"Of the so-called dark neurons especially fascinating. There's no exact definition of dark neuron but think of these is the neurons are firing less than once a minute. I also want to emphasize how discovering these neurons required new techniques that allow researchers to detect an observe neurons. That aren't firing then. There is something of an overlap between the idea of spontaneous activity. And what humphries calls type too dark neurons since these are neurons. That are not firing response to any obvious. External inputs one of the key techniques that we discussed was the ability to record from increasingly large numbers of neurons simultaneously. This not only allows us to appreciate the role of dark and the fact that much of what the brain does is spontaneous that is not generated by inputs from the outside world but it also led to the discovery that decoding should probably be based on populations of neurons rather than at the level of a single neuron. I should mention that that idea is also driving current successful attempts to create brain machine interfaces that allow patients to control things like artificial limbs. Finally we explored. Humphries take on the possible role of the brain spontaneous activity. This is a topic discussed last urine episode. One hundred and seventy two and one hundred seventy four. Obviously this is an area of active. Interest but humphries suggests a couple of possibilities. One is that this spontaneous activity keeps neurons near threshold so that they will fire more quickly when an external signal appears another possibility is that the neurons are doing some sort of computation. That is of important to the predictive abilities of the brain and he actually said that. Maybe this spontaneous activity is how the brain does. It's prediction the spike in epic journey through the brain in two point. One seconds by mark humphries is a great book for listeners of all backgrounds. I love to hear what you think about.

"Your first year and don't forget to tell them that you heard about it on brain science so dr neurons in power. They discovered adopter as i described in the book. These neurons which we know this bus we. We see them being active. They came from you for very long time. So traditionally when you're neurons will. They've done his taking the metal electrode Fine shop electrodes hansa lowered into the brain of animal into the average The laser cole. D prince council wherever that electrons would be attached to point with speakers in the laboratory To look the signal comfy lectured only speaker secret here. The voltage on the electric. So he knew what you knew where you you recording neurons because as you're lowered the electrodes speakers and the sunny stop living away all of this stuff during the big junkies voltage signal off the electric. All that means is the only way you you come colder owns. If gnarled active service on mueller electrode into the brain that it looks like everyone is acting so his impression that the brain is the brain occulted ending spots however when they take a bunch of molin methods for recording So when we can instead of coding with electrodes Cold with essentially a video camera or coating his either dies all expressed proteins the inside each and those days when proteins they so they reflect back more frontal. The more active neuro is image that Those chemicals for us in a way you can see which neurons active which was ups when you do you see most neurons looking at in this little brain on authorizing up almost complete and about the same time host is this method became available similarly other people use his findlay technique press club bank which way instead of lowering electrode into the brain recording something You try and get your electric's attached directly to their own which is extremely lucas bonus. Sort of think of ten slow with human hair Electric's the boonies neuro that way. You definitely affording their own. We definitely on their own and then even cold weather noise doing anything at all. In the few cases where does successfully done that in animals that were awakened doing stuff a find that most Attached to indeed when all sending any splits toll most of the time. So these these dump. Nervous zombies big massive. Bring that we can see these animals doing these tasks. Things like running through a maze. Listen to sounds of most of the of going from doing nothing while celeb- what are these dark neurons doing so the mystery will. They're doing. Thanks up on the questions in the book for three different possibilities or in the book this area of research that's quite tosses my And sometimes because it requires the but more data. There's obviously these reasons sent why they busy. Doc is because we are in the latino giving the brain anything the interesting to do. So i'll give the example. They're all around running through a maze or masculine through mace. As a case where we know this. Little girls embiid kotex way that no active running into mice and these is simple. Been over things. Can the van wants to do this again. Somebody else do anything complicated. Force food will do anything. This will natural so quite possible. The reason we see the neurons everywhere because if things we almost do a really quite boring in those noodles involved in the very few things we also do not exempt as althouse longer. We'll see how big Doing a very first era visual tech's kgalema we'd expect the most neurons in visual buzzer vehicle. Text will not be active most of the time because when in the land we just never showed them pictures. They're interested in the animals. Showing these pictures admirals is not responding. Because they don't have anything of normal interesting. The toyed will get full a flutes to.

"All you have to do is text brain science all one word to five five four four four. that's brain science all one word to five five four four four before i play the interview. I wanna share an excerpt from the book. One thing that really impressed me about this book was the clear. Concise description humphries gives of how an action potential is generated. One key idea. Is that the spiker action. Potential is all or nothing. Each bike looks the same and the neuron only fires on a certain threshold is reached in the book. He describes the neurons sitting in salty water which contains lots of sodium and lots of chlorine while inside the neuron. There's only a little sodium a little chlorine and lots of potassium sodium. Miss positive chlorine is negative and potassium as positive. This is up a voltage. Where the inside of the neuron is normally negative compared to the outside. Here's how he describes the process of an action potential on page thirteen when the neurons voltage increases beyond its tipping point suddenly holes that only permits sodium open up in the neuron skin and sodium ions rush in rapidly increasing their concentration on the inside and voltage rockets but only briefly for the onrush of sodium triggers the opening of a different set of holes in the skin which pump potassium back to the outside sending positive charge. Backout almost as quickly as it's arriving be the sodium ions intern this out. Rush of potassium shuts off the sodium. Polls ion stop flowing and just as quickly as it rose. The voltage becomes negative again. This rapid than crash voltage is the spike with that teaser. From the book. Let's jump into the interview. I'll be back after the interview to review a few key. ideas mark. Humphries welcome to brain science. Thank you very much mark with you. Start out by just telling my listeners. A little bit about yourself and how you got interested in the brain and neuroscience so. I'm a coda programming computers. Since i was seven. Eight leading program.

UK strips China's state media channel of broadcast license

"China has been recent years trying to improve its global image. That effort took a hit today in London, Britain's communications regulator announced it is stripping the state run China Global Television network of its broadcast license there, MPR's Frank Langfitt explains from London. The C GT N That's it's known, opened its European production center here to great fanfare about two years ago. Today off come, the British regulator announced it was pulling the network's license. Officials said. The reason was straightforward. The people in charge of CG Tien's editorial policy are ultimately beholden to China's Communist Party in British Broadcasting law forbids political bodies from controlling license holders. Thank goodness, Finally, this license has been taken away. Peter Humphrey, performer fraud investigator in Shanghai was glad to hear the news. He filed a complaint against CGT in last year. Not over Communist Party control of the network. But over Chinese state media is airing of what Humphrey says was a forced confession. It followed his arrest in 2000 and 13 on charges of illegally acquiring the personal data of Chinese nationals. Well, of course you go way up 10 personal information by illegal means. I regret what I did and apologize to the Chinese government. Humphrey insists he never actually confessed and that the interview was doctored. He also says his captors pressured him to make a statement by withholding medical treatment for his prostate cancer, considering the kind of brutal human rights violations that CD Tien has been involved with extracting and packaging forced confessions from prisoners held under torture in China, who've never been in front of a judge. I just think that we should have no organization like that on our soil in Humphries case, Afghan found CGT And had seriously breached fairness and privacy rules. It also found the network had failed to cover the Hong Kong democracy protests with quote due impartiality CG Tien was indignant with today's ruling. It blamed quote the manipulation of far right groups and had I China forces for the off calm decision, according to a statement on way ball, China's nearest equivalent Twitter. The loss of the license undermined two key Chinese government strategy. Steve saying is director of the so as China Institute at the School of Oriental and African Studies. University of London. She camping has been very clear he wants the Chinese story being told well. He wants his versions off everything being spread across the world in the most positive, light possible Sititi and is one of those instruments used for this purpose. It's hang expects the Chinese government to retaliate against BBC reporters in China. Even though the BBC is editorial independent of the British government. Peter Dahlin is the director of Safeguard Defenders Human Rights Organization, which spearheaded the campaign against C G. T n Here. The U. K stands out across Europe is having a quite well developed framework for help to regulate TV for how to control this information. The stripping of the license prohibits CG Tan from broadcasting here, but dollars, says that doesn't mean the network has to leave. Still, he does think today's move could have ripple effects are other countries going to start holding them accountable as well? I say this might be the beginning of a process that city and will find very unfavorable for their type of this information for their type of broadcasting. That would mean more challenges for a Chinese government that has invested a lot in trying to change the way it's perceived. Frank Langfitt NPR NEWS

What's next for Kim & Kanye

"Hit us all towards the end of tuesday. Evening that kim and conway are getting divorced. Now in the news i hit. It came from page six. Who basically said they've heard from multiple sources that she has met with laura wasser. Who's like the biggest attorney for celebrities. And i think she may have done kim's Other divorce from kris humphries. But i'm not one hundred percent sure but And it was like wealthy not for sure but then everybody else started to pick it up including e. news and meanwhile kim or chris or none of them made a statement like on their social media and he thinks this is absolutely not true. Please just working on ourselves. I don't know how the story got out and if it's someone you know if there's someone who knows how to work the media and to release stories one they want it released and have a hot. You know person to call right away. It's kris jenner. I believe this is happening. I'd be really shocked if it wasn't than the today. Show put out a tweet saying their sources are saying that they have not that she has not in fact filed which we know she hasn't because otherwise we would have the court document that she filed. That's normally how things are reported. Tmz has someone at the courthouse. Or they're living down there whatever they and they immediately know that. This person has filed for divorce That's kind of like what happened with erica. Jane put out. I think she filed or put out the statement the day of the election so this she has not filed yet and that supposedly they're she. They're meeting with attorneys to work out the mediation now. Of course i'm sure. They had very detailed prenuptial agreement. Which will help louis. Hopefully make this divorce easy as far as splitting up assets. I believe they're probably really smart about their purchases of big properties and whatnot so that it wouldn't be as messy if they were to break up. And how do i feel about it. Well there's been lots of hints Obviously in the last couple of years with his. And i'm gonna say psychotic grants to saying that slavery was a choice to showing up at. Tmz to the latest one. Where he said he was. He wanted to kill that he had his initial thought was to kill his daughter. Meaning get an abortion for north. And it was kim who Said no and that. He has terrible guilt about that. There's been really strange moments. Obviously but they have four kids and two of which she gave birth to all of their kids all of them Are there embryos. But after saint she had such terrible pregnancy that the two younger kids chicago and psalm. They were carried by surrogates. So my other question is are there any more frozen embryos of kim and kenya's and did she and i'm sure she did have some legal writings about who has the rights over those or did they destroy whatever embryos were left or does she have a bunch of eggs that she saved that have not been made into 'em meaning sperm has not greeted it so those eggs. She could eventually have kids with someone else. I bet she does just to be just for insurance. But i do think she's done having kids. She turned forty this year. She's got four kids. They're all full siblings. You know they're all healthy you know. She's just kind of getting out of that baby phase now. She's going to be single even if she fell in love with someone else. I kind of doubt that she'd want to have more but she might. You know Her mom kris had to kendall and kylie when she was like thirty nine. I think forty one. You know which was kind of older at that time now. You wouldn't blink an eye on it. So here's some strange things that has happened in the news. This is what people are saying. What would be at stake. If kanye west and kim crashing divorce so this expert wait in well kim conjugate to go up there to wyoming so they could live separate lives and quietly get things sorted out to separate and divorce and another new source claims that kim knows the marriage is over and she's known for a while. Now this whole thing with wyoming a lot of california people are buying property in wyoming. Connie did it. It's because there's a. There's no i believe and i might be wrong. There's no income tax. And i don't know what the property tax but there's no income tax so our income tax california's very high. So if you can establish residency in another state like wyoming. You can really save a lot of money but in order to do that you have to show that you truly live there money out of the year. You can't just buy a house. There and go spend one week at christmas and have account so he has been spending so much time there he does. You do go up there and they do enjoy it But obviously we knew she wasn't loving it that much just like she wasn't loving. You know having a house with not one speck of color. I don't know if you guys saw those christmas stockings. But they looked like Leg casts they were just white fluffy with no white stockings and that is just so different than the kind of style that kim grew up with in the kind of style we saw from her as a young adult. I mean to just act like you. Just suddenly don't like any color and your favorite color is multiple shades of nude. I just don't believe it. But she was so into giving konya this power of being like he knows fashion. He's making cool. What does konya thing. And then her team her makeup artist and glam squads were smart enough to know to ingratiate themselves to konya including her family order to be like. Oh what is konya. Okonya has a fashion show. Oh we're all going to wear these ripped clothes or we're all going to wear these prison outfits and these orthopedic nurse shoes and and and just walk down and do the fashion show and we have this fashion genius in our family. I mean think how happy they are to be done with this. Okay

"Report yet. I'm sure both are in the plus area if not better. They both made great impressions here. So they're going to be tough to be hard to separate the two of you got older horse against the three year old And a three year old is coming off pretty hard race winning the preakness a as she did but She seems to bounce that of that. Just find what's that like for a price. And i'm not sure she could win his harare. you never would have thought. I don't think i would have thought i'd be saying this. A few months ago. She looked just like a monmouth only kind of horse but she's really blossomed in the last Several starts her workout. Here was terrific. And she's come out of that doing very well so I love arale just around a huge race in here for either of the top two slipped down a notch could be right up there at the end. I'll just mention as a now philly. And who really i. I idea because i couldn't remember seeing her in the flesh but valley it's kind of made me And obviously she and likable. Both the type pletcher have been Kind of motoring around. They're giving the rider all they could handle. So i like. I like kind of like that is speaking of pletcher. This'll will be more of a collective question to you He's coming in a little under the radar. Matassa back obviously is a major player in the juvenile turf but also Halliday this morning helena. Look really good. I i was prepared to dismiss him after he missed the prep. And i thought i saw this. Oh boy now we gotta deal with him. Yeah yeah no. He looked terrific today. I mean if he could get loose on the lead. Somehow i still have to do a little more handicapping on that race but nc is look. Good to me. Mike mccarthy all of mike mccarthy speech look good today to. He's the first one out in the track so she goes into dark. So it's a little tough to see your entire gallup but come by the wire. Today's you look very good to me as well but Still going to have to beat the top two and Again if i'm looking for something to to maybe split them or you know getting that number at a little bit of price would be harassed mike. Let's talk about your race the sprint and losing coma and you kinda hinted that Thing the wheels may have been coming off even before the announcement yesterday That leaves still with fourteen but a much different field of fourteen and it feels like you often More or less just had the the the thing followed his lap as a as the horse to be. Well i don't necessarily disagree agree there but I wouldn't describe it as the wheels falling off become. I don't know what the total issue was. He missed training saratoga before he got here and he came down with fever when he was here at. And maybe that's been the issue all along. We know he had a foot issue going back That would be the wheels. But i'm not sure that's the problem here so but You know ja pan. The problem with japan is. I mean i know. He's four for four but he could be destined for a pace tool and be who's he really beaten. He done everything he's been asked to do and knocked look and he looked great this morning just he was in the dark but i just did catch him coming down the stretch thought he trained real well But you know he's one grade three and a grade two against three earls. He's never run In a stake against older horses. You never been in a grade one race against any kind. Actually stablemate eco town. Who is also in. This race has won a grade one against three year old. So i i'm not dismissing alpine by any means and i think steve steve asmussen gave me a tremendous quote when we talked about nashville and whether he was going to run and not run. This was a couple of weeks ago. When i knew that. He was leaning against but He called alpine nashville with two more starts..

"To churchill for two weeks worth of the church of work so we had had you know at least two works from everybody covered as it was. Donald went down there last weekend. was able to see the last works of most of the horses that have been stable at churchill and as lieu of them. That's for sure forty six. Yeah a lot of major wants to but Behalf some tapes of a few of the backwards that we're able to report on and again we've got everything covered here because donald is here up until the time that i arrived and then he went over churchill. So we've got the keeneland ones well covered. We've got california covid new york We don't both grand. Mike vesey there. I even got to see a few in florida. Before i came up here infamous being for one And he's going to be one of the big players in the sprint sprint. Let's just get kind of a you know your your opinions and some of your impressions and we can actually maybe just quickly work through from from saturday backwards classic Everybody is so excited about it and From what we've seen Tis the law may have benefited from this early rival. Yeah no barkley. Did the presented the right thing. He he didn't wanna running back rushing back in the preakness. He wanted to give him plenty of time to recuperate From two big races in within four weeks he looks great. I mean i. I couldn't be going into the race any better whether he's good enough to beat the older horses i. I'm still a little bit. Skeptical there but I think he's gonna run as a race if he gets the trip. He looks to me just about as good as he did. Going into the travers. Which i think was the best that he has looked all year long and then the performance there you know show that i mean. He looked good. You know trained welcoming out of the travis for the derby too but the combination of coming back in four weeks and it just a super terrific performance by authentic You know costing costing the victory but You know i tip my hat. The barclay tip my hat together small and has done a great job with us. And she's been here robin to back all year long. The whole team has been great. I hope he runs. Well i hope he you know i'd love to see them win for barkley but Again easy waiting in some really deep waters here this. This field is so outstanding. We're gonna talk to gary young next mike. So we'll get the the baffert trio unless you've got just a quick glimpse This morning yeah. I saw him the last couple of days. I watched the works on tape. I mean improbable. Definitely the horse to beat his last work. Look super to me watching it on tape carry could give you more insight being there in person. But he's just made a phenomenal appearance physically. He's been here the last few days so Easy he's definitely the one to be no doubt about it. security You know Hasn't done anything wrong. Hasn't done anything the while while. B since i've seen him here He seems like the lesser regarded of the three. Just hearing bob baffert. Talk about it and authentic You know he looks fine he he's a little high strung since he's been here in the morning. That may maybe him. You know gary would have better insight than i do He's he's been quite on his toes. The last few days in a little bit of a runoff mode. But you know that could be a good sign to that. He's feeling good coming out of those works and and having made the long trip let's Get a tacitus question into because you've seen him a lot during his career. There's going to be a number of people that want to get him into the into the number somehow Not even necessarily as a wind candidate because people are so convinced the he never wins but What's your impression is look good. I mean you know. Bill maher told me one morning back at saratoga. He works to the level of the competition that he's working with a. He worked with frank rocket one morning. Back at At belmont and then when fifty nine and change Before he wanted suburban if i remember correctly and You know here. We work with channel make was a good horse. But he's a tear for us working on the dirt and he worked great. I thought he looked the dignity had to do And he's come out of the work so well the building even give them a day off this week. I saw though on a regular basis. I think he's going to run his race again. A good enough. I i it probably your your pick. I actually pick tom's detach us for the price. I mean look the last time they ran against each other times tat. Was the even money favourite at saratoga and then he fell on his face leaving leaving the game. Now lost all chance Like the race could set up for him seems to be doing well. We really haven't seen much of him. "Where did welsh go. He was right here. All right. mike gotta get I wanna get mike in. We'll get some top line you don't you can do case you could. I'm sure nick. Nick has got a loose morning Dial nick because rather than waste. Potentially you know however many minutes until mike comes back and he was just a couple of doors down and grab grab nick and i'm sure he'll be happy to listen anyway to mike for his observations And you know it's funny. I didn't i didn't confront the about Mister money With marcus But i mentioned on air. We got on the started at nine that mike had had remarked about mr money. Being really You know really problematic and this morning and it reflected positively on frankly on talk back. So michael tell you about that and most importantly wanna get mike opinions you know not that. He has seen all of the classic horses. I mean the beauty of of what Is out there on the workout video. Whether it's at the breeders cup site You've also got xp tv you've got You should be using as as hammer said last friday. Rt n And you can get a free trial actually. Perfect timing our t. n. b. y. k. Gets you a five day. Free trial to play around with rt an and the the race replay system at art is is unbelievable. You do it by tracker. You could put in whatever horse and it pops right up. The s- terrific. Here's nick now and nick. I thought We would get the friday stuff out of the way so we don't have to deal with tomorrow and of course with so many people listening on podcast. so why. wait for mike welsh. Let's get your friday. Opinions down good Yet the i would say slightly different type of outlook on friday given the big field on the turf races and the european precipitation. We touched a little bit on this. I think in the pace conversation. It's these races have a slightly different feel Starting from the top at least breeders cup race wise. I don't want to over think the the juvenile turf sprint. And and i also don't want to be somebody who makes their opinion based on speed figures and When there is a little bit more nuance to turf racing. Especially to sprints but i think golden palace is going to be too much for them in the In the juvenile sprint. I think there's some interesting other options. I'm gonna i'm gonna try and use cow and a little bit underneath. I think that dirty dangle has a little bit of a look as well Golden pal being outside is probably fine. We talked about that a little bit the other day. He's gonna kinda get that out side speed trip and kiesel has the potential to be really really good and i know that it wasn't necessarily designed for him to come off the layoff that he did but I'm going to be interested to see. Just how hard. He's written out of the gate by By rhetoric and see if if the plan is to try and get the leader. Maybe he'll sit outside of of momo's bodenheimer but it looks to me like a situation where wesley were really really hasn't right where he wants them euros to me. Look lesser in here. They don't look like they. They really have a lot to offer So i think it's going to be a pretty pretty good spot to get. Things started for the american contention excellent and breast right through. Yeah i'm a new mandate fan in the In utah turf. And and i think he drew very well on the inside. I think he's a he's an incoming type and i think the angle on him being purchased so that he could run over here. He's gelding. i think all that makes sense frankie. Dettori certainly knows that the stage of his career. What works in america and the good thing about the weather. Being nice is not only does it take a big variable out of the equation. But you know one of the reasons. Why european conditioners california breeders cups. Because they know they're gonna get firm turf and they send their fast ground horses and so everybody that's over here because they seek a bit firmer footing is gonna get exactly what they want and the new mandate feels like the kind in here. That's going to be a little overlooked in the wagering. I do think in terms of the internationals cadillac very dangerous. I think that go. Athletico is one that i would handle very carefully as well. He's been very consistent. Very very solid sealy way was an incredibly impressive winter. Last time out. In france i do think the bottomless ground had a lot to do with. Why probably exaggerated winning margin But that doesn't mean that he's not a horse with a with a pretty good amount of talent and he drew. Ideally i think on the inside to get covered up trip as far as the domestic courses. Go and we'll toss it back is is. I suppose a slightly deserving morning line favorite. I'm not. I'm not taking courses like him who got huge paces to run at pretty ideal trips all in all to get things done so i think more interesting options. And i'm gonna i'm gonna try new mandate and see maybe about using a couple of prices like gretzky the grade and fire it will. It'll be a little bit forwardly placed because this does not look like. It's gonna be a particularly fast paced race. The juvenile fillies is probably though it's the smallest field. I think it's it's the race with the most appeal and that's because as we touched on the other day the lightning rod for conversation is princess nor and princess nor is a horse that That many people in in the era where social media is pervasive not only in the world but in racing where everybody seems to have this incredible desire to label horses and compare horses and all seem to have in common. Is they do a terrible job of vitamin i heard somebody on a prominent racing network reference ruffy and when he was talking about princess nor which galactically stupid she's a horse very fast horses violence and and he's done so impressively she's not earned big speed figures like i said to you the other day so if she wins this race by a neck in a driving finish in gets an eighty six beyer speed figure was andy by wrong whereas the visually impressive crowd wrong. I guess we'll have that to talk about during a colder winter days I like i. I think she's going to be the best price of the horses. I think can win. I think that basically and day out of the office and princess nor can win. And that's kind of where i want to To focus so let you get back to what you got going there and hang on. Hang listen because Mike welsh joins us and Mike As we talked on monday together Before i started the the week is that it it. you know. it's so unusual. And it's been such a herky-jerky year and most times. Mike would have been here for a couple of weeks and the horses were so far flung mike This year i it. It certainly makes things a little more difficult. So you're sort of getting some physical glances We at least add. Virtually everybody On hand today. Yeah it's obviously a different year Although i've been here a couple of weeks. But i really would have liked to done with gotten here two weeks earlier so i could have sent my colleague donal harris down.

"Too many horses on the one. I'm worried about for that class here. Complete mystery How do you. How do you judge the making a you know a second. Start doing this. If it wasn't baffert you would. You would just shrug. But i mean the fact that he did. This is is shocking. I mean just wants. A mess jackie's warrior. What is he thinking about next year. He's going to try to get in his head. I don't know. I don't know but that's gotta show a lot of speed anyway. I don't. I don't think that it's going to matter because nobody's gonna go forty five flat and and this is going to. I mean he's quicker out of the gate. I think he's going to dominate. It's both of the races. i mean. obviously we've got the full gate against what looks like a standout and then we've got a small field for the phillies and they're really a nice group The what they've done so far so really interesting. It is it's i. I you know people were saying why. Oh small field stop. Stop with the small field. You got field in this era five. Well you know you would think for that for this money the prestige. Yes but i mean what's the point of having five horses who don't completely agree with that completely. Completely agree marcus. This was absolutely fabulous and Wish you the best of luck this weekend. We'll probably do some recap your playing the same a great. That's actually a great a great angle on that conversation. Marcus marcus joy is so great. Thank you marcus. Let's push into saturday and a quick glance at the the turf sprint I mentioned to nick. What a what. A handsome resume glass slippers owns. And i i didn't think to bring up Aleksandra but you know certainly in her her the breadth of her career qualifies as globetrotters globetrotter. And right now equilateral on the outside looking in but if anybody were to stop a toe and not be able to run Equilateral from hills would get in but quick thought on the turf sprint. Alexandra is probably the one i was. I was keen on an inch. She when she found out in june I think she kind of fits. Who account i. I think i just find. I find it hard. My head shipbreakers. League it's come a long way I remember the to. The inaugural PK League a couple years back. Seen on your grandson interviews on my guys, Jeff is in bad with. The. The woes of mbH UK now. But when you when you look at two KS, when did you start? Playing you. So I I mean this makes me sound old when I say i. Get Five Ben Wallace on the cover and I mean ever since I just always favorite game to play, and I've always gravitated towards playing basketball. I like one of those things where you know I didn't realize and then go home and play. Virtual I so I started at a young age. When you talk about claim to K. Five. You don't make yourself no because. I've been playing to pay one and I. WAS GONNA? We're playing. He's on drink. Yes I never. I never had a dream class I. DON'T I? Don't go that far back, but you know. Now like most of my friends, and following as the younger generation, and I do have some of the older heads there, but the most of the younger generations are consuming that kind of conflict like. That's something pump playing k. five on the original xbox but. Let me, ask you a question. You said you did not play energy and cast I would imagine you have older cousins or older sibling, gorgeous somebody gene. You're like what do you know about second drink? I mean like if you put, you showed me a picture like three consuls in alliance asks me which one was the dreamcast note that. that. That's why it. was so significant even. Skipped over. No. It the first gaming system that actually went online except it was dialup. See I didn't even know that I didn't even know they had a I didn't know that they had online games at that point. that. Was the first one so like you had dreamcast where you can play like to k online and you can play like. Like Games like Schimmel, I think it's how you pronounce it or an NFL to take one basically what ends up happening? Is You played on Donald Left? You can play an instrument, but it was so. Ahead of time, but there were glitches like the discs were. GD Rom, so people would like. Burn es in copy them, and then you can play again on the dreamcast so like you kind of put things. Into perspective out of business because they weren't encrypted enough, so she could talk of the game for like I. Remember I had a disc with all of intendo games ever. And I could play Nintendo Andrea. I see I didn't know that was a prevalent thing back then, but I remember one of my mom's friends. When I was younger on the playstation two, he had, he had the same type of thing where he had he had a, he had a playstation that had every single playstation game out there same time of concept so I can imagine a ton of money with all that stuff. Wow Wow up something to k to K League, you play! How does one? You know some parents may say video games. Make you stupid or you're not. You're not enriching your mind. How does one actually just become a professional? To K. or game, or is it that someone tells you that is true. Certify on. You're just that damn good. Well. First of all. I mean it's not like for me specifically. I know that as time is changing, you know a lot of people are growing up now, and they wanna be you know game. That's what they're aspiring to be. You know for me. It was the exact opposite to was always. This opportunity to you know subscribed, and you know have fun in trouble. You know I was never really into going out partying or anything like that, so you know I found a lot of time on the game and you know the goal was never to become a professional just kinda. Kinda worked its way out to the point where it was like okay. You know I'm. Exceptionally good scheme and there's a professional league for it, so why not find a way to? Monetize what I'm doing and for me I, really picked up the game. Haven't we went I got hurt, so it was like title one of those things where it was like okay I have all this time to kill you. I'm just sitting. Yeah, I might as well on the game and. You know, run it up and you know own behold. Everything happens for a reason.

"Obviously different for her because I was had already submitted that call. To be a minister before we had met. So his really early in a relationship and as you know. Living, by the sea, my pants just trying to survive and met her. And K you know. Just to be straight up. If you don't want to be in the ministry, we need to quit this really quick. You know because that's where I'm going and if you don't want to go there, let's stop now you know And she and she to maturity the point was like, yeah, I mean that's why I'm here because I thought about that you know I want to be an a second third fourth date with you if I hadn't already. Come. To grips with that common topics that you have in your. Hurts the second date you talked going into the ministry how many people do you see in seminary where a woman feels like she's called the be a missionary and she starts she falls in love with the guy who you know. Is, it called the missionary well. Should have talked about that before fell in love rate I mean it's a debt point. Someone's got to give up something you know. And so we were just very very practical with it in. And I think. In my journey to that point was it just was very you know. It's not something I wanted to do, but it's definitely something I felt God. Lead me and when he led me all you know I mean. I can't do anything else here. I'm in know. So it's. Yeah. And I. think that's part of the. That's where faith comes into play relationship comes into play commitment comes into play and it's gotta be. It's gotta be tangible. You GotTa do it. You know you can't sit there and let's pray about it. He's already you to do it didn't do it. You know. So maybe that's a little bit more down over Detroit but. It's it seems to me. It's a very practical dances, your earlier question. From Waco. So. Last question for you you you're at a hotel you're about to get on an elevator and someone gets on the elevator with you. You've maybe you've talked a little bit about they overheard your pastor or something and they're talking to both of you and. They WanNa know what difference does Jesus make. How'd you answer that in the time you have from the lobby to whatever floor you off on an elevator pitch of Christianity, that's right. That's right. Yes Whatever God Inter you're not. Now I would. I would just tell the person. Everything. And it's it's everything changes. Everything changes the way you. You value. Life Love. Each Other. Everything. You know. It it devalued everything. Gives value to things. You never thought had value to it. You know it's it's changes everything and it it brings substance to your life when you shouldn't have it you know and so if you've never experienced peace. True peace of linear head down at night and an feeling rast. Don't know Jesus Right. And I think a lot of people never experienced that. So that's the difference. Jesus makes for you. Yeah. I've often heard. Even, friends who aren't Christians talk about. Christianity crunch is awaited as kind of like, let something else take the fall and see it more as. It makes me more accountable for everything that I say and everything that I do. And I would have out of said piece too because I think that is ultimately good answer ultimately. That is what through this life that is so chaotic. It is having that peace in knowing that it's not a crutch that I fall on that it's just this. Presence of. Even, if I'm in a crowd full of people if I'm an elevator full of people I feel completely alone because it's my personality. Introvert NS. In just having that for me knowing Jesus is there's always that companion and even in times when I feel completely by myself by a worldly standard and by A. Personality Standard. I? Just? I feel completely not alone knowing Jesus Christ and I don't think that I would be able to feel that way. Not. Knowing Him I. would. I would definitely be sucked into finding other methods of needing to. Find restor try to find that peace whether it's through I. I can't imagine it not being about Jesus. Los Angeles: QB Philip Rivers To Leave Chargers, Enter Free Agency:

"The Philip rivers thing is really interesting because there's a whole bunch of things going on number one. The chargers need to find a new quarterback. The chargers need to find somebody to kind of become their guy here in this city. Philip rivers is may or may not play again where does he go and and then there's just the totality of Philip rivers career at this point. He's I think he's going to get in the hall of fame. Because it feels like good quarterbacks get into the hall of fame but he his career is a little bit of a mixed bag because he's the numbers are great. They've won a bunch of games but they've never been to the Super Bowl. I think they've only been in the AFC championship the game. Once in his career he played a long time he sees it one of those. It's really really nice and this is the thing about La. I know allies career is is a mixed bag to but there are two super bowl. Wins in that thing. There's a bunch of Nice long play offerings. Philip rivers has really never had that. I'm wondering if he's low key odor. The Matt Stafford met staffer when he does say goodbye is going to have some healthy numbers. And he's not going to have very much postseason success. And he's GonNa kind of be a guy and I know that doesn't sound like a good thing to say about Philip rivers because he's had occurred as better better than Stafford but the reality is that he's going to be remembered in the same grouping as Matt Stafford big numbers. No postseason success. Yeah you think about it. I mean ah you. Let's do the game real quick. Best Charger quarterback rivers is not Dan. Fouts Philip Rivers for me like Dan. fouts is still the guy that oh I think of when just off the top of my head and Philip Rivers has had a really nice career but he to me and make me. I mean you said Philip Rivers I but to me. It's still Dan fouts. Stan Humphries freeze is not the best quarterback in charge. He's not going to the super bowl super bowl so it's not the best ever which I think fouts is that guy and if you're not the guy that took him to the Super Bowl who are where are you in this whole thing and oh by the way. There's this whole element which absolutely sucks Philip rivers. I'm not a charger fan. I'm not not necessarily a Philip rivers fan but it sucks that they're the dude is homeless in a football sense and I'm not talking about where he goes with. Its indie or Miami or Tampa. He doesn't belong belong to anybody anymore because the chargers came to La Nobody in La Cares about Philip rivers as a football player. We don't have any history with him. We don't have any great. I remember seeing Filbert's do x Y and Z people. People Sandiego certainly do lay there anymore. And he doesn't even play for that team anymore. He's down the road. So who does he belong to at this point. He belongs to the San Diego chargers which don't exist anymore lousy guy that's had that career should have a home forever and he won't

"Old spooky houses can look haunted but they don't need an exorcist they just need a little TLC. I'm Angela and we're fixing up. This sold haunted house. This was the familiar opening tagline for the Popular Youtube series. This old haunted house starting. In two thousand fourteen. Angela Humphries shot produced and hosted a home renovation show with a fund fund twist. She found the oldest creepiest most haunted looking houses and made made them livable again. Every season's worth of episodes would focus entirely on a single location as she spent days. He's really been weeks fixing it up and documenting every little project along the way this was in no way a ghost hunting type of show. It was strictly repairs and renovations the point of the show the gimmick being. It's so many of the Sinister things associated with haunted houses. Phantom sounds cold spots strange smells doors and windows. It just won't stay closed. None of these things are supernatural at all. They're just symptoms of a house that has fallen into into disrepair although Angela would sporadically play up being spooked by something at heart she was not at all a believer in the supernatural and as it came to happen with every passing season she believed in it less and less because the gimmick of her show wasn't a gimmick at all. It was boring every day. A truth that houses aren't haunted ageless personality was infectious and that combined with excellent woodworking skills and an overall handedness. The show quickly started to take off by two thousand and sixteen. Angela was successful enough to make a real living off of this show she was even fielding offers for a PBS CBS version of it to go into syndication at this point she had the luxury of cameraman to film her so that she could permanently step out from behind the equipment and focus on being the star that she was it was right around this time she got an offer for a house else that well for her intents and purposes it was almost too good to be true this house had a notorious yes and well documented history and a reputation for being genuinely haunted a local historian had even written a book about the fifty year history of this place. Angela was up to season six at this point. She knew it was time for her to up the ante and so she agreed to renovate the House that had once been owned by an infamous cult leader and serial killer a house that might actually be haunted. Or perhaps something nothing much worse.

British Girl Finds Christmas Card Message From Shanghai Prisoner

"A six year old girl in south London was writing Christmas cards to the kids in her class when she found a bizarre message written inside one of the cards it said in part we are our foreign prisoners forced to work against our will. Please help us. The card was made in China and the message appeared to be written by a factory worker. NPR's Frank Langfitt is watching all of this from London. He frank the high well. So what do we know about what happened here. Well the the girl names Florence Whitaker. My believe was opening up to to write to a friend and Inside the note also said it was it was written I think in caps it said please. He's notify Human Rights Organization. And please contact. Peter Humphry now Peter Humphrey lives in In Greater London he's a he was a corporate fraud investigator. Who served serve time in this exact prison ching-kuo Shanghai suburb now? Humphry was eventually released in two thousand fifteen and the family reached out to Humphry Who wrote about in the Sunday Times of Humphries to be a Reuters reporter The cord was sold by the British supermarket. Chain TESCO TESCO has said they're suspending any orders on on these cards And are investigating so in the meantime the Chinese Foreign Ministry says this is a hoax. They say it's just not true. Are they offering any evidence. Install not yet that I've seen but the Chinese company that made the cards is emphatic. That it never contracted with this prison. Outside of Shanghai and saying the charge of using forced labor is completely fabricated. Now the the Foreign Ministry. Actually this is very curious. Noel actually blames Humphry. Personally don't says that that he's suggests that he's behind all of this. Now there's a there's a past year. The Chinese government said Humphry was imprisoned for illegally collecting citizens information. I've talked to Humphrey Humphry on the phone. He says that Charles Bogus. It was never heard in court and he actually says he recognizes the handwriting of the card as a prisoner that he he knew when he was in the prison and now I asked him about the foreign ministry's claim that he's behind this and Humphry says this is just a typical kind of response that the government uses to any accusations about human rights abuses. This is the kind of opposite you get you get a lie. You get a complete lie in response. The one thing about this message is is a little bit different. Maybe it's very. He's very personal attack on me accusing Fabricating Story But you know. I didn't invent a little girl in south London than her father who have never known in my life and I didn't invent the message handed to me So it's absolutely ridiculous. Okay that was. Peter Humphry Frank. You were based in Shanghai for five years. Did you ever come across stories like this. Yeah it's actually not all that uncommon. These sorts of messages tend to surface in Chinese products. Every few years There back in two thousand twelve. There's a woman in Oregon who discovered an account of torture in Halloween decorations. That were made in China Back in two thousand fourteen. I interviewed on American sociology. Professor is named Stuart Foster. He'd served time for theft and I talked him after he got out From prison from jail actually and he said he'd been forced to assemble Christmas. slights in a jail in Guangdong Province. His quota was three thousand lights. I think a day and he said the prisoners who didn't meet quotas were beaten. This is what he told me. There was one one particular leader during the month of July that was particularly sadistic braided. A few of the Christmas light cores together and e would come up behind inmates that were working slow and slash them across the back. Now now foster told me that he remembered one inmate being whipped and this this inmate was mentally slow foster thought he could actually see the welts warm on his his back after he was struck. And after I did that story no L. I I've been I've received messages on facebook and elsewhere from other former inmates saying that they've made Christmas ornaments and things like that in Chinese prisons. All sounds outrageous. What did human rights groups say about? What's going on and on there? They say that this is kind of standard operating procedure. We're in a lot of prisons. In China. Prison business is prison. Manufacturing and and sort of providing labor is big business. You can find advertisements online's online for this and Human Rights Watch resume estimates. There could need millions working at this. I was talking to your Chiro Wong. She's a research with human rights. Watch and this is how she put according adding to Chinese law that prisoners as long as you have ability to labor. You'll have to labor so you know. Forced Labor is given imprisoned in China in the couple of seconds we have left their labor. Lots in China. Right there are but what a Yoyo says. The prison system is opaque and they don't follow

There's lots of courses that claim to be the ability to communicate with spirits. Is this a skill that can be we talk. I appreciate the coach but you already have the skill in place so yeah. Is it something that you feel. It can be told is very interesting thing. You've just asked there enough about all this ingrate Lennon's many many times and he made reminds me radius like being skull and you know when we tal- how to draw and things like this will make a control stick man. All donkey wanted to dot can really excel in ability. And you know I think to a degree we made Yeltsin learn something. I may get a slight little link but then you get them. What will from with their eye Answer because you'd never wants to stop anybody spiritual progress because at the end of the day. You don't have to be a meeting spiritual I mean just being that somebody saying I'm if you can be being being Malta. Somebody then bring that grandmother domain in Coombe analogy because I know the the idea of the stick man thing my ability to joy is legendary bad. If I wanted to get my kids into a good mood when they were young if they were sad I would sit down and say let's do some draw rain. And then I'd say what you want me to draw and they would always ask me to draw something like an elephant which go anatomically totally incorrect and it was just laughable and it always used just put them in a great mood because most join skills so bad but you know maybe if I went to an art class maybe I would get would never be an artist. Zakat applying trying to make his. But then I guess your argument there is. You'll help them. Once bought may be mediocre that little bit than not given the quality of the inch shopping. But I never want to kind of downgrade anybody. But you know everybody's different everybody's on a different level of understanding. I'm I've just been very lucky to have been a little boy on these run with me the raw paypal Taken interest maybe how the little experiments and wilder media and by the dangerous you were talking about the spirit world earlier and you described it as a beautiful place almost a place that we can create to want of a better expression our own heaven and presumably if we went the other way we could create our own. Hell some might even say that where we are now is. This is not a nice place in certain size. I mean they're awesome. Great things are happening in the world. We actually had an experience yesterday. Yeah we have quite an experience yesterday actually. My sister was moving house from London to Wales and on the way back I was travelling in front with my dad in a van bringing Oliver Furniture back and my sister my mother and my nieces were in the back of the car and the wheel came off the back of my sister's car on the motorway. They were stuck on the side of the road for an hour and a half because we were quite far in front of them. It was lashing ran. It was windy. It was cold it was nighttime the IRA see we're going to take four and a half hours to get to them. These ladies on the side of the motorway and eventually we got back to them before the IRA see it. And we managed to get them off the motorway all but my sister and took them to a Costa Asta coffee place which was closed but they actually let them in. They gave them free coffee cakes and the way they looked after the mother her grandchildren and my sister was absolutely amazing. And the these people. I can't thank them enough. And that's why I'm mentioning. I won't here because I think it's lovely. That big company like that their staff which is just absolutely amazing so there is good in the world but if have any he's such a beautiful place why would we agree to come back to Earth if vicious so much pain and suffering here absolutely in Iran. I think touch briefly upon on a earlier wrong Ns about getting the is like one big skull of learning and get a rhythm stunning of love. Excite me wrong. How would you know what love is until there's an absence of love? How would you ready to stunned it from US spiritual will point of view? Because they're you know. Oh you live in Ino- everything's utopia healthy. No what that really is to experience it fully is to not have it to have something removed being here you know. We can take things for granted of our everyday life and having a mum's enough. That's those levers and then we really understand what love truly truly is. I think it helps us to grow as a solid a spirit fru out suffering. You know it's like as I said you know. How do you experience halts? Must this called you. Experience Down Kane suffering. You know greed need envy. Aldo's China sings To to live we've out of money to get the undestanding. It helps was groped random the standard selves as a Song Absolutely unto buffet. Like you said is very beautiful things hair as well. It could be that. Maybe as far as reincarnation nations. You don't have a choice. That's just how it works. You've got to come back. There is the argument. They may be a camera and things like this may be passed lice. We've heads many PE- all combatants. His lifetime to feel without really is Li- say the of assigned at the coin to get things. Everything abounds so there's argument soon so comma was. Obviously I guess from Indian faiths. Do you find that when you're doing your readings. Are you only getting people come in through. It may be from a Christian faith all from whatever faith you might practice oil. Is it crossing religious boundaries. While I'll tell you this incentive the urban urban weld everybody is a of one the sub day on I remember Lady Committee for region and then it and the fizzing I saw. He was still there and he was a man of the cloth and I couldn't believe my eyes was vicar. Stood right biased sinuses. Madonna is a victim of next asthma hosted. And I knew that he'd never believed Levi's kind of thing but one of surprise at Jenolan me and I thought everyone could fly fit my home of people and from Muslim faiths hinduism of every walk of life in my home and loved ones still always come from always. That's a nice message because as you know there's lots of the fighting in this world caused by religions and I think that if anybody can try and find a difference between you and I they will use that to try and create friction so the thought that there is just a one nice is quite refreshing. It actually reminded me of an interview. We did a number of episodes ago with Dr Penny Satori. Now she's doctor who did a PhD in near death. Experiences mainstream stream science actually looked at what she was experiencing and what. She was related to them through job as a nurse at that stage and she got her doctorate Dr based upon it. One fantastic thing for mainstream science. Actually start recognizing this but she echoed. What you just said there and said that it doesn't doesn't matter the face it really doesn't when it comes down to it from what she has seen? All of them are experiencing the same sorts of things very true because at the end of the day shelley the Colonia. That'd be one thing not one thing trae Kanye betray the copy. Yeah I mean it is really just the fanatics the the ones that they're the ones that twist religion and make it into something bad not bad but original meaning of the word. Church is a a congregation of people so when I mentioned Dr Penny Story they obviously. She was able to use science to illustrate her work and it was recognized. Do you think there's ever an experiment could be devised or created that. Could one day prove that psychic medium ship is a true phenomenon is a true science I would love to. We've from with myself my wife We. We've come for the process of. I'm losing my mind when you try to rush lines things as I say nearly wrong. Oh you know. I'm looking for a reason. Mine fading while I'm fading what I'm saying unto the point of am I going crazy on fruits of the way that I've done and as an example onto a few examples from the regions you can get a fouts. Well how would I know this was is one read and not always sticks out for me was uneven that I did in a little caffeine Britain's Bait on about fifty people in this evening and I came to this this young lady. She'll sat. I should not let it from golf. I remember rightly annual lane about eighteen nineteen years old sets no sisters next year and and she looks up be ready strange and she said to me. I forgot his sister. She's in the SPERBER. Welsh stood right next to your own nine nine now now happened. I wonder if there's anything. She's your twin sister. She Lost Suckling Sang. Gm Own. No no no. This is how it was going for a few moments. I'm fifty people in this room. They're all looking at fault. I just want a whole jumping right. Now befell just fallen in and still unlovely you've got the systems spirit. She's been watching view for many many years from now. You mistaken Hair I got assistant. You're wrong this is no word of a life. I'm fifty people. This woman that stood up in the auden someone on my darling. I am so sorry amongst in the audience. He said when he was little Gail not assist that was born it was so setting lay to rest another spoke about again. It was just that moment imminent where that was probably the best proof I could ever really give anybody because she'd Salt Lake on. How can I not believe when I didn't even know myself I self? He has people because people could. I can fast. Is he reading body. Mom which but how could you read the body language of somebody if they didn't even know I existed assisted in the first place. And then to get that validation point it was just the most amazing thing that I could ever witness. It was beautiful phone and was another one which you may find interesting. Sura Novi Lady was in the mobile home. Grape fruit have mother on fall tweet Hamama pathways. Alcoholism and an abroad is all these frigates. Evidence ringed and other reading progressively slight asset. You Must GonNa give you a assigned from the spirit world dot. You'll you'll know that I shall mum on. You'll never question again if there was an existence etcetera etcetera. You'll it just about Nevada comes up on on a set of what's going to happen is it's going to be a lady called Mrs Taylor that's GonNa come and crush puffing social way the you'll know that your mother is sensitive you and she said Oh. I don't never miss this toddler and I could see a thinking mullen things. I wish went actually Paul when when I was a little girl my next door. Navy's called me his tyler and I said I'm not sure if this is gonNA be the lady on all but maybe is you'll have to let me know when your future chat while some time past and I did another group even somebody else's house and they made a line for me. She said to me you remind daltry Shumar about the era guidelines. Okay and then. She told me what I said. I'd forgotten appoint and She said about this Taylor on this young lady on the first confess on abreast ramones passage. She went through a gray from. She brought some flowers and she broke down crying and she felt this hummed on the shoulder from behind. I'm going to be okay. No my darling. When she turned around and was Mris tytler from what Channel Dot why you just gave me chills in La? I start crying. Couldn't believe and I thaw water fantastic piece of information for young lady in and no one mother who had all those struggles is now while pacing Absolutely couldn't believe what Steve Most sort of desire thing you've seen there's been so many rating could sit and talking right Lenz about some of the things in carrying out of comfort but as always one thing that's really stuck out into my mind on them. There was a lady comes my house for rated and approved through her father. DOC was such a woman for radio and he was a row character and so forth and so forth and then about halfway through the Radim I could see dot in spirit. It closed hunts. We face we'll see do it. And and then he pulled his I our this is soccer and he did it to night. And he's doing the spirituals on this lengthy your father just told his eyeball out of his head and he's handedness. I'm so sorry. Got One grocery route or anything but this Dhabi's just phone well. Heaven assist which is rolling with laughter. Thought what's going on fair. And then she took a hound and down the front of a compare inside and Hamdan she doing and she pulled out this needs to jump animates. There is a glass eye. Ah Doubts was like Oh my God. These are the kinds of things as a set. Nick tired I just said you need to get this guy on your show. Because I've seen him in action and some of the things that he comes out with you just can't say that this stage so those are the kinds of things. Sometimes you see mediums. That doing there were whether it be on TV. Or you hear people have gone to see a medium and they'll l. say something like they mentioned the name of a loved one and the level that they name someone like Marion and they speak in to an audience of one hundred fifty people a new note. Don well that that's going to be someone in the audience who's got relative. WHO's past Marion? So they're almost clutching at straws. Fishing slightly all sane is referring of stone. Want's want's GonNa hit exactly and I think that's kind of what you're up against if your a psychic medium who is actually genuine and and is doing the things for the right reasons and really stumbled upon gift. You didn't go to one of these courses which I want to question about that later on sharp. But you've got this this gift and now your people often say well. They're charging money. If I could do that I wouldn't charge money. I would just do it and my answer to that. Is You know what I'm a computer. Engineer by trade I can work on computers but if I did that for free all of the time I wouldn't be able to pay my bills my kids wearing clothes. They would be skinny because there's no food food on the table and you've got live I. It doesn't matter what your skill is. You've got to live so you're up against these people unfortunately who are pretending and into be skilled in these matters and really not. So how do you deal with the skepticism. I appreciate you said earlier that you had a situation whereby the lady said No. I haven't got a sister in that situation. You're able to say well. No I can see. She stood next to you and then you had some invalidated but had that person not validated. Did how would you have dealt with the skeptics. In the room that would then automatically gun obviously doesn't know what he's doing logging in about that point if nobody would have stood up in and saved you do you not respect outages to have moved onto the next one and just take on the unit but I think skepticism is is a very healthy thing personally because even the way that I do a median when a loved one's coming through to me let's say to me hey visitation watch over our family one of the things I say to me. My my thought student prove it prove prove it to me and I think this is why some time to get some bread upscale things you know prove them some of them sharing that house go in and I'll described the house but the point Scott's is a skeletons very healthy. These two times says where where where I saved from my standpoint is the sense of. You've got skeptic doesn't believe but will look for a reason to believe and then you get skepticism. Way that don't believe but look for reasons and not to believe and I think you know the first one you've got some lightning talk with us for now. Very uncommon mind is not come to ridicule in any waste. When we're very? Oh you know open mind. Look at the swap screaming throats icing nuts help Scott says and at the end of the day if everybody was to believe the entire planet compete long boring. Plays the same thing absolutely but as you got older did your ability to see things did it become um more developed lake. Say when you became larger we when was it that you Kinda give knew exactly you know. Yeah Yeah Yeah I mean like I said he's with me throughout my entire life. I must say things sometimes it may have been a few years of not seeing a single thing and you just you know you continue scene. We live with grabbing and so false and he got to the point really when my wife was getting quite worried as while we suited research and thinking who else going off fan fan looking for some kind of hell and she stumbled across the spiritually challenge and she said to me I want to take it to the spirituous chance I want all you will get me. Most them freaks talk about. That was my goal. I may go in then throw Honi Wall. Trump is something climbed up enough for a few months. I she convinced me to go on this one in grimsby relief a wall through the dolls. I'm not kidding ephemeral. I've been that before it felt my cup. Just come home and I felt nothing but a wall of love and understanding. I'm saying all these people talking about the experiences about nine word undocked physically. Something called an open say calm. Everybody sits in a second. The general public come in in the Gulf mediums negative messages and so forth. And I thought well this. Here's what I'm this is what I thought I'm going to get this a well when I came to this lady on all assets. What was your round of next year? And she's called Elizabeth and she's still wearing the repub that's about as much soccer gather sold already knew and it really fun in the Sun housemate not communications. I've just got those little bits of information and she's crying slightly much assessements..

Kim Kardashian's BFF Shuts Down Rumors She Pulled A Jordyn Woods With Kris Humphries

"Hilton posted an article that said Coachella two thousand hundred Kris Humphries in Larssen Pippen's spotted getting friendly and playful VIP party. And the caption is largely have been is one of Kim Kardashian best friends to even other Jordan would situation on our hands. Does this breaker code, obviously, referencing the fact that Chris and Kim we're married all of which I seventy two days, but still and Laura comments the conversation lasted all three minutes. He told me he's Scotty since he was fourteen that he loves him. And I said so did I Scott as her husband to me? It was just like the what what are you gonna say? No, I want you to the reason that I liked this one is because Larsen. Can sometimes be like shady, I guess, and this was like not shady she would just straight out explaining the facts of what happened immediately doubt. Like shutting down. Am. I the only one that's out that the Scotty commentary at the end was more interesting because I from what I know they're separated right now one I do think that was interesting in to I didn't like the fact that this is framed of like to even other Jordan was at our hands like what no it was incredibly stupid and also like. I think honestly if law so wanted to sleep with Kris Humphries, Kim would be like, listen, that's your choice. I'm going to advise you not to do whatever. The fuck. You would be like be my fucking guest on you want to put yourself through that not just as you know, they did not have a good marriage. And Chris that is one person that like the credentialing speak pretty highly of most people in terms of like people they were previously involved with they don't speak highly of Chris. Yeah. I think there I think that. The reason that they speak so unfavourably about him isn't isn't even as much of the marriage. It was just like the aftermath of it in the way, he acted. But I think he's he's cleaned up a little bit recently because he had that player's Tribune article where he was like he was like the the marriage was real. I just want to clarify that despite comments I made it in the past like the marriage was a hundred percent. I don't know totally. It was just I was happy to see Larson kind of comeback at

Kris Humphries says short-lived marriage to Kim Kardashian was '100 percent real'

"It's been awhile since we've seen Kris Humphries on headline entertainment for sure location, but his the case today because Kris Humphries who's our hometown guy, of course, announced his retirement from the NBA today. So he is officially retired and he's reflecting on his career and his infamous seventy two day marriage. One Kim Kardashian. There are some interesting things he wrote a blog post for the players Tribune. And I've got a little excerpt for the irony of my career is that I finally figured out what kind of player I was when I got to the nets. I felt like I knew who I was finally, and then I met a girl who happened to be really famous, and I got married and damn look I should have known what I was getting into. I was definitely naive about how much my life was going to change. But the one thing that really bothers me is whenever people say that my marriage was fake. He goes on and says, there's definitely a lot about that world that is not entirely real. But our actual relationship was one hundred percent real when it clear when it was clear that it wasn't working. What can I say it sucked? It's never easy to go through the embarrassment of something like that with your friends with your family. But when it plays out so publicly in front of the world, it's a whole other level. It was brutal. Yeah. I get that. I get that. And remember they started dating and they were married like ten months later. Very quickly. It took nearly two years for their divorce. Get to be finalized. They were only married for less than three months. They had a massive wedding ceremony in front of the cameras August of twenty eleven and Kris Humphries goes on to say, I didn't know how to handle it. And this is where I think you can feel a lot of empathy for the guy. He says, I didn't know how to handle it. Because I never thought I was going to be famous in that way. I remember having this moment when I was getting booed so hard in Philly, and I thought to myself why exactly are they booing need? Just because I'm that guy from TV today think I was trying to be famous is it because they think I disrespected the game of basketball the last one killed me because all I've ever wanted to be known for was basketball. You know, I know I know a woman whose son was in that wedding. Okay. Really the KEA and they all had to sign disclaimers. Yeah. Yeah. But in Christianity brought all of them like Amelia's, suits the. Oh, yeah. Okay. And but the word that what she said was it was an Kim's family. They were a nightmare. Kris Jenner was beyond rude. They didn't they treated all the Minnesota people like they were just. Foreigners far far far away land that they weren't gonna extend any courtesy to. She said it was so every was everyone was just like. The Hollywood people and then the Minnesota. For me. It sounds terrible. He says there was about a year when I was in a dark place. He didn't wanna leave his home said he feel like I don't know the whole world hates you. But they don't even know why. And then he said Kris Humphries went on to say that after his split from Kim Kardashian. There would be times when people would be like, hey, are you Kris Humphries, and he would say, oh, no. I look like him. No. I'm Blake Griffin. Who's an NBA player? And this is where I think it's this is like the heartbreaking part is when he says, I didn't wanna be Kris Humphries. It's the craziest feeling in the world not wanting to be yourself. And I didn't even want to say anything to defend myself because it felt like I couldn't win. You can't go up against the tabloids. You can't go up against that machine. There's no point in even if I played that game I felt like it would be disrespecting the game of basketball saver. They were IQ couple. I never bought him for a second hall over Kim really had. She really she had her original face when she was Chris. Picture of the two of them together. So cute wearing this like pretty neutral dress, and she is. How this wasn't going to work. When she was hanging out on lake Minnetonka. I was like what is going on here. No, there is anything is going to happen here by
