So they justified Waco and ruby ridge, Oklahoma City and it covers in detail that weapons theft from military bases, how the white power movement operates undertaking assassinations and armed robbery and counterfeiting. And it wouldn't surprise me at all. If the terrorist attacks we see on the power stations are just expansions of these groups into more preparation for when they want to start a Civil War. A pitch competition, it was 5 minutes per entrepreneur, and I think we ended up going with ten people out of well over a hundred applications, but the idea of a pitch coach, because some of the pitches were fantastic, somewhere a little rough around the edges. The idea of a pitch coach is really intriguing, how did people respond to that, someone coming in and saying, hey, you only have three or four minutes. Here's what you need to focus on. It's super helpful. And obviously these companies been done pitches before, but never done, in most cases, the pitch at this at this day got a level with this kind of audience. And so getting it actually came to us we had a partnership with Google. They have been called Google for startups. And we were doing some joint things with them, and they were doing a pitch competition where they invited some of the entrepreneurs that we helped select from all around the country to come pitch at Google headquarters in Silicon Valley. And as part of that, they used a pitch code. So we then embraced that idea and ever since we had a pitch coach as well. But no it can really result in the entrepreneurs telling a much more compelling story and it benefits them long after we leave town. They have a CRISPR more compelling pitch for the next time they're meeting with a prospective investor or a customer or partner. Data is wonderful, but sometimes it's all about the narrative, isn't it? Exactly. No, it's storytelling is a lot of what this is about. You have to captivate people and everybody has to be selling if you're trying to hire somebody or selling if you're trying to get investors, you're selling if you're trying to get media attention, you're selling if you're obviously trying to get customers, you're selling and everybody can be coached to be better at what they're trying to sell. 12 Demonstrators Arrested After Clashing With Deputies During Dijon Kizzee Protest In Los Angeles
"Protesting against police brutality continued throughout Southern California this weekend. Demonstrators took to the streets from Sherman Oaks to Huntington Beach. In spite of the record breaking heat that included demonstrations on Saturday and Sunday, organized by black lives matter, Ella Against the fatal shooting of Dijon Kizzie. A dozen people were arrested yesterday during a demonstration at the South Los Angeles Sheriff's Station. A sheriff's Department spokesperson says protesters wearing helmets and shields threw rocks and chunks of concrete at deputies.
