Jessie Jane Duff's Hardcore Response to the Concept of Women in Combat

"And we're back one on one with Jesse Jane Duff. Okay, we discussed it at the beginning of the show. Let's open it up a little bit further. The NDAA, the national defense authorization act the Republicans who are bending over backwards to facilitate the crazies in the Democrat party. Well, not crazy. The crazy Democrat party told us about this idea of the draft for women. And who's behind this insanity and give us your take justice? Well, you know, there is so much disarray with this current administration that I couldn't tell you the logic behind any of it. Other than they have been enabled by our enemies. I mean, I look at this as just watering down the capabilities of our United States military one drip at a time. And people, you know, I get on Twitter and I get these guys. I wanna say, well, you all wanted equality. And I'm like, stop it. Stop it. Don't sit here and argue with someone like me. I wasn't one of those lieutenants that went to go to the courts and protest ensues, so I could become a general one day. The odds of you becoming a general in the infantry are slim to almost zero. Number one, number two, what is your motivation for this? It's not going to impact combat readiness. On one level. So first of all, there was a study done by the United States Marine Corps when Obama had lifted the combat exemption for women. And I believe it was 2015. April 15th, I remember was tax day. And it went without nobody cried. Nobody cried. Civilian women didn't even care. And I'm sorry, civilian ladies, you never care till it impacts you. And the fact is, as they've taken it for granted that their daughters wouldn't get drafted, but I told that many radio shows and TV shows as soon as you put women in ground combat, how are you going to be able to say you can justifiably stop putting it having them in the draft? So here's the thing, the bulk of the women don't want to go in the infantry for a multitude of reasons. We have 45% less muscle mass 20% less won capacity. And I hear women in the army particularly want to get mad at me and say, oh, you're against women's rights. Say, you are not thinking this out. Even if a woman can get through the training, what are her odds of surviving hand to hand combat with the enemy? Because that's what Fallujah was. This is equivalent to putting a woman in a mixed martial arts cage with a man. You can not believe pounds or 80 pounds of equipment. And not only that, the enemy tends to fight on methamphetamines and other drugs. So that right there. Two. Even if you pass the training, your odds are you're going to be at the lower percentile of the men. Unless they've done so many accommodations, they've lowered the standard. You now have

Gunnery Sergeant Jessie Jane Duff Describes When She Knew She Was Different

"Welcome back to one on one with Marine Corps guttery sergeant Jesse Jane Duff. All right, so you joined the Marine Corps, Jesse James, you don't have driver's license. I want to give you MOS transport. They're going to be driving stuff. Big rigs. I got to ask you first because I'm just curious. What was your favorite thing to drive of all the rigs? Oh, they probably the Mac that when we at least a Mac truck at my commercial motor pole at camp Pendleton base motor transport. They at least a Mac at one time, and let me tell you there was nothing like it. It's like the Cadillac 20 feet up in the air. But I can tell you two of my favorite experiences. One was when I was driving. It was probably a flat nose white. I don't recall the tractor that I was in. And I was hauling heavy equipment to an Air Force Base outside of riverside, California to get offloaded onto a aircraft. And I have to drive through commercial streets, civilian streets, and I didn't have a concept of how I looked. I didn't realize I was pretty. I really didn't. I wasn't even allowed to date for goodness. Yes. Protective family. Straight into the moon. I mean, I knew I wasn't ugly, but I just did. So what happened? Well, so two things. Well, one. What are you wearing? Are you in common? Yeah, it's always in camouflage. So to experiences, being naive like that was very good for me because I was never arrogant or big headed, and I never thought I could. Manipulate people. No, I was always like, I got to prove myself. I got to work harder. Always. I was always like a maniac. So I'm driving this tractor trailer. Now remember looking at the roads and how the navigate the turn. This is a long trailer. And I look down and there's a civilian lady. She looks up at me. Her eyes pop out of her head. Her jaw drops, and then she gives me the biggest thumbs up, you would ever see. Like, she just thought that was so cool 'cause the side of the truck said the United States Marine Corps. I'm in camouflage. The second experience was offloading heavy equipment and, oh, no, to pick up equipment from an infantry unit in 29 palms. So I get out there, that's the desert. I have to back up into and I'm backing up into the dock to load up their hummers. They're humvees. And I jump out of the truck and the look on their faces was absolute shock. Now I'm a sergeant at this point. Marines are professionals. You hear all these horror stories from I'm sorry. In the Marine Corps, they see your rank, you don't hear a PEEP of disrespect. And I'm out of that truck and they'll look on their faces was seriously. She's gonna hold us out of here. You could just see it. And I said, all right, double dogs. I need to get you to drive up the hummers onto the trailer. And they're waiting for me to ask for help to chain it down. But we don't do that. When you're trained in the motor pool, you're taught how to chain down your gear. And again, I'm not thinking I'm a lady opened the door for me or help me. It was a different mindset. And then they stood there and watched me get the underneath those at the chains and then take the break apart, pull it in and clamp them all down all two or three hummers. And then I said, anybody want to ride back to camp Pendleton and that one of them had the balls to get on that truck. And I roll back to campell, guys, I'll see you there. And then they offloaded. But I would say those stood out to me because that's when I realized I was different.

How COVID-19 Has Impacted US Elections

"Thank you, William Doyle, doctor doll for taking the hour of your life to join us here on the Mike Gallagher show. Let's talk about where you left off. Mark Elias, let's pick up exactly where you left off when we were talking about how COVID has impacted even our elections. Right, let me try and cut to the chase and give you an analogy to show you the way I envision what happened between the law fair that the market Elias lawyers and the Democratic Party were waging and what happened with CTCL. Imagine a military campaign where you want to take a huge swath of territory. The first thing you do is go in with the saturation bombing. And that's what the law fair involved. It involved weakening and making more vulnerable state election systems by trying to sue for universal mail in balloting, private drop boxes, extended deadlines for accepting mail in ballots, which, by the way, advantaged mail in ballots significantly over in person voting. And then once you soften up the territory, you bombed it almost the submission, then the infantry moves in and takes the territory. And that's what CTCL was like. They were like the infantry that went in after the law fair taxation bombing. And basically took over these Kia local election offices and mounted a an incredibly effective get out the vote effort for Joe Biden. That's what it appears to us to have

Yeah you make five dollars at a time but bro like thinking about good that must have felt to touch five thousand fans have a bunch of money in your pocket and you did it all and you kind of lose that now. 'cause streaming in and everything and you know that that's the future but that's what i like when i hear about doing the fuck in the pop ups and shit is like do can really build like a different level connection when you actually take the time to tap which you gotta understand is everything comes back around So eventually that cd taped shit gonna come back around us what we own. That should rain now. That's an lay. You said something about dumb j. right up. Forty cow roca. I got to do gigs training. You can have the hand ship. Fuck it. I mean being the crypt on nothing. Getting saying so. I'd rather do that than being a credit planet video games separately. Shit people have the fantasy that they're going to be a success by just putting some show online until it blows up and then they're still going to be show and just watching the poor in the streets guy touched to fans you gotta shake shake hands. Kiss the babies. You gotta do it to do guy pit that footwork and like a lot of kids. How do you do marino like. I really don't really have an answer. Because i did. The Unexpected Story of a Man and His Bear, Winnipeg

"The toys from our childhood. Stay with us long after we stop playing with them as adults we may lose track of a beloved stuffed animal or a fun action figure but we keep the memories. We remember how safe they made us feel and darkened bedroom or how much fun we had zooming them around the house as if they were flying and yet no matter what we all grow up and leave childish things behind but thanks to one man's impulsive decision. we learned. We don't have to let the past slip away. Not only can we hold onto it but we can share it with the people we love and keep that joy alive for generations to come harry. Colbourn was born in birmingham england in eighteen eighty seven. When he was eighteen years old he moved to ontario canada where he studied to become a veterinarian surgeon upon receiving his degree he settled in winnipeg in manitoba but duty would eventually call. Harry joined the military when world war one became too great to ignore and he hopped a train to quebec for basic training. It was on his way to the camp when he encountered an odd sight. A hunter had killed a black bear and taken. It's cub to sell at a local trading post. Harry gave them twenty dollars and in exchange he took possession of the bear cub which he named winnipeg after the town where he'd been living. His plan was to raise winnipeg for a little while before releasing her back into the forest. Unfortunately harry's plans change very quickly. Winnipeg became a hit among other troops. They played with her and let her stay in the bunks where. She slept under harry's kat that she grew however winnipeg got too big to live indoors and was relegated to outside like a kind of watch bear for the soldiers. The more time they spend together the harder it became for harry to let go. He in winnipeg had grown close. So close that. When he was ordered to go back to england to fight on the western front he refused to release the bear back into the wild he instead snuck her into the ship with the other troops together. They traveled to the second canadian. Infantry brigade camp near stonehenge in england. Harry let her roam free for a while they were there. She enjoyed playing on the large stones but he soon understood that he would have to give her up. There was just no way for winnipeg to go all the way with him to the front

"Americans served in the war. Nearly 2500 service members lost their lives. James Laporta is a former Marine infantry rifleman who first arrived in Afghanistan in 2000 and nine while on patrol. He would sometimes take videos of what was happening. This is a typical day in Afghanistan. It's about 110 degrees outside, but as soon as you walk into the fields, the fields are irrigated and So they're incredibly humid. It's almost like someone turns up the temperature, so when you start to walk to those fields, it's almost like someone's taking a breath away. Doing two tours of duty, James held many jobs, including infantry Squad leader and working in intelligence. Today. He is an investigative reporter for The Associated Press, James Thanks for joining me, Thanks for having me. So how long had you been in the Marine Corps before you got sent to Afghanistan? It was about three years. At that point. I come in in the summer of 2000 and six basically, 10 days after high school, I showed up to boot camp. Was being in the Marine Corps at that point, like what you thought it would be when you were in high school, dreaming about joining No. Hi. I was in jail ROTC in high school, which is junior reserve Officer Training Corps, which was a lot of fun. And you know when you wear uniforms and you march around, and I was sort of naive, you know, when I joined in 2000 and six, the focus was still on Iraq. Still looking for weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, so Afghanistan was sort of an afterthought. When you first got deployed to Afghanistan, were you excited? Did did you want to go? I volunteered. Yeah, I was with the second Marine Regiment. And second Italian eighth Marines. The battalion that I became a part of they didn't have enough personnel to go to Afghanistan, so they came over to second Marine Regiment asking Marines. Does anybody want to jump on a deployment? And I had not been to Afghanistan. So I

I want to stress that these forces are being deployed to support the orderly and safe reduction of civilian personnel at the request of the State Department and to help facilitate an accelerated process of working through s. Save your drama for your mama. 'cause i'm not entertaining. It and nancy pelosi wants to have this kangaroo court commission so she appoints liz. Cheney nominal republican and now she's going to appoint adam kin zinger the r-enfield of the gop caucus but she's not allowing kevin mccarthy to put jim banks big friend a show and jim jordan on the committee. She doesn't approve. She is picking who the republicans can put on committees. This cannot stand. This is not happened before. Now they strip marjorie taylor green her seats and that was a bad precedent. But it's special. This was a merger we we had to do it. If kevin mccarthy doesn't retaliate. They've set a new standard. Who Invented the High Five?

"The origin of the high five is kind of disputed slash not really exactly known a forerunner to the high five was the low five part of black american culture since at least the nineteen twenties. But when did it turn up. High and spread further afoot. Was it from the women's volleyball circuit in the nineteen sixties american. Gi's in tokyo during world. War two apparently magic johnson even once implied that he invented it while it michigan state's which blows my mind because my dad was in the same dorm building as magic johnson. Who like was my dad present for the invention of the high five. Probably not. But i suppose i should ask him just in case. Even if magic johnson himself didn't create it he was most likely there when it first started taking off of the top contenders for its origin. They all take place in the late. Nineteen seventies in the world of sports. One story goes that it was created by wiley brown and derek smith from the university of louisville cardinals during the nineteen. Seventy eight seventy nine basketball season. Since their team was nicknamed the doctors of dunk. Doing the standard low five didn't make sense. Their team was all about that vertical movement so they started slapping their hands together when held high above their heads. Brown and smith who passed away in nineteen ninety-six. Get a big chunk of the credit for creating the high five in the press and one reason is because so much footage of the cardinals. High fiving tests highlight reels. A level of evidence not shared by many of the other origin stories but another origin story. A lot of people are familiar with. Is that lamont. Fleets a basketball player from murray state. University also playing around nineteen seventy nine. The story goes that lamont's dead lamont's leads senior had served in the first battalion. Fifth infantry in the vietnam war the infantry was nicknamed the five and after the war when lamont junior was just a little kid. The guys would often stop by his house to visit with his dad. They'd created their own greeting a arm. Straight up with five fingers spread as they said five

Being the best with Tony Herbert, "Soldier"

"Podcast to seventy three. We were with anthony. Herbert tony herbert. Also known ass and we started off his journey from a kid growing up in pennsylvania surf. You haven't listened to podcasts. To seventy three goal of that right now. He tried to join the marines at fourteen. Fourteen years old credit eventually joined the army at seventeen off. The korean war went from private to master sergeant. All kinds of heroic actions suffered all kinds of wounds shot hit with frag white phosphorus burns and also bayoneted multiple times including one bayonet stabbed that broke off in his chest. He in the korean war served as a platoon leader even though he was just a young enlisted guy and eventually at the end of that podcast and at the end of that part of his life. Us pulled off the battlefield. One of the most decorated soldiers of the war sent on a morale at it was basically morale tour and i were flown back to the to the white house. President truman and then basically went to london and antwerp in brussels and the hague and all the other european allies that were fighting alongside america in the korean war along the way he met. Mrs eleanor roosevelt. She encouraged him to go to college. He kind of agreed of the quotes. He says in the book is he. He agreed because he was already master sergeant in the army and he said what am i going to do. Sit around the enlisted man's club telling stories about korea so he was sort of not not over it but he realized that he'd kinda done what he was going to do. So he ends up getting assigned as an rotc instructor at a high school in denver because he liked to ski goes to the third ranger class. That ever happened. He was in. He ends up getting married to his hometown. Sweetheart mary grace starts going to college or he then he gets out of the army then starts going to college at the university of pittsburgh while he's there he writes a book called conquest. No war nowhere. Which was his first book about the korean war which he later rewrote which we covered. What when it was rewritten was called the making of a soldier. That was podcast to seventy three for the most part worked at a steel mill at night while he was going to college and then eventually commissioned as an officer in the pennsylvania national guard. Shout out to the To two eight iron soldiers all right so so then he goes to the. He's back kind of in the army and he gets them warnings at the army's different now you know the war is over. The good people got out. We just left with people. That shouldn't even be in the army that got those kind of warnings but he stayed in. He loves being a soldier he wants to be. A soldier. goes the basic army. Infantry course wins nine out of ten awards there including the leadership trophy which is the leadership. Trophy is awarded by the other students. Like the other students select. Who deserves this leadership trophy. Then he gets assigned as a ranger instructor and he starts. He starts in the mountain phase. And so today we're going to be reading so the first book that we covered we covered a little bit so he's written two books he's written. Three one was conquest to know where that one got rewritten. As the making of a soldier that was the bulk of what we read last time. This time we're gonna read from his second book primarily and it's just called soldier called soldier and lots of lessons learned but as i mentioned in the first podcast in two seventy three. There's some serious lessons learned about life and things get really crazy when he goes to vietnam as a battalion commander and we will get there all right so here we go go go to the book soldier written by anthony be herbert and he says this teaching young men the essentials of mountain climbing combat and survival was more of a learning experience for me than for them. I began discovering things about the resources in me as well as the way the army was moving. I was an

The Nazi Hunter: Eli Rosenbaum on Tracking Down the World's Most Wanted Criminals

"Newly appointed attorney. General merrick garland has said he will renew the justice. Department's focus on the threat of white supremacists. Eli rosenbaum knows a thing or two about ideology for forty years. He has helped the department track down and hold former nazis accountable for their world war. Two crimes a law enforcement role that has earned him. The moniker of nazi hunter. Mr rosenbaum with us now. To talk about that moniker. And that mission mr rosenbaum. Welcome to people love the pod. Thank you great to be waiting. So yes you have been called the nazi hunter. I've seen the show on amazon prime. But what does that term mean in real life. Well it's not an expression. I'm particularly fond of because it suggests that this mission is something other than what it is which is professional law enforcement. We are not engaged in on or anything sort but we have been for four decades now simply investigating and taking legal action against participants in nazi crimes against humanity. Your father escaped nazi germany in nineteen thirty eight. I believe. can you share a little bit. About how your family history inspired this work. Y'all my dad. Got out of germany lived in dresden. His brother and his parents and they managed to get visas to this great country and were able to escape in nineteen thirty eight and the attorney. General merrick garland said in his recent testimony. I think all the time about how the united states saved my family my father graduated high school in newark new jersey and then started paying back the united states by going into the united states army and he was sent to north africa and to europe and served in the third infantry division and then when they realized that they actually needed german speakers they transferred to a psychological warfare branch unit in the us. Army the incident that changed my father's life and had a big impact on the shooter was when he was sent to a concentration camp by his commanding officer to go there in a jeep with two other men to see what the army had found the previous day when they liberated dot com word spread quickly in the region that something terrible was there and my dad's co wanted. Know what it was so my father went when i was fourteen years old and we were driving on the new york state through a blizzard heading north and there was nothing left to listen to the radio. We were talking. And i love hearing. My dad's were stories especially the funny ones. Anybody who serves the military s funny stories about food or whatever and then suddenly you said you know. I was sent dot com the day after its liberation and i though fourteen was a time when there wasn't much said really about the holocaust i knew what it was and i said what did you see and i'm like my father staring out the front window because it's pretty treacherous driving and i don't hear anything from my father and i look over to the driver seat and there i see dad with his eyes glistening their welled with tears in his mouth is open and he's trying to tell me and he couldn't speak and it was the first time i ever saw my cry men of that generation didn't want anyone to see them cry usually and we never did speak about it so my beloved father lived you know into this new century and so many many decades and we did speak about work with frequency when i was home but we never returned to the subject of you say you talked about your work with your father. How did that conversation or the job evolve over. The course of forty years work has changed quite a bit. When i started actually as a summer intern back in nineteen seventy nine. Never imagining that. This would become my life's work. We were overwhelmed with investigations. We had inherited the responsibility from the former immigration and naturalization service after the attorney general took it away from them because they had not succeeded and he's had up this new office the office of special investigations in the justice department criminal division and we had more work than could really keep up with and it turned out in the first few years that the we had inherited that actually had the most merit were ones that were based on tips received directly or indirectly from foreign governments. Which at that time was to say. Mostly the soviet union occasionally another government but generally the the soviet union which had mixed motives in these cases. We started being very proactive within a few years and by the five year point and they're after nearly all of the cases that we could develop to the point of prosecution. We're wants dan. We had initiated on our own and the methodology for that was to task our staff historians. We were the only law enforcement entity in the entire hemisphere that had its own complement of historians. They were the people who could dig for the needles and haystacks and we tasks them with responsibility for keeping an eye open for the surviving remnant of personnel records and other documents that identified perpetrators or perpetrators this. They did with great success. And ultimately we assembled more than seventy thousand names of suspects mostly european also some japanese and we ran each of those names one by one against us immigration records and sometimes other records in an effort to see if we could determine whether any of those people came here assuming they hadn't changed their names

You're apologizing forward pasadena but we'll feel important because like there's a part of pasadena that's the cheesecake factory. But i live at the base of the mountains. So i just want to be very clear. I'm a mountain lesbian. These days not a cheesecake factory godless man. This is worth noting. But you're in west hollywood. What is actually that. That is a great place to start. Because i haven't been there during the pandemic and what an interesting place to be hanging out because it's usually somewhere that is so lively and terms of nightlife and in terms of foot traffic on the street for la. It's a different kind of a place. Was it like over there right now. Very blake lively blake. Lively matters But right now it is. The pandemic has changed a lot. It's actually a straight neighborhood. Now could you imagine it is now just a full on straight neighbor. Okay so i have been. I moved here during the pandemic. And i have some context for west hollywood. You look like my dog. That's true. Yes i have like. Just a teeny dog with like hair under ears that comes out to the side and it just it does feel like we're meant to be a little bit of blonde the tip whereas grown out highlight. That's actually like seriously that is what my shirts all the time. Yeah very you can't tell what size she is because she's proportionate but she's smaller than you think. Actually i have a dog that looked like me out. A black labrador in those jet black was a little. Floppy there was a chow mix. And he's always like my dog and he used to drive me crazy because my dog was jet black tie that feels but it was other black people so it felt a little upsetting. I thank god. I really grew up running the white people. I didn't even know y'all existence a couple of years ago. Where did you grow up. I grew up in georgia groping them all over georgia all of the south really but mostly georgia small town big town in columbus georgia which is This home of the infantry. It's part of a long running fake news media attack on him at The Times reported that presidents paid virtually no income taxes for the past two decades. The president call it nonsense with illegally obtained information. And on ly bad intent, insisting he has paid many millions of dollars in taxes but was entitled like everyone else to depreciation and tax credits. The reaction to the New York Times story on the president's taxes has split along party lines. Republicans say it's not a big deal. Democrats feel it's proof he's corrupt. And for that reason, Rice University political analyst Mark Jones says the story is unlikely to affect the election. Both voters by now has picked a side and those who support Trump support him in spite of who he is in terms of his personal character. And he says in eyes of many Republicans, the income tax story actually boost the president's reputation because they feel it shows he's a smart businessman, Senator Ted Cruz is defending the nomination and potential appointment of Judge Amy Cockney Barrett to the Supreme Court, saying history shows that presidents have nominated candidates to the Supreme Court. 29 times in election years if the president And the Senate are of the same party. "Then your infantry Alva go forward they have the bait then with pope levy and responses from the job was as of a character attack and at that moment lap down columns offshore naval gunfire now comes the aerial the I at power down comes the kind of huge waited all separate added to rides the enemy down and actually it's not pretty but it's very very effective the problem with Epsom a model that is the Dempsey is hustled into doing this earlier than he would have liked there is a storm in the middle of June which really puts packed the build up of supplies I had originally is to launch an attack with three calls and in fact they already able to I'm attracted to you because it's not enough that kind of three divisions dial on whether they want to be it by this stage of the build up the problem is is is old for decrypts this is the the code breakers at Bletchley pop back in England of the discovered that a lot of times the divisions are massing towards Cole and the plan a is to do a coordinated attack patterns of frost and they call that that happened what they've got to do is they go to chew up these divisions as they're arriving immediately into the Normandy front before they've had a chance to reconnoiter the lad before they've had a Charles to kind of find that feat they don't warn them coordinating anything they just want to be quite straight in the battle where they can chew them up so they have to launch a little bit earlier than they intend having said that it doesn't achieve a breakthrough but it is pretty effective because the part of the twelve as that's part of it is complete shoot out of one point there was something like six different patterns of the visions facing the British and that getting absolutely no way that just being decimated that that's the that's the theme that you introduce to me for the first time that the bog down it Khan was not the way to look at it it was dry and draining the German panzers and they that meant that they couldn't shift their mobile ability to the west to attack the Americans exactly so it's always be depicted that it's kind of you know that was the British and Canadians by that that had to give the brick wall of Panzer divisions in fact it's quite the opposite it is the German Panzer divisions buying that has against a brick wall a British and Canadian troops and fought at the moment they try to do anything about that day jobs get decimated eighties way more reasons to fans in Normandy that it is to attack about supporting the mo when you attack you're going to get really big casualties because when the the process of attack means you have to expose yourself you have to get up out of your data virus and exposes of a mass what happens the difference is that the allies are better equipped to absorb those casualties and the whole set up means that the number of men at the coal face of war the number of infantry at all but he's actually comparatively small to much fewer than the Germans so for example British second army in Normandy is fourteen percent infantry seven percent tanks eighteen percent agent is twenty two percent all Terry forty three percent service trips where is in Germany every trip is frontline troops where we're going eighty percent we're going behind the behind the lines next when we continue James Hollins achievement Normandy forty four DJ and the epic seventy seven bat day battle for France the big guns are coming on John bachelor this is the John Batchelor show taking you through the third shift this is the John Batchelor show on KGO finding great candidates.

Knew that they carried on their shoulders, not just the pack of a soldier, but the fate of the world. Colonel George Taylor. Who sixteenth infantry regiment would join the first wave was asked what would happen if the German stopped? Right. Then and there cold and the beach just stop them. What would happen now keep in mind the Nazi forces head fortified these speeches? They had high powered machine guns. They had forty five positions that enable them to mow down large numbers of allied troops. If you saw movie, saving private Ryan, the first twenty minutes or so, you some idea of what I'm talking about. But before dawn broke on June six British and American paratroopers had landed behind enemy lines taken out, vital lines of their communication, captured important bridges. Ultimately that help turn the tide against Germany, this great American replied, why the eighteenth infantry is coming in right behind us. The twenty sixth, infantry. We'll come onto, then there is the second infantry division already afloat. And the ninth division and the second armored, and the third armored, and all the rest, maybe the sixteenth won't make it, but someone will one of those men in Taylor's sixteenth regiment was army medic Ray, Lambert, Ray was only twenty three but he had already earned three purple hearts and two silver stars fighting in north African Sicily, where he and his brother Bill no longer with us. Served side by side. We're talking about the seventy fifth anniversary of the invasion of Normandy known as d day. And we come back president. Theodore Roosevelt's son earned a medal of.

"Another side of realm. The void. Can you imagine you cannot, but you have to imagine? It's gotta be there. The void. Can't give energy. What we have is that bad be light in the beginning. Devoid and talk this was on the face of the deep. And then God said. That that be light. Where is he? Aw. If you're scientists you have a name for that. Let there be light. Is called. Has a name for it. No, it's not a big bang. Appreciate it. It's not a big bang is the opposite. But it's the old the old ideas about how it became into assistance. Let me see if I can say it again because I'm not using anything to remind me to like a lot of people. Do I don't have pieces paper to work. A singularity there. It is. Let there be light is in science a singularity. So what we're here they call it a singular singularity, that's absolutely hot forever. The universe is like balloons with so many blowing it and blowing it and blowing it forever. Energy energy of the universe is always been the same number. How big it gets? So where this is coming from. This is the questions a monkey can't answer. Can't even ask it. It doesn't have it exists. And how you are living is pretty soon, you won't know, you exist. You're killing yourself. You need the awareness. My awareness. Just explain something to you that science and religion about the same at one point. Hello. Hello, Mr. scientists. Hello, Christians and Jewish people. You know, there's a God. But where is he? He is beyond the void. But he's everywhere all the time. And he's inside you. That is what? The. Anxiety. That is where your anxiety is going to. Stretch in the more. You get upset the more you lie. The the worse things come because you denying the truth is set you free from within. You have a way of. Finding everlasting life. The monkey hasn't got an any is he's got the same brain. He has the same brain similar brain. But he does have an awareness. Yes. He has a wherever another monkey, etc. Etc. But he doesn't connect think conceive off something so beautiful as we have been given a gift it's called awareness. He gives us aware that he exists. And where does he exists? I said on the other side, there's another side of the infant the cold. Void. That's where the. The singularity or. Artsy pin guard said let me light same thing. Both are exactly the same. Now. A scientist to pick up the phone anytime you want and tell me what's wrong with what I said, they're both the same. You are looking at God. And you call it a missing Larry Arlen kicked on the nose and remind you this is the same thing. Maybe you could be a better scientists when you realize which is what I'm talking about. But this is the evening are somehow I meant to be talking about something else that I find myself doing this. Scientists call me and tell me I'm wrong. But the thing is a name for something. You don't understand? You don't understand where the infancy hot is? And how could it be infantry infantry infantry infantry hot ever ever never never never never? And so you have the opportunity to.
