Chloe Messdaghi Shares Her Experiences As a Woman In IT

"Thanks for joining me. Cybersecurity interviews how are you today. i'm well how about yourself doing well. And as we hit record before we hit record we're talking about the challenges that some companies have had and we were joking. That zoo must be doing pretty well this year. But how have you been handling the The remote work in probably travel less time on stage. Well i mean last year. I think i was travelling almost every single week. I go to at least one or two or maybe three conferences in one week and so i remember my average sleep was about five hours a day last year. This year my average is about i would say like seven or eight which is great spread. I remember yeah. But i remembered at the beginning this year. Wow there's a lot of conferences. yeah. I guess i'm gonna be on the road again. I'm i had to reject some because they conflict with other conferences. But the most amazing thing during all this is. I finally have a moment just iran. My my friends my family also be here for my pops. We got a puppy Like the perfect time like we have to get a puppy now. This is the time to get this. Is this time. Because the only way we're gonna train is if iran and like sherlock which is my other Cheese two and a half years old now Sheba what. I had to train her for the first six. Eight months of my time wasn't traveling but then right when i started traveling. That's one like she was already trained But now our new on not not the same train very cute another sheba. She's eight months now. So that's kinda good thing. The other thing is that. I could be at multiple conferences on the same day all around the world. And that's so cool. Because i could be attending a conference in turkey right now. I can be attending a conference in india or singapore all within one day. And that's the really good thing. The other thing is the fact that now the doors have opened in a sense that those that couldn't attend these conferences are now have the ability to attend them. And that i think is a big bonus is to open the doors for everyone to be able to have access to materials. That's how we build a better industry is when we opened the doors for those that couldn't afford it or didn't have the time to travel now have the ability to learn the latest in our field. I couldn't agree more. And i've i've i've had the same. Experience has been a couple of tracks that i've wanted to get out in front of and test different things and it's funny to be able to probably the same frequency really of talks. But you'll be able to test them out back to back a little bit kind kinda get my cadence where it was like. You know do something one week and then you know. It's all the lobby con staff. And then i kind of forget what how the cadence go the prior kind of allows me to kind of keep the same rhythm. it's true you know it's my october has is traditionally a big month for me. Where my way of my wedding anniversary my wife's birthday. My daughter's birthday friend's birthdays. And i've never been here for all of them in in the last twelve years and this is the first year. I got to be home for a full october. So it's the silver lining in these things right exactly. So how did you kind of get started in what we're what we have is information security now so as a management consultant prior and then what happened was that there was a time where i was like. I kind of miss being in an office and sense. Were i get to be there for more than just one project because as measured consultant you come in you do projects you complete it. And that's the thing is is like i miss having that you know a having colleagues getting colleagues going into office and what not of course this is before twenty twenty but i mean So i kim across a job posting and for a cybersecurity company and the recruiter contacted me about it as well. And i said well. She's like working cyber scared before. I'm like no actually. That's the one industry. I've never done working before we'd be interested. Sure why not. And that's how i started and this is the first year was completely all over the place. And that like i just did not feel welcomed. I thought it was like the worst industry. I've ever been in my entire life the first year just the first year. What what all feel. What made you feel unwelcome about. Was it the the attitude the people what kind of dissect that'll but more right. So i would say that before the work that i was doing i a lot of humanitarian and also education spaces and those are like you know you have more of that split fifty fifty men and women and then i joined cybersecurity and there was like where the women and that was. That was the hard point right. There was because you look around and all you see are no offense but since white men and i'm not used to an end grew up in that kind of area iden- ever attended school words like that. I never been around something like that. And so when i sell. It walked into an office and other offices in cybersecurity. Words like pretty much since white man. I felt really uncomfortable. But the thing wasn't just that but also i was constantly seen as the secretary. I'll be the one to take you down. Notes be the one who would go get drinks for the people in the office room. I'd be the one who's like. Can you dial in Even though it's not my meeting. I would be the one who gets scolded. If i didn't take notes when i should not had to take notes is not part of my job to take notes. And so it got to a point where i just didn't ever feel welcomed and i remember going into our conference of twenty eighteen and i remember being there and i felt so so uncomfortable Were i didn't see anyone who looked like me in the room. And i fell like no one wants me in this industry.

Not, to mention any number of extraneous circumstances that aren't being recognized like maybe overall anxiety spiking due to other reasons, whilst that have therapy, animals are indeed improving. "Hello and welcome to three wide Kava. I'm your host Mick Wall. A Pat Mullane here at the screen would tightening the situation going on in Australia very seriously. Megan show we give ourselves a NAS? A man of distance but was still gonNA cover a lot off here on Friday. We had to bring you all of your writing analysis. The satellite joined Bananas Salmon Marshall Absolute Pleasure to have you invoice. How we going is big really good Saif Sand and happy to be working side gang to be bringing you the best of Roseville this weekend and right around the country of course but I'll tell you something right now. Hug taught him how many has never looked better from the. Toronto's you look terrific today hugging Ka. That's the best I can but nausea to courtney love a band hall. At the moment we are in one. But we're going to get out of these we're GONNA roy stick fatty hiking winners. Send us only away from Josie. Now we know where we started. Tweet we stop at Joseph's track report the prohibit loss. Wait let's let's recap these second he said. You gotta be gotta be pies on spayed. Di Di all were. And they'll be coming off the route of the middle of the track. Josie absolutely not last week Josie placed hammers. She got something for this. Well hopefully we can get something Roy this week as well look ask seeks maters. We'd go at a little bit. Further soft seeks at the moment so expecting fifteen meals on Thursday fraud. I expecting I Ryan but Saturday expecting zero to six meals a gain so I think we're going to be in that soft seek seven Ryan Account. Expect these track to draw it really interesting to get further off the rile. Not so much the case he really own speed again but even horses. Just on the riles or a big advantage. When it goes eight six made is in the soft six Ryan. So don't be surprised. If the riles are the place to be. Look back to rile fullback rows. You could probably still win so darn expecting to get too far off. The fence are now. That's the pattern that was last week. And you sort of Virginia again. This week I think would be the case this week. Woy think they might go for horses. They're hard up against the rows one-two-three lines this Saturday. The Guy. We've heard that I very good Josie. Let's jump into the rights now. I rice. We're going to have a look at of course is the Tankard. I've a twenty four hundred metres very elegant. You're five and deservedly so to five followed in the market village. That five dollars Mugabe does muster g non does Mirage dancer in southern France both thirteen dollars tariff at twenty three dance area twenty-six truth at thirty one dollars Josie. We'll go to you and the map here. Really Secular Fahey woolley done. There's a lot of speed on Piper. Roy think very elegant will roll forward. We saw her roll forward last seven days ago when she was just beaming boy a dive. I think they'll roll forward John McCain take deposition Angel Truth Going forward I think four nail you'd expect to be at its fetus. Mugabe possibly could go forward. I think now it's had its second. Go at twenty four hundred meters. It could possibly roll forward. And there's a few days that just don't have the yearly gates paid to be able to do that with very elegant fourth. This time last year she was fourth option. One the CEO. She went really well. I think they said something really. Well spoke about that Rice where she finds finished second to die. He's a superstar. We spoke with these inform. One hundred and twenty-five die have absolutely gone extremely slow in that Rice lost weight but twenty two or three to eleven to seek time clearly the best laws four hundred lost two hundred of the die by far just close to half a second best boycot or. I think she'll win. I think she'll roll forward. John macrobiotic control the rice and she'll be two affiliates. Yea won this race last year. Two dollars sixty seven to a dollar sixty but that was off the back of winning the brain but somewhat unlucky in Australia Cup with issues. He's not going as well for me. Plus doesn't have the tactical advantage that very elegant will have always very elegant in the tankard. She proved a class. Last docked ships loomed up. It was a terrific Roy. Thomas macron Donna. Because he was able to take it up. A heated flat spot very elegant nosing front about he was able to fought back and Buddha. A love the way she held and she backed up once before that was from the white fool. Obviously into the Oxygen Victoria. Sh we know she's a two thousand four hundred made a win in the. She's charrier off by very elegant and I think rolling forward outside of Angel of truth or couldn't imagine she'd give up that advantage and get into a NAS rhythm and then settle for the twenty four hundred Mehta Gallup with that Mirage dancer and Moussagy. I think Mr. Jeez the best at solder in this field. He beat southern France over in Europe when they last met day. And I up. Winning these runs behind master on was terrific last dot. Ob It on a heavy non draw surface. He could improve out of the Ground Ivy. These trip most ability. He's not going as well Mugabe wait got group three. He comes up another level he so it's very elegant rice to win. Technically he bought oil Weiss. I look for a broad from one of these jockeys to get rolling at the item. I can take away that breeds and that turn of foot from very elegant and it might be the Rod on Moussagy. Just quickly you did mention. It was a really good. Pick up to mention that she did back up in the visa off the white full she actually filed she seven so there is. There's a slight knock. It could be that. Maybe she doesn't back up. She needs some link. Between Iran's bought. The profile was perfect but are just want to punish that you mentioned it so. It's really good to cy that she has backed up before she rented finished seventh in the works and she was four dollars. It was a foul issue variety wrong. That's the case. I think that animated well You guys know nothing more than when you hit the sign. That horse especially in a group want now. Let's have a look at the voluntary. Well I'll tell you what we're GONNA shorter Ye. Gentlemen Don Wait Funds. Ta Adults Seventy Five. So I'm interested. He chance they probably don't four. Forty MARKET GETS FROM THE PAINTINGS. Twelve bucks for say no and Missile Mantra. Both Iden- Does as got twenty shot about twenty. Six game of thrones. Twenty seven nudge. Forty six dollars and then just over the page aspect ratio. Best of the rest at sixty one dollars Josie funster very short but is justified. I think so. I think she's an absolute potential superstar. If she's not already there just with the Matt I think she had the barrel forward but again not a lot of speed on pipe. Pontes aspect ratio. I think we'll go forward and here. I think where the rights can be won or lost. I think that he's talked to clearly. Have between them they both exceptional phillies hard to knock either of them. But I think our probably roll forward as well and I just don't know where the problem beale has that tactical speed to be able to do that. Third up he fund star in the spring on the floor knocking off probably'll it was a dollar seventy four or five hundred one three and a half links. I just think these rice. It's up so much like that Rice They went extremely slow. Start yes fun. Style was in the advantage position and just had the technically vintage probably it was pretty good ren very close to debate and link not even that but they've come home twenty five twelve thirty four. That was the best of the die by a significant margin. They would've won the Kumo. They used to run the Cornell if they decided to run. They've got panels on the wrist. They got panels on the is the too serious racehorses going forward with both of them but I think fund star will have the tactical advantage and she's an absolute beauty. She will be but the last question overdrawn barrier right. She's she'll be in two minds early doors where the row. Ford and talking. Just come back and rod for a little bit of luck. I think that plays into the hands of probably joining soda. A breach of the China of probably Siamese. She's not based on a wet track in which funds stop later on last stat and she was able to technically outlawed on that occasion. But I love the white probably going fishy. V that she's had she's GonNa run a good tooth estimators. She can jump and lane close out and be wrought on fun styles hammer wherever she wants to sit in this field. These are clearly the 2-based horses in this race by five and ninety bad luck will bring one of these two undone because missile mantra as IAGO. Who won the Kimball Grind classic an Old Sisa painted and shout the Bio? Come through that time rice. This is another level up to Probably'll and found status. I based on that inside a barrier Kerrin mcevoy. If you're watching go and watch you'll lasting group one winners might and try and get to means Barack Obama. You just seen a bit of a hall. At the moment the basting could do back much all of my best rods to get out of that. And it'd be nice and shop for a big dialogue roading PROBAB- bill and can you get rotten. Big Fan Star. Biden says he would not comply with a Senate subpoena in Trump's impeachment trial

"We're getting upset about trump with subpoenas when biden saying the exact same thing it potentially creates a little bit of a problem for Biden himself when answering questions about how he would conduct? induct himself if he were president at a similar similarly partisan time and and what his relationship would be like with Congress especially when Congress potentially would subpoena abide administration for people to testify and for documents and witnesses but as for right now how that changes. It changes the debate about witnesses. I think probably doesn't actually take take away from what Mitch Mitch. McConnell wanted to do that much because he wanted to avoid this altogether in the first place and this is just all the more reason not to get into a long drawn out. Fight Where you're going to have witnesses defying subpoenas in the Senate is well you know Biden said also today Patrick that he doesn't think this is really GonNa move this direction and send him subpoena anyway? But but this when you're talking about when when when you campaign on the rule of law and you campaign and that's something you say on the trail if push comes to shove. Do you really think that Biden would defy subpoenas in the middle of his campaign. If if there's an actual subpoena they're going to have to answer that question came in a Lotta ways the exchange with the Moines Register editorial board is a back and forth or through now. But if there's an actual subpoena and I think that what Joe Biden's probably hearing from Democrats on the hill is that it's not going to get that far so he can focus his message now. You know five weeks. Before the Iowa caucuses he can focus this on how it looks like a big diversion partisan diversion from Republicans. The reality Allendale that when I have to deal with the with the articles of impeachment against President Trump. He is the one whose conduct has to be answered for. Maybe there will be fact witnesses who are called before the Senate but arguably those fact witnesses about the president's conduct are more like Mick Mulvaney John Bolton and they are about Joe Biden right and and sort of hoping that the audience that he needs to be grappling and convincing On this which are basically Iowa Democrats and independence to beat Elizabeth Warren. To boot people will care about that as opposed to the finer points car. Let me play a little bit. More of what Biden hadn't said today. Listen to this. I'm very proud of the job. I did I never never never moved off of of dealing with corruption there. Every single person thought that prosecutor-general should be fired from the IMF to the European partners in the people in the administration but this is a technique uses all the time because he is a chronic liar. Natal a lot to say about the lying and the diversions of the President in in in this Editorial Board and he. He spoke to a little bit of what you were hitting on. Because because he says that if he would go in if you go in voluntarily played it out he basically spells out that it would be a circus He's not wrong there but does does this again. I wonder if this in the argument where Congressional Democrats and Republicans are in this moment with witnesses being kind of at the center of this conversation. Does this help or hurt. Democrats in terms of the case. They're trying to make why witnesses are important to testify. It's look there is a greater case here about whether the president obstructed Congress are not with the witnesses that were close to him that they are that is one of the two articles of impeachment that they are making the case that look people when they are called they have to obey a congressional subpoena. But I think the Democrats would probably be happy to not have that question. Russian include Joe Biden right now and keep that focused on trump the same way by saying let's focus on trump because they want to talk about trump's obstruction of congress. Right now since that's what the impeachment has has to do it and not get messed up in the whole world of Biden in which there is a lot of new people have pointed a finger and raise eyebrows at what was hundred by doing serving on that board but I think by and large people. Don't don't question that Joe Biden himself made decisions to benefit his son or that company. In fact the decisions he seemed to be making when he was vice president pertaining to Ukraine would have done the opposite as far as you know disadvantage disadvantage in the company and and not necessarily Helping out his son at all But that's that's that is built the substance of the the the the fact pattern about Ukraine. The Democrats would have had accused trump of making a distraction accused the GOP of trying to basically counter message with Kremlin talking points. And they would love to talk about that but they would love to keep the the whole subpoena fight and the obstruction fight focused on trump. So Biden is right in a way and yet by making the statement that he would disregard a subpoena has kind of stepped in the same fray a little little bit And and given the GOP more a wider I guess a platform on which direction but when asked directly you have to answer the question indirectly at some point. And that's exactly what happened

"Lovely interns actually turned this blog post around around for me on Dean quite a while back some so sorry that I have a be able to release it sooner but if you are interested in you know reading through some of the points that we all go to talk about in today's episode you might be at the gym or walking the dog in which case just make make sure you click on the link to view the blog post or just hop over to my website and you'll be able to navigate onto the block and you should find and this this episode rid not as a blog post for you so the reason why iodine is so important is although although on their freedom alliance you would be worried about your child's calcium intake on Edina is another mineral that really shouldn't be forgotten about and it's important to note that your body cannot produce it on its own so it is a mineral that needs to be consumed it plays a really important role in making some of the chiral home on so thyroxine and Triaud Tyron I can't say but it's basically t not three Cairo it says the only south of the body which had absorbed iodine and these cells than combine id in an amino acid so very basic protein molecule if you like called Tirmizi to make the tyrod hormones and and it's the tirades shop to make tile home it's really important that children get enough to help make those hormones add had essentially tire homes helps the body use energy stay warm is is used by major organs in the body such as the brain brain heart muscles and just make sure that all of their organs work as they should so it's really important hormone in metabolism in making sure that children grow but also in their cognitive function so in many ways we really need to think about our on Kadena intake from pregnancy and particularly if you are pregnant and following a Vegan diet but also a dairy free diet yourself then you really need to make sure that you are getting adequate dean unfortunately up to eight third of the population are not getting enough iodine especially the families I see living in the Middle East some parts of Asia New Zealand and Europe because we know that the levels of Artie in the soil is naturally low and that's why it's really important to be aware of that if you are planning a pregnancy iron deficiency in developing baby has has been linked with neurological disorders adhd and even a lower IQ so it's no wonder that it is suddenly a very very hot topic the reason why I'm focusing around pregnancy is because when a mother a pregnant mom has low iden- status it can have long lasting effects for children so we know that children could have lower lower cognitive language and mortar schools at eighteen months and three years they could have impaired working memory at four years he is low reading accuracy and comprehension at nine years and also lowered verbal at eight years that might all sound fraud the very very grim however Irene deficiency is easily reversible so let's talk about how we can make sure that our children get enough iden- in the UK children are generally getting enough in their diet however this does mainly Ainley come from cow's milk so there is some evidence our mild iden- deficiency in school aged girls but if your child is around say Eh four to ten they usually drinking enough milk which would give them the iodine that they need but the navigate a bit older and they start to drop their evening Merg or perhaps it's having mergen this cereals that sort of thing that they can become borderline deficient and obviously the charges following a dairy free died then there is some pressure to make sure that alternative plundering and other dairy free foods off well fortified with iodine so how much iden- due to an actually

Nintendo sues ROM-sharing website for at least $2 million

"Was once again cracking down on ROMS. Now we hear it. I don't support the use of Roms but I did want to talk about this because Nintendo has this this long history of like really being litigious about roms and this week in particular they've come down super hard on a rom site that is selling both new switch a no switch ROMs and old Roms as well and they are. They're coming after them for a hundred and fifty thousand dollars a piece so for every ROM that they've put put out there. They're expecting big time money for a total of two million dollars this time around and I just Kinda wanted to get your opinions your thoughts on on what that's looking like in this day and age with all of their basically like they're litigious outlook on on what their stances on drums I I mean I do support Roms. I think that legally leaguer allowed to own backups of video games. You have physical copies of that's how that works and so that's totally fine. The issue here was this site was selling a subscription service us to access them right which is stupid yeah but that's just straight up stupid like if you're gonNA steal if you're gonNA steal stuff and just put it out there. Don't sell well it to like. I I think that there's a lot of people who basically go in and they try to find games. Roms are actually they're wonderful for video game history. They're wonderful for preservation. I think for people who steal them and don't try to access them legally like they should be sort of last resort. Obviously there's a lot of gray area there but to it just straight up sell a subscription service to other people's goods is dumb as hell and I think they deserve to get shut down for that clarification. I will say that as a platform Um as a media outlet doesn't doesn't support theft through ROMS now. Your point is valid. I just wanted to put that out there. As an entity iden- gene doesn't support yeah. No I mean we we jump through very strict hoops just to capture a video game that we could download and half a second just because we were playing by the books yeah it makes makes features difficult but all the links awakening coverage we did yeah. I can't say that I haven't definitely played metro or a previously held on my Kokoschka computer. Yeah there's obviously a lot I played through Super Mario Land One and two recently because like some fan had fully colored them uh-huh and it's like I own those physically owned those gameboy carts I have bought them numerous times physically and digitally. I don't know if that makes stealing this round okay. It's again a very great. We've all heard your rant on the original Super Mario so I feel like regard like you're probably covered yeah. I mean like it's yes. It's all very nebulous and grey. It's very cut and dry when you sell subscription services to access this type this type of stuff that doesn't belong to you to begin

Their record together is called goblet of eternal light. All right. Let's broaden things out a little bit with this next piece because the group called Nordic Raja gives you just what the title might imply the sounds of Swedish folk fiddling and the sounds of India's southern classical tradition the so-called Karnad tradition. But if they were go, it could impact your grandchildren, too because of the way that might condu- dinners passed down, and you have to power to change that three what you're eating. But what about as a newborn and breastfeeding is there any more particular things at a new mother should be concerned about or take extra precautions for well breasts. Fading is going to be fantastic. I think that is the ultimate fuel for the new baby. And most vegan women will be really keen to breastfeed Ida think I didn't think people talk enough about how hard breastfeeding is. I this may be out of the scope for your listeners. I'm sorry to those of you who are so of in who dudes bodybuilding not really into breastfeeding. Honestly, it's a very difficult thing to do without social support, and it can be really painful, and you can get cracks, and you can get mastitis, and you can feel very lonely with this journey if you've got known to support you, and that's probably one of the main. See John twice once took into twelve rounds. So basically he's gonna look good on the poster he's got name recognition is going to encourage some people to go to the fight. And that's a fair point from y'all's perceptive. I get that. That's a fair point. I guess my only thing is I I don't know. I think he should do more. I I don't wanna see him thrown in the mix with it. I I don't listen if I hear Saverne name it, you know, there for a Josh will wilder fury of big baby. Ortiz any of those. Is to me. It's a wasted fight. So I just want to add put a little question now did two yard since. Mario doesn't like this Berman's earn fight. What heavyweight made the smarter choice? My answer is Joe Joyce. My voice did Joe Joyce make the smarter choice in choosing remains Vern over Christian hammer. 'cause that's what Lewis for teas chose and game has absolutely zero cachet. He hasn't fought since December two thousand eighteen and price. You don't know who the fuck you for. No, he ain't been no price it. It'd be he then he loved somebody not in two thousand eighteen be priced to somebody in two thousand eighteen or we're talking about the same person. Kristen Hammarby priced and he lost to somebody. I don't know. My man not in two thousand eight hundred maybe two thousand sixteen I'm saying he'd be price any lows. But he's saying what he did last year. I know and we've saying Saverne did last year and what he hasn't done in a year. How is that relevant? I'm just I was just giving the fan. Like, I didn't know who Chris hammer would they'd be priced them. Bam. Okay. Okay. What better thing to say? Would have been is Tyson fury beat him. That's a big that's easier for casual fans to associated with. If you must cut me off, you cut off fucking king. He is a bum. No one knows them, and he has zero cachet and Louis OT's made a poor choice. Where iden- remains the Vern is a better name, regardless of the condition or the state that you think that heavyweight is in it's gonna look better on his resume than Christian hammer. Never ever ever heard of this do except for what we just talked about. And we never get the seat is do except when we got to watch him losing to someone. We know so. Yeah. No, you're absolutely right. This is audio that are no. So I'm just saying David fucking price the Americana the heavyweight division. Games ever. One dollars. You keep saying that because you want to get this. Amir Khan some credits for the other one gets some credit, but neither. Crazy. I think you got a fit because you didn't get the answers that you wanted to get from your voice today. So I I it is what it is. I don't even know what you talk. My the only thing. I know is that Luis Collazo is final ESPN in February every month, you smell anybody. What can we say? What keeps we asked him about find a when we enter into the fuck out here that smell with Bob is tough. You know? Man connection. No next to him Wednesday, y'all. Mario. No, no. I was just going to say. Yeah. I fully agree. I think that Saverne scalp on Joe Joyce is better. And even if you wanna make an argument about what he's done. I I don't know. I just think in five years when we look back at these guys resumes. You're gonna say, oh who to Jojoy beat? Oh, so and so so and so remains to burn Christian hammer on the other hand. I don't think that does anything. It doesn't propel him forward. Joe? Joyce. Yard going quit shouldn't them. I got Chris the hammer and y'all have y'all seen his sister. He got to be okay. "Congratulations. You seem really excited about it. If it was like freedom. Yeah. I don't think it will not come without its complexity, but also my life has always been complex and for any of your listeners might not understand is like. When you have an opinion when you've driven campaigns. You know, like, and we have done this for fifteen years. Life is very very bumpy. And it doesn't mean that. I'm I get my fair share of love and admiration and hugs. And and I feel like happy walking around streets in towns. But it also means that the ones that don't like you a lot is like, mama or veggie my away of you go over here. Like, they hate you. So it feels good. Yeah. Let's jump to the book. Yeah. So five ingredients quick and easy food. What is it about today that you thought everybody needed a book like this? Well, I think off the books I ROY are solving problems that the public Italian they're having and over these I've tried to address the ones at the top of the hierarchy and that subjective. Because it depends where you are what's happening in the country spies. But we've looked at speed, and we've looked cost we've looked nutrition, and we've looked even emotional things like comfort food, and but this is the big one, and I know that because the books go nuts like books shouldn't. And don't do you know, he's going ballistic, and you think you fake books. I it is what it is. It's not alike or kind of view like a book CEO. And it means, you know. The success of it means that it's talking to people in a way that is speaking to busy people that love food, the maybe wanna do better and my intention in its design was to add as many reasons to not cook away. So you don't get take away. So I think like an I think we've maybe eight or or I think simplicity is easier said than done. So the idea is as he flipped for the book, my guess was more time to attend the no you've probably got three of the five ingredients in your house right now, I wrote the book pretty much into supermarket. So I wasn't kind of getting like to a foodie as a couple of things in there like me. So that you know papers China take the Mickey about, but my job also is to have a little dangle of aspiration in every book because that's my job. Because that's because guess what happens guys the sea monkeys stuck at all in. Everyone's. Starts trying. And so things twenty years ago, the weren't normal beyond everyday. Now, you know, they would tell him in twenty years ago, not to both I mean vinegar in and that's to penny in Sanjoy Tamaz to a penny. So yeah, I think what's interesting is is the one of the I was one of the biggest reasons to not cook was just the teen recipes, you know, what I mean? And it's sort of like, hey on this one. I'm using a pouch of lentils. You know, and if you look, you know, not so much length does, but certainly those posters. They need to often be soaked for twenty four hours cooked might be for forty minutes, iden- and a half or or longest slowly, slowly, so that burst. So like people are like as a chef you feel like an idiot using the pouch or jar of curry paste, patchy curry paste, a wicked curry sauce, it's curry paste and historically is normal peste tiger in curry pastes, mango chutney. So in the interest of full disclosure, I have that exact same disease here. Can I ask you a question though? Yeah. Have you ever fallen backwards and the statue of liberty costume on the show? Never once not only have I not ever fallen backwards in the statue of liberty costume on a show. I've never fallen backwards because of Mike graves disease. I generally again like a have the same disease. To my my understanding is we all if you have it you have it at the same severity is everybody else. There's not one case that's worse than others. But I don't understand how that gets us to when Williams, but please. Yeah. Today because she's pre shaming us. It's like. That was the whole thing where you could tell who's gonna commit a crime. Units and minority report Newburgh movie with Tom Cruise. So Williams is basically pre shaming us like in minority report were they convicted you cry before you committed it. Obviously there's something else going on here. And she doesn't want us to know what it is. She thinks we're dumb, and that's fine. Then in which case, I would say why can't you just say Wendy Williams? I've just got some some personal things. I need to take some time off. I'm sorry. I'm not I mean do Carrie Underwood about it. And just I mean, we probably make fun of or for that too. But rather than try to retrofit it t- to whatever something that doesn't quite match up. So we're supposed to we're like over here going.
