would be happy with that to me. The switch ninety percent of the time. I'm playing it in portable mode anyway. So i'm not overly concerned with there being four k in dock mode and playing that way so i mean i think a lot of this is true but it'll be interesting to see what what the truth looks like.

Gathering Data for Zero Trust

"So today's topic is trust or beyond corporal. Max what are these terms. What is zero trust what is beyond corp. So this goes back about twelve years or so when google had two fundamental reimagining of how we do security inside our company and the effort was called beyond corp because it was an effort to move beyond a corporate network. We had to go past the idea that you're either inside the corporate network and thus you can get access to the things and we presume that you are safe or you're outside and have no access at all like when you're working from home or from starbucks and we realized this was a problem for a host of different reasons as we started changing things more recently. Zero trust has become the meam the term and these efforts. And it really just means. I don't implicitly. Trust my network. And i'm a big fan of beyond corp a big fan of zero trust. I do think they both get thrown around broadly and can be very confusing when people often will say them but mean different things so it's great to define our terms here and dig into it a little bit so this is really the move away from enterprises being a crunchy exterior with soft. Julian said yes. No more eminem's more eggs is about abandoning perimeter security. It's about contextual access. It's about testing each and every time. Somebody tries to get to a resource whether that's a website. A database of the vm. And checking do. I actually trust max enough to let him in right now. I think the broad definition is something risk because frankly experience i've encountered people who say trust means you can trust anything and frankly this is false because you obviously need to trust the cia system itself you have to trust identity to trust endpoint data. So let's go have a discussion. About what else must be used announcement to trust it for zero trisystem to build a chain of trust completely and with beyond corp in the way we've decided to implement zero trusted google. You do have to start somewhere so often. That means you're starting with a trust in some of the information you have about your people because you've assembled it yourself having hired them and some information that you have about their computers which are getting from agents a frequent challenge. I get there is. What if the agent gets compromised. Then what do i trust. You don't wanna place all your trust in just one agent or one data source but what we do is gathering information about the devices that employees are using and we have information already about the employees. Right i know max. He's in new york. He works in engineering. And so that gives me a way to design a system that can grant or deny access based on that data. And i trust that data because i know where it came from. I know how i got it. And i have other data sources to corroborate it so that useful to talk about the root of trust in a system like this. What's the real root of trust. What must be trusted. Otherwise the whole thing collapses. I mean you trust it. I'm not an alien and human form feeding information to my overlords sin orbit the moon. But you have to trust some level of egypt based data about your devices right. I'm not in everybody's house right now as we work from home checking on their computer and a half to trust something that i'm getting back where the vets from crumbs verification whether it's from crowd strike or whatever it is i need that device identity and device meta data and i have to trust my. Hr system right hover tracking all these people and the groupings. Tim says he's in product management Really trust that that's true. I mean i could go check but if someone had access to the way we track. Employees had that had been compromised. that's definitely going to derail miser. Trust system for sure this was substantially line identities being accurate and correct so that means probably multi factor indications neither the actual identity should be attached to the right people and peoples would be grouped in the right way to me. This is probably the second big part of what i would call. Route of trust. Trust is identity not just device date exactly and the reason. I don't just trust tim to say who he is is that he's also antiquated with a strong second factor. So that it's very hard for someone to spoof or fish or otherwise impersonate his identity. And that's an important part of the whole chain of trust in the way beyond corp. Zero trust implementations should work. Sounds like we really got three pieces of trust here not zero trust. We've got identity trust. We've got multi factor trust and we've got device station trust so not zero trust. Yeah and i think identity is something i would maybe break out into a couple pieces. Is this actually max or someone pretending to be him. And then there's is max in the right groupings right. Did he get the right entitlements that he inherited by the factor of being in cloud or being an engineer under being developer relations. So yes and. I think it's good to point out the second factor that i am definitely trusting the strong authentication of choice. And without that this whole system falls apart if you have weak or officiapl authentication mechanisms. Please don't even try to zero trust. You have bigger fish to fry and you need to do it right now.

"It's an entrepreneur's classic dilemma. Can we keep the culture that makes us unique and made a successful and still sell our company. Nowhere is this dilemma more stark. Then with underground street where companies supreme which recently announced that it selling to fashion conglomerate. Vhf corp you know. Vf the ten billion dollar company that owns nineteen brands including north face vans and timberland well in case she were doomed scrolling in miss the big news last week. Vf announced its deal to acquire supreme. For a couple billion dollars it's bs big acquisitions since it bought timberland and twenty eleven also for just over two billion dollars bloomberg reported. Now you've probably heard of supreme but just in case it's a streetwear company. It sells branded. T shirts hoodies hats and their fashion. Ain't cheap. The label launched with a single skateboard shop. In new york city in nineteen ninety-four the brainchild fashion designer. James jeb jeb. Lia will remain at the helm of the brand supreme at big by doing everything. Mass market brands don't do it. Amplified scarcity in a big way. Supreme spent almost nothing on marketing building. Up word of mouth instead. According to cnbc it opened brick and mortar stores. So slowly that. Today there are only twelve around the world and you couldn't just walk in to make a purchase. No the only way to get supreme. Fashion was to follow them on social media like a hawk waiting for them to announce random drops of merchandise. Today those drops our weekly getting a spot in line for the privilege of buying anything was intentionally almost impossible at the height of their popularity. Wannabe customers would camp out in tents or sleep on the street to get a spot in line. The next morning teens also commonly spent a couple of hundred dollars to purchase online bots that notified in the second clothing dropped but that notification guaranteed nothing products could be sold out in less than a minute that strategy in turn created hot resale market t shirts and hoodies that originally so for sixty to eighty dollars could fetch up to a thousand bucks on ebay and other resale sites. The supreme red and white brand became so magnetic that the company seemingly could sell just about anything by slapping the logo on it from kayaks to a pyrex measuring cup to a brick literally. You can still buy a supreme branded brick resale sites stock x. It'll set you back. One hundred and thirty dollars though according to cnbc and just for fun and unbranded brick currently cost sixty six cents. At lowe's the company also pursued its famous collapse strategy. Working in tandem with the f. Corpse vans timberland. North face to create supreme branded footwear and apparel partners included designers like gucci and louis vuitton even colgate toothpaste has a partnership with supreme for vf. The deal signals a strategic. Step forward in what it is called a transformation plan in recent years. Bef has begun. Divesting less edgy products. Like work. where it's off wrangler into its own company and is building on its prowess in athletic streetwear. Its stock price surged on the supreme announcement. Its biggest gain in more than thirty years according to bloomberg. But here's the really big question. Can supreme keep expanding by making its products. Hard to get under the umbrella of a fortune five hundred company with its eye on global growth. Bfce's the street where market is a fifty billion dollar opportunity. Supreme reportedly earned half a billion in revenues last year the f. plans to add new supreme stores around the world. The new york times asked kent supreme. Stay cool while going corporate seemingly. The answer is yes. After all one of the country's biggest private equity firms the carlyle group bought about half of supreme for five hundred million dollars in two thousand seventeen that deal prompted the same kinds of questions about authenticity but supreme continued to grow. Not everyone sees a smooth path forward. However matt powell is a senior industry advisory at retail consultancy npd group. He told the website high snow by the streetwear market is based on scarcity scarcity and growth are oppositional. Oh and one other challenge ahead for vs. It'll continue to allow supreme to do its famous collapse with partners outside the f- like for instance the f. rivals levi's and nike from the outside. That looks like letting your new spouse still collab- with other partners does it. Not and of course we all know how well that can work out in the end. Success will rest on whether the acquisition will juice revenues and profits for both partners. The f. is confident that supreme can become a billion dollar brand. If that is supreme can hang onto the cool rebellious image it's cultivated since his unassuming launch or than twenty five years ago

"Corp were paid primarily by the university's Hoover placed in the large marketing budgets they used to have to spend on Google and Facebook to meet the frontline work force of America and help them go back to school and instead when they save those dollars by meeting students through our employers they pay for our technology and our services and keep some of the savings themselves can you know we talk about this being a company that is female lad and I wonder what has the pressure band in the last six twelve Mons I to look at corporate governance to be invested in female lead companies as other companies let's say we work had an all male board and that in part was why they weren't able to go public I think what's very important is I've had I think a very strong record of promoting and delivering on diversity and general cap catalysts shares this philosophy very strongly I think it is very important that guild education is a female lead company and Rachel on our team of actually put together a very diverse team is representative of what companies should be doing and so from my standpoint I believe that businesses and companies have to be more reflective of society overall and we live in a very diverse society and we all are absolutely very focused on driving technology through the technology industry and business in general so can your joining the board of day one what's the first change you make at the board meeting here's what's very important that I believe I have a high level of confidence in Rachel and her management team and what I want to do is help killed education roll and transform education in this country and we can do that with companies working hand in hand because we have in our roster is Rachel can go through Disney Walmart discover we have a range of companies that I think are at the forefront of innovation and trying to bring about change and succeeding in workforce education Rachel Carlson of guild education and can it should not have general catalyst thank you both for joining us and that does it for this edition.
