Fantasy intel for all 32 NFL teams ahead of Week 7

"Of information kind of funny because the beginning of the year we were told the Broncos had the most difficult schedule the NFL or second most most behind Texas dipping high look at it now everybody's talking about the schedule being so easy it's funny how on paper something looks in the beginning of the season and you get a way it was easy to find out it's not what you thought you with the Cleveland Browns for instance everybody was in the high pick for the Superbowl now they might not even win their division so you know it's it's it's interesting to watch to stop play out well even in the course of the of the flows of the season I mean as soon as Andrew luck announces retirement a lot of people just immediately said okay the culture gonna be picking in the top five judge go we were set is doing okay in fact the colts might even not necessarily go into the draft picking a high quarterback they might say you know Hey you if you if you could make us a competitive team Jacoby maybe they let you roll with it another year and they'll just bring in a quarterback they'll draft a quarterback to develop behind him I agree and I think it's amazing that you didn't mention Chad Kelly in there once that's because I shouldn't and nobody should here right but they they you know a little help Broncos fans are some people that I know I know I'll floater the one that got away the legend to the got away preseason legend Kyle floater all time grease motor back in a pre season he's putting up some really spectacular preseason numbers Benjamin rushing it yeah but highly loader single handedly ending the dreams of future insurance salesman but but to that point and I and I'm glad you brought that up and we we spoke about this a few times the ANC overall pretty weak conference you have the top in teams right we know those teams it it that doesn't change anything we knew that those teams were gonna probably be good but what happens is there's a lot of middling to bad teams teams actively taking in the A. F. C. N. and then there are teams that are look inconsistent at best and so for for the Broncos that's why you when we were in the midst of the old for when the Broncos were in the midst filled before we were talking about it we said look star string together a few wins yeah you never really know how this is going to shake out and in the midst of the Broncos getting the two wins in a row which they really should have three in a row the chief lose too and they lose too in a way that actually is a replicable likely teams or Detroit Lions basically did it carry that into the colts game the colts they went to Kansas city and they didn't even better and in the Texas look the the Texans model what is John Watson and and the officer told this sort of their shots it wasn't like they they wanted that game saying if we can hold them under twenty no I just did their thing they took chances will fuller drop three touchdowns in that game now three touchdowns in the game on now you know a great week start will fuller your fantasy league yeah I don't know any Benjamin all rights that would have invested heavily in him and done that but I I but yeah yeah that happened well buddy that that's that's what kills is like you know well for the week before hundred seventy yards receiving three touchdowns any of this to find digs going off for three W. like those things happen in that everybody's gonna rush to put it back in their or their line ups and then at the very next week their their disappointment right I'm not appoint chaser by as those good match up and then put in that vein it's not like the tents that that's where I'm I'm like look does the size of the Broncos to do their thing but it doesn't mean that the offense can execute effect I'll go almost a further with you on this bed I think mostly Joe Flacco today I think Joe Flacco once it I think Joe Flacco after kinda have in a a little a little bit of a everything taken off of him like like Hey we got this game Joe don't don't stress too much don't screw up in in the Titans game we got this one the way he's been Kerry himself the way he's been talking about the office I don't have a cut for me but she basically said something to the effect of like we want to be a reason why we win this game but not just part of like along for the ride the office was along for the ride in the Titan's went kinda yeah and I think that Joe Flacco of all people knows what both sides of that coin feel like you know he he was along for the ride with the ravens a lot of the time he also strung together the reason that they got two and won a Superbowl so you've been bullseyes that coin he sees tasted in all the that the tree of of winning in a great offense and now I I I do think that you think is will chip on your shoulder when you come away from the Titans game like well you know we actually kind of stock but the defense held us together you know the run game was next out the past came with very good at it I mean it wouldn't the office of Lee that what a great game by the Broncos are flashes they made some big plays and they need to but they try to put it in kinda cruise control because they knew they didn't have to I mean that the tides getting crossed the fifty yard line in the first three quarters play that I recall they got to the forty nine once had a point all of our four template but I mean you know when you when you bottom up that well get out your office kinda I don't see the check out but you know they recognize are not needed and there can be you can kind of let off the gas a little this was the quote he said there's always that side of it of wanting to go out there and have your claim on the game and all that is like there's always a personal side going out there and playing football games I don't think that always means it's a bad thing it's like I said I think you go out there and focus on what you're doing with the idea that it's for the guy next to you would have to repair the best you can so you're not letting anybody else down but again he kind of point at the very beginning of that he kind of pointed out yeah you know what you play this game you play this game to be remembered you play this game to be a winner and you don't want to be along for the ride of your quarterback like they did there you're less your a career pack up that is being brought in just to keep the seat warm you want to go out there you want to kind of put your stamp on the game just like I didn't get a chance to really do that this last game I think he really wants this one and he's got the defense I think to do that if they can get that run game warmed up early he'll have his spots to be able

DeSean Jackson might reportedly be on move, wants Philly

"Take what an unhappy disgruntled wide receiver that never happens in the NFL the Sean Jackson, according to sources told Tampa Bay that he wants out and he wants to go back to the Philadelphia Eagles. That's his preferred destination. I don't know how deeply he's digging in. But I would caution the Sean Jackson. You don't quite have the leverage that Antonio Brown has because you're not nearly as good. Yep. But he can't stretch defense. If he's got the right quarterback in the third level. He's still a hell of an athlete. He is. He's thirty two though. That's the problem. This'll this is year thirty two season as they like to like to say, but he hasn't had great success over the last couple of years only seven hundred seventy yards last year six hundred the year before that he missing some games not being overly productive as a touchdown a generator. So there's candy be good.

"That's all I need to know. Yeah. So that's like saying I'd like to learn to drive drunk. -ociety rifle and a real life shoot and situation. The guy that wrote it says this has people shit. Go ahead, yours I agree with guy. Right. But what was your shit Dan road in a couple of weeks ago? He had a buddy to miss big yield your buck because he took an off hand shot at a hundred seventy yards offhand offhand find a tree, bro. And later they got back on the buck and rather than taking the time to find a good rest. He tried another off she hand shot and missed again, he tried to convince him to take the time to find a good rest before he shot, but he felt like the buck was going to get away. What are your thoughts on rifle Bipasha shooting sticks and shooting off packs? What's the best shooting rest in the field? Very different question. I think you need to examine on how much getting away the whitetail. Buck did in that scenario. Did it get away more? Scenario. At the very least in that situation. If you feel like this box bath crest, the hill or he's going to do something or you're gonna get away find a tree and lean against a tree or do something to to get more stable bunches. We'll swing your gun and blast one off like that's a little bit responsible. I never even paid attention to yardages. But man, I have not. Taken. Oh, I have taken a whole lot of cracks freehand except for things that are just. Real close. Now, go to the range and just lay down taking a restaurant and cocktails. My twenty two. Go the range and lay down prone and shoot a shot. Then then Neil shoot a shot. And then stand up freehand issue shot and see what we're all three of those land guarantee. It'll you're going to get further away from you target eastern for I don't guarantee, but I would guess take you on is your damn question. Yeah. Me one hundred seventy five yards offhand is very consumer law. Compelling. I don't even think most let's say the people in this room off eight hundred seventy yards with a with your big game hunting rifle if you through an elk out there and elk giant ass animal. I'd say that for us. I bet you we would just t- lane a bullet anywhere on that target. You'd be at thirty percent. You probably hit it three times out of ten. It's my guess how far away was at our Christmas party. How far away was that? A hundred yards yards. That was one hundred yards. It was tricky. And I think what was. Yeah. How many people hit four five me? I hit. See, I just close my eyes. Ause like I was feeling. Yeah. Okay. So four of us hit that one. You hit. Yeah. There's a little gophers. Squirrels steel silhouette at one hundred yards of worm anymore. I'll get into other than us. There wasn't very many more. I don't know what that means. And now without a thirty people thirty people. Oh, is it that bad? That's a very hard. Also, also it was in the dark. Let's for most people like it was an orange painted target. But it was dark, and you were standing in the lit like porch area. But it makes it a little bit tougher. I'd say, yeah, it was really aimed yoed we stuff. Yeah. I was like I don't want. I hate to admit this now. But I was surprised. Yeah. Hedberg thing like he has a lot of acting experience. He says because when he like is playing pooling makes shot he always says, he's not surprised. So. I agree with jock. Like, I got the feeling cock. I was early enough it I gotta shooting when it's still light out. So I felt like maybe a distinct advantage, probably helpful no one. I squeeze the trigger. I was like well this gonna work out. Yeah. Yeah. Tom. But. Yeah. Ghafur as far as recommendations for good shooting rests. I always try to get low as low as possible. And if you don't have the time to get low, or if you don't have the clear landscape underneath you to get low because there's brush or grass or whatever then the next best thing would be on your bought using some shooting sticks or shooting six standing or. Yeah. The tree Ben said, I mean, that's a everybody should know how to do that you can easily make a two hundred plus yard shot by leading your rifle into the tree..

"I just think that they have a more balanced ofensive attack and more weapons that they can go to you know, this becomes about Jared Goff. I don't know what he can do for the Rams, but you know, as far as the total goes, I think you will see the public on the over again the first game had eighty points. And I think nine hundred seventy yards to it. I liked the under though, I think both of these teams will try to run the football. Obviously, the Rams don't wanna put this in sands in that hostile environment. And I think for the saints here too. I mean, they're running game keeps defenses honest, and it can be potent as well. So with the way they control the ball with the way that they kind of protected their defense from exposure last week. I just kind of slow paced real high percentage offense. Play game. And we'd talk about high percentage off it's ablaze not a lot of risk reward. Not a whole lot of downfield stuff teams are moving in. You know, smaller chunks. I under is the way to go. But I would sit and wait on it because I would expect it to take up a little bit. Yeah. I mean, the the scary play I'll say that you know, there's much safe court in that first game, and you know, the potential that both of these offenses have. So I can't necessarily disagree with you. But I don't I don't think I could take the other year. I think I would probably pass them to be honest with you. It's I agree with you that New Orleans moving slower, they're they're getting the small chunks. The Rams will try to go fast. I mean, you know, what how much successful they have against the the secondary of New Orleans is a big question here. And as far as the side, I would lean toward the saints as you said as well, at least my initial lean, you know, obviously, I haven't had a chance to break this down in depth yet. But I think that, you know, expecting the Rams to go to New Orleans and a very tough environment. You know, this is clearly a tough place to play especially in the play offs. It's going to be really loud. The Rams are. Still younger team that the New Orleans. The Rams have a high upside, and it's certainly possible that the Rams could win this game. There's no doubt about that. But you know, counting on them ATS. I think is a little bit difficult to do. We've seen some signs of inconsistent the year late in the season from the Rams, I think both of these coaching staffs are very good. So I don't I don't think anybody really has to coaching in that year. I think the home field advantage is is very important spot. Like this. Well, what about you know, I know that you mentioned this last week with regards to college football. So we'll mention this here as well. How about on special teams? Do you think that that could make a difference in this game? Yeah. I I do think. So I think that, you know, special teams to play a big role here, you know, the time of the year where you know, you get down to the nitty gritty, and you have these games where teams are favored by three or three and a half points special teams could play a big factor into it. Now, you know with the Ray kickers are thick it right into the end zone..

"We were nine and seven two we needed the jets lose. And they ended up winning last week season. We all ended in a tie just went to the playoffs. But we went to that same sort of progressive. The eagles did where we are good initially than we weren't very good. And then by the end of the season, we had it figured out. And I really thought if we got in the playoffs that year we'd have a chance to to win it. And that's how the eagles felt to me this year. I think I think with this game, you know, saints. I get the show and the guys two hundred and fifty thousand dollars and Lombardi trophy and all those things, but that to me felt like you were looking past the eagles. And it's like I thought that look I get it. You wanna motivate your guys what the ultimate goal is? But you can't get to that until you beat Philly. And you know, the last game was a forty eight to seven. I don't think they thought this game was going to be very difficult New Orleans. Dan, Philly came out totally shocked them and then New Orleans realize. Okay. We got a problem and Philly change a lot of things up, you know, defensively last time they double team, Michael Thomas, and Camara, and it caused issues from a fit perspective it caused issues from a communication perspective. They didn't do that. And you know, Michael Thomas has you know, what finish up with hundred seventy yards receiving. So it's I I don't I don't think they ran out of gas as much as you know, eventually New Orleans realize. All right. This is this is actually a game so sticking with that game it if you're the general manager of the eagles going next year is there a case to be made for sticking foles cab that that's hard because there's there's a body of work that falls has as a starter. That's that's not very good. When he. Was with Andy Reid who. Drafted him and they moved on. So it's the question is is he a situational guy is like a five six game guys opposed to starter. It's you see what he's done in this pressure situations. You think? Yeah. Of course, he should be the guy, and then you take a step back. And you look at what he's done historically. And you wonder which which player you're really getting. And they've got a young quarterback that they've invested a lot into and feel like has much higher upside. Although nobody knows if he can win the play-offs nobody knows he can win in pressure moments. Right. So you've got a good problem. And also, you know, really tough decision based off of kind of fluky patterns how much would you give for Carson Wentz right now? The question I'm sending market tree. If you're trading for him. Well, who what where where am I say your ten? Yeah. Back in Cleveland. I probably would have given quite a bit. You know? I don't quarterback that you know, we wanna game with three completion. So have guy with Carson Wentz out that that's pretty exciting. But the market is going to be set probably after the draft. Once everybody goes through who they pick what they see on their their, you know, the roster and then injuries. Yeah, you'll get an injury in training camp. And that's a guy like that. Either guy could be really valuable moving off the playoffs real quick for a second. You obviously were defensive coach. What do you think about the change in the NFL in terms of all these guys getting hired that are young that our offense minded, and it seems like a lot of teams are saying we're gonna hire a guy who basically just what his job is as a head coach. Coach now is to just get the best out of our quarterback. Our big our most important asset. Do you see this trend continuing in the NFL, or do you think it's gonna be kind of a regression to the mean where some of these guys maybe don't succeed the way that Sean McVay has or even matinee your some of these guys who've gotten the most out of their quarterbacks. I think it's I think it's just cyclical like ties things come back in fashion, go out of fashion. You know when I was hired thirty four then lane kiffin got hired. He was like thirty two Josh was younger than that. And then there's like five or six got working more..

"But in the end in the fourth quarter, they had the ball three times. They didn't score any points. I there was whispers downstairs all the saints. Don't have as much to play for her that on the broadcast all the Steelers seem for especially during the appear to the second half seem to want this game more. I totally disagree. The saints have now laid out the the pathway to get to the Super Bowl by playing at home. And yes, they're not invincible as you said in, but I would much rather be in the NFC right now than in the AFC with some of these bizarre teams because I don't trust the Rams going to New Orleans. I don't trust the bears going to New Orleans cowboy Seahawks. Vikings and eagles in like this is the team to beat. And they have found a way they're slump was one loss to the Cowboys some tight winds where they've figured themselves out in the offense. They had their offense back today. It was back the running game still wasn't there. They need to get that it was. But they have to feel better that they put three hundred seventy yards up. They moved it pretty well throughout the game. And drew Brees again made a number of plays. Where the Steelers got quick pressure. And he got the ball out of his hands so fast and some of those blitzes to keep drives alive. Like that's why he's if he's not the MVP. He's one of the top two in the league. He had another play where he had. He threw a pass. It got tipped high in the air. And it looked like it was in the picked early on in the game rushed up and knocked it down with his hand. He they wanted this game. They played that way. Let's check in with the defending champions in a game that had a lot of playoff ramifications thirty five yards for the win. Hold your breath. "He's got forty fifty. Gets thirty sparkley. Giants seventy yards for the rookie sensation shake one Barclay. Papa one of the best voice giants radio network saquon Barkley. He's incredible. The giants rookie went off or one hundred seventy yards on the ground. Just fourteen carries that big one the seventy eight yarder hammered dropper as the giants dismantle the Redskins. Forty two sixteen in Landover who built up thirty four zip lead heading into halftime at cruise to the finish line. And now we are joined boy just about to get a pup in Nick shook all know guard Shuki the giants woke up today field dangerous. Yeah. There's one guy who's dangerous and the team not named saquon Barkley might be. Oh, well, let's hear about it. And he's nest fourteen to twenty two hundred hundred ninety seven yards three touchdowns any spreading the ball around. Everyone not named Odell Beckham since he didn't play both shepherds caught a touchdown pass and Bennie Fowler. Formerly of the Broncos touchdown passes. Well, Corey Coleman with the play. Yeah. And he almost scored one to bounce at the two yard line. So this giants offense is playing a lot better lately. Obviously it has a lot to do with saquon Barkley and what he can do and really punched the Redskins in the mouth beginning the Barclay touchdown. You know, one cut nice hole opened up the line, which has gotten so much better. Ally was getting killed for reason because he wasn't playing well, but he was getting no protection this line has gotten a lot better and they've won four or five because of it. And once he hit the whole, he's just gone. Yeah. Absolutely. He helps softened up a defense. I mean, it's a little bit harder to go after you lie manning when you gotta count for what saquon do in space, and he did it at every level the day. Whether it was a short run res run guys over and get an extra yards or he's going long or anywhere in between. He had a really good game. Go ahead, Greg. I just thought it was interesting after the game. Eli manning said I think we're starting to figure out that the offense goes through Sekwa, which if you were not attempted to make that the case, I mean, I don't know. Couldn't it seems like it always has been if you thought that that was the type of person to send a message this way. You would almost think like, hey, this happened on the day without ODBC be there. But I don't think Eli manning is that type of person where he's trying to send some. No, I don't I. And what epic disaster for the Redskins who season could not be a bigger mess right now. This this chain of drives leading up until what have been a garbage time scenario in the fourth quarter. Punt punt punt interception. Punt punt interception. Punt punt punt downs by Mark Zana's zero point zero passer rating, the silver lining. Josh Johnson gets to play next week. He was named the starter ready. He wasn't civically named the starter. But green named themselves. The started yet. It's it's funny on the dot com. I wrote a piece this week about Sanchez just that I was happy that he got he's back in the NFL and has a chance to maybe it's great if someone else, you know, show, maybe it's not, you know, he's not all but fumbled. Maybe could be in the middle of a race a little bit. I didn't think us necessarily going to play. Well, but this is not going to cut it. And that was probably there's a chance that's less time. You see Marx? Yeah. It's not gonna last long were teen temps for thirty eight yards and two picks. I mean, you just not even trying one of the worse thing is is trying. I mean, not him. I'm saying the Redskins as an organization, I know. Sixteen here. I think this is a perfect setup for the sandiego fleet of that other league where they're getting this guy warmed up in an NFL climate to go thrive for that. Look at him. And better budding star Jess Johnson come buy tickets. Now imagine dominating at the NFL level. And then you go to a f- superstar. It's so rare to see an injury like Alex Smith where you knew right away. It was not only ruining their chances to go to the playoffs this year..

But we are going to have a positive podcast today because you think. 'cause the Cowboys did beat the Philadelphia Eagles twenty seven to twenty on the road in Philadelphia against a team. That might not be a great team. They are. Super Bowl champions the vending defending Super Bowl champion. I should say net. Just pains me so much to say, but they beat him the score shouldn't even reflect on how bad they beat him. Because they dominated the game at halftime was thirteen to three. Philadelphia was able to come back and tie the game up in the third quarter. And then the Cowboys came back put together a fourteen point fourth quarter to win the game twenty seven to twenty on the road to improve the foreign five and get themselves. Right back in this division race that they should be taking full advantage of right now. Let's talk about this game. I oughtn't you doing all right. I'm doing. Just finally caught up on some sleep after having a pretty long weekend. But I'm doing I'm doing all right, man. Wife is is gone. She laughed. Yeah. I mean, it's coming back, but she's she's gone out to work. So I got a cook cook dinner tonight by myself for the second time ever first time was okay, I'm making enchiladas tonight. So we'll see how that goes forth forth. Let's dive into the football game. Dak Prescott finished the night. Twenty seven twenty six thirty six two hundred seventy yards one passing touchdown one rushing. Touchdown also nine rushing yards. The why was this completion percentage? Oh my God. What was it? Was it? Seventy two percent. What do you want it to be? What would you like to be? Yes. Gac had a sixty seventy two point two percent. Completion percentage it for two hundred seventy yards. Can you expect him to play any better? His passer rating was one hundred two point eight he did at a rushing touchdown. He didn't play great. He didn't play awful or do you made been play? Great. He was tested. I'm not gonna lie the fourth quarter. He was fantastic. Other than a few misses in the fourth quarter. I thought he played really well fourth quarter. But the first half was was what we've been seeing minus throw here as throw their. But I do think in the fourth quarter that he kinda put it all together came back was able to lead them to to good with Zeke Elliot played a hell of a game to too big scoring drives. Obviously is we talk about on his podcast as we talk about on Twitter. He's gonna miss throws. That's just who he is. He is not a extremely accurate quarterback. Or he doesn't regularly to be perfect. He doesn't have the most souped up mechanics now. Now the the quarterbacks in the league, he's a guy at work Qatar cutter. How do you expect as mechanics be perfect? If nobody can block for him. He's getting pressure on every play goodness. All right. I'm done. I can't do that anymore. Man. That's killing me. I couldn't I could not even we're not, you know, the bid if you know the show, you know, us, so, you know, the, but yeah, I mean again, it's it's you can look at it. You know, he was sacked four times. I wanna say two or three of those sacks were on him. Yeah..

College Football: Ohio State, Clemson and two season-defining drives

"College football continues to be wild. It continues to be wacky and it continues to deliver with every part of drama that I want. And yesterday we got it with those two months dries from Clemson in Ohio State, maybe perhaps saving their college football, playoff chances here, the first part of the season. Yeah, you know, the frustrating thing for me is we've been talking over the past several weeks, Alabama has yet to show any sign any sign of whatsoever. Right. And for a while, we were saying that Ohio State was kind of the one lone saving grace. We take a high of state can can compete, but Mahanta state verse TCU they took to the third quarter for them to finally exert their dominance. And last night that game looked a lot more like the look. A lot more like Penn State lost that when then Ohio State won at Dwayne Haskins, you know, looked very humid you took. You took that that was a Penn State choke job. I mean, look at the fourth down. There's there's a, there's a whole Twitter, anarchy right now over the play calling at the end of that game. You know what happened is fourth down and five after Ohio State takes the ball, what ninety plus yards to score after being down two touchdowns with eight minutes to go James Franklin in urban Meyer have like a time out, like who's going to like basically it was like an old school western duel, right? You call your time out and let me see what play you're running. And then James Franklin calls the time out in Franklin decides at this point that he despite having trace McSorley go for what it seemed like nine thousand yards in that game. I know it was only what four hundred in. Four hundred seventy yards of total offense. He decides to take the ball out of McSorley hand and run a quarterback draw on fourth in five.

"It doesn't mean you can't. I think that's the difference. No one really. No one has really gone at Patrick Peterson, but the Rams did will Dhamar I mean, Utah. We talked about this during the break. If you lined up Cooper Cup and Anthony Barr and run a forty probably run the same time. It steppers. Yeah, give or take around the same time in if you want to say if it's an in, it's a foot suppose he can probably guard Cup without a problem, but they set him up and Rennie. Double moving, went over the time in as a linebacker when you're expecting your defense to have pressure, dude, he keep it up, not too much. I mean. Long, hit me with a stat. They said, Jared, Goff has been in the pocket like two point, six seconds per pass. And that's leading the league by far. I mean, he's got the best protection in the league. No doubt. He has the ability to stand back there and pick you apart. You know what impresses me also is that this team is willing. See, we saw the big plays last night. It was. It was sexy football. It was exciting. We're we're, we're cheering MVP on sides. Oh, but they're willing to take seven yards. Eight yards, three, four yards like this doesn't have to be and it's just chunk after this not greedy, it's very system. What are you giving me? And that's dangerous for any offense and especially for defense because I hate that because Robert woods with one hundred seventy yards, whatever it was this week is Cooper cop and Brandin cooks gotten in the ends of leads team and catches and you know, PI. Laws and all, but he's been unbelievable. He's Jay early, still getting his. Everybody is eating right now because the offense is so good. Speaking of that offense, you will never believe. I mean this in the most literal sense never believe who sees similarities between his offense and the Rams awful. I'm not buying it. Next Donald show come just just you and me DeMarco. Where do you go? You ran them off these daily NBA. Random. All donnas. Anything they'll have to do the whole show. How tall are you. Seven feet, Tom, I'm just noticing the Ryan Hollins is tall. He's been sitting down the entire show you seen him stand up before? Actually, no. Never seen Ryan horizon like our fourth or fifth show together, but really maybe has not. Yeah, about that fourth or fifth show, but we all we've always been on remote or whatever the budding where you're calling. Yeah, you're right. That's I wasn't home doing shows right. Right. I've never seen him stand up until just now. Oh, that's amazing. He's been sitting down the entire show. How tall are you set? So what did you hit? Seven feet. How old were you college? So nineteen inch in college around nineteen eighteen nineteen in the eighth grade eighth grade. I was only five, ten, five, eleven, that's tall. So through high school, you just grew five. Eleven in eighth grade as tall tall, yeah. Yeah, but I wasn't until five ten. There are some people taller than me. Yeah. How did your nice school aching bad? Tendonitis, aching, aching, aching, and I bet you slept for twelve hours a day. Yeah, no, seriously. I will come home from school. It was like three hour naps like four our net. Like you're growing, right? Yeah. Wow. Yeah, straight up. See, Brian is no about that. Sean, I shot up from like five, six, two, five, eight like one year. That's not shooting. Oh, again, it was overnight. Later those three is a kid in high school like you as an f. as a high school athlete, you really do anything to get an edge. So once I found out you grew when you slept, like I wanted to make is naptime like, I wish I could still work was the guy that somebody asks Shawn Bradley once what is the best? What's the grossest thing about being tall or something like that. He says, people have no idea what's on the top of their refrigerators. They have no idea what the top of the refrigerator looks. Like. I've said, I've said this guy, Ryan is is lucky, Ryan is seven feet tall. He's an athlete..

I don't care if you expose the rafts wh who's who wins there? You gave a crappy ref abroad. The job for a league. It's get rid of Beneficial's. You know, the NBA doesn't. Maybe it's officials through a while the NBA if a ref made a mistake in the last two minutes, they'd come out the next day and have a press release writing exactly what the ref did wrong, which I didn't love that because I think basketball is the hardest to officiate because virtually everything subjective. "And we've talked about that in many podcasts, and really the Ryder Cup in itself is it's just a huge business and enormous business. So when you are asking yourself, why Ryder cups go to certain events around the old course it needs to be a carnage such great matchplay course. You don't really understand what the Cup is. That's the case me go see how many hospitality setup. See how many tickets they sell, how much merchandise they sell. This thing is just a profit making behemoth it's enormous on the backs of very entertaining Gulf my rents. But I mean, yeah, you're you're the golf courses are the settings and they they are. It's more about logistics. Yes. And yet the infrastructure in all that. I mean, they take these courses, they tinker with them and they, they changed the routings of them. I mean, Hazeltine they, they flipped, you know, the sixteenth hole to make the seventh hole to make sure everyone got to see that hole in the front nine and whatnot. And. Making the players walk longer distances in between holes to get Janki routings and from what I've gathered the I don't know if this is I couldn't finding online on this, but talking to couple guys. They're gonna make the eighteenth hole at the golf Nationale. The fifteenth hole, which is about a four hundred seventy yard par, four approach over water, water Aldana left side. It's got a big the alcohol, but they wanna make sure most of the matches get to that whole. So that's going to be the fifteenth. And I think the routing stays the same. Basically just flip flop in the fifteenth eighteenth. They play parallel to each other share the same water hazards, so it shouldn't. It shouldn't be a major change in any way, but but yeah, so the Ryder Cup is is I mean if we're talking like reality like a true competition, it should never leave the UK like it. It just shouldn't golf in continental Europe exists, but it's not nearly the same passion, the fans that are going to be there at in France are probably from the UK. Yeah. I mean, maybe if Great Britain in Ireland prior to that. Great Britain didn't suck so bad for seventy years the I seventy. Here's the of the Ryder Cup it, you know, and then having to add Europe in order to write to kind of balance it out a little bit. But even still, I mean, the total number of fans, you know, even with maybe three Swedish guys are to Sweden guys on the team, like they're going to be that many fans in Sweden care about having a Ryder Cup. No, no. And it's, I mean, listen, the process for bidding on a rider Cup is similar to the World Cup and Olympics, and there's some back room improprieties that happened and there might be, I mean, into the future. I'm not positive how firm of soil the Brome Ryder Cup of standing on at this. At this point. I know that it's it's, it's out there. There's a course in Ireland that is pushing for that one very, very hard, and it may end up changing locations may also depend on kind of how this one goes, but I'm not expecting very. Anywhere near Hazeltine level, like rambunctious atmosphere now. And I have some thoughts about kind of the political in social, economic fervor of twenty sixteen being kind of like contributing to the way the fans reacted Hazeltine and we won't go into that. But it's, yeah, there's much more of like maybe a jingoistic tent when it's in the United States versus in Europe. Nobody's, I mean. I mean, nobody cares about the European Union the way that in states Americans care about the United States and it just I don't want to generalize what the Netherlands is like compared to France, but anyone I would, you know, talk to in the Netherlands abou- like noling up or golf. Oh, so like do you play professionally? Like they just didn't concept of recreational Gulf, wasn't the same to normal people that didn't play it. I mean, I think in the states, have you talked to somebody about golf, people know that? Yeah, you just go. There's public courses and you go play any kind of style golf. It's just not the same there and there's not the same. I guess, like passion amongst a mass amount of golf fans. I mean, I think Scotland, Ryder, Cup. I mean, it was Gleneagles..
