"The Liturgy of the Hours, according to the Roman Rite, from the Office of Readings. From St. Cyril of Jerusalem, The Twofold Coming of Christ. We do not preach only one coming of Christ, but a second as well, much more glorious than the first. The first coming was marked by patience. The second will bring the crown of divine kingdom. In general, whatever relates to our Lord Jesus Christ has two aspects. There is a birth from God before the ages, and a birth from a virgin at the fullness of time. There is a hidden coming, like that of rain on fleece, and a coming before all eyes, still in the future. At the first coming he was wrapped in swaddling clothes in a manger. At his second coming he will be clothed in light as in a garment. In the first coming he endured the cross, despising the shame. In the second coming he will be in glory escorted by an army of angels. We look then beyond the first coming, and await the second. At the first coming we said, blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. At the second we shall say it again, we shall go out with the angels to meet the Lord and cry out in adoration, blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. The Savior will not come to be judged again, but to judge those by whom he was judged. At his own judgment he was silent. Then he will address those who committed the outrages against him when they crucified him, and will remind them, you did these things, and I was silent. His first coming was to fulfill his plan of love, to teach men by gentle persuasion. This time, whether men like it or not, they will be subjects of his kingdom by necessity. The prophet Malachi speaks of the two comings, and the Lord whom you seek will come suddenly to his temple, that is one coming. Again, he says of another coming, look, the Lord Almighty will come and who will endure the day of his entry, or who will stand in his sight, because he comes like a refiner's fire, a fuller's herb, and he will sit refining and cleansing. These two comings are also referred to by Paul in his writing to Titus. The grace of God the Savior has appeared to all men, instructing us to put aside impiety and worldly desires and live temperately, uprightly, and religiously in this present age, waiting for the joyful hope, the appearance of the glory of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ. Notice how he speaks of a first coming for which he gives thanks, and a second, the one we still await. That is why the faith we profess has been handed on to you in these words. He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father, and he will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead, and his kingdom will have no end. Our Lord Jesus Christ will therefore come from heaven. He will come at the end of the world in glory at the last day, for there will be an end to this world and the created world made new. Father in heaven, our hearts desire the warmth of your love, and our minds are searching for the light of your word. Increase our longing for Christ our Savior and give us the strength to grow in love, that the dawn of his coming may find us rejoicing in his presence and welcoming the light of his truth. We ask this in the name of Jesus the Lord. Amen.

A highlight from Episode 72: A Catholic and Protestant talk about Purgatory and Indulgences

"Hey, welcome back to Let's Talk About It with Jackie and Megan. We like to talk about things that are messy, awkward, hard, or controversial, and create a space for healing. Hey guys, welcome back to Let's Talk About It with Jackie and Megan. Today we are doing another Protestant verse Catholic episode and we're going to be talking about purgatory and indulgences. Yeah, and before we start, we want to clarify that we will be talking about like the official doctrine because obviously like there could be a whole other topic like the history of abuses in this, especially in like the medieval era, but I think in order to have a good faith discussion, we have to actually go to like what is the actual doctrine, what is the official belief and custom, not ways it's been misused or abused. If you want to talk about a church history of like, oh different, like how this has like shifted and changed, like that would be like a whole other conversation. So we will just be talking about the actual doctrine and belief of purgatory Protestant Catholic perspectives, but going from what the Catholic position actually is, not what it maybe looked like at different points in history. Or how it was like being practiced in the church, which obviously we no longer, it is wrong and always has been wrong to sell indulgences. And I think there's been a lot of like yeah misunderstanding of what purgatory is, what it means, and then in turn what indulgences actually do. So we will get into that in this episode as well. And then Megan will also be responding for the more like Protestant view. So yeah, I guess I can start with, we'll start with purgatory. And what is the actual teaching of purgatory? So I think one of the most like misunderstood concepts of purgatory is that after you die, like purgatory is somewhere that you go where it's not decided yet. Like once you're in purgatory, maybe you could still go to heaven or hell and you need to like earn or like get better or clean yourself up or figure out what like what you want or I don't know before or God will judge like but it's a waiting period where you could end up in hell or you could end up in heaven. And that is not the teaching. I'm going to read officially from the catechism but purgatory is for those that are already saved. They are going to be going to heaven. They will not be damned to hell. They are found to be within friendship with God among the elect that will be going to heaven. And let me find the official church, church teaching. This is catechism number 1031. The church gives the name purgatory to the final purification of the elect, which is entirely different from the punishment of the damned. That's from the Council of Florence and the Council of Trent. The church formulated her doctrine of faith on purgatory, especially at the Council of Florence and Trent. The tradition of the church by reference to certain texts of scripture speaks of a cleansing fire. As for certain lesser faults we must believe that before the final judgment there is a purifying fire. He who is true says that whoever utters blasphemy against the Holy Spirit will be pardoned neither in this age nor in the age to come. From this sentence we understand that certain offenses can be forgiven in this age but certain others in age to come.

A highlight from The Sympathy of Jesus

"Welcome to Gospel in Life. For many of us, trusting Jesus with our lives is challenging. How can we trust Him in light of so much suffering and pain? How can we know He is the One who will make things right, both in our lives and in the world? Today on Gospel in Life, Tim Keller continues looking at the Gospels to show us who the The passage on which our teaching is based this morning is printed in your bulletin. It's Mark chapter 7 verses 24 through 37. Jesus left that place and went to the vicinity of Tyre. He entered a house and did not want anyone to know it, yet He could not keep His presence secret. In fact, as soon as she heard about Him, a woman whose little daughter was possessed by an evil spirit came and fell at His feet. The woman was a Greek, born in Syria and Phoenicia. She begged Jesus to drive the demon out of her daughter. First let the children eat all they want, He told her, for it is not right to take the children's bread and toss it to their dogs. Yes, Lord, she replied, but even the dogs under the table eat the children's crumbs. Then He told her, for such a reply you may go, the demon has left your daughter. And she went home and found her child lying on the bed and the demon gone. Then Jesus left the vicinity of Tyre and went through Sidon down to the Sea of Galilee and into the region of the Decapolis. There some people brought to Him a man who was deaf and could hardly talk, and they begged Him to place His hand on the man. After He took him away, away from the crowd, Jesus put His fingers into the man's ears. Then He spit and touched the man's tongue. He looked up to heaven and with a deep sigh said to him, Ephphatha, which means be opened. At this the man's ears were opened, his tongue was loosened, and he began to speak plainly. Jesus commanded them not to tell anyone, but the more he did so, the more they kept talking about it. People were overwhelmed with amazement. He has done everything well, they said. He even makes the deaf hear and the mute speak. This is God's Word. What we've been doing here on these morning services over these weeks is we're actually building a biography of Jesus, where we're putting together a life of Jesus, and so we're looking at the main events of His life. Now, these few weeks right before Christmas is the time in which the Church looks at the grand miracle of the Incarnation. It looks at the fact that Jesus Christ is God become human, and for these weeks before Christmas, what we're going to do is we're going to look at events in the life of Jesus that show His humanity, who show His solidarity with us. And the interesting thing about this particular event, or these two stories of healing, which Mark puts back -to -back, is this is the only time that we know of, there might have been other times, but it's the only time we know of that Jesus ever left His country. This is the only time that Jesus ever went abroad, the only time that He ever left the boundaries of Israel. He did so for a purpose, and He did so to teach us something, and let's take a look at it. There's two stories, the healing of the little daughter, the healing of the deaf mute. Let's look at them and see what they teach us. Now first of all, we see, and let me show you here in the very beginning, Jesus left that place and went to the vicinity of Tyre. Now this is a Hellenistic area, a Gentile area, and the reason that Jesus went there is only really possible to understand if you read the first part of chapter 7. Let me give you a synopsis. The first part of chapter 7 of the Gospel of Mark, immediately before this passage, Jesus has a knock -down, drag -out fight with the Pharisees about cleanliness, about ritual cleanness. The Pharisees, the religious leaders, came to Jesus and said, why don't your disciples follow the laws of ritual purity? What were the laws of ritual purity? Well they were the laws that had to do with washing your hands continually, only eating certain foods, only wearing certain garments and clothes, and not touching or dealing with Gentiles or with the sick or with deformed people. And the reason that the Pharisee had developed these elaborate rules was because in the Old Testament, when God set up the worship in the Old Testament, in the Old Testament before you would go into God, before you go into the temple, you had to cleanse yourself. You had to wash. There was a large laver, sort of like a huge bathtub in a sense, right before you came into the holy place, into the sanctuary. You had to wash. And there were a number of rules that God gave to the Israelites to say, now cleanse yourself before you go in. And these rules were visual aids to remind you that you needed not just to go into God, but you needed repentance, you needed to be cleansed of your sin.

"We get it. You're busy. You don't have time to waste on the mainstream media. That's why Salem News Channel is here. We have hosts worth watching, actually discussing the topics that matter. Andrew Wilkow, the next D 'Souza, Brandon Tatum, and more. Open debate and free speech you won't find anywhere else. We're not like the other guys. We're Salem News Channel. Watch any time on any screen for free 24 -7 at snc .tv and on local now channel 525. Hello, my friends. I'm Dennis Prager, and I hope you had a good weekend. I have delved into the question of how good a weekend or a good any day one could have when the world is so filled with evil and one has to try despair as a sin, as I have noted on a number of occasions based on my Bible commentary. Hi, everybody. Good to be with you. This is late breaking. I normally don't have the show driven by news as it breaks, but this is an important—many of them are important, but this is, I believe, worthy of immediate attention. This is from Newsweek. Conservative social media personality Steven Crowder teased the release of a manifesto allegedly written by an accused school shooter in Nashville, Tennessee, where six victims died earlier this year. Boy, I'll tell you, Newsweek is really—this sentence is so gingerly phrased. Let's see. The manifesto is allegedly written by an accused shooter, not the shooter. Six million victims died, not were murdered. In a video posted Monday, that's today, to YouTube, Crowder said the manifesto was leaked and shared screenshots of portions of the document which was believed to be written by Audrey Hale, 28, whom authorities identified as the shooter. They also said Hale, who died at the scene, once attended the school. By the way, that is interesting that they say allegedly. You say allegedly when somebody is about to stand trial, but if the person was shot at the scene, you don't say allegedly. What was Audrey Hale doing there? Checking out school curricula? No, it's a little too ginger. Anyway, I will be reading the manifesto here on this show. I wish that I wouldn't have to, Crowder said in the video. In a post to X, formerly Twitter, Crowder shared other images of the manifesto, including one part that said, I hope I have a high death count. Newsweek has been unable to independently verify that Metro Nashville Police Department spokesperson told Newsweek that the police are unable to confirm the manifesto, but said they are actively looking into the matter. Here's a question for Nashville police. Why didn't you release it immediately? Some authorities had it, and my suspicion is because the manifesto reveals, as was suspected, a left -winger and it was a trans person. So the left sort of has the view, padona misa gosh, there are no enemies on the left. And whereas if the manifesto were some racist, anti -black screed, we would have known about it immediately. So three children and three adults at Nashville's Covenant School were murdered. She later died from gunshot wounds. Shortly after the shooting occurred, this is again from this Newsweek article, police said that they had recovered a manifesto believed to have been written by hell. So why, why was it never released? The ongoing investigation into the March 27 murders of six persons inside the Covenant School continues to show, from all information currently available, that killer Audrey Hale acted totally alone. That's not the question. Well, I'll report to you. There is a report somewhere, but since I haven't seen it, I can't, I won't report it yet, about what it revealed. And it seems to me that if the report is correct, it was a big anti -white kid screed. All right. So we live in an age of moral confusion, as I have warned all of my life. And the charge against Israel that it commits genocide against the Palestinians which a charge that has been made for decades, this is not new to the current war against Hamas, is another gigantic lie of the left. But the truth is not a left -wing value. So I have data here from Statista, which has no political bias that I know of. You agree with me? I don't know. Okay, fine. Statista Infographic Newsletter. Statista puts out statistics. So this is from 2020. Growth of Palestine. Let's see now. The need for peace continues to grow in urgency as Palestine's population is growing at a larger rate than Israel. Jewish and Arab populations are on a collision course of parity in the coming decades, with Arab Israelis also growing faster than Jewish Israelis and gaining more voting power. Then there's a chart, Growth of Palestine. It begins in 1960, and the green is Palestine, the blue is Israel. They have gone from 1 .1 million to 5 .1 million in 2020. So there is a growth of essentially five times growth quintupled since 1960. The Jewish population has quadrupled, has gone up four times the Arab population of the area five times. Have you ever heard of a genocide where the people being genocided have a population growth of 5x? The lie is so grandiose, but you have to know something. The people screaming it believe it, especially those who are Palestinian or from other Arab or Muslim countries. They believe their lies. Read David Price Jones' book, The Closed Circle. You'll see that he's an Arab expert. He lived an exaggeration and lies as being very frequently in the public sphere conflated. Anyway, we're catching up. The truth is that a left wing value in the left wing dominates academia and the media. So much for the charge of genocide. The only attempt at genocide of the Palestinians and their Muslim supporters around the world, they wish to commit genocide against the Jews of Israel, perhaps all Jews in the world, but certainly Jews of Israel. That is the only genocide that can be alleged in the Middle East. Well, there was one, but I don't know. Yeah, I guess you'd call it the Middle East, of course. Do you remember the Yazidis, how they were wiped out by ISIS? Well, virtually, yeah. There was a real, let's put, an ethnic cleansing, let's put it that way. Genocide. From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free is a call for genocide. It is a call for the eradication of the Jewish state. There are 22 Arab states, from the Atlantic to the Indian Ocean, but there's no room for a Jewish state the size of New Jersey. People just always need to remember that. Should there be a 24th Arab state, one that never existed in the history of the world? I hear some Palestinian speakers actually saying, we are the descendants of the Canaanites. Did you know that? You can meet a living Canaanite. Can you meet a parasite and a Jebusite? He said he was a Jebusite? Is Arafat said he was a Jebusite? I didn't know the man had a sense of humor. And this is what your kids are learning at college. We return. Gold dealers are a dime a dozen. They're everywhere. What sets these companies apart and whom can you really trust? This is Dennis Prager for AmFed Coin and Bullion, my choice for buying precious metals. When you buy precious metals, it's imperative that you buy from a trustworthy and transparent dealer that protects your best interests. So many companies use gimmicks to take advantage of inexperienced gold and silver buyers. Be cautious of brokers offering free gold and silver or brokers that want to sell you overpriced collectible coins, claiming they appreciate more than gold and silver. What about hidden commissions and huge markups? Nick Grovitch and his team at AmFed always have your back. I trust this man. That's why I mentioned him by name. And the New York Times reports he urged his former aides to, quote, take in the whole truth, seemingly attempting to strike a balance between the killings on both sides. Would he have done that in World War II? Strike a balance between the killings? Look at how many German civilians we killed. Look at how many Japanese civilians we killed. Would he have said that? I don't know, but to me it would be the same thing. The moral difference between the allies and the Nazis and the allies and the Japanese was no greater than the moral difference between Israel and Hamas. We live in the age of moral relativism. It's infected almost the entire intellectual class. I saw it when I was at graduate school at Columbia University, and professors generally equated the U .S. and the Soviet Union. It was not a battle, the Cold War in their view, between freedom and tyranny, or between, if you will, light and dark, with all the darkness that exists, obviously, in everyone and in every country. There was an unbridgeable gulf between light and dark between the United States and the Soviet Union, but they would not agree to that. It was a superpower battle or a battle of two economic systems, communism and capitalism, as if they are morally equivalent, let alone just equally effective. Well, there are people who build their society with communism and slaughter tens of millions of their people while doing it, and there's another free society which is infinitely wealthier. I remember that when I wanted to get soda from a soda machine when I was there during the Cold War, and I as know that I speak Russian, and so the machine would say, госированая вода, gas gaseous water, meaning like sparkling water. The machines were quite common in Moscow, I don't know about the rest of the Soviet Union, and there was a plastic cup like you would have in a house there, and everyone who got the sparkling water used that cup. Isn't that fascinating? One cup. I drank from it, you know me, I mean, you know, they reported internationally that I, for fork drops in a restaurant, I will actually use it. I am not, shall we say, a hypochondriac, struck but it me as an example, they didn't have the money to have a paper cup used every time and thrown away. Incidentally, I'll tell you what else moved me. I will acknowledge this, because truth is the number one obligation. Nobody stole the cup. I found that fascinating. Here's this former aide to take in the whole truth, unquote. This is Barack Obama this weekend, seemingly attempting to strike a balance between the killings on both sides. What Hamas did was horrific and there's no justification for it, Mr. Obama said, and what is also true is that the occupation and what's happening to Palestinians is unbearable. Really, what is happening to Palestinians that is unbearable? I'm not talking about the current war in Gaza, which they brought upon themselves just like the Germans did and the Japanese did. Unbearable? Really? Has he or anybody he talked to gone to visit the West Bank? Is life on the West Bank unbearable? Didn't strike me as that way, been there a number of times. All I remember was a lot of cranes building new buildings. And they're obviously having a lot of kids. Generally, having a lot of kids in an unbearable situation tend not to go hand in hand. What is true is that there are people right now who are dying, who have nothing to do with what Hamas did. There were Germans who died who had nothing to do with what Hitler did. That's correct and you blame Hitler for their deaths. You blame Hamas for the death of Palestinians in Gaza. All their money is used to buy rockets and dig tunnels everywhere, including right under hospitals. If there is such a thing as evil, Hamas is it. But after all, if you raise a generation to believe that America is evil, then evil loses its meaning, doesn't it? That is what has happened. Okay. There are no comments. It's interesting they don't have comments on me on this particular story. Dennis Ross is a major figure in Middle Eastern diplomacy. For 35 years, this former U .S. envoy to the Middle East, who has generally been critical of Israel, not anti -Israel, but critical of Israel. For 35 years, I've devoted my professional life to U .S. peacemaking policy and conflict resolution planning. Nothing has preoccupied me like finding a peaceful and lasting solution between Israel and the Palestinians. In the past, I might have favored a ceasefire with Hamas during a conflict with Israel, but today it is clear to me that peace is not going to be possible now or in the future as long as Hamas remains intact and in control of Gaza.

A highlight from Weekly News Block: NYT Finally Gets Inflation? Cost of Living Crushing Gen Z, Trillion-Dollar Budget Deficits, Vanguard Won't Join Spot Bitcoin ETF Race, SBF Guilty of All Charges

"Welcome to the CoinStories news block. I'm Natalie Brunell and in the span of just 10 minutes, roughly the same time it takes to mine a new Bitcoin block, I'll provide you with concise, insightful updates on Bitcoin and the global financial landscape so you're well informed on the week's top stories. Everything you need to know in one place, in one block. Let's go. This week, something caught my eye in a New York Times article. The Times seems to finally recognize what we all know and feel. Prices are still stubbornly high, even though they say inflation is down. The article highlighted how prices skyrocketed since President Biden took office. The price of bacon is up 21%, the price of coffee beans up 33%, and the price of gasoline is up a whopping 73%. Here's a key line in the piece. It reads, quote, Yes, inflation has fallen sharply this year, but most prices have not fallen. Only the rate of increase has. Now this seems simple, but it's critical. A lot of people out there think inflation coming down means prices will return to where they used to be, but that's just not the case. This concept of how the inflation rate has declined but not prices themselves is also crucial to understanding why inflation is often referred to as a hidden tax. So when central bankers say that inflation has come down, what they really mean to say is the rate at which we are devaluing your money is slower than before. It's atypical to see this kind of straight talk coming from the New York Times. You know, they usually publish pieces by folks like Paul Krugman, who just last month gaslit the world yet again by declaring the war on inflation is over. That is, as long as you exclude used cars, food, energy, and shelter. You know, basically everything people need. CPI today is still eating away at our paychecks at a rate of nearly 4 % instead of more than 8 % at this time last year. But either way, our paychecks are losing value, making it harder to afford the things we need, and squeezing our ability to save. This is likely one reason why younger generations are not even thinking about long -term savings anymore. A recent survey from Intuit found that Gen Z is all about soft saving. Soft saving means preferring to spend and live in the moment instead of prioritizing saving for the future. So what was the main reason cited for the new soft saving trend? You guessed it. Inflation. More than half of the respondents said that the high cost of living is a barrier to their long -term financial success, and two -thirds of them said they wouldn't have enough for retirement anyways, so what's the point? Why save? Now this survey shed some light on that underlying sense of hopelessness that younger generations feel today when it comes to their finances. They no longer feel like they can save for their futures, and instead of planning for important milestones like buying a home, starting a family, or retirement, they are instead deciding to spend on experiences, anything to make them feel a little bit better about their lives. I actually talked about this in my most recent episode with Carla and Walker, aka The Crypto Couple. This is precisely why having a money that can't be debased, like Bitcoin, is so important. It can bring hope for a generation that increasingly feels like the rising cost of living is making their financial goals unreachable. In other words, Bitcoin can fix this. As Greg Foss often says, Bitcoin is for the kids. Hopefully these younger generations do get some relief soon, but unfortunately it doesn't seem likely given that the government can't stop spending. A recent Treasury report says the government is looking to borrow another $1 .6 trillion over the next six months alone. They're issuing more debt to spend more money that we don't have. Interesting enough, the Treasury Borrowing and Advisory Committee published a report that recognized some of the risks of continuing to borrow trillions of dollars. It basically lays out the dreaded debt spiral that James Lavish explained in detail in an interview I did with him earlier this year. So to summarize it, the Treasury is flooding the bond market with new supply, which is making interest rates on the bonds rise. The higher the rates, the more we have to pay back, and that's a big problem given the huge mountain of debt that we have. If interest rates keep rising, then that's more money the government has to spend to service the debt, which increases the amount of money they have to borrow even more, which could lead to more inflation, which leads to higher rates, and on and on it goes. Now for now, it seems to be business as usual, but we know it's not sustainable over the long term. To hear the Treasury recognizing these risks shows they are well aware of the debt spiral problem. And the solution? Well, they can either choose to stop spending and risk a financial crisis given the amount of debt in the system, or they can choose to try to print their way out of it. You know I've got my bets on which option they'll go with. If the government continues to print more money, then investors will need to find assets that are scarce and resistant to inflation, like Bitcoin, and a spot ETF Bitcoin approval would make it more accessible than ever before. Many firms like BlackRock, Fidelity, ARK Invest, they're vying to become the first spot Bitcoin ETF to hit the US market, and they all currently are awaiting SEC approval. But one firm that isn't throwing its hat in the ring is Vanguard, the second largest asset management firm in the country. Vanguard CEO Tim Buckley made headlines over the weekend when he said Vanguard won't join the Bitcoin ETF race, saying quote, Vanguard focuses on asset classes with an intrinsic value and capable to generate cash flows like equities and bonds. With all due respect, Mr. Buckley, Bitcoin's intrinsic value is linked to the properties that make it a superior form of money. It's scarcity, portability, divisibility. Yes, it doesn't offer a yield, because just like gold, if someone holds it, it doesn't have any counter party risk. If Vanguard is only in the business of cash flowing assets, then it makes perfect sense for why they wouldn't be interested in offering a spot Bitcoin ETF. All eyes now are on the January 10th deadline when the SEC needs to make a decision on ARK Invest's ETF application. But a lot of people are speculating that the real delay has to do with the legal issues surrounding Grayscale and its parent company DCG. Maybe we'll go into that another week. But there are definitely some out there wondering if BlackRock plans to buy Grayscale and seed its eventual ETF with the more than 600 ,000 Bitcoins in the trust. To be continued. Switching gears now to the courtroom. The verdict is in on Sam Bankman -Fried, and as you probably know by now, he was found guilty on all seven counts. The so -called trial of the century has come to a close. It marks the end of the stunning collapse of FTX, which saw billions of dollars stolen from millions of victims in one of the largest financial frauds in history. For Bitcoiners, the verdict represents a moment of cleansing and the industry maturing as it moves forward on more stable ground. Michael Saylor explained this idea well in a recent Bloomberg interview. I think it's an important milestone in the growth and the maturation of the industry. The crypto industry has been plagued by inexperienced entrepreneurs like Sam, unreliable custodians like FTX, incompetent creditors, a dozen went bankrupt in the last year or two, unscrupulous promoters. And their failure is a necessary rite of passage for an industry that's going to lead to a new, more stable, more scalable ecosystem that will be based on Bitcoin. Public companies like Block, MicroStrategy, Marathon, a dozen Bitcoin miners that are public, institutional money managers like Fidelity and BlackRock, and regulated banks when they eventually become custodians. The offshore crypto exchanges, the stablecoins, the crypto tokens, the DeFi projects, they're going to shrink, fade into background and decouple from mainstream and institutional digital assets marketplace that will be based on Bitcoin. The FTX case highlighted the difference between Bitcoin and crypto. This fraud was only able to grow to the size that it did because SPF could print FTT tokens out of thin air. No one can do that with Bitcoin because no one can control the network or manipulate it. That's what makes it so different. And that's why criminals like SPF don't like it so much. Miller Value Partners portfolio manager Bill Miller IV echoed this sentiment in another interview. Bitcoin is very different from crypto. So crypto was convicted yesterday. Bitcoin is still going very, very strong. The network's as strong as it's ever been. There's more users than there's ever been. So we continue to see very positive trends in Bitcoin, not so much in crypto. Bill isn't wrong either. Bitcoin's hash rate just reached a new all -time high last Saturday. The network's security has never been stronger. As crypto has faltered, Bitcoin has strengthened. For too long, Bitcoin's reputation has been tarnished by scams and frauds littered throughout the broader cryptocurrency industry. US Attorney Damian Williams, the prosecutor in the FTX case, delivered a strong message to the crypto space after the conviction. He said, quote, this case is also a warning to every fraudster who thinks they're untouchable, that their crimes are too complex for us to catch, that they are too powerful to prosecute, or that they are clever enough to talk their way out of it if caught. Those folks should think again and cut it out. And if they don't, I promise we'll have enough handcuffs for all of them. SPF faces a maximum sentence of 115 years behind bars and his sentencing date is set for March 28th. After this verdict, perhaps scammers might think twice before launching their own token or offshore exchange. Who knows? Maybe more of them will choose to work on Bitcoin instead. A girl can dream. Give me holy perseverance, and have pity on me, and have pity on those holy souls that burn in the cleansing fire, and love thee with all their hearts. O Mary, Mother of God, assist them by thy powerful prayers. Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen. Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now, and at the hour of our death. Amen. O most sweet Jesus, through the bloody sweat which thou didst suffer in the garden of Gethsemane, have mercy on these blessed souls. Have mercy on them. Have mercy on them, O Lord. O most sweet Jesus, through the pains which thou didst suffer during thy most cruel scourging, have mercy on them. Have mercy on them, O Lord. O most sweet Jesus, through the pains which thou didst suffer in thy most painful crowning with thorns, have mercy on them. Have mercy on them, O Lord. O most sweet Jesus, through the pains which thou didst suffer in carrying thy cross to Calvary, have mercy on them. Have mercy on them, O Lord. O most sweet Jesus, through the pains which thou didst suffer during thy most cruel crucifixion, have mercy on them. Have mercy on them, O Lord. O most sweet Jesus, through the pains which thou didst suffer in thy most bitter agony on the cross, have mercy on them. Have mercy on them, O Lord. O most sweet Jesus, through the immense pain which thou didst suffer in breathing forth thy blessed soul, have mercy on them. Have mercy on them, O Lord. O sweet Jesus, I humbly offer this intention from the depths of my heart to the holy souls in purgatory. Blessed souls, I have prayed for thee. I entreat thee, who are so dear to God, and who are secure of never losing Him, to pray for me, a miserable sinner, who is in danger of being damned, and of losing God forever. Amen. Amen.

A Spooky Discussion on Demons, Ghosts, And Shadow Spirits

"You know, demons and bad spirits and bad energies, in my experience, have always messed with people when they are at their most vulnerable state. For example, if they're going through depression, if they're doing something that they shouldn't be doing that's even against their own morals or standards and for example, alcohol or drugs does put a human being in a weakened state that a demon or a bad spirit can definitely exploit the person and in doing so, that's why a lot of their relationships and stuff end up getting destroyed because that is the objective of the bad energy, the bad spirit, the demon, whatever you want to call it. So Saylee here just did a house cleansing today. So tell our listeners and us more about your understanding of demons and bad spirits. Yeah, so I call them like dark energies. I believe they do exist. So just like we can put our positive energy and willpower and manifest something positive. So it's why can't somebody just put it in the opposite direction and manifest that right? Like when people talk about that magic and stuff. So it does exist. But I tell people not to really worry about it because you can always do something about it and you have light within you as well. And darkness cannot coexist with light anyways. So as long as you believe that you have that strong light that doesn't affect then in my space clearing projects I see usually people start seeing like shadows somewhere or even when while they're sleeping that that is also one of vulnerable times. Yeah, because you're asleep, you're not aware. And then that that is when they're come especially if you have mirrors in your bedrooms, then that is like a mirror is like a portal to the side. other So yeah, so I see that. So when people are sleeping, that is when they feel somebody touching them. Yeah, I personally have felt something while I was sleeping as well. During the daytime, I pretty much I guard myself very well. But in the sleep sometimes I feel right. I actually know families that so many family members stay up all night while the rest of the families are sleeping so that everyone is kind of safe. So there's always someone awake, watching what's happening. And I've definitely had some experiences during my sleep as well, where I would feel someone getting into the bed with me. And I thought it was my husband and then I would turn and that happened many times. Yeah. And then I turn around and there's no one there. I would really literally hear the footsteps happening. And you know, when you feel somebody coming into the bed to the point that I was even awake. Yeah. And then I turn around. Okay, nobody there. Okay, so and I would even see shadow spirits in the night. One time I was sleeping in bed and my leg was kind of hanging over the bed kind of over the end. And then pow, a spirit slapped my foot. Yeah. A lot of people feel heaviness in their chest, like somebody's pressing on their chest while they're sleeping. I have heard that a lot. Yeah. Mostly when there are demons around or like bad spirits, then they're gonna make you like put a person through like a paralysis that feels like a tremendous fear. And people think that they're so scared that they can't move. But that's happening because this is like a power that they're taking advantage of us and making us feel that way. Yeah. And when something like that happened to me once in my life, many years ago, I was only like 17 when it happened. When I started getting upset, because I was being taunted by this demonic spirit. And my anger of it taunting me made me kind of snap out of it. And I was able to break free from that paralysis and actually started rebuking that demon at the time. And it worked. And then suddenly, you know, it just disappeared. But yes, I've had many experiences, especially with the clients that I work with that definitely feel like a negative energy or a dark spirit. And what happens is, is that I'll go through like this whole cleansing with them and place a barrier of protection around them, depending on what type of spirit it is, because there are different kinds. There are shadow spirits, there are peaceful ghosts, there are angry ghosts, there are hungry ghosts, and then there are demons that never had a human form. And the demons that never had a human form are actually fallen angels. These are what we know to be demonic. They've been banished from the heavens. In the book of Enoch, which is biblical, God punished these angels for having sex with women and bearing children that were actually giants. And right after that was Noah's Ark. And that's why it all got destroyed.

"Scripture puts it in all the things of life. We've seen belief as we've been working through John's gospel. We saw it from the very first chapters. As John the Baptist points out Jesus, behold the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world. Andrew heard him, runs to find his brother Peter. We have found the Messiah. These are statements of belief. Nathaniel, even in that first chapter, you are the Son of God. Mary in the second chapter, do whatever he tells you. The Samaritans, this is the savior of the world. And even in the previous chapter, chapter nine, this man born blind comes to the conclusion, Lord, I believe. So we've seen belief, but we've also seen unbelief. Nicodemus in chapter three, how can these things be? At least in the first conversation Jesus had with Nicodemus. The Judeans, they pick up stones to throw at him. The Galileans want to take him by force and make him their own king. Would -be disciples in chapter six turn back and walk with him no more. And the Pharisees say he is a sinner. He has a demon. He's insane. These are all statements of unbelief. And it's this unbelieving response is that we're gonna see in our text today. And John shows these things to us that we might not only recognize unbelief when we see it, but we might recoil from it in every way. But also, we who've been called into fellowship with Christ Jesus, we're his witnesses in the world. And grappling with the reality of unbelief really is given to us in the scripture so that our perspectives, our priorities, our motivation, and our methods for gospel witnessing might be shaped by what we see and hear in this portion of scripture. In this passage, we're shown the unbelief of those who are not Christ's sheep. So I'll just call them the unsheep. Jesus continually refers to the sheep. Well, there's the sheep, and there's the unsheep as well. Not only are we shown their unbelief, but we're actually given here the fundamental reason for their unbelief. This puts things in perspective. So let's consider the text. Beginning in verse 19, follow along as I read verses 19 to 26, I'm reading out of the English Standard Version. There was, again, a division among the Jews because of these words. Many of them said, he has a demon and is insane. Why listen to him? Others said, these are not the words of one who's oppressed by a demon. Can a demon open the eyes of the blind? At that time, the Feast of Dedication took place in Jerusalem. It was winter, and Jesus was walking in the temple in the Colonnade of Solomon. So the Jews gathered around him and said to him, how long will you keep us in suspense? If you are the Christ, tell us plainly. Jesus answered them, I told you. And you do not believe. The works that I do in my Father's name bear witness about me, but you do not believe because you are not among my sheep. The first thing we see here that the unsheep in this world are divided, really divided among themselves. They don't agree about Jesus. This division here, the parties in this division that we see in verses 19 to 21, it's not Jesus' disciples and the rest of the Jews in Jerusalem. Now this division is among the Jews, as John puts it here. Among those who did not believe in him. They can't figure him out. And the reason for the division among the unsheep is stated by John there at the end of verse 19. It's because of these words. Particularly the words Jesus spoke in the first 18 verses of chapter 10, where he plainly states his unique status as God's shepherd of all men who's been sent into the world. There never seemed to be any real division among the Jews over Jesus' miracles. Whether it was healing a person or casting out demons or multiplying bread on a hillside. Now the division always came when he started talking. It was over his words. This is nothing new. We've seen this before in John's gospel in chapter seven, verse 43. John records, so there was a division among the people over him. In chapter nine, verse 16, and there was a division among the Pharisees over him. And then we see it again here in verse 19. What's the division? Well there's two positions about Jesus that are put forward here in verses 20 and 21. The first position is that Jesus is demonized. That's literally how it reads in the Greek text. It says in most translations he has a demon, but what they mean is he's being controlled by a demon. And thus, not a second thing, but just an explanation of the first. He's insane. He's lost his mind. He's not in control of his own faculties. A demon is controlling him. They had to have some explanation outside of the natural realm for the miraculous works that he did. They could not ignore his miracles, such as healing this man born blind in chapter nine. And since they rejected his own explanation, that he has come from God, he is God himself, they had to come up with some other plausible explanation. He is being demonized and thus is insane. Kind of like the guy who had a legion of demons across the Sea of Galilee and Jesus went in a boat and he came out, he lived in the tombs, he gashed himself with rocks all the time. He was insane, literally. And they're saying, well, that's what Jesus is like. It's not a very novel explanation, at least at this point in John's gospel, towards the end of Jesus' three -year ministry. Even at the very beginning of his ministry, this explanation was being offered up in Matthew seven, in Matthew eight, in Matthew nine, in Matthew 12. Jesus has a demon or does his works by the power of the prince of demons was put forward, it seems, first by the Pharisees and then it just begins to be repeated by the people. So that by this time, late in Jesus' ministry, it was the opinion, notice in verse 20, of many of them. This was the majority opinion about Jesus, at least in this crowd. But it wasn't the only opinion. They were divided on this issue because verse 21 says, no, he's not demonized. There's no evidence for that. He's not gashing himself, he's not out of his mind. Both his works and his words, they don't give any evidence of any one that we've ever seen that's been oppressed by a demon. And yet, again, notice the text. This was the minority. It was just others who were saying this. Now, these two refused to respond to his claims to be God's authorized shepherd sent from heaven. And thus the best they can say about him is, hey, this guy doesn't have a demon. Now, frankly, that's not much of a compliment. I mean, nobody puts that on their LinkedIn page or their Twitter account, you know, does not have a demon. And they're not for him. They're just not against him in such a hostile way as these who make up claims about him. So this historical detail of this division in the crowd, it actually illustrates something that the scripture states plainly elsewhere. That is the plain reality that most will reject Jesus. Jesus himself said, broad is the way that leads to destruction, and many are on that path. But also, many of those will, in fact, be actively hostile to Jesus. Not everyone, but many will. That's how it was for Jesus. How historically it was for Jesus's own 12 disciples and Jesus says that's how it always will be. And yet, I need to point out, it wasn't that way at the beginning of Jesus's ministry, when people hadn't heard very much from him. They had only seen the things he was doing, but they hadn't heard him say who he was. They hadn't heard him yet say who they were in their natural state, and they hadn't heard him say what they must do if they are to be saved. Remember back in chapter two, when he audaciously cleansed the temple for the first time, many, John records at that time, were very intrigued, even seemed to believe in him, and began to gravitate toward him with much fervor. But what happened as his ministry continues? As they heard him speak more and more about who he was and who they were and what they must do to be reconciled with God through him, well, by John 10 and 11, the tides turned and many now are hostile against him. Here's something I think we need to consider as we think of ourselves in this world as his witnesses, who essentially are to be repeating the things he said about himself to the world around us. If we find in our day and age that most people we encounter are just kind of ambivalent towards Jesus, they don't believe in him, but they're not hostile, maybe it's because they have not been confronted with his true person, who he really is, and who he says they really are, and what they must do in order to be right with God. Maybe they haven't heard it. And so they're just ambivalent, dismissive, but not hostile towards Jesus. I think we need to grapple with what Paul says to Timothy in 2 Timothy chapter two, or chapter three, verse 12, all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will be persecuted, will be.

Kash Patel: 'Ethnic Cleansing' Is a Myth Pushed by Media, Elites

"I'm always like I've never been so clear. This absolutely is a war for civilized man against the savage. Again, it's a fair debate about what the U .S. policy role should be. I get that. I'm just talking about what's happening. They have declared us their enemy, the infidel. That's just a fact. They've already done their damage here. They'll do it all over the place. But there's a lot of myths out there. You know, and I'm really getting tired of the ethnic cleansing genocide myth being gated by morons like AOC who acknowledge she knows nothing about the region. There is the Arabs in East. the Middle There are Arabs that serve in the mess it on the Supreme Court. They don't have those freedoms in the Arab world. So when you're talking about ethnic cleansing, how? By having freedom and liberty for Arabs in your how they're talking about. No, you're absolutely right. And it just shows the hypocrisy of the way it did. This doesn't happen overnight. This was a degradation by the mainstream media and the government gangsters in the political elite class coming together to, quote unquote, get Trump in the last decade, getting Trump in the next two years, getting Trump. And what they have is BLM with celebrations the Palestine Liberation Organization in New York City. You have the Harvard University president coming out and saying, oh, we should be ticked off at Israel for daring to defend themselves against a foreign terrorist organization. And when you have that radical agenda permeate through not just the media, but our educational institutions and government elitism, then the one thing you have is a universal failure of those people who are standing on the wall guarding against this defense protecting our nation. And if you don't think that this is happening around the world, look at what Iran did collectively because Joe Biden gave up Bagram. We have nobody looking at Iran's right because we gave up our only command and control node against terrorists that have been growing and partnering with Iran, Hezbollah and Hamas. And this is just another example of the politicization and Joe Biden's disastrous policies

"Well, good morning. I'm David, and welcome to another live broadcast here from England. And again, we're here to consider things concerning the Bible, considering the Lord Jesus Christ, considering the Gospel of Christ, and by God's grace, we'll be encouraged. Now, this is only meant to be a short Bible study this morning, but I say this morning, but some of you are on the other side of the world, so it's the evening for you. The Lord bless you, and thank you for being with us merrily. Welcome. I think it's 3 a .m. where you are, but you're very, very welcome, and I'm glad to see that you are with us here. So, I'm going to read just four verses from Romans chapter 10 in the Bible, which is the Word of God. Paul the Apostle says in Romans chapter 10, Father, I pray that you bless this Bible study. I pray that we would start by remembering the Lord Jesus Christ, remembering our Savior, remembering his death, remembering that he is the sacrifice that was made for our sins, that he gave himself, that he loved us with everlasting love, that his mercy was revealed to us on the cross. Your mercy, Father, as you sent and gave your Son. And Father, we ask that you would help us to in all things acknowledge him and to live for his glory and to love him and desire his honor, Lord. But we ask also for the forgiveness of our sins, because we recognize that we have sinned against you in so many different ways, Father, that we are guilty and that we need that cleansing that comes from his precious blood. So, thank you that if we know Jesus Christ, we are saved. And thank you that his blood is the remedy for all of our sins. And thank you, Father, for so great a salvation as to be found in him. And therefore, we ask and we commend this time to you now, Father, in Jesus' precious and holy name. Amen.

A highlight from Zechariah Evangelism

"Good morning. Our third Sunday sermon series through Zechariah is coming to a close here. I'm not sure if we'll have another message after this one. Usually, after I get to the end of a book, we'll go back and do a review message, which was last month, and then a message relating, whatever the book was, to evangelism. So that's today. Zechariah evangelism. And so let's pray that God will bless us today. Lord God, we thank you that all of your Word is an evangelistic tool, for faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. And we know that we see scriptures that we can identify better as evangelistic, but we know that all of your Word is truth, and truth convicts of sin, and conviction of sin then can lead to repentance. And so we pray, Lord, that you would make us wise evangelists. And so help us in that today. We ask it for Jesus' sake. Amen. The book of Zechariah is a revelation or a revealing of Jesus the Messiah. As such, it is a good resource for evangelism. Today we utilize Zechariah for evangelism in the form of a letter to an unbelieving friend. So I hadn't done this before, so it may seem a little bit strange. It's going to seem a little strange to me. But I have always found that evangelism encourages the saints to say, well, I don't need to come to faith in Christ, but I love hearing, well, it's kind of like the hymn, isn't it? I love to tell the story. I love to hear the story of unseen things above. And so if it just falls flat, then I know you all will still love me. And you'll just say, don't do that again. That was silly. Just send your letter to your friend and preach us a regular message, OK, if it doesn't work out. But I think it's going to encourage you. OK. Kids speak. Kids, what book are we looking at today? Zechariah. What are we going to do with Zechariah today? We're going to use it to write a letter to a friend telling them how important it is to trust Jesus. So I sent you an email with this without anything but the letter. So if you actually wanted to use it and instead of friend put somebody's name, you could do that. Dear friend, would you allow me to share some observations about a certain book in the Bible? I have found this book particularly beneficial, and I believe you may benefit from its content as well. It's the book of Zechariah, the second to the last book in our English Old Testament. God showed Zechariah some strange things, and probably many today would think he wasn't quite in his right mind when he saw them. But all his visions had their basis in what Moses and the preceding prophets had been shown. First, though, a little historical setting for the book. It was written when the Jews came back from captivity in Babylon. God had allowed his own people to be defeated by Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon. That was because they had done just about everything he had told them not to do and had stopped doing the things they were supposed to do. As Zechariah reminded his audience, the Lord of Heaven's assembly said, exercise true judgment and show brotherhood and compassion to each other. You must not oppress the widow, the orphan, the resident foreigner, or the poor, nor should anyone secretly plot evil against his fellow citizen. But they refused to pay attention, turning away stubbornly and stopping their ears so they could not hear. Indeed, they made their hearts as hard as diamond so that they could not obey the Torah and the other words the Lord of Heaven's assembly had sent by his spirit through the former prophets. Therefore, the Lord of Heaven's assembly has poured out to great wrath. You can see that God had given them very sensible directions for treating each other right. Who would not agree that these rules were fair and just? Yet they had turned a deaf ear mistreating one another. And even though we agree that compassion and helping the disadvantaged are right, would it take much digging to where we too have turned a deaf ear to divine instructions? Kids speak. Kids, God gives us the rules for how to treat each other right. But have we broken those rules? Yeah. Do we need God to forgive us? Zechariah had opened his message with a similar reminder. He didn't place the responsibility in the past. Rather, he laid the impetus to respond on his own generation. Therefore, say to the people, the Lord of Heaven's assembly says, turn to me, says the Lord of Heaven's armies, and I will turn to you, says the Lord of Heaven's armies. Do not be like your ancestors, to whom the former prophets called out, saying, this is what the Lord of Heaven's assembly has said, turn now from your evil wickedness. But they would by no means obey me, says the Lord. God told the people to turn to him, even though it appeared that they had already started obeying God again, since they had made the dangerous journey from Babylon to rebuild a burned -down Jerusalem, the walls of which had been completely leveled, exposing them to dangerous enemies. But God saw that their hearts were still not turned to him. Even though they were facing many difficult and discouraging circumstances, God knew that no obstacle could be greater than having their attention divided from him. Kid Speed, if we obey some things, God says, does that mean we obey everything he says? No. All of us probably could say we obey some things. He told them if they turned to him, he would turn to them. Well, that's certainly a square deal. Before God gave them into Babylon's hands, he had spent generations trying to turn them from their misdeeds. Now he was patiently starting over with them again. And how did they respond? Zechariah 1 .6, and they turned and said, the Lord of Heaven's assembly planned to do with us according to our ways, yes, according to our deeds, so he has dealt with us. God told them to turn, and they turned. Zechariah's audience responded favorably to his message of repentance, at least at first. They took responsibility for their waywardness, and they accepted God's gracious invitation to fellowship, that he would turn to them as well. Now they were ready to hear how God would bring them a final deliverance from all danger. It would come through a single man. Kids speak. Kids, the people Zechariah was talking to knew that they hadn't done what God said, so they turned back to him. Is that what we should do, too? Come on, nod your head with me. They were rebuilding Solomon's temple, but Zechariah had a message of another temple that would have to be built if they were going to be finally saved, Zechariah 6 .12. This is what the Lord of Heaven's assembly says, here is the man whose name is the sprig. He will branch out from where he is and will rebuild the temple of the Lord. They were rebuilding the temple, so it must have been a surprise to hear about someone else who needed to come and build another new one. Ezra and Zerubbabel were leading the present rebuilding effort. Who was this other man in such a strange name, the sprig? But Zechariah and his colleagues had already been told about the sprig. They had already been told that the sprig had something to do with the priesthood. God had spoken to their own high priest, Joshua, not the Joshua of the book of Joshua, Zechariah 3 .8. Listen, high priest Joshua, you and those companions of yours who sit with you, for these men are a sign that I am presenting my servant the sprig. The very fact that God's people needed a new high priest every time the last one died showed that a final permanent priest was needed. The fact that they had a day of atonement every year showed that their sins were not being removed permanently. They needed a once for all payment for sin. That was apparently going to be the work of the sprig. And why call the sprig? Simply because he would start fresh. He wouldn't build onto the existing structure of the Levitical priesthood, and that is exactly what has come about. Jesus came from the tribe of Judah, not Levi. Yet he acted as a priest, offering himself as a sacrifice for sins. Kids, one of the names for Jesus in Zechariah is sprig. What's a sprig? Well, it's a plant when it first starts growing. Why was Jesus called sprig? Because he had to do everything over right from the start. We had messed everything up, so he had to start all over like a little sprig. God then immediately added a new name to Christ the sprig, calling him a stone. For he grew from his small beginning to become the sacrifice for sin, both permanent and solid qualities a stone represents. Zechariah 3 .9. Look, the stone that I put in place in Joshua's presence, on that one stone are seven eyes. And look, I will do the engraving myself, declares the Lord of Heaven's assembly. And I will remove the perversity of that land in a single day. There's one of the strange symbols of Zechariah, a stone with seven eyes. Of course, it's figurative. The mental image of a seven -eyed stone probably confuses us at first, but the stone is made less mysterious in light of the engraving, an engraved stone. The eyes most simply symbolize sight. Really the most elusive aspect of the image is the seven. That one takes a little bit of biblical familiarity. We find by induction, looking at places where seven occurs, that seven connotes completeness. So seven eyes indicate complete sight. The stone then is a figurative way to tell us that the Messiah would be omniscient. To see everything is to know everything. In other words, the Messiah would be God. Kids speak. Kids, another name for Jesus in Zechariah is the stone. Why is he a stone? Because he stays the same, like a rock, when he says he will save us. That word is as firm as a rock. Well, what about the engraving on the stone? Well, in light of the prompt removal of the land's perversity, the engraving is most likely the engraving of the land's perversity into the stone. It's an engraving God does himself. And isn't this what God the Father did when Jesus was on the cross, engrave his people's sins into him? Kids speak. Zechariah calls Jesus a rock that God carves on. Well, what did God carve into Jesus? Our sins. When our sins were carved into Jesus, did that take the sins away from us? Yep, carved onto him. That's how it works. This sprig who became the stone was God's way of explaining to Joshua the high priest what had just happened to him. So rewind to the beginning of the chapter, Zechariah 3, 1 through 4, and he showed me Joshua the high priest standing before the messenger of the Lord, and Satan was standing on his right to accuse him. But the Lord said to Satan, the Lord rebukes you, oh Satan, the Lord who has chosen Jerusalem rebukes you. Is this not a stick snatched from the fire? And Joshua was clothed in filthy garments and was standing before the messenger. And he answered and said to the one standing before him, saying, remove the filthy garments from him. And he said to him, see, I have taken away your guilt from you and will clothe you with rich garments. The high priest, the man in Israel who presided over the sacrifices for removing sin, he himself stood unclean before God. Satan was there accusing him. But God did not argue the basic fact of Joshua's defilement. No, in fact, God's rebuke of Satan got right to the matter of Joshua's deficiency. He called Joshua a stick snatched from the fire. Joshua was like a stick that was going to burn, but God had pulled him out of the fire. Kids, God said that Joshua the high priest was like a stick that was about to burn, but God pulled it out of the fire. Is that what God does when Jesus saves us? Pulls us out of hell? Yeah. We were headed right for hell. So, wow, we should really thank Jesus, shouldn't we? Ah, dear friend, I can tell you that describes me as well. I was a stick ready to burn, already as good as it ignited. Yes, that has me listening to God's words as closely as I'm sure Joshua was. Remove his filthy garments. Men on earth couldn't see the dirty clothing, but there in heaven we see the reality. Joshua already believed that he needed spiritual cleansing, otherwise he would not have made the annual sacrifice on the Day of Atonement for his own sins. But now he got to see how his defilement looked in God's presence. Satan didn't even have to lie, though he's good at it. A defiled Joshua was his exhibit A, and he needed no further proof. Friend, if the highest religious official amongst God's people was tarnished by sin, everyone else on earth was as well. The high priest needed the engraved stone to be engraved with his own sins. That's why God showed Joshua that vision, so that Israel's high priest could model for the nation their need to hope in God's final high priest. I have that same hope. I have trusted in Jesus of Nazareth as the sacrifice that covers my sin, dear friend. Kids, if Satan came before God and said, look at Pastor Cain, he's a dirty sinner, how can he be a Christian? What would God say? He would say, but I cleaned Pastor Cain up by what Jesus did on the cross. You can say the same thing for you, right? You may have noticed that I am referring to Jesus as both the high priest and the sacrifice. That is correct. He is both. If our sins were engraved into him, that makes him the sacrifice. But he was the one who offered himself up to be sacrificed. He is also the priest. In fact, Jesus fulfilled virtually every aspect of the temple, the furniture, its procedures, and the priests processing them. He puts the fill in fulfillment. I have been to your ear a long time. Thank you for your patience. I will bring this to an end. Zechariah 12, 10. And I will pour upon the house of David and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem the spirit of grace and of prayer, then they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn over him. Jesus was a Jew, and he came to his countrymen first. They passed him by. But one day God promises that they will recognize him. Zechariah 13, 1. On that day, a well will be opened for the house of David and for the inhabitants of Jerusalem to cleanse them from sin and from impurity. And they will recognize their Messiah. They will recognize what he did for them. Kids speak. Another thing Zechariah says Jesus is like is a well. Why is that? Well, because you can wash with water from a well just like you can have your sins washed away by Jesus' blood. Until then, that same well is open to all men. Zechariah 2, 11. Many nations will join themselves to the Lord on the day of salvation, and they will also be my people. And here we are. Christ's saving message reaches more and more people groups year by year. But the end gathering will not last indefinitely. Christ will return to finalize his work on earth. Zechariah 14, 4. On that day, his feet will stand on the Mount of Olives. That was the location from which he left the earth in the sight of his apostles ascending into heaven. That is where he has an appointment to return. Kids, where is Jesus right now? Heaven. Will he always stay there? No. He's coming back here to be king of everybody in the world. Oh, that'll be a great day, won't it? Dear friend, there is a sacrifice that washes away our sins and renews us. Do we need cleansing and new life? Zechariah, like the rest of scriptures, tells us that if we have dishonored God and broken his commandments, we need Jesus' purifying sacrifice. I pray to God that you will join me as one who confesses Christ as Lord and Savior. For the walking wounded, as 1 Thessalonians 5, 14 says, uphold the strengthless. It's easy to forget that when we first came to God, we were complete spiritual invalids. I think most of us continue to think, hmm, I don't think I've changed much since then, but we're supposed to mature. All scripture is profitable for teaching, for conviction. The gospel is good news. May fear not cause me to hesitate in telling it as though it were basically bad news. It does contain bad news, but the gospel is basically good news. If you just tell good news without contexting it with the bad news, unless the person already gives you that and says, oh, I'm a defiled sinner. What can I do? Well, of course, you can just march right into, here's the means of cleansing. But if not, you need to let them know that, yes, we are sinners headed for hell. But the gospel is basically good news, which is how we should present it. All scripture is profitable for correction. I will remember that the good news is what properly contexts the bad news of our sinfulness, our enmity with God, and our coming judgment. God justly put all these aside in the cross. And all scripture is profitable for teaching, conviction, correction, for schooling in righteousness. Nothing wrong with asking God to just drop witnessing opportunities into our lap rather than worrying about segues. How do I get from a regular conversation into a gospel conversation? And, of course, we want to be able to do segues, too. But in the meantime, it's a good thing to ask every day who knows who I'll meet today. Maybe the door will just swing wide open, and I need to be ready to walk in. Wrap up, Colossians 4, 5, and 6. You can see it on the left side there. Walk in wisdom toward those on the outside, redeeming the time. Let your speech be always with grace, having been seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one. And then breaking it down phrase by phrase, walk in wisdom toward those on the outside. God give me a special wisdom like a person on a mission. Redeeming the time, God give me sufficient urgency. Let your speech be always with grace. God give me words that make good transitions to the gospel. Having been seasoned with salt, God give me a bright countenance and inviting words that you may know how you ought to answer each one. God give me increasing sensitivity to see particular burdens in the lives of others that I may point them to the burden -bearer. Amen. Let's pray. Lord God, thank you for your words. We pray, Lord, that you will grant a day of revival when the subject of God and of being right with God is simply part of the national conversation. And we know that you have done this before in days of revival, that people simply become curious again. And you pique their curiosity and we can simply walk right into witnessing situations. But until then, Lord, we pray that we would remember Colossians 4, 5, and 6, that we would walk in wisdom towards them, that we would seek out opportunities, that we would always have gracious speech, and that we would season it with salt and make it attractive. And that you might help us better and better to recognize needs in people's lives that will present the gospel's introduction. Lord, bless these, your people, all your people here on earth, worshiping you today. In Jesus' name, amen.

"Hey everyone, welcome to episode 400 of She Podcasts. I am your co -host, Jessica Kupferman with me as always, the pink and perfect, Elsie Escobar. Pink and perfect. You look pink and perfect today. Pink cheeks, pink eyes, pink lips. I love pink. It's so cute. You look very cute today. Thank you. I thought about today trying to grab all the different ways that I've introduced you, but it thought it would take too long. It would take too long. Like if I could just queue up 400 different, like... You did not start doing this though from the beginning. No, no. But what I'm saying is I thought about it. Oh yes, this is true. I only thought about it. This is the kind of stuff where we can get like an AI to quickly do it, where you could just be like, Hey, little robot, download all of the past episodes of She Podcasts and clip out this. Cheryl. That would be amazing. Hi Cheryl. How are you? Thank you, Cheryl. You're so sweet. Thanks for showing up. Thank you. Thank you. Yay. I'm just going to make a disclaimer right now. My stomach is probably going to be making like loud crazy noises. Yes, I am hungry, but also there's other stuff happening because I have to go get a colonoscopy tomorrow. And today is my no eating day. You're recording during prep? Yes. Oh. Well, I haven't taken the thing yet. I haven't taken the whatever's going to make me poop yet. I haven't taken that part, but I'm not supposed to eat today. I'm only supposed to drink stuff. So I'm just saying that my belly is actually might make the biggest noises you've ever heard. Oh. Okay. Yeah. Okay. Oh, I closed it out. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, please. Oh no. I think I got it back. Okay. Oh God. Please do not let me have closed it out. Okay. I know. Well, this is one of the reasons, Jess, it's like why I also, I think that I was making sure, because I do in the same way that I'm sure you do things. You, we get on the computer and there are some compulsive things that we do that we don't even think about. Like I empty out my trash all the time. It started over. I want to die. This is terrible, really terrible. I've been trying. Okay. Yeah. Now you've got me on a mission that I don't need to be on. Yeah. Prep day is the worst. She's doing prep, colonoscopy prep. What is more terrible than that? I can't think of very much like just day to day stuff. This is the first time. Yeah. Yeah. No, no, no. This is the first time that I've done it. I can't say it's a great day. I also, I am not okay with, listen, I've done detoxes. I've done like liquid diets in the past through my life. But the thing is those things are, I've prepped my mind to it. I'm, I'm doing it for another reason. I'm, you know, it's sort of like detox. I'm cleansing. Yeah. There's like a different vibe to it versus somebody telling me you can only drink today. And then for some reason that feels very constricting.

A highlight from Preaching in the Valley of the Drum

"Well, standing in my usual place and about 50 hours down there's a group of people with a loud amplifier who are doing karaoke in the town centre. Of course, I'm not going to interfere with that in any sense, but it could make it harder for people to hear the gospel or they might prefer karaoke to the truth. But I commit this to the Lord and the Lord, and it's a good time to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ. Father, I pray that you have mercy upon this town of Kidderminster. I pray, Father, that conviction of sin would come upon the people. I pray that a hunger for God would come upon the people. I pray that they would gather together to hear the word of God, that this world and its sidelines, its attractions, its music, its karaoke, its songs would mean nothing to them, Lord. That they would have a concern for their souls, that they would be awakened to their lostness, their ruin, their damnation. I pray, Father, that you would use the preaching today for your glory, and I pray, Lord, that you would have mercy upon those who are perishing in their sins. Lord, I pray that they would be awakened. I pray that they would find Jesus Christ. I pray that they would find mercy. I pray that they would seek Him with all their hearts and repent of their sins and believe on Him to the saving of their souls. And Father, I come in weakness, and I can't do this work except by your help and by your Holy Spirit's going on, and ask that your name would be glorified, that your grace would be magnified, and that your gospel would be faithfully, fully, and powerfully preached in the power of the Holy Spirit. And I ask for forgiveness of my own sins. I trust in Jesus Christ alone. I love the Lord Jesus Christ. I thank you, Father, for sending your Son into the world to be my Savior from sin. I pray that His name would be glorified now. Amen. Well, good morning. I pray that you would come crucified and to declare that there is salvation in no other name, under heaven, given amongst men, whereby we must be saved. Jesus is the Savior of the world. The Lord Jesus came into the world to seek and to save that which was lost, and that was sinners like you and I. We cannot save ourselves. We cannot deliver ourselves. We cannot by any means cleanse ourselves from sin or redeem our own souls We need a Savior, and Jesus Christ is that Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. And He is the Savior of all those who put their trust in Him, the Lord Jesus, who came into the world and died in the place of sinners, loving sinners. The Lord Jesus Christ gave Himself for sinners, and the Bible tells us, for God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believeth on Him should not perish but have everlasting life. If you believe on the Lord Jesus, you're saved from your sin and you have everlasting life. If you do not know Jesus Christ, your sins remain upon you. You are lost and damned and ruined and under the wrath of God. Repent of your sins and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. Turn from your sins. Seek Him with all your heart. He is not dead. He is risen. Jesus Christ is raised from the dead by the power of Almighty God, and He is seated at the right hand of the throne of God on the throne of heaven, and He will save you from your sin and deliver you from the wrath to come if only you come to Him. Now if you will not come to Jesus Christ, you cannot be saved. You cannot be saved. If you will not come to Jesus Christ, you cannot escape the fires of hell. If you will not come to Jesus Christ, then the wrath of God abides upon you, and on the day of His wrath you will be charged with your sins. God knows your heart. He knows everything about you. He knows your sins. He knows your corruptions. He knows your wickedness. And incidentally I should add, in a day when many people are becoming addicted to vapes, He knows your heart where you do not care about addicting people to something which is harmful to them. I say that because a man who owns a vape store opposite was listening. And vapes harm people. They've replaced smoking but they harm people. And they're addictive. Jesus Christ is that Saviour of the world who will save you from your sins, deliver you from the wrath to come, and give you everlasting life. This world will very soon end. Very soon. All the signs are that very soon the clouds of heaven in all that glory and all that majesty that belongs to God alone. God alone is the Saviour of the world and He is the Saviour of all those who put their trust in Jesus Christ. So if Jesus were to return on the clouds of heaven today and you do not know Him, you would be cast into hell for eternity. That is the plain teaching of the Bible. That's what the Lord Jesus Christ Himself taught us. Hell is a real place, a terrible place of terrifying fiery torment for eternity. Yes, that's right, yes. Well if you listen, if your swear words are foul, why should God allow somebody that swears like you into his heaven? God will never let a swearer like you into his heaven. You must repent and all the love of God is revealed in Jesus Christ. All the love of God is revealed in Jesus Christ. I didn't know children were allowed to buy vapes. I didn't know children were allowed to buy vapes, but there we are. Two very small children went into the vape shop. Am I okay? I'm fine. I'm preaching the gospel. What was that boy saying to me then? That's what he said. I'm not going to repeat it because it's foul. I'm not going to repeat that. Was it a bad thing? Oh yes, very bad things. People hate the gospel. They hate Jesus Christ, but if you find Jesus Christ, he is the savior of the world and he will save you. It doesn't matter what he said to me. He didn't like what I was saying and I'm talking about Jesus saving us from our sins. Okay, so say one thing in here. Okay, Jesus said, okay Jesus said unto them, this is in John's gospel in chapter two, he said, destroy this temple and in three days I will raise it up. Now there was this huge temple like a great cathedral in Jerusalem and the Jews thought that Jesus was talking about destroying that temple, but actually he was talking about them crucifying him and nailing him to the cross. Yes, of course. Okay, so I believe in God, but Jesus Christ is God, so we must go further and we must believe in Jesus Christ and if we believe in Jesus Christ, then we've found God. Now that there is one God, but there are three persons within the Godhead, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. You won't find that in Islam. Jesus is God the Son and God's love was so great towards us that he sent his son Jesus Christ into the world to die on that cross, to be the savior of the world. Now I've got some gospels here, I wonder if you'd like a gospel to read. Sorry, my foot's stuck in there. I wonder if you'd like a gospel to read. Yes, of course. You can keep it. Yes, yes, of course. I give these out to people. So you can share that and that will tell you more about the Lord Jesus and what he did. Thank you very much. The Lord bless you. God bless you. So you'll hear the drums and as they started, those two girls were distracted from the preaching, but I was able to give them the gospel. Father, I pray for those two girls and for the man who swore and I pray, Father, that they would find mercy and I pray that they would find the salvation which comes from Almighty God. And Father, I pray that you would silence the drums because the drums are silencing the word of God. And I pray, Lord, that because you are the Lord of heaven and earth, that you would silence the drums, maybe by the batteries running out or maybe by heavy rain or something, Lord. But I just pray, Father, that you would work and that you would, Father, that this is your word. I pray that you would ensure that it goes forth to the glory and honour of the Lord Jesus Christ. For people are distracted by drums just as they were distracted in the valley of the Son of Him and when they were offering their children to sacrifices, to idols. So I pray, Father, that you would deliver us from the drums and I pray, Father, that the gospel will be faithfully preached because my voice isn't strong enough and my frame isn't strong enough to compete with the drums, Lord. And people are drawn aside. Lord, again, have mercy on those girls and that man. In Jesus' name I ask and pray. Amen.

A highlight from Obeying God rather than Men

"Get 29 through 32, and then I'll pray and forgive you for the materiality. Let's read the text, Acts chapter 5, 29 through 32. Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, we ought to obey God rather than men. Verse 30, the God of our fathers raised up Jesus whom he slew and hanged on a tree. Him as God exalted with his right hand to be a prince and a savior, for to give for to give repentance to Israel and forgiveness of sins, and we are witnesses of these things. And so is also the Holy Ghost whom God has given to them that obey him. So let's pray, Father in heaven, all holy gods, we come before you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that we know his blood cleanses us from all of our sin, his righteousness is our righteousness, and we come, Father, pleading Christ, and pray that you would give us understandings in your word today. May it bring light, may you work these things in our hearts for your glory and honor. We pray in Jesus' name. Amen. Jim, we can hear your phone from here. So, you see here that Peter says that we are witnesses of these things in verse 32, and really that's what a Christian is. Right? A Christian is a witness. In Acts chapter 1 and verse 8, the Lord Jesus says, when the Holy Spirit comes, what will happen? You will be witnesses of me in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and other most parts of the world. So we are witnesses. That's really what it means to evangelize, is that we are witnessing, or we are telling people what happened to us, right? Like someone's standing on the stand, someone's sitting at the stand in a courtroom, and they're being asked, what happened? Right? This is what evangelism is. It's something as we've been through that has happened to us. We are witnesses. By nature, every Christian is a witness. That doesn't mean every Christian evangelizes to the same degree that another does, right? Some of us go on the streets or go street preaching. Not everybody's called to do that, but in some way, every Christian is called to evangelize. Because it's what happened to us. It's our testimony as we started out with months ago with this study. But what I want to look at today is how the apostles understood and preached the gospel, versus the modern understanding of the gospel. So I want to do this from a polemic viewpoint. In other words, from a controversial viewpoint, a critical viewpoint, showing the difference between the modern gospel and the gospel that the apostles preached. And we must know the difference, right? Because I think there's a lot of people that have some basic understanding of the gospel, that Jesus Christ, you know, lived on earth, that he was God, that he died on the cross, and that he is my savior. Right? Isn't that the basic understanding of how people understand the gospel today? Which is fine. Those points are included in the gospel. So I don't want to look at those points. But what I want to look at is what is missing from the modern gospel. And when I say the modern gospel, I mean the gospel at large in Christendom. Throughout the mainline denominations down to the non -denominational churches, both charismatic and otherwise. So I think it is very important to make some general observations comparing the modern, what I would say, half true gospel with the true gospel preached by the apostles in the book of Acts. And a good way, I think, to compare the general gospel message today with the apostles' gospel is to look at a gospel tract. We'll just, I'll just go through it in a few minutes. Have you guys heard of what's called the Four Spiritual Laws? I call them the Four Spiritual Flaws. And we can use that as our example as the modern gospel. So the Four Spiritual Laws, you should understand, was printed in 1952. And it was written by a man named Bill Bright, right? Campus Crusade.

A highlight from Marriage as Completion: Gender Roles, Part 1

"Welcome to Gospel in Life. The power of marriage is that it is a reflection of the gospel. Today Tim Keller explores how marriage can help us more deeply understand Christ's love for us and how Christ's love for us can completely transform our marriages. We're looking tonight at a subject that many of you are going to say, why did you choose that subject? And it's just like the mountain climber. The same reason the mountain climber climbs the mountain because it's there. Why are we choosing the subject we're choosing tonight? Because it's there. Because the Bible is God's self -disclosure. It's the written word of God and everything that is stated there, whether or not it happens to be controversial at this little point in time and space or not, we have to digest it, we have to understand it and so tonight we're going to look again at this passage on marriage that we've been seeing for, this is the seventh week now. We're looking at Ephesians 5 verses 21 to 32. But tonight we're especially going to look at this major issue where it says wives submit to your husbands and husbands you're the head of the wife. What does that mean? What does that mean? Finally tonight we look at it, it's an immensely complicated subject and we're going to look at it. So let's first of all read the passage, Ephesians 5 verses 21 to 32 and then we tackle. Submit to one another out of reverence for Christ. Wives submit to your husbands as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the savior. Now as the church submits to Christ so wives should submit to their husbands in everything. Husbands love your wives just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her to make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word and to present her to himself as a radiant church without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish but holy and blameless. In this same way husbands ought to love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. After all no one ever hated his own body but he feeds and cares for it just as Christ does the church for we are members of his body. For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife and the two will become one flesh. This is a profound mystery but I am talking about Christ and the church. However each one of you should also love his wife as he loves himself and the wife must respect her husband. This is God's word but we're going to especially look tonight at verse 22. Wives submit to your husbands as to the Lord for the husband is head of the wife as Christ is head of the church. What does that mean? Now there's a couple ways to put this. One of the ways is to ask the question that we are addressing in this verse is to say is there any differentiation between the roles and obligations of a husband and wife in marriage? I think I mentioned last week that years ago the marriage vows that were in the average church ceremony were different. Usually what the wife and the husband were asked to do were different. Different words were used. Today of course those vows are absolutely identical. The same words and yet every single place you come to in the scripture you see there's a differentiation. So the first question is, is there a differentiation? Is there an authority structure? What does it mean when it says wives submit to your husbands when it says husbands your head of the wife? Now we tackle the issue because it's there but you have to keep something in mind because all night especially as we as we look at this thing Christianity depending on the culture that it's sitting in can be either radically liberal subversive or horribly fascist reactionary in its appearance. See for example in communist countries the church has always been considered radically subversive why? Because it's subversive. The communist state is very conservative and the church was something that it tried to deal with but it was subversive because the church has always questioned or always not just questioned has always challenged the idea that the state is the final arbiter of moral issues and my values. The church has always said the state is not the final author and an arbiter of moral values it's God and so in those countries where you have super conservative state governments and state the church looks radically subversive but in this country for example very often Christianity looks reactionary and conservative. You know why? Because in this country the church is also challenging the idea that the individual is the final arbiter of moral values. The church has always said no the individual feelings and conscience nor the state. See the church looks right wing to the left and left wing to the right that's the way it is because that's the way it ought to be if Christianity is actual truth. If it's absolute truth if it's if it's revelation from God. If that's you see Christianity isn't to the left or to the right it's from above. It's not it doesn't arise out of the human spectrum it settles down into the human spectrum of thought and if it's true that it's from above then it's natural that it doesn't actually fit any particular ideology and every ideology is going to be deeply suspicious of it. So on the one hand you have what Paul says about women who in many many in many cultures in many societies is considered radically subversive and certainly you know that. In many societies when Paul for example Paul originally taught this divine teaching about the roles of men and women into an Asian society an oriental society that's what that's what that area was and of course because of the very rigid understanding of the roles of men and women in those situations the Christian truth was considered tremendously subversive that's why when you go to 1 Corinthians 11 you see Paul saying to the women when you pray and speak in church make sure you wear a veil. He's talking to married women why well see in that time and place when a woman was married she was completely veiled you still see that in many oriental countries in many Eastern countries she was completely veiled that showed that she belonged totally to her husband.

"Now, signs you may have overeaten. If you're noticing that you're bloated after meals, you've got indigestion, nausea, you're just fatigued. You need to take a nap after your meal or you just can't think right. Those are signs that you may be overeating when you are eating. Now, obviously, also you may gain weight. If you're fasting, feeling pretty good, eating a lot and still gaining weight, then that's certainly not, that shouldn't happen. When you're incorporating intermittent fasting, more of a ketogenic style lifestyle, you shouldn't be gaining weight. And so unless you are trying to gain weight, unless you're underweight, then maybe feasting and eating a lot and trying to gain muscle mass, that's certainly something that's possible. But if you are not trying to gain weight and you're gaining weight, that's a sign you may be overeating. Signs of undereating, hunger and cravings just a few hours after eating. After you eat, you really should be able to be satiated for at least four to six hours. And at least in that timeframe, you should feel well satiated. You may eat again, right? You may be at a tight eating window and trying to eat two meals in a four-hour eating window and that's fine, but it's not like you would be hungry and have cravings. If you have ongoing hunger and cravings, sign you're not eating enough, okay? So you definitely wanna make sure you're eating enough, obviously too much weight loss. A fatigue, not right after a meal, but a few hours after a meal. Or brain fog, a few hours after, like two to three hours after. It's a sign you're just not getting enough calories in, especially if you're noticing that when you eat, it relieves a fatigue. You're hungry and when you eat, you feel better. Okay, that's a sign you may be undereating. So you wanna be able to address that as well. And then, you know, this is really important because if we're eating a large meal, we wanna be able to stimulate our parasympathetic nervous system, which helps us to digest food more effectively. It helps stimulate the production of hydrochloric acid in our stomach, pancreatic enzymes, bile flow. And the key here is really being mindful about how we eat. So deep breaths, being in a state of gratitude, really smelling the aromas of the food can help stimulate digestive juices, help us digest the food more effectively, just kind of being present and mindful as we're eating, rather than just scarfing the food down and that's it. This is really how you're gonna optimize your digestion on a regular basis, certainly taking supplements. I'm a huge fan of that. I take digestive enzymes with every meal, and I would highly recommend that. However, you know, what I would say is even more important is whole body mindful eating. So I don't eat a whole lot of meals. I eat like 11, 12 meals a week. But when I eat, I try to be as mindful as possible and try to slow down my eating and be as grateful as possible so my body can produce the digestive juices it needs to optimize the digestion. So that's so important. Hopefully you guys got a lot out of today's video. "And so, basically with our thyroid, when we are fasting for too long, we have prolonged caloric restriction. So we might be intermittent fasting but just not eating enough when we do eat, it's going to cause an increase in reverse T3. In reverse T3, basically it's going to increase cortisol and stress hormone production, which then is going to increase reverse T3, which is an inactive form of thyroid hormone. So we're going to get a lowered production of T3, which is the active form of thyroid hormone that we really need to interact with cells. We're going to increase our T3 and we're going to slow down our metabolism. We're not going to feel as good, our brain's not going to feel as good. We're going to end up with drier skin, more constipation, lethargy, lower energy levels, sometimes hair falling out. These are the kind of issues that we may deal with when we are fasting too much and not incorporating feasting. So this is the importance of cycling between feasting and famine, feasting and fasting. So how do we implement this? Well, number one is I recommend gently moving into a ketogenic lifestyle, a higher fat lifestyle, a lower carbohydrate diet in general. We avoid snacking, so we go down to two to three meals a day and we develop our fasting muscle. We can start with something like a simple fast, 12 hours overnight, push it into a brunch fast, 14 hours each day, and then maybe go into a crescendo fast, where we go a 16 hour fast, two to three days a week, non-consecutive days, and that crescendo cycle fasting, and then slowly progress from there. For some individuals, they do great doing a 16-8 or an 18-6. I know for myself, I tend to thrive doing an 18-6, somewhere in that time frame, I do an 18 to 20 hour fast every day. And then two days a week, I do a 24 hour fast, where I only eat one meal. For me, that works great, okay? When I do eat, I feast, I eat a lot of food, and I don't typically overly concern myself with carbohydrates, although I tend to just eat a lower carbohydrate diet in general. And so, you know, when you do that, you really don't need to count macros, because you get more of the hormone balance and fat adaptation because of the prolonged periods of fasting each day. Now, not everybody can do that. Some people need to eat three meals, and they might eat those three meals in a 8 to 10 hour window. That's totally fine, and you can absolutely do that and start to build your fasting muscle. And then maybe one day a week, you might try to do a longer fast, like a 24 hour fast. One day a week, you may try to incorporate a lot more carbohydrates, where you have more of a feast day. And I found that that tends to work for many individuals, where they have a feast day once a week, where they have more carbohydrates, ideally more nutrient dense sources of carbohydrates, and then one day a week where they have a longer fast, along with daily, some level of intermittent fasting on a daily basis, even if it's a simple fast, like a 12 hour overnight. So doing that can be really helpful. Obviously, focusing on hydration during the fasting window, it's one of the biggest mistakes that sleep people make is they're just not hydrating well when they are fasting, which makes it harder to fast because they're dehydrated, they tend to have more cravings. Getting regular exercise, moving your body well, in fact, moving well at the end of your fasting window can be really good for stimulating more autophagy, more cell cleansing. Keeping stress down in general, prioritizing good sleep and good rest, improving your digestive health, considering digestive health supplements, especially if you're going to feast. When you do eat a lot of food, especially when you've been fasting for longer periods, 16, 18, 20, 24 hours, taking some digestive enzymes, maybe some hydrochloric acid can be really helpful, because you want to eat till you're full. You're not trying to count calories and count macros necessarily. You're really trying to just eat until you're fully satiated. That is the key there. This podcast is an audio recording of one of my most popular YouTube videos on feast, famine, cycling. We know that when we fast or we restrict, we eat less, we actually turn up self-healing and autophagy. And that is amazing. And there are some incredible things that take place inside of our body when we do that. The problem is that if we do it too long, we're going to throw off our natural hormone balance. And so, it's really, really critical that we undergo something called feast, famine, cycling. That way, we get the autophagy, the cellular cleansing benefits, but we also don't impact muscle development, sex hormone development, the development of our skin, thyroid hormone, our natural metabolism, our ability to burn fat for fuel. And so, that is why I'm a huge advocate and I practice personally feast, famine, cycling. And so, this training, I go through in detail exactly how to do this correctly. And that's why it's so important because if you're fasting but you're not incorporating enough calories, enough protein, and doing what we call feasting during your eating window, you could throw off your hormone balance and cause unwanted symptoms. And so, it's really critical you understand how to practice this and how to do it properly. So, be sure to take notes with this training. Be sure to share it with somebody that you know and you care about. And also, if you've not left us a five-star review, now is the time to do that. Just go to Apple iTunes, wherever you listen to your podcasts, scroll to wherever they say, leave a review, leave us a five-star review. When you do that, it helps us reach more people and impact more lives with this message. So, thank you for doing that. Thank you for being a part of our community. And let's go into the show. Feast, famine, cycling, this process of developing autophagy, cleansing our body, but also helping stimulate muscle growth and lean body tissue development. And so, my famous quote is that when you fast, your body gets really good at using energy in the most efficient manner possible. You develop metabolic flexibility, which is the ability to change our metabolism to meet the demands of our environment. So, if I'm exercising at a high intensity, like I'm sprinting, I need to produce energy very, very quickly. But if I'm sitting here doing this presentation, I don't need a whole lot of energy. I can be much more efficient in how I create my energy. And ultimately, you know, we need energy for everything. And so, the more energy we're putting into activity or digestion, the less energy goes into healing and repair. So, we want to be very energy efficient, but we also want to be very metabolically flexible. When we're strong in these areas, it's harder to kill us, in a sense. We have a greater survival advantage and greater resiliency to stress. And that's really the goal here. In life in general, it's about being as resilient to stress as possible. And so, fasting as well as feasting really helps us with that. So, when we feast, you know, basically, times of feasting are about growth. They're about building cells. They're about reproduction, okay? They're about basically generating lean body tissue, whereas times of fasting is going to be about cell cleansing, breaking down old cellular organelles, breaking down old tissue, and helping to heal and regenerate new tissue. So, we want to basically cycle between these. Fasting is very anti-inflammatory, which is very powerful for the body, whereas feasting helps stimulate pathways like mTOR mammalian, target of rapamycin and insulin, which have to do with metabolism, like basically increasing our metabolic rate, increasing muscle tissue development, building. So, we've got to be thinking about building as well as cleansing and healing. And so, when we're a child, we need to favor times of feasting. You know, we need a lot of food because we're building and we're building very, very quick. However, once we become an adult, once we become full-grown, you know, roughly around 20, 21 years old, then we can start to really push into the fasting, okay? We need more fasting than we do feasting at that period because we're not growing as quick. And so, again, the key here is creating very strong, resilient human beings. Now, hormone optimization is a key factor that happens when we have feast-famine cycling. We know that if we have a calorie deficit for too long, so if we're fasting for too long a period of time or if we're under-eating for too long a period of time, it can cause a lot of unwanted problems. We get too much autophagy, we lose too much lean body mass, our sex hormones drop, we just don't feel good. Our thyroid hormone drops, we have dry skin, we lose our hair, we feel awful. That's definitely not where we want to be. But at the same time, if we just constantly are feasting, we're going to cause tremendous stress in our digestive system, we're going to develop insulin resistance, we are going to develop chronic metabolic diseases like cancer, heart disease. So we need the combination of both of them, and that helps to improve insulin sensitivity, optimize thyroid function, helps optimize adrenal health and sex hormones.

"And I also want to stress the importance of she mentions digestion. So whenever you're doing any type of parasite protocol or antimicrobial protocol, it's critical that you're having really good movements. So we want to make sure we're supporting digestion and elimination during that process. And digestion is really critical for keeping parasites at bay because the stomach acid that our bodies naturally produce helps to kill parasites. So that's a way that our bodies naturally keep parasites at bay. And a lot of people aren't producing enough stomach acid, especially as we age, we produce less, or if we have any kind of GI issues or gut issues that can cause lower stomach acid, and there's a marker we can look at called elastase that tells us how sufficiency of enzyme and HCL production and blood testing too can indicate that. But so you definitely also want to consider, you know, supporting digestion with digestive enzymes, we've got a couple of different options. They are one has stomach acid. If you do have low stomach acid, when does not and just really support some nutrient absorption, breaking down the food so that you're absorbing the nutrients and foods. So all of that is going to support, you know, whenever you're addressing anything with the gut doing all of these supportive things and making sure your diet's really good because you want to be feeding the good bacteria with prebiotic foods, lots of fiber, all of that's going to support digestion and elimination. So there's a lot to it, which is why it's great to work with someone with experiencing guiding people through protocols when you're going to do anything like this. Yeah, super key and you mentioned constipation being an issue. I mean, you really don't even want to start a parasite cleanse until you get that until you get things moving, right? And so just kind of getting your bowels moving. In fact, big part of what we try to do is open up all the drainage pathways, get the lymphatics, moving better, kidneys, functioning better, liver functioning better, kind of as a prerequisite before

"I greet you once again from the studio here at little falls Christian center in the city of rudiment in South Africa and you can go to our websites and take a look on a Sunday joining on the live feed that goes out little false life and see what happens. Watch that band we have a band that plays here every Sunday and I'm telling you I'm quite proud of them. I would not swap them for nothing else not for me. They take me where I want to go where I want to feel the presence and the unwinding of the audience but all the time. And so here we've been into ephesians 5 21 25. Husband love your wives just as Christ also loved the church and gave himself for her the body of Christ is also the bride of Christ and think of it. A man shall leave his father and mother and cling to his wife and these two shall become one place. God created men and the woman, the man and the woman, and now the man leaves his father and his wife and his mother and he clings to his wife. And there these two become one flesh, and then, if you look at this as the bride of Christ, Jesus came from heaven, died on the cross, found himself his bride, now he's cleansing his bride by the washing of water by the word of God, isn't that important that as long as I'm alive on earth, I have got to surrender with the intake of the Bible all the time. I just take it in every single day of my life. And I do large portions of the Bible and I read it over and over, and it is just an amazing thing because it claims us me. When we preach on a Sunday, it causes a cleansing in the lives of the people always feel that a Sunday is just that shot. I always feel on the platform, but how much of a week's research can I impart to people? Just in a 30, 40 minute session on a Sunday, always come away from the platform thinking I could have added this. I could have added that. I could have said this. The word of God is very, very cleansing. You are already pure John 1770. Remember, by the word I have spoken to you. It has an impact on my life. I begin to become aware of things that I need to change, habits I need to change, patterns of thinkings, thinking, attitudes I need to change, just things that have to change in my life. And all the time as you read the word, you changing, then you go to pray, and you change you. And you pray more, and you really get serious, and you fast, and you really change. And then your prayer begins to impact your whole family. Because they all, in their own personal struggle. So how much do you love your wife? Your husband, and your children, in a family context. How much do you love them? And your heart goes out to them. And then you forget about praying for yourself as I want to pray for them. And for me, it's like I used to say, you know, when you take a judge congregations like taking a second wife, it's the bride of Christ, and you're taking care of that portion of that part of the bride of Christ, and you say to yourself, lord, it's such a responsibility. And then you go into the Bible school, and I teach in the Bible school, and I pray the prayers of God, I tell you what, life in Christ is the most exciting journey for any believer to take. The first thing I think that you must always remember is to make a clean break with that, which is ungodly, unholy, forbidden in the Bible, I see a lot of people say I can do this because you know I do this or do that. It's not what you do, my friend. It's what this book commands you. This Bible commands you things. And if you do those things, you have the Holy Spirit flooding into your life. The Holy Spirit comes in my life and I don't look at problems as always say I look at solutions. So I'm going to pray for you today and I'm going to say lord flood this person with a word of God. Give this person the spirit of wisdom and revelation. An understanding in the knowledge of Christ Jesus our lord and savior. Enlightened the eyes of this person's understanding. That they may know what is the hope of your calling, and the richest of the glory of their inheritance. In the sense that they may know that they joint is with Christ, and that God blesses and supports them and prospers them, as they also pray and surrender to you lord. I thank you for their blessing to die in Jesus name. Amen..

You've tried everything and you can bring crystals you can bring different things. That ad was Cases more extreme more rare. It's important who come to an understanding that it's time to move on your best. One of the things that you mentioned earlier was the that it's important that you have things in your house that are visually supporting you. elevating inspiring pleasing to to you and to that point we arrange for our listeners Special special discount actually for what we call hebrew letter arts. The capitalist give us different codes we think of them as visual mantras that by looking at them because the eyes are the windows to the soul when we look at these images these letters we shift the energy in the room in our cells and i i use the example a few weeks ago of about. I have a student that she has a clinic. And in every one of the rooms for her patients she has different combinations like similar to these so that even as her patients are sitting there waiting for her there already shifting into a more elevated space consciously or unconsciously of course it raises questions as well which is a great opportunity to share with with people but I know that you were involved. A bit in the creation of this The use of these these tools specifically. I wonder if you can share with us. Two minutes the value the the purpose the the way that it works and then i can I'll give everybody the way to access it and we will wrap up today's show right so let's go with very basic example if you put pictures on your desk or in your case at your home of your loved ones in the uterus form situation position right immediately when you look at the picture it brings a smile to your face so when we come to the hebrew letters that certain sequences though says the names of angels that when we create an high connection with him. So this is why it Seven sequence at ball the main door or it says in letting the dining room in the living room in the in the bedroom with southern sequences supposedly in the bedroom support the love connection and protection when we go to sleep so that sense that a sequences and also said them and angels the when they are written in there with the hebrew letters and sometimes we also ride down how you pronounce it in english and we have this one of the beautiful services so the energy is continuously vibrating in that the place. So we have. Let's say for example right. We have a kid for sleep. It's something it's a frame that you put we the hebrew letters next to your bed the drawers next to your bed and there's another one above the door and there's another one for the corners your of your bedroom and we have another one of the from the main and main dog and whatever it is you want to bring in. What energy want to bring you. Wanna bring the energy of love. We have a set of letter. Sequences bringing the energy of love. You wanna We recently and broad several business owners. Was we.

"It. Energy physical objects that stayed on that time even if it's a chandelier if it's it's a cabinet it's a closes am recently. We went to am displays of this individual and hit a music box and when we do the space cleansing it felt really funky next to the music books and it's also smelled like not so good so i asked him what's up with this music folks in and his wife showed me that the this is like souvenir from his mother passed away and he's been already years in the just really can't let it go. So it's a way of like all the solo his mother holding within this space at least a piece of solo his mother. So it's really important. I mean we station if he feels ready feels comfortable to donate this music. Books to someone else can enjoyed and doesn't have the motion attachments to that object. So so that's another level inside destroying the walls or letting go different objects or removing objects than comes another layer. Which is this is where we coming. The kabbalah comes into the picture really using specific ballistic techniques to release souls that Be there and i'm not saying you know like if you watch the movie the sixth sense or like the energy doesn't really a leave the space until if solve the needs to find is resting place until you literally release. I remember years ago. I i was hosted by one of my students in minnesota. And i just couldn't sleep. It was before it was helpful to keep the lights off like had to be on the whole night and for those of us that know me. I liked the light. Oh and while we sleep in. So i didn't say anything but in the next time that game was hosted. My should've asked me. How did you sleep the whole wondering like what's the energy that was the like who's the former owner and She said you know. i'm embarrassed. Steady abide in that specific down many years ago there was a wave of people oughta ending their lives ages and in that particular room. The teenager actually ended the life and in a father.

"A challenge. We got some news. We got reacted. We just moved to the cop away. Visit away from the faucet and needs if as long as we have engine who get back into beyond the false received the energy and the house if we invest continuously every day. The house will count. The home would come to super bowl in the moment that we really need. So it's it's a relationship that you develop with. Your home is a relationship that you develop with your office. It's a relationship that you develop your storage. You know people use an income to the storage i. I need the suitcase in. Let's get out. How many of us getting storage. So blessed like most of 'em maybe like that by even develop a relationship with the story. I appreciate you that you store all the styles that i don't wanna seeing the day today eating within you so i'm really thankful that you exist. I'm really thankful for every part of the home. Clean jake depreciation who inject loud to save to the house. I really love. i really love you. Allow an expression like the walls really. This is really talking to the walls. I really loved you. I really appreciate what you giving me. The depreciation and he's also asking for the energy of the support and we know these phone the comedies the dow certain places in the world especially here we broadcasting from israel might even feeling like a greta energy by placing the wool that the energy from four thousand years ago is still there. I mean you enter an restaurants and your morning line to seat over there rather than sitting over here was the difference is the same share the same table. Maybe this one is a better view. But maybe someone had an argument just a moment ago in that lace that you don't wanna see but the soleus continuously guiding us even if we are not super spiritual guidance laws where i should be city where i should be even when we are in search for a home. I'll sodas continuously guiding us. No no no this. It looks nine but it doesn't have the energy that i'm looking for and everyone is different. So it's continuously developing relationship inconsiderate continuously. Being a place that you you appreciate your show. Love and this energy is also known by physics is never really loss. And that's why when we get to certain places we feel like energy five will love. I remember the jerusalem one of them. And when i had the privilege in the mary to teach their it used to be any in restaurant and the moment they stepped into the big yard. Was there like wow. It felt so special so i asked the owner. What's up with this balcony. Like it feels so nice makes you want to go to the balcony all the time so the owner said this balcony every couple That the one of the people from the of wanted to propose that was book the table that he's on the by owning and they would propose on the bosnian so this is the balcony of land. The energy stays there you know and obviously we have That can plans energy to doesn't serve us but it's to add the energy of love of appreciation of suppose of communication of wellbeing of winning in the day to day and he's to stuck on the stand that that house the home is leaving entity is not just like four walls that i gets after i came wall i get back home and i just for sleep day or watch. Tv is really pot of 'em up something you brought up something that i think we need to give some time to because as you said the balcony of love. It had this amazing energy. I remember moving into an apartment years ago where or looking for an apartment and feeling that funky vibe like you said and asking what happened in this room and the real estate agent told me the former owner has to weigh in bed in that room so all until now we've really focused on our active pursuit of having a positive space to live in or to work in. But what happens with it. It's not the balcony of love. It's the bedroom of illness or the the war room right where where couples went to fight. Or i mean th there's things outside of our control. Even that are affecting the space. I mentioned in. I think it was last week's episode. The story about how you went into someone's house and you ask what happened on this cabinet. And it turned out that somebody bump their head and die there and that the the cabinet not even the room but the cabinet absorb that energy and left the spiritual imprint there. So what are some of the things without even getting into the whole space cleansing thing right. You've mentioned we had you on a previous episode where we talked about your vacation and cleansing. There are cabalistic methods to clearing the space. But what are some of the more accessible ways things we can do to shift the energy On a deeper level. Because the you know if if you had a fight in a real and you made up effectively you're clearing that that energy but there's bigger things that happen in places and spaces that we don't necessarily a know about and bree have control over right so i think it's divided the tubas one is if there is a former person that leave their. That's like like form of energy and the toys energy that we created after we already moved in with agent office space or am or at home so first of all one of the things we can do. The company's teach us is it's called the breaking the vessel so for examining dad's cabinet the the the person bombed the head and left the physical world. I recommended we recommended that to the individual whalen. If if that will show them that they will remove that cabinets if it's not a necessity energy and be removed. Even in certain places ride like it as physical mold and the visual sewing certain places. You don't have any other choice. You have to remove one of the walls and in certain places. Even in certain situations people needed he says also the ancient times people need the liberally to destroyed the house and rebuilding phone from scratch by one of the things that we know in blind right. Now that you're gonna Now a remove. Wolves are bad. But i wanna look into energy that stayed.

"I. I would like a couch. I just food my hands on the couch and he feels good nine my hands or a chair. That feels good nine. Needs to feel good now. So that's another total from all the five senses. You wanna refrain for managing that. He's not serving us. Whether the evil speech the gossett the listening to music that is not so calming not so supporting your energy and and also a mortgage save from man in trying to think what else right in foam what you feel and then comes the conscious when it comes to the level of consciousness. Rob day you coming back home. You're the challenge. You got a phone call widely our own of someone that it's like it's disturbing so it's human we humans we're gonna have moments that the of the the right mindset as long as we said they tension and we also asked the energy now home to support us. I just got the email. Just got the phone call. I'm asking for all the dine vested in these wolves. I'm asking for the energy to come now in supposedly and really give me the energy that i need to come back where i was before i like to share. Always be with my students. That from the point of view of the creator is like a faucet. It's always giving energy and we are like the vicious right. We have the the cop For those of us that eye watching but we are like the cop on the false. The faucet is continuously and the moment that we are all. We've got.

"Being envied someone versus. There's enough for everyone in those me. And i'm getting exactly everything that i i can receiving. I'm receiving everything. The force of gration wants to give me an so. That's one thing in terms of the what we listen to what we speak about this. What we want to refrain is also what we look at. So it's also the tv but it's also you wanna put like in your home things that are lessons for you to look at and if it's like a really nice picture a knife statue which we also the whole thing with the statues each also important on the stand that also these objects observed energy so for example. We recommend if it's something that was we don't know the source of it like we got someone by maybe originally from assistant blaze. Did they do a black magic. Witchcraft would do this stuff. The brian is still exists. So we wanna be also very careful with what we bring in to a house. Also the company's not recommend just as a side note the vessels in like even a like a jar in keep the job empty and throughout the night because it's still empty space. That energy doesn't service can enter so in terms of the is. You wanna look at things that are really really supporting you. I know you in that the about the at least one episode about the is right so especially in the home you want to surround yourself with things that are pleasant for you and hopefully and the other people leaving. The house will also agree with that right now just like these pictures. So i'm gonna bring it also console to speak with the other. People live in the house if they feel good about it if they feel comfortable about it so and also as smells so if you and you wanna refrain from snows. Let's say they doing construction. I know they did construction next to our house for a time. Like he's also the noises right but Sometimes the doing some walk outside. And there's like a faulty smell outside. You don't wanna bring it in but also another thing that you can do is to light a candidate when your own and you're still awake still save a by also something like a can instrument that rings beautiful sand. Whatever will you be like vanilla like Anybody else whatever you want to bring the energy of over a good smell and that's not only the restrooms if anyone that needs constant maintenance over that he's also in the living room so saying the bedroom is this something that is gentle and doesn't make you sneeze or anything like that and and you know that you will enjoy thinking about the benefits even you're constantly inhaling that energy so it's always the two sides refraining from energy related to that sense even pass right like.

"So i think what what you've shared so far falls under the category of preventative medicine right. Making sure that whatever is in my control. I am taking charge and assigning roles to my bed to my table too. You know one of the things you brought up was about the zohar. We mentioned the zohar in almost every episode but most often is a source of wisdom and not a source of blessing and protection. That it really is. It's almost like a a satellite dish that draws that positive energy to it and we have countless stories of you know how people had the zohar with them and really just simply by holding it by having it in the room by having it in a medical procedure. Different things like that they were able to in a way Rewrite the script of the scene that was taking place. And you know the the the cabalists give us these tools in a way to give us the best odds the best Best chance at success in relative to the person whatever they define their success as but to understand that these things. I think what you were saying that they don't do the job for us. They don't we still have the spiritual responsibility to choose wisely and to be mindful about how our thoughts our words in our actions that of course we want to share. What i'll i'll. I'll give you guys a little bit more understanding towards the end of the episode on different things that you can bring into your home like zohar the measures that can help shift things or even help you. I think one of the things that people are looking for with one of the most common questions we get is out away stay positive. How do i maintain expansive consciousness. How do i stay peaceful in the midst of conflict. Not something that we can. We can talk about at the end as well. But i think one of the bigger questions. That's coming up is what are the most important things for me not to do not to feel not too what. What are the most detrimental things that can happen in a home that I don't wanna use the word ruined but that negatively impact the energy in our homes so If we need to bring it up right so it's mostly evil speech gossett the listening to To go and for those of us loves watching the news you might want to look into finding than a news channel that the speaks about the developments in nature like good news than and us. Because if you're watching the news. The walls also observed the energy of the news right. So it's what we what we speak about. These productive is helpful easy building versus also what we listen to and it's is really amazing all we can go on and on right but even using right like you can put music that this really am and i'm not saying to one percent another your the music that you like to listen to is not but that different music's different different types of music exist say nor the best like knows that no the most peaceful known the most contributing like energy. I'm not saying if you don't like the last music. S okay by the defined music. That is pleasant and even when you are away. Let's say you you to your face. You can have a wider away playlist. Something that goes on and on over the beautiful music like people enter the even. If you get back up to eight hours they will already observed the energy. So you wanna refrain. Fohmann is speech and talk about things that are also supporting and also maybe like related to jealousy. I can't believe any social level of the salts ride like thoughts of lack a photo and.
