"Corrupt. He's lazy. There's a story that just came out a short time ago regarding some more mysterious money coming Joe Biden's way. A bank investigator at Chinese unusual payments behind the $40 ,000 check to Joe Biden. I'll And share those details with you as well. But he's corrupt. Remember in 2020 when the Hunter Biden laptop story and immediately the unholy triad of the government and big tech and the corporate media rushed in and they told you it was Russian disinformation. If you tried to actually read the story, they wouldn't let you. And they took the New York Post off Twitter for, I think, two weeks or something. You couldn't share the article. You were if you ever said anything like, wow, this Hunter Biden laptop is real. It was flagged by then Twitter at the time, now X, Facebook, all these other sites. Well, the reason why they did that is not because of the disgusting and they are disgusting pictures of Hunter Biden on the laptop. I've seen them. You've seen them. Ever look at them before you eat a meal. It won't work out well for you. But it was not because he was snorting cocaine off of strippers. It was because of the corruption of Joe Biden. It was all there. And in 2020 he was his uncle Joe in the basement. He was going to be the nice guy that brought Americans back together again. Oh, make everybody love each other just like a like an uncle who takes you to the zoo for the day and then lets you rub his hairy legs in the pool. But if they let everybody realize that he's actually a corrupt swamp creature and also, by the way, a jerk. He is a nasty, nasty guy. Well, then that whole little narrative that they created around Joe Biden just goes away. It blows up. They can't do that this time around because everybody knows now the Hunter Biden laptop's real. I mean, Hunter Biden's such a moron. decided But he to sue John Paul Mack Isaac, who's the guy that owns the laptop repair shop where he dropped off the laptop. So everybody knows it's real. The contents of it are coming out. They've been out. It was real in 2019. The FBI had it. The government worked to make sure that when the recovery was going to break. They would be able to then do their thing and tell everybody it was disinformation. So they could not jeopardize Joe Biden's chances in November with another four years of Donald Trump, among other efforts that they undertook in that election, obviously, to secure Joe Biden into the presidency. But this time around, they're dealing with a guy who's corrupt. All the corruption is coming out. Can't hide anymore. Can't pretend anymore. Can't turn around and say it's not there. It's very it's very vital. And the other problem is now it's Joe Biden's economy and the economy stinks. It stinks. And you also have this guy who in the last three years has had a rapid dissension into Alzheimer's, whatever it is that's going on up there. Dementia. You've seen it. I've seen it. We all know it. I know people still don't want to talk about it, but it's there. And the question is, how much worse is it a year from now? A year from now when you're potentially talking about presidential debates, I don't know if they'll do them. They should. But if Joe Biden's the candidate a year from now on the stage against Donald Trump, presumably he's not going so to well. do He's not going to be in very good shape. I mean, these kind of diseases progress very, very quickly. I'm not a doctor, but I mean, I've seen it. You've seen it. We've all seen it in our lifetime. So you've got the corruption, you've got the fact that the average American today needs $11 ,400 more just to keep the same standard of living that they had in January of 2021. And corruption keeps coming out. This is from National Review. A bank money laundering investigator expressed serious concerns about a transfer of funds from China that ultimately trickled down to President Biden in the form of a $40 ,000 check from his brother, James Biden, according to an email obtained by the House Oversight Committee. Biden received a $40 thousand personal check from an account shared by his brother, James Biden, and his sister -in -law, Sarah Biden, in September 2017, money that was marked as a loan repayment. The alleged repayment was sent after funds were filtered from Northern Capital. International Now, what is Northern International Capital, you might be asking yourself? Well, that's an excellent question. Good for you for asking it. Turns out Northern International Capital is a Chinese company affiliated with the Chinese energy company CEFC, through several accounts related to Hunter Biden and eventually down to the personal accounts shared by James and Sarah Biden. That's we what really call trickle -down economics. It trickled all the way down from China directly into Joe Biden's pocket. Northern International Capital sent $5 million to Hudson West III. That's the joint venture established by Hunter Biden and the Chinese energy associate, Gong Wen Dong. Yes, that's really his name, Gong Wen Dong. And that was done on August 8. But on the same day, Hunter's firm then sent $400 ,000 to Owosco PC. That's an entity by Hunter Biden. Tracking all this? Six days later, Hunter Biden wired $150 ,000 to Lion Hall Group. That is a company owned by and Sarah Biden. Sarah Biden then withdrew $50 ,000 in cash from Lion Hall Group on August 28 and then deposited the funds into her and her husband's checking personal account later that day. On September 3, 2017, Sarah Biden wrote a check to Joe Biden for $40 ,000. An unidentified bank investigator sent an email on June 26, 2018, to colleagues raising concerns about money from Hudson West 3 to Owosco PC. The email said the $5 million in funds sent from Northern International Capital, that's the Chinese company, to Hudson West, that's Hunter's company, were primarily used to fund 16 wire transfers for $2 .9 million. The wires were labeled as management fees and reimbursements. You know when I try to get my mileage reimbursed at my company, have I to actually go through, it's a whole rigmarole and Excel spreadsheet and receipts and whatnot. this the just a cool $2 .9 million management fees and reimbursements. Somebody may have went out and bought toner on their own personal credit card, you got to get reimbursed for that obviously. You know, this is why you use forensic accountants. This is why the people that were the whistleblowers who came before the House Oversight Committee and testified very bravely. This is why you need people like that. Because the only way you ever crack down on international money laundering schemes is because people are trained and have experience in following this kind of money and these kind of shady transactions and building then a case, building a RICO case of international money laundering. I mean, this is the way the mafia operates, if there's still such a thing. This is the way the mob operates. This is the way true international criminal enterprises operate. They just keep transferring money around and they wash it as they go. You don't actually wash it with soap and water but you wash it by moving it from one account to another. And then eventually it winds up in somebody's pockets, in this case the former Vice President of the United States, who would then become the President of the United States and do everything that China wants him to do. This President does not stand up to China. This President will never stand up to China has the receipts. China has the receipts. What, what, what? Did you think that this northern international capital is not a wholly owned subsidiary of the Chinese Communist Party? The Chinese everything in China. They have all the receipts on Joe Biden. That's why Joe Biden is never going to Xi tell Jinping anything. He's never going to tell them, listen bud, you stop buying Iran's oil, you stop giving Russia weapons, you stop it, knock it off. He's never going to put tariffs on China. He's not going to tell you a damn thing.

Your guns are confiscated. look, Oh, they find a gun in your house and all of a sudden they make up some phantom menacing thing. Oh, he lunged for it. Meanwhile, you were seven rooms away while they're in your house. This is what worries me. They will use the gun list as a way to target their political opponents. Media Matters Tries to Destroy Elon Musk's X
"Linda Yaccarino said, if you know me, you know I'm committed to truth and fairness. Here's the truth. Not a single authentic user on X saw IBM, Comcast or Oracle ads next to content in the Media Matters article. Only two users saw an Apple ad next to the content, at least one of which was Media Matters. Data wins over manipulation or allegations don't mean manipulated stand with X. Yeah, this is a multidimensional hit job. And they're trying to go after Elon personally and criminally. They're trying to go after his liberation of the platform, all because Elon has now become a serious threat to the regime, to the unit party and the left by allowing us to speak, by allowing us to challenge preexisting orthodoxies, allowing us to incubate elite opinion in a way that the bad guys don't like. And so, you know, Michael, talk a little bit more about Media Matters. I don't know if they've targeted you. You know, they come after us quite a lot. Who funds these guys? It's it's it's a great question. You know, we see Rumble, we see X, you know, they're they're suing intensely. What else do we know about it? Well, we know that their executives make a whole lot of money in order to stifle your freedom of speech. In fact, the CEO, a woman named Angelo Caruso, Caruso makes four hundred fifty three thousand dollars a year. The person who's been in the news all week is actually David Brock. And he's arguably the most ideologically weaponized. He's the chairman of Media Matters, making two hundred ninety two thousand dollars a year in order to stifle your speech. But what's interesting is that you highlighted earlier Media Matters doesn't just not like Elon. They don't like you having the right to speak freely. Their donors and funders rely on them keeping the truth hidden and behind the curtain. The reality is X has been a platform that has provided for millions of Americans to learn the truth of what's happening in society in a way that never would have happened had X been under its formal leadership under Twitter. So we never would have learned about all that happened with the laptop and Hunter Biden. We never would have learned about the malfeasance in Ukraine. We never would have learned even recently about the January six tapes because so much of the effort for releasing the tapes, which I'm glad Speaker Johnson did, happened on X. So Media Matters can't lose their grip on power. Their grip on power relies on you not knowing the truth. And so we're seeing, as you described, this very coordinated hit job from people who are paid very, very highly in order to stifle your freedom of speech. One other thing that I will note is that some of the executives that Media Matters has tried to pull to drop their ads are people like NBC. NBC is a really interesting case because just last week NBC had a journalist of theirs that was defending somebody, an editor in chief of a progressive news site that ended up being outed as a pedophile, is now being charged with child pornography counts in one of the most egregious cases that law enforcement has ever seen in that area. So we're seeing that this virtue signaling is really just meant to target you. They don't want you to speak freely. And even these advertisers are backing people that are corrupt and dysfunctional. And yet Media Matters is silent on it. So Media Matters hasn't called out NBC about that, but they'll gladly call out NBC on a fake story that is not rooted in real data. And I'm glad that X ultimately is calling it

"Lawmaker George Santos from Congress. What we've said is the leadership team is we're going to allow people to vote conscience. their I think it's the only appropriate thing we can do. Joining us live from Capitol Hill, WTOP's Mitchell Miller. Mitch, the vote now is expected on Friday. Does it look like there are enough votes to kick out Congressman Santos? Well, Shawn, right now it's looking like enough Republicans have changed their minds since the last expulsion vote for Santos to be expelled. Politico reports more than 90 Republicans have said they plan to vote to expel Santos or are likely to Since Democrats no would support Santos, that would provide more than the two -thirds majority needed oust him. Interestingly, House Speaker Mike Johnson today said he has personally real reservations about voting to expel Santos since he still awaits trial on federal charges. But he says he'll leave it up to GOP lawmakers to make their own decision. Several conservative members of the House Freedom Caucus have said they will not vote to expel Santos. If he is expelled, he'd be only the sixth lawmaker in history to be kicked out of the House. Mitch House Speaker Johnson signaled Republicans are moving toward an impeachment inquiry into President Biden. What's latest the there? Right, and Republicans today sought to build momentum for their impeachment investigation with the chairs of all three major committees that are looking into the first family's finances, appearing in a news conference going over that they've released in recent months. There is still no specific evidence of any wrongdoing involving President Biden but that hasn't stopped Republicans from referring to Hunter Biden and the first family as the Biden crime family. There's a still stand over off over whether Hunter Biden will provide a deposition before the House Oversight Committee. The chair of the panel says Hunter Biden could provide the deposition and then later give public testimony, but it does appear, especially from this news conference today, that House Republicans are moving toward a formal vote on an impeachment inquiry sometime in the coming weeks or months. Now over in the Senate today, Majority Leader Chuck Schumer gave a unique address on the Senate floor. It was aimed at anti -Semitism. What did he say? Right. Majority Leader Schumer spoke for close to 30 minutes on this topic, making it clear how concerned he is about it as the highest ranking Jewish leader ever to serve in US public office. The rise of anti -Semitism is a crisis, a five alarm fire that must be extinguished. Schumer's speech was highly personal, noting his great grandmother and her family were killed by Nazis in Ukraine while denouncing anti -Semitism. He also made it clear he was speaking out against anti -Semitism and not those who are critical of the Israeli government. He says it's important for everyone to condemn anti -Semitism as well as Islamophobe comments and actions during the heightened tensions brought about by the Hamas attack on Israel and its military response. It's blaming other side and Larry O 'Connor who's a total superstar. I really like Larry. He's been in the movement for quite some time. He's so calmly and beautifully asked this question was like hey why wasn't the RNC more involved. His reaction afterwards is just epic. So let's play this piece of tape here. Let it go unanswered and our candidates have got to do this. You can walk and chew gum at the same time. You can go and say this is where I stand. The RNC had no involvement in these elections in Virginia per Governor Youngkin's request. We not well we were told in the summer they didn't need us that they had all the money and they were good. So now we've learned that the Virginia GOP chair Rich Anderson says that he asked the RNC to match the Democrats with one million dollars of a late cash infusion into the state. The RNC the only excuse they have is they can't raise money but that was supposed to be an thing. honest She said well we have no money but you're not raising any money because donors don't trust you the grassroots don't trust you. Sean help me understand. Yeah you've got two jobs as a as a party leader. You raise money and you set up state -by -state infrastructure so that the party can succeed which means by the way getting out to vote and setting up get out to vote infrastructure. So your your job is to supposed to raise a truckload of money and you're supposed to set up everything so that we can match the other side match the Democrats and how they get out the vote how they do ballot chase and all that. I've seen like I don't pay attention all that much to the fundraising so I won't I won't comment on that but it's been almost four years since a completely absurd election in 2020 when the Democrats just ran circles around us in in their absentee ballot chase their mail -in chase. I haven't seen a whole lot of evidence and that in states where we really need to win like Arizona and Georgia that either the state party or the national party is doing much of anything to make sure the Dems don't run in 2024 the exact same playbook they ran against us in 2020. So I'm I'm honestly kind of befuddled I feel like I'm watching office space watching the Bob's interview the employees and thinking what would you say you do here because I can't figure it out. So moving forward here Sean let's emphasize on the NBC news thing so we're after a very disappointing night and then Lester Holt and Welker are cross -examining our candidates just I want just the most objective way you could look at it what candidate do you think separated themselves from the other and who do you think missed an opportunity at that debate? Oh I thought Hveke was awesome I love how he came right out of the gate and trashed the moderators and basically said you're a whole bunch of Russian collusion hoaxers like who do you think you are that's how you handle these moderators and and I think Newt Gingrich was the one who who provided a perfect model for this he did it in during the 2012 primary where every time he got a question in one of these debates from a total left -wing hack masquerading as a journalist he just took him to town so you know your premise is garbage you're full of crap I think you're liars and here's what I'm going to talk about instead of the uh was fantastic um it's hard for me to say who the loser was in these because they kind of feel like loser debates to me and in the first place it's like watching the kids table so um I think the whole debate thing in it in and of itself we need to have a discussion about um but but I thought Hveke and the way he handled the moderators was great and I wish every single Republican from now until forever would treat these hack propagandists the exact same way. So I totally agree and I'll just say this you know Ron DeSantis received the first question and he gave his kind of typical and by the way he's the best governor in America I want everyone to be very clear I get hate mail when I say that Ron DeSantis remains the best governor in America he's not a good presidential candidate he's running a poor campaign it's the brutal honest truth and it's hard to watch he gives this fine answer you know I'm Ron DeSantis and people can't pay for gas and bah bah bye feel your pain yeah whatever Ron how awesome you were just you it was like a t -ball you could have went right after NBC news you could have just used them as the villain and the vague kind of picked up you know the trillion dollar bill that was laying right there and he called for Rana's press release that he put out and said you know I've accomplished what I want to do in my career and I'm very proud of what I've done and and I have hopes of doing other things buddy you're retiring and not running again because you were going to get your butt kicked because you were Joe Biden's little laugh dog when you were supposed to be representing uh West Virginia voters so I think we need to be honest about why he's not going to be a senator again and it's because no one in his own state likes him the people who know him best don't want him as their senator anymore and and that's why he's not going to be running again so you bring up Mitt Romney uh man they are they are birds of a feather in that thing Mitt Romney's only the only consistent thing he has done his entire career in politics is run he gets in once and then he does such a poor job that everyone in the state hates him so he can't run again so he just finds like a new state to run you know he was a one -term governor in Massachusetts he got smoked in the presidential so he decided to move to Utah and run for senate there and no one likes him there anymore because he's a jerk uh and so what does he have left to do the only thing that Joe Manchin has left to do which is avoid any actual real job and just stay in politics and find a bunch of left -leaning voters who pretend they're independent but you For the last few months, at least a year, I've looked to different news media outlets and the way they tell stories of different major world events. And what I talk from it is that no matter how you look at it, there's always going to be outlets in the media that will either twist the truth to make it out of something else, or they just tell a flat out lie. But the thing is, you won't know if it's twisted, a lie, or if they're just telling the truth as it is. Because people rely on the news and mainstream media for information. Like what other choice do we have? Where do we go for information? And what I realized is you can't stick to one news outlet because you never know what the bias is. You have to look at multiple sources on the same story to see where the blind spot is. And of course, with a lot of major events, it is awful how society has really come down to, especially with COVID, the various war regimes that's been going on the past two, three years. If I can interrupt you, you're not going to believe this. You're not going to believe what I'm about to tell you, so buckle up. COVID-19. First of all, this is how corrupt our government is. Are you aware that H1N1 is SARS-1 and COVID-19 is SARS-2? H1N1 hit our country in 2009. My kids got it from a packed plane, landed from Florida. Same tests, same quarantine, same symptoms as COVID-19. We had to quarantine the whole bit, 14 days, all of us. Long story short, 200,000 Americans died from COVID-19. I'm mama bear. I'm always going to be. I don't care how old my kids are, but I went with them. This guy's on the elevator here. He's an infectious disease doctor at the Cleveland Clinic. Guess what he tells me? How did you know about H1N1? I said, my kid's got it. He says, well, let me tell you something. I wrote a letter. UH Hospital and Cleveland Clinic Hospital had a round table of doctors. We got together. We wanted to see Obama. Guess what we were told? Obama said, this comes from a highly respected doctor that goes on Fox News and gives theories about illnesses like this and infectious diseases. And he said that Obama refused a vaccine in 09 because 200,000 deaths didn't warrant a vaccine. Also, I'm going to tell you something about Obama. In 2013, he had BLM Priscilla Hodges come to the White House. Now, Priscilla Hodges had to step down, but Charity was a fraud. Okay. She did nothing to help the community. BLM goes up in flames. Why didn't Obama help the community? I'll tell you why. She herself in an interview said it was rich white men that funded this. Think about that. Think about what she said. And my husband agreed at that meeting, but went back and Mr. trafficking reached back out to my husband who had the utmost respect for the man, as well as that whole community did. And so he went against the federal prosecutor and he went up there and he helped them. And he was seen on TV and people locally, a judge, a federal judge locally got immediately was on this and wanted to try to indict him for taxes. So the jury refused the indictment. He had a grand jury, secret grand jury that refused to indict him for willful nonpayment of taxes, which is the same thing Hunter Biden is being charged with. Then they came down, threatened us both and said that if he didn't take the plea, they would take our kids away from us. Now I had a hard time believing that. I remember telling the, a lawyer that represented my husband who I have no respect for, I'm going to say it because I feel that he really, really did a horrible job, ineffective counsel. I think he was in on things with the, but at any rate, so the next thing was he had to take the plea. They give him, they tell him it's eight months to take the plea. He'll be out in eight and he can go to Elkton, which is very close to Youngstown. So he takes the plea. We get up to Cleveland, up there, this same attorney who ends up becoming a special prosecutor. How would you like to have this guy prosecuting your cases? Goes up there. He goes up there and he, on the way up there, he drives us up. He says, well, you had letters of recommendation, good recommendations for your hearing today. And I took them out because they're inappropriate to have judges talking and recommending you for other judges, to other judges. So I took the letters out. Mind you this, a month prior to that, Mark's lawyer, a co -lawyer that was working in his office called me up and he said, Rosemary, you have something to do here. I said, what's that? He said, you got to have your kids write a letter to the judge. I said, why? He said, just trust me on this. To this day, I don't know how he knew. So I got my kids and he said, make sure you mail it yourself. And I wrote the letter to the judge. We get to court and she's decided she's going to step outside the plea agreement and charge him for 18 months. He's going away and his law license is gone for life.

That's how you know dirty little secret of law enforcement you got to deal with bad a lot guys because bad guys no other bad guys and bad guys love ratting out other bad guys believe leave me there's no Omerta in the bad guy business anyone who's telling you that like I don't know man I watched Donnie Brasco and these guys are super low that is throw that right out throw that right out this I did for over 10 years of my life did criminals love ratting other criminals out they'll do it in a heartbeat

Mike Lobez -Kornweghel is then taking today off, Ryan Ronstein in studio with me today and having a little fun. We'll be all over the place. We've got to talk a little bit about the debate today. You did not listen to it. I know you've seen clips of it. You didn't watch it, I should say. Not start to finish. I figured I shouldn't have my son drown in the bathtub. This will be good because you'll get an opportunity to hear some of this. We will never make it through the whole debate. We're going to be here 45, 50 minutes, but we'll make it through some of the good parts before we get there, though. Bill Stadium, I sent this to you. Bill Stadium Community Inclusion Task Force cuts first public meeting short. They have an inclusion task force. Of course, instead of hiring the brightest and the best, we're going to try to make sure we hire people of certain color to get the... We can't have too many crackers. That's right. We can't have that. Just Mayor as Pee -Wee was saying on one of his road trips through, I think it was Detroit, when one of the interstate systems leading people out of Detroit, for obvious reasons, too many white people were building this. Who gives a shit? How about the best people? The best people should be building. People, first of all, about 70, 60 ,000 people are going to sit in this thing, right? I don't care whether you're black or you're blue or you're white or yellow, green. I don't care what color you are. Just be the most qualified person for the job. The best part is they ended this early because the media came in. Okay, so what's the big deal? What are you hiding? If you want this all -inclusive deal, I mean, first of all, the taxpayers are paying for it. So white taxpayers, black taxpayers, we're all paying for it. We should have access to these meetings. The minute the media came in, they said, nope, we're done. We're done. The report that came out, or you know what, let me retract it, didn't come out for low T Poland cars is complete ineptness back in January, or I should say December with the storm. I'm not going to release it. No. Who paid for it? Right. And while the mainstream media, they're more worried about, oh my gosh, we've got to make sure we include this. Never asking any questions. Never asking any questions about this. I mean, there is enough material. If you're an actual journalist, an actual journalist in this town, there's enough material for the next 75 years. Of just all the boondoggles, of all the, just for Christ sakes, you could spend years on the complete pissing away of money on main street. Oh yeah. Right. Right. Right. And it'd go all the way back to the start of that project, the present day. Where's one journalist, by the way, that just goes through the budget. Remember the old school folks? They would do that. They'd show up at city hall. Line by line. They'd do a flyer request. They'd go line by line, like, why are you spending, you know, $7 ,000 on ribeye steaks for everybody? You know, like, do we have that in this town? There's none of that anymore. They could care less. The left wing agenda is here. It's strong. Well, the other part of that too, though, it's, it's a community mindset where I don't care that my taxes keep going up. My cost of living keeps going up as long as the bills have a new stadium. Everything's copacetic. Yeah. Well, we'll get into the debate, but my favorite is like, well, I negotiated a great deal for the taxpayers. Um, and, but they, they forget to talk about inflation and what's going on out there. And I love the fact that it's like, well, we know we're, we're, we're, this is all we're going to spend. Give me a break. There's not one person with a brain in Erie County that thinks that this project's not going to come in way over budget, that Erie County's not going to be on the hook for millions and millions of dollars. They already are over budget. We don't even have, there's just a hole in the ground and there are $300 million over budget. And as I was going to say, you probably see all the billboards, you know, as we go to the sabers games, they're on the, the one 90 about the gas tax and other gas tax going back up. Yeah. That didn't get brought up yesterday. And it really, I thought it needed to, you know, these debates are, but to, to give the moderators credit, they sort of didn't let him get off, uh, off, off the topic, but there's only so much time. Yeah. Correct. And we'll get into that. Um, this is another one. This is Trump. Uh, the Trump derangement system is true out there, but it's funny because even CNN now is starting to go, gee boy, you know, like maybe I wonder maybe the CNN people are filling up their cars going, I've had enough of this. Let's yeah. Have you ever watched a CNN host hold back tears and say, Trump was right. What's this? Glenn Kessler from the Washington Post had a fact check about Joe Biden from earlier this month. Um, noting that Hunter Biden admitted in court in July that he was in fact paid substantial sums from Chinese companies. Kessler wrote Hunter Biden reported nearly 2 .4 million in income in 2017, 2 .2 million in income in 2018, 2 .4 and 2 .2, two years in a row from a crackhead. This is what he reported, right? This is why people are so frustrated when you hear, Oh, well you don't, but Trump broke the law, blah, blah, blah. Trump broke the law. Trump, first of all, he didn't, they can't prove that he broke the law. Every every from Bill Clinton, everybody's got documents, right? They were in the garage next to the, uh, his Corvette Corvette. Yeah. But they use strong adhesive tape, Mike. That's right. That's right. That'll see it. That'll stop someone. So we have them admit, we have Hunter admitting, look at, I got 2 million plus dollars two years in a row from the Chinese. Isn't this the same scumbag that couldn't pay child support either? Yeah. Still not paying child support. Yeah. The Biden family just said, Oh, that's not our baby. Right. In fact, I think they fought. So the last name's not theirs. Yeah. Nice people. Nice people. This is amazing. This is why, by the way, Donald Trump is winning. It's not the Santas or Vivec or that they're doing a bad job. It's that the American people are so disgusted with the attempt to try to interfere with this election and say, okay, we're going to go after you. We're going to use the government's resources to go after you. But Oh, by the way, the Biden family, Oh, $2 million a year to a crackhead. No problem. Not a problem at all. Not a problem at all. Kurt, I was thinking who could we have on the show that's not going to hold anything back. Make our audience laugh about the Shakespearean tragedy and drama that we are witnessing. Kurt, how should we think about what is happening right now as we speak? Motion to vacate of Kevin McCarthy. Well, the whole thing reminds me of the sin of Onam. I think, you know, I'm trying to keep it FCC compliant here, Charlie. I'm an army guy. I want to know what the objective is. I don't like Kevin McCarthy. He's not my pal. I am completely indifferent to what happens to him. He is a tool in every sense of the word, but mostly to be used for an objective. What's the objective? Matt Gaetz. Why now? Why here? Why this? I know what the plan is. To the extent is it starts with vacating the chair. And step two, we're going to skip over that. And then step three is some better situation happens. I don't understand the plan. I understand that we've got a presidential primary going on. While we are talking about this, we are not talking about the lawfare against President Trump. We are not talking about the candidates and their policies. We are not talking about the Hunter Biden revelations that even The Washington Post can't ignore anymore. We're not talking about Jamal Bowman, who can't figure out the difference between a door and a fire alarm. I actually believe him there. I do think he is that dumb. Instead, we've got Matt Gaetz being followed by hundreds of regime media reporters who for the first time ever are thrilled to ask what Matt Gaetz, a hardcore conservative thinks only because they think it's going to cause chaos among the Republicans, which it is. And he appears to be eating this up. He appears to be loving this. He appears to have a personal beef against Kevin McCarthy. Not sure that his personal beef should have any play in here. Look, I'm all about winning. I don't understand how that wins. I haven't had a good explanation of how vacating the chair wins. Again, not a pal of Kevin McCarthy. It's not my favorite guy. I don't like him. I don't love him. But he's over Matt when Gaetz tosses him out with the help of the Democrats, who will never do anything that's good for the Republicans. So you could tell, you know, it's an important indicator. If the Democrats are united behind you in doing something, that's when you think, huh, maybe this isn't such a great idea. So I'm, you know, I'm concerned with winning legislative elections in Virginia, where we have to show people who have doubts about conservatives that we can govern. I'm concerned about winning in Kentucky, where we have a very important governor who's very likely to have to replace Mitch McConnell, whose health is failing. I want to, you know, is this going to help those things or hurt those things? What's the answer? I don't you take a giant leap to do something that hasn't been done in 113 years. You know, I'd like to know what the plan is. Am I crazy? No, no, there is no plan. And I understand the anger from the base. I'm going to read some emails here, though, Kurt. And I know and I get it because we have been betrayed on every major issue. So I get it. I feel the same way. I'm not even trying to do happy talk. I'm not trying to do. I'm just asking, guys, before you storm the Bastille, what's next? And there is this there's this amazing dialog that happened. I'm trying to remember what New York City liberal was, but it was the Black Panthers. I think I think I had you on once and we talked about this. So the Black Panthers came to some sort of white liberal cocktail soiree and all the white liberals were like fawning over them, the Black Panthers, best thing ever. And some brave soul, you know, listens to the speech and the Black Panthers say, we're going to burn it all down. We're going to do this. And somebody asked the question, they said, but but what next? And the Black Panther responds, he says, well, you can't know everything, man. It's like, OK, hold on a second. Like, let's climb up, like let's I get the anger. I understand it. But here's let me just read some of these emails here, because, again, I have received thousands of very nasty messages, not even because I'm saying we shouldn't be doing this. I'm saying that this has probably not been thought through, like just what the one, two, three, four is. Right. So I'll read one of these emails here. Right. Charlie, the time has come to burn it all down. They're all the same. It can't get any worse than what we have. What is your response to that, Kurt? That's about the stupidest thing I've ever heard. And I think we need to sugarcoating it with our people. OK, I've been in the ruins of a civil war. It gets a lot worse. We have problems here, you know, and I find it interesting that guys like you and I, who no one is going to mistake for a squish unless they are actively stupid or think the listener is actively stupid, are saying, wait a minute, stop it. We need a plan. We need a direction. We need to figure out what the heck we're going to do. And it can't just be, well, let's just see what happens. Let's toss this guy out with no idea who follows. You know what's going to happen? A bunch of Republican squishes, the same one the base is infuriated at, are going to get together with a bunch of Democrats and they're going to put in a squish Republican speaker like they got down in Texas, the same kind of creep who was behind impeaching Ken Paxton. And then they're going to go, I can't believe it. You know, I keep thinking of that meme, the guy riding on his bike and he's saying, dang, these Republicans, they're screwing everything up. He sticks some between the tusks, folks in his wheel. He raps, he goes, oh, they're really annoying. Look what they did to me. The anger is understandable. And yes. And but so some I could read I could read, by the way, the audience is ninety nine percent in the direction of vacate storm, the best deal, take the head and all that. But let's let's just go through a fact, which is that the people that will be voting for motion to vacate, you know, they say they've been live to him betrayed and I'm going to take their word at it. Right. I'm not there. They are. I'm not going to. But they will they will vote with that. They will vote for every Democrat. So is it correct, Kurt, to say that this is a gift to the Democrat Party? Well, the Democrats sure think so. Democrats are excited about this. Every single Democrat wouldn't be voting for this thing if they didn't think it was good for the Democrats. That hold on, hold on. You know, that sounds obvious, but time out, time out. Say that again, because that that that that's not Barry the lead. OK, hold on. I want you to repeat what you just said. Say it again. Every single Democrat would not be voting for this if every single Democrat did not think this was good for the Democrats and bad for us. That sounds so obvious, but because the Democrats never vote against their own interest ever. No, no, they don't know about their political party interest, not the interest of their constituents, of their power. No, I look I think you're right. And I, you know, I'm. I understand people are frustrated. Grow up. We have a four seat majority of one house of the Congress. OK, there are a bunch of reasons why that's true. Many of them the fault of our own party and our own choices and actions. But that's where we are. You know, I can't believe why isn't he decreeing blah, blah, blah. Because, you know, maybe you should have paid more attention that that Schoolhouse Rock. I'm just a bill thing because it's it doesn't work like that. We have got to make incremental movements. We are not going to make this is this is not going to be a giant sweeping cavalry charge. This is going to be bayonet fighting inch by inch. And sometimes you're going to lose ground. Sometimes the bad guys score points. The goal is to move forward, but you never move forward by losing. I don't want to make any broad proclamations, but we will. It looks like we're not going to have the House next year. I'm just going to tell you right now it was this is not making it more likely for most of our audience doesn't care. And they're telling us and that's not what they will. But they will. Once they abolish the Electoral College, I'm going to get a lot of e -mails. Yeah. Well, I can't believe I'm doing this. Well, believe it. And you thought it was a great idea. No, I would rather not be in the I told you so mode. I know I get it out. I know when when Washington, D .C. becomes a state, I don't want to have to replay this segment. I don't. Yeah, exactly. Guys, think. I just want to make sure everyone's clear. I share the anger. I share the volcanic eruption against the unit party. Let's be smart. Let's ask ourselves, is there any downside to letting our emotions govern our behavior? Let me just talk about a few talking points, though, about the president and issues that the left is now claiming the president has. So just this week, he was in, was it New Hampshire he was in, South Carolina it was. Yeah. And he went to a gun store and now they're saying that he violated his legal obligations, he went and bought a gun. From everybody that was there said that was not true. Your thoughts on the left now saying he should be put in jail for buying a firearm. Honestly, it's completely unsurprising at this point. They will do and say anything that they possibly can to try and attack President Trump. He was visiting a small business, visiting a gun store in the great state of South Carolina. The owners there are big supporters of his, and they had gifted him a Glock that was ingrained with Trump 45. And then the Democrats, you know, absolutely went ballistic in trying to say that he was violating laws. And it's just ridiculous. This is how, this is what they do. They go after President Trump for absolutely everything, but then they turn a blind eye to the real crimes committed by their own party, namely Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden, who almost evaded charges on a federal gun violation, which he's now facing an indictment for with an attorney that was handpicked by Merrick Garland, who's from Biden's home state. So the corruption goes on and on and the Democrat side of the media says nothing, but they're constantly attacking the former president. Voters see right through this crap, really doesn't matter. You'll see that in the polls shortly.

"This is really bad. Here, Red State, Banshee. Hunter Biden team used It's the the threat of Joe Biden to pressure and coerce the DOJ. It's happening. This is why Biden's mad, not mad. They're targeting his kid. He's mad. They could be targeting him. He throw his kid under the bus in a what they say in the 80s in a jiffy. Remember the Brady Bunch? They would throw this guy under the bus tomorrow if it would make the political case against Joe Biden go away. Bank on it. Cash that check. Spend that money here. According to Politico, Politico, by the way, which is like to the left of the Communist Manifesto. According to Politico, which examined previously unknown communications between Hunter Biden's legal team and the DOJ. There was an actual threat issued to call Joe Biden as a witness if Weiss, the U .S. attorney, dared to charge the gun crime in question. OK, what goes on? Then he issued a warning if the Justice Department charged the president's son, his lawyers would put the president on the witness stand. President Biden now would be a fact witness fact witness for the defense in any criminal trial. There you go, folks. It's right there. Tell me Joe Biden loves his kid. He loves himself. "Right? It's the right thing to do. Joe Biden is angry about questions about his kid, not because he loves his kid. No one who loves their kid does what he did to his kid and sticks a guy with a drug problem in front of a bunch of enemies of the United States, a bunch of vultures to grift for him because can't he make money himself. Nobody doesn't love. What kind of love is that? How do you think that sounds to actually love their kids? Love. You loved your crack addicted kid. You're going to send them overseas grifting for you. What I've got is dozens of an open boxes, I'm moving apartments into the house of this wonderful new landlord is really good guy and a fellow believer in America and in Christ. And but I've got two beagles who have to be taught that this new apartment is not a place to go to the bathroom because it's all new to them. And I just am moving everything I own from one place to another. And so we're not doing video because if we did video right now, you would think I was actually Hunter Biden at a Motel six hiding from my Chinese handlers. Yeah, we don't want to look like that. I do not look my best because I do not have any of my toiletries. I can't I have one toothbrush. I can't find any soap. It's not brushes. Do you need, John? Well, I took a few days off of the moon, so I don't have as many columns. But I did. I did have one that I I spent was actually inspired by a conversation you and I had here. And then I talked about it with the great Charlie Kirk for a full hour. And it relates to my new book, which is coming out in a few weeks. No Second Amendment, no first. "Fox News alert. The president's son, Hunter Biden, has been indicted on gun charges. A Colt Cobra 38 special was illegally purchased, then dumped in a dumpster next to a school. It was lost and the Bidens blamed an illegal alien. Count one lying on a gun form. He said he wasn't addicted when he was count to making false statements to a gun dealer, again, lying about his drug addiction and count three for owning a firearm while on drugs. Hunter's facing a maximum prison sentence of twenty five years and a three quarter million dollar fine. Democrats have run on gun control for decades. And now that Hunter Biden has been charged with gun crimes, Democrats don't care as long as it doesn't hurt Biden's reelection. Oh, Jesse, you fell for it. No one thinks Hunter Biden is going to get a month in jail. They're going to slap him on the wrist. You think the Biden Justice Department is going to walk away with Hunter Biden being incarcerated? Sure, they want to lock Donald Trump up for the rest of his life, but they're not going to touch Hunter Biden. Like that CNN contributor said, this is only intended to present the the the image of the Biden Justice Department doing something about Hunter Biden's crimes. And unfortunately, that leftist commentary commentator on CNN is correct. The Trump administration didn't charge Hunter Biden's been going on. This has been going on for years. This is not a month in the making. This goes back six years. These crimes stem from something he did in I think it was either twenty eighteen or twenty nineteen. Trump's administration didn't do anything about it. And in fact, this special counsel prosecutor, whatever the guy, whatever the guy's title is, Weiss, he's a Trump appointee. Give me a break. This is all theater. This is all smoke and mirrors designed to give the Biden family cover and to give the Biden administration cover. I already saw the legal commentators weighing in last night, Dan Abrams over on ABC World News Tonight. This is very unusual. There was no crime committed. There wasn't any active violence. It's only a single count on a single gun. This is very rare. Oh, this is so rare. It's unusual, you know, suggesting that it's only politically motivated by the Republicans. I mean, here's Dan Goldman. Check this guy out. Here's the former assistant U.S. attorney with Anderson Cooper, and they're all wringing their hands over there at CNN, pointing out this is so rare and so, so obscure. They're already setting it up. They're already telling us that Hunter Biden isn't going to go to jail for this. It's a big fat game. It's a joke. Here's Dan Goldman, the former assistant U.S. attorney on CNN last night. They are they are. I've never heard of this charge being brought. I understand it is occasionally brought here and there. But in the discretion, you know, I was in the Southern District of New York. We we looked for felons who were in possession of guns. We did not look for people who were subject to substance abuse for 11 days in the possession of a gun. So this is unusual. And when you hear of the two tiered justice system, I would argue that Hunter Biden is getting worse of the worst of it because his last name is Biden, not the other way around. So are you paying attention? Are you are you paying attention yet? Oh, we at the U.S. attorney's office, we didn't normally in charge somebody. It was just 11 days of substance abuse, as if Hunter Biden has been a drug addict for a grand total of 11 days. That's what that guy's suggesting. He's not that bad. Oh, come on. He's a Biden. How bad could he be? These people make me sick. And I'm just telling you, don't fall for it. Speaking of NCAA college division one football, Colorado state coach Jay Norvell blasted for cringe-worthy smack talk directed at Dion Sanders, Eric smithing of yard Barker. This went on earlier today, Colorado state head coach Jay Norvell became one of the biggest jokes on the internet after he tried and failed horribly trash talking Colorado head coach Dion Sanders. Norvell criticized Sanders for wearing sunglasses and a hat during an ESPN interview saying, when I talk to grownups, I take my hat and glasses off. That's what my mother taught me. Norvell was singing a slightly different tune earlier in the week when he said Dion Sanders had one of the, had a lot of public critics. I'm not one of them. That is, that is, uh, except when it comes to doing something as irrelevant as his wardrobe with, for that what it's worth Sanders has been civil in the comments toward Norvell telling reporters earlier this week that he has the utmost respect for the Rams coach, the on taking the class act way per odds checker. The Buffalo's are 23 point favorites ahead of the Rocky mountain showdown. You don't say don't poke the bear or in this case, the Buffalo, uh, the game might get ugly, but nothing Colorado state doesn't say they will be anywhere near as cringe-worthy as Norvell's weak insult lobbed at Sanders with Colorado at two nothing. Sanders can wear whatever he pleases whenever he wants. Norvell meanwhile, should leave the trash talking to the pros. This has now become the biggest story actually in sports is what Dion Sanders has done with this team leaving. I believe it was Jackson state. He left them earlier, uh, you know, earlier this year, went on to go to coach Colorado, who really was not a good team. They were on the bottom end there in the NCAA and he's brought them an hour up to an 18th ranked team in the AP top 25 from literally nowhere. And if he wins another game or two, you're going to see that team in the top 10 possibly competing for the playoffs. So good for kudos for, uh, prime time reinventing himself again, great football player, great baseball player, great, uh, analyst on TV. This man is nothing he can do wrong. He's got the Midas touch. So let him wear his glasses in the hat, leave the man alone. That's a wrap. And when it comes to the Colorado state, I mean, Colorado state, they gotta be, they gotta be celebrating. We're going to get a national game. Who the hell has ever watched a Colorado state football game on national TV? They pull skim milk. Yeah, exactly. They basically, they've been the Kamala Harris of college football. Yeah, exactly. He knows him. Nobody likes him. Uh, but now they're going to be on display on, unfortunately their coaches kind of put it on the players. Like, you know, you got way to go coach. Yeah. This guy was a phenom in high school in every sport in track. I believe he was a state champion. Yeah. Um, and w you know, was like 400 meter runner, all that stuff. Um, he played basketball. He, he basically played every sport and he probably could have gone pro and in probably any sport. That's the crazy part. Football and baseball at one point playing for the Braves and the Cowboys on the same day, he had two games. I mean, the guy was just absolutely. And he also spent time with the Yankees as well, doing the same thing, same thing as a Bo Jackson. Right. But when it came to Dion Sanders, and again, down in Southwest Florida, that, that Fort Myers, Naples area, that's where he's from. He came back there. I was, that was my first ever radio gig, a full-time radio gig down at a 96 K rock in Fort Myers. And we were doing a, you know, Dallas Cowboys came to town because Dion brought them in as a part of a fundraiser and they did a basketball game. You're talking about guys when he was on the team. It's like, what, Leon, let those kinds of guys like, like these guys were like six, four, 325, 350 pounds running back and forth in his old high school gym. And we're sitting there watching this and these guys are, are skiing. We're talking there, they're grabbing the basketball banging it against the backboard and slamming it down. This is the caliber of athletes. These guys were and Dion was better than them. I believe it because it was insane to watch. It's an interesting story. What glab didn't know was that a nearby microphone was on and captured the entire exchange. Well, here we go. I want to take ownership for what I said today. Glab wrote in a statement on X. I am very sorry for what I said and meant no ill will. I respect the hell out of the stuff on digs. And he has been one of my favorite players to cover. Exactly. Just one more story. Rick, a popular bodybuilding competitor, Neil Curry dead at the age of 34. Here we go. Another inexplicable death, Dylan Gwynn of bright parts reporting bodybuilder and famed Mr. Olympia competitor competitor Neil Curry died on September 11th at the age of only 34. The announcement of the bodybuilder's death was revealed by Curry's former coach, Milos Sarkov, absolutely shocking, heartbreaking news that my former athlete Neil Curry died today. My last best memory of him was his smiling face after he won New York pro and fulfilled his lifetime dream of qualifying for the Mr. Olympia. Sarkov announced on social media, the New York post reported, I am lost for words and filled with pain and sadness. My sincere condolences to family, friends, and loved ones. The trainers initial post mentioned that Curry committed suicide, uh, but the reference was subsequently deleted. So it has not been established how the popular bodybuilder passed away. The UK born Curry made his debut at the 2017 world championships and finished fifth in the category of pro muscle. And he made his first entry into the Mr. Olympia contest in 2022. Trump indictment. Oh, here we go. Big guy right here with the Trump indictment. We saw it. It was documented. We we compared the dates. Everybody saw it. We also now think about this for the indictment, especially the last one in Georgia. You had the call from Newt. Remember when Newt Gingrich talked about the phone call that was made to Fannie Willis? Yeah. Say, look, fat Fannie Willis, you better get on the horn and make an indictment on Monday. We need this Joe Biden thing to go away. So you had that happen. But what happens now? Well, let's see. We don't have a Trump indictment lined up. They can't break glass, you know, in case of emergency and indict Trump again. So what do you do? The only thing they can do, who's expendable at this point? Let's get the crackhead son. It's Hunter. Hunter is now expendable. Why? Because as they keep saying and they keep telling you, well, he's not a he's not a government employee. So, you know, he's a private citizen. And of course, you know, private citizens, they're not really involved in the government. Right, David? Yes. They basically said, F him. Let's do it. It's like a Nike ad. Right. They just said, just just do it. Just indict him because here's what's going to happen. They're going to indict him. Right. The indictment came down. What's going to happen with this indictment? Oh, I think they're getting ready to remove Joe Biden from the ticket. Exactly. But what's going to happen with this indictment? They've taken the pressure now. The heat is off of Joe Biden. Everybody's talking about Hunter Biden's indictment. Why? I guess because because they needed to divert their attention. Again, sure. Break glass. We got to indict somebody. And it's always an indictment. They indict Hunter. Hunter's expendable at this point. He's too much of a problem and they know they're getting rid of Joe. So what are they here? Again, here's my theory. They know Joe is not going to be the nominee. Right. I think I think that's true. OK, they're they've got all this. They got the impeachment inquiry coming out. They're going to start getting bank records. Things are going to get really bad. Joe's going to probably have to step down. Right. He's going to say about step down, but not run. I think he's going to end up stepping down probably before the end of the year, sometime during the holidays, because people will be busy. It's a very busy time of year. Who knows? There could be some military things going on, but he'll need to step down on his way out the door. Of course, these indictments will never see a courtroom on his way out the door. He decides, I love my son, and he's going to pardon his son. Not only is he going to pardon them on these indictments, he will pardon him for everything that he's done. And they'll just make their way out. You know, I was listening to Dershowitz early. If he finishes his term out, it may make sense for him to do that next December. Not this December, but if he stays in office the next December.

And you know, in 1983, the Family Research Council was formed. It's an evangelical Christian group, a think tank, an active lobbying organization that stands up for family values, God forbid. Been under assault by the Southern Poverty Law Center forever. And it's going to be there hosting tomorrow night. They're going to host the candidates tomorrow night. I think DeSantis is speaking as well. I remember in 2012, Mr. Corkins, a Virginia resident, walked into the Family Research Council and shot a security guard because of the Southern Poverty Law Center's designation of the Family Research, the Media Research, the Family Research Council. Well, that's a, that's quite a hate group distinction. Yeah. And he walked in there. Not sure if we want to replicate that this year, right? No, but that's what happens. The Southern Poverty Law Center labels everybody like a domestic terrorist organization and all this. And, you know, he walked in with Chick-fil-A, he was going to smear them all over the people in the offices after he got security. Sounds like a great guy. Probably a Democrat, right? In the SPLC's defense, along with 25 LGBT groups, they did denounce the attack. But this is what's going on, you know? Yes, this is what's going on. It was one of these odd ducks back in the 80s where the president would put some people on the Chief Justice would suggest some people the majority leader will suggest some people and the House Speaker would suggest some people and they'd all end up being confirmed and it met for the first time officially In October of that year, but in between the commissioners were doing their work and I was doing some of the work and I think judge McKinnon was the chairman of the pre-official Commission, but he wasn't the first official Chairman, so they asked for a correction That's what Sentencing Commission bureaucrats do first time anyone's met mentioned the Sentencing Commission in a thousand years and their public affairs officers Oh, no, George McKinnon won the first chair. He was it was on it, but he went actually I think they're wrong But I don't care that's not the point The point is I've been watching it since 1984 and what will happen today if they go along with this is the antithesis Of equal justice under the law. I I tend to balk at the sense that the America is You know dictating or preaching democracy to any other country in the world right now You've got enough problems going on within your country and in Israel We should always remember is when maybe one of the five countries in the world has never known a second of non democratic governance Okay, it's the United States Britain New Zealand So not a very long list, but we're the only country on that list has never known a second of peace I think our democracy deserves a little bit more credit We've also had those of us of a certain generation I'm gonna include you on this you remember the anti-war demonstrations of the 60s where people burn American flags and spit on soldiers Our demonstrations here agree with them disagree with them Everyone's flying the Israeli flag singing our national anthem and showing utmost respect for soldiers. So it's very different type of Phenomenon. Yes. It was a hard day for us a very hard day for us the government Pressed ahead passed a red passed a law that Essentially eliminated the Supreme Court's use of the reasonableness clause For overturning government decisions and legislation now that you really don't have this the United States We don't have a constitution so Supreme Court starting really 90s Arrogated to itself the right to base to make constitutional like decisions on whether a Government decision or an appointment was Unreasonable. So Michael, let's remind people Israel was founded in 1948 so the Israeli Supreme Court which has existed from the founding Did not do this sort of thing for the first 40 years of the country's existence Well, it's like, you know, I guess it's Madison versus Marlboro But we didn't we never had a law that said that established the principle of judicial review Martin Madison versus Marbury was 15 years after and was clearly contemplated by federalist 78 So the Supreme Court did nothing that was unusual in Marbury But I think the Israeli Supreme Court just wanted to do something and they invented this and then there's been mission creep. Hasn't there? Well, certainly there's been a big denied again Arrogate that's the word the Supreme Court starting in the 1990s under the president of Supreme Court our own Barack Actually I get it the right of The what's known as in Hebrew everything is adjudicable everything the position of this computer my books behind me Everything can be determined by the Supreme Court Which is the widest jurisdiction the widest scope of any Supreme Court in the world And so it was it was highly intervention was highly activist and there was certainly a need to restrict it You read my book Israel 2048 the rejuvenated state I wrote that book three four years ago and there's a chapter there on the need to reform the Supreme Court the way Supreme Court chooses judges are chosen and To limit the scope of that Supreme Court. So I want to remind people Yes when we got together Michael and I were together once in Israel for drinks and we talked about the Israeli Supreme Court because I didn't know much about it At that time. It's probably I was with Bolton So it was during the Trump years and we were stopping in Israel And I was one of the reporters on the plane and you educated me on the Supreme Court I had no idea they were free Rangers They were free Rangers, so they had to be limited So my position was that we should okay limit the scope change the way Supreme Court judges are chosen make it more similar to the American system where the people have a say in choosing the members of Supreme Court here We had almost no say which is why it was never an issue in our elections You know your election is a huge issue. No one ever asked us because we really don't have much input Mostly its Supreme Court judges sitting Supreme Court judges choose their successors get this so, you know They're human beings. They're gonna choose someone who agrees with them So in terms of their worldview, the Supreme Court was basically marching in place circa 1994, but the Knesset was moving It was reflecting public opinion moving significantly to the right and the gap between the Supreme Court and the Knesset was getting wider and wider And eventually gonna snap I guess that and so you had a reform My big concern was that the reform would go through without preserving the principle of judicial review and That is precisely what's happened in the government proposal. The government proposals do not preserve judicial review They so I don't whatever whatever verb you want to use hamstring castrate neuter the Supreme Court of any real authority I don't even why I even bother having a Supreme Court and we only have Two co equal branches of government the judiciary and the legislature because our government derives its power from the legislature It was if the President United States and every member of the Congress every member of the cabinet were actually members of Congress at the same time So we only have two branches and if you weaken one branch We don't really have checks and balances in this country And that is why I've often I've often said that began this program But the government had the right idea with the wrong implementation and with some of the wrong people It has to be said some of these people have criminal records and doesn't look like they're doing this from purely You know sort of altruistic motives. So Hence hence the great uproar in this country and the feeling that What is about to transpire is a wave of legislation that will profoundly and irreversibly alter the nature of this state Now doctor and I had a caller yesterday Yoni who's been calling my show for I've been on for 24 years and you know He's been calling for 23. He served in the Israeli Security forces in some role and spot in two wars as kids have been in the IDF as you were in the IDF He says this is about Ashkenazi and Sephardic splits. He says this is a racism issue. Would you unpack that? Okay, you know, I'm gonna pack it with my mother if I quoted my mother on this program not yet mother She's nice the first time forever. God bless her In her professional years. She was a family therapist and her famous line was the presenting problem is not the problem So the presenting problem is the reform for and against underneath that from our fundamental divisions within the Israeli society those divisions have now come to the fore the the Arab countries have the the gall the chutzpah to make peace with us and By making peace with us They remove that external pressure that kept us together and now there's no external pressure and all these schisms are coming to the fore One of them is the vision between Ashkenazi Jews Jews from Western backgrounds and Mizrahi Jews people from Eastern North African backgrounds the claim is that the Ashkenazi educated elite is rallying around the last bastion of Ashkenazi leaders power which is the Supreme Court and that this Ashkenazi elite refuses to relinquish the powers that they lost to the polls To the working class and I live in South never in South Tel Aviv you and many people in my neighborhood feel that way I mean, I don't feel that way, but they feel that way and It has a very very is it very impactful on the debate? So it's it's it's Ashkenazi versus and versus Mizrahi Western versus East It's the center versus periphery most of these demonstrations are happening in the big cities not in the small cities along the borders in the Negev and it's it's rich and poor it's Left and right. I recognize almost the least of them. I must tell you That's the least there are many many schisms going on in this country and the presenting problem is the reform So Michael when you say it's going to do away with just your review Does it do away with the Supreme Court's review of lower court decisions? No that that our Supreme Court has two hats one is less of this this constitutional review on issues of fundamental issues of principle and the other is the last Court of Appeals Which by the way presents a docket to our Supreme Court, which is which is just no human being could ever manage We have to separate those powers as well those functions No, they still have that but they won't be able to override ride any because the next bill coming up among there 200 pieces of legislation in this reform on one of them calls for the override law and the override law would say this It's Knesset passes a law Supreme Court turns it down and then the Knesset with a certain majority And we're not certain what the majority is It could be just 61 which is the smallest possible majority would then override the Supreme Court's override And now it's interesting in the United States Supreme Court. I teach US constitutional law I don't teach comparative constitutional law But in the US if Congress attempts to overrule a Supreme Court Ruling they may not do it in two cases one backwards they can't reverse decisions that have already come down and They cannot interpret the Constitution if the Supreme Court says the Constitution says something else Supreme Court wins But there is no Constitution in Israel. Why don't you guys do a pair? No You're talking to one of the few Outspoken anti constitutionalists. I'm an anti constitutionalist. I have been for 20 years I think if we had a Constitution it would be the end of this place This place functions because we operate in the gray and there's a lot of flexibility I've been growing instead of 1949 that we don't want a constitution because I don't want to sort of nail Israelis in to a law that maybe makes sense to me but may not make this sense to them 300 years from now You see the difficulty there so we have a collection of basic laws like Britain's collection of basic laws Well Britain amends its Constitution all the time. It's unwritten Constitution is amended by Parliament all I mean They basically abolished the House of Lords over a hundred years I don't really understand what the screaming's about because can't they restore it if they ever win another election Can't they repeal this law they being the left they can Benny Gantz the one of the opposition heads pledged to do that yesterday Let them run on that in four years I I don't know many I don't know many coalitions of the right or left that is gonna voluntarily give up power That's what this is about. It's a voluntarily give up power Let's see them do it if they ever get back in but there are a number of very Very dangerous precedents that have been set first of all is the politicization of the army as you mentioned I was in the army for many years 35 years altogether And politics was always left aside I never knew the politics of anybody I served with it was just completely irrelevant now The army has been politicized and you can have a another situation five years from now We have a government that sort of center center-left There's a peace process Israel's gonna be asked to give up territory and you're gonna see the army and half the people the officers in our army where Keep up. Okay religious. Let's see what the army does then. No, we're not gonna do it Michael. We got a I read yesterday that your attorney general who is not appointed by the government is it's a civil service Wants to challenge the reasonable this law in front of the Supreme Court What will happen if the Supreme Court strikes down the reasonability law? This is this is the ultimate nightmare. This is what we're grappling today okay, if Supreme Court then turns that down then is rich society in general and the FBI the Mossad are gonna have to decide where they're gonna go and we're gonna listen to and The betting last night around my crowd was that the army would go with the government the Mossad would go with the Supreme Court and the police at the police would go with the government and The Shabbat the FBI would be divided and it's funny not funny Actually, it's actually quite tragic that the deciding factor will be ethnic Okay, the Mossad is overwhelmingly Ashkenazi the police are overwhelming Israel He and the Shabbat the FBI is divided 50-50 Michael Oren, thank you. Yes, we will talk about this I just read up on the the issue with the the faking the phone call about the filing which sounds So so very shady and there's there also there's as usual with hunter-biden Like oh it's just a little innocent mix-up that happened to happen to this guy just as all the other innocent mix-ups and connections happen to happen to this guy and Look, I would like for you to tell me that there's hope that there might be consequences for this, but I'm not sure there are Oh the judge said file a paper to say why sanctions ought not to be imposed But if the I think it's Latham, but I'm not sure if that firm didn't do it It's not their fault if somebody tried to head fake the the court out Mary Catherine. Do you think he's getting a sweetheart deal? Yes, I do I mean I think hearing from the whistleblowers made it very clear that when it comes to Deciding whether someone should be prosecuted for crimes that they are investigating that there is a concerted effort to protect this person Whether it's in the press when it came to his laptop or actually in the government when it comes to investigating him There are questions you are not allowed to ask Whereas if you'll remember when it came to Trump and we were chasing Russian ghosts for four years Any question could be asked for any amount of time There was no evidence really needed to suggest that we continue an investigation in this case We have lots of evidence including flagging records from the Treasury Department because they're suspicious going to the Biden family And it's like now we're just gonna lay off on this and I don't think we should lay off on this. I know what happened Three different felonies for taxes one felony for a gun charge down to two misdemeanors for taxes and a Recommendation of probation. I think everyone in jail on gun charges or tax evasion is going to be very unhappy with this as will be Their family. I actually don't know what to expect out of Judge Norieka because I don't know anything about her But from afar I would punt this and say bring in the deputy attorney general or the head of the criminal division to talk To me about this. What would you ask if you were the judge? I would hope so because I feel like new information has come to light I think there's a it's a paraphrased Big Lebowski quote But new information has come to light and bringing that to the table as part of this discussion is important And that's of course what the House Republicans were attempting to do and then what someone attempted to get off the the docket Mary Catherine, I have to make it in mission against interest here a very damning one Everyone has blind spots in their cultural past. Any inclination she might have had is probably complicated by the fact that Hunter Biden's lawyer who I believe is named Lionel Hutts Basically decided to lie to the court and pretend to be the House Ways and Means Committee asking them to take down a posted document In what seat by the Hugh I know Lionel Hutts is the sleazy lawyer from the Simpsons just for anybody who didn't catch that reference But this is you know, like just blatantly like a fraud this is this is blatantly Leo pretending to be somebody else calling up and telling the court to take down a document over some technical issue and So that would certainly argue against it That sanctions might be coming for someone but I didn't see his name. Is that who we think did it? I Look, I just as far as we know is it was Biden's lawyer But like that's some of these things need still need to be disclosed. This is such a wild case Did you see the lawyer with the bong? Out in the daily mirror got a picture hunter was visiting a lawyer Allegedly his lawyer in LA and the lawyer was doing a bong hit on the porch Hugh drug use around Hunter Biden just doesn't sound like the hunter Biden We know that just doesn't fit with you like semi seriously though, like if hunter Biden is an addict, you know and obviously he's Written in the past about smoking crack every 15 minutes and and having a very not just be like having a very serious Potentially maybe like light threat life-threatening addiction. You wouldn't want him being around other people who are doing drugs Even if he's clean and sober, even if he's in recovery, you don't want people around him doing drugs Yes, and what's more I mean look the NBC News had had a report that said that Joe Biden understandably was very concerned about Hunter Biden worried about him falling back into bad habits falling about him falling back into addiction Put aside all the partisan and all the different arguments we have With Joe Biden every dad relates to that every dad relates to my child has problems The last thing I want is for them to be around other people that will get them back into the problems that we've worked So hard to just pull them out of that pit, right? So God that any of my kids have problems I would not want them magnified by virtue of my being on the radio but Joe Biden is in the United States and these problems are alleged to Include him when they come to barisma and payments abroad and it's just getting stinkier by the day. There are two stories here I'm not sure what the proven of impeachment Kevin McCarthy is said to be moving towards impeachment on the barisma of money. I think that's a bad move. What do you think? I What's let's just say I Thought you're gonna refer to the story out this week an insider that at least one of the purchasers of Hunter Biden's paintings They don't know that the sum but presumably considerably some because all of them are selling for you know minimum high-five figures, right That one of them has ended up on a board appointed by Biden now This is you know, this is a big-time California Democratic Party donor. This is the kind it's an unpaid position This is the sort of thing that happens all the time very similar to the way big-time party donors end up becoming ambassadors But the interesting question is like it did this person get recommended by Hunter Biden did this person purchase one of Hunter Biden's paintings? Because they thought this would enhance their odds of having the president selected for the one of these Commission's You know, there's a lot that's not known but all this violates what Joe Biden told us back in August 2019 that there was going to be this giant inseparable wall between Hunter Biden and his business interests and his administration and now all of a sudden we find out also by the way Somebody's apparently sold like one point some million in paintings and Somebody bought like 800,000 worth. Okay. I don't know who that person is But like these paintings have no intrinsic value of their own They're they're the only thing that they're valuable is that they've got Hunter Biden's signature on them, right? So the only reason you'd spend that much money on an original Hunter Biden is because you know It's this is a conduit to the president because you know, you're buying the paintings But oh, by the way, the other thing they pull this is don't worry Hunter Biden's not going to know who the donors are Well, apparently according to insider Hunter Biden knows at least three of the donors and there's no Switch over from this to the bigger problems of the by administration I can't see him running for president. He is incapacitated and Often in public view he is rambling and lost. Do you see it as often as I see it? Yeah, and I think one of the vivid examples was the meeting with Herzog it was only five to ten minutes It was in the White House and you could just see this is one of the rare times I'm very glad we're doing this visually where you could see Biden's, you know hunched over He's reading off the note card and the the voice is, you know Very soft and very mumbly and there are kind of moments where you could see hers are kind of looking like is he okay? Like like being a little unnerved by this and the thing that jumps out about that It's not just like obviously the president looks bad. We've had the president look bad. This was only like a late Tuesday morning President had nothing on his public schedule on Monday. He spent the weekend at Camp David no public events. He just spent Friday He had no book. This is first public event in like five days and he looked exhausted And it was you know, it wasn't like he'd been traveling, you know, we all get jet-lagged We all have challenged Lee I don't know if my suspicion is that when we don't see Joe Biden for four or five days I'm guessing he's in rough shape That just seems because I know White House would say let's keep the president out of the spotlight for five days Because you know, like he's your most a powerful messaging tool. He's your most he's the president right? You know, there's no deliberate upside to saying we're gonna hide the president for a couple of days And maybe the country will get kind of get curious about where he is or something like that There's no nothing deliberate in all of that. So now we did this once before Woodrow Wilson was incapacitated Stone-cold stroke victim for the last year of his presidency and nobody knew about it Because Edith Wilson basically ran the country and nobody knew that when Woodrow Wilson was impaired They didn't know about his first stroke either during Versailles There's a Hillary Clinton would have been in Kamala Harris would really be our second woman president when you look at what Edith Wilson was Doing for the country for one year. Yeah, but but we just I just can't imagine making this poor guy go through a campaign Can you do you think he's gonna be their nominee? I Think the entire Biden strategy right now is to count on the Republicans to nominate Trump Make the referee of the election a referendum on Trump Try to stage manage Biden as best they can they won't have kovat as an explanation for a You know basement campaign anymore. But yeah, we saw in 2022. He didn't go out and do big rallies or anything like that He will do small addresses to con to two donors Hopefully he doesn't start rambling of an Armageddon in front of them like he did back in 2022 And they'll basically write your ride or die with that Because I mean one of these is kind of you're so revealing about the what Democrats really think of Kamala Harris is that Hugh? Have you seen a single liberal columnist or a single Democratic official come out and say? Biden should step down and Harris should be the 2024 nominee great question. Not one single one if they if you know, I think of myself as being fairly You know well-read and also like if someone did that would generate news that would generate some headlines people would be buzzing Hey, did you hear that this you know state senator in Michigan called for Kamala Harris to be the Democrat? But nobody's doing that and which other thing says something about the fact that hey They don't think she's got the ability to be Trump or dissent is probably Gary Gary the indispensable I gotta go to break. I was asking some centrists and moderates Battleground Republicans. What do you think about this idea? There seems to be some pushback against leadership about this and You know with Kevin McCarthy the speaker basically dangling this idea we're curious what the timing was is he you know Giving Republicans the chance to go back to their districts say hey, you know We're talking about impeachment to the more conservative Republicans who have been pushing this but also allowing the the centrists and moderates to come back and say hey We got asked about this in town halls. We can't be doing this. So we're trying to suss that out, but It looks like they're they're discussing it in leadership meetings and So it's it's something that they're definitely considering but one Difference and wording that I was told is you know, impeachment inquiry is the first step impeachment is different So they're they're trying to suss out that messaging Olivia. I've been teaching con law since 95 I work for Richard Nixon who was in the process of being impeached. We had the Clinton impeachment to Trump impeachment and Impeachments become a regular thing. It's a disaster for this country, and I haven't seen the speaker since I know two months ago, but when I see it, I'm gonna urge him not to now Jason Smith and Ways and Means Committee Are you up-to-date yet with what's going on over at the plea bargain and what was posted and what was taken down a? Tiny bit. I know that there was a controversy of basically Someone working for Hunter Hunter Biden's law legal team calling the clerk and saying, you know We want you to remove basically a memo of them, I think Jason Smith pushing them to look into a broader swath of what the the IRS whistleblower has been saying and the basically it got reported that they thought that this This person had misrepresented themselves as being part of Jason Smith's team when they are actually part of Hunter Biden's team and so There's there's a chance that they could be facing pushback from our punishment from the court Any reporting at Politico on what people expect this judge to do today? I wrote a column about it in the Washington Post yesterday that's generated thousands of comments of the overwhelming majority of them negative They want the plea bargain to go through I think it stinks to I haven't what's the word around Politico? Yeah, that's something that I'm a little bit less familiar with I think we're waiting to see this is a Trump appointee And I did read your column. There is Some other reports that I read and and this is a space that I think you know better than I do there there was pushback about how misdemeanors usually you don't face jail time for the you know, being a first-time offender on these things and So that was sort of like the one other data point that I I Saw when I was sort of trying to suss this out myself. I do want to ask you a question I know this is your show, but there is a hearing on Capitol Hill and it's about Unidentified aerial phenomenon and I wanted to see I asked this is speaker McCarthy and I wanted to ask it of you Hugh Do you believe in extraterrestrial life? My answer has been for 50 years. I don't care if they're there It does not conflict with my Christian worldview. And if they aren't there, I don't want to waste time on it So when they land, I just hope it's not Mars attacks I just don't care and I think I think all this effort, you know There was something called the incident at Exeter a big deal when I was much younger than you are now And I was I was absorbed in it for about 10 minutes and then I realized I can't figure this out this is so far beyond me and Someday present, you know President Trump has never told us and if anyone was ever gonna tell us President Trump would have told us right area To tell us inside information really there would it change a thing about what I do? That is so interested in it, but I did you ever see the Truman Show Did you ever see? So even I care So even if we're not even talking about, you know, the ETS and the aliens you are talking about maybe highly sophisticated Weapons that another nation is using to spy or you know a test If that comes up in Armed Services, and it's a hypersonic satellite. Why does Barack Obama and Michelle Obama not spend their leisure time in the hood of Chicago? This spring, word began to circulate in Washington that the House Oversight Committee under its new chairman, Congressman Jamie Comer, had discovered criminal behavior after reviewing thousands of pages of the Biden family's bank records. Now, publicly, to the extent they responded at all, the White House dismissed the investigation as, of course, politically motivated. There has long been overwhelming evidence that Joe and Hunter Biden's financial lives are not separate at all, but deeply intertwined. On Hunter Biden's laptop, there's a suggestion that the two of them even at one point shared a bank account. And of course, Hunter Biden wrote himself that he kicked back cash from his foreign business deals to his father. He wrote that bitterly. You've got to wonder, is there ever going to be a universe where Hunter Biden turns on his dad? Probably not. That's probably unrealistic. But will this result in Joe Biden no longer being president? No guarantee. The Democrat mafia will have to make a decision. Do we just keep on covering this up? Are we going to use this as a excuse to get someone more telegenic and charismatic for the 2024 election? When power is your God, every single decision is made through politics or the lens of politics. So it's not justice. It's not about holding them accountable. "So the you notice nothing leaks. So Joe Biden definitely had a war room going on where they said, OK, we need to be able to use the DOJ. We the DOJ, however. Needs to appear as impartial. So Joe Biden had multiple problems in the Biden administration had to figure this out. So the first issue, the most pressing issue is we have to try to take out Donald Trump. OK, so they've done that. Then they realize that people's trust in the DOJ goes down. So how do I solve my Hunter Biden problem with this Koch head criminal while also simultaneously trying to get people not to view the DOJ as this Democrat Praetorian Guard? So that actually solves two problems for the Biden administration. Now, if you fall for it, if the media falls for it, so you get this sweetheart deal. And they drag out this case for years and then they drop it at the perfect moment, timing, timing, timing, timing. Why are they dropping the Hunter Biden plea deal right now? They're dropping the Hunter Biden plea deal because there's probably a fair amount of Republican senators that are pretty animated. The DOJ is going after Donald Trump. So Merrick Garland had this in his back pocket. They game this out probably around Christmas. They knew that the House was eventually going to find Hunter Biden's crimes. So they said, how can we how can we turn down the attack dogs on Hunter Biden and say, hey, he's a suffering drug addict. He's already pled guilty. Leave him alone. It's a non -issue. How can you make it seem like a non -issue? Because now anything more than this will make it seem as if you're just out to get Hunter, poor Hunter Biden. He's already pled guilty. Leave the man alone. I could just hear the cable news segments. Right wing extremists and paranoid QAnon conspiracy theorists are trying to continue to push that Hunter Biden is the center of an international crime ring. Experts say that these theories lead to violence and there's no evidence to support that. And Hunter Biden has already pled guilty to two tax accounts to tax aversion. Cut 31. CNN says they're positioning this as he's trying to take accountability. You see, this everyone knows Hunter Biden is a total criminal. They know it. And so, Joe Biden, he actually cares less about his son's future. The only issue, though, that he has with his son is that his son could rat him out if he goes into really like it's really prosecuted. So Joe Biden has to kind of like as a mafioso leader, kind of make sure that his son doesn't go full Fredo. And by the way, do you notice how they always say this is like, oh, he's suffering from a disease. He's not to blame. This is there's a great book called Life at the Bottom by Dr. Theodore Dalrymple. I love it where he says, do you notice that in modern culture, we never actually tell people that they're responsible for their own addictions and their own behaviors? No, you made a conscious decision to get addicted to cocaine. Cocaine did not fall out of the sky. And all of a sudden you said, oh, my goodness, I'm a victim of a crack tornado that hit my home. Play cut 31. You know, they're positioning this as he's trying to take accountability for the crimes that he committed when he was an addict, which he has been very public about. So this is part of that step in that process. This is all designed, guys, this is designed by the Biden administration to improve the political possibility, the political chances of Joe Biden going into 2024. This is all designed with the intent to try and solve the Hunter Biden problem, but the bigger issue is this will talk about it. This is all designed as a way to mount the most serious of all charges, it's building and it's building and it's building. "Prison. And eventually, Joe Biden will just pardon his son. So what does all this mean? It means the end of the line and everything else we know about Hunter Biden. This is going to give federal investigators and prosecutors an excuse to close the investigations on Hunter Biden. Oh, he pled guilty. We got it done. We're bipartisan. We go after both parties. This is a veneer of equal justice. It's air cover to go after Donald Trump. Yeah, OK, you got Hunter on some process crimes. You got him on some tax stuff. But now we have the excuse to go full force. So then when Merrick Garland goes in front of a House or a Senate committee, he'll say in that Weasley voice, well, you understand we're going after both parties and held accountable because no one is above the law. This is a con that he's going to get probation for two misdemeanors. And now all the chattering class on cable television, they're going to say, well, I think I guaranteed I predicted MSNBC, all these people. This is what they're going to say. They're going to come out and they're going to say, well, I think what this really does is this weakens and invalidates far right accusations that the Department of Justice is a political organization. That's what they're going to say verbatim. They're going to be like, wow, the Biden administration is so fair that they go after a son of a sitting president. He even let his own son be charged. Unlike Donald Trump, unlike Donald Trump, who would interfere, this is exactly the talking point they're going to have. This gives the Democrats just enough, just a little bit of an inch. So they didn't go full force after Donald Trump. Again, we predicted this earlier this year. I think we could find the clip somewhere. We predicted the Democrats were planning a very calculated offering of Hunter Biden as a front to make the DOJ's activities look fair. We're already seeing this in the kind of Twitterati, if you will, by the way, the Twitterati are saying this is fair. Justice is now served. Now we need to do Jared and Don Jr. and Ivanka. You see, what they're trying to do is weaken a very legitimate and strong criticism that we have that the Department of Justice has become the Praetorian Guard and the Gestapo of the American Democrat Party. And they know it's legit. They would not be doing this if they did not need to run an interference in a PR communications way to say, hey, we have some problems. We have some real issues. Now, look at what we have two weeks after the federal Trump indictment, one of the most calculated acts of political aggression American in history. We have these charges against Hunter Biden. They say, look, everyone, the DOJ is incredibly fair. This is smokescreen. Do not fall for this. We're getting some emails and some people say, oh, Charlie, finally, there's equal justice. Oh, do not fall for that. This is not equal justice. Play cut. Twenty one. This is Catherine Herridge at CBS. Very instructive. Play cut. Twenty one. I can tell you, having covered this for controversial plea agreement, especially with Republicans on Capitol Hill over the last few years, not only in the House, but in the Senate, their investigators have raised very serious questions about these business deals with Chinese nationals, as well as this Ukraine energy firm, Burisma. And then more recently, we've had whistleblowers come forward. An IRS whistleblower spoke on the record with CBS News, as well as whistleblowers from the Justice Department have gone to Capitol Hill complaining that this investigation has been slow walked and that standard investigative procedures have not been followed. So this may just be the beginning of the story in many respects. So let me just make sure this is clear. If you read all of the mainstream covering of this, they're making it actually see heavier against Joe Biden. They're so orchestrated, the Operation Mockingbird Media. So if you read the headlines from CNN, they say Hunter Biden to plead guilty to federal charges. CNN dot com. Well, that sounds bad. Now, in criminal law, any defendant has the right or the ability to plead guilty at any time. But do you know what is not always offered a plea agreement to plead down to a misdemeanor? The prosecution has to offer a plea deal now at any time, like Donald Trump could plead guilty right now. But prosecutors are not meeting with Trump's attorneys saying, all right, you're a former president. All these documents, if you plea, Mr. President, we can make this go down to misdemeanors. They're not doing that. Instead, it's very obvious what happened here. Hunter Biden's legal team back channeling with Joe Biden, who is hanging out with all the DOJ people. There's pictures of him with DOJ people recently. They said, look, we have a big Hunter problem. Let's just make it an inch wide and a millimeter deep, even though it's a mile really deep on the most easy stuff to agree to. That's not going to hurt us politically tax stuff because people don't like the IRS as it is. But then the prosecutors have to meet us halfway and agree to basically say we're not going to bring this to trial. And if you plead down to a misdemeanor. Why didn't they offer that deal to Douglas Mackey, the mean maker? Why didn't they offer this deal to Steve Bannon? Hey, Steve, you're the first one that we're actually going to bring to trial for contempt of Congress. Why did they bring a plea agreement to Lieutenant General Michael Flynn? Oh, no, because Hunter Biden is the son of the king. And this is all a psyop to make you believe we actually have an equal justice system..

That's about eighteen hundred days. That's more than a thousand days of actually working, even for federal employees who like to get days like Juneteenth off. And by the way, we had some very strong comments on that yesterday that you guys could check out, went totally viral. I don't know why it wasn't even that controversial. We said now, by the way, it's not as if there was a lack of material to look at with Hunter Biden. Federal investigators had the entire Hunter Biden laptop. They had former associates of Hunter loudly saying he was involved in corrupt deals and that those deals went up to all the way. The big man, Joe Biden himself. And five years after five years is what prosecutors came up with, quote, the president's son will plead guilty to two counts of willful failure to pay federal income tax, failure to pay federal income tax. Hunter Biden also agreed to enter into a pretrial diversion agreement regarding a separate charge of possession of a firearm by a person who is an unlawful user of or addicted to a controlled substance, unquote. We predicted this on this program. We said there was a chance that charges were coming in Hunter Biden soon as a way to try to make it seem as if the scales of justice go against both political parties. OK, yeah, we're going to go after Donald Trump in the DOJ, but we're also going after the Bidens, too. This is nothing more than a cover talking point against a legit crime family, the Biden crime family. We predicted this months ago. And the heavy news I have to share with you today is that this means that they're likely going to go after Trump on the serious, the most serious of all charges. And we're seeing it. They're starting to put things together for the Donald Trump January six indictments. And Julie Kelly, to her great credit, who was on this program, predicted that months ago she was clear said, oh, they're going to die. And people thought she was nuts, but she was right. Now, while Hunter Biden made more than one and a half million dollars in both 2017 and 18, he paid no federal income tax in either year. He just blew it off. The number received is one year in prison for each tax charge. But according to CNN, prosecutors plan to seek only probation for both charges. So this is this is the ultimate slap on a wrist. Yes, he's an issue, but we've already handled that issue. This is the same exact playbook that they used with Joy Reed. This is the same playbook they used with Whoopi Goldberg. And I say that's weird examples. When anybody on the left gets in trouble, they just kind of do, OK, yeah, you take a week off. There's you're just kind of you're in the penalty box. You see, they're not actually going to charge Hunter Biden on the legit crimes against the country. They're not going to charge Hunter Biden on how all roads lead to Joe Biden. No. Instead, they're going to do this kind of process. OK, you didn't pay taxes type stuff. He didn't pay taxes on 2017 or 18. Now, again, the maximum penalty is a year in prison. Hunter Biden is not going to see a day in.
